Вышесказанными лицами была выстроена идеальная схема для своей преступной деятельности: они объединили в одно несколько важных для ее успешной деятельности факторов:

- Технические импортеры

- Паром

- Овощная база «Дары Кубани» (хутор Ленина, г.Краснодар)

- Коррумпированные сотрудники правоохранительных органов.

- Порт: благодаря коррумпированным сотрудникам Краснодарской таможни и пограничной службы ФСБ (руководителем которой также был представитель национальной диаспоры аффилированный с Алиевыми) - не проводится должный контроль при перевалке и перегрузке грузов. Что позволяется перевозить контрабанду в особо крупных размерах.



- Технические импортеры: компании предоставляющие услуги по оформлению через них грузов для клиентов за комиссию, а по факту являющиеся транзитными организациями используемыми для незаконных финансовых операций связанными с возвратом импортного НДС (оплаченного при оформлении грузов), возвратом корректировок таможенной стоимости оплаченных при оформлении грузов в таможню при ввозе в РФ), вывод денежных средств за рубеж, под видом оплат за скоропортящуюся продукцию.

- Паром: судно на котором перевозятся автомашины, либо полуприцепы с товарами, которые перегружаются в автомашины российских перевозчиков на территории порта. Также экипаж судна контролируется владельцами порта, что позволяется через него передавать в Турцию наличные денежные средства в валюте в особо крупных размерах, полученные от торговли скоропортящейся продукции на овощных базах и рынках за наличные.

- Овощная база «Дары Кубани» (хутор Ленина, г.Краснодар)

Принадлежащая ООО «Комплекс по переработке Сельхозпродукции «Дары Кубани» оформленного на номиналов Ибрагимова и Гасанзаде, фактически принадлежащая и контролируемая Ноурузовым Шахларом Новруз Оглы. По сути эта овощная база построенная со множеством нарушений (что показал недавний пожар, когда полностью выгорела одна из линий складов) - является крупнейшей в Краснодарском крае обнальной площадкой контролируемой этническими диаспорами из Азербайджана, Турции, Таджикистана, некоторые члены данных диаспор являются установленными членами радикальных исламистских группировок, связанными с иностранными ячейками ИГИЛ, которые спокойно продолжают заниматься своей противоправной деятельностью связанной с незаконными финансовыми операциями и контрабандой на территории Краснодарского края, причем большая часть из них получила в последние годы российское гражданство.

Коррумпированные сотрудники правоохранительных органов Краснодарского края. По словам источника, в выстраивании вышеуказанных противозаконных схем Ноурузову и Алиеву активно помогал заместитель начальника Туапсинского отдела ФСБ по Краснодарскому краю Мельников, за что он получил от них несколько дорогостоящих иномарок: БМВ Х6, Ауди ТТ, Мерседес Бенц Е, также любые расследования в отношении вышеуказанных лиц активно тормозятся одним из руководителей Южной транспортной прокуратуры: Григорьевым. Схемы по возврату импортного НДС оплаченного в бюджет РФ при ввозе скоропортящейся продукции - были разработаны и начали применяться с легкой руки начальника ИФНС г.Новороссийска.

Также вышеуказанная группа участвовала в махинациях на поставку некачественных бронежилетов в Министерство обороны России фирмой ГК "Пикет": некачественные, дешевые бронежилеты количеством 20 000 шт. были закуплены должностными лицами ГК "Пикет" в Турции и ввезены контрабандой под видом фруктов на пароме из порта Самсун (Турция) в порт Туапсе, прохождение данной контрабанды организовывали братья Октай и Омар Алиевы, через Туапсинский коммерческий порт, при соучастии Наурузова и Солтанова.

Как мы видим, при полном содействии коррумпированных сотрудников правоохранительных органов, на территории Краснодарского края действуют преступные члены национальных диаспор, деятельность которых, создала все предпосылки для повторения трагедии в Крокусе, Крымском мосту, которые создали схему активного воровства средств из государственного бюджета РФ, так как через вышеуказанные схемы, зарубеж, с использованием компаний - однодневок, активно выводятся бюджетные средства., направленные государством на различные социальные программы, строительство инфраструктурных объектов, в том числе, развитие инфраструктуры Крыма и вновь присоединенных территорий.

Также в последнее время многие импортеры скоропортящейся продукции пользуются услугами так называемых «экономических операторов», которые предоставляют услуги по таможенному оформлению грузов по так называемому «Зеленому коридору» (полная фикция), когда грузы оформляются в таможне по цене ниже фактической на 25-30 %, из этих съэкономленных (сворованных из бюджета РФ) средств часть оплачивается наличными, которые идут на взятки сотрудниками ФТС, курирующим данные направления. Примером является фирма ООО "Эдком"

Данная ситуация еще раз показывает то, что для большей части российских чиновников и сотрудников правоохранительных органов личная выгода дороже интересов страны и безопасности граждан.

По информации собеседника, накопились огромные претензии к руководителю проекта "Мастерская новых медиа" Юлии Аблец.





Источники Rucriminal.info говорят, что критика в ее адрес "звучит буквально отовсюду" на фоне возможных разговоров о переформатировании всех медиапроектов, связанных с первым замглавы АП Сергеем Кириенко. Opponents of Gasnikov's appointment believe that his transfer to the office of the rector of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology is unlikely for two reasons. We are talking about his careless criticism of the development of AI in Russia and, most importantly, about the financial dubiousness of his project activities. There is reason to believe that competent people have already collected the relevant material on this topic.

