Как ранее рассказывал «ВЧК-ОГПУ, Сергей Филатов считается правой рукой «Лучка» (Сергея Лалакина), лидера кровавой «Подольской ОПГ», а также почётного гражданина города Подольск, награждённого медалью ордена «За заслуги перед Отечеством» II степени. К тому же прокуратура Подольска выступала «центром принятия решений» в истории о нелегальных казино под «крышей» подмосковных прокуроров, поскольку эти казино как минимум уже с 2006 года контролировались помощником прокурора города Подольск – Яковом Кузьминым, впоследствии осуждённым за подготовку убийства.

Немаловажно и то, что осуждённый Сазонов был отправлен в колонию, а обвиняемые Севикян и Филатов были отправлены в СИЗО судами, которые неподконтрольны Московскому областному суду, поэтому чета Хлопушиных не могла похлопотать об их судьбе.

Члены боксерского сообщества России написали открытое письмо генералу ФСО Алексею Рубежному, где открыто «подозревали Кремлева во взяточничестве, неисполнении финансовых обязательств, рейдерском захвате собственности…». Молчание начальника службы безопасности президента РФ весьма красноречиво.

Мне вспоминается боксерская группировка рэкетиров в Серпухове, похоронившая в 90-е многих своих лидеров. Их сила основывалась на кулаках, а не на пытках ФСБ и ФСО у нынешних кровожадных мутантов.

Опора режима на подобных персонажей…весьма ненадежна. Такие флюгеры с легкостью поменяют Родину и флаг за банку варенья и коробку печенья.

Бурная рейдерская деятельность Кремлева на серпуховских просторах при любых будущих политических раскладах приведет к изъятию награбленного.

Подобные мотыльки порхают несколько дней, выбравшись из кокона, созданного омерзительной гусеницей.

- Бачиев Эльдар сотрудник УФСБ России по РИ. Ранее был прикомандирован ОРЧ СБ МВД по РИ, был отстранен от должности за коррупционные махинация, являлся приближенным С.Чернышева (экс начальник Управления ФСБ России по РИ) его коррупционные махинация, а также из-за жалоб и анонимки граждан его перевели в АПС. В настоящее время являясь АПСником ИГУ, он сидит в кресле начальника отдела «М» и дает указания сотрудникам отдела. Непонятно, каким приказом он руководствуется. В данное время не являясь не замом и не начальником отдела «М» УФСБ России по РИ, решает коррупционные и иные вопросы, опираясь, на свои близкие отношения с руководством и при этом занимается коррупцией (сбором денег с бюджетных организаций, а также с майниг ферм). Сбором дани занимаются его доверенные лица Куриев Илез (ренее был уволен за коррупционные махинации, в настоящее время восстановился и занимает должность зам начальника ОБЭП и ПК МВД по РИ) Евлоев Зубейр (ранее был уволен за кражу автомобиля, в настоящее время проходит службу ОБЭП и ПК МВД по РИ). Кроме того Куриев лично посещает с сомнительными целями Министра ВД по РИ Коробкина.

Бачиев Эльдар (приближенный экс начальника ФСБ России по РИ) полностью «крышует» коррупционно составляющее ОБЭП и ПК МВД по РИ (сбором с Майнинг фермы, с пенсионного отдела, ФТЭК, служба занятости и прочее, всех поставили на дань).

Кроме того Бачиев Эльдар и Куриев Илез с Министром ВД по РИ решают кадровые вопросы исключительно в своих личных интересах. Бачиев Эльдар после увольнения Чернышева, при сборе и дележки денег, начал ссылаться на заместителя начальника УФСБ России по РИ Дмитрия Викторовича, он не стесняясь, открыто ссылается на него. Кроме того Бачиев Эльдар ежемесячно получает 500 000 рублей с черной вдовы (Людмила Дзяудиновна), сестра нашего сотрудника Котиева Зелимхана Дзяудиновича, не говоря о подарках и подаренном автомобиле марки «Тойта-Камри». Деньги с черной вдовы Эльдар получает через Эльджаркиева Ислама (начальник ЦПЭ МВД по РИ).

В данное время Бачиев Эльдар ведет себя уверенно, демонстрируя свои надуманные иллюзии о том, что у него связи с новым начальником Управления Кечкиным Д.Н.



