It all began at 6 am on July 29, 2023, when the authority suddenly felt ill. Feeling the onset of vomiting, he ran to the toilet without making his bed and throwing on only a cotton jacket. As a result, during the morning rounds, the operative officer recorded the prisoner's unmade bed and the absence of trousers on him, which are violations. For this, Kochuykov was placed in a punishment cell for seven days.

This was not the end of the Italian's misadventures. After his release from the punishment cell, the head of the detachment approached him to accompany him to the medical unit of IK-3 for medical procedures. Kochuykov refused to go there, for which he was subsequently transferred to a cell-type room. Having added 15 disciplinary sanctions previously imposed on the authority to these incidents, the head of the colony recognized him as a malicious violator of the established procedure for serving a sentence. Since the fall of 2023, Italian has been trying to challenge the sanctions in court. At first instance, they were recognized as legal, but the authority filed appeals, decisions on which have not been made.

Another trial that Italian will have to go through concerns the establishment of administrative supervision over him. The administration of IK-3 approached him with a corresponding administrative claim in connection with the approaching end of his term. But until final decisions are made on the appeals of Italianets against the penalties, the colony's claim for administrative supervision cannot be considered. In this regard, proceedings on this claim were suspended.

As previously reported by the VChK-OGPU, efforts for the early release of Italianets from the colony were made by State Duma deputy Andrei Skoch. In the criminal case on the bribery of high-ranking employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to release Kochuykov, there is a document entitled "State Duma deputy A.V. Skoch decides through Maksimenko M.I. and Lamonov A.N. (at the time of the events, employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation - Ed.) the issue of releasing the direct executor of the raider seizure of the Elements restaurant Kochuykov A.N. (nickname "Italian"), with whom they have been on friendly terms since the time of their joint criminal activity in the Solntsevskaya organized crime group." It is interesting that this document was not submitted to the court with other investigative materials, but remained in the materials gathering dust on the investigative shelves. Skoch agreed that it would not be he who would be tried for bribing the Investigative Committee employees, but his "right hand" Sheykhametov (Sheikh), who only acted as an intermediary in the negotiations between Skoch and the Investigative Committee. By the way, Sheikh, as Skoch promised him, did not go to jail at all.



The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel found the deputy and "patriot" Andrei Skoch in a database of people "who left the Russian Federation" compiled from leaks. His daughter, the main holder of the assets of the United Russia organized crime group member, the daughter-in-law of the first deputy chairman of the government Denis Manturov, Varvara, was also spotted there.



The name of Andrei Skoch appears in the database allegedly in connection with the announced mobilization. It is indicated that he left the Russian Federation for Belarus on October 14, 2022. However, most likely, the State Duma deputy left at a difficult time for the country not for fear of conscription, but for another vacation.



The entire family of the people's representative, including his daughter Varvara and son-in-law Evgeny Manturov, have been repeatedly spotted both in the Seychelles and in Switzerland. And the Republic of Belarus is just a convenient hub where you can charter a private jet without unnecessary noise. After all, according to open data, Andrei Skoch's personal plane is under sanctions and blocked in all services.



The main holder of deputy Skoch's assets, his daughter Varvara Manturova, according to leaks, left the country on March 31, 2022, for the UAE. The reason given is the beginning of the SVO, but even without this, the 22-year-old regular at foreign parties comes to her homeland only to participate in dance competitions and for treatment.

Семья «депутата-патриота» Скоча оказалась в списках «сбежавших из РФ»

Приближается дата освобождения со строгого режима преступного авторитета Андрея Кочуйкова (Итальянец), который является «правой рукой» вора в законе Захария Калашова (Шакро молодой). По данным Rucriminal.info, Кочуйков, приговоренный 29 марта 2018 года к 8 годам 10 месяцам колонии по уголовному делу о бойне на улице Рочдельской в Москве у ресторана Elements, должен выйти из ИК-3 УФСИН по Калужской области 15 октября. В отличие от своего босса, досрочно освободившегося в марте этого года из колонии в Краснодарском крае по медицинским показаниям (в заключении Шакро практически ослеп), Итальянец не может выйти раньше, чем ему предписано приговором, и судится с администрацией ИК-3.

