Сколько в итоге человек поехало из вашей колонии?

Из нашей колонии больше 300 человек отправились.

Каков контингент?

Да, дураков везде хватает. Кадры редкие, отчаянные, как мы, ну и большинство, которые даже не представляют ещё, куда попали. И больные, и хромые есть. Разношерстная, короче, публика.

По дороге, пока до сборки ехали, всю область перемешали?

Нет, режимы не смешивали. Особики (особый режим) отдельно поехали. А так, в Ростове на сборке все увиделись, конечно.

Как экипировали?

Оружие, не новое, но и не деревянное. Автоматы у всех.

Обучение?

Погоняли, рассказали всё. Стрельбище. Мы служили, нам проще всё вспомнить…

Всех в штурмовики записывают?

99%. То, что обещали, мол, смекалку проявите в учебке, в арту попадёте, в наш заезд не работало. Пару десятков ребят, которые служили артиллеристами, туда без разговоров отобрали и всё. Из нашей области люди, саратовских несколько человек ещё, знаю, туда попали.

Подальше от линии фронта, побольше шансов выжить?

Да, все так думали. Но сейчас вот с нашими артиллеристами, кто туда попал, пообщались, они эти надежды оставили.

Почему?

Так они же служили на самоходных машинах, крупнокалиберных установках. А здесь для них, во всяком случае для зеков, только Рапиры (советское буксируемое гладкоствольное противотанковое оружие с максимальной дальностью полёта снаряда 2,5 километра). Переучиваются с ними управляться. Короче, их позиции также близко к передку. А какая сейчас война идёт, тут ещё не понятно, где безопасный радиус начинается.

Прилетает?

Да, регулярно. И дроны эти, очень опасное оружие. Прилетает не только по линиям, но и по расположению.

Как санатории для актеров стали «инвестиционными проектами»



Не успел уважаемый наш Никита Сергеевич Михалков примкнуть в очередь за айтишниками, транспортниками, аграриями и фармацевтам за отсрочкой для кинематографистов, как стало известно, что власти Крыма расторгают договор с активом союза кинематографистов. А если точнее, то Совета министров республики Крым в арбитражном суде расторгает с Домом творчества «Санаторий Алуштинский» договор об условиях деятельности в свободной экономической зоне. Не искушенный читатель или кинематографист или не дай Бог член Союза Кинематографистов и не поймет, а причем тут Михалков, причём тут Союз и санаторий где –то там в Алуште ?

А ведь по правде, Михалков то и не причем.

Не причём, потому, что есть у Никиты Сергеевича в Союзе кинематографистов заместитель – Валерий Иванович Тонких. Ну и что, скажет неискушенный читатель. Есть же в Союзе кинематографистов ещё, и аж Первый заместитель Лариса Солоницына, дочка того самого, нами до сих пор любимого актера Анатолия Солоницына.

Почему Лариса Оттовна нигде не смогла «прижиться», куда её так неистово запихивал Никита Сергеевич: ни на госслужбе в Минкульте, ни в Госфильмофонде, ни в Фонде Кино, ни наконец в Музее кино, откуда её совсем недавно выперли перекрестившись. И как она собирается рулить и с кем рулить созданным недавно союзом кинематографистов Фондом поддержки регионального кино, пытливые читатели узнают в следующий раз.

А пока, как шепчутся в том самом творческом союзе, Валерий Иванович еще тот затейник, с закалкой бывшего партийно-комсомольского работника и хваткой акулы бизнеса из 90-х.

Все свои дела по распродаже имущества союза кинематографистов Валерий Иванович, без всякой помпезности и по природной скромности называет не иначе, как «Инвестиционные проекты».

Захотел, к примеру Валерий Иванович в конце декабря 2019 года, для очередного инвестиционного проекта снести построенное в 1934 году Дом Творчества Болшево, и снес по-тихому. Хоть до этого обещал, что сноса не будет.

Снёс для того, что бы на 6 гектарах подмосковной земли, в привлекательном районе построили коммерческое жильё.

Да, и это ещё не всё. Снести то снесли, но перед этим Валерий Иванович сделал капитальный ремонт всего здания. На ремонт, по всей видимости «списали» ну или потратили, кому как нравится, не один десяток миллионов общественных денег.