In addition, the ground is burning under Gasnikov in Innopolis. It is known that in Tatarstan he was initially an imposed figure. The locals had to meekly swallow his appointment on orders from Moscow. In addition, the format of Gasnikov's management of Innopolis, when the rector practically does not appear at the university and remembers it only along with an SMS about his salary, is unthinkable for Phystech. Of course, Rector Gasnikov will give them both a head start if Livanov is promptly replaced, and Falkov is ready to hand over Phystech to Alexander Gasnikov, who is still too young, albeit with rector experience. In addition, no one has cancelled the questions about Gasnikov and his people mastering large-scale budget funds on various "projects", about which Minister Falkov is undoubtedly informed.

Так или иначе, у него среди физтеховцев (и не только) есть влиятельные сторонники, карьера которых и место в распределении финансов серьезно ограничены нынешней командой Ливанова, не менее алчной и ушлой.



Противники назначения Гасникова считают, что его переход в кабинет ректора Физтеха маловероятен по двум причинам. Речь о его неосторожной критике о развитии ИИ в России и, самое важное, о финансовой сомнительности его проектной деятельности. Есть основания полагать, что у компетентных людей уже собран соответсвующий материал на эту тему.

Кроме того, под Гасниковым горит земля в Иннополисе. Известно, что в Татарстане он изначально был навязанной фигурой. Его назначение местным пришлось покорно проглотить по указке из Москвы. К тому же формат управления Гасникова Иннополисом, когда ректор фактически не появляется в вузе и вспоминает о нем лишь вместе с эсэмэской о зарплате, для Физтеха немыслим. Но насколько будут советоваться с Ливановым по кандидатурам на замену?

Кандидатура Ивана Оселедеца на пост ректора главного технического университета, как и в случае с Вороновым, выглядит сомнительной даже на фоне Гасникова. Безусловно, ректор Гасников даст фору им обоим, если оперативная замена Ливанова состоится, и Фальков готов сдать Физтех все-таки слишком молодому, хоть и с ректорским опытом, Александру Гасникову. Кроме того, никто не отменял вопросов по освоению Гасниковым и его людьми масштабных бюджетных средств на разных «проектах», о чем министр Фальков несомненно информирован.

Авторитетный депутат Скоч «решает» прямо из Госдумы

Причина этому отнюдь не радостная. Второй раз за последние годы у олигарха Андрея Скоча заподозрили онкологическое заболевание.

Парламентарий-миллиардер изначально не имел опасений за своё здоровье и пришёл на современные процедуры в Клинический институт эстетической медицины. Однако, при обследовании медики выявили у Скоча опухоль. Сейчас назначено множество исследований, которые должны показать является ли она злокачественной или нет. По словам собеседника, новая опухоль сильно испугала и самого Андрея Скоча, который всего три года назад пережил операцию по удалению новообразования. В 2021 году события развивались по такому же сценарию: миллиардер пришёл в стоматологическую клинику Гута, что навести красоту зубов, но сразу угодил в оперблок. Ему было проведено удаление опухоли из верхнечелюстной пазухи, которая после специального обследования была квалифицирована, как киста.

- How do you like the current Spartak, are there any prospects? And how will the protracted saga with striker Sobolev be resolved, in your opinion?

- And who is Sobolev, who is being so fussed about now? Frankly speaking, I hardly watch the Russian championship. Well, it's depressing, gloomy. I only learn the results of matches on the news, nothing more.

I have a "plate", I watch all of Europe, Latin American championships, including Brazil. The Brazilians there are a couple of goals stronger than those who come to Russia. Those who come here are the ones who are not needed by anyone there. They pick up the "leftovers" from the "table" that is rich in personnel. I repeat, this is a low level.

I watch the entire Brazilian championship on the "plate". Sometimes I think, high class, the level is almost cosmic - in working with the ball, tactics too. These guys do not come to us, and I think they never will, they join the best teams in Europe. We have, so to speak, "waste material" - those who are almost not needed in Brazil. Such is the reality.

"Spartak"? Demonstrates episodically a good level, by the standards of the Russian championship. Yes, it simply takes time. In Russia, so far, there is only one undisputed leader - "Zenit". Previously, it was "Spartak", now it is Peter. If the "red-whites" stabilize the game, they will be able to compete with anyone. There is nothing special about this "Zenit". Here, in addition to the ability to play, healthy ambitions are also needed. If my teammates have them, they can easily fight for the championship. And there is no need to get ready for the matches with the same St. Petersburg. The St. Petersburgers themselves are a strong irritant, as is Spartak for them (the conversation took place on the eve of the game in St. Petersburg between Zenit and Spartak - A.M.).

I would not say that Spartak players are playing very attractively now, but they are achieving results. True, the level of the opponents they beat is, well, below any criticism, do not blame them. How can you progress in skill in such conditions? Almost no way, to be honest.

- Well, so this is a dead end. Do you think there is at least some way out of it?

- The recipe seems simple, but no one resorts to it. We need to put more and more of our guys in the team. The foreigners who come here have only one goal: to "make money", that's all. And our young "stars" are sitting in the deep reserves, there is no development. There will be no growth of domestic football in general, is it not clear?!

But momentary success for the management of almost all domestic teams is much more important than the progress of their own football personnel. It's just pathetic! Who else will say this except for me, and perhaps a few of my like-minded people who are not indifferent to solving the problems of our football.

And again, our masters. Where should they go after finishing football school? The places in the teams are occupied by gray foreigners, including the aforementioned Brazilians. Here I have not said anything new, super-scandalous, I am stating a fact. This is a tragedy of football, without any exaggeration. Well, then close your football!

- In your opinion, does the national team also have a hopeless present and future?

- What else? This is a complete disaster! We play with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the like. What can we learn here, how can we progress? No way, we must admit it honestly. Okay, let's take the club level.

I already said, I watch the Brazilian championship. I can't imagine that the same Zenit or Spartak would worthily resist the leaders - Palmeiras, Atletico Mineiro, where the former player of the St. Petersburg team Hulk now plays. Well, this is a level unattainable for our clubs, you understand? Not an emotional, but a very real, down-to-earth assessment. That's how things are.

