Henry Sardaryan - an oligarch father and cooperation with the special services
The crisis of higher education in Russia has long been no news to anyone. But not everyone knows how it manifests itself in one of the most prestigious universities in the country - MGIMO. Details - on the telegram channel VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info
Part one.
In 2017, MGIMO merged the Faculty of Political Science and the Faculty of Management. 28-year-old Henry Sardaryan becomes the dean of the new Faculty of Management and Politics. This came as a surprise to many. A couple of years before that, he worked as a document manager in the dean's office of the Faculty of Management, then became deputy director of one of the internal departments of MGIMO, but, in fact, performed secretarial functions and had no management experience. And suddenly an unexpected career takeoff. However, soon, as VChK-OGPU found out, an explanation appeared, even three explanations.
Explanation 1: dad. Henry's dad is Tigran Sardaryan, an Armenian businessman and former mid-level official with a dubious reputation, the head of Mosoblpromstroy. He was involved in construction in different regions of the country and much more, the schemes were murky, and Tigran was involved in a number of embezzlement cases. And at the same time, he is close to the current President of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, which played a role in the fate of his son Henry. So, several sources at once confidently say that the position of dean of the new faculty was simply bought.
Explanation 2: Armenian brotherhood. Back in the late 1980s, an old party official from Yerevan, Robert Vachaganovich Yengibaryan, entrenched himself at MGIMO - he was not remarkable in any scientific sense, except that many fake dissertations were defended under his sensitive leadership. Using his connections, Yengibaryan also helped the young "talent" Henry Sardaryan, so that he could get a promotion with the help of his father's money. They say that Sardaryan Sr., a businessman by his standards, again thanked Yengibaryan generously for this good deed, and not with Armenian cognac.
Explanation 3: As several of Sardaryan's former classmates and those who studied with him in graduate school told Rucriminal.info, Tigran closely cooperates with the special services, especially with those teachers, graduate students and students who went to protest rallies or expressed opposition views in personal conversations. Many of their careers went downhill after such "cooperation".
His father's money, ethnic connections and the patronage of the special services allowed him to become a dean when such an opportunity arose.
Part two.
Personnel do not decide anything: voluntarism and chaos of the Armenian jackal. According to a source of the Cheka-OGPU, the personnel work at the faculty is characterized by two features - chaos and voluntarism. From the very beginning of his appointment to the position, while still holding the prefix of acting, Sardaryan began to suppress the departments. More and more powers and resources were taken over by the dean's office, more and more labor-intensive tasks were redirected to the departments. This leads to constant disorganization of the educational process. The heads of departments at the faculty are mainly elderly retired ladies who are shaking for their positions, so there were no objections - only oohs and aahs among themselves. Well, and curses addressed to the dean. Although if he is removed from office and there is a criminal case, then they will be the first to run to give evidence. Behind their forced smiles and ostentatious politeness addressed to the tyrant dean are hidden years of humiliation and neglect. The old-timers of MGIMO, with whom the VChK-OGPU interviewed, also note that Sardaryan is the first dean in their memory who is literally not familiar with the majority of the faculty entrusted to him. He still is not familiar, after almost 10 years as dean. He is naturally unable to visually recognize (not to mention by last name, much less by first name and patronymic) 70% of the teachers. He doesn’t give a damn about the staff. For his manner of communicating with people, some administrative departments of MGIMO call him a peacock.
Sardaryan’s immediate faculty circle should be discussed separately. Let’s dwell on his ambitions and other faculty heads. The head of the academic department, Artak Manukyan, is a relative and regular lapdog of Sardaryan, who performs the functions of a secretary, bring-fetch-run. Loyal, executive, stupid. A sort of bedchamber, who sleeps at the feet of his master. Actively involved in Sardaryan's corruption schemes as an intermediary.
Yulia Anatolyevna Karaulova is a corpulent lady in the eternal black robe. Karaulova is well known for her rudeness in professional communication. And she adheres to an emphatically boorish style in interactions with everyone (except those who are higher than her in the hierarchy), including department heads, which the latter are pretty fed up with. It is known that some department heads have long changed their routes in such a way as to cross paths with Karaulova in the corridors of MGIMO as little as possible.