А уже буквально через месяц, в январе 2020 года на очередном Пленуме Валерий Иванович не дрогнув ни глазом ни мускулом на комсомольском лице сообщил кинематографистам, что «заинвестировал» эти союзные гектары аж за 300 миллионов рублей, и еще при этом члены союза смогут прикупить построенную элитную недвигу со скидкой. Вы зажмурились ? Со скидкой 5-10%.

И никто из присутствующих не задался вопросом: а нужна мне недвижимость в этом районе и с таким дисконтом ? а проданная за такие деньги общественная земля – это много или мало ? и на что пойдут эти деньги, когда дойдут до союза, потому что оплата частями, и вообще, дойдут ли они? И вообще, что это за «инвестиции» такие, при которых вместо дохода общественная собственность сносится и уничтожается, а земля продается. И обратно эту землю союз уже никогда не получит.

Но в этот день на этом же пленуме Никита Сергеевич восторженно сообщил кинематографистам: «Друзья дорогие, вы себе представить не можете, что это за занятие такое, какое количество звонков, походов, выбивания пыли из ковров по поводу Алушты и «Болшево». Это титаническая работа! ».

Титаническую работу в Болшево мы вкратце увидели, теперь про Алушту.

По слухам, всё из того же, на редкость живучего Союза кинематографистов этот санаторий в Алуште передан творческому союзу чуть ли не личным и секретным указом Президента России, после встречи в 2014 году Владимира Владимировича и Никиты Сергеевича.

Вы только вдумайтесь, дорогие читатели : Президент России! Передал творческому союзу! Бесплатно! Санаторий! В Крыму!

Вы что – ни будь слышали подобное в новейшей истории России, за последние 30 лет ?

Вот и в союзе кинематографистов подобное не слышали.

И видимо, что бы поберечь нервы членов творческого союза, Валерий Иванович и передал в 2015 году все эти президентские 10, а то и все 15 санаторных гектаров в центре Алушты и пляж до кучи не в Союз кинематографистов, а в специально созданную им ООО-шечку, и назвал её без всякого пафоса – «Дом творчества Санаторий Алуштинский».

А знает ли утомленный читатель, кто являлся единственным учредителем этой ООО-шечки, опять же без всякий там затей и пафоса – Академия «Золотой Орел». Ба-бам-с, тоже детище Никиты Сергеевича.

А раз это стало не общественной собственностью, а собственностью ООО-шечки, то и коммерческую прибыль от санаторно-лечебно-куротно-пляжной деятельности можно не отправлять в союз, а тихо делить меж собой, решил Валерий Иванович. Поэтому хозяйствовал и делил.

Зато с приезжающих в санаторий, в основном возрастных членов союза, желающих понежится под солнцем Алушты по так называемым «социальным путевкам» можно брать деньги и с родного союза и с самих приезжающих.

Как в таких, не по-рыночно тепличных условиях хозяйствовал Валерий Иванович известно только Господу Богу и Следственному Комитету.

Ну и это еще не все приключения с Президентского подарком Союзу кинематографистов, утомленный наш читатель.

Все на том же январском пленуме, Валерий Иванович, по-партийному бескомпромиссно, как на отчетно-перевыборной комсомольской конференции конца 80-х доложил присутствующим: «Были приняты следующие условия: у Союза остаётся 10% участия, а так же он получает 10 млн рублей и тысячу квадратных метров нового жилья (в денежном выражении около 90 млн рублей). На территории санатория будет строиться жилой комплекс. Квартиры будут либо продаваться на сторону, что бы выручить деньги, либо сдаваться в аренду, а может быть, члены Союза выразят желание их приобрести».

И опять «инвестиции», и опять «будет строится жилой комплекс» и опять «члены союза могут приобрети», знакомый лексикон. Такой же, как в Болшево, такой же как и в Доме творчество «Репино», кстати. В Доме ветеранов кино «Матвеевское» и помещений на улице Черняховского, такой же лексикон был, и все эти объекты «за инвестированы», причём навсегда.

И опять члены союза выстроились в очередь для приобретения квартир, но уже в Алуште.

Вот только Валерий Иванович не уточнил присутствующим на пленуме с кем именно достигнуты такие милые и коммерчески выгодные договоренности: продать, подарок Президента за 10 миллионов рублей. И не объяснил присутствующим, с какой такой коммерческой необходимости осталось у союза эти «10 % участия», видимо для того, что бы Владимир Владимирович ни о чем не догадался.

