Accordingly, no one checks the accuracy of this information, after which certificates are born already signed by the employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation, which in modern Russian reality are a sentence. Thus, Budantsev took possession of a whole number of enterprises, dismissed or sent to jail on a fictitious pretext a number of law enforcement officers who counteracted him.

Как ФСБ «отмазывало» обвиняемого в групповом убийстве

«В Управлении М нам говорили, чтобы давали показания на полицейских»

Данные в Пресненском суде показания Черчинцевым, другом адвоката решальщика Эдуарда Буданцева, проливают свет на роль сотрудников Управления М ФСБ РФ. В своих показаниях Черчинцев утверждал, что в ночь после событий в ОВД Пресненский на помощь Буданцеву и его команде, приехали сотрудники управления М ФСБ РФ. На вопрос судьи Васюченко, Черчинцеву: Каким образом, вследствие чего Вы оказались 17 декабря 2015 года в Управлении М ФСБ РФ совместно с Костриченко?

Черчинцев ответил: Да, Ваша честь, это было. На тот момент Буданцев был для меня близким другом, и я был готов ехать куда угодно и давать показания любого типа, чтобы помочь Буданцеву. Статья тяжелая, два трупа, один инвалид. Да, нам там (в Управлении М) говорили, чтобы мы давали показания на сотрудников полиции. Все подводилось к тому, чтобы облегчить участь Буданцева и найти виноватых других.

На вопрос прокурора Черчинцеву о сотрудниках ФСБ РФ, последний ответил: Я знаю этих людей всех, я с ними проработал 13 лет.

На вопрос судьи Васюченко, Черчинцеву: Вам известно, почему туда (В ОВД Преснеский) приехал сотрудник ФСБ Петухов Алексей?

Черчинцев ответил: Буданцев при мне звонил и без меня звонил ФСБ. Петухов неоднократно приходил к нам в контору, где работал Буданцев.



На вопросы прокурора, Черчинцев утверждал: Я вернусь к тем моментам, все это было выстроено единой защитой Диктатурой Закона. Буданцев был близким другом. Служба М появилась понятно почему там. Им нужно было сделать крайними сотрудников полиции, посадить. Мне это говорил Петухов. Что без наших показаний не смогут. У нас даже показания идентичные. Мы давали показания вместе с Костриченко. …. выход был один- найти крайних в лице сотрудников полиции. ….со мной находился адвокат Рыков, который мне умными словами все подводил, чтобы ситуацию перевернуть в другом направлении.

Уважаемый суд, вся линия защиты по Буданцеву она выстраивалась в диктатуре закона, прежде чем куда то идти, все обсуждалось, кто что должен говорить, подтверждать. Где-то внутри я понимал в душе, я понимал, что мне придется за это отвечать, я понимал, что ситуация набирает оборот. Буданцев, сидя дома, имея компьютер, он печатал, проводил свое следствие, через Диктатуру закона письма уходили напрямую на Лубянке в закрытых конвертах. Помимо того, что шло следствие, он вел свое следствие. Может у него доверия не было, он конверты отправлял сам, на чье имя я не знаю.

Петухов попытался возразить, но после препирательств с Лазутиным по команде последнего был задержан и доставлен в ОВД Пресненский вместе с Буданцевым.





Наш источник из ФСБ, утверждать, что взаимодействие Буданцева с сотрудниками ФСБ , осуществляется по следующей схеме. Буданцев подготавливает справку на интересующую его тематику (в основном коммерческий интерес), в которой указывает суть вопроса и традиционно вносит в справку вымысел в отношении лиц (коммерсантах, государственных должностных лиц, сотрудников правоохранительных органов, судей и тд) осуществляющих ему противодействие, о якобы их причастности к организованной преступности и прочую дискредитирующую информацию. Соответственно, достоверность указанной информации никто не проверяет, после чего рождаются справки уже за подписью сотрудников ФСБ РФ, которые в современной российской действительность, являются приговором. Таким образом, Буданцев завладел целом рядом предприятием, снял с должности или отправил за решетку по выдуманным предлогом ряд сотрудников правоохранительных органов, осуществлявших ему противодействие.

