These are Martin Babakekhyan and Alexander Zakharov (Sandro), who were tried for the murder of the governor of the Magadan Territory, Valentin Tsvetkov. It is believed that, despite the severe pressure, they did not hand over the “customer” Shakro.

Shakro’s former headquarters was located in the building of the Golden Palace casino, but all the premises there were rented out after Kalashov’s “landing”. Presumably, the new headquarters of thief in law No. 1 will be in the Match Point entertainment center on Novy Arbat. This is an object close to a “criminal general.”



Kalashov will have no problems with his “controlled” and “protected” business structures, as well as with his “militants” after leaving. In recent years, two “authorities” have monitored the observance of his interests in all areas - Martin Babakekhyan and Alexander Zakharov. The first is responsible for all of Shakro’s business interests, and the second is for the “power bloc.” Previously, the functions of consigliere under Shakro were performed by the “authority” Andrei Kochuykov (Italian). But he sat down a little earlier than Shakro, and all Kalashov’s attempts to release him ahead of schedule were unsuccessful. Now Martin and Sandro have become such. Although, of course, after his release the Italian will have an honorable place in Kalashov’s hierarchy.

Recently, all representatives of the mafia and business community knew Martin and Sandro as representatives of Shakro and his most trusted persons. The story of the relationship is very interesting.



In 2011, the Moscow City Court issued a verdict in the case of the murder of the governor of the Magadan region, Valentin Tsvetkov, committed in October 2002. They shot him, Martin Babakekhyan received 19 years of strict regime, Alexander Zakharov - 17 years. The person who ordered the murder and the motives were never established. Martin and Sandro categorically refused to testify on this matter.

They ended up in the Russian Federation after they were arrested on July 7, 2006 in the Spanish resort of Marbella, and then Spain handed them over to the Russian Federation.

Kalashov was deported from Spain much later, in 2014, when Martin and Sandro were already serving long sentences. It was never even mentioned that they were somehow connected.

However, according to the Cheka-OGPU, in Spain Martin and Sandro were part of Shakro’s inner circle. Immediately after his forced return to Moscow in 2014, Kalashov said that he was ready to pay “any money” for the release of Martin and Sandro. It was not possible to free them, but Kalashov managed to ensure that they served their sentences in comfortable colonies and conditions.

And Martin and Sandro were released after Shakro himself was arrested and convicted of extortion, but much earlier than they were supposed to serve. And again, in the criminal world they are sure that Kalashov “had a hand” in their release, since Martin Babakekhyan and Alexander Zakharov “received almost 20 for him” and did not surrender. To put it simply, it was Shakro who ordered the murder of Tsvetkov.

“Thief in law No. 1” Zakhar Kalashova (Shakro Molodoy), after his release, will be on a very “strong hook” with the FSB officers of the Russian Federation who organized his freedom.

According to documents published by the Cheka-OGPU, after the arrest of Kalashov and his “right hand” Andrei Kochuykov (Italian) for extortion, the FSB Investigation Department opened another case under Article 210 (organization of a criminal community) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy ) and under Part 2 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in a criminal community) in relation to Kochukyov. Also, a case was opened against Kalashov under Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (giving a bribe). Mafiosi are listed as “suspects” in these cases. They were convicted of extortion, but materials on other charges remain gathering dust in the Investigative Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation. For example, on May 28, 2020, the Medvedevsky District Court ruled to release Albert Ryzhiy on parole; a little later, on June 6, 2020, his enemy, thief in law Lesha Irkutsky (Alexey Gudyna), was detained under the crime of larceny, and on June 9, Albert Ryzhiy was released, and his main enemy went to rest, so FSB officers cleared the way for “Badri Kutaissky” and “Albert Ryzhy”, who were also joined by businessman Zaur Akhmedov (brother of thief in law “Rovshan Lenkoransky”). This trio successfully completed the tasks assigned to them, but this did not last long, due to the fact that in April 2021, “Albert the Red” was killed. The Azerbaijanis were orphaned, “Badri Kutaisi” was left without a partner.

