On October 20, 2021, we dealt a crushing blow to the Chief of the Metropolitan Police, in fact, exposing a whole gang of criminals in general and colonel uniforms. Naturally, no one was going to forgive us such a blow to the reputation of both the Moscow police and its individual ranks.

For 9 months they puzzled over what to do with us and how. And they did not come up with anything better than to accuse us of the fact that it was like we ourselves falsified the evidence in the criminal case against Vorontsov, and not they themselves. Mdaaa ... Megaminds!

But some of them, from their gang, apparently, someone from the GSU, understood that not a single court would arrest us for such nonsense, not a single prosecutor's office would coordinate the initiation of a criminal case. And then these fools came up with something.

They thought of declaring the three of us a "new opposition", which is raising the radical masses against the current authorities in the Russian Federation. And I'm not joking now, it is precisely such wordings that are indicated in the reports of entire colonels of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Exactly the same words, only with a bunch of spelling errors.

And since the investigation (reprisal against us) was planned to be entrusted to the Main Investigative Directorate, all sanctions, including our detention, had to be done through the Tverskoy District Court. This is a court that serves the very center of Moscow with all state institutions. Naturally, this court is not under the control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, another federal service rules there (we will not say it out loud). And the generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to "bow" to this very service, they say, we have terrible oppositionists here, they should be thrown into a pre-trial detention center.



What to do here? Not boys from the street came, but whole generals from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Of course, they agreed on everything, but under guarantees to provide evidence of opposition activity. Weeks, months passed, but no such evidence was found. Yes, because they don't exist! We are not opposition! We have always been on guard of state interests. We even told the court everything at first, and only then made the film public. September, October, November - we have no evidence. None at all: neither in opposition, nor in a criminal case. Well, here the guys from the federal service shrugged their shoulders, they say, the guys from the Ministry of Internal Affairs deceived us, what kind of support is now? And at the very beginning of December, the court even began to consider my complaints, which it did not do for 4 months. Everything, the turning point has come in our favor. But this simply cannot be allowed - this is the second terrible blow to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Well, here the head of the Glavka Baranov himself personally went to the "bow" to the prosecutor's office and the Moscow City Court. Как глава ГУ МВД Москвы Баранов сажал команду «Омбудсмена полиции»



Накануне новогодних праздников Тверской суд Москвы ограничил срок ознакомления Евгения Моисеева (защитник Омбудсмена полиции) с материалами уголовного дела. Причиной стало затягивание процесса ознакомления. Примечательно, что сам следователь был у Моисеева в СИЗО всего 2 рабочих дня (по 8 часов) за 1,5 месяца, но суд посчитал, что это обвиняемый затягивает процесс. Ходатайства Моисеева о предоставлении ему времени на подготовку своей позиции и о предоставлении адвоката были отклонены судом без объяснения причин. Сам Евгений Моисеев так прокомментировал этот процесс: "Сейчас вы наблюдаете торжество беззакония и несправедливости над заведомо невиновными людьми. Запаситесь поп-корном, это будет увлекательная публичная расправа, и никто ничего не сможет изменить. Так что, просто откиньтесь в кресле и наслаждайтесь зрелищем".

«Здравствуйте, товарищи! Сегодня 29 декабря 2022 года. Три дня назад я узнал, что нам всем уже вынесли приговор. Да-да, он уже есть. Вердикт такой: признать виновными в заведомо ложном доносе на Воронцова и в фальсификации доказательств по его делу. Даже срок наказания назначили: фактически отсиженное в СИЗО на момент приговора + 1 год «сверху». Учитывая, что приговор будет ближе к весне 2023 года, а срок у нас идет 1 год за 1,5 года, то нам всем троим назначат срок в коридоре 2-3 года лишения свободы в колонии общего режима. Срок будет реальным. То есть еще не направлено дело в суд и нам еще не вручили обвинительное заключение, а приговор уже вынесен. Осталось дело за малым – провести показательный суд, напечатать этот самый приговор на бумажке и официально его огласить. Вот какие у нас теперь «закон и порядок». Точнее сказать – беззаконие и беспорядок. Как такое возможно? Сейчас расскажу.

