How maternity hospital No. 20 “drowned” dozens of cards of surrogate mothers



A group of victims from surrogacy agencies contacted the editors of the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info. We publish their letter.

“Our case is very large and high-profile, it is part of a series of high-profile criminal cases against surrogacy agencies and fertility doctors under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on child trafficking, which have been booming in Russia since 2020, when the pandemic began, the borders were closed, and Chinese and other foreign children were simply stuck in the country and the authorities began to detect "farms" (apartments) with babies all over the country (2 criminal cases in Moscow - Rosyurconsulting agencies (there are already first verdicts) and Sweetchild; Krasnoyarsk (there are first verdicts), Kaliningrad (there are first sentences); Petersburg (there were 2 cases, with the death of Chinese babies, but it somehow all died out and there is no information).



We are biological parents who suffered from the Sweetchild agency, we have a second criminal case against them under the article "Fraud", which was conducted and illegally terminated by the Meshchansky MRSO of the ICR in Moscow at the time when it was headed by Tambiev Marat Khamidovich - he then moved to Tverskoy MRSO TFR in Moscow and was detained for a bribe. You often write about him. Accordingly, he appointed investigator Katkova as the head of the investigation team, which terminated the criminal case in the presence of undisguised criminal dirt in the case and since then the case has been pressed. UD, Judge Goryunova. Then the appeal of the Moscow City Court overturned this decision, declaring it illegal, and now our complaint, in accordance with Article 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, has returned for a new consideration to the Meshchansky Court in a different composition of the court (Judge Mayorova). The IGU also confirmed the official forgery on the part of the investigator Katkova - she signed two identical resolutions on the termination of the UD with discrepancies in the operative part. Now we are waiting for investigator Katkova at the Meshchansky Court to give explanations about her actions, but she left the Meshchansky MRSO quite soon after signing this decision and is somehow clearly in no hurry to respond to court calls .... The Moscow Prosecutor's Office fully covers all this.

We are victims of a fraudulent agency (11 in total, citizens of the Russian Federation and China)

Statistics are stubborn things. There are two criminal cases against the agency Sweetchild (on child trafficking - conducted by the Main Investigative Committee of the ICR in Moscow; and ours under 159 of the Criminal Code), there are two civil proceedings against Sweetchild. Where there is no clinic "Mother and Child" - everything is going well, a criminal investigation is underway (Sergey Lebedev, the owner of the agency, accused under the article of child trafficking and put on the wanted list, there is an official letter from the Sledkom); in civil proceedings, adequate honest decisions are made in favor of citizens robbed by the agency (there is documented evidence of other people's replanting of other people's embryos, under which millions of prepayments (and biomaterial in addition) were written off from the victims; surrogate mothers there split in two according to the documents - at the same time were in two different cities.

But where the clinic "Mother and Child" appears, this is all fiercely crushed, and a criminal offense (it is common for 11 victims), and a civil court under such obvious criminal and proven circumstances. The doctor of this elite clinic, Kamilova Dilorom Pulatovna, implanted 6 embryos instead of 5 (where would an extra embryo come from in completely anonymous programs?), Their applications for cycle synchronization were found in the medical records of surrogate mothers (fresh protocol), and the program of the victim did not assume this at all, there there were only cryo-frozen embryos, that is, a completely different protocol. Kamilova implanted the embryo of an injured client of a surrogate mother with an ovarian cyst, and this is a contraindication, hormonal failure, pregnancy on IVF in this case is impossible, that is, they simply killed someone's long-awaited children (embryos) in obviously doomed transplants. At the same time, the "doctor" Kamilova recorded in the medical record. that it was the biomother who suffered from her who demanded that the embryo be implanted in this particular cycle with an ovarian cyst (well, that is, the biomother demanded to kill her embryo if she had a 100% prepaid contract for the surrogacy program with an unlimited selection of surrogate mothers if they had to be removed from the program according to medical indications). All this was included in an advance payment of 2 million rubles, the contract was signed by the Sweetchild agency for a front construction company, which at the same time was building a private residential building for the owners of the Sweetchild agency in the Moscow region. According to the morphological quality on the date of freezing, according to the documents, it is clear that the embryos implanted by anonymous surrogate mothers also differed from those of the victim - that is, these are other people's implantation of other people's embryos, and the biomaterial (embryos) and money were simply stolen from the victim.



The case also involves the state hospital GBUZ "GorodskI am a clinical hospital. Pletneva, who was unable to document anything due to the complete falsification of the "hospitalization" and "miscarriage" of the dummy surrogate mother, did not find anything better than to inform the court that the surrogate mother's medical record "drowned" along with two dozen other medical records of the same gynecological department and plus to this with two dozen more stories of childbirth from the maternity hospital No. 20 at the same hospital.The hospital dragged a lot of ridiculous falsifications to the court, everything was exposed.

