The reason for the slander, the colonel said, was the pressure put on him by ICR investigators, who “kept him without food, rest and under the threat of arrest.”

Potential victims include Mirimskaya's ex-husband, former Yukos shareholder Alexey Golubovich. And the new charges greatly spoil the banker’s chances of agreeing on a suspended sentence in cassation for another bribe with the chairman of the 2nd KSOYu, Anatoly Bondar.



Therefore, the story of the repentant witness now looks extremely convincing. Therefore, only two stupid questions arise for its authors: where was this colonel, scared to death, 5 years after giving “false” testimony, and why is he smiling so much in these photographs taken during the interrogation, is it really out of fear?

In this state of affairs, what kind of subsidy can one claim and what kind of housing can one demand from the state?

The colonel of justice made all these expensive acquisitions during the period of patronage in the falsification of criminal case No. 90764 to the investigator of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, Yuri Nosov, as a result of which an Israeli citizen, owner of the BKF bank and the Russian Product company, Olga Mirimskaya, illegally registered herself as the mother of her own granddaughter and took the girl away from her real parents. Criminal case No. 90764 was closed, all of its defendants were rehabilitated, Mirimskaya and Nosov were tried in the Izmailovsky court for corruption, Golub was fired by their Investigative Committee for absenteeism.

At the same time, in criminal case No. 11702450039000109, the investigation of which continues in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, there is enough evidence to bring Golub to criminal liability for bribes from Mirimskaya through the mediation of now State Duma deputy from A Just Russia Yana Lantratova and abuse of office in complicity with Nosov. But instead of dealing with Golub in a criminal trial, for some reason the Investigative Committee prefers to fight off his fraudulent claim in a civil trial. Or is someone in the Investigative Committee again deceiving the Chairman?





Earlier, the Cheka-OGPU published excerpts from correspondence between the owner of the BKF bank, Olga Mirimskaya, who is now on trial in the Izmailovo court in Moscow for four bribes worth $2 million, and the chairman of the board of the BKF bank, Sergei Orlov. The correspondence clearly demonstrates how much it costs to initiate a criminal case in the absence of a crime and how this happens. This was done so as not to waste time collecting debt in arbitration - the banker and the head of her bank decided to order criminal prosecution of obviously innocent persons, former employees of the Rosstyle company, which was captured by Chechen raiders. We invite the debtors of the BKF bank, the employees of the FSB and the Investigative Committee to especially think about the following phrases of the board of directors of the BKF:

Как банкирша Миримская создала «клуб убийц»

Примет ли глава 2 КСОЮ Бондар очередную взятку от «синей бороды» в юбке?

На прошлой неделе появилась новость, в которой сообщается о полковнике полиции Кипра, бывшем начальнике местного спецназа Янисе Эллинасе. На днях он обратился через Интернет-приёмную в СКР и Генпрокуратуру с заявлением о том, что им в 2019 году якобы даны ложные показания о роли Миримской в организации на Кипре похищения и убийства двух человек - адвоката Петраса Валко и его клиентки, у которой Миримская отнимала не своего ребёнка. Мотивом оговора полковник назвал давление на него следователей СКР, которые "держали его без еды, отдыха и под угрозой ареста".



По данным Rucriminal.info, допрос киприота проводился под началом заместителя руководителя ГСУ СКР генерала Сергея Михайлова, которого Миримская сейчас, очевидно, и обвиняет в незаконных методах расследования. Её логику понять можно: в преддверии вынесения первого приговора в отношении Миримской, которой грозит до 20 лет лишения свободы, СКР совместно с ФСБ действительно активизировали расследование по уголовному делу № 11702450039000109, связанному с организацией банкиршей заказных убийств на Кипре и в России. Среди потенциальных жертв, в том числе бывший супруг Миримской - бывший акционер "ЮКОСа" Алексей Голубович. И новые обвинения сильно портят шансы банкирши договориться за очередную взятку с председателем 2 КСОЮ Анатолием Бондаром об условном сроке в кассации.

Поэтому история с раскаявшимся свидетелем сейчас выглядит крайне убедительной. Поэтому к её авторам возникает всего два глупых вопроса: где 5 лет после дачи "ложных" показаний был этот, запуганный до смерти, полковник и почему он так улыбается на этих фотографиях, сделанных в период допроса, неужто от страха?



Том, что Миримская готова тратить любые деньги на подкуп свидетелей, правоохранителей и т.д., говорят публикации ВЧК-ОГПУ.