What kind of mentality do our club managers, all sorts of scouts, agents, and others have? Oh, a Brazilian, and is he available? We'll take him! They often don't even look at the level. That's it, we've "sunk" with such a mentality. And hopeless grayness reigns in our championship.



MUD IN FOOTBALL ON ALL FLOORS

- Is it true that in the USSR the football championship was literally wallowing in mud up to its ears, and no one did anything to somehow get out of this swamp? "Fixed" matches flourished, referees were bribed en masse, players and coaches played the role of clowns?

- Well, Moscow clubs were less involved. They fought each other heartily, as a rule. Our capital friends-rivals could "give" points without a fight to anyone, but not to "Spartak", so the unspoken relationship developed. To put it mildly, our rivals did not like us.

Here, all Ukrainian teams, without exception, "worked" for Kiev "Dynamo", such was the directive even from the republican Central Committee of the party. Tournament points were "supplied" to the Kievans without a fight, if only the flagship of Ukraine became the champion of the USSR. People simply played "giveaway", imitating a fight on the football field. But you can't fool the spectators, the most advanced of them saw perfectly well what was happening. Quite often, disapproving roars and whistles to the standsnah during such "spectacles" covered ears...

- Spartak players remained sterile in such impassable mud? Were they not bought and sold, did they not take bribes for the "right" result of this or that match?

- Sometimes they tried to bribe me, my Spartak teammates. "Brothers" once brought a suitcase of money the day before a game. Like, don't score against our guys, the team desperately needs points. They tried to foist off a suitcase of "crunchies". I tell them: "How do you imagine this? That I would shoot somewhere into the "heavens" from a killer position? Or to the side? "Something like that," they answer. Then I explained to them in simple terms that our boss, the legendary Nikolai Petrovich Starostin, could die of grief, looking at the "giveaway game", I can't allow this. The businessmen turned around and left with the damned suitcase of money.

- Maybe the current “shadow” football players do it more skillfully, unlike the “craftsmen” in the Soviet championship. I don’t always catch where they play honestly, where not so much. And the "left" money, unlike the Soviet championship, is definitely not carried in suitcases, but transferred to bank cards and accounts, right?

Although the essence is the same: bribery of officials, in this case, football players, coaches, possibly club staff, officials around football. But we have never heard of arrests, especially trials, "imprisonments", right? We live - by inertia, alas, we do not change anything for the better.

- Let's talk a little about the bright side, otherwise there is almost only darkness. Your tandem with Georgy Yartsev delighted the fans. How did you manage to achieve such amazing teamwork? Did you have eyes in the back of your head when you gave him such amazingly accurate passes? Georgy scored a lot of goals from them. Did you practice in training, specially prepare surprises for opponents for specific matches?

- Yes, you don't need to specially practice anything. Beskov, our coach, found Yartsev in Kostroma, he knew that he could score - often and a lot. A person was needed to play as a support player for the productive forward. Konstantin Ivanovich assigned me to this position. You see, the secret is simple.

My friend, Zhora Yartsev, knew in advance that I would not handle the ball for a long time, I would pass it to him in one touch. He would accelerate two or three meters, break away from the opponents, and then, in one touch, receive the ball from me. That's all. It's a game sense, nothing supernatural. You need to feel your partner, nothing more. So we felt it. Yes, Zhora and I were not the only ones like that. Remember the great tandem Ivanov - Streltsov. Pele liked to interact with Tostao in the national team more, in general, there are plenty of examples. Guardiola is now playing the combination of Haaland and de Bruyne at Manchester City.

- Do you yourself no longer play football, or can you still shake off the old days?

- No, no, I don't play in the Spartak veterans' team, my health doesn't allow it. You could say they pulled me out of the grave after a stroke. A black spot in my lung was found after a medical examination - oncology. In short, I got it.

No problem, I live, I think, fully, I don't lock myself within four walls. I go to see my many friends, to Lyubertsy near Moscow, for example. Bryansk, Kursk, Kaluga are also my routes, I don't lock myself at home. I go to the graves of my Spartak friends. Not necessarily on important dates, my soul just calls me. To come and lay flowers. Lord, they died young - Misha Rusyaev, Vitya Samokhin, Vasya Kulkov... The death of Fedya Cherenkov hit me so hard that my heart aches and aches from bitterness. Recently, we went to see Fedor and Zhora Yartsev with a Spartak company. God willing, half of us are left from that wonderful team: Romantsev, Dasayev, Shavlo, Khidiyatullin, Mirzoyan, Rodionov…

ВТОРОСОРТНЫЕ БРАЗИЛЬЦЫ

- Как вам нынешний «Спартак», перспективы есть? И чем разрешится, на ваш взгляд, затянувшаяся сага с нападающим Соболевым?

- А кто такой Соболев, с которым так сейчас носятся? Откровенно говоря, почти не смотрю российский чемпионат. Ну, тоска, мрак. Разве что в новостях узнаю результаты матчей, не более того.

У меня вот «тарелка» стоит, всю Европу смотрю, латиноамериканские чемпионаты, Бразилию, в том числе. Там выступают бразильцы на пару-тройку голов сильнее тех, кто приезжает в Россию. Сюда едут те из них, кто вообще никому там не нужен. Вот подбирают «остатки» с роскошного кадрами «стола». Повторюсь, это низкий уровень.

Вот смотрю по «тарелке» весь чемпионат Бразилии. Иногда думаю, высокий класс, уровень почти космический – по работе с мячом, тактике тоже. Эти-то ребята к нам не едут, и, думаю, не поедут никогда, они пополняют лучшие команды Европы. У нас, так, «отхожий материал», говорю же, - те, кому в Бразилии почти никому не нужны. Таковы реалии.