Ekaterina Andreyevna Antyukhova is another deputy. Responsible for "communication" with students. What is this? On behalf of Sardaryan, she establishes informal relationships with students of academic groups, especially especially the headmen. And according to a recent graduate who told us about this, she soon offers “collaboration”, that is, to inform or even fabricate denunciations. Students run to her to snitch on teachers and classmates.
The dean’s office under Sardaryan generally works rudely and sloppily. Conflicts are often accompanied by public scandals. One of the most famous was back in the early 2020s - Sardaryan got into a fight with the then academic secretary of the faculty Ksenia Sergeevna Dorenko - yes, yes, the daughter of that very TV killer from the 90s. As a result, Dorenko left the faculty. It was a noisy story that demonstrated Sardaryan’s diplomatic and managerial insignificance. Pros know how to solve complex issues calmly, but this is not his case.
Meetings of the academic councils of the faculty under the chairmanship of Sardaryan are a separate genre of wasting time mixed with stupidity. Few people are not fed up with the dean's crude and vulgar flat jokes, but you have to sit and listen. Moderation also leaves much to be desired, as one department head said in his heart after another meeting a couple of years ago, "Sardaryan is not capable of setting priorities." At the same time, repressive and random personnel purges have become regular at the Faculty of Management and Politics. Almost every semester, several teachers - from yesterday's graduate students to professors - suddenly find out that they are being fired. There are no preliminary investigations, claims, etc. The reasons for the dismissal are not explained or they are given something vague, which is not confirmed by anything. At the same time, there are at least six really weak teachers at the faculty, about whom students have been complaining for many years, writing reports, etc., but there is no reaction from the dean's office. Why does Dean Sardaryan need these personnel purges? To intimidate those who remain, first of all. And the hapless dean is cleverly manipulated by people from his inner circle in order to settle personal scores, playing on his narcissism. Rumors are spread that some professor once somewhere made a critical comment about the “outstanding management skills of the dean.” The blockhead dean gets furious and orders the troublemaker to be fired without even trying to figure it out. What does this lead to? Firstly, the faculty has lost many top specialists in a number of narrow but relevant areas. Accordingly, the heads of departments, cursing, are forced to look for replacements during the academic year. Spoiler: of course, no equivalent replacement can be found, which lowers the quality of education even more, the students grumble, but who cares? Secondly, many undergraduate students changed their minds about enrolling in the master's program of the Faculty of Management and Politics and left for HSE and other universities because they wanted to write their master's dissertations with the fired professors. By the way, undergraduate students of Sardaryan's faculty usually hide the fact that they are not going to go to MGIMO's master's program during surveys in the 4th year, because Sardaryan creates problems for such students during state exams and defense of their final qualification works (diploma works). Several graduates of different years told us that they lost their honors diplomas because of his machinations.

Молодой декан МГИМО: на трон с черного входа
Генри Сардарян -отец-олигарх и сотрудничество со спецслужбами

В 2017 г. в МГИМО объединили факультет политологии и факультет управления. Деканом нового факультета управления и политики становится 28-летний Генри Сардарян. Это стало неожиданностью для многих. Еще за пару лет до этого он работал документоведом в деканате факультета управления, потом стал зам.директора одного из внутренних подразделений МГИМО, но, по сути, выполнял секретарский функции и не имел никакого управленческого опыта. И вдруг неожиданный карьерный взлёт. Впрочем, вскоре, как выяснил ВЧК-ОГПУ, объяснение появилось, даже три объяснения.
Объяснение-1: папа. Папа Генри – Тигран Сардарян армянский бизнесмен и экс-чиновник средней руки с сомнительной репутацией, руководитель «Мособлпромстроя». Он занимался стройками в разных регионах страны и много чем ещё, схемы были мутными, и Тигран проходил по ряду дел о хищениях. И в то же время он близок к нынешнему президенту Армении Николу Пашиняну, что сыграло свою роль и в судьбе его сына Генри. Так, вот сразу несколько источников уверенно говорят, что должность декана нового факультета была просто куплена.