Since September 2021, thief in law Rufo Gyandzhinsky (Ulfat Tagiyev), who was the godson of Rovshan Lyankoransky, has been released from prison. Rufo Gyandzhinsky should have been expelled from the Russian Federation by the migration service officers upon his exit, since, according to the decision of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, his stay on the territory of the Russian Federation was undesirable, but the Deputy Minister changed his mind, due to the fact that FSB officers intervened in this process, because they needed replace Albert the Red. Организацией его встречи занимались «авторитеты» Мартин Бабакехян и Александр Захаров (Сандро). Покинув стены ИК, Шакро сразу отправился в свой коттедж на Рублевке, а потом ему предстоит пройти долгое лечение. В колонии Шакро практически ослеп, что и послужило поводом для его освобождения по медицинским показаниям. Впрочем, это не значит, что Шакро не будет заниматься делами в мафиозном мире (именно для этого его освобождали). Источники говорят, что решения будут приниматься Шакро постепенно, без каких-то «резких движений».



Ранее ВЧК-ОГПУ выяснил, как проходила подготовка к освобождению «вора в законе №1» Захария Калашова (Шакро Молодой) и кто составит его самое близкое окружение. Это Мартин Бабакехян и Александр Захаров (Сандро), которые были судимы за убийство губернатора Магаданского края Валентина Цветкова. Считается, что, несмотря на жесткий прессинг, они не сдали «заказчика» Шакро.

Прежняя штаб-квартира Шакро находилась в здании казино «Голден пэлас», но там все помещения после «посадки» Калашова были сданы в аренду. Предположительно, новая штаб-квартира «вора в законе №1» будет в помещении развлекательного центра «Матч Пойнт» на Новом Арбате. Это близкий к «криминальному генералу объект.



По линии «подконтрольных» и «крышуемых» бизнес-структур, а также по линии своих «боевиков» у Калашова проблем после выхода не будет. Последние годы за соблюдением его интересов во всех сферах наблюдали два «авторитета» - Мартин Бабакехян и Александр Захаров. Первый отвечает за все бизнес-интересы Шакро, а второй- за «силовой блок». Раньше функции консильери при Шакро выполнял «авторитет» Андрей Кочуйков (Итальянец). Но он сел немногим раньше Шакро, а все попытки Калашова освободить его раньше срока не увенчались успехом. Теперь таковыми стали Мартин и Сандро. Хотя, конечно, и Итальянцу после освобождения найдется почетное место в иерархии Калашова.

Последнее время все представители мафии и бизнес-сообщества знали Мартина и Сандро, как представителей Шакро и самых доверенных ему лиц. История из взаимоотношений очень интересна.



В 2011 году Мосгорсуд вынес приговор по делу о совершенном в октябре 2002 года убийстве губернатора Магаданской области Валентина Цветкова. Застрелили его Мартин Бабакехян получил 19 лет строго режима, Александр Захаров - 17 лет. Заказчик убийства и мотивы, так и не были установлены. Мартин и Сандро давать по этому поводу показания категорически отказались.

В РФ они оказались после того, как были арестованы 7 июля 2006 года на испанском курорте Марбелья, а потом Испания передала их РФ.

Калашов был депортирован из Испании гораздо позже, в 2014 году, когда Мартин и Сандро уж отбывали длительные сроки. Нигде никогда даже не упоминалось, что они как-то связаны.

Однако, по данным ВЧК-ОГПУ, в Испании Мартин и Сандро входили в ближнее окружение Шакро. Сразу после вынужденного возвращения в Москву в 2014 году, Калашов заявил, что готов заплатить «любые деньги» за освобождение Мартина и Сандро. Освободить их не получилось, но Калашов сумел сделать так, чтобы они отбывали сроки в комфортных колониях и условиях.

