Recall that the Swiss Company SFO Concept AG JSC was established by Anatoly Chubais in 2010, who was its sole ultimate beneficiary, and subsequently its sole shareholder until May 2013, as well as SFO CONCEPT CONSULTING LLC, which was established in 2012 by the same Anatoly Chubais, but only on the territory of the Russian Federation as his Russian Family Office.

As indicated in previous publications, Anatoly Chubais did not choose Sergey Krychenko's candidacy for the position of head of the Russian Family Office by chance.

It was Sergei Krychenko who was the personal "adjutant" of Anatoly Chubais, in the full sense of the word, on all his personal issues, starting with planning his personal trips, organizing events for them, etc. before performing representative functions on behalf of Anatoly Chubais with his counterparties, business partners, acquaintances, relatives, etc.

It was Sergey Krychenko who was involved in opening / closing bank accounts, issuing bank cards of Anatoly Chubais in the Russian Federation, replenishing them and conducting all transactions on them on behalf of his boss. He also oversaw the construction as a Trustee under an agreement concluded in January 2013 by the Manager of the Swiss company SFO Concept AG JSC Andre Odermatt, on behalf of Anatoly Chubais for the construction of the Peredelki residential complex.

Moreover, as we pointed out in previous publications, it was Sergey Krychenko who was closely associated with the sons and employees of the office of Boris Mints, including Dmitry Mints, Ilya Gulin and others. It was Sergey Krychenko who solved all current issues with them for the needs of his "executor" Anatoly Chubais, including financial ones.

It is easy to guess that all the financial schemes that Sergey Krychenko directly oversaw were carried out by him exclusively in the interests of Anatoly Chubais and his family members. By their very nature, all these schemes were highly questionable in terms of compliance with current legislation.

In December 2012, between the Swiss company SFO Concept AG JSC owned by Anatoly Chubais and the Russian family office of Anatoly Chubais - SFO CONCEPT CONSULTING LLC, a non-purpose loan agreement was concluded according to which the Swiss company issued to the Russian family office, that is, in fact, Anatoly Chubais issued a loan to himself in the amount of USD 530,000 with a repayment period of up to the end of December 2014.

The return on the above so-called loan was carried out in a very interesting way "according to Chubaisovsky", namely by increasing the quarterly remuneration paid by the Swiss Company JSC "SFO Concept AG", owned at that time by Anatoly Chubais Trustee, the family office of the same Anatoly Chubais in Russia - SFO CONCEPT CONSULTING LLC, under the Trust Management Agreement dated January 2013.

Rucriminal.info has every reason to believe that this loan was necessary only for the formal legal justification by Anatoly Chubais, with the help of Sergey Krychenko, of another "muddy scheme" for running funds through his Companies, in order to increase the declared part of his profitability that he (Anatoly Chubais) lacks and profitability of his Moscow family office.

To implement this "muddy scheme", almost simultaneously with the loan agreement, between Anatoly Chubais as an individual with his Russian family office LLC "SFO CONCEPT CONSULTING" a sales agreement was concluded under which he (Anatoly Chubais) formally sold, only on paper to his Russian family office movable property belonging to him (Anatoly Chubais) by right of ownership: an armored car Mercedes-Benz G class, a snowmobile, etc.

Let us repeat that this whole "muddy financial scheme" in our opinion was carried out by Anatoly Chubais with the involvement of Sergey Krychenko solely to create the missing, imaginary declared part of the profitability of Anatoly Chubais as an individual.



Based on the results of the exposure of the above, another "muddy scheme" of Anatoly Chubais, we cannot but believe are urged to publish under the title “Giant Chubais’ Egg Pot Found” dated April 25, 2022, which details, as it should be assumed, a “raider seizure” took place at the negligible cost of the Peredelki Residential Complex, after Ilya Suchkov’s refusal in 2016 to accept participation in the illegal scheme of Anatoly Chubais, Boris and Dmitry Mintsev in the legalization of funds through the Swiss Company JSC "SFO Concept AG" with subsequent bringing it to deliberate bankruptcy.

Recall that the Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD, affiliated with Boris Mints, in the same 2016, on far-fetched grounds, terminated the contract for the assignment of rights of claim with the company DENIAN LTD (British Virgin Islands) also affiliated with Boris Mints, launched a procedure for collecting a loan from a Swiss company JSC "SFO Concept AG", but only, as we wrote earlier, not in the London International Arbitration Court, where disputes were to be considered according to the loan agreement, but in the Arbitration Court of the Bryansk Region, due to, as we believe, its compliancy.

The artificial change of jurisdiction became possible due to the fact that the second defendant before the Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD according to the surety agreement of June 2015, miraculously, in violation of the current legislation, without the knowledge of the debtor - the Swiss company turned out to be the Russian family office of Anatoly Chubais - SFO LLC CONCEPT CONSULTING", with an authorized capital of 100,000 rubles.

It is thanks to this guarantee agreement, signed retroactively with the Russian Family Office of Anatoly Chubais, under which the above-mentioned Russian Family Office acted as a guarantor, that the Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD, affiliated with Boris Mints, made it possible to resolve a civil dispute between two foreign companies in the Arbitration Court of the Bryansk Region. It should be noted that the Russian family office of Anatoly Chubais did not conduct any activity in the Bryansk region until the case was accepted for proceedings by the Arbitration Court of the Bryansk Region. This court, as it should be assumed, was chosen by Anatoly Chubais for a different reason, understandable to all.

In this regard, a number of questions arise, including, which we hope will be answered:

1.- Why did the Arbitration Court of the Bryansk Region issue, in our opinion, an illegal decision to recover from the debtor and his so-called guarantor the amount of debt in the amount of 7,929,375 US dollars, according to unverified data?

2.- Why, at the court session, it was not checked and established what assets the guarantor, the family office of Anatoly Chubais, had, with an authorized capital of 100,000 rubles, he could answer jointly and severally, on an equal footing with the debtor Swiss Company SFO Concept AG JSC to the creditor Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD on an artificially created debt of almost 8,000,000 US dollars?

In our opinion, the only correct answer suggests itself, which is that since we are talking about another artificially created, very dubious scheme from a legal point of view, by none other than Anatoly Chubais, then neither law enforcement agencies should ask such questions to "the celestial being himself" Anatoly Chubais , let alone the Arbitration Court of the Bryansk region could not.

Because, as we believe, the law of the Russian Federation does not apply to Anatoly Chubais and his proxies. Obviously, Anatoly Borisovich Chubais and his proxies are "more equal" than all other citizens of the Russian Federation before the law.

As we have repeatedly written, in our opinion, it is precisely for the above reason as part of the illegal criminal prosecution of entrepreneur Ilya Suchkov, after the return of the criminal case by the Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow Region to the prosecutor for additional investigation in 2020.