Вот, один из них. Басманный суд слушает дело № 02-0179/2024 по иску бывшего руководителя отдела "малолеточного" процконтроля Владимира Голубя к жилищной комиссии СКР. Полковник юстиции планирует получить в собственность служебную квартиру в доме 8 по улице Ягодной в Москве. Основания классические для такого иска - ведомство не обеспечило Голубя субсидией для приобретения жилья, в котором он нуждается. Якобы нуждается.



Потому что в фактической собственности Голубя находится земельный участок под Ялтой с недостроенным коттеджем. Размер участка - 10 соток. Цена сотки в данном месте составляет от 1 до 1,5 миллионов рублей. Цена долгостроя, расположенного на участке, свыше 5 миллионов. Итого, по самым скромным подсчётам Голубю принадлежит недвижимости на сумму более 15 миллионов рублей. О какой субсидии при таком положении вещей можно заявлять и какое жильё можно требовать от государства?

Все эти дорогостоящие приобретения полковник юстиции сделал в период покровительства в фальсификации уголовного дела № 90764 следователю ГСУ СКР по Московской области Юрию Носову, в результате которого гражданка Израиля, владелица банка "БКФ" и компании "Русский Продукт" Ольга Миримская незаконно оформила себя матерью собственной внучки и отобрала девочку у настоящих родителей. Уголовное дело № 90764 закрыто, все его фигуранты реабилитированы, Миримскую и Носова судят в Измайловском суде за коррупцию, Голубь уволен их СКР за прогулы.





При этом в уголовном деле № 11702450039000109, расследование которого продолжается в ГСУ СКР, достаточно доказательств для привлечения Голубя к уголовной ответственности за взятки от Миримской при посредничестве ныне депутатки Госдумы от "Справедливой России" Яны Лантратовой и превышение должностных полномочий в соучастии с Носовым. Но вместо того, чтобы разобраться с Голубем в рамках уголовного процесса, СКР почему-то предпочитает отбиваться от его жульнического иска в процессе гражданском. Или в СКР снова кто-то обманывает Председателя?

Ранее ВЧК-ОГПУ опубликовал выдержки из переписки между хозяйкой банка "БКФ" Ольгой Миримской, которую сейчас судят в Измайловском суде Москвы за четыре взятки на 2 миллиона долларов и предправления банка "БКФ" Сергеем Орловым. Переписка наглядно демонстрирует, сколько стоит возбуждение уголовного дела в отсутствие события преступления и как это происходит. Сделано это было, чтобы не тратить время на взыскание задолженности в арбитраже - банкирша и глава её банка решили заказать уголовное преследование заведомо невиновных лиц, бывших сотрудников компании "Росстайл", которую захватили чеченские рейдеры. Должникам банка "БКФ", сотрудникам УСБ ФСБ и СКР предлагаем особенно задуматься над следующими фразами предправления "БКФ":

"Деньги они вернут в обмен на снятие претензий. Может получиться, что по "двойному" делу им проще сесть будет, чем нам его снять"

"За проверку он просит денег. Сколько ему давать? Сразу 50 или 7,5 в месяц, как раньше говорили? Второй вопрос 100 тысяч Алексею. Я делаю через займ и снимаю с вашего счёта?"

"В общем излишек специалистов на одном месте работы на один премиальный фонд. Как бы они друг друга рвать не начали"

The creation of artificial intelligence for the Kremlin ended in arrests

Few people know that, along with commercial reference and legal systems, there is also a free legal information system “Russian Legislation”, presented, among other things, on the Official Internet portal of legal information www.pravo.gov.ru, which accompanies the Federal Security Service of Russia. The only problem is that it is archaic, inconvenient to use, and sometimes impossible to find the necessary information.

As a result, it was planned to make a technological breakthrough, and as a result the task was included in the Digital Economy program.

The funds allocated under this program were aimed at moving away from old realities, modernizing public administration through the introduction of new information technologies, gradually replacing complex, routine and expensive manual labor, introducing electronic rule-making, as well as digitalizing and standardizing control and supervisory activities.

The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia (now the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia) applied to the FSO of Russia back in October 2018 with a request to participate in the automation of control and supervisory activities, since the service was and is the holder of official texts of legal acts in electronic form.

The result of this project was to be a completely new state information system in a secure design using artificial intelligence, and most importantly, the groundwork in this work would make it possible to approach machine-readable law and harmonize federal and local legislation with minimal costs.