«Спартак»? Демонстрирует эпизодически неплохой, по меркам российского чемпионата, уровень. Да, банально время требуется. В России пока только один безусловный лидер – «Зенит». Раньше таковым был «Спартак», теперь Питер. Если «красно-белые» стабилизируют игру, смогут конкурировать с кем-то угодно. Ничего особенного в этом «Зените» нет.

Здесь, кроме умения играть, еще здоровые амбиции нужны. Если они есть у моих одноклубников, то вполне могут побиться за чемпионство. И настраиваться на матчи с тем же Питером не требуется. Питерцы сами по себе сильный раздражитель, как и «Спартак» для них (беседа состоялась накануне игры в Питере между «Зенитом» и «Спартаком – А.М.).

Не сказал бы, что сейчас спартаковцы с очень привлекательной игрой, но результата добиваются. Правда, уровень соперников, которых они обыграли, ну, ниже всякой критики, уж не взыщите. Как прогрессировать в мастерстве в подобных условиях? Да почти никак, если честно.

- Ну, так это – тупик. Хоть какой-то выход из него, по-вашему, имеется?

- Рецепт вроде прост, но к нему никто не прибегает. Надо ставить в состав больше и чаще своих ребят. У иностранцев, сюда приезжающих, цель только одна: денег «срубить», все. А наши юные «звездочки» в глубоком запасе сидят, нет развития. Не будет и в целом роста отечественного футбола, неужели не ясно?!

Но сиюминутный успех для руководства практически всех отечественных команд намного важнее, чем прогресс собственных футбольных кадров. Просто убожество! Кто еще об этом скажет, кроме меня, и разве что немногих моих единомышленников, неравнодушных к решению проблем нашего футбола.

Опять же наши мастера. Им куда идти по окончании футбольной школы? Места-то в командах заняты серыми иностранцами, в том числе, и упомянутыми бразильцами. Здесь я ничего нового, суперскандального не сказал, факт констатирую. Это трагедия футбола, без всяких преувеличений. Ну, закрывайте тогда свой футбол!

- У национальной сборной, по-вашему, тоже беспросветное настоящее и будущее?

- А какое еще? Здесь вообще катастрофа! Играем с Казахстаном, Узбекистаном, им подобным. Чему здесь учиться, как прогрессировать? Да никак, надо честно признать. Хорошо, возьмем клубный уровень.

Уже сказал, смотрю бразильский чемпионат. Не могу себе представить, чтобы тот же «Зенит», или «Спартак» достойно противостояли бы лидерам – «Палмейрасу», «Атлетико Минейро», где нынче выступает бывший игрок питерцев Халк. Ну, это уровень, недосягаемый для наших клубов, понимаете? Не эмоциональная, а вполне реальная, приземленная оценка. Такие вот дела.

У наших клубных управленцев, всяких там скаутов, агентов, и прочих какой менталитет? А, бразилец, и свободен? Берем! На уровень зачастую даже не смотрят. Все, «приплыли» с такой психологией. И царит беспросветная серость в нашем чемпионате.



ГРЯЗЬ В ФУТБОЛЕ НА ВСЕХ ЭТАЖАХ

- Правду говорят, что в СССР футбольный чемпионат барахтался в грязи буквально по уши, и никто ничего не делал, чтобы как-то вылезти из этого болота? Процветали «договорные» матчи, массово подкупались арбитры, игроки с тренерами роль клоунов исполняли?

- Ну, московские клубы в меньшей степени были замешаны. Они бились друг с другом от души, как правило. Наши столичные друзья-соперники могли «отдать» очки без борьбы кому угодно, только не «Спартаку», так негласные отношения сложились. Мягко говоря, не любили нас сопернички.

Вот украинские команды все, без исключения, «работали» на киевское «Динамо», такая была установка даже от республиканского ЦК партии. Турнирные очки без борьбы «поставлялись» киевлянам, лишь бы флагман Украины становился чемпионом СССР. Люди просто в «поддавки» играли, имитируя борьбу на футбольном поле. Но зрителей-то не обманешь, самые продвинутые из них прекрасно видели, что происходило. Весьма часто неодобрительный гул и свист на трибунах во время подобных «спектаклей» уши застилал…

- Спартаковцы стерильными оставались в такой непролазной грязи? Не покупались, и не продавались, взяток не брали за «нужный» результат того или иного матча?

- Меня, партнеров по «Спартаку», иногда пытались подкупить. «Братки» как-то привезли чемодан денег накануне игры. Мол, не забивайте нашим ребятам, очки команде нужны позарез. Пытались всучить чемоданчик «хрустящих». Я им говорю: «Вы как себе это представляет? Чтобы я из убойной позиции пробил куда-то в «небеса»? Или в сторону? «Как-то так», – отвечают. Тогда я им популярно объяснил, что наш начальник, легендарный Николай Петрович Старостин, может умереть от огорчения, взирая на «игру в поддавки», не могу это допустить. Дельцы повернулись, и ушли с треклятым чемоданом денег.

С КОНЧИНОЙ ЧЕРЕНКОВА ПОЛСЕРДЦА УШЛО… Часть 2



Спортивный журналист Алексей Матвеев продолжает беседу с легендарным полузащитником «Спартака» Юрием Гавриловым – на острую тему околофутбола, человеческих отношений, своем пошатнувшемся здоровье…

- С «левыми» деньгами подходили не только ко мне, но и к партнерам по «Спартаку», Юре Резнику, например. Юрка просто им сказал: «Ребят, идите вы, до свидания». Такой была атмосфера в тогдашней спартаковской команде.