On December 09, 2020, solely at the initiative of the senior investigator of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Odintsovo urban district - Egorova Zh.A., in order to justify her illegal actions, it is worth assuming that not without mercenary motives, without a statement from the victim, liquidated in November 2018, The Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD initiated another criminal case against Ilya Suchkov, on the fact of alleged fraud on an especially large scale.

To her Egorova Zh.A. as mentioned earlier, obviously at the request of Anatoly Chubais, transmitted through Sergei Krychenko, through another "muddy scheme" material evidence was sold - the Peredelki Residential Complex to the same Anatoly Chubais.

The interests of the so-called victim, in the initiated, illegal criminal case No. 120011460225000182, liquidated in November 2018 of the Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD, as part of the procedural succession from the company 01 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (TILSOKA LIMITED), was represented by another trustee, but this time not only Anatoly Chubais, but also Boris Mints - Mosin Dmitry Valerievich.

It should be noted that at the time of writing I am Dmitry Mosin in October 2020 of a false statement against Ilya Suchkov, Dmitry Mosin knew for certain that the damage on December 24, 2018 to the Cyprus company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD by the Swiss Company SFO Concept AG JSC was fully repaid, and from him (Dmitry Mosin) did not have the authority, according to the power of attorney he had at that time, within the framework of the procedural succession of a power of attorney from the company 01 TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (TILSOKA LIMITED) to write such a statement, followed by submission of the Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS LTD, liquidated in November 2018, to law enforcement bodies on illegally initiated criminal case No. 120011460225000182.

Nevertheless, Dmitry Mosin, as we mentioned above, another confidant of Anatoly Chubais and Boris Mints, being aware of the falsity of his statement, asks in his statement of 2020 to consider the issue of alleged damage caused by Ilya Suchkov to the Cypriot company KRIZNA HOLDINGS, liquidated in November 2018 LTD. This circumstance in itself, taking into account the above circumstances, law enforcement agencies should have been regarded as at least a false denunciation by Dmitry Mosin in relation to Ilya Suchkov. Nevertheless, the senior investigator Egorova Zh.A. a different decision was made, necessary for her and Anatoly Chubais, to unlawfully initiate a criminal case in 2020 against Ilya Suchkov.

Once again, it is worth noting that in the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow, Judge Filchenko M.S., we believe that due to the feeling of complete impunity, the grossest violations by the above-mentioned judge of the rights of the defendants continue to gain momentum. Expressed this time in:

- substitution and distortion of the concepts indicated by the judge in the minutes of the court session dated March 28, 2022, by the circumstances actually stated by the accused and their defense lawyers in the court session;

- not allowing the defendants and their defense lawyers to familiarize themselves with the judicial materials of criminal case No. 01-0104/2022 available at the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow;

- failure to provide the accused and their defenders with material evidence available in the case file;

- summoning to the court session, in the absence, according to the materials of the case, he has powers since February 2021, the so-called representative of the victim Dmitry Mosin.

According to numerous publications in the media regarding "muddy schemes", including the legalization and provision of the missing annual declared part of the profitability of Anatoly Chubais by Sergey Krychenko, the "raider seizure" of the Peredelki Residential Complex, the legalization of more than 20 000 000 US dollars, as well as other facts exhibited in publications, we hope that within the framework of the verification carried out by law enforcement agencies in relation to Anatoly Chubais and his "accomplices", the "muddy schemes" indicated in the media publications will not be ignored.

«Различными подразделениями правоохранительных органов России в рамках проверки поступивших сведений о совершении экс-главой «Роснано» Чубайсом и его окружением коррупционных действий проводятся допросы возможных свидетелей и исследование поступившей до проверки документации на наличие признаков преступления», — сказал собеседник агентства.

Одновременно правоохранительные органы проверяют информацию о счетах бывшего главы «Роснано» Анатолия Чубайса, спрятанных в европейских банках.

Напомним, что Швейцарская Компания АО«СФО Концепт АГ» была создана Анатолием Чубайсом в 2010 году, который являлся ее единственным конечным бенефициаром, а в последствии ее единственным акционером до мая 2013 года, равно как и ООО «СФО КОНЦЕПТ КОНСАЛТИНГ» которая была создана в 2012 году все тем же Анатолием Чубайсом но только на территории Российской Федерации в качестве его Российского семейного офиса.

Как нами указывалось в предыдущих публикациях кандидатура Сергея Крыченко на должность руководителя Российского семейного офиса Анатолием Чубайсом была выбрана не случайно.

Именно Сергей Крыченко был личным «адъютантом» Анатолия Чубайса, в полном смысле этого слова по всем его личным вопросам, начиная с планирования его личных поездок, организации на них мероприятий и т.д. до осуществления представительских функций от имени Анатолия Чубайса с его контрагентами, деловыми партнерами, знакомыми, родственниками и т.д.

Именно Сергей Крыченко занимался открытием/закрытием банковских счетов, оформлением банковских карт Анатолия Чубайса на территории РФ, их пополнением и ведением по ним всех транзакций от имени своего шефа. Он же курировал строительство в качестве Доверительного управляющего в рамках договора заключенного в январе 2013 года Управляющим Швейцарской компании АО «СФО Концепт АГ» Андре Одерматтом, по поручению Анатолия Чубайса на строительство ЖК «Переделки».

Более того, как нами указывалось в предыдущих публикациях, именно Сергей Крыченко был тесно связан с сыновьями и сотрудниками офиса Бориса Минца, в том числе с Дмитрием Минцем, Ильей Гулиным и другими. Именно Сергей Крыченко решал с ними все текущие вопросы для нужд своего «душеприказчика» Анатолия Чубайса, в том числе и финансовые.

Нетрудно догадаться, что все финансовые схемы которые курировал непосредственно Сергей Крыченко осуществлялись им исключительно в интересах Анатолия Чубайса и членов его семьи. По своей природе все эти схемы были крайне сомнительными с точки зрения соответствия действующему законодательству.

В декабре 2012 года между принадлежащей Анатолию Чубайсу Швейцарской компанией АО «СФО Концепт АГ» и Российским семейным офисом Анатолия Чубайса - ООО «СФО КОНЦЕПТ КОНСАЛТИНГ», был заключен нецелевой договор займа согласно которому Швейцарская компания выдала Российскому семейному офису, то есть по сути Анатолий Чубайс выдал сам себе займ в размере 530 000 Долларов США со сроком его возврата до конца декабря 2014 года.

Возврат по вышеуказанному так называемому займу осуществлялся очень интересным способом «по Чубайсовски», а именно путем увеличения ежеквартального вознаграждения выплачиваемого Швейцарской Компанией АО «СФО Концепт АГ», принадлежащей на тот момент Анатолию Чубайсу Доверительному управляющему, семейному офису все того же Анатолия Чубайса на территории России - ООО «СФО КОНЦЕПТ КОНСАЛТИНГ», в рамках договора Доверительного Управления от января 2013 года.