Управлении действуют несколько организованных групп, сформированные еще при начальнике С.Чырнышове. Руководителем вышеизложенной группы является Бачиев Эльдар.

Перейдем ко второй группе, возглавляемой начальником СЭБ УФСБ России по РИ, Олег С. занимается сбором денег (дани) со строительных фирм, Министерство здравоохранения, налоговой службы, Газпром, Россеть по РИ, баталхаджинский золотой рынок. В группу Олега С. входит Барагулов Залим который известен как коррупционер с опытом. Он получил с Экажева Магомеда Тамерлановича, начальник отдела УВМ МВД по РИ автомобиль марки «Мерседес-Бенс GLE» стоимостью 11 (одиннадцать) миллионов рублей, за прикрытия его коррупционные преступления. М. Экажев в свою очередь пристроил за деньги своих братьев в БСТМ МВД по РИ и другие места, через Барагунова. В настоящее время на подаренном Мерседесе катается по КБР жена Барагулова Залима….Интересен и другой факт, что Экажева М.Т. ранее прикрывал экс начальник отдела «М» УФСБ России по РИ Валагиров Ратмир.

Также известно, что Экажев М.Т. провел ремонт за свой счет клуба «Пятница» в КБР, принадлежащей Валагирову Ратмиру, за 15 миллионов рублей. После своего ухода Валагиров Ратмир передает по наследству Экажева Барагулову Залиму. После того как Барагулов перевелся в отдел СЭБ его возможности для обогащения расширились и ему было необходимо перевести свой отдел сотрудника из местных, способного наладить схему получения откатов с Батлаков по золоту, поскольку в основном золотом занимаются батлаки. Для этого Барагулов Залим избавляется от честно работающего сотрудника, борца с коррупцией, а на его место перевел своего друга Чумакова Рамзана, (которого с отдела БТ ранее за недостатки по службе, отправили в дежурную часть. Его совсем не уволили из-за того что он слил заместителя начальника Управления В.В. Лесь, который уволен за получения взятки у Белхароева Якуба и крышевание барыг) как способного договариваться, используя родственные и иные связи при получении дани.

Как мы все знаем в г. Назрань (Центр- Камаз) по ул. Куркиева , дом 11в отношении Медарова (владелец ресторана Али, бизнесмен, занимается добычей золото в северах) во время обыска унесли 2 (два) пистолета «Глок) 2 (два) пистолета АПС, 36 (тридцать шесть килограмма золото, 24 (двадцать четыре) миллиона рублей, наручные часы с бриллиантами в количестве 2 шт., колье с бриллиантами 2 шт. Данное мероприятие (грабеж) провели во главе с Олегом С., Барагунов Зелим и Чумаков Рамазан. Перед мероприятием все телефоны Медарова и его близких родственников были поставлены на прослушку по заданию Чумакова Р. Все, что было добыто в ходе «мероприятия» было поделено между Олегом С., Барагуловым З. Чумаковым Р., львиную долу получил Чернышев Сергей. Спустя несколько дней Чумаков Р. И Барагулов З. приобрели каждый себе «Тойота –Камри». Аналогичные «мероприятия» ранее они провели у владельца торгового центра «Эльдорадо» Евлоева Ахмеда Кадыровича, проживающего в Назрань (Центр-Камаз) В ходе данных «мероприятий указанными сотрудниками забрали у Евлоева А.К. 500 000 долларов США. Подобные «мероприятия» ими проведены у главврача периренального детского центра, также у руководителя ФНС РИ, список можно перечислять бесконечно. Население в республики настолько напугано, что они боятся сказать слово, сообщить в соответствующие органы, например в ОСБ УФСБ России по РИ, так как были случаи, но они заканчивались плачевно для заявителей, поскольку начальник отдела ОСБ и оперативный сотрудник Ризван с ними в заодно. Приведу пример: у Евлоева Умара (ответственный по ЕГЭ в министерстве образования в Ингушетии) вымогали деньги в размере 10 000 000 рублей, он обратился ОСБ, а те свою очередь завели в отношение него возбудили уголовное дело, в апреле месяце провели у него обыск.



По третьей организованной группе (ОПГ):

Руководитель третьей группы в УФСБ России по РИ является Нижерадзе Георгий. Деятельность нашего героя заключается в том, что мотивируя работу по Батлакам, он получает деньги за покровительства определенных лиц из числа Батлаков и решения их вопросов.
