However, after Turchak’s disgrace, Mehdiyev was not upset, since he now has his own man in Altai, where he can send his partners and various FSB generals for rest and purification under special conditions and to special places, and Turchak’s political and lobbying resource passed to another manager of the system - Vladimir Yakushev, with whom Mehdiev can resolve absolutely any issue without involving “higher” forces through his man - the governor of the Tambov region, Maxim Egorov.



According to a source from Rucriminal.info, with Egorov, the friend of the head of the “K” Directorate of the SEB of the FSB of Russia, Ivan Tkachev, the owner of the Slavia bank, Asad Mehdiev, has more than just a corrupt relationship, within the framework of which Mehdiev’s structures participate and win in various government tenders in the Tambov region, but personnel policy in the region, including through the Federal Tax Service and other departments, is largely determined on the basis of Mehdiyev’s requests for certain people loyal to him, and Egorov fulfills any such requests from the smuggler. In turn, Egorov is Yakushev’s protégé, and both of them are trusted people and proteges of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. Mehdiev and his management, due to their permissiveness, actively use the resource of the Egorov-Yakushev-Sobyanin link, including far beyond the Tambov region, both in their own interests and by selling this resource to the market to interested parties.

Thus, today Mehdiev’s structures represent a kind of octopus that actively parasitized the state’s economy through large-scale corruption and shadow schemes in the field of customs and the fiscal system, and all this is “covered” by the combined power resource of various generals of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor’s Office and lobbying capabilities Head of Government Mikhail Mishustin, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin, Head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan Ali Nagiyev and a number of high-ranking officials of the current Russian coordinate system, such as Turchak, Yakushev, Egorov and others.

Melnichenko mourns his “godfather” Turchak



As an informed source told Rucriminal.info, Andrei Turchak’s great friend, Governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko, told several of his closest people that he considered Putin’s big mistake in his decision to remove Turchak from big politics; the latter was “simply set up.”

“He is young, one of the most effective and progressive politicians. The future of Russia lies with him. “He will return to big politics in the most key position,” the governor asserted in a narrow circle of his friends, after drinking too much alcohol.

A week later, information about this began to spread among area employees.

According to the interlocutor of Rucriminal.info, people close to the governor’s entourage claimed that he perceived Putin’s decision as a personal tragedy, considering Turchak his godfather when he was appointed to the governor’s position.

They became friends when they worked in the Federation Council.

It was then that Oleg Melnichenko had the opportunity, using Turchak’s great political potential and influence, to fulfill his long-term dream of becoming the governor of the Penza region.

Andrei Turchak tried by any means to prevent the then-current governor Belozertsev from reaching the next elections, keeping the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation in the dark.



At the beginning of 2020, the fact that Turchak communicated with the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation with a request to initiate a criminal case against the current governor Belozertsev became known.

The State Investigative Directorate was surprised by such a call, but assigned the head of the investigation department for the Penza region to investigate.

As it turned out, the problematic houses were built under the former governor Bochkarev, and Belozertsev, on the contrary, eliminated the shortcomings of the previous leadership.

Information about Turchak’s call became known to the governor and the heads of the law enforcement unit in the region from the head of the investigative department for the Penza region himself and caused bewilderment among everyone.

Belozertsev "AP" was allowed to participate in the elections and won. But even after this, Turchak’s activity in removing him from office only intensified. Law enforcement officers were instructed to dig up something against the current governor. They dug for a year and a half, but found nothing. Then, under pressure from Turchak, a case was fabricated and sent to court.

Court hearings took place in pre-trial detention center-1. The media and public activists were not allowed to attend court hearings. In essence, it was a closed court session.