According to Geibatov N.V.o. it became known that he knows Tukhfatulin V.G. about a year, because in the summer of 2021 to Geibatov N.V.o. the head of the FSB branch in Noyabrsk, Tukhfatulin V.G. with a request to help in resolving the conflict with a native of the Republic of Azerbaijan, whom Tukhfatulin V.G. beaten while intoxicated. Really perceiving the threat to life and health from the head of the FSB department for the city of Noyabrsk Vadim Tukhfatullin, Geybatov asked Bagirov to give Vadim at least some symbolic amount, so as not to aggravate the situation and not swear with the FSB officer, for which he transferred Bagirov money in the amount of 300 thousand rubles, which he handed over to the head of the FSB department for the city of Noyabrsk, Tukhfatulin V.G.

In this situation, he could not have acted differently, fearing for himself and his friend, he gave this money, and in return received a criminal case against himself (Geybatova N.V.o.). In my opinion, with regard to Geybatov H.V.o. a crime was committed by FSB officer Tukhfatulin V.G., expressed in exceeding his official powers (paragraph a, part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), falsification of the results of operational-search activities (part 4 of article 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and provocation bribes (Article 304 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Пятого августа 2022г. возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении Гейбатова Н.В.о.. 07 августа 2022г. Гейбатов Н.В.о. был задержан в г. Ноябрьск ЯНАО сотрудниками УФСБ, ему было предъявлено обвинение в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 5 ст. 291 УК РФ, т.е. дача взятки должностному лицу через посредника. А именно: дача взятки руководителю отделения ФСБ в г. Ноябрьске Тухфатулину В.Г. в размере 300 000р. через посредника, Багирова Х.Т.о. В настоящий момент обвиняемый и посредник находятся под стражей.

Однако, у Rucriminal.info имеются сведения, что доказательства, послужившие основанием для возбуждения уголовного дела получены незаконно, а денежные средства переданы сотруднику ФСБ в целях общего покровительства после получения угроз применения насилия от последнего в адрес обвиняемых.

Со слов Гейбатова Н.В.о. стало известно, что он знает Тухфатулина В.Г. около года, т.к. летом 2021 года к Гейбатову Н.В.о. обратился руководитель отделения ФСБ в г. Ноябрьске Тухфатулин В.Г. с просьбой помочь в урегулировании конфликта с уроженцем республики Азербайджан, которого Тухфатулин В.Г. избил в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. С помощью других членов диаспоры молодого человека уговорили «забрать заявление» из полиции.

В результате действий неустановленных Гейбатов Н.В.о. боялся постоянно проживать в г. Ноябрьске, и тем более обращаться в правоохранительные органы за защитой своих прав, т.к. зимой 2022 года к Гейбатову Н.В.о. в квартиру в г. Ноябрьск неоднократно вламывались неустановленные люди, и под видом сотрудников внутренних дел всячески угрожали, избивали, а потом без всяких объяснений отвозили в отдел полиции, где через некоторое время отпускали.

Примерно в мае 2022 года к Гейбатову Н.В.о. обратился ранее неоднократно судимый за тяжкие преступления Багиров Халид, и сказал, что может познакомить Гейбатова Н.В.о. с сотрудником ФСБ в г. Ноябрьске, через которого можно будет решить любые проблемы.

Примерно в начале июля 2022г. Гейбатову Н.В.о начал звонить Багиров, который, включал телефон в режим громкой связи, и начальник отдела ФСБ по г. Ноябрьск Тухфатулин В.Г. общался с Гейбатовым Н.В.о.. (данные телефонные разговоры Гейбатов он записывал на личное аудиозаписывающее устройство, записи есть в распоряжении Rucriminal.info). Параллельно Гейбатову Н.В.о. стал звонить отдельно Багиров, и убеждать, что Тухфатулин В.Г. с ним в дружеских отношениях, и с ним лучше сотрудничать на постоянной основе, и что он готов оказать покровительство бизнесу Гейбатова.

В соответствие с имеющимися аудиозаписями, обстоятельства, предшествующие аресту Гейбатова Н.В.о., указывают на совершение в отношении него провокации взятки и вымогательства денежных средств, сопряженных с угрозой насилия.