Есть все основания полагать, что данный займ был необходим лишь для формального правового обоснования Анатолием Чубайсом с помощью Сергея Крыченко очередной «мутной схемы» прогона денежных средств через свои Компании, для увеличения недостающий ему (Анатолию Чубайсу) декларируемой части своей доходности и доходности своего Московского семейного офиса.

Для реализации данной «мутной схемы» практически одновременно с договором займа, между Анатолием Чубайсом как физическим лицом со своим Российским семейным офисом ООО «СФО КОНЦЕПТ КОНСАЛТИНГ» был заключен договор купли-продажи в рамках которого он (Анатолий Чубайс) формально продал, лишь на бумаге своему Российскому семейному офису принадлежащего ему (Анатолию Чубайсу) по праву собственности движимое имущество: бронированный автомобиль Мерседес-Бенц G класса, снегоход и др.

Повторимся, что вся эта «мутная финансовая схема» по нашему мнению была осуществлена Анатолием Чубайсом с привлечением Сергея Крыченко исключительно для создания недостающей, мнимой декларируемой части доходности Анатолию Чубайсу, как физическому лицу.



По итогам экспонирования вышеуказанной, очередной «мутной схемы» Анатолия Чубайса мы не можем не вернутся к публикации под названием «Найдена гигантская «кубышка» Чубайса» от 25 апреля 2022 года в которой детально излагается, как следует предположить происходил по сути «рейдерский захват» по ничтожной стоимости Жилого Комплекса «Переделки», после отказа в 2016 году Ильи Сучкова принимать участие в противоправной схеме Анатолия Чубайса, Бориса и Дмитрия Минцев в легализации ими денежных средств через Швейцарскую Компанию АО «СФО Концепт АГ» с последующим доведением ее до преднамеренного банкротства.

Напомним, что аффилированная с Борисом Минцем Кипрская компания КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГС ЛТД, в том же 2016 году по надуманным основаниям расторгла договор уступки прав требования с также аффилированной с Борисом Минцем компанией «ДЕНИАН ЛТД» (Виргинские Британские острова), запустила процедуру взыскания займа с Швейцарской компании АО «СФО Концепт АГ», но только, как мы писали ранее не в Лондонском Международном третейском суде, где должны были рассматриваться споры, согласно договора займа, а в Арбитражном суде Брянской области, по причине как мы полагаем его сговорчивости.

Искусственное изменение подсудности стало возможным благодаря тому, что вторым ответчиком перед Кипрской компанией КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГС ЛТД согласно соглашению о поручительстве от июня 2015 года, чудесным образом, в нарушение действующего законодательства, без ведома должника - Швейцарской компании оказался Российский семейный офис Анатолия Чубайса - ООО «СФО КОНЦЕПТ КОНСАЛТИНГ», с уставным капиталом в 100 000 рублей.

Именно благодаря данному соглашению о поручительстве подписанному задним числом с Российским семейным офисом Анатолия Чубайса, в рамках которого вышеуказанный Российский семейный офис выступил поручителем, перед аффилированной с Борисом Минцем Кипрской компанией КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГС ЛТД стало возможным разрешение гражданского спора двух иностранных компаний в Арбитражном суде Брянской области. Следует отметить, что Российский семейный офис Анатолия Чубайса до момента принятия дела к производству Арбитражным судом Брянской области никакой деятельности в Брянской области не вел. Этот суд как следует предположить Анатолием Чубайсом был выбран по другой, понятной для всех причине.

В связи с этим возникает ряд вопросов, в том числе, на который мы надеемся, появятся ответы:

1.- Почему Арбитражным судом Брянской области было вынесено по нашему мнению незаконное решение о взыскании с должника и его так называемого поручителя суммы долга в размере 7 929 375 Долларов США, по непроверенным данным?

2.- Почему в судебном заседании не было проверено и установлено какими имеющимися у поручителя - семейного офиса Анатолия Чубайса активами, при уставном капитале в 100 000 рублей он мог отвечать солидарно, наравне с должником Швейцарской Компанией АО «СФО Концепт АГ» перед кредитором Кипрской компанией КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГС ЛТД по искусственно созданному долгу почти в 8 000 000 Долларов США?

На наш взгляд напрашивается единственно верный ответ, заключающийся в том, что поскольку речь идет об очередной искусственно созданной, весьма сомнительной с правовой точки зрения, ни кем иным как Анатолием Чубайсом схеме, то задавать подобного рода вопросы «самому небожителю» Анатолию Чубайсу ни правоохранительные органы, ни уж тем более Арбитражный суд Брянской области не мог.

Поскольку как мы полагаем закон Российской Федерации на Анатолия Чубайса и на его доверенных лиц не распространяется. Очевидно, что Анатолий Борисович Чубайс и его доверенные лица «равнее» всех остальных граждан Российской Федерации перед законом.

Как мы уже писали неоднократно, по нашему мнению именно по вышеуказанной причине в рамках незаконного уголовного преследования предпринимателя Ильи Сучкова, после возвращения в 2020 году уголовного дела Одинцовским городским судом Московской области прокурору на дополнительное расследование.

09 декабря 2020 года, исключительно по инициативе старшего следователя СУ УМВД России по Одинцовскому городскому округу - Егоровой Ж.А., с целью обоснования своих незаконных действий, стоит предположить, что не без корыстных побуждений, без заявления потерпевшего, ликвидированной в ноябре 2018 года, Кипрской компанией КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГЗ ЛТД и было возбуждено еще одно уголовное дело в отношении Ильи Сучкова, по факту, якобы мошенничества в особо крупном размере.

Ей же Егоровой Ж.А. как указывалось ранее очевидно по просьбе Анатолия Чубайса переданной через Сергея Крыченко, посредством очередной «мутной схемы» было продано вещественное доказательство – Жилой Комплекс «Переделки» все тому же Анатолию Чубайсу.

Интересы, так называемого потерпевшего, по возбужденному, незаконному уголовному делу № 120011460225000182, ликвидированной в ноябре 2018 года Кипрской компании КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГЗ ЛТД, в рамках процессуального правопреемства от компании 01 ТРАСТ СЕРВИСЕЗ ЛИМИТЕД (ТИЛСОКА ЛИМИТЕД) представлял очередное доверенное лицо, но на сей раз не только Анатолия Чубайса, но и Бориса Минца - Мосин Дмитрий Валерьевич.

Стоит отметить, что на момент написания Дмитрием Мосиным в октябре 2020 года ложного заявления на Илью Сучкова, Дмитрий Мосин доподлинно знал что ущерб на 24 декабря 2018 года перед Кипрской компанией КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГЗ ЛТД Швейцарской Компанией АО «СФО Концепт АГ» был в полном объеме погашен, а у него самого (Дмитрия Мосина) отсутствовали полномочия, согласно имеющейся у него на тот момент, в рамках процессуального правопреемства доверенности от компании 01 ТРАСТ СЕРВИСЕЗ ЛИМИТЕД (ТИЛСОКА ЛИМИТЕД) на написание подобного рода заявления, с последующим представлением, ликвидированной в ноябре 2018 года Кипрской компании КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГЗ ЛТД в правоохранительных органах по незаконно возбужденному уголовному делу № 120011460225000182.

