Undercover wars of the Moscow City Court



As the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info found out, non-procedural complaints from citizens brought the leadership of the Moscow City Court to an apparatus conflict. On November 1, 2021, at the initiative of the chairman of the city court Ptitsyn M.Yu. The Moscow City Court established a department for dealing with appeals from citizens and organizations. According to the idea of ​​the chairman of the court, the department was supposed to consider all incoming complaints about the work of the capital's courts (global, district and city), and thereby relieve other structural units, including judicial collegiums, about the work of which citizens complain in large numbers.

Kuznetsova and Shitova, two employees of the reception desk of the Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Court, Kuznetsova and Shitova, who at that time had worked in various parts of the judicial system for more than 10 years, were elected to the positions of head of the department and deputy head, and were characterized from all previous places of work exclusively from the positive side. In 2021, each of the elected candidates was thanked by the Mayor of Moscow for their special contribution to the work of the Moscow City Court. However, work in new positions was not so rosy for the girls, they had to vacate their positions on their own initiative.



We have already published information that in July 2022 the Ryazansky District Court of the Ryazan Region received materials from a civil case filed by former civil servants of the Moscow City Court, where the defendant is the Moscow City Court. And so, not so long ago, information appeared on the website of the Ryazan District Court of the Ryazan Region that on October 12, 2022, the civil case was considered on the merits, and the claims were completely denied.

As Rucriminal.info found out, the initiator of the “event”, because of which this dispute appeared in court, and even in another region, was the same deputy chairman Ishmuratova L.Yu., who was already “ hero” of repeated publications of the VChK-OGPU channel with very interesting facts from his life and work.

In total, the staff for the new department was determined in the composition of 6 units to consider applications for the work of more than 1000 judges of Moscow. As a result, there were 4 people in the new department, 2 consultants headed by the head of the department and his deputy. Later, the employees themselves presented two candidates for the positions of the missing employees, however, the personnel policy of the court, carried out at the end of 2021-beginning of 2022, did not allow the department to work permanently in full force. One way or another, from November 2021 to April 2022, 2 consultants, the deputy head and the head of the department independently considered all complaints about the work of judges and the apparatus of the Moscow courts, including the city court, which, by the way, were received in 5 months, not a lot, not a little about 13 thousand. At the same time, working in limited conditions, civil servants (in the amount of 4 people) took all possible measures, in the absence of management of the department by the leadership of the Moscow City Court, gave motivated answers, having independently analyzed the gaps in the work of the courts, to more than 12 thousand appeals.

At the same time, without presenting to the court any evidence of the legality of the actions of the representative of the capital's temple of justice, Ishmuratova L.Yu. nevertheless brought from Ryazan to the employer the necessary result on the refusal of claims in full. At the same time, to the questions of the court and the plaintiffs in the trial, he answered “I don’t know”, “I’m not ready to explain”, “I can’t name it for sure”, “I just said it like that”, “it was discussed, but they forgot to indicate it”, he confused the dates, responsibilities and stuff like that. This only indicates that the defendant's representative was not ready for the trial, but this is not surprising, because it was probably initially expected that the consideration of the case would not be delayed as much as 4 months, but would be resolved in one or two meetings; probably the leadership announced that the case would end in favor of the Moscow City Court, and therefore it is not necessary to carefully prepare for the process. Having shown himself to be not quite a competent lawyer, Akimov V.S. received an award for himself - by a resolution of the Moscow City Duma dated October 26, 2022 Akimov V.S. was appointed a justice of the peace of judicial district No. 454 of the Bogorodskoye district of the Preobrazhensky judicial district for a three-year term of office.

As for the judicial act itself, here it is even more interesting. Despite the fact that the defendant did not present any evidence refuting the arguments of the plaintiffs, the court, guided by law and conscience, made a decision in which the text of the conclusion disputed by the plaintiffs was copied. Of all that the court managed to establish during the 4 months of the consideration of the case, this is that “disciplinary sanctions were applied to the plaintiffs” and that “the plaintiffs left the service on their own initiative.” The adopted court decision completely contradicts the judicial practice of the country in the category of cases of litigation under consideration. And why? Only because the defendant in the case is the capital's temple of justice and any of its actions and decisions should be taken without question?

But one phrase in the court decision still managed to interest: “The fact that some of the members of the commission were on vacation at the time the opinion was drawn up does not exclude their right to sign the opinion and does not raise doubts that it was they who put their signatures.” How many of the inspectors were on vacation? And who did the testing in the end? Why were persons on vacation appointed as members of the commission?

However, as it turned out, in addition to the members of the commission, during the official check, the Chairman of the commission himself was on vacation, which is by no means of little importance for resolving the issue of the legality of the drawn up and signed contested conclusion.

In addition, as it became known, at the present time the above department is headed by V.Yu. no applicants are received, almost all employees of both the city court and lower levels are involved in the work with appeals ...

According to the information posted on the website of the Ryazan District Court, a decision identical to the contested conclusion is under appeal, and accordingly, the Ryazan court, only the regional one, will also act as the next court instance.

