The criminal-legal epic of the once iconic case of the Komi Governor Gaizer is coming to an end. The case of the last defendant, the former director of the Renova group of companies, Alexander Zarubin, is being sent to the Syktyvkar court. As the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucriminal.info learned, the end of the investigation was marred by a scandal with a fraudulent attempt to steal Zarubin's elite apartment in Moscow on Leninsky Prospekt, Building 35, Apartment 9 from his assets. The oligarch is still registered there.
The fraud was staged in February 2025. According to the documents, Zarubin, who is allegedly wanted, flew to Serbia from his permanent residence in the Emirates, issued a power of attorney, and under this power of attorney, his representative Sofya Lysenko sold the apartment to Israeli citizen Robert Mishaev. After waiting for about six months, Mishaev suddenly tries to take over the rights of the owner of the apartment, breaking down the doors and the security of the building. Everything in the deal seems logical - Zarubin is interested in the apartment not being seized and not going to pay off the damage, but if you dig a little into the details - a crude scheme of black realtors emerges. Let's start with Zarubin's "representative". As the VChK-OGPU found out, until recently she worked as a saleswoman for OOO Myasnitsky Ryad with a salary of 25 thousand and was a regular client of microfinance organizations and bailiffs - collecting debts of 20-25 thousand, Sofya could not pay them. Apparently, she hasn't met the oligarch Zarubin somewhere yet. One problem - the saleswoman has never left Russia.
Let's analyze the other side of the deal - the formal buyer, Israeli citizen Robert Mishaev, was sitting cautiously in the Promised Land, while he was represented in the deal with Zarubin by a certain Rostislav Molyakov. The latter is somewhat similar to Sophia - he also works as a salesman and also constantly shoots 15-20 thousand in microfinances, then runs from the bailiffs. Molyakov also doesn't travel much, although Mishaev allegedly gave him a power of attorney in the Czech Republic. The picture is completed by Molyakov's conviction for selling small quantities of drugs.
Finally, the power section of the gang of black realtors is represented by Vyacheslav Zuev, a native of Kustanai. A criminal character, previously convicted of counterfeiting by the Gagarinsky Court of Moscow and investigated by the authorities even for financing terrorism. As Rucriminal.info found out, it is he who is now recruiting local police officers and Tajiks to urgently seize the apartment of the oligarch Zarubin and quickly sell it to cover his tracks.
The most cunning of the gang, of course, is Mishaev, who, in case of problems, blames everything on the illiterate marginals Molyakov, Vlasenko and Zuev. Zarubin's relatives have already stated that they know nothing about Vlasenko's representative, or about Mishaev, or about the sale of the apartment.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is also surprised by the deal, because through the efforts of four small-time swindlers, an object worth 70 million rubles slipped away from confiscation. An investigation is underway into the actions of the Rosreestr registrar and notary Fyodor Kvitko, who prepared the documents for the deal. Something tells me that they are also in on the scheme with the drug addict, the saleswoman and the counterfeiter.
The situation is made especially piquant by the fact that Zarubin allegedly received the passport with which the apartment was sold in 2019. Being on the international wanted list, it turns out, you can come to Russia, submit documents to the Ministry of Internal Affairs department and pick up the red-skinned passport. And then calmly go sell your home.

We are monitoring the situation