Тем не менее Дмитрий Мосин, как нами указывалось выше еще одно доверенное лицо Анатолия Чубайса и Бориса Минца будучи осведомленным в лживости своего заявления, просит в своем заявлении от 2020 года рассмотреть вопрос о якобы причинении Ильей Сучковым ущерба ликвидированной в ноябре 2018 года Кипрской компании КРИЗНА ХОЛДИНГЗ ЛТД. Данное обстоятельство само по себе с учетом вышеизложенных обстоятельств, правоохранительными органами должно было быть расценено, как минимум ложным доносом Дмитрия Мосина в отношении Ильи Сучкова. Тем не менее старшим следователем Егоровой Ж.А. было принято иное, нужное для нее и Анатолия Чубайса решение о незаконном возбуждении в 2020 году, в отношении Ильи Сучкова уголовного дела.

Еще раз стоит отметить, что в Хамовническом районном суде г. Москвы судьей Фильченко М.С., полагаем, что в связи с ощущением своей полной безнаказанности, продолжают набирать обороты грубейшие нарушения со стороны вышеуказанного судьи прав подсудимых. Выразившиеся на сей раз в:

- подмене и искажении понятий указанных судьей в протоколе судебного заседания от 28 марта 2022 года фактически изложенным обвиняемыми и их защитниками в судебном заседании обстоятельствам;

- не допуске подсудимых и их защитников к ознакомлению с имеющимися в Хамовническом районном суде г. Москвы судейскими материалами уголовного дела № 01-0104/2022;

- не предоставлении обвиняемым и их защитникам вещественных доказательств имеющихся в материалах дела;

- вызове в судебное заседание, при отсутствии, согласно материалам дела у него полномочий с февраля 2021 года, так называемого представителя потерпевшего Дмитрия Мосина.

Согласно многочисленных публикаций в СМИ относительно «мутных схем», в том числе по легализации и обеспечению недостающей ежегодной декларируемой части доходности Анатолия Чубайса Сергеем Крыченко, «рейдерскому захвату» Жилого Комплекса «Переделки», легализации сомнительно полученных Анатолием Чубайсом от своего сподвижника Бориса Минца более 20 000 000 Долларов США, а также других фактов экспонированных в публикациях, надеемся, что в рамках проводимой правоохранительными органами проверке в отношении Анатолия Чубайса и его «подельников» указанные в публикациях СМИ «мутные схемы» не будут проигнорированы.

During his active playing career, his father, for obvious reasons, was rarely at home. Because Anastasia does not remember that he met her after school. But in their free time from football matches, they walked in the beautiful Sokolniki Park. Very good guests came to the Cherenkovs' home. “Football, it seemed to me, was ruthlessly taking my dad away from me,” says Anastasia. - Destiny, probably, all the children of athletes, traveling around the cities and villages. Yes, I missed him in his absence. And, by and large, no one and nothing consoled in such bleak moments.

A shaped catastrophe in the heart, it was literally torn in separation. Now I'm not afraid, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Yes, football shamelessly took away a loved one. Mom celebrated the days in which our Fedor Fedorovich could be with his family. There were a meager number of those. In fact, only a few days a year!

You won't ask, you won't demand. Please stay at home. Don't go anywhere, be with me. I say that understanding came later, it could not have happened before, objectively. Just due to age, I could not come to terms, as it seemed to me, with a very long absence of my father at home. Frustrated, bored.

My father was returning from another business trip, stormy joy. So Nastya went for a walk in Sokolniki Park with her beloved dad. We visited McDonald's and liked to spend time there. Spoiled my daughter with souvenirs, gifts. He brought many discs and records from abroad. I have a whole collection at home.

... I often go to the cemetery to my dad alone. I brought, for example, my youngest daughter to school, and I'm going to Troekurovskoye. I clean up there, I update something. Granddaughters, of course, also visit the grave with us when time and study allow.

At home there is a mini-museum dedicated to Fedor Fedorovich. Quite often club paraphernalia. Granddaughters very warmly accept everything that reminds them of their wonderful grandfather.

I didn’t think about whether my father had enemies. This category of citizens, frankly, does not fit into the bright image of the pope. It seems to me that he should not have spiteful critics, hostile people. Yes, for what reason to be angry with him, soft, kind?!

On the football field, during the game, I still allow all sorts of unfriendly manifestations towards my father. Of course, the master is very technical, it was rarely possible to neutralize according to the rules. But in everyday life, vicious attacks, in my opinion, are impossible.

Difficult periods in his life? He remained without work, did not bring money to the family? We couldn't have something like that. He lived with us until I was twelve years old. I don't remember any periods of lack of money. Everything was fine. My father played in Spartak, the national team, earned money.

The only thing that I clearly remember was ... Papa's fears, which he told me about. The age of an athlete in the same football is short. The father was worried that at the end of his career he might be left out of work. Lose your favorite job. What to do then? The question was in the father's eyes. And, apparently, the answer was not always found.

It seems that dad did not remain without his beloved football. I went to other cities for matches with Spartak veterans. Activities, one way or another, connected with the popular game, did not leave him. In a word, I earned money for a living.

Mom, as far as I know, does not communicate with anyone from the world of football. After the death of the pope, she, as they say, "withdrew into herself." The memories of the sports period are very difficult for her. As soon as my father left us during his lifetime, my mother lost interest in football completely. For her, it’s as if this sport does not exist. Although she used to be very worried about the successes and failures of her father, she was desperately rooting for the team in red and white uniforms.

Mom once admitted that communication with dad was the best thing that happened in her life. The first time after the departure of the father in a friend my family is the hardest. None of us hid our feelings. Hard not financially, no. Morally, psychologically. The burden of a huge loss for us was felt physically. Mom is a thin, fragile woman, haggard, in my opinion, even more noticeable.

She didn't try to get her dad back. I don't think anyone should be held back. The doors of our house for the father remained open. You can come, call, finally. Being obsessive, as they say, sticky, apparently, is not in the nature of the mother. By the way, mine too.

She did not intrude into the privacy of her parents. Yes, and she was small at the time of the divorce of loved ones. Didn't quite understand what was going on. It's a pity that the parents separated. In my opinion, the life of dad and mom just broke down. This is the impression.

The good, good times of dad's career. And not because he is a "star" on the field. With rapture I remember the days and evenings spent in our apartment. In the company of people close to my father. I'm talking about the Spartak players who looked at the "light".

The aforementioned Sergei Rodionov is almost invariably among the guests, other players. A person who owns a guitar is always the soul of the company, isn't it? In general, my father is not a professional guitarist. Talented self-taught.