Подковерные войны Мосгорсуда



Как выяснили телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, непроцессуальные жалобы граждан довели руководство Мосгорсуда до аппаратного конфликта. 1 ноября 2021 г. по инициативе председателя городского суда Птицына М.Ю. в Мосгорсуде был создан отдел по работе с обращениями граждан и организаций. По замыслу председателя суда отдел должен был рассматривать все поступающие жалобы на работу столичных судов (мировых, районных и городского), и тем самым разгрузить иные структурные подразделения, в том числе судебные коллегии, на работу которых граждане жалуются в большом количестве.

На должности начальника отдела и заместителя начальника были избраны две сотрудницы приемной заместителя председателя Мосгорсуда Кузнецова и Шитова, которые на тот момент отработали в различных звеньях судебной системы свыше 10 лет, характеризовались со всех прежних мест работы исключительно с положительной стороны. В 2021 году каждой из избранных кандидатур Мэром Москвы были объявлены благодарности за особый вклад в работу Мосгорсуда. Однако, работа в новых должностях оказалась для девушек не столь радужной, им пришлось освободить занимаемые должности по собственной инициативе.

Мы уже публиковали информацию о том, что в Рязанский районный суд Рязанской области в июле 2022 года поступили материалы гражданского дела по иску бывших госслужащих Мосгорсуда, где ответчиком выступает именно Московский городской суд. И так, не так давно на сайте Рязанского районного суда Рязанской области появилась информация о том, что 12 октября 2022 года гражданское дело рассмотрено по существу, в удовлетворении исковых требований отказано полностью.

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info , инициатором «мероприятия», из-за которого появился данный спор в суде, да ещё и другого региона, была всё та же неподвластная чему-либо и кому-либо заместитель председателя Ишмуратова Л.Ю., ставшая уже «героем» неоднократных публикаций канала ВЧК-ОГПУ с очень интересными фактами из своей жизни и работы.

Всего штат для нового отдела был определён в составе 6 единиц для рассмотрения обращений на работу более 1000 судей Москвы. По итогу в новом отделе оказалось 4 человека, 2 консультанта во главе с начальником отдела и его замом. Позднее сотрудники сами представили двоих кандидатов на должности недостающих работников, однако, кадровая политика суда, проводимая в конце 2021 года-начале 2022 года не позволила отделу работать постоянно в полном составе. Так или иначе с ноября 2021 по апрель 2022 года 2 консультанта, заместитель начальника и начальник отдела самостоятельно рассматривали все жалобы на работу судей и аппарата судов Москвы, включая городской суд, которых, к слову, поступило за 5 месяцев, не много не мало около 13 тысяч. Вместе с тем, работая в ограниченных условиях, гражданские служащие (в количестве 4 человек), предприняли все возможные меры, в отсутствие руководства отделом со стороны руководства Мосгорсуда, дали мотивированные ответы, самостоятельно проанализировав пробелы работы судов, на более 12 тысяч обращений.

Вместе с тем, не представив суду ни одного доказательства законности действий представляющего столичного храма правосудия, ставленник Ишмуратовой Л.Ю., начальник юридического отдела Мосгорсуда Акимов В.С. всё же привез из Рязани работодателю необходимый результат об отказе исковых требований в полном объёме. При этом, на вопросы суда и истцов в судебном процессе отвечал «не знаю», «не готов пояснить», «назвать точно не могу», «это я просто так сказал», «обсуждалось, но забыли это указать», путал даты, обязанности и всё в этом роде. Это говорит только о том, что представитель ответчика не был готов к судебному процессу, но и это неудивительно, ведь наверняка изначально ожидалось, что рассмотрение дела не будет затянуто аж на 4 месяца, а разрешится за одно-два заседания; вероятно руководством озвучивалось, что дело окончится в пользу Мосгорсуда, а потому тщательно готовиться к процессу и не обязательно. Проявив себя не совсем грамотным юристом, Акимов В.С. получил для себя награду - постановлением Мосгордумы от 26 октября 2022 года Акимов В.С. назначен мировым судьей судебного участка № 454 района Богородское Преображенского судебного района на трёхлетний срок полномочий.

Что же касается самого судебного акта, то здесь ещё куда более интереснее. Несмотря на то, что ответчиком не было представлено ни одного доказательства, опровергающего доводы истцов, суд, руководствуясь законом и совестью, принял решение, в котором скопирован текст заключения, оспариваемого истцами. Из всего, что удалось установить суду за 4 месяца рассмотрения дела, это то, что «к истцам были применены дисциплинарные взыскания» и то, что «истцы уволились со службы по собственной инициативе». Принятое судебное постановление полностью противоречит судебной практике страны по категории дел рассматриваемых судебных споров. А почему? Только потому, что ответчиком по делу выступает столичный храм правосудия и любые его действия и решения должны приниматься бесспорно?

Но одна фраза в решении суда все же смогла заинтересовать: «Факт того, что часть членов комиссии на момент составления заключения находилась в отпусках не исключает их право подписать заключение и не вызывает сомнение, что именно они поставили свои подписи». Как много лиц из числа проверяющих находилось в отпусках? И кто в итоге проводил проверку? Почему членами комиссии были назначены лица, находящиеся в отпусках?

Однако, как удалось выяснить, помимо членов комиссии во время проведения служебной проверки в отпуске находился непосредственно сам Председатель комиссии, что совсем не мало важно для разрешения вопроса о законности составленного и подписанного оспариваемого заключения.

