After the corruption component was revealed, Anashkin was struck off the lists of candidates, but Gritsenko refused to return what he received, citing the toxicity of the management of YugStroyInvest.

Another of Gritsenko's creatures is Galina Golovchenko, a 35-year-old local socialite with whom Gritsenko, who has abandoned his family, is connected not only by party affiliation.



After these events and the uncovered facts of the criminal past of the Gritsenko family, the question arose of including him in the top three of the list of United Russia for the elections to the ZSK and retaining the position of deputy chairman for him. Gritsenko's only opportunity to again freely enter the Legislative Assembly is to retain the chair of the head of the United Russia regional department. But the feds will not save Gritsenko a second time, and they began to look for a replacement in his place.

One of the possible candidates who, according to Gritsenko, can compete with him is Dmitry Lameikin, State Duma deputy from the Krasnodar Territory, whom he perceives as a personal enemy. To eliminate a possible competitor, Gritsenko initiated, according to an already worked out scheme, a search for compromising evidence on the deputy's family, for subsequent leaking to the federals. Whether another set-up will help Gritsenko is very doubtful, since Lameikin is in good standing with Volodin and Turchak, who are not very interested in Gritsenko's "Kuban fires" in the form of black caviar and sturgeon.

The youngest son of Gritsenko, who died as a result of a head injury, is Leonid Nikolayevich, born in 1973. was convicted under Art. 144 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for theft of another's property, art. 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for the theft of vehicles, art. 145 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for robbery and Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession, manufacture of narcotic substances).

It is possible that Gritsenko, who was aiming for the seat of senator in the late 90s, was associated with criminal authorities and groups that accounted for racketeering, robberies and murders, but he managed to erase unpleasant circumstances from his biography.

Another reason for Gritsenko's refusal to agree to the position of senator is his close and business relationship with his colleague in the ZSK Alexei Rudnev, suspected of commercial bribery and other fraudulent transactions using Gazprom structures. At present, more serious circumstances may emerge in the Rudnev case, pulling on a life sentence, which Nikolai Gritsenko knew and kept silent about.

Путь в сенаторство Гриценко закрыли, а на съезде Краснодарского регионального отделения, остро встал вопрос о смене бессменного лидера кубанского ЕР.

Гриценко после вскрывшихся фактов, инициировал программу своего спасения и потребовал кэшбека со стороны федеральных кураторов, которых он снабжал черной икрой и осетриной. Спасать Гриценко прислали руководителя Центрального исполкома «Единой России» Александра Сидякина. Гриценко был временно спасен, и за ним была сохранена должность.

Еще одной креатурой Гриценко является Галина Головченко, 35-летняя местная светская львица, с которой Гриценко, отказавшегося от своей семьи, связывает не только партийная принадлежность.

После указанных событий и вскрытых фактов уголовного прошлого семьи Гриценко, остро встал вопрос включения его в первую тройку списка ЕР на выборы в ЗСК и сохранения за ним должности зампреда. Единственная возможность Гриценко снова беспрепятственно пройти в ЗакСобрание - сохранение кресла руководителя реготделения ЕР. Но федералы второй раз спасть Гриценко не будут и на его место начали искать замену.

Одним из возможных кандидатов, который по мнению Гриценко может ему составить конкуренцию - депутат ГосДумы от Краснодарского края Дмитрий Ламейкин, которого он воспринимает как личного врага. Для устранения возможного конкурента, Гриценко инициировал по уже отработанной схеме поиск компромата на семью депутата, для последующего слива федералам. Поможет ли Гриценко очередная подстава - весьма сомнительно, поскольку Ламейкин на хорошем счету у Володина и Турчака, которым не сильно интересны "кубанские взгревы" от Гриценко в виде черной икры и осетров.

Ранее телеграм ВЧК-ОГПУ рассказал о том, что руководитель Краснодарского краевого отделения Единой России - зампредседателя ЗСК Николай Гриценко начал обивать пороги московских гостиных для получения одобрения на должность сенатора от региона. Гриценко под предлогом наличия серьезного компромата пытается убедить лиц принимающих решение о необходимости смены действующего 72-летнего сенатора Владимира Бекетова.

Федеральные кураторы как и региональные власти были не в восторге от идеи сенаторства Гриценко не только из-за его токсичности, но и в связи с темным пятном в его биографии. Гриценко на протяжении нескольких лет тщательно скрывает криминальное прошлое и настоящее своей семьи.