Объяснение-2: армянское братство. Еще в конце 1980-х гг. в МГИМО окопался старый партократ из Еревана Роберт Вачаганович Енгибарян – ничем в научном плане непримечательный, разве что под его чутким руководством было защищено много липовых диссертаций. Используя свои связи, Енгибарян пособил и молодому «дарованию» Генри Сардаряну, чтобы он с помощью денег отца пошел на повышение. Говорят, что Сардарян-старший – бизнесмен по понятиям - опять же отблагодарил Енгибаряна щедро за это благое дело, и не армянским коньяком.
Объяснение-3: Как Rucriminal.info рассказали нескольких бывших однокурсников Сардаряна и тех, кто учился с ним в аспирантуре, Тигран тесно сотрудничает со спецслужбами, особенно в части тех преподавателей, аспирантов и студентов, которые ходили на протестные митинги или проявляли оппозиционные взгляды в личных беседах. У многих из них карьера после такого «сотрудничества» пошла под откос.
Деньги отца, этнические связи и покровительство спецслужб и позволили ему стать деканом, когда подвернулась такая возможность.

Кадры не решают ничего: волюнтаризм и хаос армянского шакала.
По словам источника ВЧК-ОГПУ, кадровая работа на факультете характеризуется двумя чертами – хаосом и волюнтаризмом. С самого начала своего назначения на должность, еще будучи с приставкой и.о., Сардарян начал подавлять кафедры. Всё больше полномочий и ресурсов забиралось в деканат, всё больше трудоемких заданий перенаправлялось на кафедры. Это приводит к постоянной дезорганизации учебного процесса. Зав.кафедрами на факультете в основном являются престарелые дамы-пенсионерки, которые трясутся за свои должности, так что никаких возражений не последовало – только охи и ахи между собой. Ну и проклятья в адрес декана. Хотя если его уберут с должности и будет уголовное дело, то они первыми побегут давать показания. За их вымученными улыбками и показной вежливостью в адрес тирана-декана скрываются годы унижений и пренебрежения.
Старожилы МГИМО, с которыми беседовал ВЧК-ОГПУ, также отмечают, что Сардарян – первый декан на их памяти, который в прямом смысле не знаком с большей частью профессорско-преподавательского состава вверенного ему факультета. Не знаком до сих пор, спустя чуть ли не 10 лет деканства. Он натурально не способен опознать визуально (не то, что по фамилии и тем более имени-отчеству) 70% преподавателей. Коллектив ему глубоко побоку. За манеру общения с людьми в некоторых административных подразделения МГИМО его именуют павлином.
О ближайшем факультетском окружении Сардаряна следует рассказать отдельно. Остановимся на его замах и других факультетских начальниках. Начальник учебной части Артак Манукян – сородич и штатная болонка Сардаряна, выполняющая функции секретарши, принеси-подай-сбегай. Предан, исполнителен, глуп. Этакий постельничий, который спит в ногах хозяина. Активно замешан в коррупционных схемах Сардаряна в роли посредника.
Юлия Анатольевна Караулова – корпулентная дама в извечном черном балахоне. Караулова хорошо известна своей грубостью в профессиональной коммуникации. И придерживается подчеркнуто хамского стиля во взаимодействии со всеми (кроме тех, кто выше её в иерархии), включая и зав.кафедрами, что последним изрядно поднадоело. Известно, что некоторые зав.кафедрами давно поменяли свои маршруты таким образом, чтобы как можно реже пересекаться с Карауловой в коридорах МГИМО.
Екатерина Андреевна Антюхова – еще один заместитель. Отвечает за «общение» со студентами. Что это такое? По поручению Сардаряна она устанавливает неформальные отношения со студентами академических групп, особенно старостами. И по словам недавнего выпускника, рассказавшего нам об этом, вскоре предлагает «сотрудничество», то есть доносить или даже фабриковать доносы. Студенты бегают к ней стучать на преподавателей, однокурсников.