А на свободу Мартин и Сандро вышли уже после того, как сам Шакро был арестован и осужден за вымогательство, но гораздо раньше того, что должны были отсидеть. И опять же, в криминальном мире уверенны, что к их освобождению «приложил руку» Калашов, поскольку Мартин Бабакехян и Александр Захаров «получили за него почти по 20-ке» и не сдали. А проще говоря, что именно Шакро и был заказчиком убийства Цветкова.

«Вор в законе №1» Захар Калашова (Шакро молодой) после выхода будет на очень «крепком крючке» у сотрудников ФСБ РФ, организовавших его свободу.

Согласно документам, которые публикует ВЧК-ОГПУ, после ареста Калашова и его «правой руки» Андрея Кочуйкова (Итальянец) за вымогательство, СУ ФСБ было возбуждено еще одно дело по статье 210 (организация преступного сообщества) УК РФ в отношении Захара Калашова (Шакро Молодой) и по ч. 2 ст 210 УК РФ (участие в преступном сообществе) в отношении Кочукйова. Также в отношении Калашова было возбуждено дело по статье 291 УК РФ (дача взятки). Мафиози значатся в этих делах «подозреваемыми». За вымогательство их осудили, а материалы по другим составам так и остаются пылится в СУ ФСБ РФ. Но в любой момент с них могут «сдуть пыль».

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, сотрудники управления «К» ФСБ России в настоящее время решают кому из «воров в законе» сидеть, кому бежать, а кому свободного гулять по Москве. Например «вор в законе Альберт Рыжий» (Али Гейдаров) летом 2020 года при содействии сотрудников ФСБ освободился по УДО из колонии в Марий Эл, после чего стал проживать в Москве и контролировать часть бизнеса азербайджанских кланов, включая наркотрафик, причем делал это успешно, так как был наделен иммунитетом. Так же перед ним была поставлена задача по контролю своих земляков (выходцев из Республики Азербайджан), как коммерсантов, так преступников. Али Гейдаров совместно с «вором в законе» Бадри Когуашвили (Бадри Кутаисский), проживали на территории Москвы, занимались преступной деятельностью беспрепятственно, так как на них не распространялась «воровская статья», по которой не мало их коллег были задержаны, либо были вынуждены покинуть РФ. Например 28 мая 2020 года суд Медведевского района вынес постановление об освобождении по УДО Альберта Рыжего, чуть позже 6 июня 2020 был по «воровской статье» задержан его враг «вор в законе Леша Иркутский (Алексей Гудына), а 9 июня Альберт Рыжий освободился, а основной его враг отправился отдыхать, таким образом сотрудники ФСБ расчистили дорогу «Бадри Кутаисскому» и «Альберту Рыжему», к которым так же присоединился коммерсант Заур Ахмедов (брат вора в законе «Ровшана Ленкоранского»). Данная троица успешно выполняла поставленные им задачи, однако это продолжалось не долго, в связи с тем что в апреле 2021 года «Альберт Рыжий» был убит. Азербайджанцы осиротели, «Бадри Кутаисский» остался без напарника.

С сентябре 2021 года из мест лишения свободы освободился «вор в законе» Руфо Гянджинский (Ульфат Тагиев), который являлся крестником «Ровшана Лянкоранского». Руфо Гянджинского сотрудники миграционной службы по выходу должны были выдворить из РФ, так как по решению заместителя министра внутренних дел его прибывание на территории РФ было нежелательным, однако заместитель министра передумал, в связи с тем что сотрудники ФСБ вмешались в данный процесс, ведь им нужно было заменить Альберта Рыжего . Таким образом у Бадри Кутаисского появился новый напарник. Новый состав так называемого «трио» занимается по сей день преступной деятельностью на территории РФ, и к ним много вопросов у коллег по цеху, так как совместно с сотрудниками ФСБ данная троица принимала решение о выдворении неугодных и тех в ком видели угрозу. Например : убийца «Альберта Рыжего» Матлаб Султанов(Азербайджанец по происхождению) с момента задержания и до приговора суда утверждал и по сей день утверждает, что он убил Альберта Рыжего из-за личных неприязненных отношений, однако вышеуказанную троицу это не устраивало, в связи с чем их покровители из ФСБ, взяли из воздуха информацию о том, что к убийству Альберта Рыжего в качестве заказчика причастен «Вор в законе Намик Бакинский (Намик Салифов), положили все это на бумагу и в виде справки предоставили в Следственный Комитет. На основании данной справки Намика Бакинского объявили в международный розыск.

