“On November 8, 2020, I was with my friends in the city of Noyabrsk in a public space near the airport ... We did not interfere with anyone, we were in a sober state. After a while, traffic police officers and FSB officers drove up to us and ordered us to disperse. After everyone left, a traffic police officer stopped me and said that they would take me to the police department for an explanation, after which they would release me. In my car, together with my common-law wife, I arrived at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Noyabrsk, at the address: Noyabrsk, Prospekt Mira, 55. After some time, at about 22:00, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs called me from the car to police department, my wife stayed in the car to wait for me, then to go home together.

I went up to the third floor, where the investigators' offices are located, they took me to one of the offices, which I cannot specify right now, and forced me to write a statement that I renounce the citizenship of the Russian Federation, I refused, after which I was addressed by police officers began to receive threats that I should write an application for renunciation of the citizenship of the Russian Federation. I don't remember the names of the police officers. After some time, an FSB officer named Vadim (I learned his name later) came in and started beating me without warning. He kicked me in the head, in the body, pushed me against the concrete wall with all my might. I felt bad, I was lying on the floor of the office. After that, the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (I don’t remember by the names of these employees, but I remember them well and am ready to identify them) together with Vadim (the head of the FSB department for the city of Noyabrsk Vadim Tukhfatullin) went to the next office, where they began to drink alcoholic beverages, I heard how they say something loudly, drunken voices. Then an FSB officer named Vadim came to me again, he was already in a state of intoxication, approached me, gave his name and position, said that he was an FSB officer, that he could “bang” me, and he could get away with it all because he will make me die of the coronavirus. And he started beating me again. I felt very bad, and I began to really fear for my life, in order to avoid further beatings, I pretended to be dying. Everyone was afraid of this, and at about 02:30 already on November 09, 2020. I was taken outside to my car, where my wife was waiting for me, after which she drove me home.

The next day I was going to work, but I was very ill, and I went to the hospital in Noyabrsk, where they examined me, recorded my bruises, other injuries, concussion, in connection with the criminal origin of my injuries, the hospital staff called the district police officer , to whom I told everything in detail, and wrote a written statement. After the hospital, I went home, a day later the district police officer called me again, and having learned that I could not leave the house, he came to me, questioned me, and I re-wrote the application. In the future, my application was dealt with by the district commissioner. A few days later, my fellow countrymen turned to me and asked me to withdraw the application, because. FSB officer Vadim approached them and told them to assist me in taking the statement to the police, otherwise he would cause problems for everyone. The first time I refused, but they again turned to me and told me that Vadim would organize the full treatment for me, all the medicines, and also compensate for the harm caused to me. I did not believe them, and refused to withdraw the application. The third time, when I was approached with the same request, I said that I did not believe that the FSB officer would help me, but agreed to withdraw the application if my countrymen would help me directly, they promised me this help, and also told me again that FSB officer Vadim continues to receive threats to natives of Azerbaijan living in the city of Noyabrsk. After we agreed, I went to work to one of my fellow countrymen, where Vadim was waiting for me, who shook my hand and promised to provide any assistance in the treatment. I went to the police department, where I wrote a statement about the termination of the check against an FSB officer named Vadim, because. supposedly I received all the damage as a result of falling down the stairs. After some time, I was summoned to the prosecutor's office, at the moment I do not remember the position and data of the prosecutor's office, they asked me about what happened, and whether I want to stop checking on the fact of my beating. I said that I want to withdraw the application voluntarily.

At the moment, I have not received any medical assistance from anyone, I received insignificant funds from my fellow countrymen, which I spent on treatment. As a result of the beatings inflicted on me, namely: concussion, strong kicks in the chest, I experience severe headaches, my heart hurts a lot.

Now I understand that I was really frightened of the consequences of the conflict with the FSB officer, unlawfully succumbed to the persuasion of my fellow countrymen, that I change my testimony. I really understood that they were receiving threats from the FSB officer Vadim, and I wanted to help everyone. Moreover, in mid-October 2022, in the media, namely in the telegram channel "VChK-OGPU", I read the news that the same FSB officer Vadim Tukhfatulin committed against N.V. Geybatov. ogly illegal actions, namely: extorted a bribe for general patronage, threatened with physical violence to Geybatov N.V. oglu, in the city, carried out a grenade explosion. In this connection, I believe that I should apply with this application to the competent authorities to protect my rights.