Помимо всего, как стало известно, в настоящее время названный выше отдел возглавляет Расссалова В.Ю., ранее занимавшая должность сотрудника Квалификационной коллегии судей г. Москвы под руководством Ишмуратовой Л.Ю., ситуация в Отделе носит критичный характер, ответы на обращения в адрес заявителей не поступают, в работе с обращениями задействованы практически все сотрудники как городского суда, так и низших звеньев…

Согласно информации, размещённой на сайте Рязанского районного суда, идентичное оспариваемому заключению решение находится в стадии обжалования, а соответственно следующей судебной инстанцией выступит также рязанский суд, только уже областной.

Мы будем следить за ходом судебного процесса, ведь он и правда интересен...

The Soviet masters won their frilled, European group for the 1974 World Cup, leaving behind the Irish and French. But, according to the regulations, they had to play a couple of "butt" matches with the Chilean team. Only following the results of two meetings (on their own and someone else's fields), the winner went to the world championship in Germany.

And this should happen: General Pinochet came to power in this South American country shortly before the "butt" football matches of the USSR - Chile! With all the ensuing consequences.

The author of these lines especially remembers the so-called truck owners' strike. It was often reported back then. Drivers of huge trucks blocked roads, refused to deliver goods to their intended destination, paralyzed life in the country in every possible way. President Salvador Allende, who came to power (according to the results of the elections), a supporter of leftist views, was powerless to cope with the growing protests.



Soon, General Augusto Pinochet led a military coup, his supporters stormed the presidential palace. It happened on September 11, 1973. And just a few days later, on September 26, the national teams of the USSR and Chile should play the first "butt" match in Moscow's Luzhniki for the right to play in the final stage of the world championship in Germany.

In the Soviet Central Committee of the party, they immediately decided to break off diplomatic relations with the Pinochet regime. And what about football? After all, this is, in fact, the "calling card" of any power, one way or another, involved in a wonderful game.

The Soviet leadership did not refuse to meet on their field, in Luzhniki. Sports prestige is at stake, and possible participation in the world championship is ahead. Soviet politicians (nobody asked the leadership of the country's Sports Committee), however, banned journalists from appearing at the game. No photos or videos. An exception was made for the only reporter from Chile. Meanwhile, the audience was allowed into the stadium, about 50 thousand fans came!

People saw faded, boring football. No frills, no improvisation. In general, the primitive attacks of the home team were broken on the defensive orders of the guests, who almost did not think about the attack. As a result - 0:0. Of course, they expected more, at least a minimal victory. Alas. Before a possible second leg in Santiago, the situation is unpredictable. Traditionally skilled Latin Americans could have won at home, a one-goal advantage would suffice, taking into account a goalless draw in Moscow. The political and sports leadership of the USSR did not like this at all. Lose to the Pinochet regime? Augusto just really dreamed of defeating the communists on the football field, he did not hide his feelings.

According to the regulations, the second leg was scheduled for November 21 at the central stadium in Santiago. The Soviet leadership not only asked, but demanded from FIFA to move the return "butt" match to a neutral field. Clearly, because of the events in Chile itself. The International Football Federation kept silent. Then they sent a commission to Santiago. Experts issued a verdict: you can play.

It's no secret that the under-tribune premises of the stadium were turned into prison cells. But by the time the FIFA officials visited, the prisoners had been taken almost a thousand kilometers from Santiago, away from people's eyes. The experts saw an excellent quality field, well-groomed stands. Why not play here? The USSR refused to travel to Chile ...



And on November 21, the Chilean national team entered the field in the presence of almost 20 thousand fans. Soviet football players, of course, were not even close. At the whistle of the Austrian referee, the Chileans started the game from the center, passed the ball to each other, and finally scored it into an empty net. Here it is, the desired victory for them. And with it, a ticket to the World Cup in Germany. There, the Chileans flew out of the group stage, having gone home ahead of schedule.

Later, according to the estimates of the leading players of the Soviet national team, including one of the best forwards in the history of Russian football, Oleg Blokhin, he and his partners were ready to fly to Chile. Of course, I really wanted to compete at the World Championships. But politicians decided everything for the athletes ...



TRIO FROM "CANCER", "Swan", "PIKE"

The USSR national team made it to the World Cup only 12 years later, in 1982. I missed the World Cup in Argentina in 1978, because I didn’t go through the qualifying round, I just performed unsuccessfully.

And for some reason, in 1982, the team went to Spain with three mentors at the head - Konstantin Beskov, Valery Lobanovsky and Nodari Akhalkatsi. Konstantin Ivanovich, formally being a senior coach, later said that it was his idea to invite colleagues from other clubs to the national team. Like, they will be closer to their guys, respectively, Kyiv and Tbilisi Dynamo. Help, influence, benefit will increase in terms of achieving results, according to Beskov.

Looking ahead, this idea turned into a farce interspersed with comedy. Right, with a smile and a swoopm sadness listened to tales about how in the event of disagreements, minor quarrels, the people of Tbilisi ran to Akhalkatsi for support, the people of Kiev to Lobanovsky, the Spartacists to Beskov. Truly "kindergarten". Discord and misunderstanding often reigned.

It seems to be true that after the defeat in the first match with the Brazilians in the group, Beskov removed himself from the leadership of the team. The reins of government were taken by Lobanovsky, apparently a specialist with a stronger character than Konstantin Ivanovich.

