And the results are published. Now, probably, it is worth checking the lists of the “winners” predicted by us and those who, in fact, won the “victory”. And here, in the course of this comparison, we are expected by simply unheard-of opanki. Which, in terms of insight and accuracy of getting into the future, are no worse than Nostradamus and Vanga.

Among those whom the regional authorities appointed as the winner, we named Andrei Doroshev, deputy head of Krasnodar. So here he is - "won", as a single-mandate, in constituency No. 10. Who would doubt it. The deputy of the Krasnodar City Duma, Stanislav Nikolenko, won in single-mandate constituency No. 4, his Duma colleague Igor Bragarnik won in single-mandate constituency No. 6. It is interesting for them in real life, at least someone other than their own grandmother voted? Stanislav Grinev, director of Clinic Preobrazhenskaya LLC, became the winner in single-mandate constituency No. 3. Those who appointed the winners opened their eyes to the fact that Kovalyuk, it turns out, was an associate of Khodorkovsky from Yukos, and it was very unpatriotic for his daughter Daria to study in Switzerland, and his wife Natalya shared indecent footage of a personal family nest in social networks France. Andrey Buldin, whom we named in advance as the winner, predictably won in single-mandate constituency No. 40 (Goryachiy Klyuch, Apsheronsk).

This festival of party idiocy, he was generally what? The tense state employees grumbled and murmured, becoming more and more assertive in their dislike for the party. Sweating officials, who were entrusted with coverage and control, drank validol and made party prayers for the turnout surge.

As a result, the amount of bribes that all this gang demanded from businessmen, stall holders, owners of mini-hotels increased, and significantly. Lugovoy, as a result of this draining and unselfish activity, was ruthlessly bubbling from the FSB CSS. На прошлой неделе случилось кубанское ясновидение. Без помощи магических шаров и УЗИ Rucriminal.info сильно заранее были предсказаны имена победителей праймериз «Единой России», что завершились 30 мая в Краснодарском крае. Жители Юга, гонимые краевыми начальниками на электронную площадку для голосования обещаниями разнообразных кар, возможно думали, что от их голосов действительно что-то зависит. На самом же деле, организаторам данного выборного аттракциона Дю солей, необходим был исключительно факт регистрации подневольный граждан-бюджетников на Госуслугах. Силовое понуждение к регистрации давало необходимую минимальную явку (которая в итоге в крае оказалась в результате начальственных уговоров и экзекуций на уровне 13%).

Непосредственные победители были назначены сильно заранее. Многие фамилии тех, кто «честно победил», в этом на скорую руку сварганенном коррупционном шоу, Rucriminal.info назвал за несколько дней до объявления официальных результатов. Некоторые независимые региональные издания, кстати, дали даже более расширенные списки тех, кто выиграет.

Сразу же краевые СМИ, что кормятся из краевого бюджета, не опровергая этот поток «предсказаний», стали спешно публиковать тексты с предположениями от кого из врагов кубанского административного строя могло исходить такое неслыханное злопыхательство. И вот результаты опубликованы. Сейчас, наверное, стоит сверить списки предсказанных нами «победителей» и тех, кто, собственно, «победу» одержал. И вот тут, по ходу данного сравнения, нас ожидают просто-таки неслыханные опаньки. Которые по прозорливости и точности попадания в будущее никак не хуже Нострадамуса и Ванги.

Среди тех, кого краевая власть назначила победителем мы называли зам главы Краснодара Андрея Дорошева. Так вот же он – «победил», как одномандатник, в округе № 10. Кто бы сомневался. Депутат краснодарской городской Думы Станислав Николенко, выиграл в одномандатном округе № 4, его сотоварищ по Думе Игорь Брагарник прошел по одномандатному округу № 6. Интересно за них в реальной жизни, хоть кто-то кроме родной бабушки голосовал? Директор ООО «Клиника Преображенская Станислав Гринев обозначился победителем на одномандатном округе № 3. Генеральный директор ООО «Метрикс Девелопмент» Николай Лобачев вовсе не неожиданно заполучил большинство голосов тех, кто его абсолютно не знает в одномандатном округе № 9.

По Сочинским округам те, кого мы назвали назначенными победителями тоже победили.