As a source told Rucriminal.info, the price for performing work on the project was approved and sent to the Federal Security Service of Russia “from above.” The financial support for the event from 2019 to 2024 amounted to 186 million rubles and was approved by the passport of the federal project of the national program.

Due to bureaucratic delays, the project started almost two years late, and the contractor was a federal state unitary enterprise subordinate to the Federal Security Service of Russia, specializing in this type of work.

The Federal Security Service of Russia, as well as other government bodies, urgently needed and needs the introduction of digital technologies, since for many years there has been banal stagnation.

The developed technology (prototype of the system) was capable of bringing Russia to the forefront of technological superiority and, on the contrary, the lack of its implementation causes irreparable damage to the interests and security of the Russian Federation and rolls it back to the level of Nigeria, Honduras, Somalia and other similar developing states.

The work under the government contract has been completed, the intermediate result has been accepted by the Federal Security Service of Russia, and no claims have been made regarding the quality of the work to date.

Preparatory work has begun to continue the development of the scientific and technical groundwork achieved within the framework of the described work, aimed at deepening the use of artificial intelligence.

The management of the Federal Security Service of Russia reported on the work done, screenings were held at the Russian-Belarusian Forum, the X International Legal Forum and other venues.

However, the result of carrying out work under the state contract was the violent arrest of 6 people: an officer of the Federal Security Service of Russia (chairman of the acceptance committee), management and all leading specialists of the subordinate Federal State Unitary Enterprise, as well as the complete collapse of the research potential of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise. In total, the criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud) was initiated against 8 people.

Further work was stopped for an obvious reason: no one wants to get involved and continue the second part of the project, which, by the will of the investigation, has become extremely toxic. According to defenders, the funds allocated from the budget for the first stage were not wasted, and the work should be continued.

As a source told Rucriminal.info, meanwhile, pressure on all participants and their relatives has been going on for more than a year and a half. The property of all the accused and their relatives was seized in an amount three times greater than the amount of the entire contract, including taxes that were paid to the budget. The performers of the work are under arrest all this time. The purpose of the pressure is to extract confessions, which so far none of the “defendants” have given, since the work was completed and no money was stolen. By the way, this was also indicated by the Accounts Chamber of Russia, which conducted an audit of the execution of this particular government contract.

The main evidence - the result of work under a government contract - was managed by the defense from the tenacious clutches of the investigation only a year and a half after the initiation of the criminal case. And during all this time, the investigators did not bother to delve into the essence of the technical work project being created - the first stage of work, mistakenly believing that with a quarter of the allocated funds and in a year (remember that all the work on creating a state information system was designed for 6 years) it was possible to create a completely ready information system. We all know that even those developed over the years by the state These information systems do not work error-free even after several years of operation, let alone a prototype.

All requests from the defense to conduct a forensic examination to determine whether there is an intermediate result of the work and compliance with the technical specifications are rejected with the wording that such a study is inappropriate, and also because there is a conclusion from a “specialist”, by the way, who has never worked in the field of legal informatization in Russia , in contrast to the accused, who have more than 20 years of experience in this area.

The defense independently conducted a study of the work performed in accordance with the terms of reference; based on the results of this study, it became obvious that the entire criminal case was far-fetched.

On March 22, 2024, a specialist’s conclusion number 026-21-00054 dated March 22, 2024 was received, carried out by ANO SOYUZEXPERTIZA of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to the conclusions contained in the specialist’s conclusion, the provided work result, including software modules, is operational.

The goals and objectives defined in the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1 to state contract No. S10-219/20) have been achieved. The work has been completed in full.

Not long ago, two more people were added to the list of accused: Stanislav Lakhtin and Maxim Aleksandrov, whose role in this story is even more questionable in terms of their complicity in any crime. However, this did not prevent the investigator from filing a petition for their arrest in absentia more than a year and a half after the start of the criminal investigation.

I would especially like to note the initiation at the end of the preliminary investigation, which lasted about a year, of another episode: the alleged multi-year embezzlement of funds of the subordinate Federal State Unitary Enterprise by 6 defendants in the amount of 240 thousand rubles, which was investigated by investigators for particularly important cases of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia in a few days. But here the result of the work is also available.