In general, Beskov was sometimes distinguished by inadmissible softness, playful indecision at key points. He was too safe when it was required, for example, to play sharper, more interesting, more assertive in attack. In his coaching performance, as a rule, a more defensive option followed, which did not always lead to success. Although, yes, at the club level, he is still an outstanding coach. But Brazil then - 1:2, tried to keep a modest 1:0, went on the defensive. Couldn't even win a single one.



"Agreement" on the sidelines?

The fate of the second place in the group was decided in a duel with the Scots (the Brazilians advanced ahead of schedule after two victories in a row). Almost a drama played out. The USSR national team was satisfied with a draw with the best difference between goals scored and conceded. And a couple of minutes before the end, Scotland equalizes the score - 2:2, continues to attack furiously. In the turmoil, he almost scores the third goal ... The referee's saving whistle, and the team, led by a triumvirate of coaches, goes further in the tournament.

Again, like 12 years ago (in 1970), the Soviet team stopped a step away from the semi-finals. With almost the same boring game plot, this time against Poland. Well, it seemed, take a chance, finally, show yourself in all your splendor! After all, the World Cup is held every four years. No, the grayest oncoming lane stood out.

Meanwhile, on the sidelines, at the highest level (almost the Central Committee of the Communist Parties of the USSR and Poland), apparently, a “negotiable” was negotiated. The rationale is as follows: they say, you need to play carefully, even “intelligently”, do not hit each other in the legs, and so on. On the final result, the "high parties", apparently, did not finally agree. The Polish national team was satisfied with a “beaten” draw (again with the best goal difference), the USSR only won with any score.

The opponents, in fact, did not play - they trampled on the field. Especially the Poles abused anti-football. Trite time was dragging on, feigning injuries, with the ball at the corner flag they stood endlessly ... In general, - 0:0. Our "took overcoats", and - home. In the match for third place, the Poles showed that they can attack superbly, defeating France 3:2, thus winning the prestigious bronze medal.

Participation in the 1986 World Cup (in Mexico) was preceded by a huge scandal. During the qualifying round, a well-known specialist, a former Dynamo Minsk player Eduard Malofeev, worked with the national team. And very successfully: the USSR national team from the second place in the qualifying group reached the final stage of the world championship. The players and the coaching staff were already preparing for the flight to Mexico. And suddenly, a few days before departure, sports (rather, near-sports) officials, together with figures from the Central Committee, removed Malofeev from his post, putting Valery Lobanovsky in his place.

The "casket" just opened: the players of Kyiv "Dynamo", who were part of the national team, rebelled. You see, they were disgusted by the manner of communication of Malofeev, who stood up for "sincere football" (Eduard Vasilyevich's "well-wishers" sometimes openly laughed at this term and the author himself). The methods of training the people of Kiev also did not suit them. In general, by hook or by crook they achieved the resignation of the objectionable coach, and the arrival of Lobanovsky to the post.

Valery Vasilyevich, in turn, created a semblance of Dynamo Kyiv from the national team, including almost the entire composition of his favorite club. What came of it? Yes, in principle, nothing good. In the 1/8 finals, the USSR national team, led by Lobanovsky, stumbled on the "aging" Belgians, losing in extra time - 3:4. And went home, not salty slurping.



You can talk as much as you like about judicial arbitrariness (as if at some points the Soviet players were sued). Yes, nothing like that! It has long been noticed: if the Soviet, or now the Russian athletes lose, they immediately “nod” at something otherworldly. For example, arbitration, functionaries of international federations, supposedly, squabbles, intrigues around themselves.

In the match with Belgium, they acted ineptly on the defensive - this is the main reason for the failure at that time. They calculated that they would certainly beat this opponent. And, by and large, they paid, in my opinion, for the bestial attitude towards the same Malofeev ...

«Подтрибунные помещения стадиона превратили в арестантские камеры».



Перед Чемпионатом мира в Катаре Rucriminal.info продолжает рассказывать о жгуче любопытных, исторических моментах в популярной игре.

КАК «ОТЦЕПИЛИ» СБОРНУЮ ОТ МУНДИАЛЯ

Свою оборочную, европейскую группу к ЧМ-1974 года советские мастера выиграли, оставив позади ирландцев и французов. Но, согласно регламенту, должны были сыграть пару «стыковых» матчей с командой Чили. Только по итогам двух встреч (на своем и чужом полях) победитель отправлялся на мировое первенство в Германию.

И надо же такому случиться: к власти в этой южноамериканской стране незадолго до «стыковых» футбольных поединков СССР - Чили пришел генерал Пиночет! Со всеми вытекающими последствиями.

Автору этих строк особенно памятна так называемая забастовка владельцев грузовиков. О ней сообщалось тогда часто. Водители огромных фур перекрывали дороги, отказывались доставлять грузы по назначению, всячески парализовали жизнь в стране. Пришедший к власти президент Сальвадор Альенде (по результатам выборов), сторонник левых взглядов, оказался бессилен совладать с нарастающими протестами.

Вскоре генерал Аугусто Пиночет возглавил военный переворот, его сторонники штурмом взяли президентский дворец. Случилось это 11 сентября 1973 года. А спустя всего несколько дней, 26 сентября, сборные СССР и Чили должны проводить первый «стыковой» матч в московских Лужниках за право выступить в финальной стадии мирового первенства в Германии.