По одномандатному округу № 43 это Виктор Тепляков, по 44-му – Борис Юнанов. Мы предположили, что от округа № 45 (часть Адлера плюс Сириус), пройдет длинноногая красотка- бизнес-вумен. Некоторые кубанские блогеры, за пару дней до объявления результатов уверяли что назначена будет Анна Невзорова, кстати, и красивая и директор Сочинского ООО «Метрополис». Она и была краевыми начальниками отряжена в победители.

Ошиблись мы в предсказаниях дважды. Во-первых предположили, что в списках одномандатников от Лазаревского (округ одномандатный № 42) продет армянин. Но прошел заместитель директора ООО «Лазаревский пансионат отдыха «Чайка» Илья Стопченко. Братья-армяне решили не рисковать и не связываться с одномандатными округами. Своих кандидатов они «занесли» в списки ЕР. Так надежней. Пройти с депутаты по партийным спискам, особенно, если за своего «простимулировали», и он в верхней части перечня достойных, куда надежнее.

Ошиблись мы и по одному из победителей-новороссийцев. Предположили, что пройдет Михаил Ковалюк. Но прямо перед объявлением итогов на Ковалюка со стороны «неизвестных» была совершена лихая медийная атака. У тех, кто назначал победителей, открылись глаза на то, что Ковалюк-то, оказывается, сподвижник Ходорковского еще по «Юкосу», и дочь Дарья у него весьма непатриотично учиться в Швейцарии, и жена Наталья делиться в соцсетях неприличными кадрами личного семейного гнезда во Франции. При взгляде на интерьеры гнезда, создается ощущение, что тот ставропольских гаишник, что прославился на страну золотыми унитазами, сильно недорабатывал, - довольно нищенский у него интерьер по сравнению с французским домиком Ковалюка. Замена патриоту Франции нашлась быстро. По одному из новороссийских округов (№ 34) случилась победа генерального директора ООО «СтройЮгРегион», президента Краснодарской краевой Ассоциации «Региональное отраслевое объединение работодателей «Союз дорожников Кубани» Александра Карпенко. Что логично. По дорожному нацпроекту Краснодарский край ежегодно получает десятки миллиардов рублей из федерального бюджета. Пилятся эти средства нещадно, технология побед на миллиардных тендерах с последующими откатами отработана в совершенстве (об этом еще напишем). Так что без дорожников в краевом парламенте никак.

Константин Димитриев, гендиректор санатория «Красная Талка», как мы и говорили задолго до победного праймеризова финиша, финишировал первым в округе № 37 (Геленджик)

Александр Джеус, директор «Орленка», взял свое первое место на одномандатном округе № 41. На всякий случай (учитывая его полнейшее игнорирование многочисленных проблем родного Туапсинского района, а Джеус действующий депутат ЗСК) его назначили победителем еще и в территориальных группах. То есть еще и по партийным спискам пойдет.

Бывшего главу Туапсинского района, при котором начался массовый распил земель лесфонда, и ни на каплю не продвинулась тухлая программа газификации района, ныне депутата ЗСК Владимира Лыбанева, так же его краевые кураторы подстраховали. Он «победил» как на одномандатном округе № 22, так и как кандидат-списочник.

Заранее названный нами победителем Андрей Булдин, предсказуемо победил в одномандатном округе № 40 (Горячий Ключ, Апшеронск).

Николай Морарь учредитель ЮСК «Каскад», выиграл в Анапе (одномандатный округ № 31). Кто бы сомневался, что нами предсказанное сбудется.

И вообще сбылось все. Перечислим всех остальных, о ком мы задолго до получения результатов говорили, как о назначенных «победителях» и которые победителями стали. Пройдемся по «назначенным» в том порядке, как они были упомянуты в предыдущем «предсказательном» тексте. Еще по Темрюку. Предположили, что будет назначен либо винодел, либо строитель Крымского моста. Местные кубанские блогеры, были более осведомлены, и за несколько дней до победы, победителя назвали – генеральный директор винодельческой агрофирмы «Южная», Игорь Чемерис. Так «внезапно» и произошло…

Никому из федерального руководства ЕР не кажется странным, что приведенный нами задолго до окончательного подведения итогов кубанских праймериз перечень назначенных победителей, на 99% (кроме одного новороссийского деятеля, которого срочно «слили», по богатофранцузско-ходорковскому поводу) совпал с только что обнародованным списком как бы «честно выигравших» праймериз?