In April 2022, the victim filed a clarified civil lawsuit with full disclosure, where all the contradictions in the case documents that exposed the falsifications were spelled out; all defendants were named in the lawsuit as an organized group with distributed roles and Rospotrebnadzor was involved. After that, some characters, who for many years called themselves doctors, jumped out of their jobs, and the Pletnev hospital and the Mother and Child clinic stopped going to court hearings and did not even honor the hearing of the case on the merits with their presence - but all this DID NOT STOP THEM TO WIN THE COURT in the presence of so many crimes in the documents. When and how the clinic was able to explain to the judge "from a medical point of view" how five embryos turned into six and other "strange things" without coming to court sessions - one can only guess. Rospotrebnadzor issued a conclusion in favor of the injured patient.

Podolsky, Ilya Mikhailovich, is a lawyer at the Mother and Child clinic, and something tells us that he most likely took part in the miraculous suppression of the criminal and civil cases in which this clinic appeared.

Как роддом №20 «утопил» десятки карт суррогатных матерей



В редакцию телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info обратилась группа потерпевших от агентств суррогатного материнства. Мы публикуем их письмо.

«Наше дело очень большое и резонансное, оно является частью серии резонансных уголовных дел против агентств суррогатного материнства и врачей-репродуктологов по статье УК РФ о торговле детьми, которые гремят в России с 2020 года, когда началась пандемия, границы закрылись, и китайские и другие иностранные дети просто застряли в стране и органы стали обнаруживать "фермы" (квартиры) с младенцами по всей стране (2 уголовных дела в Москве - агентства Росюрконсалтинг (уже есть первые приговоры) и Свитчайлд; Красноярск (есть первые приговоры), Калининград (есть первые приговоры); Петербург (там было 2 дела, со смертями китайских младенцев, но это как то все заглохло и никакой информации нет).



Мы же - потерпевшие от агентства Свитчайлд биородители, у нас второе уголовное дело против них по статье "Мошенничество", которое вел и незаконно прекратил Мещанский МРСО СКР по г. Москве в то время, когда его возглавлял Тамбиев Марат Хамидович - он потом перешел в Тверской МРСО СКР по г.Москве и был задержан за взятку. Вы часто про него пишете. Соответственно, он назначил руководителем следственной группы следователя Каткову, которая и прекратила уголовное дело при наличии ничем не прикрытой криминальной грязи в деле и с тех пор дело давят, Мещанский суд при полном соучастии Мещанской прокуратуры также отказал многочисленным заявителям-потерпевшим в отмене незаконного постановления о прекращении УД, судья Горюнова. Потом апелляция Мосгорсуда отменила это решение, признав его незаконным и сейчас наша жалоба в порядке ст.125 УПК вернулась на новое рассмотрение в Мещанский суд в ином составе суда (судья Майорова). Также МГС подтвердил служебный подлог со стороны следователя Катковой - она подписала два идентичных постановления о прекращении УД с разночтениями в резолютивной части. Теперь ждем следователя Каткову в Мещанский суд для дачи пояснений по поводу ее действий, но она покинула Мещанский МРСО довольно скоро после подписания этого постановления и на вызовы суда как-то явно не спешит.... Прокуратура Москвы полностью это все покрывает.

Мы - пострадавшие от мошеннического агентства (всего 11, граждане РФ и Китая)

Статистика - вещь упрямая. Есть два уголовных дела против агентства Свитчайлд (по торговле детьми - ведет ГСУ СКР по г.. Москве; и наше по 159 УК), есть два гражданских процесса против Свитчайлд. Там, где нет клиники "Мать и дитя" - все идет нормально, расследование уголовного дела ведется (Сергей Лебедев, владелец агентства, обвиняемый по ст. торговля детьми и объявлен в розыск, есть официальное письмо из Следкома); по гражданскому процессу выносятся адекватные честные решения в пользу ограбленных агентством граждан (там документально доказаны чужие подсадки чужих эмбрионов, под которые с пострадавших списывали их миллионные предоплаты (и биоматериал в придачу) ; сурмамы у них там раздвоились по документам - в одно и то же время пребывали в двух разных городах).