October 28, 2022 I applied to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Noyabrsk to obtain a decision on my application in 2020, because they didn’t send me a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case by mail, my application for the issuance of documents was accepted at the duty unit and given a notification coupon No. Noyabrsk, then that the material is in the Department of Internal Affairs, but they cannot find it. November 09, 2022 I was told that the decision was not yet ready, and the maximum that they can tell me is the number of my application in 2020, my statement that I was beaten is registered in the register of statements and reports on crimes, administrative offenses, incidents (hereinafter - KUSP) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Noyabrsk for No. 17949 dated November 09, 2020.

Как пытают сотрудники ФСБ РФ



Телеграм-канал ВК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info знакомят читателей с очередной историей про «хозяина города» начальника отдела ФСБ по г. Ноябрьск Тухфатуллина Вадима. На этот раз речь пойдет об угрозах расправы.

«8 ноября 2020 года Я со своими друзьями находился в г. Ноябрьск на общественном пространстве в районе аэропорта… Мы никому не мешали, находились в трезвом состоянии. Через некоторое время к нам подъехали сотрудники ГИБДД и сотрудники ФСБ, которые приказали нам разойтись. После того, как все разъехались, меня остановил сотрудник ГИБДД и сказал, что меня отвезут в отдел полиции для дачи объяснений, после чего отпустят. Я на своем автомобиле совместно с гражданской супругой приехал к ОМВД России по г. Ноябрьск, по адресу: г. Ноябрьск, пр-т Мира, д. 55. Через некоторое время, примерно в 22:00 часа сотрудник МВД позвал меня из машины в отдел полиции, супруга осталась в машине ждать меня, чтобы потом поехать совместно домой.

Я поднялся на третий этаж, где расположены кабинеты следователей, меня завели в один из кабинетов, какой именно сейчас уточнить не могу, и заставляли написать заявление о том, что я отказываюсь от гражданства Российской Федерации, я отказался, после чего в мой адрес со стороны сотрудников полиции стали поступать угрозы, чтобы я написал заявление об отказе от гражданства Российской Федерации. Имена сотрудников полиции я не запомнил. Через некоторое время зашел сотрудник ФСБ по имени Вадим (его имя я узнал позже) и без предупреждения стал меня избивать. Удары наносил ногами в голову, по телу, со всего размаха толкал меня на бетонную стену. Мне стало плохо, я лежал на полу кабинета. После этого сотрудники МВД (я не помню по именам данных сотрудников, но хорошо их запомнил и готов опознать) совместно с Вадимом (начальник отдела ФСБ по г. Ноябрьск Тухфатуллин Вадим) вышли в соседний кабинет, где стали выпивать алкогольные напитки, я слышал, как они громко что-то отмечают, пьяные голоса. Потом ко мне опять зашел сотрудник ФСБ по имени Вадим, он был уже в нетрезвом состоянии, подошел ко мне, назвал свое имя и должность, сказал, что он сотрудник ФСБ, что он может меня «грохнуть», и все это сойдет ему с рук, потому что он сделает так, что я умер от коронавируса. И опять начал меня избивать. Мне было очень плохо, и я стал реально бояться за свою жизнь, для того чтобы избежать дальнейших побоев я притворился, что умираю. Этого все испугались и примерно в 02:30 уже 09 ноября 2020г. меня вывели на улицу к моей машине, где меня ждала супруга, после чего она отвезла меня домой.