Этот фестиваль партийного идиотизма он был вообще к чему? Напрягаемые бюджетники роптали и бухтели, все более утверждаясь в своей нелюбви к партии. Потеющие чиновники, которым было поручены охват и контроль, пили валидол и творили партийные молитвы по нагону явки.

Но, праймериз - это, напомним, предварительное партийное голосование. Основное красочное выборное извержение ждет нас в кубанском сентябре. На Кубани это время сбора урожая винограда и фальсификаций. Результаты предстоящих «независимых выборов», думаем, будут на Кубани назначены где-то к концу июня. Начальство уж постарается отрядить на победу тех, кто для народа назовут «достойными». Постараемся и мы обнародовать список «победителей», ну хотя бы за месяц до выборов. А кубанским единороссам над слоганами предстоящей фальсификации бы подумать. Типа: «Если ты единоросс, обеспечь для урны вброс».

P.S. И еще. Бегло просмотрели списки кубанских «списочников». Есть в нем персонажи удивительные. К примеру, Сергей Луговой, директор по безопасности АО «Автономная теплоэнергетическая компания». За которого, видимо немало поручился местный олигарх Резван Исаев. Но как он, даже несмотря на заманчивость «предложения» своего «куратора», мог в списки ЕР попасть? Луговой – бывший руководитель Геленджикского подразделения ФСБ, который был известен в городе, вовсе не битвой на государственную безопасность, а тем, что «сливал» информацию, которую давали ему горожане о беспределе творимом чиновниками и их подручными, как раз тем самым чиновникам и подручным. В результате, суммы взяток, которые вся эта шатия требовала от бизнесменов, ларечников, владельцев мини-гостиниц возрастала, и существенно. Лугового по итогам этой сливной и небескорыстной деятельности безжалостно кышнула из органов УСБ ФСБ. И вот теперь этот видный полпред коррупции на территории Юга России, собрался профессионально заниматься мздой в виде депутата ЗСК?

Also, Sachkov handed over materials and even gave a series of detailed interviews for a film about Russian hackers to former NTV journalist Andrei Loshak, who now lives in the United States. Loshak is an associate of Leonid Parfyonov, with whom Sachkov maintained a trusting relationship. Parfyonov's daughter also drowns for Sachkov, like Boris Titov, together with the wife of the late Nemtsov. Очевидно, что шансы у господина Титова были несопоставимы с размерами его амбиций, тем не менее свою политическую партию он продолжил активно развивать. Еще до Сачкова, ему хватило ума позвать туда Сергея Шнурова, который на прямой линии с Президентом не забыл спросить его о “русских хакерах и выборах в США” – очевидно, вопрос явно не придуман самим певцом-алкоголиком.

Дети Титова – Павел и Мария Титовы являются подданными (гражданами) Великобритании. Пока папка пробовал стать Президентом, спецслужбы Великобритании “растили” проекты, которые позже вылились в грандиозные скандалы основанные на “фейках” – секретный канал связи между Альфа-Банком и Дональдом Трампом, из-за которого в США сейчас судят юриста Сусмана, вмешательство в выборы США, и многое-многое другое. К слову, именно Илья Сачков фигурировал в том самом фейк-вбросе про Альфа-Банк, который позже был опровергнут целым рядом компаний. Компания с убытками в более 57 миллионов рублей стала сразу же освещаться в западных СМИ, а сам Сачков был выдвинут Титовым как “самый успешный молодой предприниматель России”, что очевидно далеко от реалий. Так же, Сачков передавал материалы и даже давал ряд развернутых интервью для фильма о русских хакерах бывшему журналисту НТВ Андрею Лошаку, который сейчас проживает в США. Лошак соратник Леонида Парфенова, с которым Сачков поддерживал доверительные отношения. Дочь Парфенова так же топит за Сачкова, как и Борис Титов, вместе с женой покойного Немцова. Цель фильма – дискретитация России как государства, и развитие истории с все теми же выборами в США. До этого, Илья выдал материалы блоггеру Браяну Кребсу, которые вошли в основу книги Spamnation (описывающего Россию как “империю зла” во всем Интернете). Автор благодарит “источники, которые не можем назвать по ряду причин” прямо у себя в книге.