- А как сейчас дело обстоит с «подковерными» играми в российском чемпионате? Вам это бросается в глаза?

- Может, нынешние игрочки «теневого» футбола более искусно это делают, в отличие от «умельцев» в советском чемпионате. Я вот не всегда улавливаю, где честно играют, где не очень. Да и «левые» деньги, в отличие от советского первенства, однозначно не в чемоданах возят, а на банковские карточки и счета переводят, правда, ведь?

Хотя суть одна: подкуп должностных лиц, в данном случае, футболистов, тренеров, возможно, клубного персонала, чиновников околофутбола. Но о задержаниях, тем более, судебных процессах, «посадках» мы с вами и не слышали, так ведь? Живем – по инерции, ничего к лучшему, увы, не меняем.

- Поговорим немного о светлом, а то один мрак почти. Ваш тандем с Георгием Ярцевым восхищал болельщиков. Как удавалось добиться такой потрясающей сыгранности? У вас, что, глаза еще и на затылке были, когда выдавали ему такие потрясающе точные передачи? С них Георгий забил немало мячей. Наигрывали на тренировках, специально готовили сюрпризы для соперников под конкретные матчи?

- Да ничего не надо специально наигрывать. Бесков, наш тренер, нашел в Костроме Ярцева, знал, что тот может забивать – часто и много. Требовался человек на роль подыгрывающего результативному форварду. Константин Иванович меня определил на эту должность. Видите, секрет прост.

Друг мой, Жора Ярцев, заранее знал, что долго мяч обрабатывать не буду, в одно касание ему переадресую. Он ускорялся метра на два-три, отрывался от соперников, и тут же, в касание, получал мячик от меня. Все. Здесь игровое чутье, ничего сверхъестественного. Чувствовать партнера надо, не более того. Вот мы и чувствовали. Да мы с Жорой не одни такие были. Вспомните великолепный тандем Иванов – Стрельцов. Пеле больше нравилось контактировать с Тостао в сборной, в общем, примеров хватает. Гвардиола сейчас наигрывает связку Холанда с де Брюйне в «Манчестер Сити».

- В футбол вы сами уже не поигрываете, или еще можете тряхнуть стариной?

- Нет-нет, в команде ветеранов «Спартака» не играю, здоровье не позволяет. Меня, можно сказать, почти из могилы достали после инсульта. Черное пятно в легком нашли после медицинского обследования, - онкология. В общем, досталось мне.

Ничего, живу, считаю, полноценно, в четырех стенах не запираюсь. Езжу к многочисленным друзьям, в подмосковные Люберцы, например. Еще Брянск, Курск, Калуга мои маршруты, дома не запираюсь. Хожу на могилы своих друзей спартаковских. Да не обязательно по важным датам, просто душа зовет. Приехать, цветочки положить. Господи, молодыми ведь умерли – Миша Русяев, Витя Самохин, Вася Кульков… Кончина Феди Черенкова так сильно подкосила, что сердцу болит и болит от горечи. Вот недавно к Федору и Жоре Ярцеву ездили спартаковской компанией. Нас от той замечательной команды осталась, дай бог, половина: Романцев, Дасаев, Шавло, Хидиятуллин, Мирзоян, Родионов…

- Если вернуться к обсуждению проблем российского футбола, то здесь, по-вашему, можно «тушить свет», или искорка надежды на лучшее еще тлеет?

- Вот если честно, совсем откровенно, не могу ничем обнадежить. Представьте, дети наши тренируются, готовятся к баталиям. Тут какие-то дельцы от футбола напривозят всякий хлам из третьесортных бразильцев, других иностранцев. Они, «братки» эти, просто тупо зарабатывают подобным образом, и все.

А наши, доморощенные «звездочки» - в пролете. Не могу смотреть спокойно и мириться с этим. Уродство во весь рост. Временщики правят бал…

"20 migrants burst in, shot, pulled out knives"

In recent months, politicians, officials, and "security forces" have literally competed in calls for a decisive fight against crimes committed by migrants. The media headlines are full of reports about how the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin ordered the opening of another criminal case. However, those who personally suffered from the crimes of migrants evaluate such public statements with extreme skepticism. "I am the father of 22-year-old Albert Baranov, who was killed in Moscow, for more than six years now I have been unsuccessfully trying to bring to justice the organizer of my son's murder. I am convinced that the inaction of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in considering my application to hold the organizer of my son's murder accountable is nothing more than direct assistance to the criminal in evading criminal liability. I am sure that the inaction is explained by selfish motives.

The reason for the murder was a conflict in which Albert became a participant shortly before his death. He demanded that one of his strangers return the money that the debtor took from his friend for assistance in obtaining a driver's license. Together with the debtor, an illegal migrant from Armenia, Sokrat Arutyunyan (before changing his surname - Vardazaryan), came to the meeting, who introduced himself as an "authority", "controlling Reutov and Balashikha", and stated that he decided that there was no need to give the money back, and claims could only be made against him by those equal to him in "thieves' status". The conflict escalated into a fight and ended with the shameful flight of the beaten Sokrat Harutyunyan from the scene of the conflict, which undermined his authority among the "driver's license traders" whom he convinced that he was ensuring the safety of their criminal business.

Having harbored a grudge and dreaming of settling scores with Albert, Sokrat Harutyunyan lured him to a meeting three months later, where he arrived accompanied by twenty fellow tribesmen.

Albert was killed on April 12, 2018, in Moscow in a cafe in the northwest of Moscow. A crowd of about 20 migrants (including illegal ones) from Armenia suddenly burst into the cafe where Albert was, intimidated those present with shots in the air and knives, attacked Albert, inflicting a large number of knife wounds on him. It is difficult to recall a crime of such impudence committed in a public place in the capital of the country.