А договаривался Валерий Иванович, со слов местных жителей толи с беглым крымским чиновником-казнокрадом, то ли с крымским чиновником-взяточником находящимся уже пару лет под следствием, в общем с каким-то таким, колоритным персонажем он договорился.

Потому как по словам всё тех же очевидцев никакого строительства «тысячи квадратных метров нового жилья» и не начиналось. И до сих пор не начато. И видимо уже не начнётся. А нужны были эти гектары, опять же со слов местных жителей, для каких –то мутных схем с коммерческим интересом этого колоритного персонажа, который и выйдет – то уже не скоро.

А уж сколько стоил в реальности такой коммерческий «подарок» и сколько откатилось Валерию Ивановичу, уж пусть другой Иванович под лупой рассматривает.

А совсем недавно, стало известно, что Валерий Иванович вышел на свой «дембельский аккорд» - это реконструкция московского Дома Кино.

На этом, «инвестиционном проекте» тоже можно хорошо развернуться и поработать, и так же успешно как на всех предыдущих, поработал Валерий Иванович.

Но к сожалению, этот «инвестиционный проект» будет последним, что осталось у всё еще живого Союза кинематографистов России.

So, I am sitting in the same cell with Komrad. He does not admit guilt at all. He is accused of robbery committed on the 18th of a certain month. But the thing is that on the 17th of the same month and even of the same year he broke his leg and was lying at home, so he simply could not commit robbery. And there is even objective evidence of this - medical documents that are in the hospital where he went. But he cannot bring them to court, because. sits in jail. And the investigation and the court stupidly refuse to send him a request to the hospital, citing the fact that "the state of his health is not related to the criminal case" #rukalitso

And what do you think, who is this "smart" considering this case? Who, with such a "brilliant" wording, refuses to demand evidence of Komrad's simply ironclad alibi? Although, why be surprised: the criminals put absolutely law-abiding people who are not indifferent to someone else's misfortune in prison, and the prosecutor's office and the court still help these criminals with all their might! Как стало известно телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ, ГСУ ГУ МВД по Москве закончило расследование дела в отношении трех участников команды Омбудсмена полиции Владимира Воронцова - Ирины Андиной, Евгения Моисеева и Федорова Василия. В ближайшее время тм будут предъявлены обвинения в окончательной редакции.

В отношении соратников Воронцова состряпали дело по статье 306 УК РФ (ложный донос).

Ранее они создали фильм "Спасти Омбудсмена полиции", о том, как было сфабриковано дело в отношении Владимира Воронцова. В частности, потерепевшей согласилась стать, засланная друзьями Воронцова, Светлана (настоящее имя Ирина Андина). Она сделала вид, что готова сотрудничать с УСБ МВД РФ. Ей в обмен на восстановление на работе в полиции предложили дать ложные показания, что Воронцова, будто он вымогал у нее деньги.

В суде над Воронцовым этот эпизод, как и множество других, развалились.

Заканчивался второй месяц моего содержания в СИЗО-4 «Медведь». Следопуты из ГСУ г. Москвы посчитали, что срок моего ареста нужно продлить еще на два месяца. А для этого ведь нужны какие-то основания. Причем основания это должны быть веские, существенные.

21 сентября 2022 года конвой повез меня в Тверской суд г. Москвы.

Привезли меня, значит, в этот суд и поместили в камеру №152 с парнем по имени Комрад. Сам он – «второход», то есть уже ранее отбывал наказание за разбой. «Заехал» за разбой уже второй раз. А это значит, что МВД России теперь мне заплатит компенсацию, потому что совместное содержание «первоходов» и «второходов» запрещено Законом о содержании под стражей. Само собой, эту компенсацию я направлю на благотворительность, но сейчас вернемся в Тверской суд.