На следующий день я собирался на работу, но мне было очень плохо, и я поехал в больницу г. Ноябрьск, где меня осмотрели, зафиксировали мои ушибы, прочие повреждения, сотрясение мозга, в связи с криминальным происхождением моих травм сотрудники больницы вызвали участкового уполномоченного полиции, которому я все подробно рассказал, и написал письменное заявление. После больницы я поехал домой, через день мне опять позвонил участковый, и узнав, что я не могу выйти из дома приехал ко мне, опросил меня, и я повторно написал заявление. В дальнейшем моим заявлением занимался участковый уполномоченный. Через несколько дней ко мне обратились мои земляки, и попросили, чтобы я забрал заявление, т.к. к ним обратился сотрудник ФСБ Вадим, и сказал, чтобы они оказали содействие в том, чтобы я забрал заявление в полицию, иначе он устроит всем проблемы. Первый раз я отказался, но они опять обратились ко мне, и передали, что Вадим организует мне полностью лечение, все медикаменты, а также компенсирует принесенный мне вред. Я им не поверил, и отказался забирать заявление. На третий раз, когда ко мне обратились с той же просьбой, я сказал, что не верю, что сотрудник ФСБ будет мне помогать, но согласился забрать заявление, если мне будут помогать непосредственно мои земляки, мне пообещали эту помощь, а также еще раз сказали, что от сотрудника ФСБ Вадима продолжают поступать угрозы уроженцам Азербайджана, проживающим на территории г. Ноябрьска. После того, как мы договорились, я поехал на работу к одному из земляков, где меня ждал Вадим, который пожал мне руку, и пообещал оказать любую помощь в лечении. Я поехал в отдел полиции, где написал заявление о прекращении проверки в отношении сотрудника ФСБ по имени Вадим, т.к. якобы я получил все повреждения в результате падения с лестницы. Через некоторое время меня вызвали в прокуратуру, в настоящий момент я не помню должность и данные сотрудника прокуратуры, спросили меня о произошедшем, и о том, хочу ли я прекратить проверку по факту моего избиения. Я сказал, что хочу забрать заявление добровольно.

В настоящий момент никакой медицинской помощи ни от кого я не получил, от своих земляков я получил незначительные денежные средства, которые потратил на лечение. В результате нанесенных мне побоев, а именно: сотрясения мозга, сильных ударов ногами в грудную клетку, я испытываю сильные головные боли, периодически сильно болит сердце.



Сейчас я понимаю, что реально испугался последствий конфликта с сотрудником ФСБ, неправомерно поддался на уговоры своих земляков, о том, чтобы я изменил свои показания. Я реально понимал, что в их адрес поступают угрозы со стороны сотрудника ФСБ Вадима, и хотел всем помочь. Более того, в середине октября 2022 года в средствах массовой информации, а именно в телеграмм-канале «ВЧК-ОГПУ» я прочитал новости, что тот же сотрудник ФСБ Тухфатулин Вадим совершил в отношении Гейбатова Н.В. оглы неправомерные действия, а именно: вымогал взятку за общее покровительство, угрожал физической расправой Гейбатову Н.В. оглы, в черте города осуществил подрыв гранаты. В связи с чем, считаю, что я должен обратиться с настоящим заявлением в компетентные органы для защиты своих прав.



28 октября 2022г. я обратился в ОМВД России по г. Ноябрьск для получения постановления по моему заявлению в 2020 году, т.к. мне не присылали по почте постановление об отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела, мое заявление о выдаче документов приняли в дежурной части и дали талон-уведомление № 17365. До настоящего момента никаких документов из ОМВД я не получил, сначала мне сказали, что материал находится в Прокуратуре г. Ноябрьска, потом, что материал находится в ОМВД, но не могут его найти. 09 ноября 2022г. мне сказали, что постановление еще не готово, и максимум что могут мне сказать – это номер моего заявления в 2020г., мое заявление о том, что меня избили зарегистрировано в книге учета заявлений и сообщений о преступлениях, об административных правонарушениях, о происшествиях (далее – КУСП) ОМВД по г. Ноябрьск за № 17949 от 09 ноября 2020г.

It is also worth noting that VIP motorcades constantly move along this route. The amount of the contract for protection is about 100 million rubles. Taking into account the fact that in half of the cases people who are not certified work, and sometimes there are no employees at all at the facilities due to a shortage of personnel and systematic non-payment of wages in the Defense TB private security company, then half is stolen. Total - about 50 million rubles.



And what about the control bodies - the FSB, the Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rostransnadzor, in whose jurisdiction is, including ours, security? Apparently they don't know what's going on. Why ? Attention: Curtain! The fact is that the Defense TB private security company is under the roof of SELEZNEV, who everywhere declares and sells services for unlimited possibilities in terms of friendship with law enforcement agencies. And the requirements of the customer - in this case LLC "Highway of the Northern Capital" - does not respond and is not going to improve the situation: to train employees; fulfill the terms of the contract.



