How a serial killer is made from a scientist of the Russian Academy of Sciences

 


As it became known to Rucriminal.info, on June 9, 2023, a trial was held in the Ostankinsky Court of Moscow to extend the measure of restraint for Alexander Tsvetkov, a researcher at the Institute of Biology of Inland Waters of the Russian Academy of Sciences. A world-famous scientist is accused of a series of murders committed in the early 2000s. The details of this story were told by an acquaintance of the Tsvetkov family.



“On February 16, 2023, returning from another scientific expedition, Alexander Igorevich Tsvetkov was detained at Domodedovo Airport on charges of a series of murders committed on the territory of Moscow and the Moscow Region in August 2002. He was dragged out of the plane in handcuffs without outerwear at minus 9, although initially he was in the case as a witness and, naturally, being in a state of shock, did not resist. Tsvetkov was detained at 11 am, he wrote an SMS that the plane had landed, and no more messages were received from him. Then, at about 2:00 pm, Tsvetkov's colleagues called and reported that he was taken away in handcuffs without any explanation in an unknown direction. Relatives immediately began calling hotlines in all instances to find out where Alexander was. On the helpline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they spoke rudely, almost sent obscenities, advised me to declare my father missing. We found him in the late afternoon, around 19:30, in the North-East Administrative Okrug. At first he was interrogated as a witness, but after the appearance of the head of the investigator Bondarev A.O., Tsvetkov abruptly became a suspect. All night he was rolled around Moscow, for what purpose it is now clear. In the temporary detention center in the cell, "their people" worked with him, who explained very clearly and in an accessible way what evidence was needed, threatening the life and health of children and promising to dig up all unsolved crimes that were suitable in time and hang him up, making him a "scientific Chikatilo", i.e. . they knew from the very beginning that Tsvetkov was not guilty. All this happened with the participation of Bondarev and three operatives (including Nania and Kovalev). And Tsvetkov confessed, but after a belated conversation with a lawyer, an hour later he retracted all his confessions, but they formed the basis of the prosecution. The Free State Counsel did not interview Alexander before the interrogation, thereby violating the defense procedure.



The position of the prosecution is based mainly on the testimony of recidivist Andrey Alyoshin, who was already detained in 2003 on suspicion of committing murders committed in Moscow and the Moscow region.

In such a dubious situation (not a single sign matches the personality of Alexander), the operatives and the investigator showed perseverance, and the detainee Tsvetkov, without a qualified defense, could not resist. At the end of the first day of the investigation, he began to give the testimony necessary for the investigator about the circumstances of the crime, which he learned about at the confrontation with Alyoshin, and an hour later he retracted this testimony. Relatives believe that pressure was put on him, he was tired after a business trip, sleepless night, flight, cold (he was taken out of the plane without outerwear, and in Moscow that day it was minus 9 degrees). A certain role was played by the shock of what happened and the nervous strain. But then he came to his senses and said that he had slandered himself under pressure from the investigator and the criminal investigation department.

According to investigators, on the morning of August 2, 2002, Tsvetkov, together with his accomplice Aleshin, brutally killed an elderly man in the village of Gorodishche, Moscow Region, and then they brutally massacred a woman in Moscow. In the first case, according to investigators, Tsvetkov acted “out of a sense of personal hostility against the background of drinking alcohol”, in the second - for self-interest, “having received information from an unidentified person that valuables and money were contained in the apartment.”



On August 10, two women allegedly became victims of Tsvetkov and Alyoshin, one of whom was born in 1909, the second was born in 1946. According to investigators, from 00.00 to 23.59 both men were in the apartment of the house on the Yaroslavl Highway, where the mother and daughter lived. After drinking alcohol together, "experiencing personal hostility, as well as acting out of selfish motives," Tsvetkov and Alyoshin strangled them. At the same time, the criminals took 5 thousand rubles, gold earrings and a ring.



After the confession and arrest (02/18/2023), Tsvetkov became absolutely uninteresting to the investigation. The lawyer tried to object, because the father does not fit the signs, but all this was ignored by both the judge and the prosecutor. Here are the main inconsistencies: the killer has tattoos (Alexander never had tattoos). In addition, he never smoked, and all witnesses point to a man who smokes half a pack of cigarettes a day. Not a single sign of the witnesses matches the portrait of Tsvetkov. One witness claims that the killer is 185, light blond with blue eyes, another claims that he is 160 and a burning brunette with brown eyes. That Alexander is 174 tall with green eyes, the investigation does not care. They seem to have taken the average.