All participants in the attack were identified and detained. The materials collected by the operatives and attached to the criminal case contain an unambiguous conclusion: Sokrat Arutyunyan is the organizer of the murder. The testimony of witnesses confirms that immediately after the murder, right at the scene of the crime, Arutyunyan boasted of his organizing role, declaring that what happened was his revenge and that the murdered man "got what he deserved." However, after the detainees fell into the hands of the investigators, "miracles" began: Sokrat Arutyunyan disappeared from the list of suspects, having remained in this status for a few hours, and went free. The investigators brought charges against only one of the killers, who, after all the attackers were detained, wrote a confession. The cynical brutal murder of a defenseless person by a crowd of criminals turned into a "one-on-one fight" in the indictment. To understand the particular cynicism of the author of the investigative version, it is enough to read the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, from which it clearly follows that the fatal knife blow was inflicted in the back, and the blows were inflicted, at a minimum, with two different knives.

When releasing Sokrat Arutyunyan from custody, the investigators were in such a hurry that they ignored the fact that Arutyunyan back in 2011 (after his conviction) was recognized as a person whose presence in Russia is undesirable, since his stay in Russia "created a real threat to public order, the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Russian Federation", and who, nevertheless, was already convicted in 2015 for "Illegal crossing of the State border of the Russian Federation". However, the investigators, "without a second thought", released Sokrat Arutyunyan, who was illegally in Russia and had been convicted twice, including for a violent crime, to go his separate ways.

Due to the fact that both at the stage of the preliminary investigation and during the consideration of the case in court, numerous pieces of evidence were obtained indicating that the organizer and instigator of the murder was Sokrat Arutyunyan, a statement was sent to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Bastrykin A.I. to bring Sokrat Arutyunyan to criminal responsibility.

However, unlike the stories in the media, when Bastrykin, “burning with righteous anger,” “reprimands” negligent investigators and gives instructions to initiate a criminal case, no one in the Investigative Committee categorically wanted to consider this statement for several years.

The reasons for such a statement, which have no analogues, , I am inclined to see the investigators' leniency towards the organizer of his son's murder in the personality of the former head of the Investigative Department for the North-West Administrative District of Moscow of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SU for the North-West Administrative District of Moscow SK RF) Sergei Romodanovsky (son of the former Head of the Federal Migration Service Konstantin Romodanovsky). As Kommersant reported at the end of 2023, the former head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the North-West Administrative District of the capital, Sergei Romodanovsky, was arrested by the Basmanny Court in connection with charges of organizing a criminal community using his official position or participating in it (Article 210 of the Criminal Code), as well as receiving bribes on an especially large scale (Article 290 of the Criminal Code).

The amount of bribes incriminated to members of the criminal group for manipulating criminal prosecution amounts to several billion rubles. The organized criminal community included current employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation.

After the Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow and then the Moscow City Court found the inaction of the Investigative Department of the North-West Administrative District of Moscow of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to be illegal in considering this application, but the hearing never began, I appealed to the Basmanny Court (case 3/12-0023/2024, currently in cassation), demanding that Bastrykin's inaction be declared illegal. Как СКР вывел из обвиняемых авторитетного организатора убийства

Последние месяцы политики, чиновники, «силовики» буквально соревнуются в призывах к решительной борьбе с преступлениями, совершаемыми мигрантами. Заголовки СМИ пестрят сообщениями о том, как Председатель Следственного Комитета РФ Александр Бастрыкин поручил возбудить очередное уголовное дело. Однако те, кто сам лично пострадал от преступлений мигрантов, оценивают такие публичные заявления крайне скептически. Повторное обращение на данную тематику поступило в редакцию Rucriminal.info.



«Я - отец 22-ухлетнего Альберта Баранова, убитого в Москве, уже более шести лет безуспешно добиваюсь привлечения к ответственности организатора убийства моего сына. Я убеждён что бездействие органов Следственного комитета РФ при рассмотрении моего заявления о привлечении к ответственности организатора убийства моего сына есть не что иное, как прямое содействие преступнику в уклонении от уголовной ответственности. Уверен, что бездействие объясняется корыстными мотивами.

Причиной убийства стал конфликт, участником которого Альберт стал незадолго до своей гибели. Он потребовал у одного из малознакомых возврата денег, которые должник взял у его друга за содействие в получении водительских прав. Вместе с должником на встречу явился нелегальный мигрант из Армении Сократ Арутюнян (до смены фамилии - Вардазарян), который представился «авторитетом», «держащим Реутов и Балашиху», и заявил, что он решил, что деньги отдавать не надо, а претензии ему могут предъявлять только равные ему по «воровскому статусу». Конфликт перерос в драку и закончился позорным бегством побитого Сократа Арутюняна с места конфликта, что подорвало его авторитет у «торговцев водительскими правами», которых он убеждал в том, что обеспечивает безопасность их криминального бизнеса.

Затаив злобу и мечтая свести счёты с Альбертом, Сократ Арутюнян спустя три месяца выманил его на встречу, куда приехал в сопровождении двадцати соплеменников.

Альберт был убит 12.04.2018 года в г. Москве в кафе на Северо-Западе Москвы. Толпа мигрантов (в том числе нелегальных) из Армении в количестве около 20-ти человек внезапно ворвались в кафе, где находился Альберт, запугали присутствующих выстрелами в воздух и ножами, напали на Альберта, нанеся ему большое количество ножевых ранений. Сложно припомнить подобное по дерзости преступление, совершённое в общественном месте в столице страны.

Все участники нападения были установлены и задержаны. Материалы, собранные оперативниками и приобщённые к уголовному делу, содержат однозначный вывод: Сократ Арутюнян – организатор убийства. Показания свидетелей подтверждают, что Арутюнян непосредственно после убийства, прямо на месте преступления кичился своей организующей ролью, заявляя, что произошедшее – его месть и что убитый «получил по заслугам».