20 октября 2021 года мы нанесли сокрушительный удар по Главку столичной полиции, фактически разоблачив целую банду преступников в генеральских и полковничьих погонах. Такого удара по репутации как московской полиции, так и отдельных ее чинов нам, естественно, никто прощать не собирался.

9 месяцев они ломали голову, что и как с нами сделать. И они не придумали ничего лучше, как обвинить нас в том, что это типа мы сами сфальсифицировали доказательства по уголовному делу против Воронцова, а не они сами. Мдааа… Мегамозги!

Но некоторые из них, из их шайки, по-видимому, кто-то из ГСУ, понимали, что ни один суд нас не арестует, за такой бред, ни одна прокуратура не согласует возбуждение уголовного дела. И тут эти олухи кое-что придумали.

Они додумались объявить нас троих «новой оппозицией», которая поднимает радикальные массы против действующей в РФ власти. И я сейчас не шучу, именно такие формулировки указаны в рапортах целых полковников МВД. Ровно этими же словами, только с кучей орфографических ошибок.

А так как расследование (расправу над нами) планировалось поручить ГСУ, то все санкции, в том числе, и заключение нас под стражу, надо было делать через Тверской районный суд. Это суд, который обслуживает, самый центр Москвы со всеми госучреждениями. Естественно, МВД этот суд не подконтролен, там рулит другая федеральная служба (не будем говорить вслух). И генералы МВД пошли на «поклон» в эту самую службу, мол, у нас тут жуткие оппозиционеры, их надо кинуть в СИЗО.



Что тут делать? Не мальчики с улицы пришли, а целые генералы от МВД. Само-собой им всё согласовали, но под гарантии представить доказательства оппозиционной деятельности. Шли недели, месяцы, но таких доказательств не обнаруживалось. Да потому что их нет! Никакие мы не оппозиционеры! Мы всегда были на страже государственных интересов. Мы даже всё сначала сообщили суду, а только потом обнародовали фильм. Сентябрь, октябрь, ноябрь – доказательств по нам нет. Вообще никаких: ни по оппозиции, ни по уголовному делу. Ну тут ребята из федеральной службы развели руками, мол, обманули нас ребята из МВД, какая теперь поддержка? И в самом начале декабря суд даже начал рассматривать мои жалобы, чего он не делал аж 4 месяца. Всё, наступил переломный момент в нашу пользу. Но такое допустить просто нельзя – это второй страшный удар по МВД. Ну и тут сам лично начальник Главка Баранов пошел на «поклон» в прокуратуру и Мосгорсуд. И вот так через унижение он смог «продавить», чтобы нам вынесли обвинительный приговор. Так что смотрите и наслаждайтесь расправой...»

In February 2021, a meeting was held at Surkov’s house, which in the future will become a landmark in the war of security forces not only in the Samara region, but also at the federal level. The meeting was attended by Ivan Voronichev, Sergei Sergeevich Surkov and a FSB officer. At this meeting, all three actively discussed illegal oil taps in the Bogatovsky field and all the people involved, namely Ermakov Vasily, Karpov Igor and Zubov Denis (the son of Deputy Interior Minister Igor Zubov), who was in partnership and friendly relations with Karpov and Ermakov. The unfortunate conquerors discussed a method that could provoke V. Ermakov and I. Karpov to a bribe, and, on occasion, Denis Zubov himself. It was decided that all three would be carefully courted by FSB officers in order to win over. Development began immediately.

Months passed, all contacts transmitted by Voronichev I. were carefully tapped and studied. Development was in full swing. The provocation of a bribe was prepared in several stages. The employee himself several times, at the opportunity, showed attention to Karpov (given pens, notebooks and other things with the symbols of the FSB), and soon Karpov introduced the Chekist to his friend Denis Zubov.