Деканат при Сардаряне вообще работает грубо, неаккуратно. Конфликты часто сопровождаются публичными скандалами. Один из наиболее известных был еще в начале 2020-х – Сардарян поцапался с тогдашним ученым секретарем факультета Ксенией Сергеевной Доренко – да-да, дочкой того самого телекиллера из 90-х. В результате Доренко ушла с факультета. Шумная была история, которая продемонстрировала дипломатическую и управленческую ничтожность Сардаряна. Профи умеют решать сложные вопросы спокойно, но это не его случай.
Заседания ученых советов факультета под председательством Сардаряна – это отдельный жанр потери времени вперемешку с глупостью. Мало кого не достали грубовато-пошловатые плоские шуточки декана, но приходится сидеть, слушать. Модерация тоже оставляет желать лучшего, как сказал в сердцах после очередного заседания один зав.кафедрой пару лет назад, «Сардарян не способен расставлять приоритеты».
При этом на факультете управления и политики регулярными стали репрессивно-рандомные кадровые чистки. Почти каждый семестр несколько преподавателей – от вчерашних аспирантов до профессоров - неожиданно узнают о том, что их увольняют. Никаких предварительных разбирательств, претензий и прочего нет. Причины увольнения не поясняют или называют что-то невнятное, что ничем не подтверждается. При этом на факультете есть минимум шесть действительно слабых преподавателей, на которых студенты жалуются много лет, пишут докладные и прочее, но никакой реакции деканата не следует. Зачем декану Сардаряну эти кадровые чистки? Для устрашения оставшихся, прежде всего. И еще горе-деканом в целях сведения личных счетов ловко манипулируют люди из его ближайшего окружения, играя на его нарциссизме. Распускаются слухи, что якобы какой-то профессор как-то где-то критически высказался о «выдающихся управленческих способностях декана». Декан-дуболом приходит в бешенство и распоряжается уволить смутьяна, даже не попытавшись разобраться. К чему это приводит? Во-первых, факультет лишился многих классных специалистов в ряде узких, но актуальных сфер. Соответственно заведующие кафедрами, матерясь, вынуждены искать замену по ходу учебного года. Спойлер: никакой равноценной замены найти, конечно же, не удается, что снижает качество обучения еще больше, студенты ропщут, но кого это волнует? Во-вторых, многие студенты-бакалавры передумали поступать в магистратуру факультета управления и политики и ушли в ВШЭ и другие вузы, потому что хотели писать магистерские диссертации у уволенных преподавателей. Кстати, студенты-бакалавры сардаряновского факультета обычно скрывают, что не собираются идти в магистратуру МГИМО в ходе опросов на 4 курсе, потому что Сардарян устраивает таким студентам проблемы на госэкзаменах и защите ВКР (дипломных работ). Несколько выпускников разных лет сообщили нам, что лишились из-за его козней красного диплома.

Chekist-businessman - there is such a profession
How the head of the FSB decided to put his business partner in jail
The Telegram channel VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info learned the story of Kirill Sergeevich Vertikov, who, being a Moscow businessman, decided to take the head of the FSB of the city of Kropotkin (previously holding the position of curator of health care in the UFSB for the Krasnodar Territory) Kozlov K.E. as a business partner. The story of such cooperation ended, as always similar ones. Kozlov gave the go-ahead and a criminal case was fabricated against the partner. At the moment, Vertikov is abroad, since he has been wanted since February 2023 on charges of theft by fraud (Article 159.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In 2022, financial misunderstandings occurred between the partners, and Vertikov incurred a debt. He asked for some time to settle it. However, Kozlov refused to wait, began to threaten, and eventually, using his connections, managed to initiate a criminal case.
The essence of criminal case No. 12201030050003711 is as follows: allegedly Vertikov took money from a certain Charkov I.S. and disappeared.
At the same time:
- Vertikov had no financial relations with Charkov and did not take any money from him
- Charkov is a friend of Kozlov and was used as a “victim” in order not to involve FSB officer Kozlov himself as such.
