“1 million was spent on criminal investigation, 2 million on a criminal case”

How BKF Bank put the initiation of custom cases on stream

So that the judge of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow, Olga Zatomskaya, has no doubt that the BKF bank, owned by an Israeli citizen and defendant in a criminal case of four bribes worth $ 2 million, Olga Mirimskaya, holds her for a not very smart judge, the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucrimnal.info invites her to read one of the banker’s official letters, which again confirms that the BKF bank has put a flow of bribes for initiating unfounded criminal cases in order to repay problem loans out of court.

The author of the letter is the deputy chairman of the board of BKF, candidate of legal sciences (!) Alexey Voloshchenko, well known to Judge Zatomskaya in criminal case No. 01-0003/2024, on the defendants in which Mirimskaya decided to pin 600 million rubles of bank losses on the bank, having fabricated evidence with her organizing group allegedly theft of loans issued to the Rossstyle group of companies. The correspondence took place a year before the collapse of Rossstyle and concerns the circumstances of giving bribes for the initiation of criminal case No. 78697 (GSU Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region) against citizens Klyushenko, Kutko and Shurganov from St. Petersburg:

“For the money that Igor wants to receive.

- 600,000 rubles for Vendera;

- From Misha’s money: 2,000,000 rubles - 250,000 rubles, which they already took for the guarantor, a total of 1,750,000 rubles.

I didn’t promise them anything, I said that I would bring the information to Olga Mikhailovna and you would make the appropriate decision.

- According to the amount of 3,000,000 rubles that they took and spent: 1,000,000, according to their words, were spent on operational search activities, 2,000,000 on initiating a criminal case (they never gave a copy of the resolution, they said that they had previously sent it to someone then from the bank’s management, most likely to Elena Novikova, if anything is forwarded again).

They showed footage of searches at the place of residence of Kutko and Shurganov and photos of the protocols of their interrogations as suspects. (they refused to hand over a copy, they referred to the secrecy of the investigation, if we need it they can give an article to the central press of St. Petersburg that law enforcement agencies have identified a group of people who fraudulently received a loan from the BKF Bank Branch with the active complicity of the management and employees of the Bank Branch )".

We recommend that Mirimskaya Bank start using its real corporate slogan: Bank "BKF" - entrance is a ruble, exit is two.

Millionaire banker sets her sights on Wagner

The transfer from the pre-trial detention center to the musician was estimated at $5 million

Olga Mirimskaya, a defendant in a criminal case involving four bribes worth $2 million, seems to have decided to play around with the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General’s Office again. A businesswoman is preparing to sell her bank BKF, taking advantage of a technical loophole in the decision of the Basmanny Court to seize her property as part of a criminal case.

The bank is 90% owned by four LLCs: Lantress, Maxima Capital Management, Stardom Management and Simlex, the only participant of which is Mirimskaya. The remaining 10% of BKF Bank belongs to Mirimskaya’s ex-husband, Alexey Golubovich. For several years, he tried to sell his share to Mirimskaya, because by the forces of the former he was deprived of any opportunity to participate in the life of the financial organization, but he carried the risks of subsidiary liability.

And there are enough reasons for this: since 2017, the BKF bank has become a cash-out platform for a number of managers of the Moscow Federal Tax Service and an “envelope” window personally for Mirimskaya, who, after a criminal case was initiated against her, withdrew all her capital from Russia.

In 2022, the Basmanny court seized four Mirimskaya firms that owned the bank. However, the court ruling states that the ban applies only to the disposal of these firms, but not their property. That is, the companies themselves can easily sell shares of BKF Bank. The priority right to purchase shares is from Alexey Golubovich, to whom Mirimskaya cannot make an offer for obvious reasons.

As a result, Mirimskaya decided to buy out her ex-husband’s share herself in order to consolidate the shares in one hand and then sell them to any third-party buyer. After the shares of the BKF bank are sold, Mirimskaya’s four arrested companies will immediately turn into a formality and turning them into state income to pay the 500 million fine that Mirimskaya faces for giving bribes will become pointless.

Even a year and a half of being in a pre-trial detention center did not discourage the heroine of numerous publications of the Cheka-OGPU, Israeli citizen and owner of the BKF bank, Olga Mirimskaya, from the desire to continue her machinations. Now the woman is trying to drag into them the judge of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow, Olga Zatomskaya, who is hearing case No. 01-0017/2023 about allegedly fraudulent actions against the BKF bank.

The persons involved in the scheme are the same: the chairman of the board of the BKF bank, Sergei Orlov, who has already acted as an intermediary in giving a bribe to the investigator of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow region Nosov, and the former "UBOPovets" Andrei Inozemtsev, part-time husband of lawyer Mirimskaya Yulia Zhuravleva (a married couple has been successfully married since 2015). got a job with a banker, carrying out delicate corrupt assignments).

The scheme for the Mirimskaya organizing group is standard: give a bribe to initiate a criminal case that does not contain signs of a crime, fill it with copies of “evidence” without providing their originals, and give knowingly false testimony.