The security officers already clearly understood that without the arrest of the minister's son, the whole scheme does not matter, because only after the arrest of Zubov Jr., the entire region can be taken under control, and money from illegal oil production will flow like a river.



Everything seemed to be going according to plan. And in February 2022, the security officers carry out their provocation to give a bribe, and detain all three (Ermakov, Karpov, Zubov), red-handed.

The whole trinity is arrested by a court order and placed in a pre-trial detention center. But something went wrong... All three go into denial and plead not guilty. They insist that a provocation was carried out, and thereby frustrate the plans of the Chekists.

No more than a month passes, as Igor Zubov intervenes in the current situation (unofficially, of course), and demands an honest trial in the case of his son and his friends.

And so it happens - the case is taken by the CA of the RF IC, and all three are transported to Moscow for further investigation, and here the most interesting begins. As Rucriminal.info found out, shadowing begins for the UFSB employees themselves. Surkov is being monitored for illegal banking activities. Soon, one by one, the FSB officers begin to fall for the crimes of bygone years. Four out of six Chekists are detained for various reasons. Two security officers manage to escape from the country, and the main villain (Surkov S.S.) also flees from the country to the UAE.

Absolutely every FSB officer who came across gave out some episode of the crime. At the moment, the federal security forces are increasingly interested in two individuals from this community - these are Mikhail Fomin and Sergey Surkov. It is these two who must put together the final puzzle in the case of a planned provocation against Denis Zubov. According to reports, Surkov will be charged along the way with 18 episodes of cashing out money.

Телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info стали известны новые обстоятельства, при которых в разработку Самарского УФСБ попал Денис Зубов- сын заместителя министра внутренних дел РФ Игоря Зубова.

В начале 2021 года группа поверивших в себя сотрудников УФСБ по Самарской области ( ныне уже арестованных ) и “ обнальщик” со стажем, а в прошлом профессиональный борец - Сурков Сергей, решили взять под контроль весь незаконный нефтяной бизнес в регионе. Такая идея их посетила после визита к ним в гости Вороничева Ивана- бывшего водителя президента мини-футбольного клуба Динамо-Самара Игоря Карпова, который , будучи обиженным на своего работодателя, решил «излить душу» заклятому врагу Карпова- Суркову.

В феврале 2021 года в доме Суркова прошла встреча, которая в будущем, станет знаковой в войне силовиков не только Самарской области, но и на федеральном уровне. На встрече присутствовал Вороничев Иван, Сурков Сергей Сергеевич и сотрудник УФСБ. На этой встрече все трое активно обсуждали незаконные нефтеврезки в богатовском месторождении и всех причастных людей, а именно Ермакова Василия, Карпова Игоря и Зубова Дениса ( сына замминистра МВД Игоря Зубова), который находился в партнерских и дружеских отношениях с Карповым и Ермаковым. Горе-завоеватели обсуждали способ, который может спровоцировать на взятку Ермакова В. и Карпова И., а при случае, самого Зубова Дениса. Было принято решение, что всех троих будут аккуратно обхаживать сотрудники УФСБ, чтобы расположить к себе. Разработка началась незамедлительно.

Шли месяцы, все переданные Вороничевым И. контакты тщательно прослушивались и изучались. Разработка шла полным ходом. Провокация взятки подготавливалась в несколько этапов. Сам сотрудник несколько раз при удобном случае оказывал знаки внимания Карпову ( дарил ручки, блокноты и прочие вещи с символикой ФСБ), и вскоре Карпов познакомил чекиста со своим другом- Денисом Зубовым.

Чекисты уже отчётливо понимали, что без ареста министерского сына, вся схема не имеет значения, поскольку только после задержания Зубова-младшего, всю область удастся взять под контроль, и деньги от незаконной добычи нефти потекут рекой.