When Vertikov contacted investigator Menyailova Ya.E., she directly said that he received money from Kozlov.
Then Vertikov asked a direct question: if he received money from Kozlov, how can Charkov be a victim? There was no answer.
Verikov also began to explain to the investigator that part of the funds had been returned and he had personally transferred them to Kozlov.
However, his arguments were not included, and this was done deliberately in order to initiate a criminal case for the purpose of pressure. After all, in fact, this is just a civil dispute (but it is not one, because there were no agreements between the partners).
There is no documentary evidence of their cooperation with Kozlov K.E. In order to somehow achieve justice, Vertikov wrote a statement to the police of the Central District of Krasnodar (KUSP) on 03/07/2025 Nº 8799, because on their territory Kozlov withdrew Vertikov's money from the card and should have been recorded by ATM cameras.

The Telegram channel VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info learned the story of Kirill Sergeevich Vertikov, who, being a Moscow businessman, decided to take the head of the FSB of the city of Kropotkin (previously holding the position of curator of health care in the UFSB for the Krasnodar Territory) Kozlov K.E. as a business partner. The story of such cooperation ended, as always similar ones. Kozlov gave the go-ahead and a criminal case was fabricated against the partner. At the moment, Vertikov is abroad, since he has been wanted since February 2023 on charges of theft by fraud (Article 159.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In 2022, financial misunderstandings occurred between the partners, and Vertikov incurred a debt. He asked for some time to settle it. However, Kozlov refused to wait, began to threaten, and eventually, using his connections, managed to initiate a criminal case.
The essence of criminal case No. 12201030050003711 is as follows: allegedly Vertikov took money from a certain Charkov I.S. and disappeared.

When Vertikov contacted investigator Menyailova Ya.E., she directly said that he received money from Kozlov.
Then Vertikov asked a direct question: if he received money from Kozlov, how can Charkov be a victim? There was no answer.
Verikov also began to explain to the investigator that part of the funds had been returned and he had personally transferred them to Kozlov.
However, his arguments were not included, and this was done deliberately in order to initiate a criminal case for the purpose of pressure. After all, in fact, this is just a civil dispute (but it is not one, because there were no agreements between the partners).
There is no documentary evidence of their cooperation with Kozlov K.E. In order to somehow achieve justice, Vertikov wrote a statement to the police of the Central District of Krasnodar (KUSP) on 03/07/2025 Nº 8799, because on their territory Kozlov withdrew Vertikov's money from the card and should have been recorded by ATM cameras.

Закончилась история подобного сотрудничества, как и все аналогичные. Козлов дал отмашку и на партнера сфабриковали уголовное дело. В данный момент Вертиков находится за границей, так как с февраля 2023 года объявлен в розыск по обвинению в хищении путем мошенничества (статья 159.4 УК РФ).
В 2022 году между партнерами произошли финансовые недопонимания, и у Вертикова образовалась задолженность. Он попросил дать немного времени, чтобы её урегулировать. Однако Козлов отказался ждать, начал угрожать, и в итоге, используя свои связи, добился возбуждения уголовного дела.

- Чарков является другом Козлова и был использован как “потерпевший”, чтобы не привлекать в качестве такового самого сотрудника ФСБ Козлова.
Когда Вертиков связался со следователем Меняйловой Я.Е., она прямо сказала, что он получал деньги от Козлова.
Тогда Вертиков задал прямой вопрос: если он получал деньги от Козлова — как потерпевшим может быть Чарков? Ответа не последовало.
Также Вериков начал объяснять следователю, что часть средств была возвращена и он лично передал их Козлову.
Однако его доводы не приобщались, и это делалось сознательно, чтобы возбудить уголовное дело с целью давления. Ведь по факту это всего лишь гражданский спор (но и он не является таковым, ведь между партнерами не было никаких договоров).
Документально нет никаких доказательств об их сотрудничестве с Козловым К.Э.. Чтобы хоть как-то добиться справедливости, Вертиков написал заявление в полицию Центрального округа Краснодара (КУСП) 07.03.2025 Nº 8799, потому что на их территории Козлов снимал деньги Вертикова с карты и должен был попасть на записи камер банкоматов.