It remains only to guess whether part of the stolen money really goes somewhere due to the lack of checks and control measures, or is it a coincidence. It is also interesting who will fit in with SELEZNEV and whose heads will fly from their posts in the event of an emergency at the facility? Naturally, a whole set of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in the spirit of the "transport gang of St. Petersburg" RODIONOV-SELEZNEV-VELESEVICH-SIZOV-NOVGORODSKY-KOMYAGIN-LYZIN-GAEVSKY - accompanies this story. На объекте, согласно договору, осуществляет охрану ЧОП "Дифенс тб" , крышует которое "транспортная шайка СПБ" РОДИОНОВ-СЕЛЕЗНЕВ-ВЕЛЕСЕВИЧ-СИЗОв-НОВГОРОДСКИЙ-КОМЯГИН-ЛЫЗИН-ГАЕВСКИЙ.



Согласно закону об антитерроре и по условиям договора, на объектах должны находиться обученные сотрудники. Однако, по факту, более половины сотрудников ЧОП "Дифенс тб" таковыми не являются. То есть они не умеют и не имеют права пользоваться спецсредствами, у них отсутствуют знания и умения, как действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях . Стоит отметить, что и платят таким сотрудникам значительно меньше, чем обученным. Да и само обучение тоже затратное мероприятие. Таким образом, ЧОП "Дифенс тб", подвергая рискам наши с вами жизни, активно экономит на безопасности жителей и гостей региона. И весьма неплохо экономит. Также стоит отметить, что по данной трассе постоянно передвигаются вип-кортежи. Сумма договора на охрану составляет около 100 млн рублей. С учетом того, что в половине случаев работают люди не аттестованные, а иногда на объектах вообще отсутствуют сотрудники в связи с кадровым дефицитом и систематической невыплатой заработной платы в ЧОП "Дефенс тб", то и разворовывается половина. Итого - около 50 млн рублей.



А что же контрольные органы - ФСБ, Прокуратура, МВД, Ространснадзор, в чьем ведении находится, в том числе наша с вами, безопасность? Видимо, они не в курсе происходящего? Почему ? Внимание: занавес! Дело в том, что ЧОП "Дифенс тб" находится под крышей у СЕЛЕЗНЕВА, который повсюду декларирует и продает услуги по неограниченным возможностям в части дружбы с правоохранительными органами. И на требования заказчика -в данном случае ООО "Магистраль Северной Столицы" - не реагирует и не собирается улучшать обстановку: обучать сотрудников; качественно выполнять условия контракта.



Остается только догадываться, действительно ли часть разворованных денег поступает куда либо за отсутствие проверок и контрольных мероприятий, или это совпадение. Так же интересно, кто впишется за СЕЛЕЗНЕВА и чьи головы полетят со своих постов в случае возникновения чрезвычайной ситуации на объекте? Естественно, целый набор статей УК РФ в духе "транспортной шайки СПб" РОДИОНОВ-СЕЛЕЗНЕВ-ВЕЛЕСЕВИЧ-СИЗОв-НОВГОРОДСКИЙ-КОМЯГИН-ЛЫЗИН-ГАЕВСКИЙ - сопровождает эту историю. Тут и хищения, и обналичивание денег, и вывод средств за рубеж.



Также, помимо того, что опасности подвергаются наши с вами жизни, существует еще один аспект: должностным лицам заказчика, а в данном случае это ООО "Магистраль северной столицы" и АО "Западный Скоростной Диаметр", тоже не получится остаться в стороне, если что либо случится на вверенных им объектах. А с учетом недавнего происшествия на юге России, меры ко всем причастным будут приняты вероятно самые жесткие.



От лица жителей и гостей нашего региона обращаемся к имеющим возможность повлиять на данную ситуацию лицам и госорганам принять меры и прекратить преступное воздействие на нашу безопасность осколков "транспортной шайки СПБ" РОДИОНОВ-СЕЛЕЗНЕВ-ВЕЛЕСЕВИЧ-СИЗОв-НОВГОРОДСКИЙ-КОМЯГИН-ЛЫЗИН-ГАЕВСКИЙ.