Как стало известно ВЧК-ОГПУ, летом 2023 года Кочуйков не поладил с тюремной администрацией, результатом чего стали его водворение в штрафной изолятор, признание злостным нарушителем установленного порядка отбывания наказания и перевод с облегченных на строгие условия отбывания наказания сроком на три месяца. Все началось в 6 утра 29 июля 2023 года, когда авторитету внезапно стало плохо. Почувствовав приступы рвоты, он выбежал в туалет, не заправив кровать и накинув на себя только х/б куртку. В результате во время утреннего обхода оперативный уполномоченный зафиксировал незаправленное спальное место заключенного и отсутствие на нем брюк, что является нарушениями. За это Кочуйкова водворили в ШИЗО на семь суток.

На этом злоключения Итальянца не закончились. После освобождения из ШИЗО к нему подошел начальник отряда для сопровождения в медсанчасть ИК-3 для проведения медицинских процедур. Проследовать туда Кочуйков отказался, за что впоследствии был переведен в помещение камерного типа. Приплюсовав к данным инцидентам 15 ранее наложенных на авторитета дисциплинарных взысканий, начальник колонии признал его злостным нарушителем установленного порядка отбывания наказания. С осени 2023 года Итальянец пытается оспорить взыскания в суде. В первой инстанции они были признаны законными, но авторитет подал апелляции, решения по которым не приняты.

Еще один судебный процесс, через который предстоит пройти Итальянцу, касается установления за ним административного надзора. С соответствующим административным иском к нему вышла администрация ИК-3 в связи с приближающимся окончанием срока. Но до тех пор, пока не будут вынесены окончательные решения по апелляционным жалобам Итальянца на взыскания, иск колонии об адмнадзоре не может быть рассмотрен. В связи с этим производство по данному иску было приостановлено.

Как ранее сообщал ВЧК-ОГПУ, усилия для досрочного выхода Итальянца из колонии предпринимал депутат Госдумы Андрей Скоч. В уголовном деле о подкупе высокопоставленных сотрудников СКР для освобождения Кочуйкова есть документ под названием «Депутат Государственной Думы РФ Скоч А.В. решает через Максименко М.И. и Ламонова А.Н. (на момент событий сотрудники СКР - Ред) вопрос об освобождении непосредственного исполнителя рейдерского захвата ресторана “Элементс” Кочуйкова А.Н. (кличка “Итальянец”), с которым они находятся в дружеских отношениях со времен совместной преступной деятельности в “солнцевской” ОПГ».

Интересно, что этот документ не поступил в суд с другими материалами следствия, а остался в материалах, пылящихся на полках следствия. Скоч договорился, что за подкуп сотрудников СКР будут судить не его самого, а его «правую руку» Шейхаметова (Шейх), который лишь выступал посредником в переговорах между Скочем и СКР. Кстати, Шейх, как и обещал ему Скоч, вообще не сел.



Телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ обнаружил депутата и «патриота» Андрея Скоча в собранной из утечек базе данных «покинувших РФ» людей. Вместе с ним там была замечена и его дочь — главная держательница активов единоросса-ОПГшника, невестка первого зампреда правительства Дениса Мантурова — Варвара.



В базе данных имя Андрея Скоча фигурирует якобы в связи с объявленной мобилизацией. Указано, что он выехал из РФ в Белоруссию 14 октября 2022 года. Однако, скорее всего, депутат Госдумы уехал в сложное для страны время не опасаясь призыва, а в очередной отпуск.



Вся семья народного избранника, включая его дочь Варвару и зятя Евгения Мантуровых, неоднократно были замечены, и на Сейшелах, и в Швейцарии. А РБ лишь удобный хаб, где можно без лишнего шума зафрахтовать частный джет. Ведь согласно открытым данным личный самолёт Андрея Скоча под санкциями и заблокирован во всех сервисах.



Главная держательница активов депутата Скоча его дочь Варвара Мантурова, по данным утечек выехала из страны 31 марта 2022 года в ОАЭ. Причиной названо начало СВО, но и без этого 22-летняя завсегдатая заграничных тусовок приезжает на родину только для участия в танцевальных конкурсах и на лечение.