What do we have today? Goals and objectives in the field of artificial intelligence are ignored, and professionals and specialists are located in places that are not so remote. The technology is not used, implemented or developed. The technical requirements that were ordered to be approved by the Federal Security Service of Russia have remained undeveloped for more than two years, as the Accounts Chamber of Russia noted in its comments. The task of Russia's technological sovereignty and the introduction of breakthrough technologies is currently frozen, is not being fulfilled and is in danger of failure. We will monitor the development of this case.

Мало кто знает, что наряду с коммерческими справочно-правовыми системами существует и бесплатная информационно-правовая система «Законодательство России», представленная в том числе на Официальном интернет-портале правовой информации www.pravo.gov.ru, который сопровождает ФСО России. Только проблема в ее архаичности, неудобстве пользования и невозможности порой найти нужную информацию.

В результате было запланировано сделать технологический рывок, и в итоге задача была включена в программу «Цифровая экономика».

Средства, выделенные по этой программе, преследовали цель отойти от старых реалий, модернизировать государственное управление путём внедрения новых информационных технологий, постепенной замены сложного, рутинного и дорогостоящего ручного труда, внедрить электронное нормотворчество, а также осуществить цифровизацию и стандартизировать контрольно-надзорную деятельность.

Минкомсвязь России (ныне Минцифры России) еще в октябре 2018 г. обратилась в ФСО России с просьбой участия в автоматизации контрольно-надзорной деятельности, так как служба являлась и является держателем официальных текстов правовых актов в электронном виде.

Результатом данного проекта должна была стать абсолютно новая государственная информационная система в защищенном исполнении с использованием искусственного интеллекта, а главное, заделы в этой работе позволяли с минимальными издержками приблизиться к машиночитаемому праву и гармонизировать федеральное и местное законодательство.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, цена выполнения работ по проекту была утверждена и спущена в ФСО России «сверху». Финансовое обеспечение мероприятия с 2019 по 2024 г. составляло 186 млн. рублей и утверждено паспортом федерального проекта национальной программы.

Из-за бюрократических проволочек проект стартовал с опозданием почти на два года, а исполнителем стал подведомственный ФСО России ФГУП, специализирующийся на данного вида работах.

ФСО России, как, впрочем, и иные органы власти, остро нуждалась и нуждается во внедрении цифровых технологий, так как долгие годы наблюдается банальный застой.

Разработанная технология (прототип системы) способна была вывести Россию на первые строчки технологического превосходства и, напротив, отсутствие ее внедрения наносит непоправимый ущерб интересам и безопасности Российской Федерации и откатывает ее на уровень Нигерии, Гондураса, Сомали и других подобных развивающихся государств.

Работа по государственному контракту выполнена, промежуточный результат принят ФСО России, претензии к качеству работ не предъявлены до настоящего времени.

Начаты подготовительные работы к продолжению развития научно-технического задела, достигнутого в рамках описываемой работы, направленного на углубление использования искусственного интеллекта.

Руководство ФСО России отчиталось о проделанной работе, проведены показы на Российско-Белорусском форуме, X Международном юридическом форуме и иных площадках.

Однако, результатом выполнения работ по госконтракту стал силовой арест в жесткой форме 6 человек: офицера ФСО России (председателя приемочной комиссии), руководства и всех ведущих специалистов подведомственного ФГУП, а также полный развал научно-исследовательского потенциала ФГУП. Всего же уголовное дело по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество) возбуждено в отношении 8 человек.

Дальнейшая работа остановлена по понятной причине: никто не хочет связываться и продолжать вторую часть проекта, ставшего по воле следствия крайне токсичным. По мнению защитников, выделенные из бюджета денежные средства на первый этап, потрачены не зря, и работа должна быть продолжена.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, между тем, давление на всех участников и их родственников продолжается уже более полутора лет. Арестовано имущество всех обвиняемых и их родственников на сумму, трижды превышающую сумму всего контракта, включая налоги, которые были оплачены в бюджет. Исполнители работ все это время находятся под арестом,. Цель давления – выбить признательные показания, которые до настоящего времени никто из «фигурантов» не дал, поскольку работы выполнены, никакие деньги не похищались. Об этом, кстати, указала и Счетная Палата России, проводившая проверку исполнения именно этого государственного контракта.