Тем временем, в США назревает существенный скандал, связанный с умышленной фабрикацией материалов переданных ФБР от ряда третьих лиц, которые после легли в основу звучных заголовков статей. Специальный прокурор Дюррэм в результате проведенного расследования обозначил факт фальсификации и ввода в заблуждения представителей правоохранительных органов. Наряду с этим, очевидно и разочарование наших западных партнеров “кротами”, на которых они надеялись. Слушание по Данченко назначено на Октябрь этого года.

Одним из деликатных моментов являлось и устремление самого Сачкова выиграть проект “Электронные Выборы РФ”, который достался “Лаборатории Касперского”. Ранее, Сачков давал свидетельские показания следователям ФСБ против Руслана Стоянова, сотрудника Касперского, и полковника ЦИБ ФСБ Сергея Михайлова, так же осужденного за госизмену. Фабула дела связана с передачей сведений охраняемых законом РФ и оказания содействия иностранному государству, повлекшему ущерб РФ. Позже, за госзимену привлечен был и сам Сачков. Адвокат господина Стоянова утверждает, что Сачков оклеветал (дал ложные показания) в отношении его клиента.

К слову, досье Кристофера Стила, бывшего сотрудника “российского отдела” английской разведки МИ-6, основано на информации Игоря Данченко и его подружки Ольги Галкиной, которая ранее работала в хостере SERVERS.SU. Парочка сочинила историю об известном “золотом дожде” проституток, выпущенным в Дональда Трампа во время его пребывания в отеле Ritz Cartlon во время визита в Москву. Так же, Галкина поведала Стилу о своем бывшем работодателе – Алексее Губареве, владельце Интернет-хостеров XBT Holdings и Webzilla, с сетей которых русские хакеры якобы атаковали избирательные штабы в США, что так же было признано фантазиями. Обвинительное заключение данным лицам было опубликовано на сайте Минюста США. Очевидно, что место работы самой Галкиной как и Губарева входило в зону ответственности того самого полковника Михайлова и ЦИБ ФСБ. И согласно источникам Rucriminal.info, Сачков проводил встречи с Webzilla прямо в офисе Group-IB. Напомним, Сачков являлся “агентом” Михайлова, закрепленным за ЦИБ ФСБ в качестве источника, коих вербовал ЦИБ для сбора нужных им данных.

Новая судьба под присмотром психиатра



У бизнесмена и сына экс-генпрокурора Артема Чайки интересная личная жизнь. Как сообщает телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ, недавно он справил свадьбу с замглавы психбольницы имени Алексеева Юлией Берсеневой. А до этого стал отцом в пятый раз. Правда, матерью ребенка является не Юлия и не бывшая жена Марина (мать четырех детей), а юная девушка. У Марины с помощью суда и экспертиз Юлии Берсеневой Артем Чайка отобрал маленькую дочку Софию.





Также ВЧК-ОГПУ рассказал подробности о матери сына Артема Чайки. Девушку зовут Щербакова Иванна Ивановна и она числится сотрудником АО «ПНК»- одного из крупнейших активов семьи Чайки.

Источник рассказал, что еще в 2016 году Иванна была обычным секретарем у нового гендиректора ПНК Самусева Александра Львовича (бывшего замминистра финансов). Девушка со всеми смертными ходила в курилку, ездила на метро по маршруту: «дом-работа-дом». А в 2018 году Самусев взял ее в командировку в Иркутск, куда с ними полетел и сам Артем Чайка. По возвращению Иванна круто изменилась. Она перестала общаться с простыми смертными, купила себе одну иномарку, а менее чем через год заменила ее на другую, обзавелась квартирой. К официальной зарплате в 80 тыс. рублей прибавилась карта с месячным лимитом 100 тыс. рублей, якобы на представительские расходы. Однако, тратила все Иванна исключительно на себя. Авансовые отчеты никто не требовал.

В 2020 году она забеременела и ушла в декрет, потом родила. Совпала это с тем, что Юрий Чайка потребовал от Артема с позором выгнать из ПНК Самусева. Этому предшествовала следующая история.



