"Billionaire Akhmedov is above the law"

The hero of the scandalous record against the inhabitants of the Moscow region

And Akhmedov also complains that everything was taken away from him in Russia.

Despite the huge controversy over the recording, the Kremlin has chosen to ignore the situation, and the construction of the Akhmedov estate is on an even larger scale than before his scandalous telephone conversation with Prigozhin. The construction is also fully supervised by the billionaire's wife. Akhmedov himself rarely appears at the construction site.

In the photo you can see the fence that encloses the estate. The fence is completely cast from concrete, and the outside is finished with expensive varieties of wood. The concrete used to cast the fence would have been more than enough to build an average apartment building.



It is difficult to calculate how much money is being pumped into the construction of the estate of the Akhmedovs. If only the fence around the estate, the cost of a concrete box of an apartment building in the suburbs, and the guard house in size and architecture is akin to an average house on Rublyovka.

In turn, citizens have the right to be on the territory of a 20-meter coastal strip, move along it, engage in recreational fishing, and also moor to the shore (especially since Akhmedov has already made a pier from the shore - for citizens, we believe).



But for Akhmedov, the law is not written. Akhmedov is above citizens, above the law.

На аудиозаписи собеседники в резких выражениях критикуют российское руководство за так называемое СВО против Украины, приведшее к изоляции России от остального мира. А еще Ахмедов жалуется, что у него все отобрали в России.

Несмотря на огромный скандал из-за записи, Кремль предпочел не обращать на ситуацию внимания, а стройка поместья Ахмедова идет с еще большим размахом, чем до его скандального телефонного разговора с Пригожиным. Стройку все также полностью курирует жена миллиардера . Сам Ахмедов на стройке появляется редко.

На фото можно видеть забор, которым огорожено поместье. Забор полностью отлит из бетона, а снаружи отделан дорогими сортами дерева. Бетона, который ушло на отливку забора, с лихвой хватило бы на строительство среднего многоквартирного дома.



Сколько вбухивается денег в стройку поместья четы Ахмедовых подсчитать сложно. Если только забор вокруг поместья, стоимостью с бетонную коробку многоквартирного дома в Подмосковье, а домик охраны по размерам и архитектуре сродни среднему дом на «Рублевке».



Все эти пляски на крови очень странны, мягко говоря… Тем более после, ставшего уже культовым, телефонного разговора. Любого среднестатистического гражданина России за подобные диалоги моментально бы упрятали за решетку лет на 5-10. Здесь же Пригожин и Ахмедов не только продолжают жить как жили, но с еще большим размахом и энтузиазмом продолжают радоваться жизни за счет России и на территории России.

После статьи Rucriminal.info, Администрация г.о. Мытищи даже бровью не повела, чтобы хотя бы провести проверку, а в случае подтверждения фактов, подать иск о сносе забора и возвращения части земельного участка, находящихся в 20-ти метровой береговой полосе, в собственность Российской федерации. Забор, огораживающий владения Ахмедова, как стоял, так и стоит. И более того, даже в воду заходит, чтобы не дай Бог простые смертные не зашли в его владения (которые по закону есть собственность Российской Федерации).

Приватизировать, то есть выкупить у государства участки в пределах 20-ти метровой береговой полосы, нельзя (п. 8 ст. 27 Земельного кодекса).

В свою очередь граждане вправе находиться на территории 20-ти метровой береговой полосы, передвигаться по ней, заниматься любительским рыболовством, а также причаливать к берегу (тем более, что из берега Ахмедов уже сделал пристань – для граждан, полагаем).



Но для Ахмедова закон не писан. Ахмедов выше граждан, выше закона.

According to the source, O53 (Project for the construction of Units 2 and 3 of Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, Islamic Republic of Iran) operated the following scheme of embezzlement of funds. In the period up to the beginning of 2020, an employee of the Office of the Representative Office of JSC ASE (Engineering Division of the State Corporation Rosatom) in Tehran, an expert Anvar Khasanov, was involved (or created by him with the help of nominees) the Ali Bar company, which is a resident of the Islamic Republic of Iran. One of Khasanov's official duties was finding and attracting contractors for the transportation of goods, as well as subsequent participation in the conclusion of contracts for the transportation of goods necessary for the construction of the Bushehr nuclear power plant. Khasanov lobbied for the interests of the Ali Bar company, with which contracts for the carriage of goods were concluded for many years. Part of the profit of the Ali Bar company from the services provided by JSC ASE was transferred to Khasanov. The prices for transport services, for which contracts were concluded with Ali Bar, were many times higher than the real prices for such services in the Iranian market.



