So in the course of one of the intimate conversations, Deputy. Pavel Nikolaevich Kulakov, head of the department for solving contract killings of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region, complained about the lack of need to bring Mikhail Sadovsky to criminal liability for the murder of a Chechen. Well, of course, not to carry out an ORM complex aimed at collecting evidence of the guilt of the "witness" Mikhail Sadovsky, but in order to take comprehensive measures to prevent any possible legal problems with the "witness" Mikhail Sadovsky. That is, in reality, Kulakov P.N. and other members of the SOG are doing everything possible so that the "witness" Mikhail Sadovsky remains a witness forever. So, one of the murders committed by members of this gang is the murder of Dmitry Vakulin. Only Gumnikov A.S. was convicted for this. and Mikhailov M.V. It follows from the response to the request in PKU SIZO-7 that there was no room for conducting identification under conditions that excluded visual contact between the identifying person and the person being identified on June 11, 2009 in PKU SIZO-7.

Witness Zaripov D.Kh. told that he (Zaripov D.Kh.) was threatened with a knife by a man who introduced himself as an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation. Zaripov D.Kh. said that he had repeatedly informed the investigator Pavel Igorevich Filipchuk about the threats from a man who introduced himself as an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation (the case of the gang of Mikhailov M.V. was in his proceedings). In the case of a check by FBDGI, a match of the genomic passport of D.S. Makarenko would have been revealed. with DNA traces of an "unknown" man left at the scene of the murder of Vakulin D.S.

It is worth noting that despite the testimony of a number of witnesses (more than 10 people), in the cases of both gangs, about the involvement of Grishchenko A.A. to the commission of especially serious crimes, no measures against Grishchenko A.A. was not carried out.

Maybe the witnesses (on the cases of both gangs) told the truth that Grishchenko A.A. a very rich man and has huge connections in law enforcement?!

They are kept in a pre-trial detention center for more than 3 months on the basis of an investigator's decision issued in accordance with Art. 77.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation. This is in view of the fact that they were charged with murder! With their participation, a number of investigative and procedural actions were carried out. But it cannot be ruled out that the investigation intends to “bury” UD No. 9941 on the fact of the murder of Senichkin V.V. And by sending materials for choosing a preventive measure to the court, additional traces will remain. Probably the investigation leaves itself room for maneuver. Insured so to speak ....

Sadovsky M.A. claims: that Gumnikov A.S. had nothing to do with the “case”, and received a share of $ 25,000 because he was a friend. And there is also an audio recording on which Marchuk N.A. claims that she personally shared the money for the sold apartment of Danilin V.M. and handed them out to the participants. Once there, the manager was left in the back of a Gazelle along with two accomplices, while the other defendants went to the exchange office. Having entered the premises of interest, the bandits began to put cash in large market bags. The theft of money itself took no more than 2 minutes. Returning to the car with the booty, they quickly retreated from the crime scene. On the way, the manager, along with the chair, to which the latter was securely attached with adhesive tape, was thrown into a ditch. The manager lay in the ditch for about 2 hours. All this time he was shouting: GO-GI-TE! The manager's screams were heard by passers-by. The latter released the manager, provided the necessary assistance and called the police.

The booty of the robbers was 26 million rubles. With the booty, the bandits went to the office, which belonged to the gang members (we will talk about this office in detail in the following parts). Where they began to divide the loot. 4 (four) people were directly involved in the robbery. Namely: Gumnikov A.S., Drozdov A.M., Schipantsev S.A., Gomygin M.V. The indirect participant was Balashov G.A., who monitored the manager before the attack. Who and how much received the money is not exactly established. - Gumnikov Andrey Sergeevich. Native resident of the city of Lyubertsy. Previously convicted and serving sentences in MLS. Incl. and for the crime (murder) committed by Sadovsky M.A. Gumnikov took the blame, because. was a minor and could not be sentenced to capital punishment. The murder of Sevryugina N.N. committed on May 22, 2008 in Lyubertsy. For which Mikhailov was convicted. Absolutely directly Balashov G.A. (the one who initially served as an impulse to expose the gang). The accusation is based on the testimony given as a “secret witness” by G.A. Balashov himself. Murder of Mullashaekhov M.A. committed on September 30, 2008 in Lyubertsy. The direct executor was Balashov. Sadovsky is imputed to this episode. However, the role is significantly minimized. From the "confessional" testimony of Sadovsky, it follows that Balashov was supposed to rob someone, and he took and killed. But Sadovsky found out about this "only the next day." And he did not report the incident to law enforcement agencies, as he was mortally “afraid” of Mikhailov.

The murder of Vakulin D.S. committed on November 25, 2008 in the village of Tokarevo, Luberetskiy district. Mikhailov was convicted for this. In addition to the testimony of Sadovsky and the protocol of “identification” of Gumnikov, witness Zaripov D.Kh. in the case there is nothing from the word COMPLETELY. She signed all the documents with her right hand (being left-handed), after completing all the documents, she announced the loss of her passport.