Only after the trial did he find out the dates of the murders that is accused of Alec Sandra was blamed (08/02/2002 and 08/10/2002), relatives turned to the archives of the IBVV RAS, where orders for expeditions, business trips, and a personal account were miraculously preserved. From these documents it appears that on August 10, 2002 he was on an expedition in the Ivanovo and Vologda regions, there is even a photograph taken at the ferry crossing on August 10. On August 1, he was on an expedition, returned to Borok at 16:00 and would not have had time to be in Moscow in 2 hours (he was seen by witnesses for the prosecution at 18:00 on August 1, and the murder itself occurred on 2). All documents confirming the alibi have been in the hands of the investigation since February 21. The witnesses who were with him then came for questioning on April 12 on their own initiative, without waiting to be invited, and confirmed their alibis. Moreover, during examinations, an aneurysm was found in him, which indicates that he suffered a heart attack (February 16, most likely).

The Irony of Fate. Every summer he teaches hydrology to children in the children's environmental and local history expedition "We are the children of the Volga", where he introduces dozens of children to science, talks about it with interest, so that many children become biologists and ecologists. In 2021, the Tsvetkov family became the winner of the Family of the Year competition.

About the alibi and witnesses confirming this alibi, the defense announced a long time ago, back in February, on the 3rd day of arrest. The next court, for some unknown reason, does not take this into account. The investigator did not provide the court with the protocols of interrogations of witnesses in full, but only the first and last pages. To the question of the defense, where are the interrogation materials directly, because the court is obliged to know all aspects of the case, judge Terekhova A.A. stated that, it turns out, the investigator has the right to provide the materials at his own discretion, those that he wants and to the extent that he wants. And we think that the court should be fair and impartial and take into account all the circumstances of the case. If there is an alibi, witnesses, characteristics of the suspect, a discrepancy will accept the suspect with what the witnesses say. It turns out that everything that the lawyers represent, the court does not take into account, but adheres only to the side of the prosecution. And the accusation is based on the testimony of a recidivist. By the way, for some reason, the trial began half an hour earlier, almost eliminating the possibility of the suspect's colleagues and journalists being present at the trial. Were you so afraid that there would be press? And about the danger of Tsvetkov. A man lived quietly for 20 years, worked, raised children, benefited the country, promoted Russian science, including for children, and suddenly, from February 16, he became sharply dangerous to society. The defense at this trial read about a dozen of Tsvetkov's positive testimonials and about 30 diplomas that he received over these 20 years. Why, given the state of health, the alibi and the slippery position of the prosecution, the court did not allow house arrest? The judge found proven the fact that Tsvetkov A.I. could hide, put pressure on witnesses, in the absence of at least one such evidence. And with all this - not a single investigative action since February 18 with the participation of Alexander. Now Tsvetkov has a psychological and psychiatric examination ahead of him in the Serbsky hospital.”

Как из ученого РАН делают серийного убийцу



Как стало известно Rucriminal.info, 9 июня 2023 года в Останкинском суде Москвы прошёл суд по продлению меры пресечения для Александра Цветкова – научного сотрудника Института биологии внутренних вод РАН. Ученый с мировым именем обвиняется в целой серии убийств, совершенных в начале 2000-х годов. Подробности этой истории рассказал знакомый семьи Цветкова.



«16 февраля 2023 года возвращаясь из очередной научной экспедиции, в аэропорту Домодедово Александр Игоревич Цветков был задержан по обвинению в серии убийств, совершенных на территории Москвы и Московской области в августе 2002 года. Его выволокли из самолёта в наручниках без верхней одежды в минус 9, хотя изначально он проходил по делу как свидетель и естественно, находясь в шоковом состоянии, не оказывал сопротивления. Цветкова задержали в 11 утра, он написал смс, что самолёт приземлился, и больше никаких сообщений от него не поступало. Потом около 14:00 позвонили коллеги Цветкова, которые и сообщили, что его в наручниках без всяких объяснений увезли в неизвестном направлении. Родственники тут же начали звонить на горячие линии во все инстанции, чтобы узнать, где находится Александр. На телефоне доверия МВД разговаривали грубо, чуть ли не матом посылали, посоветовали объявить отца без вести пропавшим. Нашли его ближе к вечеру, около 19:30, в СВАО. Сначала его допрашивали как свидетеля, но после появления начальника следователя Бондарева А.О., Цветков резко стал подозреваемым. Всю ночь его катали по Москве, с какой целью теперь уже понятно. В ИВС в камере с ним поработали "свои люди", которые предельно ясно и доступно объяснили какие показания нужны, угрожая жизнью и здоровьем детей и обещая нарыть подходящие по срокам все нераскрытые преступления и повесить на него, сделав "научным Чикатило", т.е. они с самого начала знали, что Цветков не виновен. Все это происходило при участии Бондарева и трёх оперативников (в том числе Нания и Ковалёва). И Цветков признался, но после запоздалого разговора с адвокатом через час отказался от всех своих признательных показаний, но они легли в основу обвинения. Бесплатный государственный адвокат не провела беседу с Александром перед допросом, тем самым нарушив процедуру защиты.