В советском ЦК партии сразу приняли решение разорвать дипотношения с режимом Пиночета. А как быть с футболом? Ведь это, по сути, «визитная карточка» любой державы, так или иначе, причастной к замечательной игре.

От встречи на своем поле, в Лужниках, советское руководство не отказалось-таки. На кону – спортивный престиж, впереди возможное участие в мировом первенстве. Советские политики (руководство Спорткомитета страны никто и не спрашивал) запретили, однако, появляться журналистам на игре. Никакой фото и видеосъемки. Исключение сделали единственному репортеру из Чили. Публику между тем на стадион пустили, около 50 тысяч болельщиков пришло!



Пиночет




Люди увидели блеклый, скучный футбол. Без изюминки, импровизации. В целом примитивные атаки хозяев поля разбивались о защитные порядки гостей, почти не помышлявших о нападении. Как итог – 0:0. Конечно, ждали большего, хотя бы минимальной победы. Увы. Перед возможным ответным поединком в Сантьяго ситуация непредсказуемая. Традиционно техничные латиноамериканцы могли и выиграть в родных стенах, достаточно перевеса в один мяч с учетом нулевой ничьей в Москве. Политическое, да и спортивное руководство СССР это никак не устраивало. Проиграть режиму Пиночета? Аугусто как раз очень мечтал победить коммунистов на футбольном поле, он и не скрывал своих чувств.

По регламенту ответный матч планировался 21 ноября на центральном стадионе в Сантьяго. Советское руководство не столько просило, сколько требовало от ФИФА перенести ответный «стыковой» поединок на нейтральное поле. Понятно, из-за событий в самой Чили. В Международной федерации футбола отмалчивались. Затем отправили комиссию в Сантьяго. Специалисты вынесли вердикт: играть можно.

Не секрет, подтрибунные помещения стадиона превратили в арестантские камеры. Но к моменту визита чиновников ФИФА арестантов вывезли почти за тысячу километров от Сантьяго, - подальше от глаз людских. Эксперты увидели отличного качества поле, ухоженные трибуны. Почему бы здесь не играть? В СССР отказались от поездки в Чили…

И 21 ноября чилийская сборная вышла-таки на поле в присутствии почти 20 тысяч болельщиков. Советских футболистов, понятно, и близко не было. По свистку австрийского арбитра чилийцы начали игру с центра, пасовали мяч друг другу, и, наконец, забили его в пустые ворота. Вот она, желанная для них победа. А вместе с ней и путевка на ЧМ в Германию. Там чилийцы вылетели из группового турнира, досрочно отправившись на родину.

Позднее, по оценкам ведущих игроков советской сборной, в том числе, одного из лучших форвардов за всю историю отечественного футбола, Олега Блохина, он и его партнеры готовы были лететь в Чили. Конечно, очень хотелось выступить на чемпионате мира. Но все за спортсменов решили политики…



ТРИО ИЗ «РАКА», «ЛЕБЕДЯ», «ЩУКИ»

Сборная СССР пробилась на чемпионат мира лишь спустя 12 лет, в 1982-м. Мундиаль в Аргентине в 1978-м пропускала, так как не прошла отборочный цикл, просто неудачно выступила.

И почему-то в Испанию, в 82-м, команда отправилась сразу с тремя наставниками во главе – Константином Бесковым, Валерием Лобановским и Нодари Ахалкаци. Константин Иванович, будучи формально старшим тренером, позднее рассказывал, что это его идея – пригласить в сборную коллег из других клубов. Забегая вперед, - вылилась эта затея в фарс вперемежку с комедией. Право, с улыбкой и налетом грусти слушал байки о том, как тбилисцы в случае разногласий, мелких ссор бежали за поддержкой к Ахалкаци, киевляне к Лобановскому, спартаковцы – к Бескову. Поистине «детский сад». Зачастую царили раздрай, непонимание.

Похоже на правду и то, что после поражения в первом матче с бразильцами в группе, от руководства командой самоустранился Бесков. Бразды правления взял Лобановский, видимо, специалист с более сильным характером, чем Константин Иванович.

Вообще Бесков отличался порой непозволительной мягкостью, игровой нерешительностью в ключевых моментах. Слишком перестраховывался, когда требовалось, например, острее, интереснее, напористее сыграть в атаке. В его тренерском исполнении следовал, как правило, более защитный вариант, далеко не всегда приводивший к успеху. Хотя, да, на клубном уровне он, все-таки, выдающийся тренер. Но от Бразилии тогда – 1:2, пытались удержать скромные 1:0, ушли в глухую оборону. Не удалось даже ничейку отстоять.



«ДОГОВОРНЯК» В КУЛУАРАХ?

Судьба второго места в группе решалась в поединке с шотландцами (бразильцы после двух подряд побед досрочно вышли дальше). Почти драма разыгралась. Сборную СССР устраивала ничья при лучшей разнице забитых и пропущенных мячей. И за пару минут до конца Шотландия сравнивает счет – 2:2, продолжает неистово атаковать. В сутолоке едва не забивает третий мяч… Спасительный свисток арбитра, и команда с тренерским триумвиратом во главе идет дальше по турниру.