Так, примерно в начале июля 2022г. состоялся телефонный разговор, аудиозапись, продолжительностью 55 сек. (участвующие лица: обвиняемый Гейбатов Наги В.о., далее по тексту «Г», обвиняемый Багиров Халид Т.о., по тексту «Б», взяткополучатель Тухфатулин В.Г., по тексту «Т») в ходе которого Гейбатову было предложено общее покровительство, а также спокойное проживание в г. Ноябрьск:

Если мы хотим к какому-нибудь паритету прийти, мы должны с тобой, ты, я. Не Халид, там, как ты его подначиваешь, типа что он должен там… нет, должно быть ты и я. Ты же так не хочешь говорить, ну нет, значит не будет

Примерно в начале августа 2022 года Гейбатов сказал Багирову, что не видит смысла в этих разговорах и тем более за что-то платить Тухфатулину и отказывается с ним сотрудничать. Однако Багиров заявил, что боится Вадима и настаивал, что если они ничего не заплатят, то сотрудник рассердится и устроит всем большие проблемы, что Тухфатулин часто передвигается по городу в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, агрессивный, постоянно и демонстративно возит с собой боевое оружие, которое может применить, в связи с чем, хоть что-то надо заплатить. Реально воспринимая угрозу жизни и здоровья со стороны начальника отдела ФСБ по г. Ноябрьск Тухфатуллина Вадима, Гейбатов попросил Багирова отдать Вадиму хоть какую, символическую сумму, лишь бы не обострять ситуацию, и не ругаться с сотрудником ФСБ, для чего перевел Багирову деньги в размере 300 тыс. рублей, которые он и передал начальнику отдела ФСБ по г. Ноябрьск Тухфатулину В.Г.

В этой ситуации, он не мог поступить по другому, боясь за себя и своего знакомого он отдал эти деньги, а в замен получил в отношении себя (Гейбатова Н.В.о.) уголовное дело. По моему мнению в отношении Гейбатова Н.В.о. совершено преступление сотрудником ФСБ Тухфатулиным В.Г., выразившееся в превышении им должностных полномочий (п. а, в ч.3 ст.286 УК РФ), фальсификации результатов оперативно-розыскной деятельности (ч.4 ст. 303 УК РФ) и провокации взятки (ст. 304 УК РФ).

Giga Archilovich Gigava is a native of the city of Ochamchira, Georgian USSR. In 2005 he moved from Georgia to Russia. According to the operational reports of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Giga Gigava was repeatedly detained, including on suspicion of committing a crime under part 3 of article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery).

Gigava has corruption ties in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow and the Moscow Region, in particular in the Western Administrative District and the Odintsovo District.

Constantly holds "business" meetings in trendy restaurants and cafes. After moving to Russia, for a long time he lived with his relative (the husband of his cousin) and patron - Ivan Stepanovich Taraev.



Ivan is a very interesting character. His father Stepan Ivanovich Taraev, served in the military in various senior positions in the maritime department of the Red Banner Transcaucasian Border District of the KGB of the USSR. From the middle of 1990, he held the position of head of the department for military mobilization work in Sochi.

Ivan Taraev himself was born and raised in Tbilisi, where he acquired extensive connections in the underworld. He had his own criminal "brigade". However, according to a Rucrminal.info source, his fate was drastically changed by one of the showdowns, where he met Sulim Yamadayev, at that time the commander of the Vostok battalion of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Moscow Region. Taraev was enlisted in the staff of the Vostok battalion in rank of lieutenant. But is it really appropriate to go as a lieutenant with such a friend as Sulim? Soon a good opportunity turned up to prove himself. The war began in Georgia, better known as the "five-day war." From there, Taraev returned to Moscow with diplomas and medals. However, as they say, the music did not play for long. Yamadayev was killed in Dubai, Vostok was disbanded, and Taraev fell into dark times. Authority was rapidly declining, and soon after another hit on a businessman, a criminal case was opened against Taraev, he was arrested and placed in Moscow SIZO-3 " Presnya".

In April 2010, Taraev, along with 27-year-old native of North Ossetia Artur Bichilov, was detained by SOBR in the Skazka Vostoka restaurant on Frunzenskaya Embankment on charges of robbing businessman Sergei Merzlov.

During a search of Taraev's apartment, 3 hunting rifles, a Makarov pistol, a Makarych traumatic pistol, 3 shooting pens chambered for a 9-mm cartridge, 9 knives and a lot of ammunition were confiscated from Taraev. In addition, more than 20 certificates of various special services in the name of the detainee were found. During this search, a crocodile living there on a chain was discovered in the jacuzzi of Taraev's apartment.

However, after 9 months of investigation, the case was reclassified from “robbery causing damage on an especially large scale” to “arbitrariness”.

In December 2010, at hearings held behind closed doors at the Moscow Garrison Military Court, the victim Sergei Merzlov renounced his claims against Taraev and petitioned for the termination of the criminal case against him. As a result, the case was closed.