Атакующего полузащитника сборной СССР Валерия Воронина называли «русским Аленом Делоном». За внешнее сходство, обаяние. А самые авторитетные эксперты, печатные издания включали шикарного полузащитника в список символической сборной мира, в десятку лучших футболистов Европы…

В составе сборной СССР блистал с 1960 по 1968-й. Взял «серебро» ЧЕ в 1964-м. На внутренней арене дважды чемпион страны с «Торпедо», брал Кубок СССР. А во время мирового первенства в Англии (1966-й) искусно конструировал атаки партнеров в середине поля. Умер в 44 года, в 84-м.



РАБИЛСЯ НА МАШИНЕ



- В «Торпедо» Валерка был привилегированной личностью, - считает партнер Воронина по «Торпедо», голкипер Анзор Кавазашвили. – Очень мы любили его – за безмерную доброту, рассудительность, спокойствие, душевную теплоту. А футболист он, многие знают, от бога. Совершенно не конфликтный парень, и очень умный. Воронин был нарасхват, - как дома, так и в гостевых матчах торпедовцев. Болельщики буквально рвали его на части, бесперебойно приглашая разделить с ними компании. Увы, его удалось испортить повышенным вниманием. Бесконечные походы в рестораны надломили уникального мастера и человека.

- Сборная готовилась к отборочному матчу с венграми, - продолжает рассказ вратарь. – Жили в Вешняках, на территории центральной комсомольской школы. Там нашли приют многие интернированные со всего света, молодые люди. Жили и студенты-иностранцы. К сожалению, футболисты дали там волю себе, несколько разгулялись. Бедный тренер Михаил Якушин буквально сновал из одного угла огромной территории в другой в поисках загулявших игроков.

Воронин познакомился с компанией чехов, были в ней и симпатичные девушки. Вдруг они сообщают Валерию, что их рано утром увозят на экскурсию в Коломну. Воронин поехал с ними. Но ладно бы на автобусе, - на личном автомобиле. И в этом таилась огромная трагедия. Между тем буквально через пару дней у советской сборной упомянутая игра с венграми.

Вся наша команда в шоке: Воронин разбился. Он пребывал в состоянии клинической смерти. А произошло вот что. Игрок буквально уснул за рулем своей машины, она съехала на встречную полосу, и огромный груженый КАМАЗ врезался в легковушку футболиста. Автомобиль Валеры – в смятку. Хорошо, гаишники, прибывшие на место аварии, быстро установили личность пострадавшего, и оперативно вызвали «скорую».

- Представьте, Воронина вернули с того света, реанимировали, - вспоминает Кавазашвили. - Лицо нашего всеобщего любимца искривлено до неузнаваемости, нос сломан в нескольких местах, губы сильно смещены, еще сотрясение мозга получил. В общем, не узнать человека. Однако, спустя некоторое время Валерку привели в чувство, он и сам отчаянно боролся не только за свою жизнь, - за возвращение в большой футбол тоже. Долго лечили полузащитника, даже к пластической операции прибегли.

Уже спустя год после, казалось, страшной, непоправимой катастрофы Воронин играл за производственный коллектив «ЗИЛа».

- Играл прилично, и вскоре его вернули в основной состав «Торпедо». Фантастика! На него работала вся команда, в том смысле, что старались беречь, словно младенца. Пестовали, доставали лучшие и редкие лекарства, можно сказать, выхаживали всем миром. Но он стоил такого к себе отношения, потрясающий парень, я уже говорил и объяснял, почему так считаю. Ноги после аварии тоже оказались перебиты, - зашили ему. Восстановили почти полностью, вернув к полноценной жизни.



СМЕРТЕЛЬНЫЙ УДАР КРУЖКОЙ

Где-то сезон Воронин неплохо играл за родное «Торпедо», но чуть позже его опять потянуло его к выпивке.

Еще до той аварии в «Известиях» появилась критическая статья о Воронине под заголовком «Опомнись, Валерий». Нетрудно догадаться, о чем речь. Мораль такова: мол, партнер Воронина Кавазашвили осуждает ведущего полузащитника за нарушения спортивного режима, и так далее. Не мог я так о Валере прилюдно, в печати высказываться, все-таки, очень уважал его, любил.