Но там, где фигурирует клиника "Мать и дитя" - вот это все люто давят, и уголовку (она общая на 11 пострадавших), и гражданский суд при настолько очевидных криминальных и доказанных обстоятельствах. Доктор этой элитной клиники Камилова Дилором Пулатовна подсадила 6 эмбрионов вместо 5 (откуда бы взяться лишнему эмбриону в полностью анонимных программах?), в медкартах сурмам были обнаружены их заявления на проведение синхронизации циклов (свежий протокол), а программа потерпевшей вообще такого не предполагала, там были только криозамороженные эмбрионы, то есть совершенно другой протокол. Камилова подсаживала эмбрион потерпевшей клиентки сурматери с кистой яичника, а это мед противопоказание, гормональный сбой, наступление беременности на ЭКО в этом случае исключено, то есть просто убивали чьих-то долгожданных детей (эмбрионы) в заведомо обреченных подсадках. При этом "доктор" Камилова записывала в медкарту. что это сама потерпевшая от нее биомама потребовала производить подсадку эмбриона именно в этом цикле с кистой яичника (ну то есть биомама потребовала убить свой эмбрион при наличии на руках 100% предоплаченного договора на программу сурматеринства с нелимитированным подбором сурматерей, если их приходится снимать с программы по медицинским показаниям). Все это было включено в предоплату 2 миллиона рублей, договор агентство Свитчайлд оформило на подставную строительную компанию, которая в то же самое время строила частный жилой дом владельцам агентства Свитчайлд в Подмосковье. По морфологическому качеству на дату заморозки по документам видно, что подсаженные анонимным сурматерям эмбрионы тоже отличались от имевшихся у потерпевшей - то есть это чужие подсадки чужих эмбрионов, а у потерпевшей просто крали биоматериал (эмбрионы) и деньги.



В деле также фигурирует госбольница ГБУЗ "Городская клиническая больница им. Плетнева" , которая не имея возможности ничего подтвердить документально ввиду полной фальсификации "госпитализации" и "выкидыша" подставной сурматери, не нашла ничего лучше, как сообщить суду, что медкарта сурматери "утонула" вместе с другими двумя десятками медкарт этого же гинекологического отделения и плюсом к этому еще с двумя десятками историй родов роддома №20 при этой же больнице. Больница много смешных фальсификаций притащила в суд, все было разоблачено.

В апреле 2022 потерпевшая подала им уточненный гражданский иск с полным разоблачением, где были прописаны все противоречия в документах дела, разоблачающие фальсификации; все ответчики были названы в иске организованной группой с распределенными ролями и был привлечен Роспотребнадзор. После этого некоторые персонажи, много лет называвшие себя врачами, выпрыгивали со своих работ, а больница Плетнева и клиника "Мать и дитя" перестали ходить на судебные заседания и не почтили своим присутствием даже слушание дело по существу - но все это НЕ ПОМЕШАЛО ИМ ВЫИГРАТЬ СУД при наличии такого количества криминала в документах. Уж когда и как клиника смогла объяснить судье "с медицинской точки зрения" как пять эмбрионов превратились в шесть и прочие "странности", не приходя на заседания суда - остается лишь догадываться. Роспотребнадзор выдал заключение в пользу пострадавшей пациентки.

Подольский Илья Михайлович это юрист клиники "Мать и дитя" и что-то подсказывает нам, что скорее всего он приложился к чудесному задавливанию уголовного и гражданского дела, в которых фигурировала эта клиника».

As previously told by the Cheka-OGPU, Sergey Filatov is considered the right hand of Luchka (Sergey Lalakin), the leader of the bloody Podolsk OPG, as well as an honorary citizen of the city of Podolsk, awarded the medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree. A fellow countryman of the victim of criminal offenses and Filatov's accomplice in the Samara region, Dmitry Sazonov, the native son of the now deceased chairman of the Samara Provincial Duma, for multimillion-dollar bribes from organized crime groups, went to a strict regime colony for 11 years.

It seems that Judge Khlopushina could not stand aside also because she is connected with the odious leader of the Podolsk organized crime group not at all by the theory of six handshakes, but by her own husband, retired Khlopushin Sergey Nikolaevich, a former prosecutor of the city of Podolsk, about whose regular meetings with Luchko is well known to journalists.



In addition, the Podolsk prosecutor's office acted as a "decision-making center" in the story of illegal casinos under the "roof" of prosecutors near Moscow, since these casinos have been controlled by the assistant prosecutor of the city of Podolsk, Yakov Kuzmin, since at least 2006, later convicted of preparing a murder.

It is also important that the convicted Sazonov was sent to a colony, and the accused Sevikyan and Filatov were sent to a pre-trial detention center by courts that are not controlled by the Moscow Regional Court, so the Khlopushins couple could not bother about their fate.