And, if in the case of criminal case No. 90764, which Nosov investigated, Mirimskaya got burned in this scheme and ended up on trial for four counts of giving bribes totaling $2 million, then in the case that Judge Zatomskaya is hearing, the banker does not give up trying complete the scheme successfully. 600 million rubles are at stake.

In addition to the trial, Mirimskaya and her accomplices are also fooling the Bank of Russia, to which they have been providing falsified statements from the BKF bank since 2015. The meaning is simple: in criminal case No. 01-0017/2023, the bank included documents that substantiate the existence of damage from the alleged crime, but documents that cannot be shown to the regulator, otherwise a violation of the N6 standard will be revealed and BKF’s license will be revoked.

The story is extremely entertaining, so the Cheka-OGPU begins another expose of Mirimskaya. Stay with us, it will be interesting.

The death of Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin also buried the market for purchasing parole from prison under the legend of the participation of criminals in the war.

Last year's recruitment of people serving sentences by Prigozhin personally and their subsequent pardon by Putin is just the tip of the iceberg. The Cheka-OGPU has repeatedly written how wealthy inmates and crime bosses who allegedly took part in the SVO rested in front-line hospitals and then returned to freedom as “heroes.”

According to the source, Israeli citizen, owner of the BKF bank and the Russian Product company Olga Mirimskaya, who appeared before the Izmailovsky Court of Moscow for giving 4 bribes in the amount of $2 million to the ICR investigator for the Moscow region Yuri Nosov and judicial corrupt officials, had similar plans.

For the crimes committed, Mirimskaya faces 20 years in prison, so she, even at the investigation stage, discussed with Wagner the possibility of becoming the first female mercenary to “take” part in the war after the verdict. The asking price is $5 million.

How to cheat the Bank of Russia

“We drew a paper profit of almost 300 million rubles”

The Telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info continue the story about another scam by an Israeli citizen, the owner of the BKF bank, Olga Mirimskaya, which she continues to implement in the Tverskoy Court of Moscow directly from the pre-trial detention center, giving deliberately false testimony in criminal case No. 01-0017 / 23 and falsifying evidence on it.

In 2014-2015, two companies received loans worth 600 million rubles from the BKF bank: DOM 21 veka and DekKo +, which were merged under the common Rosstyle brand. Both firms controlled more than 70% of the wallpaper market in Russia and were enviable borrowers of Sberbank, PSB and other major banks.

In 2015, due to a sharp increase in the exchange rate against the ruble, financial difficulties arose in Rosstyle and the company began to look for a way out of the crisis. Vadim Bessonov and Dmitry Noskov, who later turned out to be raiders, promised to help in this. As a result of the intervention of Bessonov and Noskov, Rosstyle went bankrupt, and part of its assets worth several billion rubles came under the control of the notorious Ayub Yakubov.

Due to the bankruptcy of Rosstyle, the BKF bank had a hole in the half of its capital and a violation of the maximum risk standard for one borrower or a group of related borrowers, which threatened to revoke the license. To save it, Mirimskaya and the board of directors of BKF Sergey Orlov came up with a scheme to deceive the Bank of Russia: BKF sold the debts of Rosstyle to the Cypriot offshore companies Mart Capital and Naira Enterprises, owned by Mirimskaya, along the way drawing a paper profit of almost 300 million rubles .

For the debts of Rosstyle, the bank received 90 apartments in the Crimean residential complex "Rielier Chateau" for 800 million and more than 100 million rubles in money. At the same time, for some reason, transactions on behalf of Cypriot offshore companies were concluded by proxy by Mirimskaya’s lawyer, Elena Feskiv, who concurrently was a member of the Board of BKF Bank and was convicted in 2015 of bribing a policeman in Sevastopol for a false certificate for the needs of Mirimskaya. After that, the BKF bank paid for the net statements in the audit office of the Collegium of Tax Consultants and steadily sends them to the Bank of Russia even now.

At the same time, Mirimskaya really wanted to repay her debts again, so she instructed Orlov to organize a criminal case in order to shake off money from the shareholders of Rosstyle outside the bankruptcy procedure. However, a difficulty arose here - according to the documents and reports of the BKF, the debts were sold one and a half times more than their face value, so there was no damage from their non-repayment and, on the contrary, a profit was formed, in connection with which the police consistently refused to initiate proceedings.

Then Mirimskaya and Orlov again created a scheme: they backdating created alternative agreements with Mart Capital and Naira Enterprises - especially for law enforcement agencies. From the fakes, it followed that BKF should return everything to the Cypriot offshore companies in 2025, paying interest at the same time, and take back the debts of Rosstyle. In this case, pseudo-damage arose.

However, in addition to the fact that these alternative agreements do not appear in the accounts of BKF bank, they also contain frank signs of falsification - the papers were signed earlier than the powers of attorney of the representatives of Mart Capital and Naira Enterprises were certified by a notary, who, to word, there were subordinates of Feskiv, judicial representatives of the "BKF" Anton Nepomnyashchikh and Yana Agarkova. Thus, the Mirimskaya bank retained the license and initiated a custom case. How much it cost and how the evidence was falsified on it, we will tell in the following publications.