Итак, я сижу в одной камере с Комрадом. Вину он не признает вообще никак. Его обвиняют в разбое, совершенном 18 числа какого-то месяца. Но дело всё в том, что 17 числа того же месяца и даже того же года он сломал ногу и лежал дома, поэтому совершать разбой просто не мог. И этому есть даже объективные доказательства – медицинские документы, находящиеся в больнице, куда он обращался. Но принести в суд он их не может, т.к. сидит в СИЗО. А следствие и суд тупо отказывают ему в направлении запроса в больницу, мотивируя это тем, что «состояние его здоровья не имеет отношения к уголовному делу» #рукалицо

И как вы думаете, кто же это такой «умный» рассматривает это дело? Кто же с такой «гениальной» формулировкой отказывает в истребовании доказательств просто железнейшего алиби Комрада? Конечно же, судья Затомская, та самая, которая 30 июля 2022 года отправила меня под стражу, мотивируя это тем, что я якобы испугался уголовного наказания. Как будто оно мне уже назначено. Это всё, что нужно знать о московском правосудии. А ведь кто-то называет судью Затомскую «ваша честь». Какая к черту честь? Ни чести, ни достоинства, ни совести, ни ума, ни фантазии!

Нет, чисто теоретически Комрад, конечно, может пригласить в СИЗО нотариуса, оформить доверенность на своего представителя с полномочиями на получение документов, составляющих медицинскую тайну, этот представитель направит запрос, на который больница будет отвечать до морковкиного заговенья, получит документы и через адвоката представит в суд. Но то же самое можно сделать с помощью одного судейского запроса и решить этот простой вопрос за считанные дни. К тому же, обязанность проверять алиби обвиняемого по закону лежит не на нём. По-моему, тут нечего больше обсуждать.

Тут пришло моё время предстать перед московским правосудием по вопросу моего дальнейшего содержания под стражей.

Меня сразу же заковали в наручники, застегнув ими мои руки почему-то за спиной. (Поговаривают, что руки застёгивают в наручники за спиной только порядочным арестантам). На мои возмущения вышел начальник конвоя и объяснил мне, что у него по мне есть какое-то особое распоряжение, что меня надо заковывать именно так – руки за спиной. Какая честь! Ну, да ладно, разберемся с МВД в другом суде и по этому вопросу. Доп. компенсация мне не помешает. Вернее, не мне, а тем, кому я ее потом направлю в рамках благотворительности.

Завели меня, значит, в зал. Все сидят. Я стою, всем показываю свою новую майку с изображением Фемиды, которую канатами стаскивают с пьедестала. По-моему, очень символично. Как только в зал входит судья – все встают, я сажусь. Судья Панова К.К. в недоумении, прокурорша округляет глаза, следопут нервно смотрит в бумаги, типа он внимательно читает.

Панова велит мне встать, объясняет, что я должен уважительно относиться к суду.

Я, в свою очередь, спокойным тоном объясняю, что вся эта пародия на правосудие не имеет никакого отношения ни к суду, ни к закону. Рассказываю судье Пановой, что… решение о моем содержании под стражей уже давно принято за неё, а её отведена лишь позорная роль лишь озвучить этот решение и положить его на бумагу. Говорю, что ….прокурорше и следопуту …отведена не менее позорная роль –…кивать. Прям так и говорю, прям такими словами. Видели бы вы их глаза, когда я всё это произнёс. Это стоит дорогого. Хотя я-то сказал абсолютную правду. Не понимаю, почему они так удивились правде. Почему они её боятся?

Судья Панова в недоумении пытается продолжить процесс, пытается установить мою личность, просит меня назвать ФИО, дату и место рождения, место жительства, работы.

Объясняю ей, что навряд ли конвой привёл в зал судебного заседания не того Моисеева Евгения Викторовича и что очень ….(странно-Ред) с её стороны выглядит эта затея с установлением личности. Да, регламент есть регламент, но мне плевать, потому что никакого отношения весь этот цирк к регламенту не имеет.

Как правильно поступить, Панова, конечно же, не знает, поэтому передает слово следопуту …, чтобы тот что-то сказал по поводу начавшегося мероприятия.

Следопут в смятении встает и начинает читать заранее подготовленный текст.

И тут начинают всплывать новые обстоятельства из моей биографии, о которых я даже не подозревал.

Как следует из представленных руководством УСБ рапортов, оказывается, я под благовидным оказанием юридических услуг веду подрывную оппозиционную деятельность, направленную против действующей в РФ власти и, по сути, являюсь новым лидером оппозиции #рукалицо

Конечно же, эти рапорты абсолютно ничем не подкреплены, написаны вразрез с Закона «Об ОРД» и ст.89 УПК РФ, и ничего общего с действительностью содержащиеся в них сведения не имеют, но, видимо, с доказухой у них настолько всё плохо, что ничего другого они не смогли придумать. Не то, чтобы они не могут найти доказательства. Их они, наверное, уже нашли, вот только эти доказательства указывают прямо на то, что в СИЗО надо помещать как раз их самих, а нас –выпускать и выплачивать все положенные компенсации.