Dad, what to hide, wanted to have a boy in the family. To play football with him. And I would not “push” my son into professionals without fail. Just drive the ball with him, say, in the yard. Everyone was waiting for grandchildren-boys, and only girls were born.

A simple, working family with my father. They lived in a communal apartment. All, imagine, in one room. They moved into a separate apartment in Sokolniki when I was four years old. "Spartak" allocated housing. Far from immediately. Only when dad played in the main team. So the path from the "communal paradise" to individual apartments turned out to be very long and difficult.

Today we live outside the city. It's better, more comfortable. My father often said, I agree with him: the city is not for us. The bustle of the metropolis tired him, exhausted him - purely psychologically. Constantly, my dad and I dreamed of leaving the capital. He liked to spend time in the country.

At the slightest opportunity, my father and a company of football friends went to the Moscow region. Barbecues, songs with a guitar. Wonderful, soulful! And, if I'm going to Moscow on business, I feel uncomfortable. Move to Sokolniki? No way! Although the patrimony of "Spartacus". I try to resolve all the accumulated issues in a day. So that not a foot in the city.

In my opinion, one of the main reasons for leaving early is separation from my mother. No wonder they say, "do not part with your loved ones." It is directly related to our family, the love story of my parents.

After all, a father with the finest psychology is a man, mentally deeply vulnerable. In my opinion, until the end of his days, he was very worried about leaving our family for another “cell”. Yes, almost nowhere, I think. That act, rather, a tragic circumstance further crippled the vulnerable psyche, in general, health. The sad outcome is known.

And the point here is not at all in the mother, the wife of Fedor Fedorovich. Some people paint her almost as a fiend. Like, because of her, allegedly, her unbearable character, the person died, in fact. Attribute non-existent, extremely negative qualities. How wrong they are!

Mom tried her best to save the family. Did not work out. Years later, it’s hard for me not only to say, but to remember dirty slander, unfair accusations against her.

Poor health, some confusion, most likely, pushed dad to leave us. I repeat, in "nowhere", purely my personal opinion. I do not impose anything on anyone. I think that I, the daughter of Fedor Fedorovich, have the right to my point of view. Of course, the father's popularity could attract the opposite side. Yes, and the mercantile component, too. I really don't want to talk about that family.

Dad willingly came to the area of ​​​​the capital's Deer Ponds, close to his heart. There is now the Academy, named after his father. He loved children very much, each visit there was accompanied by close, detailed, fascinating communication with Spartak children, future graduates of the Academy. In my opinion, the guys doted on Fedor Fedorovich, the sympathy is mutual.

Father returned home after intense battles, first of all, to rest. Mom, it seems to me, also tried to avoid the football theme. What for? Dad had more than enough football - on the field, in locker rooms, airplanes, hotels, etc. We created all the conditions for him to rest. Great time spent with the family. Great happiness for us - dad returned from a trip! Holiday of the soul, heart.

«С НИМ ССОРА НЕВОЗМОЖНА»

Со слов дочери Федора Черенкова, Анастасии, ее горячо любимому папе вообще не свойственно было ругаться. Она не помнит, чтобы отец за что-то ее отчитал. С ним не возникало проблем в общении.

Можно сказать, трепетно оберегал дочку от малейших огорчений, тем более, потрясений. Вот мама в определенные моменты могла прикрикнуть, отец – нет. Такое и представить себе невозможно.

- Папа всегда стремился перевести диалог в «мирное русло», когда мама, например, меня воспитывала, - вспоминает Анастасия. «Не надо, не стоит на ребенка голос повышать. Давай спокойно поговорим», - призывал замечательный, добрейший Федор Федорович. И ему удавалось достичь цели. Беседа в нормальном, позитивном тоне шла.

В общем, отец неизменно держал марку классного, милейшего переговорщика. Хотя, например, отличницей Настя в школе не числилась. Придраться было к чему. Но с таким родителем, как Федор Федорович, ничего не страшно, все преодолевалось.

Словом, папа – олицетворение доброты, мягкости. Не преувеличение. Он таким и запомнился не только дочери. Взаимовыручка, помощь исходили от него как дома, так и за его пределами.

Во время активной карьеры игрока отец, по понятным причинам, редко дома находился. Потому Анастасия не помнит, чтобы он встречал ее после занятий в школе. Но в свободное от футбольных матчей время гуляли в красивейшем парке «Сокольники». Гости очень хорошие домой к Черенковым приезжали. Партнеры по «Спартаку», - Ринат Дасаев, Станислав Черчесов, Сергей Родионов, другие игроки.

- Мы с мамой наслаждались подобным общением, - говорит Анастасия. - Спартаковцы на момент карьеры папы народ занятой, как и он сам. Еще Сергей Шавло, Евгений Кузнецов, Борис Поздняков приходили к нам. Почти вся команда перебывала в гостях. Приятно, замечательные люди.

Пожалуй, самый близкий по духу человек - Сергей Родионов. Они, как родные братья. Скорее всего, доверяли друг другу семейные тайны, делились сокровенным. Родионов в этом смысле оказался идеальным спутником по жизни.

Людей творческой среды семья Черенковых в доме не видела. Хотя спартаковцы разных поколений часто дружили с артистами. Может, сам Федор Федорович, - да почти наверняка, - общался с кем-то из них за пределами семейного гнездышка.

Уже в семь-восемь лет Анастасия пристрастилась к футболу, стала посещать матчи с участием спартаковцев. В Лужники с мамой приезжала. Конечно, в столь юном возрасте еще не придавала значения увиденному. Не осознавала, что ее отец - очень яркая личность в футболе. Стала понимать позже, когда подросла.

- Футбол, мне казалось, безжалостно отнимал у меня папу, - рассказывает Анастасия. - Удел, наверное, всех детей спортсменов, разъезжающим по городам и весям. Да, тосковала в его отсутствие. И, по большому счету, никто и ничто не утешало в подобные, безрадостные моменты.

Форменная катастрофа в сердце, оно буквально разрывалось в разлуке. Теперь не боюсь, и не стесняюсь признаться. Да, футбол беспардонно отнимал любимого человека. Мама отмечала дни, в которые наш Федор Федорович мог побыть в кругу семьи. Таковых набиралось мизерное количество. По сути, всего несколько дней в году!

Не станешь ведь просить, требовать. Оставайся, мол, дома. Не езди никуда, будь со мной. Говорю, понимание пришло позднее, раньше оно и не могло быть, объективно. Просто в силу возраста не могла смириться, как мне казалось, с очень длительным отсутствием папы дома. Расстраивалась, скучала.

Отец возвращался из очередной командировки, радость бурная. Вот Настя и шла гулять в парк «Сокольники» с ненаглядным папой. В «Макдональдс» заглядывали, любили там время провести. Баловал дочку сувенирами, подарками. Много дисков, пластинок привозил из-за рубежа. Дома целая коллекция набралась.