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, перед выборами президента РФ, премьер Михаил Мишустин подписал постановление об исключении ряда памятников из общероссийского реестра объектов культурного наследия.

Все бы ничего, но есть пикантная особенность. Объект культурного наследия регионального значения "Дача В.В. Кейзера", расположенный в курортных Ессентуках, помешал владельцу Магнитки Виктору Рашникову.



Дело в том, что с началом войны Рашников является невыездным, в связи с чем должен довольствоваться курортами Российской Федерации. По словам источника Rucriminal.info, это заставило вспомнить горного короля о принадлежащем Магнитке санатории Металлург в Ставропольском крае. Приехав на место, он быстро развёл кипучую деятельность и решил, что ему нужен собственный приватный особняк на территории санатория. Поскольку все уже застроено, то было принято решение снести один из четырех объектов культурного наследия, который являлся спальным корпусом санатория. Для этого сначала подключили губернатора Челябинской области Текслера, чтобы тот позвонил губернатору Ставрополья Владимирову (последний должен подписать ходатайство в адрес федерального Минкульта об исключении объекта из реестра). Потом пошли к бессменному первому заместителю Минкульта Обрывалину, а тот отправил к директору департамента культурного наследия Рыбало. Роман Алексеевич подключил небезызвестного эксперта Саввинича А.Ю., бывшего руководителя органа охраны Рязанской области, который специализируется на приватной работе для федерального Минкульта. Александр Юрьевич нанял дружественную ему ООО "Промтерра", которая сделала обследование и сказала, что здание неоднократно перестраивалось, а в советское время вообще было снесено и построено заново из силикатного кирпича на том же фундаменте, ввиду чего утратило историко-культурную ценность. По факту сфальсифицировали фото, а выводы взяли с потолка, так как здание стояло с начала XXвека никем не тронутым. Результат? Федеральный Минкульт состряпал бумагу, которую и подсунули на подпись Мишустину М.В. Цена вопроса всего на всего 10 млн.р.

This is the fourth most powerful road construction company in the country, and its owner Valery Abramov is famous for the fact that he does not belong to any of the oligarchic clans. Remember, there was such a rare camp suit “alone on the ice”? This is Abramov. He is so powerful that last year he managed to fight off attempts by the Rotenberg clan to take VAD for themselves. How does multi-billionaire Abramov do this? The answer is simple - Valery is personally and well acquainted with Vladimir Putin from his time in St. Petersburg and, surprisingly, still (although not as easily as before) has the right to a personal audience. It was this that took place in 2023 and immediately put the greedy brothers in their place.

Well, whose average is 546.5 million to eliminate asphalt wear on the St. Petersburg Ring Road? The lot, like the other two - at the full maximum price - was taken by Technosphere LLC, billionaire and citizen of Malta Konstantin Khodosovsky. He is a former top manager of the giant Andrei Molchanov's LSR corporation, where ex-Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov also worked. The “Godfather” of both is the same Vladimir Golubev, nicknamed Barmaley, who, as the VChK-OGPU telegram channel has already repeatedly said, holds in his hands a good half of the federal road network through First Deputy Minister of Transport Andrei Kostyuk. However, Konstantin also has a more subtle connection with the Barmaley family, which we will talk about in the following episodes.