Однако после того, как задержанные попали в руки следователей, начались «чудеса»: Сократ Арутюнян исчез из числа подозреваемых, пробыв в этом статусе считанные часы, и отправился на свободу. Следователи предъявили обвинение лишь одному из убийц, который после задержания всех нападавших написал явку с повинной. Циничное зверское убийство беззащитного человека толпой уголовников в обвинительным заключении превратилось в "драку один на один". Чтобы понять особый цинизм автора следственной версии, достаточно ознакомиться с заключением судебно-медицинской экспертизы, из которой однозначно следует, что смертельный удар ножом был нанесён в спину, а удары наносились, как минимум, двумя разными ножами.

Освобождая Сократа Арутюняна из-под стражи, следователи так спешили, что проигнорировали тот факт, что Арутюнян ещё в 2011 году (после осуждения) был признан лицом, присутствие которого в России является нежелательным, так как его пребывание в России «создавало реальную угрозу общественному порядку, правам и законным интересам граждан Российской Федерации», и который, тем не менее, уже в 2015 году был осуждён за «Незаконное пересечение Государственной границы Российской Федерации». Однако следователи, «ничтоже сумняшеся», отпустили на все четыре стороны нелегально находящегося в России дважды судимого, в том числе за насильственное преступление, Сократа Арутюняна.

В связи с тем, что как на этапе предварительного следствия, так и в ходе рассмотрения дела в суде были получены многочисленные доказательства, свидетельствующие о том, что организатором и подстрекателем убийства являлся Сократ Арутюнян, в адрес Председателя Следственного Комитета России Бастрыкина А.И. было направлено заявление о привлечении Сократа Арутюняна к уголовной ответственности.

Однако в отличие от сюжетов в СМИ, когда «пылающий праведным гневом» Бастрыкин «распекает» нерадивых следователей и даёт поручения возбудить уголовное дело, данное заявление в Следственном комитете несколько лет никто рассматривать категорически не хотел.

Причины подобной, не имеющей аналогов, мягкости следователей по отношению к организатору убийства его сына я склонен видеть в личности прежнего руководителя Следственного управления по Северо-Западному административному округу г. Москвы Следственного Комитета Российской Федерации (СУ по СЗАО г. Москвы СК РФ) Сергея Ромодановского (сын бывшего Главы Федеральной миграционной службы Константина Ромодановского). Как сообщал в конце 2023 года «Коммерсант», экс-начальник СУ СКР по Северо-Западному округу столицы Сергей Ромодановский был арестован Басманным судом в связи с обвинениями в организации преступного сообщества с использованием служебного положения или участии в нем (ст. 210 УК), а также получении взяток в особо крупном размере (ст. 290 УК).

Размер взяток, инкриминируемых членам преступной группы за манипуляции с уголовным преследованием, составляет несколько миллиардов рублей. В состав организованного преступного сообщества входили действующие сотрудники ФСБ РФ.

После того, как сначала Хорошевским судом Москвы, а потом и Московским городским судом было признано незаконным бездействие СУ по СЗАО г. Москвы СК РФ при рассмотрении этого заявления, но рассмотрение так и не начиналось, я обратился в Басманный суд (дело 3/12-0023/2024, сейчас в кассации), требуя признать незаконным бездействие самого Бастрыкина. Но только после того, как Rucriminal.info опубликовал материал под названием «Заказчика убийства «отмазал» СКР», Тушинский межрайонный следственный отдел СК РФ в лице следователя Жилкиной «разродился» постановлением об отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела в отношении Сократа Арутюняна.

Данное постановление мною обжаловано. According to the source, the shares of JSC Promenergobank owned by Sanko V.M. were registered to his closest relatives and partners - Kuzminsky Alexander Nikolaevich, Tarlinsky Oleg Vadimovich, daughter Kosterenko Ksenia Valentinovna and second wife (common-law) Pavlova Yulia Vladimirovna.

10% of the Bank's shares were registered to Sanko V.M.'s friends - Letnikov Nikolai Gavrilovich (former head of the Chubais A.B. apparatus at RAO UES, member of the board of RAO UES) and Sannikov Aleksey Valerievich (former deputy general director of JSC Holding MRSK, dismissed on corruption grounds).

From 2008 to 2016, V. M. Sanko had no income from the enterprises he owned, since their activities generated only losses. V. M. As a result of the constant withdrawal of funds from JSC "Promenergobank" by Sanko V.M. for his personal needs in astronomical amounts, the Bank completely lost its own capital and ceased to fulfill obligations to creditors. According to the opinion of the ASV Group, the said persons caused damage to the Bank in the amount of 1,266,854,058 rubles by concluding a number of transactions on the assignment of the right to claim market assets at a significant discount, accepting real estate at an inflated price as compensation, and overstating expenses under contracts (paragraph 3, p. 47 of the Conclusion of the ASV Group based on the results of an additional audit).

The Bank's funds were withdrawn by V. M. Sanko, N. G. Letnikov, O. V. Tarlinsky, together with other executives of the Bank, also under the guise of issuing loans to enterprises belonging to them, legalized and accumulated in City Auto LLC and Trespan LLC, which are under the control of V. M. Sanko.

City Auto LLC was a technical enterprise created for the legalization of funds and did not conduct any real business activity. The company's revenue in 2015 was only 2,000,000 rubles.

The general director of City Auto LLC was his girlfriend Sanko V.M.-Kruglenya Marina Nikolaevna, and the owner of 100% of the shares of City Auto LLC was his long-time partner Sorokin Valery Anatolyevich.

According to the conclusion of the State Security Service, the main damage to the Bank was caused by the transactions of the right of claim with OOO City Auto.