На футбольные матчи в Москве Анастасия ходила и ходит до сих пор. Разумеется, с участием близкого ей «Спартака». Болеет от души. Бывает, расстраивается из-за не очень удачной игры любимой команды. Но продолжает верить в нее.

ДОМОЙ - НА НОСИЛКАХ

- Папа как-то обмолвился, не пойти ли мне в женский футбол. Девчонкой была, лет десять-одиннадцать. Отказалась. Отец, разумеется, не настаивал, и не мог настаивать, не в его характере.

Во дворе с ровесниками никогда мяч не гоняла, не чувствовала потребности, - вспоминает дочь футболиста. - Не мое занятие. Вот за компанию с папой могла поиграть. С превеликим удовольствием. Может, поэтому у него возникла идея отдать меня в футбол? Даже не идея вовсе, скорее, предложение. Желание посмотреть и оценить, как отреагирую. Не желает Настенька, тогда, конечно, не стоит.

Когда появлялись у отца выходные, с удовольствием ехали в родное ему Кунцево. Бабушку навестить, заодно в футбол сыграть. Папа обязательно, и с видимым желанием шел на школьный стадион. Не знаю, как узнавали болельщики, но приезда Федора Черенкова ждали с нетерпением. Толпа любителей игры, от мала до велика, уже располагалась на подступах к арене.

Когда в семье появились внучки, отец не разрешил отдавать их в спорт. «Ни в коем случае, нельзя», - лейтмотив высказываний папы. Старшая моя дочка хотела гимнастикой заняться. «Не приводи ее туда», - говорил он. Я в принципе и не собиралась увлечь дочерей профессиональным спортом. Разве что для здоровья, физического развития.

Наш дедушка не просто запрещал внучкам заниматься, объяснял, почему. «Понимаешь, Настя, если девочек привести в спорт, у них, возможно, не будет ни здоровья, ни семьи. Все взаимосвязано». Я ценила заботу папы о внучках. А совет профессионального спортсмена был очень кстати. Нельзя не прислушаться.

Помню, папу привезли домой… на носилках. Травмировался в столкновении с соперником. Даже отпечатки болячки на теле остались. Мне, в ту пору девчонке, искренне страшно стало. Рыдала, не стесняясь, слез. Тогда лишний раз убедилась в правоте слов отца. Профессиональный спорт сопряжен с травмами, увечьями.

С внучками, когда домой возвращался, любил мяч гонять. Как-то ездили на матчи ветеранов, на стадион «Алмаз», в районе Преображенки. Нашел время и возможность устроить веселую перепасовку со старшей дочкой, младшая совсем маленькой была. Со стороны, мило, забавно смотрелось. Отец и дедушка Федор Федорович просто идеальный. Не преувеличение. Дед никогда не ругал внучек даже за очевидные шалости.

Он неизменно приветлив со всеми, и с каждым в отдельности. Мне и дочкам было интересно наблюдать за манерой общения с людьми. Мог по часу отвечать на вопросы болельщиков. Как и почему, к примеру, его «Спартак» не совсем удачно провел матч. В чем причины.

От неудобных вопросов не уходил, старался исчерпывающе ответить. Не каждому дано. Никогда бы не сказала, что болельщики навязчивы, в чем-то нетерпеливы, заносчивы. Нет. Все нормально, цивилизованно проходило.

С ЛЮБИМЫМИ НЕ РАССТАВАЙТЕСЬ

- Некоторые подробности моей личной жизни с папой обсуждали. С кем еще, если не с ним? Человек, которому безотчетно верила. В его глубокий ум, тонкость восприятия, понимание деликатных вещей.

Вроде общие слова говорил: советовал семью сохранить, отговаривал разводиться, и тому подобное. Проникновенно у него получалось, с душой. Вероятно, выстраданный лично самим опыт, безусловно, давал ему моральное право в каком-то смысле поучать. Опять же в плане ненавязчивого, мягкого совета.

Увы, не получилось, - ни у него, ни у меня. О чем я, например, не жалею. Папа, по-моему, жалел. Ну, изжили себя отношения в первом моем браке, что поделать. Смысла их продолжать не было.

…Часто выбираюсь на кладбище к папе одна. Завезла, например, младшую дочь в школу, и еду на Троекуровское. Убираюсь там, что-то обновляю. Внучки, естественно, тоже с нами посещают могилку, когда время и учеба позволяют.

Дома свой мини-музей имеется, посвященный Федору Федоровичу. Сплошь и рядом клубная атрибутика. Внучки очень тепло принимают все, что им напоминает об их замечательном дедушке.

Не задумывалась, есть ли у отца враги. Данная категория граждан, откровенно говоря, никак не вписывается в светлый образ папы. Мне представляется, у него не должно быть злопыхателей, враждебно настроенных людей. Да по какой причине злиться на него, мягкого, доброго?!

На футбольном поле, во время игры еще допускаю всякие недружелюбные по отношению к отцу проявления. Конечно, мастер очень техничный, нейтрализовать по правилам удавалось редко. Но в обыденной жизни злобные выпады, по-моему, невозможны.

Непростые в его жизни периоды? Без работы оставался, денег в семью не приносил? У нас подобного быть не могло. Жил с нами до двенадцати моих лет. Временных отрезков безденежья не помню. Все было нормально. Отец играл в «Спартаке», сборной, зарабатывал.

Единственное, что отчетливо запомнилось… Опасения папы, о которых он мне рассказывал. Век спортсмена в том же футболе короток. Отец переживал, что по окончании карьеры может остаться не у дел. Лишится любимого профессионального занятия. Что тогда делать? Вопрос читался в глазах отца. И, видимо, не всегда находился ответ.

Похоже, без любимого футбола папа все же не остался. На матчи с ветеранами «Спартака» в другие города ездил. Деятельность, так или иначе, связанная с популярной игрой, его не оставляла. Словом, деньги на жизнь зарабатывал.

Мама, насколько знаю, ни с кем из мира футбола не общается. После кончины папы она, что называется, «ушла в себя». Очень ей тяжелы воспоминания спортивного периода. Стоило еще при жизни отцу уйти от нас, мама охладела к футболу совсем. Для нее как будто нет данного вида спорта. Хотя раньше очень переживала за успехи, неудачи папы, отчаянно болела за команду в красно-белой форме.

Мама как-то призналась, что общение с папой – лучшее, что было в ее жизни. Первое время после ухода отца в другую семью самое тяжелое. Никто из нас не скрывал своих чувств. Тяжело не материально, нет. Морально, психологически. Груз огромной для нас потери ощущали физически. Мама – худенькая, хрупкая женщина, осунулась, по-моему, еще заметнее.

Она не пыталась вернуть папу. Считаю, не надо никого удерживать. Двери нашего дома для отца оставались открытыми. Можно прийти, позвонить, наконец. Быть навязчивой, как говорят, прилипчивой, видимо, не в характере мамы. Моем, кстати, тоже.

