But RUDN has different laws.

Банкрот из органов – «серый кардинал» РУДН



В настоящее время уже прошло более 2,5 лет как в РУДН сменилось руководство. Ключевой игрок новой команды — это Борис Геннадьевич Гороватер- проректор по капитальному строительству РУДН. Бизнесмен- меценат, имеющий (с его слов) большие связи в ФСБ, в прокуратуре ЮЗАО, следственном комитете..

В настоящее время Борис Геннадьевич банкрот. Банкротом его признал Арбитражный суд г. Москвы решением по делу №А40-28906/2021. Так Борис Геннадьевич задолжал более 150 миллионов рублей компаниям, где он был генеральным директором и учредителем, организациям, которые ему оказывали правовую помощь, банкам и физическим лицам.

Так, из-за супер способностей Бориса Геннадьевича его дочь, уже лишилась квартиры в Гроках-10, так как суд признал недействительным договор дарения квартиры. От деятельности господина Гороватера может пострадать и благотворительный Фонд Олега Митяева, так как суд заинтересовался и вопросам какие пожертвования были внесены господином Гороватером в данную организацию.

Возникает вопрос, а кто такой Борис Геннадьевич Гороватер, чем занимался он до прихода в РУДН. В чем его великая ценность и почему его так бояться в РУДН?

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, он был учредителем в семи юридических лицах, генеральным директором в них же. Данные организации занимались строительством. Но является ли он крутым специалистом в области строительства или великим топ- менеджер?

На этот вопрос можно ответить, посмотрев сайт арбитражного суда…

И вот что мы увидим, что те строительные фирмы, где Борис Геннадьевич был руководителем или учредителем при его умелом руководстве, стали банкротами. Это очень принципиальная характеристика данного человека.

Показательными являются дела о признании банкротом ООО «СПЕЦТОННЕЛЬСТРОЙ» И ООО «СТРОИТЕЛЬНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ СПЕЦТОННЕЛЬСТРОЙ». (А40-97186/2016 или А40-1132/2016). А вот тоже показательное определение суда по делу А40-30138/2013 о привлечении Гороватера Б.Г. к субсидиарной ответственности, где с Бориса Геннадиевича пытаются взыскать 62 миллиона рублей…

Если мы внимательно посмотрим судебные акты по данным делам, то увидим схемы по выводу денежных средств из юридических лиц через фиктивные сделки, по которым теперь работают и в РУДН. Многие сделки уже признаны судом недействительными.

По закону о банкротстве Борис Геннадьевич, как гражданин, признанный банкротом, не может занимать руководящие должности в органах управления юридических лиц, тем более в бюджетных федеральных организациях.

Так в соответствии со статьей 213.30 ФЗ «О банкротстве», официально признанному банкроту запрещено: принимать участие в управлении юридическим лицом; занимать должности в органах управления юридического лица – гражданину нельзя становиться учредителем, генеральным директором, членом совета директоров, а также участником юридического лица.

Но в РУДН другие законы.



Наверное, ректор РУДН Ястребов О.А., на минуточку доктор юридических наук, не в курсе, что у него в качестве проректора осуществляет трудовую деятельность такой «ценный» сотрудник?

Оказывается знает, так как после введения в отношении Бориса Геннадьевича процедуры финансового управления в марта 2022 года и получения исполнительного листа Борис Геннадьевич был в срочной порядке переведен на 0,1 ставки должности проректора по капитальному строительству, при том, что он так и продолжает распоряжаться миллионами бюджета РУДН. (кстати, через него проходят около 1 млрд рублей в год).

И опять мы задаемся вопросом, почему молчат правоохранительные органы?? Ведь нам достоверно известно, что сотрудники РУДН пишут заявления о преступлениях и в прокуратуру, и в следственный комитет заявления об угрозах убийства, если они не закроют рот. Но их заявления остаются без ответа или на них приходят отписки.

Но когда до университета все- таки доходят с проверкой, как это было весной 2022 года, ситуация развивается так.

Так, в марте 2022 года в Университет поступил запрос о предоставлении документов №7-5-2022/141-22-20450022 из Прокуратуры ЮЗАО города Москвы, подписанное первым заместителем прокурора округа Вилквовой О.П. Запрос был инициирован Прокуратурой города Москвы. В РУДН обрадовались, что вот она справедливость и наконец- то закончится этот беспредел.

Пару дней в РУДН стояла тревожная тишина…..

Но рано радовались …. Борис Геннадьевич радостно сообщил, работаем дальше, мы договорились (на оговоренных условиях)….

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, сотрудников заставляют подписывать липовые акты, и если они отказываются, то их тут же исключительно методом шантажа и угроз увольняют. Необходимо правда указать, что наиболее смелым и много знающим из черной кассы выдаются по два оклада наличными.

Сегодня говорят, что в девяностые был беспредел, но в РУДН такого не было никогда. Как же так получилось?

В следственном комитете сотрудникам РУДН на их заявления открыто говорят, мы ничем не можем помочь, здесь вы ничего не добьетесь, обращайтесь в ФСБ. А в ФСБ разве можно добиться после сказанного ниже?

Как такой человек, как Борис Гороватер мог возглавить РУДН, поясняет Ястребов А.В. (отец ректора): что Борю (Гороватера) в РУДН привел он (старший Ястребов), он профессионал, выходец из конторы и его цель не подставить Олега Александровича.

«Он опытнейший человек, Ни Олег, Ни Назюта не разбираются. Его задача чтобы не подставили, он всю жизнь проработал в стройкомплексе и знает все хорошо… И он очень вхож на Лубянку…Боря выходец оттуда. Будет объективная информация»,- говорит старший Ястребов, а самое главное вовремя закроет глотку любому несогласному.