Казалось бы всё шло по плану. И вот в феврале 2022 года, чекисты осуществляют свою провокацию на дачу взятки, и задерживают всех троих ( Ермакова, Карпова, Зубова), с поличным.

Всю троицу арестовывают по решению суда и помещают в СИЗО. Но что-то пошло не так…. Все трое идут в отказ и не признают вины. Настаивают на том, что была осуществлена провокация, и тем самым срывают планы чекистов.

Проходит не более месяца, как в сложившуюся ситуацию вмешивается Игорь Зубов ( конечно же неофициально), и требует честного разбирательства в деле сына и его друзей.

Так и происходит- дело забирает ЦА СК РФ, и всех троих перевозят в Москву для дальнейшего расследования, и тут начинается самое интересное. Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, за самими сотрудниками УФСБ начинается слежка. За Сурковым устанавливается наблюдение на предмет незаконной банковской деятельности. Вскоре один за одним, фсбэшники начинают попадаться на преступлениях давно ушедших лет. Четверых из шести чекистов задерживают по разным основаниям. Двоим чекистам удаётся бежать из страны, и самый главный злодей ( Сурков С.С.), так же бежит из страны в ОАЭ.

Абсолютно каждый из попавшихся сотрудников УФСБ, выдал какой-либо эпизод совершения преступления. В настоящий момент федеральных силовиков все больше интересуют две личности из этого сообщества - это Михаил Фомин и Сурков Сергей. Именно эти двое должны сложить окончательный пазл в деле по спланированной провокации на Дениса Зубова. По имеющимся данным, Суркову попутно будет предъявлено обвинение по 18-ти эпизодам обналичивания денежных средств.

The third appeal of Smirnov M.Yu., which should have been considered by the department for working with appeals, was not worked out as such, was transferred directly to the administrative board, an answer was given, which was reduced to listing the chronological sequence of the movement of the procedural document.

After analyzing the documents officially posted on the website of the Moscow City Court, it becomes clear that the Department for Work with Appeals in the Moscow City Court, under the leadership of L.Yu. Head of the Department Rassalova V.Yu. turned into a fictitious subdivision: Rassalova holds the position of the head of the Department, receiving a monthly allowance for the corresponding position, answers to appeals, even if they are prepared, are within the timeframe far from those established by law, not always on the merits of the appeals, and in no way by the employees of the Department.

But if everything is clear with the motives of the deputy chairman of the court for the purposeful creation of such a system for working with appeals to the IGU, then where is the chairman of the court looking, on whose initiative this Department was created? Unclear...

Recall that at present, former employees of this particular Department are trying in court to restore their rights and good name, which, as follows from the published text of the decision of the Ryazan District Court of the Ryazan Region, were brought to disciplinary responsibility for violations similar to which current employees continue to commit. , as evidenced by publicly available information posted on the official website of the court.

В прошлом году телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ рассказал о свадьбе сына заместителя председателя Мосгорсуда по уголовным делам – Ишмуратовой Л.Ю., ее невестке, ее друзьях-уголовниках, но это все цветочки, по сравнению, с тщательно скрываемой информацией о ее близком друге. История достойная оскаровского фильма! Итак, знакомьтесь – Сорокин Игорь Анатольевич. В 1994 году Басманным судом приговорен к 2 годам лишения свободы за грабеж. В 1995 году Тверским судом осужден на 1 год за кражу. В 2007 году осужден Бутырским судом за грабеж, получил 4 года лишения свободы. Отсидел по всей вероятности год, потому что сначала скрывался, а потом вольготно проводил время в СИЗО. Многократно задерживался за хулиганство, вождение в нетрезвом состоянии. В базах правоохранительных органов значится как криминальный авторитет «Борода». А почему в Бутырском суде грабитель-рецидивист получается всего 4 года? А потому, что приговор Бутырском суде был вынесен лично ее честью Ишмуратовой. Именно в судебном зале вспыхнула искра любви между судьей Ишмуратовой и авторитетом Сорокиным, которая привела к многолетним тесным личным и деловым отношениям пары. Фактически Сорокин стал и остается посредником между преступным миром и уголовной юстицией Москвы. По многим делам приговоры постановлялись в «Матросской тишине», а не в судах. У Ишмуратовой с Сорокиным были многочисленные поездки зарубеж, в том числе и в Испанию, Украину, на шикарную виллу, информацию о которой Любовь Юрьевна успешно скрывала от ВККС при назначении, но не от общественности. Но у нас есть вся необходимая информация. В Испании же и открывались счета для хранения заработанных парой денег. Испания была выбрана не случайно, общеизвестно, что именно там жила до последнего времени криминальная верхушка России, чьим представителем и являлся Сорокин. Кроме того, Сорокин пользовался и а/м, принадлежащей Ишмуратовой - Шевроле Каптива, 2008 г/в, ГРЗ м015оо199. Так, в июле-августе 2011 года Сорокин пересекал на этой машине российско-украинскую границу в пункте пропуска «Шебекино». Учитывая карьерный рост Ишмуратовой отношения пары стали крайне конфиденциальными.