«Кормильцем» для ПНК был контракт с РЖД (15 млрд в год) на поставку путевого щебня. Контракт заключался на пять лет и продлевался пока Юрий Чайка был генпрокурорм. В 2020 году отставка Чайки совпала с окончанием срока очередного контракта, а новый уже достался Национальной Нерудной Компании (ННК).

На конец 2020 ПНК была закредитована в банках на общую сумму 3,5 млрд рублей. Потеряв контракт с РЖД, обеспечивать такие кредиты ПНК не могла. Кроме кредитов долг перед поставщиками и подрядчиками у ПНК составлял порядка 10 млрд. рублей.



ННК с помощью топ-менеджмента ПНК стало вести дело к захвату ПНК через банкротство.

Но к несчастью для ННК, схему не успели довести до логического завершения. Чайка вовремя вмешался и 21.12.2020 одним приказом были уволены, заподозреннын в предательстве: Самусев А.Л., Рыбалка А.Н. , Украинская Анна Юрьевна (финансовый директор ). Куратором по реанимированию компании поставили Илюшина Игоря Владимировича. Как итог обанкротить контору не дали, но и дела в гору не пошли. Заводы закрывают, долги растут, выручки нет.

Источник Rucriminal.info дополнил «изнанку» главного активы Артема Чайки. В 2014 году на должность заместителя генерального директора по экономической безопасности ООО «УК ПНК» - АО «ПНК» был назначен Рыбалка Анатолий Николаевич (бывший заместитель начальника УЭБиПК ГУ МВД РОССИИ ПО Краснодарскому краю). Еще во время работы в органах Рыбалка оказывал сопутствующие услуги А.Ю. Чайке. После ухода на пенсию его отблагодарили назначением в ПНК. Оклад 560 000 рублей + 30% ежемесячные надбавки. Также ПНК оплачивается аренда квартиры на Зубовском бульваре за 95 т рублей и оплата перелетов два раза в месяц до Краснодара и обратно бизнес -классом компанией.

До прихода Самусева в ПНК Рыбалка верой и правдой служил Чайке. По его наработкам был снят с должности гендиректор Кашапов, а также возбуждено громкое уголовное дело в отношении соучредителя АО «ПНК» - Вильшенко. Однако, у Самусева были свои виды на компанию и цепкий безопасник от Чайки в его планы не входил.

У Самусева Александра Львовича имеется ряд промышленных предприятий в Краснодарском крае. Одно из них - коньячный завод «Новокубанское». Номинальным директором которого является бывший начальник службы безопасности Самусева - Стариннов Александр Юрьевич.

Что же за планы были у Самусева в ПНК?

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, он ежемесячно заключались обнальные договора, с помощью которых обналичивались гигантские суммы. Деньги по разным договора переводились ООО «Итилион» ( оказание информационных услуг), ООО «Риалто» (оказание аудиторских услуг), адвокат Архипов (юридические услуги). Все указанные выше организации не облагались НДС и имели прямую аффилированность с Самусевым. Плюс охране Самусева ежемесячно оплачивалось порядка 7 млн рублей. Арендовали здание на ул. Остоженка д. 28 за 10 млн рублей в мес.. Получатель арендных платежей также связан с Самусевым.

По настоящему золотым для Самусева стал проект по реконструкции Орского ЩЗ. Изначальная стоимость проекта составляла 300 млн рублей. А итоговая стоимость подросла до более 700млн рублей.

I believe that it was Melikov who, in order to conceal information from the President of Russia, first took measures to intimidate me, for this he instructed Andreev to organize an arson of my car and threats, and later instructed to eliminate it using a toxic nerve substance, while allegedly using employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In 2016 -2017 I conducted investigations of medical crimes against the military personnel of the Russian Guard as a representative of relatives. In addition, between investigations, at the invitation of First Deputy Zolotov Melikov S.A. (now the head of Dagestan), I worked for two months in the office of Deputy Zolotov Mileiko S.I. I supervised the departments in the field of construction and housing and communal services, medicine and control over the financial and economic activities of the entire National Guard. Based on the results of my investigations and with the help of the FSB officers, criminal cases were initiated and sentences were pronounced by the military court of Reutov.