Суть заявления: что с карты Вертикова были сняты средства, и он просит установить, кто это сделал.
Это и был возврат долга Козлову:
- Заявление было утеряно,
- Выяснилось, что его передали из Центрального округа Краснодара в Прикубанский округ, и. там ему был присвоен новый номер КУСП №19858 от 24.03.2025.
- Где, по сути, всё под контролем у Козлова.

Жалоба в прокуратуру на потерянный КУСП попала к зам прокурору Бороху Д.А. и он успешно прикрыл следствие.

Через долгие обращения в прокуратуру края материалы приобщили, но чтобы избежать проверки, дело тут же приостановили.
- Дата приостановки — 25 марта, а КУСП зарегистрирован в Прикубанке 24 марта — это делалось задним числом, чтобы не проводить проверку.
- Проверку по возврату денег никто проводить не стал, потому что если изложенные данные подтвердятся — дело развалится и выяснится, что сотрудник ФСБ дал заведомо ложные показания.
Прокуратура покрывает (полная хронология)
Вертиков написал в прокуратуру Краснодарского края, что дело фальсифицировано и попросил провести проверку:
Кто такой этот потерпевший (Чарков) и почему у него статус потерпевшего?
Ведь Вертиков не общался с ним с 2016 года и не видел его, у Вертикова не было с ним отношений и договоренностей, а также он не брал у него никаких денег.
Вертиков постоянно просит передать дело в СК Краснодарского края, ссылаясь на участие сотрудника ФСБ в деле (обычные органы не могут вести это дело, когда там замешан сотрудник ФСБ) но они игнорируют просьбы, потому что сотрудник ФСБ в деле фигурирует лишь как свидетель.
Вертиков написал уже обращение в ЦА ФСБ и еще раз в Генпрокуратуру, но в ответ тишина.

At the end of April, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that "the largest engineering company in Russia - JSC Mosinzhproekt" (responsible for key urban development projects in the capital) was headed by Maxim Gaman. As previously noted by the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info, the very fact of Gaman's transfer from the position of Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of City Property of the City of Moscow to the position of General Director of JSC Mosinzhproekt is extremely interesting. At first glance, this seems like a link, punishment and a serious career demotion. But this is only at first glance. According to the source, in the smoking rooms of the Moscow mayor's office they say that there are two possible options: changing the source of corrupt income from property and land registration to a simpler construction and contracting (JSC Mosinzhproekt is currently the largest recipient of Moscow budget funds) or preparing Gaman for the position of one of the heads of the Moscow City Construction Department.

Gaman received the post thanks to the deputy mayor of Moscow Efimov, who is pursuing the only goal of controlling the cash flows of the organizations subordinate to him. Efimov's best friend is another deputy mayor, Liksutov, who, with the help of Gaman, are building schemes for illegal enrichment and the withdrawal of budget funds. More on that later. In the meantime, let's recall another of Gaman's connections. As the VChK-OGPU reported, Stanislav Nasimov, Avsholum Yunaev's nephew, was Gaman's deputy (and business partner in the embezzlement of funds) in the Moscow City Apartment Building Capital Repair Fund. Avsholum Yunaev is a well-known Moscow developer who has his own interests in the fuel and energy sector. He was a neighbor of Colonel Zakharchenko, the curator of this sector in the Main Directorate for Economic Security and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the "Imperial House" on Yakimanka and even paid for his New Year's holidays in fashionable hotels in Sochi, but after the colonel's arrest, he testified against him. The Yunaev clan is closely connected to the Moscow government. Roza Yunaeva (Aronova) is a relative of Aharon Aronov (Lazar Safaniev), the husband of Natalya Sergunina's sister Irina, the holder of many family assets. Therefore, it is not surprising that at one time representatives of the capital's mayor's office, including Gaman, and police colonel Zakharchenko sued Moscow for a building of more than 16,000 sq. m and 60 million rubles.