- Но дальше Воронин действительно спился, - с грустью, досадой и болью в голосе констатирует Анзор Амберкович. – Его стали выводить из состава «Торпедо». Валера уже начал ходить по квартирам знакомых и друзей в поисках спиртного, просил денег взаймы. Зарплату ему по-прежнему платили, но почти все до копейки отдавали супруге - Валентине. Ясно почему: чтобы уберечь Валерку от соблазна. Не уберегли…

Трагедия уже караулила выдающегося мастера футбола. Пошел игрок в так называемую «железку», - пивную, что на Велозаводской улице, недалеко от метро «Автозаводская». Там незнакомый Воронину мужчина за столиком потягивал пиво. Рядом нетронутой стояла вторая кружка. Футболист потянулся за ней, начал пить. И… получил сокрушительный удар кружкой в голову. Так не стало великого футболиста Воронина. Убийцу игрока не нашли до сих пор.

- А ведь он умница, - сокрушается Анзор. – Почему-то некоторые люди считают спортсменов недалекими, необразованными. По-моему, зря. У Воронина ясный ум, отменная память. Он, еще будучи игроком, публиковал замечательные статьи в еженедельнике «Футбол», болельщики, специалисты зачитывались ими. Больше скажу: Валера даже котировался на должность главного редактора этого еженедельника, разумеется, по окончании карьеры футболиста. Сведущие люди поговаривали, что Воронину светил и пост министра спорта. Он слыл потрясающе эрудированным, интеллектуалом. С ним говорили на все темы: от футбола до искусства, политики, социальных проблем. В совершенстве владел, например, английским. Мне больно до сих пор.



ПОХОЖДЕНИЯ СТРЕЛЬЦА



Еще немного о Стрельцове, партнере Воронина. Эдуарду, в отличие от Воронина, не удалось сыграть ни на одном чемпионате мира.

- Увы, с Эдиком мне удалось поиграть лишь, когда он вернулся из тюрьмы, да и то не сразу, - говорит Анзор Амберкович. – Стрельцов сначала выступал за команду строительного управления в первенстве завода. Матчи проводились на гаревом поле, что на Восточной улице. И народу ходило видимо-невидимо, подчас больше, чем на иные матчи чемпионата высшей лиги. Так бешено и преданно любили этого мастера.

И, если со Стрельцовым кто-то играл спаренного центра, то этот счастливчик никогда не оставался на «сухом пайке». Стрелец пятками раздавал такие потрясающие передачи, что его партнерам оставалось лишь ногу подставить, чтобы мяч залетел в чужие ворота.

Характер у Эдуарда Анатольевича располагающий к общению. Не случайно за ним буквально вереницей ходили молодые игроки «Торпедо», советуясь с маэстро по многим вопросам, в том числе, и житейским.

- На базе в Мячикове, в свободное от тренировок время, тот же Миша Гершкович, поигрывая на гитаре, мог невзначай, спросить Эдика о той неприятной истории, - продолжает рассказ вратарь. – Мол, что, все-таки, произошло в тот роковой день? Правда, что насиловал? Эдик на корню обрывал эти разговоры: «Заняться нечем, неужели больше нет тем для беседы», - с укоризной в голосе урезонивал собеседников Стрельцов.

И все попытки разговора «об этом» сходили на нет. Но я вот лично уверен, Эдик не мог подобное сделать. Знаете, почему? Если даже он выпивал, то насильно никого и ни к чему не принуждал, - характер такой. О каком изнасиловании вообще можно говорить?

Правда, после возвращения из мест заключения в Стрельцове нет-нет, да сквозила агрессия. Видимо, в нем очень глубоко обида сидела из-за той несправедливости. Разве нельзя понять, почувствовать человека? Подчас был задумчив, даже мрачноват, но откровенной грубости от Эдика не исходило.

В 1965-м Стрельцова впервые выпустили с командой за рубеж на предсезонный сбор. Под ответственность Аркадия Вольского, секретаря партийной организации «ЗИЛа». Анзор Кавазашвили «присматривал за Стрельцовым на чужбине. Их даже поселили в одном гостиничном номере австралийской Аделаиды, где и проходил сбор команды. Рядом с гостиницей располагался ночной клуб. Жизнь била ключом, вокруг много симпатичных девушек, причем русскоязычных, в основном, уроженок Украины.