В личную жизнь родителей не вторгалась. Да и маленькой была на момент развода близких людей. Не совсем понимала, что происходит. Очень жаль, что родители расстались. По-моему, жизнь папы и мамы просто сломалась. Такое впечатление сложилось.

Славные, добрые времена папиной карьеры. И не потому, что он «звезда» на поле. С упоением вспоминаю дни и вечера, проведенные в нашей квартире. В компании людей, близких моему отцу. Я о футболистах «Спартака», заглядывавших на «огонек».

Упомянутый Сергей Родионов почти неизменно среди гостей, другие игроки. Человек, владеющий гитарой, всегда душа компании, разве не так? Вообще отец не профессиональный гитарист. Талантливый самоучка.

Папа, что скрывать, хотел и мальчика в семье иметь. Чтобы в футбол с ним играть. И не «толкал» бы сына непременно в профессионалы. Просто мяч с ним погонять, скажем, во дворе. Все ждал внуков-мальчиков, а рождались исключительно девочки.

Простая, рабочая семья у отца. Жили в коммуналке. Все, представьте, в одной комнате. В отдельную квартиру в Сокольниках въехали, когда мне четыре года исполнилось. «Спартак» жилье выделил. Далеко не сразу. Лишь когда папа заиграл в основном составе. Так что путь из «коммунального рая» в отдельные апартаменты оказался весьма нескорым и непростым.

Нынче живем за городом. Там лучше, комфортнее. Отец нередко говорил, я с ним солидарна: город не для нас. Суета мегаполиса его утомляла, изматывала, - чисто психологически. Постоянно мы с папой мечтали уехать из столицы. Он любил проводить время на даче.

При малейшей возможности отец с компанией друзей-футболистов ехали в Подмосковье. Шашлыки, песни под гитару. Замечательно, душевно! И, если по делам в Москву собираюсь, некомфортно мне. В Сокольники перебраться? Ни за что на свете! Хотя и вотчина «Спартака». Стараюсь все накопившиеся вопросы за сутки решить. Чтобы в город ни ногой.

Похороны, первые дни после похорон. Я поражена количеством спартаковских шарфов, другой символики, атрибутики. Могила утопала в цветах. И сейчас народ приезжает почтить отца, мысленно пообщаться с ним. От мала до велика, совсем юные люди до седовласых мужчин и женщин. В любое время года.

Говорим, вспоминаем игру отца, красивейшие мячи в ворота соперников, и не только. Открытый характер, его потрясающую улыбку, готовую, казалось, согреть всех и вся. Да много чего еще вспоминаем, разве такое забудешь? Люди разного возраста искренне сокрушаются, что папа столь рано ушел из жизни. Многие болельщики до сих пор плачут, не могут до конца поверить в трагедию, смириться с ней.

Да, наряду со светлыми, теплыми моментами меня посещают горькие мысли по поводу безвременной кончины. Люди недоумевают: как такое могло произойти?

По-моему, одна из главных причин раннего ухода – разлука с мамой. Не зря говорят, «с любимыми не расставайтесь». Имеет прямое отношение к нашей семье, истории любви моих родителей.

Отец ведь с тончайшей психологией человек, душевно глубоко ранимый. На мой взгляд, он до конца дней сильно переживал уход из нашей семьи в другую «ячейку». Да практически в «никуда», считаю. Тот поступок, скорее, трагическое обстоятельство еще больше подкосило ранимую психику, в целом, здоровье. Печальный итог известен.

И дело здесь совсем не в маме, супруге Федора Федоровича. Ее некоторые люди рисуют едва ли не исчадием ада. Мол, из-за нее, якобы, несносного ее характера, человек и погиб, по сути. Приписывают несуществующие, крайне негативные качества. Как они ошибаются!

Мама как раз всячески пыталась сохранить семью. Не получилось. Спустя годы мне тяжело не то, что говорить, - вспоминать грязные наветы, несправедливые обвинения в ее адрес.

Неважное самочувствие, некоторая растерянность, скорее всего, и подтолкнули папу уйти от нас. Повторюсь, в «никуда», сугубо мое, личное мнение. Никому ничего не навязываю. Думаю, я, дочь Федора Федоровича, имею право на свою точку зрения. Конечно, противную сторону могла привлечь популярность отца. Да и меркантильная составляющая тоже. Вообще не хочу говорить о той семье.

Папа охотно приезжал в район столичных Оленьих прудов, близких его сердцу. Там располагается сейчас Академия, названная в честь отца. Очень любил детей, каждый визит туда сопровождался тесным, подробным, увлекательным общением со спартаковской детворой, будущими выпускниками Академии. По-моему, ребята души не чаяли в Федоре Федоровиче, симпатии взаимные.

Отец возвращался после напряженных баталий домой, прежде всего, отдохнуть. Мама, мне кажется, тоже старалась избегать футбольной темы. Зачем? Папе футбола хватало с лихвой, - на поле, в раздевалках, самолетах, гостиницах, и т.д. Мы ему все условия создавали для отдыха. Классно время проводили в семье. Огромное счастье для нас – папа вернулся из поездки! Праздник души, сердца.

How a Forbes billionaire gets out of debt



The First Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction upheld the verdict of the Moscow Regional Court in the case of the kidnapping of a prominent businessman Boris Minakhi and his bodyguard. In turn, the investigation itself was carried out by the Investigative Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation, and it was within its framework that most of the materials on the receipt of bribes by Miniakhmetov were collected.

The essence of the story is this. The billionaire Yakobashvili had a longtime friend and partner, Boris Minakhi, with whom they had a quarrel over a large elevator and a number of other assets. Yakobashvili was then ill and most of his affairs were handled by David Mirzoev. He had an assistant in criminal cases, Batyr Bekmuradov, whom he sent as the head of the security service to his senior comrade thief in law Zakhar Kalashov. It was Bekmuradov's militants who, on Mirzoev's go-ahead, kidnapped a businessman, US citizen Boris Minakhi and his driver on the Rublevsky highway, and took them to one of the construction sites. Mirzoev and Bekmuradov arrived there with false mustaches, beards and wigs (so that they would not be identified). They began to demand that Minakhi rewrite the shares of a large grain elevator. Minakhi promised to fulfill everything, he was released.

Having placed Minakhi and Kh Kh. in the indicated premises, and holding them, the unidentified participants in the organized by Bekmuradov B.I. groups, inflicted at least one blow to Minakhi's head with a hand, directed the barrel of an object resembling a pistol towards his head, fired in the immediate vicinity of Minakhi and X A.G. at least two arbitrary shots from an unidentified weapon, and also put forward a demand for repayment of the debt by Minakhi, expressing, in case of refusal to comply with the requirements, threats of physical violence against him and members of his family, and at the same time showing photographs depicting the places of his residence. As a result, Minakhi was forced to recognize the existence of obligations to repay the debt and fulfill them. After that, unidentified participants organized by Bekmuradov B.I. the groups left the unfinished garage, leaving Minakhi and X X.X in the garage with their hands tied and unable to move.