Много лет семья Андрея Скоча посещает клинику КИЭМ, где его супругу светскую львицу Елену Лихач ценят даже больше, чем супругу пресс-секретаря президента Татьяну Навку, судя по тому, насколько ниже отзыв последней опубликован на сайте элитной лечебницы. Там же, как уже сообщал ВЧК-ОГПУ, недавно у депутата диагностировали подозрение на опухоль.

Romanovsky Covered Up Subordinates Trading in Data from the Malakhit Database

The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel learned of a major scandal in the Federal Customs Service related to the illegal receipt of information on the declaration of goods transported across the border. The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under Part 4 of Article 274.1 (illegal influence on the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation) and Part 6 of Article 290 (accepting a bribe on an especially large scale) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. So far, two defendants are known: Roman Tarkhov and a certain Sheinikov, both are employees of the FCS and have been arrested. Tarkhov has been charged under both articles, Sheinikov has been charged with accepting a bribe.

The charges are based on a confession and the testimony of an intermediary that he transferred money to Sheinikov for obtaining information. According to the investigation, Tarkhov and Sheinikov had access to the Malakhit ISS and could create requests to obtain data contained in the system. The case also includes employees of Tarkhov's unit as witnesses and suspects. He himself declared his readiness to cooperate with the investigation. The customs officer's defense asked the court to release him under house arrest, but the judge decided that the information presented at this stage of the case was sufficient to conclude that the suspicions of Tarkhov's involvement in the acts under investigation were justified. According to a source of Rucriminal.info, Tarkhov R.V. served in the Moscow Customs as the head of the operational and analytical department, and everyone has long known that he and his employees have long been trading in closed official databases. But this is only the tip of the iceberg in a chain of abuses and gross violations of information security that systematically occur in this customs office. A very large leak of official information comes from a number of departments. At a number of customs posts, completely unauthorized persons have access to various programs for performing customs operations and "Malachite". No work is being done to prevent these abuses at Moscow Customs, and all because in the event of the establishment of illegal actions that clearly fall under Article 274 of the Criminal Code, the head of Moscow Customs, V.A. Romanovsky, takes all measures to conceal these crimes.

In particular, at the Novomoskovsky customs post, employees of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Federal Customs Service uncovered and documented facts of the post head, A.N. Antonov, providing his account, access to all KPS and "Malachite" to unidentified persons.

At the request of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Federal Customs Service, an official investigation was ordered at Moscow Customs in August, which, at the direction of V.A. Romanovsky, was carried out formally and superficially and without an in-depth study of all the circumstances of the illegal impact on the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, as interpreted by the Criminal Code. The outcome of the official investigation was based on fictitious explanations given by customs officers who took the blame upon themselves, having been pressured and intimidated by Antonov A.N.



Romanovsky V.A., knowing the details of what happened very well, in order to protect Antonov A.N., to whom he is very favorable, possibly due to his informal relations with him at work, not only from dismissal on discrediting grounds, but also from possible criminal prosecution, gives the order to conduct the investigation superficially and without sending the materials to the Investigative Committee.

At the same time, real persecution and harassment began on the part of Romanovsky V.A. of the head of the Moscow CED Zverev R.A. and his subordinate employees for minor violations, in comparison with those indicated above. And all this because the head of the CED never agreed to any dubious service proposals, to which the head of the Moscow Customs repeatedly inclined him.

These facts, as well as the history of dubious relations of Romanovsky V.A. with the TLC "Elektrougli" received wide publicity and resonance in the Federal Customs Service, which will undoubtedly have a deplorable effect on the future career of Lieutenant General Romanovsky V.A., despite all his efforts to remain in this customs office.