According to a Rucriminal.info source, in 2019, the existence of this criminal scheme became known to the head of construction, the director of the PACE, Suren Ambartsumyan (pictured). Further, in 2019, at the beginning of 2020, Ambartsumyan decided to take away (appropriate) this income generating scheme created by Khasanov. Subsequently, in 2020, Anvar Khasanov resigned from PACE. Currently located in the Russian Federation and does not work in the Rosatom system.

An important link in the existence and functioning of this scheme for receiving funds is the employee of the company "Keyvan Khadem" Martik Hekvardiyan (citizen of the Russian Federation). The Keyvan Khadem Company is a subcontractor that provides PACE services for the recruitment and organization of personnel from Iranian citizens. In fact, some of these employees work for JSC ASE. Hekvardiyan's workplace is located in the PAEC Office in Tehran (next to the Russian Embassy). Hekvardiyan personally oversees the operation of the described scheme, as well as the correct operation of Ali Bar in terms of cargo transportation and customs clearance, and verification of the correctness of the reports provided.

Hekvardiyana was born in Iran, after graduating from high school he entered a university in Yerevan, the Armenian SSR, did he have USSR citizenship? served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. During the start of construction of the first block of the nuclear power plant, Bushehr worked as a procurement specialist, carrying out fraudulent schemes, making invoices for MTS purchases. PASE employees, most likely aware of the existence of this scheme, attempted to find and conclude a contract for transportation with another company. Hekvardiyan, who works directly with new employees, whose duty was to conclude a contract for transportation, constantly spoke about the importance and necessity of concluding a contract with the Ali Bar company. Hekvardiyan showed his excessive interest in concluding an agreement with the Ali Bar company.

As noted by the source, payments under the contract are made in this way. The Ali Bar company sends a package of documents confirming the provision of transportation services to the PACE employee. This package includes: an invoice for the provision of services (in Persian), customs declarations for the execution of the customs transit procedure (in Persian), other invoices issued by third parties to Ali Bar (warehouse receipts, receipts for maritime and air ports), cash receipts, cargo documentation (invoice, bill of lading, packing list, in Russian and English). Further, these documents are checked and translated into Russian, and on their basis an act on the provision of services is drawn up in Russian and English, on which the PACE and Ali Bar stamps are affixed, as well as the signatures of S.A. Ambartsumyan and Ali Bar director Mansouri. Further, the package of documents is checked by the accounting department, after verification, by the responsible officer, the documents are entered into the electronic accounting system of the IISUP KS, where they also undergo a round of approval. After approval, payment occurs. The described scheme of document processing takes objectively a certain period. However, after the fact that the PACE employee received documents from Ali Bar for verification, translation, processing and entry into the electronic accounting system, Hekvardiyan exerts moral pressure on this employee in order to speed up the work process and quickly pay for the services of the Ali Bar company. The contract between PASE and Ali Bar specifies a period of 20 days, during which PASE is obliged to make payment. When trying to explain to M. Hekvardiyan that there is a procedure established by the contract, M. Hekvardiyan replies that in this case it is not necessary to pay attention to the terms of the contract, but it is necessary to make payment to Ali Bar as quickly as possible, since Ali Bar may terminate delivery of goods. In addition, the contract specifies the period during which Ali Bar is obliged to begin unloading and transportation.

In the summer of 2021, PACE employees, accompanied by Hekvardiyan, made a trip to the Ali Bar office. At the Ali Bar office, these employees were met by the director of the Ali Bar company, Mansouri. During the meeting, where Hekvardiyan acted as an interpreter, issues of VAT payment were discussed. After the meeting, the PACE staff noted that most likely this office does not belong to the Ali Bar company. One of the employees, who also speaks Persian, noted that Hekvardiyan communicates with the director of "Ali Bar" as if he, the director of "Ali Bar" is his, Hekvardiyan, a subordinate, namely, in Hekvardiyan's speech there was an orderly tone, address using the construction the second person (“on you”), and not the third person, as is customary in Iranian culture when communicating with representatives of different companies and people of different status.