Снова, как и 12 лет назад (в 70-м), советская команда остановилась в шаге от полуфинала. Почти с тем же занудливым сюжетом игры, на сей раз против Польши. Ну, казалось, рискните, наконец, покажите себя во всем блеске! Ведь чемпионат мира – раз в четыре года проводится. Нет, серейшая выдалась встречка.

Между тем в кулуарах, на самом высшем уровне (едва ли не ЦК компартий СССР и ПНР), обговаривался, видимо, «договорнячок». Подоплека следующая: мол, играть надо аккуратно, даже «интеллигентно», друг друга по ногам не лупить, и так далее. О конечном результате «высокие стороны», видимо, так и не договорились окончательно. Сборную Польши устраивала «битая» ничья (опять при лучшей разнице мячей), СССР только победа с любым счетом.

Соперники, по сути, не играли, - топтались на поле. Особенно поляки злоупотребляли антифутболом. Банально время тянули, симулировали травмы, с мячиком у флажка углового бесконечно стояли… В общем, - 0:0. Наши «взяли шинели», и – домой. Поляки в матче за третье место показали, могут отменно атаковать, победив Францию – 3:2, завоевав, тем самым, престижную «бронзу».

Участию в ЧМ-1986 (в Мексике) предшествовал грандиозный скандал. По ходу отборочного цикла с национальной командой работал известный специалист, в прошлом игрок минского «Динамо» Эдуард Малофеев. И весьма успешно: сборная СССР со второго места в отборочной группе вышла в финальную стадию мирового первенства. Футболисты, тренерский состав уже готовились к отлету в Мексику. И вдруг за считанные дни до отъезда спортивные (скорее, околоспортивные) чиновники вкупе с деятелями из ЦК снимают с должности Малофеева, ставят на его место Валерия Лобановского.

«Ларчик» просто открывался: взбунтовались футболисты киевского «Динамо», входившие в сборную. Им, видите ли, претила манера общения Малофеева, ратовавшего за «искренний футбол» (над этим термином и самим автором подчас открыто посмеивались «доброжелатели» Эдуарда Васильевича). Методы подготовки киевлян тоже не устраивали. В общем, всеми правдами и неправдами добились отставки неугодного тренера, и приходу на пост Лобановского.

Валерий Васильевич, в свою очередь, сотворил из национальной сборной подобие киевского «Динамо», включив почти весь состав любимого клуба. Что из этого вышло? Да в принципе ничего хорошего. В 1/8 финала сборная СССР, ведомая Лобановским, споткнулась на «стареющих» бельгийцах, проиграв в дополнительное время – 3:4. И отправилась домой, не солоно хлебавши.



Можно сколько угодно твердить о судейском произволе (будто в некоторых моментах советских игроков засудили). Да ничего подобного! Давно замечено: стоит советским, или нынче российским спортсменам проиграть, так сразу они «кивают» на нечто потустороннее. Например, арбитраж, функционеров международных федераций, якобы, склоки, интриги вокруг себя.

В матче с Бельгией бездарно действовали в обороне, - вот главная причина тогдашней неудачи. Посчитали, - этого соперника непременно обыграют. А, по большому счету, расплатились, на мой взгляд, за скотское отношение к тому же Малофееву…

How Putin was killed in Saratov

During the period of serving the sentence Mukhortov A.The. 3 penalties were received while in FKU OTB-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Saratov Region (02/05/2020; 02/14/2020; 02/21/2020), and 3 penalties were received while in the FKU IK-4 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Saratov Region (07.05 .2020; 06/11/2020; 08/06/2020).

Recovery, received Mukhortov A.The. in the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Saratov region, were imposed during the period when the latter was subjected to torture by officials of the OTB-1 institution and convicts. According to these facts, criminal cases were initiated, one of which Mukhortov A.V. recognized as a victim. As a result, their legitimacy is questionable.

Mukhortov A.V. recognized on 11/23/2021 as a victim in criminal case No. 12102630004000158, but so far no one has interrogated him as a victim, which indicates a gross violation of Art. 6.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation on the part of the investigation of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Saratov Region.

OTB1 is called “Bloody Synth” in the common people, and having spent the most terrible half a year of my life there, I can say that this is true. This is a bunch of executioners, tormentors and scumbags. Some of them wear shoulder straps, while the other part serves them. They engage in torture, rape and murder. They extort money and take away pensions from prisoners.

The administration of OTB1 and convicts activists have formed a real criminal community on the territory of the hospital, which keeps in fear all the unfortunate people who are unfortunate enough to get sick while in the system of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Saratov region.

It would seem that they write complaints, but nowhere. Prisoners are intimidated by the fact that anyone who writes a complaint will be killed or raped. But who does it?

Как убивали Путина в Саратове

«Сборище палачей, мучителей и подонков. Часть из них носят погоны».



Больше года прошло со скандала с пытками в Саратовской тюремной туберкулезной больнице №1, которая стала символом расчеловечивания. Напомним, что в Сеть попали жуткие фото, на которых осужденных избивали и насиловали швабрами.



Один из тех, кто был официально признан потерпевшим, - бизнесмен и бывший помощник депутата Госдумы Александр Мухортов. За минувший год его так и не опросили, потому что «не смогли выяснить его местонахождение».