Старший сын Гриценко - Владимир Николаевич 1971 г.р. осужден по ст.145 УК РСФСР за грабеж, ст.157 УК РФ за неуплату алиментов, ст. 324 УК РФ за сбыт официальных документов и гос.наград, ст.222 УК РФ за незаконной хранение оружия и ст. 158 УК РФ (кража).

Погибший в результате травмы головы младший сын Гриценко - Леонид Николаевич 1973 г.р. был осужден по ст. 144 УК РСФСР за хищение чужого имущества, ст. 212.1 УК РСФСР за угон транспортных средств, ст. 145 УК РСФСР за грабеж и ст.228 УК РФ (незаконное хранение, изготовление наркотических веществ).

Не исключается, что метящий в кресло сенатора Гриценко в конце 90-х был связан с криминальными авторитетами и группировками, на счету которых рэкет, грабежи и убийства, однако ему удалось стереть из своей биографии нелицеприятные обстоятельства.

Еще одним доводом для отказа Гриценко в согласовании на должность сенатора являются его близкие и деловые отношения с его коллегой по ЗСК Алексеем Рудневым, подозреваемым в совершении коммерческого подкупа и иных мошеннических операций с использованием структур "Газпром". В настоящее время в деле Руднева могут всплыть и более тяжкие обстоятельства, тянущие на пожизненное о которых знал и умалчивал Николай Гриценко.

У Ахмедова был убит брат – «вор в законе» Ровшан Джаниев. Считается, что произошло это по отмашке Лото Гули.

Альберт Рыжий относился к клану некогда «вора в законе №1» Аслана Усояна (Дед Хасан). Война между Надиром Салифовы и Али Гейдаровым началась в конце 2013 года. Лоту Гули объявил о своих притязаниях на ряд рынков, подконтрольных на тот момент Альберту Архангельскому Рыжему. Однако Али Гейдаров делиться прибыльными объектами отказался. Между «ворами в законе» состоялось несколько неприятных телефонных разговоров, закончившихся серьезным конфликтом.

17 марта 2014 года сотрудники ГУУР МВД РФ задержали в Санкт-Петербурге двух киллеров с оружием, которые, как выяснилось, прибыли в Северную столицу, чтобы устранить Али Гейдарова. В ходе расследования было установлено, что наемников отправил «правая рука» Лоту Гули Ильгам Гаджиев. В 2016 году Гейдаров был арестован за грабеж и позже приговорен в Петербурге к семи годам. Летом 2020 года Альберт Рыжий освободился по УДО.



В конце января 2021 года Гейдаров с размахом отметил 40-летний юбилей. По документам он родился 2 февраля, но в реальности это событие произошло раньше. По случаю столь знаменательного события Альберт собрал массу почетных гостей в ресторане в Москве. А в самый разгар веселья в помещения ворвались бойцы спецназа в полном обмундировании. Обычное дело для банкетов (на официальном языке «сходок») «законников». Отдельные собравшиеся уже собрались лечь на пол и положить руки за голову. На спецназовцы повели себя не характерно. Они направились к столику юбиляра и упали перед ним на колени, произнося извинения. Оказалось, это был веселый подарок от одного из гостей с ряженными. Юбиляр был очень доволен.

Гейдар Алиев был застрелен 12 апреля 2021 года в фитнес-центре жилого комплекса «Алые паруса» в Москве. Арестованный сразу после расстрела Алиева исполнитель Матлаб Султанов заявил на допросах, что решение расправится с «вором в законе» было его личным, из-а каких-то обидных слов. Оперативники в это, конечно, не поверили. И не зря.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, потом по СИЗО пошла малява, смысл которой сводился к тому, что с Султановым необходимо расправиться, как с убийцей «вора в законе». Его в целях безопасности перевели в «Матросскую тишину», даже держали одного в камере. Однако, понятно, что вечно оберегать Султанова не удастся. Но у него появился заступник. Сыщики установили, что в СИЗО неоднократно звонил «вор в законе» Намик Салифов (родной брат Гули), который настойчиво просил у влиятельных сидельцев ничего не предпринимать в отношении Султанова.



Наведя информацию, оперативники выяснили, что Намик уже особ и не скрывает среди приближенных, что устранение Алиева дело «его рук» и это было местью за брата.