The sums of money are transferred in cash to Hambardzumyan during his business trips to Tehran, since Hambardzumyan's permanent workplace is the construction site of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, 20 km from the city of Bushehr. Further, probably, after receiving cash, S.A. Ambartsumyan, these funds, in cash, are transported to the Republic of Armenia, where he periodically flies on vacation.

I also inform you that JSC ASE employees made attempts to bring the existence of this scheme to the O53 Directorate, namely, to the President of O53 Pavlov V.N. and O53 Vice-President for Finance Shevyrev A.A., however, this information was not taken into account by these persons, which suggests a possible financial interest. In addition, the Deputy Director of the ASE for logistics Malashkevich Y.V., as well as the Deputy Director of the PAEC for security Tashmukhamedov S.D., Head of the Office of the Representative Office of the ASE in

Tehran K.E. Kolesnikov, knew about the existence of the theft scheme described above, but did not take any steps to eliminate it. По словам источника, на О53 (Проект строительства 2-го и 3-го блоков АЭС Бушер, Исламская Республика Иран) действовала следующая схемы хищения денежных средств. В период до начала 2020 г., сотрудником Управления Представительства АО АСЭ (Инжиниринговый дивизион ГК Росатом) в г. Тегеран, экспертом Анваром Хасановым, для оказания услуг по перевозке оборудования и материалов, необходимых для строительства АЭС Бушер, была привлечена (либо создана им самим с помощью подставных лиц) компания «Али Бар», являющаяся резидентом Исламской Республики Иран. Одними из служебных обязанностей Хасанова являлось нахождение и привлечение подрядных организаций для перевозки грузов, а также последующее участие в заключении договоров на перевозку грузов, необходимых для строительства АЭС Бушер. Хасанов лоббировал интересы компании «Али Бар», с которой и заключались договоры на перевозку грузов в течение многих лет. Часть прибыли компании «Али Бар», от оказываемых услуг АО АСЭ передавалась Хасанову. Цены на транспортные услуги, по которым заключались договоры с компанией «Али Бар», многократно превышали реальные цены, действующие для подобного рода услуг на рынке ИРИ.

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, в 2019 году о существовании данной преступной схемы стало известно начальнику строительства – директору ПАСЭ Сурену Амбарцумяну (на фото). Далее, в 2019 г., в начале 2020 г., Амбарцумяном было принято решение об отъеме (присвоении) данной схемы получения дохода, созданной Хасановым. В последствии, в 2020 г., Анвар Хасанов уволился из ПАСЭ. На данный момент находится в РФ и в системе Росатома не работает.

Важным звеном в существовании и функционировании данной схемы получения средств, является сотрудник компании «Кейван Хадем» Мартик Хеквардиян (гражданин РФ). Компания «Кейван Хадем» - это субподрядная организация, оказывающая ПАСЭ услуги найма и организации персонала из граждан ИРИ. Фактически часть данных сотрудников работают на АО АСЭ. Рабочее место Хеквардияна находится в Управлении ПАСЭ в г. Тегеран (рядом с Посольством РФ). Хеквардиян лично курирует функционирование описанной схемы, а также корректную работу «Али Бар» в части перевозок грузов и таможенного оформления, проверки правильности предоставляемой отчетности.



По информации собеседника Rucriminal.info? Хеквардияна hодился в Иране, после окончания средней школы поступил в ВУЗ в г. Ереван Армянской ССР, имел гражданство СССР? проходил службу в рядах Советской Армии. Во время начала строительства первого блока АЭС Бушер работал в должности специалиста по закупкам, осуществляя мошеннические схемы, поделывая счета-фактуры по закупкам МТС. Владеет персидским, армянским, турецким, русским.

В 2019 г., закончился срок действия очередного контракта с «Али Бар». Сотрудниками ПАСЭ, скорее всего знавшими о существовании данной схемы, были предприняты попытки найти и заключить договор на перевозку с другой компанией. В последствии, данные сотрудники были уволены (С.А. Амбарцумяном им было отказано в продлении трудовых договоров). В итоге, в 2021 г., договор был заключен именно с компанией «Али Бар». Хеквардиян , работающий непосредственно с новыми сотрудниками, в обязанность которых, входило заключение договора на транспортировку, постоянно говорил о важности и необходимости заключения договора именно с компанией «Али Бар». Хеквардиян проявлял свою чрезмерную заинтересованность в заключении договора именно с компанией «Али Бар».