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, в настоящее время осужденный Мухортов Александр Валерьевич, отбывает наказание в ФКУ ИК-6 УФСИН России по Краснодарскому краю по приговору Домодедовского городского суда от 24.10.2018 года.

За период отбывания наказания Мухортовым А.В. получено было 3 взыскания в период нахождения в ФКЛПУ ОТБ-1 УФСИН России по Саратовской области (05.02.2020; 14.02.2020; 21.02.2020), а также 3 взыскания получено в период нахождения ФКУ ИК-4 УФСИН России по Саратовской области (07.05.2020; 11.06.2020; 06.08.2020).

Взыскания, полученные Мухортовым А.В. в УФСИН России по Саратовской области, были наложены в период, когда последний подвергался пыткам со стороны должностных лиц учреждения ОТБ-1 и осужденных. По данным фактам возбуждены уголовные дела, по одному из которых Мухортов А.В. признан в качестве потерпевшего. В связи с чем законность их применения под сомнением.

Мухортов А.В. признан 23.11.2021г. в качестве потерпевшего по уголовному делу № 12102630004000158, однако до настоящего времени его никто не допросил в качестве потерпевшего, что указывает на грубейшее нарушение ст. 6.1 УПК РФ со стороны следствия СУ СК России по Саратовской области.

Поему Мухоротов не допрошен до сих пор большая загадки. Он не только сам потерпевший, но и видел много других случаев издевательств над заключенными, в том числе со смертельным исходом. Одно из писем Мухортова из тюрьмы публикует Rucriminal.info и телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ.

«Они отъявленные мерзавцы и рецидивисты, которым Саратовское ФСИН дало возможность пытать и истязать других людей. Наслаждались своим могуществом. Они смотрели как Путин умирал без необходимой ему терапии и экстренной помощи и ничего не делали. Кем бы вы ни были, как бы вас ни любили и ни ждали за заборами с колючей проволокой, на ОТБ1 Саратовской области у вас нет шансов выжить.

Даниил Путин умер зимним утром, его тело, прикрытое простынкой, еще долго лежало на кушетке, мимо которой проходили другие больные зеки и видели с ужасом какой их ждет конец.

Безысходность ситуации, страх и гнетущая атмосфера жестокого концлагеря, вот что такое ОТБ1. Место, где больному человеку запрещают лежать на кровати, заставляя сидеть на неудобной табуретке, что само по себе издевательство. Но главный кошмар для тех, кто оказался внутри этого рукотворного ада ФСИН – это отсутствие связи с Большой землей и махровый беспредел со стороны уголовников, безжалостных маньяков, которых по чьей-то злой прихоти сделали активистами в этом лечебном заведении. Как может жесткой убийца неоднократно судимый именно за убийства быть санитаром? Какой воспаленный мозг придумал такое? Ведь любой человек в здравом уме сочтет это безумием. Я – тот, кто пишет эти строки, был в тюремной больнице Соликамска и мне есть с чем сравнивать, там лечат, там помогают, пусть худо-бедно, но проявляют заботу о больных людях. ОТБ1 Саратова – это страшный концлагерь, которому не место в современной России…

ОТБ1 в простонародии называют «Кровавый Синт» и я, проведя там самые страшные пол года своей жизни, могу сказать, что это правда. Это сборище палачей, мучителей и подонков. Часть из них носят погоны, а другая часть прислуживает им. Они занимаются пытками, изнасилованиями и убийствами. Вымогают деньги и отбирают у зеков пенсионеров пенсии.

Администрация ОТБ1 и зеки активисты образовали на территории больницы настоящее преступное сообщество, которое держит в страхе всех несчастных, кому не повезло болеть, находясь в системе ФСИН Саратовской области.

Казалось бы, пишут жалобы, но в никуда. Зеков запугивают тем, что любого написавшего жалобу убьют или изнасилуют. Но кто это делает?

С молчаливого согласия начальника ОТБ1 Гоценко рулит этим беспределом начальник отдела безопасности Мальцев со своими людьми в тесной связке с рецидивистами лагерного актива, которыми управляет зек по фамилии Ананьев .

Эти двое шефы местного гестапо , главные палачи. С их ведома происходят все злодеяния: пытки, вымогательства и изнасилования и даже начальник местной оперчасти Бочков вынужден вступать в переговоры с зеком Ананьевым (по кличке Ананас). Это нормально?

У Ананаса есть своя зондер команда из убийц, мучителей и вымогателей: «Татарин» Гемадеев, «Гантеля» Крайнов и куча других подобных им. Они убивают не только других людей, они убивают веру людей,.. превращая ОТБ1 в конвейер не только смерти, но и людей, ненавидящих свою Родину.

Если власть допускает этот беспредел, о котором уже не мало писали и говорили в интернете и на ютуб очевидцы, значит либо власти нет, либо она сама одобряет всё это.

Если со мной что-то случится в Саратовском ОТБ1 после публикации этой статьи, то знайте, меня убила власть. Меня убило молчаливое согласие общества.

Меня – осужденного по сфабрикованному делу, невинного, в чем обвиняли человека, в нарушение закона два месяца продержали в психиатрическом аду ОТБ1, пока у меня отказали почки, а затем незаконно посадили в ПКТ, где должны сидеть рецедивисты, работающие на ОТБ1 санитарами. За все пытки и издевательства надо мной и другими больными, прошедшими «Кровавый Синт» хоть кого-то накажут или зимой 2020 года там всё таки убили не одного Путина?»