As a result, after a personal conflict with Mileiko and my subsequent dismissal from the National Guard and an interview in RBC on January 29, 2018, my Subaru car was burned. On March 1, 2018, a criminal case was initiated on this episode and is in the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Moscow Region and is not being investigated.



On January 31, 2018, a person called me on my mobile phone and said that the arson was just a warning, and if I did not stop helping the families of the officers, then very serious consequences awaited me. By all indications, Andreev A.A. (now Melikov’s adviser) called.



I independently conducted an investigation and I believe that the customer of the arson and threats was Melikov S.A., the organizer Andreev A.A., the performer was the captain of the military service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Rescue Center of Noginsk) Kravtsov V.A.



At the end of 2018, after my October interview on Echo of Moscow in St. Petersburg (where I temporarily stayed), one of the members of the Presidential Human Rights Council offered me help, and Melikov, after a call from the Council, expressed a desire to resolve the issue peacefully and pay me money for a burned car. For this, I arrived to Melikov in Moscow on December 25, 2018. At the meeting, Melikov guaranteed me security and the payment of funds. Melikov at the meeting asked me not to report information about the crimes to the president through the Council (this is exactly what was planned to be done). On January 12, 2019, Melikov called me in the evening and said that he really hopes that our agreements are in force. On January 15, 2019, Andreev called me, according to him, by order of Melikov, and asked me to wait a bit, that the issue was being resolved. Without waiting, on January 21, 2019, I called Andreev myself and asked, he called back on January 22, 2019 and suggested that I contact the then lieutenant general (now private) Mileiko by phone and decide everything with him, supposedly everything was agreed. I informed Andreev that we did not agree on this with Melikov and that, most likely, I would act according to plan “b”, that is, I would appeal to the president through the Council. Then I bought a ticket to Moscow, and announced my arrival to one of the leaders in the FSB. Two days later, on January 24, 2019, at the address Srednyaya Podyacheskaya Street, St. Petersburg, 15, in the evening in the Polushka store, when paying for food at the checkout, they allegedly accidentally put and counted a cassette of eggs for me, without suspecting anything, so as not to bother the cashier " make a return”, took these products home and consumed them on the afternoon of the 25th. After about two hours, I became ill. At 2:49 pm, I called an ambulance at 112 (I have information from the service) and opened the door in advance. Symptoms (constricted pupil, vomiting, choking attacks, absent-mindedness, involuntary urination, and others) indicate that it was poisoning with a nerve agent or something similar. These symptoms disappeared after a few hours, but they caused me a misunderstanding, since I have no health complaints and have been involved in sports since childhood. But I realized that this was poisoning with a substance only at the beginning of 2021, when I watched an interview with Yury Dud with A. Navalny, in which the latter accurately described my symptoms. Being in a serious condition, I still remember everything clearly. Two people came to my apartment in response to a call, I barely got up, because I wanted to lie on the floor because of powerlessness and the feeling that your head was being “boiled”. They weren't dressed in the special blue ambulance uniform and instead of a big special orange suitcase they had a small gray suitcase containing practically no drugs. They did not help me at all, they simply persuaded me to drink sleeping pills and go to bed. One of them, who was sitting on the right, went to the kitchen under the pretext of "washing his hands" and rattled the cabinet doors. They assured me that I did not need hospitalization. As I later realized, they were waiting for me to die and, having made sure that I would no longer be able to call for help myself, after about half an hour they left. At the very beginning of the ailment, and after their departure, I took a lot of Enterosgel (a remedy for poisoning). Perhaps that is what saved my life. After they left, I felt much worse, but I no longer had the strength to move, and I just lay down and fell asleep (dozed) for five to ten minutes. About an hour later (at 4:55 pm) after they left, one of them (the one on the left) called me on my mobile and asked about my well-being. Later (in 2021), in the course of my investigation into my poisoning, I identified the person from whose number the “doctor” called me. This person is Azerbaijani by nationality and then worked as a salesman in a store near my house. When I asked how it was possible that a doctor called from his tube, or who even called from his tube, he said that the “cops” were picking up the phone. In addition, in the summer of 2021, I met with the real emergency doctor Nikolai Andreyevich Molodykh, who, according to the documents (ambulance call log), allegedly came to my apartment then, he said that he did not remember anything. I know for sure that he did not come to me, and I remember well those two who, under the guise of an ambulance, came to me. Doctor Young is tall, red-haired, with a beard and younger than the two. I assume that these were low-level employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Later, after asking the head of the ambulance, who told me that those (according to my descriptions) had never worked there, I was convinced that, under some pretext, a real doctor was not allowed to see me, and the operational staff came in and that Dr. Molodykh knows something . I think so, among other things, because the exact parameters are entered in the call log: the time of arrival and departure of the ambulance, and even where the door of the apartment is located on the fourth floor and how (in which direction) it opens.



