At various times, Bitayev was a fixer for billionaires Sergei Safonichev, Taimuraz Bolloyev, Dmitry Mazurov, etc. He positions himself as a person who is well acquainted with the leadership of the FSB of the Russian Federation and is capable of solving any problems with them for large sums, especially with the first deputy director of the FSB of the Russian Federation Sergei Korolev, whom, as Bitayev assures, he knows especially well and allegedly brought him out of "binges" more than once. Bitayev came to Usmanov after the story of the shootout on Rochdelskaya Street and the subsequent bribe to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the release of the "authority" Andrei Kochuykov (Italian), the "right hand" of the "thief in law" Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro). During the investigation, it was established that the sum of 500 thousand dollars for the bribe was allocated by the oligarch and State Duma deputy of the Russian Federation Andrei Skoch, a partner of Alisher Usmanov. The latter is also mentioned in the wiretaps on the case as a person involved in the negotiations around this criminal story. Both Skoch and Usmanov, having bought out Italianets, wanted to please Shakro, whom they respected. In addition, Skoch personally knew Kochuykov; both started out together as part of the Solntsevskaya organized crime group.

As a result, clouds gathered over Skoch and he even left the Russian Federation for a while. However, after the intervention of fixer Bitaev, the FSB's interest in Skoch and Usmanov suddenly disappeared. Usmanov, impressed by Bitaev's capabilities, made him his personal fixer and even gave him a stake in the company Citatedl. Immediately after this, Citatedl bought the startup Bastion for several hundred million rubles, owned by 23-year-old student Boris Korolev, the son of Sergei Korolev.

However, such stories are extremely rare, and Bitaev, who leads the lifestyle of a billionaire, needs money constantly. You can't make the necessary money by organizing criminal cases on Usmanov's orders (against journalists, miners, etc.). And, as VChK-OGPU found out, Bitayev started using a scheme in Usmanov's case that he had previously tried on other billionaires. He started to pull money from Usmanov for gifts to high-ranking security officials and civil servants. We are talking about gifts allegedly worth hundreds of thousands, or even millions of dollars. The scheme worked successfully until Usmanov found out that most of these funds did not remain with Bitayev himself. Moreover, several cases "surfaced" when the "expensive" gifts turned out to be fakes.

As a result, according to a source of Rucriminal.info, Usmanov cooled towards Bitayev. The oligarch did not drive him away completely, but now treats him with mockery and does not give him much money.

But Bitayev does not despair and is looking for new ways to replenish his income. In particular, over the last couple of years, he has been actively "cultivating" smaller businessmen, especially an entrepreneur in the energy sector from Dagestan. The "milking" scheme is simple. Exactly two months after the start of the war, in April 2022, Bitayev created LETONA JET LLC, which helps rent private jets. And Bitayev tells his clients that only his jets are used by the entire leadership of the FSB of the Russian Federation (including Director Alexander Bortnikov and First Deputy Director Sergei Korolev), as well as other security officials and officials. And he asks businessmen, including an entrepreneur from Dagestan, to pay for the jets, promising loyalty from the special services in return. Валерий Битаев собирает деньги на частные самолеты для силовиков и чиновников



Как стало известно телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, Алишер Усманов охладел к своему «решальщику» Валерию Битаеву (известен, как человек, близкий к первом у замдиректора ФСБ РФ Сергею Королеву) своим знакомым говорит о нем с усмешкой, называя неприличным словом на букву п…. Олигарх устал от того, что Битаев постоянно тянет у него гигантские суммы, якобы на подарки сотрудникам ФСБ РФ и Администрации президента РФ. Битаев в разное время был решальщиком при миллиардерах Сергее Сафоничеве, Таймуразе Боллоеве, Дмитрии Мазурове и т.д. Он себя позиционирует, как человек, хорошо знакомый с руководством ФСБ РФ и способный решать с ним любые проблемы за крупные суммы, особенно с первым замдиректора ФСБ РФ Сергее Королеве, которого, как уверяет Битаев, он знает особенно хорошо и якобы не раз выводил его «из запоев». К Усманову Битаев попал после истории с перестрелкой но Рочдельской улице и последующей дачей взятки сотрудникам СКР за освобождение «авторитета» Андрея Кочуйкова (Итальянец) – «правой руки» «вора в законе» Захара Калашова (Шакро). В ходе расследования было установлено, что сумму в 500 тыс долл на взятку выделил олигарх и депутат ГД РФ Андрей Скоч- партнер Алишера Усманова. Последний тоже упоминается в «прослушках» по делу, как лицо, участвовавшее в переговорах вокруг этой криминальной истории. И Скоч, и Усманов, выкупив Итальянца, хотели сделать приятное уважаемыми ими Шакро. К тому же Скоч лично знал Кочуйкова, оба вместе начинали в составе солнцевской ОПГ.

В результате над Скочем сгустились тучи и он даже на время покинул РФ. Однако, после вмешательства решальщика Битаева , интерес ФСБ к Скочу и Усманову резко пропал. Усманов, впечатленный возможностями Битаева, сделал его своим персональным решальщиком и даже дал ему пакет акций в компании Цитатедль. Сразу после этого Цитатедь купила за несколько сот миллионов рублей стартап «Бастион» 23-летнегоо студента Бориса Королева- сына Сергея Королева.

Впрочем, такие истории бывают крайне редко, а деньги Битаеву, который ведет стиль жизни миллиардера, нужны постоянно. На организации уголовных дел по отмашке Усманова (в отношении журналистов, горняков и т.д.) нужных средств не сделаешь. И, как выяснил ВЧК-ОГПУ, Битаев в случае с Усманова стал применять схему, которую ране опробовал на других миллиардерах. Он стал тянуть деньги у Усманова на подарки высокопоставленным силовикам и чиновникам. Речь идет о подарках, якобы за сотни тысяч, а то и миллионы долларов. Схема работала успешно, пока Усманов не узнал, что большая часть этих средств не оставалась у самого Битаева. Более того, «всплыло» несколько случаев, когда «дорогие» подарки оказались подделками.

В результате, по словам источника Rucriminal.info, Усманов охладел к Битаеву. Окончательно его олигарх от себя не прогнал, но относится к нему теперь с насмешкой и много денег не дает.

Но Битаев не отчаивается и ищет новые способы пополнения доходов. В частности, последние пару лет он активно «окучивает» более мелких бизнесменов, особенно предпринимателя их энергетической отрасли из Дагестана. Схема «доения» простая. Ровно через два месяца после начала войны, в апреле 2022 года, Битаев создал ООО "ЛЕТОНА ДЖЕТ", которое помогает арендовать частные самолеты. И своим клиентам Битаев рассказывает, что только на его джетах летает все руководство ФСБ РФ (включая директора Александра Бортникова и первого замдиректора Сергея Королева), а также другие силовики и чиновники. А оплачивать джеты просит бизнесменов, включая предпринимателя из Дагестана, обещая взамен лояльность со стороны спецслужб.

Как ранее рассказал источник ВЧК-ОГПУ, один из крупнейших российских решальщиков Валерий Битаев, который позиционирует себя человеком, близким к первому замдиректора ФСБ РФ Сергею Королеву, чиновникам АП РФ и т.п., своим избранным клиентам доверительно сообщил, что в Кремле и ФСБ РФ начали формировать список лиц, которые будут присутствовать на «закрытой» встрече с Трампом во время его визита в Москву. Битаев говорит клиентам, что мест очень мало, но он способен поспособствовать присутствию в заветном списке за 2 млн долл. Желающие есть. Всем интересно, как будет потом выкручиваться Битаев, учитывая, что деньги он никогда не возвращает.