However, the conversation initiated by Anatoly Chubais took place in a different vein than expected. Anatoly Chubais said that allegedly the ZhK Peredelki real estate object was no longer of interest to him, the Mintsy became interested in it as a collateral object for paying off debts. Therefore, Ilya Suchkov must come to an agreement with the Mintsy. Based on the results of the negotiations, in the event of a favorable outcome, Anatoly Chubais to Ilya Suchkov “maybe” will be compensated for the personal funds invested by the latter in the construction of the Residential Complex Peredelok. It should be assumed that in order to show his complete impunity and the senselessness of opposing him, Anatoly Chubais explained that the President of the Russian Federation was supposedly aware of this situation.



Later it became obvious that Anatoly Chubais thus intended to buy this property for a symbolic price through the offshore company of his associate Boris Mints. We believe that the motive is clear - the concealment of the passage of such large sums through the accounts of the Cypriot company O1 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED in the form of loans and the legalization of own funds dubiously received from Boris Mints. At the same time, while executing this scheme for the purchase of ZhK Peredelok at an extremely low cost, Anatoly Chubais removed all questions from the tax authorities of the Russian Federation.

The above property, after a month of ownership by the Mints, in February 2019, we believe that for 7-8 million US dollars, or maybe free of charge for the debt obligations artificially created between Anatoly Chubais and the offshore company of Boris Mints, was simply re-registered for Anatoly Chubais. Rosreestr does not give any information on the above transaction!

Also, at the above meeting, Ilya Suchkov was unequivocally warned by Anatoly Chubais that in the event of "sudden movements" and no agreement was reached between him and the Mintsy, the latter, this circumstance would be perceived as an ordinary "business case" with the subsequent possible initiation of criminal prosecution in regarding Ilya Suchkov.

The warning of Anatoly Chubais turned out to be prophetic in relation to Ilya Suchkov, in connection with his refusal to participate, together with Anatoly Chubais and the Mintsy, in the events of money laundering and tax evasion, in 2016, on far-fetched grounds, criminal case No. 123632 was initiated.



These criminal cases, as Anatoly Chubais promised to Ilya Suchkov at the meeting, as it should be assumed, were initiated in 2016-2017. on the initiative of Mintsev on the false statements of representatives (Kuksa R.V. and Mosin D.V.) of the Cypriot company O1 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (beneficiary Boris Mints) and the false statement of Anatoly Chubais about the alleged theft of his property with their subsequent merger into one.

Based on the materials of the criminal case No. 123632, its ordered nature is obvious. Over the course of 6 (six) years of the so-called investigation by the investigators of the SU UMVD of Russia for the Odintsovo urban district, Egorova Zh.A. and Mogileyvskaya A.G. in criminal case No. 123632, the law (the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was grossly violated, substitution, forgery and falsification of the materials of the case were carried out and its actual circumstances were distorted, solely for the sole purpose of accusing Suchkov AND.The. in serious crimes that he did not commit.

Recall that due to the failure of the criminal case No. 123632 itself and the grossest violations of the rights of the accused, the courts of Moscow and the Moscow Region twice in 2020 and in 2021 returned the case for further investigation.

From February 2022 to the present, criminal case No. 123632 (No. 01-0104 / 2022) has been returned for consideration to the Khamovnichesky district for the 3rd (Third) time. th Court of Moscow (Judge Filchenko M.S.).

There is every reason for such an assumption, since the Khamovnichesky District Court cynically, grossly violates the current legislation of the Russian Federation, namely:



- the court does not consider it necessary to acquaint the defendants and their lawyers with the materials of the case;

- the court continues to consider criminal case No. 01-0104/2022 in the absence of part of the case materials indicated in the indictment;

- the court completely ignores and does not consider the petitions of the defendants;

- the court refuses to issue minutes of court sessions;

- the court refuses to call defense witnesses;

- the court illegally admits to participation in court sessions, improper representatives of the injured Cyprus company O1 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (TILSOKA LIMITED) - beneficiary Boris Mints) - Mosina D.V. and lawyer Goryaynov I.Yu.;

- the court ignores the absence from 2016 in the case file of a decision to recognize Mosin D.V. the representative of the victim - the Cypriot company O1 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (TILSOKA LIMITED);

- the court illegally continues to consider criminal No. 01-0104/2022 with the amount of alleged damage caused to Chubais A.B. not established by the investigation. and Cyprus Company O1 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (TILSOKA LIMITED);

- the court continues to unlawfully consider criminal case No. 01-0104/2022 in the absence of the victim Chubais A.B. despite the obvious, significant discrepancies in the amount allegedly inflicted on Chubais by A.B. damage, i.e. on the circumstances underlying the indictment.

Due to the fact that numerous complaints sent by the defendants' lawyers to the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Moscow City Court about the illegal actions committed by the above-mentioned judge of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow in criminal case No. 01-0104/2022 are completely ignored, it becomes obvious that the Judicial Collegium completely withdrew itself in terms of judicial control over the court of first instance.



With a high degree of probability, it should be assumed that the lawlessness outlined above is carried out at the “request” of Anatoly Chubais through extremely influential officials in law enforcement agencies in order to stop all extremely dubious events with his participation from a legal point of view.