Основное доказательство – результат работ по госконтракту – стороне защиты удалось вырвать из цепких лап следствия только через полтора года после возбуждения уголовного дела. И за все это время следователи не потрудились вникнуть в суть создаваемого технорабочего проекта – I этапа работ, ошибочно полагая, что за четверть выделенных средств и за год (напомним, что вся работа по созданию государственной информационной системы была рассчитана на 6 лет) можно было создать полностью готовую информационную систему. Все мы знаем, что даже разрабатываемые годами государственные информационные системы не работают безошибочно даже после нескольких лет эксплуатации, что уж говорить о прототипе.

Все ходатайства стороны защиты о проведении судебной экспертизы на предмет наличия промежуточного результата работ и соответствия техническому заданию отклоняются с формулировками о нецелесообразности проведения такого исследования, а также потому, что имеется заключение «специалиста», к слову сказать, никогда не работавшего в сфере правовой информатизации России, в отличие от обвиняемых, имеющих стаж работ в этом направлении более 20 лет.

Защита самостоятельно провела исследование выполненных работ условиям технического задания, по результатам этого исследования стало очевидно надуманность всего уголовного дела.

22 марта 2024 года получено заключение специалиста номер 026-21-00054 от 22.03.2024 года, выполненное АНО «СОЮЗЭКСПЕРТИЗА» ТПП РФ.


Согласно выводам, содержащимся в заключении специалиста предоставленный результат работ, в том числе программные модули, является работоспособным.


Цели и задачи, определенные в техническом задании (Приложение № 1 к государственному контракту № С10-219/20), достигнуты. Работы выполнены в полном объеме.


Не так давно в список обвиняемых попали еще два человека: Лахтин Станислав и Александров Максим, роль которых в этой истории еще более сомнительна в части их соучастия в каком-либо преступлении. Однако, это не помешало следователю выйти с ходатайством об их заочном аресте спустя более чем полтора года с момента начала расследования уголовного дела.


Особо хотелось отметить возбуждение под занавес предварительного расследования, длившегося около года, еще одного эпизода: якобы многолетней растраты денежных средств подведомственного ФГУП 6-ю фигурантами в сумме 240 тыс. рублей, который расследовали следователи по особо важным делам Центрального аппарата СК России за несколько дней. Но и здесь результат работ также имеется.

Что имеем на сегодняшний день? Цели и задачи в области искусственного интеллекта игнорируются, а профессионалы своего дела и специалисты находятся в местах не столь отдаленных. Технологию не используют, не внедряют и не развивают. Технические требования, которые было предписано утвердить ФСО России, уже более двух лет так и остаются не разработанными, о чем в своих замечаниях отметила Счетная палата России. Задача о технологическом суверенитете России и внедрении прорывных технологий в настоящее время заморожена, не выполняется и находится под угрозой срыва. Мы будем следить за развитием этого дела.

BYSHOVETS - BONE IN THE THROAT



After the disastrous Euro 96 in England, which we described in detail in the previous article, the national team needed “fresh blood”. Former head coach Oleg Romantsev was dismissed. And the team was headed for a short time by Boris Ignatiev, who always bends before the leadership of the Russian Football Union (RFU), an obedient, soft-spoken person, always ready to “look into the mouth” of the head of the RFU, Vyacheslav Koloskov, in everything. Tom really liked having, essentially, a “lap dog.”

But Ignatiev's days were numbered. Well, Koloskov really didn’t want to call Byshovets. He didn't call. The Kremlin intervened, almost as an order, political functionaries appointed Byshovets as the head coach, Koloskov had to follow in the fairway, come to terms.

Sometimes with an anecdotal touch...

LAUGHTER THROUGH TEARS

The Russians, led by Byshovets, managed to lose three consecutive starting matches for the Euro 2000 qualification. Ukraine – 2:3, with the same result at home for the French. No one expected a slap in the face from the Icelanders, that’s a separate conversation.

The story was told by people close to the Kovtun family. The national team's defender, Yuri Kovtun, played in the team against the Icelanders. Acquaintances and family friends gathered to watch the match in the apartment of Yuri and Lyudmila, the footballer’s wife. Luda went to the kitchen to treat her friends to a treat. Enters the room - revival. “What, they scored?” - asks. “They scored, but the wrong one, and the wrong way,” the guests answer her, almost choking with laughter.