Important changes in the field of road construction in St. Petersburg could go unnoticed, but the Cheka-OGPU will not be able to pass by. If a new multibillion-dollar contractor appears in the established sphere of government contracts of some structure (for example, the St. Petersburg Directorate of Transport Construction (hereinafter referred to as “DTS”)), this will inevitably not go unnoticed by the controlling structures (including, of course, the specialized security officials). But all this will look completely different if the beneficiary of a long-familiar and understandable company imperceptibly changes. We are lifting the curtain - in the near future the ownership structure of SK Orion Plus LLC (hereinafter referred to as Orion), a serious road contractor in St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod with government orders worth about 76 billion rubles, will change. Initially, the company belonged to businessman Alexander Usov, who, as the media have repeatedly written, has friendly family ties with the former Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Anatoly Serdyukov. But after the well-known story, the influence of the latter weakened, and the tax, as well as the economic police and the FSB began to show great interest in Usov’s business. The problems were resolved in an understandable way, and in 2018 the company was re-registered in the Leningrad region.

But by this time, Usov was already tired and realized that it was time to “get on his skis” (fortunately, a real palace had been waiting for him for a long time in sunny Italy). He left, handing over the business to relatives, and began to squeeze every last penny out of Orion, withdrawing funds abroad. As a result, despite decent figures for 2022 (9.4 billion in turnover, 162 million in net profit), Orion entered 2023 with difficulties and serious debts due to informal agreements with officials (the so-called “homework”).

And then, overseeing the distribution of the road budget in St. Petersburg and a number of other regions of the country, the authority Vladimir Golubev (also known as “Barmaley”) and his bureaucratic retinue, led by Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Andrei Kostyuk, decided to take the Orion Plus to your road clip. As a result, at the end of last year, Orion Plus became the property of Konstantin Sizikov. Of course, a 50-year-old businessman who bought a three-year-old BMWX5 30D and is registered in a small suburban house would not be able to afford this even close. Taking into account the newly discovered circumstances, Zhukov decided to get rid of the potentially problematic asset, transferring it to other close businessmen. It is known that they were offered Orion, promising new billions from the St. Petersburg DTS and other government customers, but without telling them about the true depth of the problems. So in the near future we expect another change in the technical owner of this company, which, of course, we will inform our readers about. Of course, the name of the real buyer will not remain a secret either.

The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about corruption in Uprdor, which serves the M7 Volga highway. The result of billions of dollars in cuttings is now in the public domain - you just have to drive along the route “Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod”. Especially in winter, you can see snow piles on the roadway and increased potholes. The situation is extremely dangerous. And the absence of any road equipment completely calls into question the safe operation of the roadway.

Contractor organizations involved in the maintenance of the above-mentioned M7 Volga highway (JSC DEP7 and LLC Nizhegorodavtodor) regularly receive money for maintenance within the framework of concluded government contracts, although in fact no work is being carried out.

Illegal activities are covered by the management of contracting organizations that are engaged in poor-quality maintenance of the federal highway, while receiving tens of millions of rubles from the state budget into their accounts every month; they are the ones who have close friendly relations with the “hero” of our previous articles - First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Andrei Kostyuk.

Rucriminal.info продолжает рассказывать о распиле бюджета на федеральных трассах страны. ФКУ «Управление федеральных автодорог «Северо-Запад» (Упрдор СЗ) подвело итоги очередных трех конкурсов на устранение износа и содержание некоторых дорожных объектов в Ленобласти. Почти 1,5 миллиарда руб. разделили между тремя различными компаниями, что, казалось бы, хорошо, так как создает видимость конкуренции. Но мы то понимаем, что конкуренция (как, впрочем, и демократия) – это для наивных и идеалистов. Давайте же посмотрим, кто поделит этот небольшой для ФКУ пирожок.