Начальник Московской таможни попал в дело

Романовский покрывал подчиненных, торгующих данными из базы «Малахит»



Телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ стало известно о большом скандале в Федеральной таможенной службе, связанном с незаконным получением информации о декларировании перемещаемых через границу товаров. Следственным комитетом возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 4 ст. 274.1 (неправомерное воздействие на критическую информационную инфраструктуру РФ) и ч. 6 ст. 290 (получение взятки в особо крупном размере) УК РФ. Пока известно о двух фигурантах: Романе Тархове и некоем Шейникове, оба являются сотрудниками ФТС и арестованы. Тархову предъявлено обвинение по обеим статьям, Шейникову – в получении взятки.

В основу обвинения легли явка с повинной и показания посредника о том, что он передавал деньги Шейникову за получение информации. Тархов и Шейников, по данным следствия, имели доступ к ИСС «Малахит» и могли создавать запросы для получения данных, содержащихся в системе. По делу в качестве свидетелей и подозреваемых также проходят сотрудники подразделения Тархова. Сам он заявил о готовности сотрудничать со следствием. Защита таможенника просила суд отпустить его под домашний арест, но судья решил, что представленных сведений на данной стадии производства по делу достаточно для вывода об обоснованности подозрений в причастности Тархова к расследуемым деяниям.

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, Тархов Р.В. проходил службу в Московской таможне в должности начальника оперативно-аналитического отдела и о том, что он и его сотрудники давно торгуют закрытыми служебными базами данных, всем давно известно. Но это лишь только верхушка айсберга в цепочке злоупотреблений и грубых нарушений информационной безопасности, которые на системной основе происходит в данной таможне. Очень большая утечка служебной информации исходит из ряда подразделений. На ряде таможенных постов к различным программам совершения таможенных операций и "Малахиту" имеют доступ совершенно посторонние люди. Работа по пресечению этих злоупотреблений в Московской таможне не ведётся и всё потому, что в случае установления противоправных действий, которые однозначно подпадают по статью 274 УК, начальником Московской таможни Романовским В.А. предпринимаются все действия по сокрытию данных преступлений.

В частности, на таможенном посту Новомосковский сотрудниками УПК ФТС были вскрыты и задокументированы факты предоставления начальником поста Антоновым А.Н. своей учётной записи, ко всем КПС и "Малахиту" неустановленным лицам.



По требованию УПК ФТС в августе в Московской таможне была назначена служебная проверка, которая по указанию Романовского В.А. была проведена формально и поверхностно и без углубленного изучения всех обстоятельств неправомерного воздействия на критическую информационную инфраструктуру РФ, как трактует это УК. В основу такого исхода служебной проверки легли фиктивные объяснения сотрудников таможенного поста, которые взяли вину на себя, подвергнувшись давлению и запугиванию со стороны Антонова А.Н.

Романовский В.А. же, прекрасно зная детали произошедшего, чтобы уберечь Антонова А.Н., к которому очень благоволит, возможно из-за своих с ним неформальных отношений по службе, не только от увольнения по дискредитирующим основаниям, но и от возможного уголовного преследования, дает указание провести проверку поверхностно и без направления материалов в СК.

При этом начались настоящее преследование и травля со стороны Романовкого В.А. начальника Московского ЦЭД Зверева Р.А. и его подчинённых сотрудников за незначительные нарушения, в сравнении с указанными выше. И это все потому что начальник ЦЭД никогда не соглашался ни с какими сомнительными предложениями по службе, к которым его неоднократно склонял начальник Московской таможни.

Эти факты, как и история сомнительных отношений Романовского В.А. с ТЛЦ "Электроугли" получили широкую огласку и резонанс в ФТС, что несомненно плачевно скажется на дальнейшей карьере генерал-лейтенанта Романовского В.А., невзирая на все его усилия остаться в этой таможне.

Skoltech team will fight Livanov

If he is proposed as rector



Last week, sources from the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucriminal.info reported on the upcoming resignation of Dmitry Livanov from the post of rector of MIPT. As it became known later, his new place of work will be Skoltech, where he will replace the eighty-year-old rector Alexander Kuleshov.



In this regard, a serious scandal is brewing, since the management of the Skolkovo Institute and its top employees will not accept Livanov's candidacy. Skoltech people intend to fight the uninvited appointee, who has already embarrassed himself during his work as a minister and rector of MIPT, and promises Skoltech nothing but a tragic farce and final collapse. According to the local elite, there is only one way out of the situation: the new rector should be a scientist from the current Skoltech team, engaged in serious science.

