В Красноярском крае расследуется уголовное дело по обвинению Олега Митволя, Жаркова и Титова в хищении путем мошенничества. Действиями указанных лиц федеральному бюджету и бюджету Красноярского края причинен ущерб без малого 1 миллиард рублей. Обвиняемый Митволь был задержан 8 июня 2022 года в аэропорту Внуково при попытке вылететь в Дубай, в дальнейшем арестован и по настоящее время находится под стражей в СИЗО №1 Красноярска. При этом за Митволя лично поручились депутаты Госдумы Александр Хинштейн и Олег Савченко, указав на «сделку Митволя со следствием» и желание погасить причиненный ущерб.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, в рамках предварительного расследования по данному уголовному делу «реально происходят чудеса», которые как минимум должны стать основаниями для проверки деятельности заместителя начальника следственного отдела УФСБ России по Красноярскому краю Кончуса К.И. и его подчиненных со стороны компетентны органов. Особого внимания заслуживают следующие факты: в рамках расследования Кончус К.И. наложил аресты на имущество и активы обвиняемых, всего получилось арестовать в совокупности примерно на 250 млн. рублей, в то время как ущерб по делу составляет почти 1 млрд. рублей. Из раза в раз, при продлении Митволю содержания под стражей, следователь Кончус К.И. в своих ходатайствах указывает, что Митволь имеет за пределами РФ банковские счета в иностранной валюте, а также дорогостоящую недвижимость, в связи с чем его необходимо держать под стражей. Учитывая эти два обстоятельства, следователь Кончус К.И. вопреки требованиям законодательства, да и логики в целом, дважды разрешает визит нотариуса к Митволю во время его содержания под стражей, в результате чего Митволь оформил на близких родственников и подконтрольных лиц доверенности на распоряжение денежными средствами и недвижимостью, находящимися как на территории России, так и за ее пределами. Первый раз нотариус Петров А.В., в августе 2022 г. приезжает к Митволю прямо в здание УФСБ по Красноярскому краю (г. Красноярск, ул. Дзержинского 18 указан местом совершения нотариального действия прямо в тексте доверенности), где оформляется доверенность (на бланке 22 АА 4939157, зарег. в реестре за №24-94-н/24-2022-13-566) на Виноградова И.А. (подконтрольного супруге Митволя – Людмиле), дающая последнему право распоряжаться денежными средствами Митволя находящимися в ПАО Росбанк.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, в результате подобной нехитрой операции, под патронажем Кончуса К.И., супруга Митволя руками Виноградова И.А. снимает со счетов в ПАО Росбанке порядка 25 млн рублей, и более 2 млн долларов наличными !!! забирает из банковских ячеек. 25 млн рублей снятые со счетов в ПАО Росбанк по интересному стечению обстоятельств были возвращены Митволю Тиньков банком, именно о похищении этих денег в июне-июле 2022 года писали СМИ. При всем этом, в счет погашения ущерба по уголовному делу Митволем на сегодняшний день заплачено не более 1 млн рублей. Почему на эти денежные средства не наложен арест (а может быть и снят) отдельный вопрос.

Вторая доверенность (уже на дочь Алису) выдана 16 марта 2023 года, исполняющим обязанности нотариуса Красноярского нотариального округа Петрова А.В. – Боевой А.Ф. (на бланке 24 АА 5059164, зарег. в реестре за №24/04-н/24-2023-1-248). Выдана данная доверенность для представления интересов доверителя в First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, находящимся в Объединённых Арабских Эмиратах, куда в день задержания так и не вылетел Митволь. Доверенность также дает право распоряжаться принадлежащими Митволю 200-метровыми апартаментами, которые находятся в одном из самых дорогих ЖК на пальме – Dubai Royal Atlantis, apartment 308. Куда пойдут снятые в этот раз деньги и на кого будет переоформлена заграничная недвижимость – вопрос открытый. Примечательно, что местом составления второй доверенности значится г. Красноярск, ул. Маерчака д.48 – Красноярская туберкулезная больница №1 ГУФСИН по Красноярскому краю, в которой уже на протяжении длительного времени в очень комфортных условиях содержится сам Митволь О.Л., имея возможность пользоваться в своих личных целях мобильной связью. Что самое интересное звонит он, находясь под стражей, с мобильного телефона Кончуса К.И…

The likelihood of developments not in favor of United Russia will increase if business representatives, who are now moved away from city processes, want to help candidates not from the party in power with money. I must say that there are such entrepreneurs in Krasnodar.

