30 октября 2024 г. Московский городской суд (дело 10-23801/2024) оставил без изменения постановление Савеловского районного суда Москвы о продлении срока содержания под стражей бывшему замглавы Москонцерта, бывшему начальнику отдела ГБУК "Мосразвитие", бывшему фиктивно трудоустроенному в парке "Зарядье" у Ивана Демидова (большинству известен, как ведущий Музобоза) юрисконсульту и бывшему генеральному директору юридической конторы ООО "АМД-Групп" Шатковскому М.Н. - за взятку в крупном размере.



На сайте ГБУК "Москонцерт" до сих пор размещено трогательное поздравление Шатковскому с днем рождения, в котором администрация Москонцерта (не коллектив же простых работников очевидно) выражает взяточнику Шатковскому трогательную признательность за следующее: "Уверенность и профессионализм, знания и опыт, деловые и человеческие качества Максима Николаевича помогают направлять ФИНАНСОВУЮ политику «Москонцерта» в нужное русло и находить оптимальные решения важных вопросов". Действительно взяточник Шатковский финансовую политику в нужно русло направлял, профессионально и уверенно.



Вообще в Департаменте культуры города Москвы, ранее возглавлявшимся Кибовским А.В., которому Московским городским судом 01.10.2024 по делу 10-21248/2024 тоже вынесено постановление о продлении срока содержания под стражей до 22.12.2024 и отказано в отправке на СВО, продолжают воровать отчаянно, как не в себя, как в последний раз, невзирая на примеры Кибовского и Шатковского.



Так, например недавно выпихнутый из руководителей ГБУК "Мосразвитие" заведующим в ДК "ЗИЛ" Вахитов Тимур и герой наших многочисленных публикаций - директор парка "Зарядье" Иван Демидов, превративший вверенный ему парк "Зарядье" в сборище фиктивно трудоустроенных дружков, откровенных маргиналов, своих бывших водителей, и т.п. контингента (в который входит фиктивно трудоустроенная в парке "Зарядье" жена Вахитова Т.), до сих пор открыто встречаются в кабинете Демидова вместе с также выпнутым из ГБУК "Мосразвитие" Стародубцевым А.Ю., бывшим замом Вахитова Т., который был одновременно и заместителем у Шатковского в ликвидированном теперь "АМД Групп". Стародубцева А.Ю. система Правительства Москвы в отличие от Вахитова Т. оставила без должности. Эти двое (Вахитов Т. и Демидов И.И.) и увивающийся за ними теперь как попрошайка Стародубцев А., который кроме получать откаты ничего в жизни не умеет, на этих откатах "заработали" столько, что по сравнению с ними взяточник Кибовский А.В. выглядит как сущий ребенок. Вот Вахитов А. и ходит пристраивает своего бывшего зама по Мосразвитию Стародубцева по бывшим подчиненным, оставшимся в системе, у которых есть коррупционные наклонности и возможности, как у директора Зарядья Ивана Демидова, для того чтобы те отдали Стародубцеву какие-нибудь закупки.



По словам источника Rucriminal.info, сейчас Стародубцев, после того как его самого и его покровителя Вахитова Т. с позором выгнали из руководства Мосразвития, возглавляет ООО "АЕ Чистые системы" (ИНН 7715749440) и ООО "Зануда" (ИНН 7720920886) , через которые он своим бывшим боссам Демидову и Вахитову продолжает оказывать откатные услуги, в частности поставляет парку "Зарядье" большие партии чистящих-моющих средств для уборки. После того как Вахитова и Стародубцева выгнали из Мосразвития, выручка у ООО АЕ "Чистые системы" сильно упала (на 96% по сравнению с 2023 годом, удивительное совпадение) вот и ходят теперь Вахитов и Стародубцев с протянутой рукой по хорошо знакомым коррупционерам типа Ивана Демидова.

Ничему воров чужой опыт не учит, даже опыт своих недавних дружков, боссов и подельников. Очевидно, Демидов настолько уверен в своей безнаказанности, вероятно по причине связей с Володиным, на которые он откровенно намекал в парке "Зарядье" в узком кругу, что ни содержание целой армии фиктивно трудоустроенных людей, ни откровенное воровство он демонстративно не прекращает.



Касательно маргиналов в парке "Зарядье". Начальник отдела садово-паркового искусства/главного ландшафтного архитектора Е.Н. Сапунов. Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, этот господин является очень близким личным другом Демидова. Начальник отдела музейно-выставочной деятельности Шишкин Д.А. - бывший водитель Демидова И.И., не имеющий к искусству никакого отношения. Личный дружок Демидова - завхоз Мкртичян Артем Алексеевич, вдруг берет и меняет фамилию на Приклонский. Пытаются так замести следы воровства, которое через хозяйственно-технические отделы как правило и осуществляется. Кононов Эдуард Геннадьевич - заместитель Демидова по безопасности и режиму, который купил (именно прямо купил) свою должность у Кибовского и довел безопасность парка "Зарядье" до такой степени, что, если ее беспристрастно проверить, волосы дыбом встанут.



Фиктивно трудоустроенная жена Вахитова в отделе спецпроектов. Фиктивно трудоустроенный специалист по кадрам Петров А.М. Фиктивно трудоустроенная в отдел мультимедиа родственница начальника отдела кадров Стукаловой. Это только то, что знают в Зарядье все до единого.