Let us recall that, according to available information, in early October, the MIPT staff will be introduced to the acting rector, whose main task is to ensure the continuity of scientific and organizational management of the university within a year. This approach of the Ministry of Education and Science was dubbed the "Falkov Formula" at MIPT. In addition, the new rector must be associated with the university, have management competencies and be no older than 45 years old. The main candidate for replacement at MIPT itself is the rector of Innopolis, Alexander Gasnikov. Also among the contenders are the vice-rector of MIPT since 2014, Artem Voronov, and the CEO of the AIRI Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Ivan Oseledets, who are considered nominal candidates.

Thus, a new position should be found for 57-year-old Livanov, an official in his prime. Last time, Livanov received Phystech from the hands of Minister Falkov as a gift right on his birthday - he was appointed rector of the university from February 15, 2022. This time, the "gift" may be timed to coincide with Teacher's Day, annually celebrated on October 5. The choice of Skoltech is not accidental. As the interlocutor of the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel from the Skolkovo Institute says, "... especially in the last year, under the leadership of Academician A.P. Kuleshov, the degradation of Skoltech, which is still one of the coolest scientific centers in the country, is in full swing. Of course, Kuleshov visits Skoltech. People see him more often than we see a solar eclipse. He does something, tries... But at his instigation, many inadequate decisions are made, complete nonsense, moreover, in the interests of a narrow group. If you supply blood only to certain organs, others will begin to rot. This is a bad prospect, but it describes the emergency situation that is developing at Skoltech well. And all because it was initially wrong to put a mathematician at the helm, because Skoltech, in essence, is not about mathematics at all, but about more fundamental interdisciplinary science. The consequences of such a decision were obvious, and it is not surprising that the decomposing corpse of Skoltech attracts all sorts of predators. The story of Livanov's arrival at Skoltech is exactly about this. No one has forgotten how he (to put it mildly) turned a blind eye to all sorts of shady people whose dissertations were very questionable. Why do we need such a character at the helm of Skoltech? There is only one way out of this situation: Skoltech must be headed by a serious scientist from the current team, and again, this should not be a mathematician. Otherwise, nothing good will come of it. We need a person doing real serious science, with a crystal-clear scientific reputation." This is manipulation by the rebels, and it is even approximately clear who among them is the main interested party (the source did not disclose the name).

In addition, the appointment of the rector from among the candidates recommended by the Skoltech Board of Trustees is the prerogative of the general meeting of founders. The decision to early terminate the powers of Academician Alexander Kuleshov requires a similar procedure. Given Livanov's connections and position, this will be a pure formality, which activists from among the dissenters will not be able to interfere with.

According to the source, rumors about the resignation of MIPT rector Livanov and his successor are not circulating out of thin air, and the ministerial ones are interested in this topic - it will be interesting to see how the situation will develop for the former boss. However, according to a source of the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel in the department, such a position is not yet (or in principle) within the power of Innopolis Rector Alexander Gasnikov. It may well be that the rumors about Gasnikov's appointment as MIPT Rector are his attempt to make a name for himself, connected with his desire to quickly flee Innopolis, where interesting financial issues are beginning to surface. Given the young rector's tense relations with the local elites, on whom he was effectively imposed, Gasnikov cannot count on a deal if something happens. At the same time, Gasnikov could just replace Kuleshov as Skoltech Rector; this is a very possible trajectory ia, because he is connected not only with Phystech, but also with the Skolkovo Institute. If Kuleshov terminates his powers early, we will see unrest in the team. There is a rather motley and ambitious crowd in the leadership, and of course no one will want to let someone in from the outside. Команда Сколтеха даст бой Ливанову

Если его предложат ректором



На прошлой неделе источники телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info сообщили о готовящейся отставке Дмитрия Ливанова с поста ректора МФТИ. Как стало известно позже, его новым местом работы станет Сколтех, где он сменит восьмидесятилетнего ректора Александра Кулешова.



