Evgeny Roitman has been gushing with grandiose projects for a long time, which turn out to be chic. Antares received frequencies in the range of 1900-1920 MHz back in 2008 and within two years asked the State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCRF) and the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications to issue frequencies in the range 1980-2000 MHz.