It turned out that a couple of minutes before the end of the match, Yuri, with his damned head, so skillfully twisted the ball into his own goal that the goalkeeper, Stas Cherchesov, only waved his little hands in impotence, following the “round ball” into the net of his own goal. He was replaced by the supposed “savior” - Romantsev. The same Byshovets developed an extremely “warm” relationship with his colleague Romantsev. The latter flatly refused to send his players to the national team for friendly matches. Anatoly Fedorovich, in turn, stopped calling almost all Spartak players to official games. It’s not even a kindergarten, but a “nursery group”, if we talk about the level of relations that had developed at that time. Of course, the absence of leading Spartak football players in the national team affected the results. Thus, Byshovets' resignation was not long in coming.

The castling, at first glance, was a success. The backbone of the team - current and former Spartak players - attracted by Romantsev, created a stir on the fields of Europe. They got even with all the “offenders”, except... More on that in the story ahead.

The most beautiful and high-status victory, undoubtedly, was over the French, who by that time were the current world champions of 1998. 3:2. The Spartak players, a total of seven out of eleven on the field, were simply spectacular. Sasha Panov supported their impulse, scoring twice against the world champions. The winning third goal was scored by Valery Karpin, the current coach of the Russian national team.

TRAGEDY OF KARPIN

The situation before the final round of qualifying for Euro 2000 was such that if the Russians had defeated Ukraine with any result, they would have gone directly from first place in the group to the final stage of EURO in Belgium and Holland.

FA officials did not turn me away from Accra ditations for the national team’s home matches, so I went to Luzhniki for the game with Ukraine. Romantsev put Alexander Filimonov in the “frame”, and he made a mistake.

Filimonov was stupid and cheated. He, you see, wanted to “beautifully” fix the ball in his gloves, which he clearly could not do. Just punch him into touch, or save him for a corner. No, he, like a rugby player, brought the ball into his own goal. "Well done"!

After the game, journalists rushed into the tribune room to talk with the heroes of the match. Almost all the characters left the locker rooms, except Karpin. Reporters were already rushing to the general press conference, Valery still did not show up.

В середине июня стартует очередное первенство Европы, теперь уже в Германии. Российская сборная, по понятным причинам, не была допущена даже к отборочным матчам…

БЫШОВЕЦ - КОСТЬ В ГОРЛЕ



После провального Евро-96 в Англии, о котором мы подробно рассказали в предыдущем материале, национальной сборной требовалась «свежая кровь». Прежний главный тренер Олег Романцев отправлен в отставку. И команду на короткое время возглавил Борис Игнатьев, вечно прогибающийся перед руководством Российского футбольного союза (РФС), человек послушный, мягкотелый, прям готовый всегда и во всем «в рот смотреть» главе РФС Вячеславу Колоскову. Тому очень нравилось, иметь, по сути, «ручную собачонку».

Но дни Игнатьева были сочтены. Ну, очень не хотел Колосков звать Бышовца. Он и не звал. Кремль вмешался, едва ли не в приказном порядке политические функционеры оформили Бышовца главным тренером, Колоскову оставалось следовать в фарватере, смириться.

Впрочем, именно Анатолию Федоровичу Бышовцу Вячеслав Иванович Колосков обязан в свое время сохранением высокого поста в отечественном футболе. Потому что в далеком 1988-м году сборная СССР с тренером Бышовцем выиграла сеульскую Олимпиаду. В противном случае, тогдашний руководитель союзного Госкомспорта Марат Грамов уже собирался пинком под зад гнать Колоскова вон. Так что успех в Сеуле оказался, как нельзя кстати, для Колоскова, Грамов снизошел до подчиненного, оставив его у «кормушки»…

У меня, к слову, сложились нормальные рабочие отношения с Бышовцем. Импонировало его неприятие грязи в большом футболе – «договорняки», предвзятое судейство, сопутствующие этому моменты. Например, нечистоплотность чиновников. Несмотря на аккуратный, в чем-то даже осторожный стиль изложения проблем в популярной игре, Анатолий Федорович весьма откровенно обо всем говорил, кому это понравится из числа мафиози в руководящих структурах? Да никому.

Плюс Бышовец, со слов легендарного Никиты Симоняна, «выбивал» для своих подопечных, и для себя тоже, приличные, даже слишком, гонорары. Что тоже сильно не нравилось Колоскову и компании. Дескать, меркантильный очень. Что оставалось околофутбольным функционерам? Разумеется, ждать осечек сборной Бышовца в матчах отборочного цикла к Евро-2000, чтобы избавиться от ненавистного специалиста. И они, неудачи, к великому сожалению, случились. Иногда с анекдотичным оттенком…

СМЕХ СКВОЗЬ СЛЕЗЫ

Три подряд стартовых матча к отбору на Евро-2000 россияне, ведомые Бышовцем, ухитрились проиграть. Украине – 2:3, с тем же результатом на своем поле французам. Уж совсем никто не ожидал оплеухи от исландцев, это отдельный разговор.