The multi-story warehouse building is located in close proximity to the railway tracks in the north of Moscow, along which freight trains with containers from the ports of St. Petersburg (Likhoborskaya Embankment, 18s4) arrive in the capital.
Initially, the Moscow City Property Department refused the deal of the company (OOO TF TNKH), which is part of the family of businessman Avsholum Yunaev, citing the fact that the said building is not part of the property subject to privatization. In the mid-90s, Moscow officials leased the building to the company for 25 years and this term was coming to an end. They did not want to lose the building. TNH filed a lawsuit demanding that the building be sold to it on the basis of a preemptive right for 180 million rubles. The arbitration court agreed and obliged the City Property Department to conclude a purchase and sale agreement with TNH for the building for 205 million rubles with a five-year installment plan, setting a monthly payment of 3.4 million rubles. This was the first stage of the scheme.
Then TNH filed a second lawsuit against the capital's Property Department, forcing the budget to fork out 62.8 million rubles: while the Department refused the deal, TNH had to rent the building, which meant incurring losses (3.1 million rubles per month), so the capital's budget must compensate for the losses. The Moscow Arbitration Court agreed with this.
OOO "TF "TNH" is registered to one of Yunaev's daughters, who has long lived her life in London and is involved in horses.

В конце апреля мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин объявил, что «крупнейшую инжиниринговую компанию России – АО «Мосинжпроект» (отвечает за ключевые градостроительные проекты столицы) возглавил Максим Гаман. Как ранее отмечали телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, крайне интересен и сам факт перевода Гамана с должности министра правительства Москвы, руководителя Департамента городского имущества города Москвы на должность генерального директора АО «Мосинжпроект». На первый взгляд это кажется ссылкой, наказанием и серьезным карьерным понижением. Но это только на первый взгляд. По словам источника, в курилках мэрии Москвы поговаривают, что тут возможны два варианта: смена источника коррупционного дохода с имущественно-земельных оформлений на более простой строительно-подрядный (АО «Мосинжпроект» сейчас это самый крупный получатель бюджетных средств г. Москвы) или подготовка Гамана к должности одного из руководителей Департамента строительства города Москвы.
При этом Гаман буквально купается в коррупционной любви чиновников правительства Москвы, олигархических кланов.
Пост Гаман получил благодаря заммэра Москвы Ефимова, который этим преследует единственную цель - контроль денежных потоков подведомственных ему организаций. Лучшим другом Ефимова является другой заммэра Ликсутов, которые с помощью Гамана выстраивают схемы незаконного обогащения и вывода бюджетных средств. Об этом позже. А пока напомним об еще одних связях Гамана.
Как рассказывал ВЧК-ОГПУ, заместителем (и деловым партнером в распиле средств) Гамана в Фонде капитального ремонта многоквартирных домов города Москвы являлся Станислав Насимов - племянник Авшолума Юнаева. занимает пост заместителя гендиректора
Авшолум Юнаев известный московский девелопер, имеющий свои интересы и в сфере ТЭК. Он был соседом куратора этой сферы по линии ГУЭБиПК МВД полковника Захарченко в «Имперском доме» на Якиманке и даже оплатил ему новогодние каникулы в фешенебельных отелях Сочи, но после ареста полковника дал на него показания.
Клан Юнаевых тесно связан с правительством Москвы. Роза Юнаева (Аронова) родственница Ахарона Аронова (Лазарь Сафаниев) – мужа сестры Натальи Сергуниной Ирины- держательницы многих семейных активов.
Поэтому не стоит удивляться, что в свое время представители столичной мэрии, включая Гамана, и полковника-милициардера Захарченко отсудил у Москвы здание более 16000 кв/м и 60 млн руб.
Складское здание в несколько этажей расположено в непосредственной близости к железнодорожным путям на севере Москвы, по которым в столицу приходят грузовые составы с контейнерами из портов Санкт-Петербурга (Лихоборская набережная, 18с4).