Предстоящий выборный сезон в Краснодаре только представляется обманчиво тихим. Казалось бы, всего лишь довыборы в городскую думу, на которых определят обладателей пяти мандатов. И вроде бы любой результат не отразится ни на расстановках в политическом истеблишменте города, ни на общем хозяйственном курсе.

Но предстоящее голосование может стать тестовым запуском новой системы выборов в Краснодаре, которая будет иметь глобальные последствия для нового состава администрации города.

Пока мэр краевой столицы Евгений Наумов сосредоточился на строительстве новых социальных объектов и попытках исправить перекосы в градостроительной политике прежних руководителей Краснодара, коммунисты и «Новые люди» реализуют намерение взять реванш за предыдущие проигрыши.

Крайизбирком еще не объявил о наборе кандидатов в новый состав участковых избирательных комиссий, а региональные отделения парламентских партий КПРФ, «Справедливая Россия» и «Новые люди» уже активно рекрутируют неравнодушных граждан стать членам УИК.

Как полагают эксперты, имеющие практический опыт проведения избирательных кампаний, для начала КПРФ и «Новые люди» станут активными игроками на довыборах в гордуму осенью 2023 года.

На участки в округах, где пройдет голосование за кандидатов в депутаты, готовят самых устойчивых и жестких членов комиссий, ведь после прошедших в сентябре 2022 года выборов в Законодательное собрание края и у коммунистов, и у «Новых людей» есть большие претензии как к результатам голосования, так и к способу подсчета голосов.

КПРФ, как правило имевшая устойчивый рейтинг около 10%, получила в Заксобрании лишь 3% мандатов, а «Новые люди» не смогли добрать всего 0,12% для прохождения своего кандидата.

Поскольку «Справедливая Россия» на этих довыборах не выказывает явных амбиций, укрепляя свои первичные структуры для участия в выборах 2025 года, а ЛДПР продолжает искать свою идентичность после потери лидера в лице Владимира Жириновского, эти партии выставят технических кандидатов, но деньги в кампании вкладывать не станут. Это означает отсутствие разрыва голосов протестных избирателей, что дает КПРФ и «Новым людям» возможность заключить неформальный союз и развести своих активных кандидатов по разным округам.

Нельзя не учитывать, что на выборах по одномандатным округам, всегда возможен неожиданный результат. Умение расположить к себе избирателей может взять верх над административным ресурсом, тем более при отсутствии возможности «подработать результат».

Прецеденты уже имеются. Например, для победы на выборах в гордуму в 2020 году депутату от КПРФ Олегу Кунде на своих избирательных участках понадобилось всего от 102 до 123 голосов. Тогда «Единой России» так и не удалось привести своих избирателей, несмотря на все возможности и усилия, не получилось организовать нужные показатели и постфактум - коммунисты просто активнее работали с избирателями на округах и «пересидели» единороссов на подсчете голосов.

Поскольку округа на выборах в гордуму небольшие, у коммунистов хватит ресурсов, чтобы в этот раз закрыть наблюдением все пять округов. Достаточно и упорных кандидатов, готовых ежедневно встречаться с избирателями и собирать голоса в свою копилку. Опыт организационной работы, унаследованный еще от КПСС, у КПРФ остался.

Вероятность развития событий не в пользу «Единой России» повысится, если представители бизнеса, которые сейчас отодвинуты от городских процессов, захотят помочь денежными средствами кандидатам не от партии власти. Надо сказать, что такие предприниматели в Краснодаре есть.

Для «Единой России» же достойные электоральные кампании остались в прошлом, в региональном отделении партии не осталось специалистов с соответствующими компетенциями, а избирательные бюджеты осваиваются узким кругом приближенных к руководству.

В департаменте внутренней политики Краснодарапрактически нет сотрудников, имеющих опыт проведения избирательных кампаний «на земле». И достоверность заверений внутриполитического блока города о том, что ситуация под контролем, и население благоволит к власти, весьма сомнительна.

Об этом свидетельствует и пример бывшего мэра Евгения Первышов. Когда в 2020 году на выборах в гордуму штаб КПРФ под руководством Александра Сафронова внезапно смог провести своих незапланированных кандидатов по четырем одномандатным округам, реакция системы привела к тому, что Первышову предложили сменить род деятельности. Вместо руководства миллионным городом ему пришлось перейти на работу в Госдуму, где возможностей несравнимо меньше.