В новом материале Rucriminal.info речь пойдет о многострадальном Отделе по работе с обращениями граждан и организаций Московского городского суда и о том, как Отдел функционирует после «зачистки» от неугодных сотрудников под руководством зампреда суда Ишмуратовой Л.Ю.

Сайт Московского городского суда представляет небольшое, но интересное поле для исследования работы данного Отдела, начальником которого является ставленник зампреда суда - Рассалова В.Ю. На момент 2019-2020 гг. для Рассаловой работа в московской квалифколлегии с обращениями не удалась, ей пришлось уволиться. Однако, спустя совсем немного времени, после смены руководства городского суда, когда не каждый сможет припомнить былое, Ишмуратова Л.Ю. возвращает Рассалову В.Ю. к работе с обращениями, но уже в качестве руководителя ключевого Отдела.



Итак, в вертикальной вкладке «Электронная приемная» - «Внепроцессуальные обращения граждан» можно увидеть, что за период работы Отдела под руководством Рассаловой размещено 5 ссылок на обращения.

Одно обращение Маматюк А.А., поступившее 3 июня 2022 года в электронном виде, было распределено на ответственное лицо Рассалову В.Ю. только 9 июня 2022 года, то есть по истечении недели после его поступления и регистрации, в то время как Инструкция по судебному делопроизводству, которой должны руководствоваться сотрудники Мосгорсуда, предписывает зарегистрированные обращения не позднее следующего рабочего дня передать на рассмотрение, определить исполнителя и срок исполнения. Попросту говоря, целую неделю электронное обращение провисело в программе без какой-либо реакции со стороны суда. Отметка об исполнителе в обращении и вовсе отсутствует. Размещенный ответ заявителю, подписанный председателем судебной коллегии по административным делам Шаповаловым Д.В., на первой странице ответа в качестве исполнителя называет Миронову Ю.К. - помощника коллегии по административным делам, а на третьей странице ответа - Рудометкину А.В. Хорошо, что на второй странице ответа нет третьего исполнителя. Сам ответ датирован 8 августа 2022 года, то есть дан более чем через 2 месяца после того, как было направлено обращение, в то время как срок рассмотрения обращения составляет 30 дней.



В целом похожая ситуация наблюдается и со вторым обращением Маматюк А.А.: поступило 8 июня 2022 года, чуть быстрее, однако все же несвоевременно, передано ответственной Рассаловой, как таковой исполнитель не определен. Исполнителем в затянувшемся ответе от 8 августа 2022 года, подписанном Шаповаловым Д.В., значится все та же Миронова, в документах также мелькает фамилия судьи МГС Гордеевой. К обращению дополнительно прикреплена справка по жалобе Маматюка А.А. из Измайловского р/суда, датированная 16 июня 2022 года. Таким образом, при наличии всех необходимых сведений, обращение пролежало без ответа в Мосгорсуде больше полутора месяцев, по истечении которых все-таки решили дать короткий шаблонный ответ.