Изначально Департамент горимущества Москвы отказал в сделке компании (ООО «ТФ «ТНХ»), входящей во владения семьи бизнесмена Авшолума Юнаева, сославшись на то, что указаное здание не входит в состав подлежащего приватизации имущества. В середине 90-х московские чиновники отдали фирме здание в аренду на 25 лет и этот срок подходил к концу. Терять здание не хотелось. ТНХ обратилось в суд с требованием продать ей строение на основании преимущественного права за 180 млн рублей. Арбитраж согласился и обязал Департамент горимущества заключить с ТНХ сделку купли-продажи здания за 205 млн руб. с рассрочкой в пять лет, установив ежемесячный платеж в 3,4 млн руб. Это был первый этап схемы.

В конце апреля мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин объявил, что «крупнейшую инжиниринговую компанию России – АО «Мосинжпроект» (отвечает за ключевые градостроительные проекты столицы) возглавил Максим Гаман. Как ранее отмечали телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, крайне интересен и сам факт перевода Гамана с должности министра правительства Москвы, руководителя Департамента городского имущества города Москвы на должность генерального директора АО «Мосинжпроект». На первый взгляд это кажется ссылкой, наказанием и серьезным карьерным понижением. Но это только на первый взгляд. По словам источника, в курилках мэрии Москвы поговаривают, что тут возможны два варианта: смена источника коррупционного дохода с имущественно-земельных оформлений на более простой строительно-подрядный (АО «Мосинжпроект» сейчас это самый крупный получатель бюджетных средств г. Москвы) или подготовка Гамана к должности одного из руководителей Департамента строительства города Москвы.
При этом Гаман буквально купается в коррупционной любви чиновников правительства Москвы, олигархических кланов.
Пост Гаман получил благодаря заммэра Москвы Ефимова, который этим преследует единственную цель - контроль денежных потоков подведомственных ему организаций. Лучшим другом Ефимова является другой заммэра Ликсутов, которые с помощью Гамана выстраивают схемы незаконного обогащения и вывода бюджетных средств. Об этом позже. Как рассказывал ВЧК-ОГПУ, заместителем (и деловым партнером в распиле средств) Гамана в Фонде капитального ремонта многоквартирных домов города Москвы являлся Станислав Насимов - племянник Авшолума Юнаева. занимает пост заместителя гендиректора
Авшолум Юнаев известный московский девелопер, имеющий свои интересы и в сфере ТЭК. Он был соседом куратора этой сферы по линии ГУЭБиПК МВД полковника Захарченко в «Имперском доме» на Якиманке и даже оплатил ему новогодние каникулы в фешенебельных отелях Сочи, но после ареста полковника дал на него показания.
Клан Юнаевых тесно связан с правительством Москвы. Роза Юнаева (Аронова) родственница Ахарона Аронова (Лазарь Сафаниев) – мужа сестры Натальи Сергуниной Ирины- держательницы многих семейных активов.
Поэтому не стоит удивляться, что в свое время представители столичной мэрии, включая Гамана, и полковника-милициардера Захарченко отсудил у Москвы здание более 16000 кв/м и 60 млн руб.
Складское здание в несколько этажей расположено в непосредственной близости к железнодорожным путям на севере Москвы, по которым в столицу приходят грузовые составы с контейнерами из портов Санкт-Петербурга (Лихоборская набережная, 18с4).
Изначально Департамент горимущества Москвы отказал в сделке компании (ООО «ТФ «ТНХ»), входящей во владения семьи бизнесмена Авшолума Юнаева, сославшись на то, что указаное здание не входит в состав подлежащего приватизации имущества. В середине 90-х московские чиновники отдали фирме здание в аренду на 25 лет и этот срок подходил к концу. Терять здание не хотелось. ТНХ обратилось в суд с требованием продать ей строение на основании преимущественного права за 180 млн рублей. Арбитраж согласился и обязал Департамент горимущества заключить с ТНХ сделку купли-продажи здания за 205 млн руб. с рассрочкой в пять лет, установив ежемесячный платеж в 3,4 млн руб. Это был первый этап схемы.