Как отметил источник, осуществление платежей по договору происходит таким образом. Компанией «Али Бар» сотруднику ПАСЭ передается пакет документов, подтверждающий оказание услуг перевозки. В данный пакет входит: счет- фактура об оказании услуг (на персидском языке), таможенные декларации по оформлению процедуры таможенного транзита (на персидском языке), иные счета, выставленные третьими лицами к компании «Али Бар» (складские квитанции, квитанции услуг морского и воздушного портов), кассовые чеки, документация на груз (инвойс, коносамент, упаковочный лист, на русском и английском языках). Далее данные документы проверяются и переводятся на русский язык и на их основе составляется акт об оказании услуг на русском и английском языках, на котором ставятся штампы ПАСЭ и «Али Бар», а также подписи С.А. Амбарцумяна и директора «Али Бар» Мансури. Далее, пакет документов проверяется бухгалтерией, после проверки, ответственным сотрудником, документы заносятся в систему электронного учета ИИСУП КС, где также проходят круг согласования. После согласования происходит оплата. Описанная схема обработки документов, занимает объективно некоторый период. Однако, после факта получения сотрудником ПАСЭ документов от «Али Бар» для проверки, перевода, обработки и внесения в электронную систему учета, Хеквардияном оказывается моральное давление на данного сотрудника, с целью ускорения процесса работы и быстрой оплаты услуг компании «Али Бар». В договоре между ПАСЭ и «Али Бар» указан срок – 20 дней, в течение которого ПАСЭ обязано произвести оплату. При попытках объяснить М. Хеквардияну, что есть установленный договором порядок, М. Хеквардиян отвечает, что в данном случае не нужно обращать внимание на условия договора, а нужно максимально быстро произвести оплату компании «Али Бар», так как «Али Бар» может прекратить поставки грузов. Кроме того, в договоре прописан срок, в течение которого «Али Бар» обязан приступить к разгрузке и перевозке.

Летом 2021 г, сотрудники ПАСЭ в сопровождении Хеквардияна, совершили выезд в офис «Али Бар». В офисе «Али Бар» данные сотрудники были встречены директором компании «Али Бар», Мансури. В ходе встречи, в качестве переводчика которой выступил Хеквардиян, обсуждались вопросы выплаты НДС. После встречи, сотрудниками ПАСЭ, было отмечено, что скорее всего, данный офис не принадлежит компании «Али Бар». Одним из сотрудников, также владеющим персидским языком, было отмечено, что Хеквардиян общается с директором «Али Бар» как будто он, директор «Али Бар» его, Хеквардияна, подчиненный, а именно, в речи Хеквардияна присутствовал приказной тон, обращение с использованием конструкции второго лица («на ты»), а не третьего лица, как это принято в иранской культуре при общении представителей разных компаний и людей разного статуса.

Денежные суммы передаются наличными Амбарцумяну во время его командировок в г. Тегеран, так как постоянное рабочее место Амбарцумяна – это площадка строительства АЭС Бушер, в 20 км от г. Бушер. Далее, вероятно, после получения наличных денежных средств, С. А. Амбарцумяном данные денежные средства, наличными, перевозятся в Республику Армения, куда он периодически летает в отпуск.

Также сообщаю, что сотрудниками АО АСЭ предпринимались попытки довести существование данной схемы до дирекции О53, а именно до президента О53 Павлова В.Н. и вице-президента по финансам О53 Шевырева А.А., однако указанная информация данными лицами не была принята к вниманию, что наводит на мысль о возможной финансовой заинтересованности. Кроме того, заместитель директора ПАСЭ по МТО Малашкевич Ю.В., а также заместитель директора ПАСЭ по безопасности Ташмухамедов С.Д., начальник Управления Представительство АСЭ г.

Тегеран К.Э. Колесников, знали о существовании описанной выше схемы хищения, но никаких шагов для её устранения не предпринимали. Далее, сообщаю, что бывший главный эксперт О53 Колосова О.В., состоявшая в близких отношениях с С.А. Амбарцумяном, также осведомлена о наличии приведенной схемы. Более того, предварительно известно, что преступная деятельность С.А. Амбарцумяна в Иране покрывалась бывшим послом РФ в ИРИ Джагаряном Леваном Семеновичем.

Также, С.А. Амбарцумян связан с одной из субподрядных иранских строительных организаций, участвующих в оказании строительных услуг на проекте строительства АЭС Бушер, при этом также получая прибыль от деятельности данного юридического лица.