Третье обращение Смирнова М.Ю., которое должно было бы быть рассмотрено отделом по работе с обращениями, таковым не отрабатывалось, передалось напрямую в административную коллегию, дан ответ, который сведен к перечислению хронологической последовательности движения процессуального документа.

Еще 2 обращения МОО «Гражданский Комитет Содействия» (Николаева Н.А.) от 9 октября 2022 года и Фатьяновой И.Е. от 8 декабря 2022 года и вовсе не опубликованы.

Проанализировав официально размещенные на сайте Мосгорсуда документы, становится понятно, что Отдел по работе с обращениями в Мосгорсуде под руководством лояльного к режиму Ишмуратовой Л.Ю. начальника Отдела Рассаловой В.Ю. превратился в фиктивно существующее подразделение: Рассалова занимает должность начальника Отдела, получая ежемесячное содержание по соответствующей должности, ответы на обращения даже если и подготавливаются, то в сроки, далекие от установленных законом, не всегда по существу обращений, и никак не сотрудниками Отдела.

Но если с мотивами зампреда суда целенаправленного создания такой системы работы с обращениями в МГС все понятно, то куда же смотрит председатель суда, по чьей инициативе и был создан данный Отдел? Непонятно...



Напомним, что в настоящее время бывшие сотрудники именно данного Отдела пытаются в судебном порядке восстановить свои права и честное имя, которых, как следует из опубликованного текста решения Рязанского районного суда Рязанской области, привлекли к дисциплинарной ответственности за нарушения, аналогичные которым продолжают допускать ныне действующие работники, о чем свидетельствует общедоступная информация, размещенная на официальном сайте суда.

On January 10, 2023, Khakhalin Mikhail Vladimirovich, assistant to the Nikulinsky interdistrict prosecutor of the city of Moscow, celebrates his 30th anniversary, who only recently celebrated the pre-holiday month. According to the Cheka-OGPU, on the night of December 17-18, 2022, Khakhalin Mikhail Vladimirovich, while with his friends in the Nebo cafe, located in the city of Korolev, Moscow Region (Lenin St., 25), went over with alcohol and began to shout in the presence of other guests that he was a “prosecutor from Moscow” and, on this basis, demand that women (some of whom rested with their men) dance with him. Many laughed, but Khakhalin M.V. was set up decisively and began to demonstrate his service certificate to those around him. Without responding to the comments of others, Mr. Khakhalin M.V. believing that the blue uniform allows everything (erroneously), he began to openly open his hands to the fair sex, he did not react to the comments and warnings from the men of these ladies, for which, according to the pattern, he received blows to the face.



According to Rucriminal.info sources, the rowdy prosecutor Khakhalin, back in his tenure as an investigator for especially important cases of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Moscow Region, was investigating the criminal case of the so-called "Pushkin organized criminal group" ("dear Karenchik" Sevikyan), with great interest in the outcome of which is not so the “authoritative” federal judge Khlopushina Natalia Petrovna from the leadership of the Moscow Regional Court and from the close circle of Sergei “Luchka” Lalakin, an honorary citizen of the city of Podolsk, began to openly show it a long time ago.

In particular, in the last days of March 2020, certain citizens Yevgeny Sergeevich Rarov and Sergey Vladimirovich Kinzhalov, who work at the Mytishchinskoye Medical Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, turned themselves in to the investigative department for the city of Mytishchi of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region. According to their testimony, obtained by investigator Khakhalin, realizing the criminal plan of “dear Karenchik” Sevikyan, their boss, Aleksey Sergeevi Kudashkin, previously dismissed from the police department for the Biryulyovo Vostochnoe Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow and “surfaced” in Mytishchi, attracted them to commit an illegal actions.