Позиция обвинения строится в основном на показаниях рецидивиста Андрея Алёшина, которого в 2003 году уже задерживали по подозрению в совершении убийств, совершенных в Москве и Московской области.

При таком сомнительном раскладе (ни одна примета не совпадает с личностью Александра) оперативники и следователь проявили настойчивость, а задержанный Цветков без квалифицированной защиты не смог противостоять. На исходе первых суток следствия он начал давать нужные для следователя показания об обстоятельствах преступления, о которых он узнал на очной ставке с Алешиным, а уже через час отказался от этих показаний. Близкие считают, что на него было оказано давление, он был усталым после командировки, бессонной ночи, перелёта, холода (из самолёта его вывели без верхней одежды, а в Москве в тот день было минус 9 градусов). Определённую роль сыграли шок от случившегося и нервное перенапряжение. Но потом он опомнился и заявил, что оговорил себя под давлением следователя и сотрудников уголовного розыска.

По версии следствия, утром 2 августа 2002 года, Цветков вместе с подельником Алешиным с особой жестокостью убил пожилого мужчину в деревне Городище Московской области, а затем они зверски расправились с женщиной в Москве. В первом случае, по версии следствия, Цветков действовал «из чувства личной неприязни на фоне распития спиртных напитков», во втором — корысти ради, «получив от неустановленного лица информацию о том, что в квартире содержаться ценности и деньги».

10 августа жертвами якобы Цветкова и Алешина стали две женщины, одна из которых 1909 года рождения, вторая 1946 года рождения. По версии следствия, оба мужчины в период с 00.00 до 23.59 находились в квартире дома на Ярославском шоссе, где проживали мать и дочь. После совместного распития спиртных напитков, «испытывая личную неприязнь, а также действуя из корыстных побуждений» Цветков и Алешин задушили их. При этом преступники забрали 5 тысяч рублей, золотые сережки и кольцо.

После признания и ареста (18.02.2023) следствию Цветков абсолютно стал неинтересен. Адвокат пытался возражать, ведь под приметы отец не подходит, но все это игнорировалось и судьёй, и прокурором. Вот основные несоответствия: наличие татуировок у убийцы (у Александра никогда татуировок не было). Кроме того, он никогда не курил, а все свидетели указывают на человека, выкуривающего по полпачки сигарет в день. Ни одна примета свидетелей не совпадает с портретом Цветкова. Один свидетель утверждает, что убийца ростом 185, светло-русый с голубыми глазами, другой утверждает, что 160 и жгучий брюнет с карими глазами. Что Александр ростом 174 с зелёными глазами, следствие не волнует. Они, видимо, взяли по средней.

Только после суда узнав даты убийств, какие вменяют Александру в вину (02.08.2002 и 10.08.2002), родственники обратились в архив ИБВВ РАН, где чудом сохранились приказы об экспедициях, командировках, лицевой счёт. Из этих документов выходит, что 10.08.2002 он был в экспедиции в Ивановской и Вологодской областях, есть даже фотография, сделанная на паромной переправе именно 10 августа. 1 августа он был в экспедиции, возвратился в Борок в 16:00 и никак не успел бы оказаться в Москве за 2 часа (его видели свидетели обвинения в 18:00 1 августа, а само убийство произошло 2). Все документы, подтверждающие алиби на руках у следствия с 21 февраля. Свидетели, которые тогда были с ним, приезжали на допрос 12 апреля по собственной инициативе, не дождавшись, когда их пригласят, и подтвердили алиби. Более того, при обследованиях у него обнаружили аневризму, что говорит о том, что он перенёс инфаркт (16 февраля, скорее всего).

Ирония судьбы. В 2022 году отец стал призёром конкурса "Лучший папа Золотого кольца" в номинации "Есть такая профессия" (в этом году он уже "научный Чикатило"). Он не только любящий отец троих дочерей, но и увлечённый своим делом учёный. Каждое лето он преподаёт гидрологию детям в детской эколого-краеведческой экспедиции " Мы - дети Волги", где приобщает десятки детей к науке, рассказывает о ней с интересом, так, что многие дети становятся биологами и экологами. Кроме того, в местной школе (в нашем посёлке) он многократно проводил занятия по прикладной гидрологии, рассказывая детям обо всех тонкостях.

В 2021 году семья Цветковых стала призёром конкурса "Семья года".