At the end of 2010, after leaving the pre-trial detention center and taking a breath, Ivan decided to rejoin the armed forces of the Russian Federation and went to bow to the chief of staff of the Volga-Ural (later Central) Military District, Sergei Surovikin, now commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Acquaintance with such a high-ranking officer Taraev was naturally obliged to Sulim Yamadayev. Having sworn allegiance to Surovikin, who, in his new position in Yekaterinburg, needed support and assistance on the spot, Taraev, after being reinstated in military service and receiving a position at the headquarters of the Central Military District, actually became his shadow adjutant.

According to a Rucrminal.info source, while serving in Yekaterinburg under the command of General Surovikin, Ivan Taraev and Gigi Gigava met Yevgeny Bakharev, an employee of the CSS of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ural Federal District, who then managed to transfer to a similar position in the Moscow region. The fate of Yevgeny Bakharev has already been told by the Cheka-OGPU.

It is worth noting that for a long time Gigawa illegally tried to get Mr. citizenship of the Russian Federation. But he managed to do this only after Evgeny Bakharev took the post of deputy head of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region. With the help of Bakharev, Gigava was issued a Russian passport on a reimbursable basis.

The whole piquancy of this story with Gigava’s documents is that from 2005 to 2017 he actually lived illegally in Russia and at the same time managed to look like a tough bandit, then a GRU officer who was issued a letter for participating in the operation to “force Georgia to peace » for the signature of the President of the Russian Federation Medvedev.

It is worth noting that Taraev is currently an active colonel in the Russian Armed Forces, and his last position was head of the international military cooperation department of the Eastern Military District.

Генерал-полковник Геннадий Жидко был снят с должности замминистра обороны в связи с начавшимися провалами в войне с Украиной, за ведение которой он отвечал этим летом. Однако, как оказалось, в нынешнем Минобороны все генералы незаменимые. Как выяснил телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ , лишившись должности замминистра, Жидко не ушел на гражданку. Согласно выписке ЕГРЮЛ, он был «разжалован» до места командующего Восточным военным округом, которое и занимает по сей день.

В Восточном военном округе, которым командует бывший замминистра обороны Жидко, интересные кадры. В ВВО есть своеобразное «лицо» -Иван Тараев. Человек с оооочень интересными биографией и связями.

Rucriminal.info начинает рассказ о полковнике ВС РФ Тараеве Иване и его родственнике Гиге Гигаве и их высокопоставленных покровителях.

Гига Арчилович Гигава уроженец г. Очамчира Грузинской СССР. В 2005 году переехал из Грузии в РФ. Согласно оперативным сводкам ГУ МВД по Москве, Гига Гигава неоднократно задерживался, в том числе и по подозрению в совершении преступления предусмотренного ч.3 ст.161 УК РФ (грабеж).

Гигава имеет коррупционные связи в ГУ МВД по Москве и Московской области, в частности в Западном административном округе и Одинцовского районе.

Постоянно проводит "деловые" встречи в модных ресторанах и кафе. После переезда в Россию, длительное время проживал у своего родственника (мужа своей двоюродной сестры) и покровителя - Ивана Степановича Тараева.



Гига Гигава




Иван же весьма интересный персонаж. Его отец Степан Иванович Тараев , проходил военную службу на различных руководящих должностях в морском отделе Краснознамённого Закавказского пограничного округа КГБ СССР. С середины 1990 занимал должность начальника управления по военно-мобилизационной работе г.Сочи.

Сам же Иван Тараев родился и вырос в Тбилиси, где приобрёл обширные связи в преступном мире. Имел свою собственную криминальную «бригаду". Однако, по словам источника Rucrminal.info, его судьбу круто изменила одна из разборок, где он познакомился с Сулимом Ямадаевым, на тот момент командиром батальона Восток ГРУ ГШ МО. Тараев был зачислен в штат батальона Восток в звании лейтенант. Но разве подобает ходить в лейтенантах при таком друге как Сулим? Вскоре подвернулся неплохой случай проявить себя. Началась война в Грузии, более известная как «пятидневная война». Оттуда Тараев вернулся в Москву с грамотами и медалями. Однако, как говорится, недолго музыка играла. Ямадаев был убит в Дубаи, «Восток» расформирован и у Тараева наступили темные времена. Авторитет стремительно падал и вскоре после очередного наезда на коммерсанта, на Тараева было заведено уголовное дело, он был арестован и помещен в московский СИЗО-3 «Пресня» .