According to a simple plan, Rarov and Kinzhalov were supposed to kidnap and hold hostage the director of one of the largest Russian holdings from the Samara region, who lives in a cottage in the city of Mytishchi, until he shares his share in the multi-billion dollar international business with the Pushkin OPG. The members of the gang were supposed to be helped by the coronavirus remote work: the kidnapped hostage would not immediately be missed in his office.

Earlier, according to the same scenario, “dear Karenchik” Sevikyan (together with accomplices from among his subordinates), closely associated with international crime and detained in Russia at the request of the US FBI, also held another businessman from Mytishchi hostage for several days, seeking a ransom from him in 7 (seven) million rubles. Subsequently, this businessman was killed.

In general, Pushkino and Mytishchi near Moscow are no strangers to crime “in uniform”. For example, the deputy head of police department No. 1 of the MIA of Russia “Mytishchinskoye” was caught “covering” prostitutes on the Yaroslavl highway, and when receiving a bribe of 9 (nine) million rubles, an “anti-corruption official” and police lieutenant colonel Sergey Sysoev, head of the OEBiPK of the MIA of Russia, was caught "Mytishchi".

The deputy head of the department for drug control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Mytishchinskoye" was caught red-handed and subsequently convicted of fraud. At the same time, Roman Nikityuk, head of police department No. 2, Aleksey Tishkin, deputy head of police department No. 2, and Ivan Kontorin, winner of the 2014 People's District Police Contest, were convicted of protecting an underground police casino. Shamil Khalilov, deputy head of the migration department of the city of Pushkino and nephew of the head of the Mytishchinskoye Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, also went to the pre-trial detention center.



It seems that Rarov and Kinzhalov did not seem too encouraging about the prospect of potentially spending up to twenty years behind bars, so they decided to make a sincere confession and hand over Sevikyan, Kudashkin and other leaders and members of their international gang, as Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Organization of a criminal community (criminal organization) or participation in it (her).

At the same time, the criminal investigation in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Moscow Region is moving very slowly. It is quite possible that this is due to the fact that Evgeny Mikhailovich Ivashkin, the former acting. the head of the investigative department for the city of Mytishchi turned out to be a native of Mordovia - that is, a fellow countryman of both Kudashkin and Khalilov Renat Kasimovich, the head of the MIA of Russia "Mytishchinskoye" (formerly the head of the MIA of Russia "Pushkinskoye"), the long-term head of "dear Karenchik" S Evikyan, and also with large-scale business interests in the scrap metal industry. Or perhaps this is just another manifestation of the "Ray" effect performed by judge Natalia Petrovna Khlopushina or her husband.



It is also curious that the criminal activity of "dear Karenchik" Sevikyan and Alexei Kudashkin manifested itself against the background of financial problems and problems with the law that worsened by 2020 for another prominent native of Mordovia - Alexei Grishin, Vice-Rector of Moscow State University, and, as coincidentally, the former Minister of Construction of the Samara areas. The three-story palace of Alexei Grishin near Moscow in the village of Dmitrovskoye in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region - next to the possessions of Nikolai Merkushkin, the ex-governor of Mordovia and the Samara region - was “taken” by storm in the summer of 2020.

The investigation found that Alexey Grishin is related to offshore companies abroad, through which tens of billions of euros were withdrawn from Russia. It is noted that the former resident of Saransk had a foreign business - in London, the Seychelles and the Virgin Islands.

To date, another judge has fallen into the maelstrom of criminal cases - Alexei Lukshin, a former acting judge. Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Mordovia, who, considering in 2019-2020 petitions for operational-search measures against Alexei Grishin and his father Viktor Grishin, Rector of the Russian University of Economics named after. Plekhanov, warned the Grishins through his former assistant.



In any case, the "switchman" - investigator Mikhail Khakhalin - was appointed a scapegoat for the failures of the criminal investigation on this international "Cosa Nostra" and was miserably dismissed from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation back in 2020. That is why now he "surfaced" in the capital's prosecutor's office, having become famous for his gushing love energy against the background of his drinking alcoholic beverages in the pre-New Year period.