“Founded with a scalded face in boiling water”

How witnesses to the massacre of General Rokhlin were killed

On a rainy July night in 1998, two bright Niva drove out of the Moscow Evenings departmental rest house of the FSB of Russia. In the house, the situation developed rapidly. A group of militants who arrived in two cars tied up Lev Rokhlin's wife, Tamara Pavlovna, and her then 14-year-old son Igor, who had been disabled since birth due to meningitis. Rokhlin himself was in the bedroom at that moment and, according to one version, was fast asleep, after drinking tea, in which his bodyguard, recruited earlier by a group of attackers, dissolved sleeping pills.

After that, the three killers, together with Lev Rokhlin's wife, went up to the second floor, where they fired a fatal shot.

Rokhlin was killed by a shot at the so-called sniper's point in the temporal bone from his own PSM pistol. With one shot.

There were also shots fired on the first floor that night, someone was shooting at the wall in the large room, and judging by the height of the remaining marks from the bullets, shots were fired over the head of the disabled son of Lev Yakovlevich, apparently this was how pressure was put on the general’s wife so that she completely took the blame for killing her husband.

The most curious thing is that everything that happens that night in the Rokhlins' house was carefully and cynically filmed by the murderers who arrived on a domestic video camera. Apparently for a report to customers.

After that, the group in two cars, leaving their wife and son and a security guard in the house, set off towards the Kyiv highway. Four of the militants that were at the Rokhlins' house that night never made it to the highway. Their charred corpses will be found a few hours later in the forest not far from Rokhlin's dacha. We will not describe here how the trial of Tamara Pavlovna took place, the result of it after a few years of her being essentially justified, the case was put on the brakes and everything ended with a suspended sentence, leaving many mysteries in this fateful story for our country.

It is curious, but immediately after the events of the July night of 1998, the director of "Podmoskovnye Evenings", a rest home of the FSB of Russia, was quickly transferred to the position of director of another subordinate FSB boarding house - "Moskvich" and then his traces are lost. For some reason, the investigation did not check the version about a group of comrades who lived in a secret house on the territory of "Moscow Evenings" for more than a month and after the fateful night they no longer appeared in the rest house. The investigation did not become interested in the events that took place on the eve of July 3 in the vicinity of the village of Klokovo. Then the guards of one of the cottages adjacent to Rokhlin recorded the movement of strange groups, under various legends, the area around the Rokhlins' house was actively resurfaced, a new district police officer appeared, carefully clarifying the routine of the Rokhlins' neighbors. A lot was written about the observation of the general’s dacha from the side of the forest, but the operational installation inside the village somehow remained without attention. After the murder, the traces of the new district policeman deteriorated, the old commissioner was surprised to learn about his "resignation", but these facts were ignored by the investigation.



One of the shabashniks spoke about people who, on the eve of the murder, moved around the village, told and carefully described the uninvited guests of those July days in the village of Klokovo, when it was necessary to shift his testimony into a procedural framework, the poor fellow was sewn with a scalded face in boiling water and after his traces disappeared. Another casual witness of that night, who told about the smoking remains not far from the general's house, was later found with a broken neck in his own bathhouse. The case was written off as an accident. And by the way, such strange deaths in baths due to falls from the shelves were typical for the Leningrad region of that period, for some reason, many ill-wishers of the future president of Russia and people from his team ended their lives in such a strange way.

Как убивали свидетелей расправы над генералом Рохлиным



25 лет назад в ночь со второго на третье июля в собственном подмосковном доме был убит главный оппозиционер, генерал, депутат Государственной Думы Лев Рохлин. Подробности у Rucriminal.info.



В дождливую июльскую ночь 98 года, две светлых Нивы выехали из ведомственного дома отдыха ФСБ России «Подмосковные вечера». В машинах помимо водителей были и пассажиры, вся эта компания направилась в сторону деревни Клоково, что в двух километрах от ГБэшного пансионата. Объезжая по проселочной дороге и не привлекая к себе внимания, две Нивы спустя 10 минут остановилась возле двухэтажного коттеджа из силикатного кирпича, пассажиры стремительно направились в дом, дверь которого им заранее открыл личный охранник Рохлина.