В связи с этим назревает серьезный скандал, поскольку руководство Сколковского института и его топовые сотрудники не примут кандидатуру Ливанова. Сколтеховцы намерены дать бой незваному назначенцу, который уже оконфузился во время работы министром и ректором Физтеха, и не сулит Сколтеху ничего кроме трагифарса и окончательного развала. По мнению местной элиты, выход из ситуации только один: новым ректором должен стать ученый из нынешней команды Сколтеха, занимающийся серьезной наукой.

Также в числе претендентов проректор МФТИ с 2014 года Артем Воронов и гендиректор Института искусственного интеллекта AIRI Иван Оселедец, их считают номинальными кандидатами.

Конечно, Кулешов бывает в Сколтехе. Народ видит его чаще, чем мы наблюдаем солнечное затмение. Что-то делает, пытается… Но с его подачи принимается много неадекватных решений, полная дурь, притом в интересах узкой группы. Если снабжать кровью только отдельные органы, другие начнут гнить. А все потому, что было изначально неверно ставить во главе математика, ведь Сколтех, по сути, — это совсем не про математику, а про более фундаментальную междисциплинарную науку. Последствия такого решения были очевидны, и неудивительно, что начавший разлагаться труп Сколтеха привлекает всякого рода хищников. История о приходе Ливанова в Сколтех, она именно об этом. Никто не забыл, как он (мягко говоря) закрывал глаза на всяких темных людей, к диссертациям которых было много вопросов. Зачем нам у руля Сколтеха такой персонаж? Выход в этой ситуации только один: Сколтех должен возглавить серьезный ученый из нынешней команды, и это, опять же, должен быть не математик. Иначе ничего хорошего из этого не получится. Нужен человек, делающий реальную серьезную науку, с кристальной научной репутацией.»

Кроме того, назначение ректора из числа кандидатов, рекомендованных попечительским советом Сколтеха, — прерогатива общего собрания учредителей. Решение о досрочном прекращении полномочий академика Александра Кулешова требует аналогичной процедуры. Учитывая связи и положение Ливанова, это будет чистая формальность, которой активисты из числа несогласных помешать никак не смогут.

Как сообщает собеседник, слухи об отставке ректора МФТИ Ливанова и его преемнике ходят не на ровном месте, и у министерских есть интерес к этой теме — интересно посмотреть, как будет развиваться ситуация у бывшего начальника. Однако ректору Иннополиса Александру Гасникову такая должность, по мнению источника телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ в ведомстве, пока (или в принципе) не по зубам. Вполне может быть, что слухи о назначении Гасникова ректором МФТИ — его попытка заявить о себе, связанная с желанием поскорее унести ноги из Иннополиса, где начинают всплывать интересные финансовые вопросы. С учетом напряженных отношений молодого ректора с местными элитами, которым его фактически навязали, рассчитывать на договорняк в случае чего Гасникову не приходится.

В то же время сменить Кулешова на посту ректора Сколтеха Гасников как раз может, это вполне возможная траектория, ведь он связан не только с Физтехом, но и со Сколковским институтом. Если Кулешов досрочно прекратит полномочия, мы увидим волнения в коллективе. Там довольно пестрая и амбициозная публика в руководстве, и пускать кого-то со стороны, конечно, никто не захочет. Earlier, the VChK-OGPU reported that Batyr Bekmuradov, a retired major of the special forces of the airborne troops, known in the criminal world under the nickname "Bek" - an authority who is considered the head of the security service and the commander of the combat detachment of the thief in law No. 1 Zakhariy Kalashov "Shakro Molodoy".

Bekmuradov, sentenced to a total of 15 years for participating in a shootout on Rochdelskaya Street in Moscow and organizing the kidnapping of businessman and US citizen Boris Minakhi, who owed large sums, using connections in the Russian Defense Ministry, after repeated attempts, achieved his departure from the places deprivation of liberty in the zone of the special military operation (SVO).

The military personnel simply have no options to refuse the extortions, since otherwise they will inevitably end up in the most difficult sections of the front, from where there is little chance of getting out alive. Threats of direct reprisals are also used against persons who doubt the validity of the extortions carried out by Bekmuradov.