- Как тут присмотришь за такой «глыбой»? Стоит ему захотеть отлучиться, все равно не удержишь, - улыбается Анзор Амберкович. – Я тогда уснул. Разбудил резкий стук в дверь гостиничного номера примерно часа в два ночи. «Где Эдик?» - рявкнул кто-то из руководства. «Где-где, спит», - отвечаю. Включаем свет – нет Эдика. «Куда делся? Найти!» В этот момент шум в коридоре. Идут Стрельцов, Щербаков и девушки-украинки. Тренеры сразу к ребятам, в чем дело? «Кока-Колы» попили, с девушками пообщались, все», - сказал, как отрезал Стрельцов.

Девчонки вступились за наших футболистов: мол, это они во всем виноваты, слегка задержали игроков, давно соотечественников не видели. На том инцидент исчерпали. Правда, по комсомольской линии мне впервые строгий выговор объявили. Однако в Москву об отлучке Стрельцова решили никому не сообщать…

Now to the point.

I, Yevgeny Moiseev, and my relatives, Irina Andina and Vasily Fedorov, are accused of deliberately falsely denouncing the Police Ombudsman Vladimir Vorontsov. Qualification goes according to part 3 of Art. 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, like we also artificially created some kind of evidence of his guilt.

Now let's deal with the accusation. Well, let's have a laugh together.

As an artificial creation of evidence, we are charged with:

1. giving knowingly false testimony with subsequent illegal refusal of them in court;

2. submission of Irina's correspondence with Vorontsov, which is not evidence.

Yes, according to the investigation, Irina illegally refused Vorontsov's slander in the Lublin District Court. And they do not care that by virtue of the notes to Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, this is an absolutely legal action.

And the investigation writes, in serious terms, that the rejection of Vorontsov’s slander in the Lyublinsky District Court was planned even before May 13, 2020, that is, before the SSB officers arrived in Mordovia and began to persuade her to falsify evidence in the Vorontsov case. Generally to everything. Before the start.

In general, where Vanga and Nostradamus studied, I taught. How else to take this crazy accusation?

In short, they did not come up with anything smarter to drag the case to the Lublin court and against us.

Can you imagine? The illegal refusal of Vorontsov's slander took place in the Lublin District Court, which means that the deliberately false denunciation ended there. That is, a deliberately false denunciation began on May 13, 2020, when Irina filed an application against Vorontsov in Mordovia, and ended on October 20, 2021 (1.5 years later) in the Lyubinsky District Court of Moscow, when she told the court that she had to slander Vorontsov in connection with illegal pressure on her from the CSS officers and GSU officers.

This is the logic of these Krivolingus. And something tells me that our petition to send the case to the Torbeevsky court of Mordovia (where the application was filed against Vorontsov) will be left without satisfaction not only by the Moscow prosecutor's office, but also by the capital's judges, including the Moscow City Court. And it doesn’t matter that the same Moscow City Court has repeatedly indicated in its decisions that the place where the crime under Part 3 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code was committed is the place where the application was transferred to the police officer (see, for example, cases No. 2017).

And now the correspondence with Vorontsov.

According to the investigation, Irina provided real correspondence with Vorontsov as evidence of his guilt, which is not evidence. That is, she presented evidence that is not evidence.

First, how can evidence be evidence that is not evidence?

Secondly, how can something that was created naturally be created artificially? After all, Irina presented a real correspondence with Vorontsov.

Mdaaa ... And now they will shove this cotton into the court? Moreover, to the capital's court, which is already ready, apparently, to pass the sentence we need for the CSS officers and GUS officers. But because any other normal court will immediately terminate the criminal case against us on a rehabilitating basis, and even at the first preliminary hearing.

Not a single normal judge will believe that the criminal prosecution of Vorontsov on the episode of Irina Andina was carried out for 1.5 years only on the basis of her unfounded statement. Well, how? After all, correspondence with Vorontsov is not proof. So, right?

That is, the criminal prosecution of Vorontsov in this episode was unfounded, unsubstantiated. It turns out that criminal liability under Art. 299 of the Criminal Code, it is necessary to involve both the investigator Kostin, who issued a decision to initiate a case against Vorontsov, and the investigator of the First State Investigation Department, who charged Vorontsov in this episode, the investigator of the Investigative Committee Rogozyansky, who included this episode in the indictment.

Let's be honest: the whole story with our criminal prosecution looks something like this.