Как миллиардер из списка Forbes выбивает долги

Первый апелляционный суд общей юрисдикци оставил в силе приговор Мособлсуда по делу о похищении крупного бизнесмена Бориса Минахи и его телохранителя. Об этом сообщает телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ. Ранее полностью виновными присяжными были признаны два интересных персонажа. Первый, - Батыр Бекмурадов - руководитель службы безопасности «вора в законе» Захара Калашова, по кличке Шакро молодой. Батыр вместе со своим боссом был осужден за вымогательство, но теперь ему вынесен новый приговор– за похищение человека.

Вторым обвиняемым по делу является Давид Мирзоев – родственник, бывший компаньон, и «правая рука» миллиардера Давида Якобашвили.

В результате Бекмурадов получил 12 лет колонии, а Мирзоев-10 лет лишения свободы.

Вокруг этого дела «схватка» была не менее острая, чем вокруг дела в отношении экс-следователя СКР Руслана Миниахметова и герои в обоих историях одинаковые. Мирзоев, сначала через решальщика Андрея Матуса, а потом напрямую тесно общался с Управлением К ФСБ РФ, которое, мягко говоря, было не заинтересовано в том, чтобы следствие добралось до финала и был вынесен обвинительный приговор. В свою очередь само следствие вело СУ ФСБ РФ, и именно в его рамках и было собрано большинство материалов о получении взяток Миниахметовым.

Суть истории такова. У миллиардера Якобашвили был давний друг и партнер Борис Минахи, с которым они вдрызг разругались из-за крупного элеватора и ряда других активов. Якобашвили тогда болел и большинство его дел занимался Давид Мирзоев. У того был помощник по криминальным делам Батыр Бекмурадов, которого он направил в качестве руководителя службы безопасности своему старшему товарищу «вору в законе» Захару Калашову. Именно боевики Бекмурадова по отмашке Мирзоева похитили на Рублевском шоссе бизнесмена, гражданина США Бориса Минахи и его водителя, вывезли их на одну из строек. Туда приехали Мирзоев и Бекмурадов с накладными усами, бородами и в париках (чтобы не опознали). Они стали требовать от Минахи переписать акции крупного элеватора. Минахи пообещал все выполнить, его отпустили.

Бекмурадов Б.И., согласившись на данное предложение Мирзоева Д.Р., договорился с последним о совершении похищения Минахи и последующего его удержания, в ходе которого с применением насилия в отношении последнего и угрозы причинения вреда жизни и здоровью членам его семьи принудить Минахи к возврату Якобашвили в кратчайшие сроки денежного долга. При этом Бекмурадов Б.И. разработал план осуществления задуманного, согласовал его с Мирзоевым Д.Р. и договорился с ним о его реализации лицами, входящими в состав созданной, им- Бекмурадовым Б.И. организованной группы, и действующей под его- Бекмурадова Б.И. руководством.

Получив указание Мирзоева Д.Р., Бекмурадов Б.И. довел разработанный план до неустановленных лиц (дело в отношении которых выделено в отдельное производство), являющихся участниками, созданной и руководимой им-Бекмурадовым Б.И. организованной группы, распределил между ними роли. Осуществляя руководство и координируя действия неустановленных участников организованной группы, Бекмурадов Б.И. дал им указание отследить маршруты передвижения Минахи., в том числе с применением технических средств наблюдения и фиксации его местонахождения, подобрать удобное место для нападения и захвата Минахи., а также помещение для его дальнейшего удержания; принять меры конспирации путем изменения внешности и внешнего вида.

Неустановленными участниками руководимой Бекмурадовым Б.И. группы были выполнены данные им указания, о чем он- Бекмурадов Б.И. был поставлен в известность. После чего Бекмурадов Б.И., действуя в соответствии с достигнутой с Мирзоевым Д.Р. договоренностью, поручил неустановленным участникам созданной и руководимой им-Бекмурадовым Б.И. группы, осуществить похищение Минахи в целях принуждения его к возврату имеющегося долга, в размерах и сроки, установленные Якобашвили. При этом Бекмурадов Б.И., в целях создания себе искусственного алиби для сокрытия своей причастности к совершаемым противоправным действиям, покинул территорию Российской Федерации.



Выполняя указания Бекмурадова Б.И., разработанный им, и согласованный с Мирзоевым Д.Р. план, действуя в соответствии с распределенными ролями, неустановленные участники организованной Бекмурадовым Б.И. группы, на дороге, ведущей к жилищу Минахи., на расстоянии 150 метров от въезда в коттеджный поселок, под угрозой применения неустановленного оружия, остановили автомобиль, с находившимися в нем Минахи и Х Х. (водитель Минахи- Rucriminal.info) , и с применением физической силы вытащили их из салона автомобиля, повалили на землю, нанесли в область головы не менее одного удара бейсбольной битой, а затем, одев на их головы матерчатые мешки, и связав их руки пластиковыми стяжками, посадили их в неустановленное транспортное средство, на котором перевезли в помещение недостроенного гаража. Поместив Минахи и Х Х. в указанное помещение, и удерживая их, неустановленные участники организованной Бекмурадовым Б.И. группы, нанесли Минахи не менее одного удара рукой в голову, направляли в сторону его головы ствол предмета, похожего на пистолет, произвели в непосредственной близости от Минахи и Х А.Г. не менее двух произвольных выстрелов из неустановленного оружия, а также выдвинули Минахи требование о возврате долга, высказывая при этом, в случае отказа от выполнения требований, угрозы физической расправы в его адрес и адрес членов его семьи, и демонстрируя при этом фотографии с изображением мест его жительства. В результате чего Минахи был вынужден признать наличие обязательств о возврате долга и исполнить их. После чего неустановленные участники организованной Бекмурадовым Б.И. группы покинули помещение недостроенного гаража, оставив Минахи и Х Х.Х в помещении гаража со связанными руками и лишенными возможности передвигаться.

This festival of party idiocy, he was generally what? The tense state employees grumbled and murmured, becoming more and more assertive in their dislike for the party. Sweating officials, who were entrusted with coverage and control, drank validol and made party prayers for the turnout surge.

For which, apparently, the local oligarch Rezvan Isaev vouched for a lot. But how could he, despite the temptation of the “offer” of his “curator”, get into the lists of the United Russia? Lugovoy is the former head of the Gelendzhik division of the FSB, who was known in the city not at all for the battle for state security, but for the fact that he “leaked” the information that the townspeople gave him about the lawlessness perpetrated by officials and their henchmen, just to those same officials and henchmen. As a result, the amount of bribes that all this gang demanded from businessmen, stall holders, owners of mini-hotels increased, and significantly. Lugovoy, as a result of this draining and unselfish activity, was ruthlessly bubbling from the FSB CSS. And now this prominent plenipotentiary of corruption in the territory of the South of Russia is going to professionally engage in bribes in the form of a deputy of the ZSK?