Историю рассказали близкие к семье Ковтунов люди. Сам защитник сборной, Юрий Ковтун, играл в составе команды против исландцев. Вот знакомые, друзья семьи собрались для просмотра матча в квартире Юрия и Людмилы, супруги футболиста. Люда отлучилась на кухню, чтобы угостить друзей лакомством. Входит в комнату – оживление. «Что, забили?» - спрашивает. «Забили, только не тот, и не туда», - отвечают ей, почти давясь смехом, гости.

Оказалось, за пару минут до конца матча Юрий своей окаянной головой так искусно подкрутил мячик в свои ворота, что голкипер, Стас Черчесов, только взмахнул от бессилия ручонками, провожая взглядом «кругляш» в сетку собственных ворот. Автогол, 0:1 от Исландии. Бышовец после этого покинул национальную команду…



Его сменил предполагаемый «спаситель» - Романцев. На редкость «теплые» отношения сложились у того же Бышовца с коллегой Романцевым. Последний наотрез отказывался отдавать своих подопечных в сборную для товарищеских матчей. Анатолий Федорович, в свою очередь, перестал вызывать почти всех спартаковцев на официальные игры. Прям не детсад даже, а «ясельная группа», если говорить об уровне сложившихся на тот момент отношений. Конечно, отсутствие ведущих спартаковских футболистов в сборной сказалось на результатах. Отставка Бышовца, таким образом, не заставила себя долго ждать.

Рокировка, на первый взгляд, удалась. Костяк сборной – нынешние и бывшие спартаковцы, - привлеченные Романцевым, наводили шороху на полях Европы. Они поквитались со всеми «обидчиками», кроме… Об этом рассказ впереди.

Самая красивая и статусная победа, бесспорно, над французами, к тому периоду действующими чемпионами мира-98. 3:2. Спартаковцы, их на поле в общей сложности, набралось сразу семеро из одиннадцати, просто феерили. Саша Панов поддержал их порыв, дважды забив чемпионам планеты. Победный, третий мяч, провел Валерий Карпин, нынешний тренер сборной России.

ТРАГЕДИЯ КАРПИНА

Расклад перед завершающим туром в отборе на Евро-2000 был такой, что победи россияне с любым результатом Украину, и с первого места в группе напрямую выходили бы в финальную стадию ЕВРО в Бельгии и Голландии.

Чиновники футбольного союза не отказывали мне в аккредитации на домашние матчи сборной, потому я отправился в Лужники на игру с Украиной. Романцев поставил в «раму» Александра Филимонова, и – прогадал.



События той игры общеизвестны, не стану утомлять подробностями, в чем-то повторяться. Упомянутый Валерий Карпин сумасшедшим по силе и точности ударом, казалось, «похоронил» все надежды хохлов на участие в Евро. 1:0, и оставались какие-то несчастные 15 минут до конца.

На исходе встречи, однако, проявил себя «звезда» футбольной Украины Андрей Шевченко. Обычный, рядовой навес в чужую штрафную превратил в ответный гол – 1:1. Филимонов сглупил и спижонил. Он, видите ли, хотел «красиво» зафиксировать мяч в своих перчатках, чего явно не смог сделать. Да просто выбей кулаком в аут, или отбей на угловой. Нет, он, будто регбист, занес снаряд в свои же ворота. «Молодец»!

После игры журналисты рванули в подтрибунное помещение, чтобы пообщаться с героями матча. Почти все действующие лица вышли из раздевалок, кроме Карпина. Репортеры уже спешили на общую пресс-конференцию, Валерий все не показывался.

Наконец, вот он.

- Он вообще думал, прежде, чем такое сделать? (о Филимонове) – недоумевал ведущий полузащитник сборной. - Сашка еще молодой, может, сыграет на очередном крупном турнире. А мне уже 30, через четыре года буду не нужен сборной, вообще к тому времени могу завершить карьеру…

Говорил Валерий спокойно, но со сдержанной болью в голосе.

Россия заняла лишь третье место в группе, и, естественно, ни на что не претендовала. Между тем Украина по сумме двух «стыковых» матчей против Словении уступила, и тоже никуда не поехала…