Как парламентарий оплачивал взятки и охрану «вора в законе»



Телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ познакомил читателей с уникальным документом из дела о подкупе высокопоставленных сотрудников СКР для освобождения авторитета Андрея Кочуйкова (Итальянец). Называется он : "Депутат Государственной Думы РФ Скоч А.В. решает через Максименко М.И. и Ламонова А.Н. (на момент событий сотрудники СКР - Ред) вопрос об освобождении непосредственного исполнителя рейдерского захвата ресторана «Элементс» Кочуйкова А.Н. (кличка «Итальянец»), с которым они находятся в дружеских отношениях со времен совместной преступной деятельности в «солнцевской» ОПГ".



В тех материалах, что в свое время ушли в суд, вы этот документ не найдете. Он остался только в материалах, которые остались пылиться на полках следствия.

Почему документ не оказался в суде?

А Скоч договорился, что за подкуп сотрудников СКР будут судить не его самого, а его "правую руку" Шейхаметова (Шейх), который лишь выступал посредником в переговорах между Скочем и СКР. Кстати, Шейх, как и обещал ему Скоч, вообще не сел.

Напомним, что Скоч представляет в ГД Белгородскую область- регион, в котором вчера введен режим КТО.

У Rucriminal.info не вызывает удивления то, что один из главных участников бойни на Рочдельской Батыр Бекмурадов, освободился из тюрьмы через СВО, и чувствует себя столько прекрасно на войне. На передовой не появляется, получает награды, живёт в Луганске, имеет личного водителя и т.д. До своей посадки Бекмурадов входил в личную гвардию вора в законе Захара Калашова (Шакро молодой) финансировал которую авторитетный депутат ГД РФ Андрей Скоч.

Согласно материалам дела, под общим руководством Шакро действовали две группы. Первую возглавлял Бекмурадов, который «для придания легального вида своей деятельности» приобрел ЧОП «Защитник». Вторую возглавлял авторитет Андрей Кочуйков (Итальянец), купивший ЧОП «Заслон».

"Денежные средства для создания «Заслона» - более трех миллионов выделил депутат Госдумы Скоч Андрей Владимирович. Скоч... поддерживает тесные дружеские отношения с Кочуйковым и осуществлял текущее финансирование ЧОПа, оплачивал услуги адвокатов Итальянца»,- огласил на одном из слушаний оперативную информацию прокурор.

Ранее ВЧК-ОГПУ сообщал, что Батыр Бекмурадов, отставной майор спецназа воздушно-десантных войск, известный в криминальном мире под кличкой «Бек» - авторитет, который считается главой службы безопасности и командиром боевого отряда вора в законе №1 Захария Калашова «Шакро Молодой».

Бекмурадов, осужденный в общей сложности на 15 лет за участие в перестрелке на Рочдельской улице Москвы и организацию похищения задолжавшего крупные суммы бизнесмена и гражданина США Бориса Минахи, используя связи в Минобороны РФ, после неоднократных попыток добился своей отправки из мест лишения свободы в зону проведения специальной военной операции (СВО).

По словам источника ВЧК-ОГПУ, после прибытия в зону боевых действий, Бекмурадов, пользуясь полной поддержкой командования воздушно-десантных войск, не раздумывая внедрил криминальные порядки в среде военнослужащих из числа бывших заключенных, также как и он прибывших из мест лишения свободы.

Так, Бекмурадов организовал массовые поборы с военнослужащих данной категории в так называемый «общак», в который они ни много ни мало должны отдать ровно половину всех причитающихся им денежных выплат!

Весь этот процесс происходит не просто с ведома, а под полным личным контролем начальник штаба ВДВ - генерал - лейтенанта Концевого, который напрямую от Бекмурадова получает долю от собранных денежных средств и оказывает ему всяческое покровительство.

Вариантов отказать от поборов у военнослужащих попросту нет, поскольку в противном случае они неминуемо окажутся на самых тяжелых участках фронта, откуда мало шансов выбраться живым. Также применяются угрозы прямой расправы с лицами, сомневающимися в обоснованности поборов, производимых Бекмурадовым.