Мне почему-то вспомнился вдруг бывший зам.генерала УВД Пензенской области Закижан Каюмович Куряев. Он, когда на планёрках разбирал очередной «залёт» подчиненных, всегда орал на них, используя коронную фразу: «Дебилы, б...ть»!

И вот эта самая фраза мне вспомнилась, как только следопут зачитал рапорт начальника УСБ о том, что я являюсь новым лидером оппозиции в стране. И вспомнил я эту фразу почему-то вслух, за что получил от судьи Пановой очередное замечание….

То есть я бОльшую часть сознательной жизни служил этому государству, все мои близкие родственники служили, после того, как я уволился «на гражданку», всё равно продолжаю деятельность в интересах Российской Федерации, представляя её в том числе и в Верховном Суде на основании госконтракта, и тут – на тебе- оппозиционер! Мда уж…Зря, походу, я строго-настрого запрещал Васе Фёдорову и Ирине Андиной даже и думать о политике, обо всём, что с ней связано. Зря я в своё время отказался от депутатского мандата. Сейчас бы не было обидно. Хотя, чему тут удивляться: преступники поместили абсолютно законопослушных и неравнодушных к чужой беде людей в тюрьму, а прокуратура и суд этим преступникам ещё помогают изо всех сил! В общем, «лисички взяли спички, к морю синему пошли, море синее зажгли» …

Короче остаётся мне теперь только обратиться к одному известному в России человеку, чью фамилию опасно произносит вслух:

-Алексей Анатольевич, если ты читаешь этот, то знай – теперь я новый лидер оппозиции в этой стране! А ты – мотай свою «пятнашку» дальше, понел штоль?

It is also interesting that literally two weeks ago, Brantov, who has not officially worked anywhere until now after his dismissal from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, married his beloved son in the style of the golden Kuban judge Khakhaleva, spending a million dollars on the celebration. The amount of funds spent on the three-day festivities, without hiding, is called by Brantov himself, and everyone in his close circle. The folk rumor in Adygea, which has not seen such celebrations for a long time, does not subside. Where the security official has such free money is not specified.

A few years ago, the son of Muradin Brantov became widely known to the media when, as a student at a Moscow university, he got into a serious accident in the capital of the country in a brand new Bentley car, “honestly bought” by his beloved dad on the salary of an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. But even then, the father managed to solve everything without consequences.

It is noteworthy that the wedding was personally attended by the dearest guest and part-time Brantov's best friend since childhood - the head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov, recently re-elected by parliament for a second term. The closest friendship and cooperation arose from student times - studying at the Rostov Institute of National Economy and living in the same student room. As they say, with such friends everything is on the shoulder, and Gusaruk should also be fine.

Earlier, the Cheka-OGPU said that in January of this year, the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Adygea investigated a criminal case against the deputy head of the UGIBDD of the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs Ramzin Gusaruk, who, while supervising the territorial departments of the MREO STSI of the republic, actually "imposed tribute" on on a monthly basis 18 employees of these divisions. Under the threat of this manager actually creating problems in the service, every month from 2018 to 2021, employees transferred Gusaruk various amounts of money from personal salary funds to bank cards of third parties that were directly used by Gusaruk. In total, during the specified period, Gusaruk illegally enriched himself by almost 3 million rubles.

The criminal case, initiated on the basis of the painstaking operational-search work of the FSB of Russia in the Republic of Adygea, was sent by the republican prosecutor's office after approval to the Maykop city court for consideration.

However, miracles began to happen in court. Gusaruk, using his corrupt connections in the police and the judiciary, through "respectable" relatives, takes all measures to avoid criminal liability. According to our information, in court a number of witnesses - traffic police officers begin to change their testimony in favor of a former high-ranking policeman, which the court takes at face value.

Moreover, with the help of his accomplices, including police officers, Gusaruk actually attacks all law enforcement agencies with anonymous messages containing slanderous information about prosecutors and the FSB in order to “whitewash” his image and create prerequisites for avoiding strict criminal liability, the maximum which in aggregate can amount to 18 years in prison.