Об алиби и свидетелях, подтверждающих это алиби, заявлено защитой давно, ещё в феврале, на 3-й день ареста. Очередной суд по непонятной причине не принимает это во внимание. Следователь предоставил суду протоколы допросов свидетелей не в полном объеме, а только первую и последнюю страницу. На вопрос защиты, где непосредственно материалы допроса, ведь суд обязан знать все аспекты дела, судья Терехова А. А. заявила, что, оказывается, следователь вправе предоставить материалы на своё усмотрение, те, которые хочет и в том объеме, в котором хочет. А мы-то думаем, что суд должен быть справедлив и беспристрастен и учитывать все обстоятельства дела. Если есть алиби, свидетели, характеристики подозреваемого, несоответствие примет подозреваемого с тем, что говорят свидетели. Получается, что всё, что представляют адвокаты, это суд не учитывает, а придерживается только стороны обвинения. А обвинение основывается на показаниях рецидивиста. Кстати, суд почему-то начался на полчаса раньше, почти исключив возможность присутствовать на суде коллег подозреваемого и журналистов. Так боялись, что будет пресса? И об опасности Цветкова. Человек 20 лет спокойно жил, трудился, воспитывал детей, приносил пользу стране, продвигал российскую науку, в том числе и для детей и вдруг с 16 февраля стал резко опасен для общества. Защитой на этом суде было зачитано около десятка положительных характеристик Цветкова и около 30 грамот, которые он получил за эти 20 лет. Почему, учитывая состояние здоровья, алиби и скользкую позицию обвинения, суд не разрешил домашний арест? Судья нашла доказанным факт того, что Цветков А. И. может скрыться, оказывать давление на свидетелей, при отсутствии хоть одного такого доказательства. И при всём при этом - ни одного следственного действия с 18 февраля с участием Александра. Теперь впереди у Цветкова психоло-психиатрическая экспертиза в стационаре Сербского».

It became clear to the Cheka-OGPU why the Ministry of Emergency Situations has ceased to be efficient, and every time when there is a response even to major emergencies such as fires and the breakthrough of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, in reality it is the regions, volunteers and other caring ones who have to respond. As already mentioned above, there is a personnel collapse in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and its reason lies .... in the wife of the minister Kurenkov, who actually manages the personnel policy of the ministry: appoints, dismisses, transfers to positions. Elena Milskaya, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Center for Assistance to Missing and Injured Children, is very, very close to Kadyrov, Kiriyenko and the so-called “Orthodox oligarch” Konstantin Malofeev.



With the latter, she, as they say, generally from an early age and a student's bench, worked in a variety of his assets. The girlfriend of the Mizulins - the eldest and the youngest, even arranged the eldest for her at the Ministry of Emergencies. An ardent monarchist, she actively attends all pro-monarchist parties. As we learned, from the first day of her husband's work in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, she has been pursuing her own policy, "taking upon herself" personnel work and PR. Absolutely all appointees to positions have passed and are passing through it, Milskaya is especially close to Martynov, an assistant to the minister, with whom she has established relations since about 2018, when Milskaya helped promote the so-called Russian University of Special Forces (ANO RUS), of which she is a beneficiary not so much Kadyrov as Martynov.



It was for Martynov that the post of first deputy minister was vacated, and the appointment of Martynov to this position was promoted by Milskaya through the central media, Malofeev's media and the public chamber. Given the persistent nature of Milskaya, it is likely that in the near future Martynov may indeed, as previously written, become a Hero of Russia (for Turkey), a general and first deputy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Today, Milskaya (sometimes involving Mizulina, as in the case of appointing a search for candidates for the deputy minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in terms of numbers) almost completely keeps all the threads of managing the Ministry of Emergency Situations in her strong female fists. The icing on the cake is the appointment of Denisov to the post of chief political officer of the department, another friend of Milskaya, completely controlled by her (thanks to her, he remains in office).



And the picture of the seizure of power in the Ministry of Emergency Situations is completed by the appointment of Alexander Lyalkin, the current FSB officer, a colonel who is absolutely loyal to the Milskaya / Martynov group. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia happily parted with him and Makarov, the local head of the Internal Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they say, did his best to promote Lyalkin. An absolute security official, like Martynov, without fear, reproach and conscience (as they say in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and this, you yourself understand), is a strong characteristic. Thus, the Ministry of Emergency Situations still remains without one reacting deputy (there were two of them left - Denisov and Yatsutsenko), the function of personnel management is completely transferred to Milskaya (the political instructor, as we understand, the personnel management department leaves), and the dissatisfaction of these same Ministry of Emergency Situations with the policy of the minister's wife will be instant stewed by Lyalkin with his "advanced" power methods. Rucriminal.info notes that, as it were, the reacting deputy minister was left alone - Yatsutsenko. We see how he reacts to the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station - he sent humanitarian aid, and Milskaya immediately publicized this outstanding rescue act (she is also responsible for the department's PR) in all the central media. So - smile, wave and wait for developments. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is interesting to watch, not boring.