Итак, самый маленький лот (188 млн) на содержание дорог достался ООО «СПК «Зеленый Город». Эта петербургская фирма давно и многомиллиардно работает как с ФКУ «Упрдор СЗ», так и с другими структурами Росавтодора. Ларчик открывается крайне просто – совладелец компании миллиардер Григорий Баевский хоть и бывший, но все же бизнес-партнер сразу двух братьев Ротенбергов – Аркадия и Бориса. Комментарии излишни.

Самый крупный лот (718 млн) на содержания трассы «А-120» отошел к знаменитому АО «ВАД». Это четвертая по мощи дорожно-строительная компания страны, а ее владелец Валерий Абрамов знаменит тем, что не принадлежит ни одному из олигархической кланов. Помните, была такая редкая лагерная масть «один на льдине»? Вот это Абрамов. Он мощен настолько, что в прошлом году сумел отбиться от попыток клана Ротенбергов забрать «ВАД» себе. Как же это у мультимиллиардера Абрамова получается? Ответ прост – Валерий лично и хорошо знаком с Владимиром Путиным еще по его петербургскому периоду работы и, что удивительно, до сих пор (хотя уже не так легко, как раньше) имеет право на личную аудиенцию. Именно она состоялась в 2023 году и сразу поставила жадных братьев на место.

Ну а чей же середнячок – 546,5 миллиона на устранение износа асфальта на петербургской КАД? Лот, как и два прочих - по полной максимальной цене, забрало ООО «Техносфера» миллиардера и гражданина Мальты Константина Ходосовского. Он бывший топ-менеджер корпорации «ЛСР» гиганта Андрея Молчанова, в которых работал и экс-министр транспорта Максим Соколов. «Крестный отец» обоих – все тот же Владимир Голубев по прозвищу Бармалей, который, как телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ уже неоднократно рассказывал, держит в своих руках добрую половину федеральной дорожной сети через первого замминистра транспорта Андрея Костюка. Впрочем, есть у Константина и более тонкая связь с семейством Бармалея, о которой мы расскажем в следующих сериях.

Важные изменения в сфере дорожного строительства Петербурга могли бы остаться незамеченными, но ВЧК-ОГПУ не сможет пройти мимо. Если в устоявшейся сфере госзаказов какой-то структуры (например, петербургской Дирекции транспортного строительства (далее – «ДТС»)) появляется новый многомиллиардный подрядчик, это неизбежно не останется без внимания контролирующих структур (в том числе, конечно, и профильных силовиков). Но совершенно иначе все это будет выглядеть, если у давно примелькавшейся и понятной компании незаметно изменится бенефициар. Читай - один технический номинал будет заменен на другого, а юрлицо продолжит получать бюджетные миллиарды так же, как и раньше.

Поднимаем занавес – в ближайшее время изменится структура собственности ООО «СК «Орион Плюс» (далее - Орион), серьезного дорожного подрядчика в СПб и Нижнем Новгороде с госзаказами на сумму порядка 76 млрд руб. Изначально фирма принадлежала коммерсанту Александру Усову, который, как неоднократно писали СМИ, связан дружественно-родственными связями с бывшим министром обороны РФ Анатолием Сердюковым. Но после известной истории влияние последнего ослабло, и к бизнесу Усова появился большой интерес у налоговой, а также экономической полиции и ФСБ. Проблемы удалось решить понятным путем, а от свирепой городской налоговой компания в 2018 году перерегистрировалась в Ленобласть.

Но к этому моменту Усов уже утомился и понял, что пора «вставать на лыжи» (благо, в солнечной Италии его давно ждал настоящий дворец). Он уехал, передав дела родственникам, и стал выжимать из «Ориона» все до последней копейки, выводя средства за рубеж. В итоге, несмотря на приличные показатели 2022 года (9,4 млрд оборота, 162 млн чистой прибыли) в 2023 год «Орион» зашел с трудностями и серьезными долгами по неформальным договоренностям с чиновниками (т.н. «домашним заданиям»).