В апреле 2010 года Тараев вместе с 27-летним уроженцем Северной Осетии Артуром Бичиловым был задержан СОБРом в ресторане «Сказка Востока» на Фрунзенской набережной по обвинению в ограблении бизнесмена Сергея Мерзлова.

Во время обыска на квартире у Тараева было изъято 3 охотничьих ружья, пистолет Макарова, травматический пистолет «Макарыч», 3 стреляющих ручки под 9-миллиметровый патрон, 9 ножей и множество боеприпасов. Кроме того, было найдено более 20 удостоверений различных спецслужб на имя задержанного. Во время этого обыска в джакузи квартиры Тараева был обнаружен проживавший там на цепи крокодил.

Однако после 9 месяцев следствия дело было переквалифицировано с «разбоя с причинением ущерба в особо крупных размеров» на «самоуправство».

В декабре 2010 года, на проводившихся в Московском гарнизонном военном суде в закрытом режиме слушаниях, потерпевший Сергей Мерзлов отказался от претензий к Тараеву и ходатайствовал о прекращении уголовного дела против него. В итоге дело было закрыто.

В конце 2010 года, выйдя из СИЗО и немного переведя дух, Иван решил восстановиться в ряда вооружённых сил РФ и отправился на поклон к начальнику штаба Приволжско-Уральского (позднее Центрального) Военного Округа Сергею Суровикину, ныне командующему ВКС РФ. Знакомству со столь высокопоставленным офицером Тараев был обязан естественно Сулиму Ямадаеву. Конечно, боевому генералу наверное стоило бы быть повнимательнее к своему окружению и не вступать в весьма токсичные контакты, но в то время кадровые решения часто принимались без оглядки и проверки.

Присягнув на верность Суровикину, который на новой должности в Екатеринбурге нуждался в поддержке и помощи на месте, Тараев после восстановления на воинской службе и получения должности в штабе Центрального военного округа фактически стал его теневым адъютантом.

По словам источника Rucrminal.info, во время службы в Екатеринбурге под командованием генерала Суровикина произошло знакомство Ивана Тараева и Гиги Гигавы с сотрудником УСБ Главного управления МВД по УрФО Евгением Бахаревым, которому затем удалось перевестись на аналогичную должность в Московскую область. О судьбе Евгения Бахарева уже рассказывал ранее ВЧК-ОГПУ.

Стоит отметить, что длительное время Гигава незаконно пытался получить гражданство Российской Федерации. Но удалось это ему сделать только после того, как Евгений Бахарев занял должность заместителя начальника ГУСБ ГУВД Московской области. С помощью Бахарева на возмездной основе Гигаве был выдан российский паспорт.

Вся пикантность этой истории с документами Гигавы в том, что начиная с 2005 года и до 2017 он фактически нелегально проживал в России и при этом умудрялся выглядеть то крутым бандитом, то офицером ГРУ, которому выписали грамоту за участие в операции по «принуждению Грузии к миру» за подпись президента РФ Медведева.

Стоит отметить, что в настоящее время Тараев является действующим полковником Вооруженных Сил России, а последняя занимаемая им должность - начальник отдела международного военного сотрудничества Восточного военного округа.

Весьма известен в кругах мелких решал и младший брат Ивана Тараева - Альберт, так же уроженец Тбилиси.

В 2014 году Альберт Тараев в целях организации и проведения азартных игр с извлечением дохода в особо крупном размере создал на территории Москвы преступное сообщество. Как следует из постановления о возбуждении дела за период своей преступной деятельности эта ОПГ извлекла доход в размере не менее 69 миллионов рублей.


В связи с этим Альберту Тараеву, Виталию Коваленко и Сергею Бочкову были предъявлены обвинения в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных статьями 210 (организация преступного сообщества) и 171.2 (незаконная организация и проведение азартных игр) УК РФ.

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, незаконную организацию и проведение азартных игр прикрывал оперуполномоченный 1-ой оперативно-розыскной части отдела экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции (ОРЧ ОЭБ и ПК) УВД по ЦАО ГУ МВД РОССИИ по Москве Александр Кириллин.

В конце концов Альберт Тараев смог соскочить с реального срока наказания дав показания на своих подельников Виталия Коваленко, Сергея Бочкова и Александра Кириллина. Возможно, что и тут сработали высокопоставленные связи брата.