Предстоящие довыборы в городскую думу Краснодара станут индикатором готовности мэрии к проведению президентских выборов 2024 года. Утрата административным аппаратом способности добиваться запланированных результатов на выборах будет сигналом, реакция на который поступит незамедлительно.

При таком раскладе путевка в депутаты для кандидатов от «Единой России» может стать более дорогостоящей. Ведь счета за проходные баллы смогут выставлять уже КПРФ и «Новые люди», а единороссам, когда на кону такие высокие ставки, не останется ничего, кроме как рассчитываться за нужный результат крупными суммами. Ведь итог, свидетельствующий о потере управляемости, в нынешней ситуации может стать фатальным для местной власти.


В случае поражения административных кандидатов хотя бы на половине округов, в здании на Старой площади отметка Краснодара зальется тревожным красным цветом, миллионный город - это вам не шутка. Возможно, мэру Евгению Наумову из-за загруженности, сложно лично управлять электоральными процессами в городе. Но ответственность с него никто не снимет. Москва слезам не верит!

После их звонка я естественно должна была обратиться к знакомому прокурору Чистякову, который всячески предлагал мне решить какие-то проблемы, которых у меня не было, до его появления на горизонте. В итоге он решил с чеченцами вопрос, с его слов даже расплатился с ними. Теперь он мой герой. Спас от гибели. И стал мне плакаться о том, какая нехорошая у него жена и он не против создания семьи с другой женщиной, наиболее достойной.

На сегодняшний момент я прихожу к такому пониманию, что все это хорошо спланированная афера Чистякова, жениться с целью получить гражданство иностранного государства, а потом при разводе завладеть моим имуществом, нажитым мною до брака с ним. Почему я пришла к такому выводу? Потому что, как только я отказалась предоставить ему возможность получить гражданство, я тут же стала замечать, что он продолжает интимную связь со своей бывшей женой Радиславой, которая для правдоподобности даже сменила свою фамилию после развода с ним на девичью Антипова.


Чистяков и Шаманов



Радислава, благородно оформленная бывшим нынешним мужем на работу к другу в ГосКазначейство на приличную должность, прикрывала свое истинное призвание: будучи сексологом по соцсетям, поощряла его порочные связи с многочисленными дамами не столь тяжелого поведения.

Вот тут у меня пазл сложился. И стало понятно, что он намеренно развелся со своей женой, чтобы в последствии жениться на мне и отобрать мое имущество, и как только злодеяние свершилось, он тут же снова женится на предыдущей жене.

Но в суде работают не настолько наивные люди, и даже тот факт что он подкупил моего бывшего представителя, юриста Костина Дениса, чтобы все мое имущество перешло в его собственность, не помешало суду установить что в притворном Мировом соглашении, подписанном риелтором-блогером Перескоковой Натальей без полномочий, явно был нарушен баланс интересов и интересы детей не учтены, которые по решению суда проживают с матерью. И кассационный суд отменил решение Замоскворецкого районного суда, направив на новое рассмотрение. Но и здесь Чистяков не теряет надежды и обращается с жалобой в Верховный суд на решение Кассационного суда. На что ВС дважды его отправляет с отказной. Крыть теперь нечем.

И кто бы тут предположил, что проснется совесть прокурорская и пенсионер вспомнит что вновь любит жену, теперь уже бывшую, Елену прекрасную, обращаясь с просьбой к общим знакомым о примирении и возвращении домой вместе с детьми. Как мило, если бы оказалось правдой, на что ему было предложено:

- вернуть все незаконно отобранное у бывшей жены и детей,

- выплатить наконец-то долг по алиментам в оговоренной сумме, а не как суд решил 1/3 часть от всех доходов, так как сведениями о суммах реальных доходов с откатов прокурорам, хоть и бывшим, мы не обладаем.

В ответ на разумные предложения, он предпочитает снова перенести заседание по рассмотрению дела о разделе имущества, подав ходатайство об исправлении описок в Определении Кассационного суда об отмене решения Замоскворецкого суда по которому он незаконно присвоил себе мое имущество. Хотя Данное Определение суда только что исправили в Кассационном суде от описок, по ходатайству моего нового представителя, выдающегося адвоката.

Но прокурорские связи крепки, и находят свои ниточки управления Замоскворецким районным судом, который всячески препятствует наложению ареста на спорное имущество, третий раз подряд откладывает заседание по разделу имущества, о повороте исполнения решения суда, тем самым незаконно удерживая мое имущество, приобретенное мною до брака с героем этой статьи, в его собственности.