В доме ситуация развивалась стремительно. Группа боевиков, приехавших на двух автомобилях, скрутили жену Льва Рохлина, Тамару Павловну и ее тогда 14 летнего сына Игоря, который с рождения из-за перенесенного менингита был инвалидом. Сам Рохлин в тот момент находился в спальне и по одной из версий крепко спал, после выпитого чая, в котором его охранник, завербованный ранее группой нападавших, растворил снотворное.

После трое убийц вместе с женой Льва Рохлина поднялись на второй этаж, где и произвели роковой выстрел.

Рохлин был убит выстрелом в так называемую точку снайпера в височной кости из собственного пистолета ПСМ. Одним выстрелом.

На первом этаже в ту ночь тоже были выстрелы, кто-то стрелял по стене в большой комнате и судя по высоте оставшихся отметен от пуль, стреляли над головой сынишки инвалида Льва Яковлевича, видимо так оказывалось давление на супругу генерала, чтобы она полностью взяла вину за убийство мужа на себя.

Самое любопытное, что все происходящее в ту ночь в доме Рохлиных тщательно и цинично снималось на бытовую видеокамеру приехавшими убийцами. Видимо для отчета перед заказчиками.

После группа на двух автомобилях, оставив в доме жену с сыном и охранника, отправились в сторону Киевского шоссе. Четверо из боевиков, что были в ту ночь в доме Рохлиных до шоссе так и не доехали. Их обгоревшие трупы спустя несколько часов найдут в лесу неподалеку от дачи Рохлина. Зачистили исполнителей.

Приехавшая оперативно-следственная группа следователей Генпрокуратуры и областного уголовного розыска сразу берет за основу единственную версию произошедшего - убийца героя Афганской и Чеченской компаний, председателя Комитета Госдумы по обороне и руководителя движения в поддержку армии , ОПК и военной науки его собственная жена. Мол, не вынесла Тамара Павловна унижений, которые терпела всю прожитую совместную с супругом жизнь, взяла холоднокровно его личное оружие и как бывалый киллер - снайпер одним выстрелом поставила точку в жизни своего супруга.

Не будем здесь описывать, как проходил процесс над Тамарой Павловной, итог его через несколько лет ее по сути оправдания, дело спустили на тормозах и все закончилось условным сроком, оставив много загадок в этой судьбоносной для нашей страны истории.

Любопытно, но сразу после событий июльской ночи 98 года, директор «Подмосковных вечеров» , дома отдыха ФСБ России, был стремительно переведен на должность директора другого подведомственного пансионата ФСБ - «Москвич» и далее его следы теряются. Почему-то следствие не стало проверять версию о группе товарищей, которые больше месяца проживали в конспиративном домики на территории «Подмосковных вечеров» и после роковой ночи они больше не появлялись в доме отдыха. Не стало следствие интересоваться событиями, которые происходили накануне 3 июля в окрестностях деревни Клоково. Тогда охраной одного из соседних с Рохлиным коттеджей зафиксировали перемещение странных групп, под разного рода легендами возле дома Рохлиных активно проводилось регонсценировка местности, появился новый участковый, тщательно выясняющий распорядок проживания соседей Рохлиных. О наблюдение за дачей генерал со стороны леса писалось не мало, а вот оперативная установка внутри поселка как то осталось без внимания. После убийства следы нового участкового испортились, старый уполномоченный с удивлением узнавал о своей «отставке» но эти факты следствием были проигнорированы.



Один из шабашников рассказал о людях, которые накануне убийства перемещались по посёлку, рассказал и тщательно описал непрошеных гостей тех июльских дней в деревне Клоково, когда понадобилось его показания переложить в процессуальные рамки, беднягу нашили с обваренным лицом в кипятке и после его следы растворились. Еще один случайный свидетель той ночи, который поведал о дымящихся останках неподалеку от дома генерала, через некоторое время был найден с переломанной шеей в собственной бане. Дело списали на несчастный случай. И кстати, подобные странные смерти в банях из-за падениях с полок было характерным для Ленобласти того периода, почему-то многие недоброжелатели будущего президента России и людей из его команды заканчивали свою жизнь столь странным образом.

Спустя несколько недель, 25 июля 1998 года Владимир Путин будет назначен директором ФСБ России, тогдашний президент России Ельцин проведет совещание с военными, где по аналогии с сегодняшними днями будет загадочно говорить о заговоре и заговорщиках, которых удалось остановить. Загадкой остаётся и нахождение видеозаписи с места происшествия. Где сейчас она и осталась ли?