On the day of the poisoning, in the evening after the departure of the pseudo-doctors, he wrote to me (sent a funny video in which operatives in St. Petersburg document an obvious murder as the negligence of the victim) that head of the FSB (he had already warned me about the danger before), in response I told him that I could not come to Moscow due to the arrival of an ambulance and that our meeting is postponed. Later I changed my ticket to Moscow. Approximately a week later, I arrived in Moscow to meet with this leader from the FSB, and, being in the Moscow region (where the car was burned), I went to the Pyaterochka store and the story with the egg cassette repeated itself. Again, without attaching any importance to this, I took the cassette, but this time no one ate these products. And in St. Petersburg and in the Moscow region, it was at the checkout and the food was planted as if by chance by a man, presumably a Tajik by nationality. At that moment I thought it was stupid, but a coincidence. I can recognize this face.



After my immunity as a candidate for deputy of the State Duma, effective from July 30, 2021, ended (I ran for the State Duma), I again found people who, in my opinion, had the goal of eliminating me.



On November 22, 2021, near my house in the Moscow region, I went to the Perekrestok store and, noticing two men behind me who were behaving strangely (followed me around the store for about 40 minutes, constantly corresponding with someone on the phone), I decided to check Are the poisoners following me again? Convinced of this, I did not let them get close to my products and prevented them. I recorded them on video and later looked at the store's cameras, after that I installed both. One of them is believed to be a low-ranking member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After that, realizing that in 2021, during my investigation of my poisoning, I, communicating with Dr. Molodykh and that seller (from whose number they called, as he himself told me "cops") unwittingly exposed myself to another danger and someone from They informed the customer of the crime that I was investigating something and, in all likelihood, they decided to eliminate me. And so I contacted Melikov again (after the arson, we met several times).



To do this, I arrived in Makhachkala in December 2021 and put forward an ultimatum to him through another general Duginov V.V. (either a conversation or I will tell everything in the media and it will reach the president). And, after that, Andreev called me from an unknown number and Melikov met with me in Makhachkala in his office on January 13, 2022. At the meeting, I told him that I knew that it was he who ordered the arson, and threats, and attempts to eliminate it through poisoning, and Andreev was the organizer. After I explained to him that I did not want to give an official course to the investigation of the poisoning and publish this information, but simply wanted to figure it out for myself and that was why I was conducting the investigation, he promised me that I would never hear about Andreev and about him again. But, unfortunately, during the entire time of my communication with him, Melikov never kept his promise in my case. In addition, at the very first meeting after the arson of the car and at the last, in order to avert suspicion from himself, he tried to convince me that his friend Mileiko was behind the arson and threats. Therefore, this time I did not believe him and we parted as “enemies”.



In addition to the materials of the investigation, I have two witnesses who confirmed to me that I correctly identified the customer and the organizer, both wear epaulettes. One serves in the National Guard, the other is the head of the FSB. The one who serves in the National Guard is terribly scared and afraid to testify.



As a result, not only my property and health suffered, but also those of others. Before the interview on Echo SPB, I informed Melikov through Andreev about the upcoming interview, and two days later they burned the car of my, at that time, lawyer.

It really annoys me and makes it difficult to live peacefully. I consider it pointless to contact the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Investigative Committee. I did it more than once. I have information that it was Andreev who established contact with the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who was supposed to investigate, therefore that side is aware of my actions and this is dangerous for me.



But the main and initial motive for the actions of Melikov and Andreev is the concealment of objective information on the National Guard from the head of state. There are already enough materials and information to conduct a pre-investigation check and subsequently initiate a criminal case and bring charges, only billing and interrogations of persons are missing. Me and the witnesses, the perpetrators are in danger.
