In particular, the manufacturers: Zummer, Saranskkabel-Optika, Unitel Engineering, Artgard, as well as the global supplier of ICT infrastructure - Huawei, together with Rodionov, have been “mastering” billions of budget funds for many years by creating artificial demand from Rosseti for their products.



As part of the journalistic investigation, Rodionov’s criminally acquired assets were discovered and made public, dispersed from the capital to the Black Sea coast, including luxury vehicles, residential and commercial real estate, with a total value of more than two billion rubles.

At the same time, after the publication of this information, sources from the structure of Rosseti PJSC brought to the attention of the editors information that at the moment Rodionov and “friendly” manufacturers have started and are implementing a scam, in comparison with which all previous ones can not be considered otherwise known as “childish prank.”

On November 13, 2023, at a meeting with the President of the Russian Federation, the head of PJSC Rosseti, Andrei Ryumin, reported that one of the most important tasks for Rosseti is work in the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, including the restoration of power supply and the construction of energy infrastructure.

Earlier, at the VIII Eastern Economic Forum (Vladivostok), Andrei Ryumin indicated that Rosseti intends to invest 40 billion rubles in this energy infrastructure in the next two to three years.

In turn, according to estimates by the Russian government, the implementation of measures to integrate the energy system into the energy system of the Russian Federation will last until 2028 - that is, the real volume of investments from Rosseti and the state can amount to hundreds of billions of rubles.