И тогда, смотрящий за распределением дорожного бюджета в СПб и ряде других регионов страны - авторитет Владимир Голубев (так же известный, как «Бармалей») и его чиновничья свита, во главе с замминистра транспорта РФ Андреем Костюком, решили забрать «Орион Плюс» в свою дорожную обойму. В результате, в конце прошлого года «Орион Плюс» стал собственностью Константина Сизикова. Конечно, 50-летний коммерсант, купивший трехлетнюю BMWX5 30D и прописанный в небольшом пригородном доме, сам не смог бы позволить себе подобное даже близко. Он всего лишь технический персонаж из сферы интересов Бармалея младшего - Максима Жукова. Не располагая данными о цене сделки, скажем лишь, что из-за возникших трений Усов вынужден был уступить «Орион» с солидным дисконтом.

Впрочем, уже после сделки при проведении аудита выяснилось, что реальное финансовое состояние «Ориона» далеко не так хорошо, как обещал Усов. Вишенкой на торте стало появление интереса к деятельности фирмы у экономической полиции и ФНС (схемы обналички, используемые Усовым, никогда не отличались изысканностью). С учетом вновь открывшихся обстоятельств Жуков решил избавиться от потенциально проблемного актива, перекинув его на других приближенных коммерсов. Известно, что им предложили «Орион», пообещав новые миллиарды от петербургской «ДТС» и других госзаказчиков, но не рассказав об истинной глубине проблем. Так что в ближайшее время мы ожидаем очередной смены технического собственника этой компании, о чем, разумеется, и сообщим читателям. Разумеется, имя реального покупателя тоже не останется в тайне.

ВЧК-ОГПУ продолжает рассказывать о коррупции в Упрдоре, обслуживающем автомобильную дорогу М7 «Волга». Результат миллиардных распилов теперь всеобщее достояние — стоит только проехать по маршруту «Москва — Нижний Новгород». Особенно в зимний период на дороге можно наблюдать снежные завалы, находящиеся на проезжей части, и повышенную ямочность. Ситуация предельно аварийноопасная. А отсутствие какой-либо дорожной техники и вовсе ставит под вопрос безопасную эксплуатацию полотна.

Обратимся к цифрам: в зимний период 2023/2024 года, в результате неудовлетворительного содержания федеральной дороги М 7 «Москва-Казань» на территории Нижегородской и Владимирской областей произошло более 800 ДТП, из них с летальным исходом, в том числе смерть детей- более 90 случаев (пострадавших (раненых) более 550 человек).

Основная часть ДТП произошла по причине ненадлежащего выполнения работ по содержанию автомобильной дороги, подрядными организациями, так же как и отсутствие должного контроля-реагирования со стороны руководителя Управления дорог Москва – Нижний Новгород Александра Нефедова.

Подрядные организации, занимающиеся содержанием вышеуказанной автомобильной дороги М7 «Волга» (АО «ДЭП7» и ООО «Нижегородавтодор») исправно получают денежные средства за содержание, в рамках заключенных госконтрактов, хотя по факту работы не ведутся.

Незаконную деятельность покрывают руководство подрядных организаций, которые занимаются некачественным содержанием федеральной автодороги, при этом ежемесячно получают на свои счета десятки миллионов рублей из государственного бюджета, именно они имеют тесные дружеские отношения с «героем» наших предыдущих статей - первым заместителем министра транспорта РФ Андреем Костюком.

At the same time, through one of the supply lines, funds are annually transferred to the specified Federal State Unitary Enterprise, the purpose of which is to develop the warning network and maintain the network. The enterprise, on average, annually earns 4 billion rubles/year (population and organizations - 2 billion rubles/year, another +1.5 billion rubles/year in St. Petersburg, Sevastopol) and competently uses the budget, showing from year after year, paying positive dynamics to the budget, exactly 20-10 million rubles)))) The management of the enterprise does not actually hide the main goal of profit; if you google it, there are enough corruption scandals, resignations, etc. on this topic.