In addition, V. M. Sanko, having demonstrated remarkable criminal talent, a month before the bankruptcy of the Bank belonging to him, managed to sell JSC Promenergobank for 170,000,000 rubles to two buyers - individuals Golubeva L. I. and Gorokhov V. A., having deceived the latter regarding its financial condition.

With the funds of depositors stolen from JSC Promenergobank and the stolen funds of buyers of shares of the bankrupt Bank in the amount of 1,200,000,000 rubles, V. M. Sanko and his relatives, who did not work anywhere for a day, acquired:

- three villas in Croatia (Liznjan, Rovinj and Peroj) with a market value of 3,000,000 US dollars. The villas are registered to the company Letniko D.O.O. (Croatia). The founder of Letniko D.O.O. is the common-law wife of Sanko V.M. - Pavlova Yu.V., the director is the personal lawyer of Sanko V.M. - Obiedkov I.K.

- a yacht worth 911,986.92 euros (located in Croatia). The yacht is also registered to Letniko D.O.O.





- three office centers for rent in Moscow with a market value of 525,000,000 rubles, namely: a building with a total area of ​​2,917.9 sq.m., located at the address: Moscow, ul. Mytnaya, 21; a building with a total area of ​​2,768.3 sq.m., located at the address: Moscow, ul. pr. 2-y Verkhniy Mikhailovsky, 9, bldg. 5; building, with a total area of ​​2,058.6 sq.m., located at the address: Moscow, Novorogozhskaya St., 32, building 1.

The office centers owned by V. M. Sanko are registered to Trespan LLC, INN 7725538261, which is completely under his control. The manager of Trespan LLC is V. M. Sanko's lawyer - Ivan Konstantinovich Obyedkov, and the owner of 100% of the shares of the main founder of Trespan LLC - Larrow Limited (Cyprus) - V. M. Sanko's assistant at Russian Railways, who is also the nominal shareholder of the Bank, Alexander Nikolaevich Kuzminsky.

He arranged for Sorokina V.A., Kruglenya M.N. and Kuzminsky A.N. to work at JSC Russian Railways in various positions: Sorokin V.A. as his first deputy, Kruglenya M.N. as a personal secretary in the reception area, Kuzminsky A.N. in Transenergo.

100% of the authorized capital of Garantstroy LLC, INN 7735185985, controlled by V. M. Sanko, is registered to his old accomplice, O. V. Tarlinsky.

Garantstroy LLC was registered on November 15, 2019, with an average headcount of 12 people.

Immediately after registration, Russian Railways, through its 100% subsidiary, Energopromsbyt LLC, INN 7706284445, at the direction of V. M. Sanko, concluded contracts with Garantstroy LLC, which is under his control, at an inflated price.

OOO Energopromsbyt was a prosperous company, the net profit for 2019 amounted to 1,074,739,000 rubles, but after concluding contracts with OOO Garantstroy, the net profit fell sharply and amounted to only 16,997,000 rubles over three years (2020-2023).

The net profit of OOO Garantstroy from fulfilling contracts with OOO Energopromsbyt for the same period (2020 - 2023), on the contrary, increased sharply and amounted to 2,495,590,000 rubles according to the financial statements.

The profit center, as a result of the illegal actions of V. M. Sanko, moved from the subsidiary of JSC Russian Railways - OOO Energopromsbyt to the enterprise of V. M. Sanko - OOO Garantstroy, as a result of which the state suffered damages in the amount of 2,495,590,000 rubles. in the form of dividends not received by JSC Russian Railways from its Energopromsbyt LLC. And V. M. Sanko became richer by two and a half billion rubles.

The second enterprise owned by V. M. Sanko and used by him to withdraw assets from JSC Russian Railways is Tverenergokabel LLC, INN 6950267324, which is a cable manufacturing plant. Tverenergokabel LLC also supplies cable products to JSC Russian Railways at an inflated price.

In the period up to 01/22/2024, 100% of the authorized capital of Tverenergokabel LLC belonged to the offshore company Nichiro Limited, which is under the control of V. M. Sanko.

The sole owner of Nichiro Limited was V. M. Sanko's personal lawyer. – Obyedkov I.K., who also actively participated in the bankruptcy and sale of shares of JSC Promenergobank.

Currently, the owner of 32.67% of the share of the authorized capital of LLC Tverenergokabel is also under the control of Sanko V.M. – LLC Trespan.



The manager of LLC Trespan is lawyer Sanko V.M. – Obyedkov I.K., and the owner of 100% of the shares of the main founder of LLC Trespan - Larrow Limited (Cyprus) is assistant to Sanko V.M. in Transenergo of JSC Russian Railways, he is also the nominal shareholder of JSC Promenergobank Kuzminsky A.N.

Currently, all the above information is known to the UMVD of Russia for the Vologda Region, which is conducting a pre-investigation check on the statements of the State Corporation ASV and the defrauded Sanko V.M. buyers of shares of JSC Promenergobank to initiate criminal cases against Sanko V.M., as well as the security department of JSC Russian Railways.

Sanko V.M. is trying to resolve this issue with the help of money and influential acquaintances in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and his patrons in JSC Russian Railways.

«Решает вопросы с помощью денег, знакомых в МВД РФ и своих покровителей»

Сегодня расследование Rucriminal.info о Санько Валентине Михайловиче, который работает с апреля 2016 директором ОАО «РЖД» по энергетическому комплексу - начальником Трансэнерго с заработной платой 2 300 000 руб. в месяц.



До этого момента он работал:

- советником генерального директора ОАО «РАО ЭС Востока» 2009–2012, средняя заработная плата Санько В.М. составляла 8 000 руб. в месяц.

- советником генерального директора ОАО «Скоростные магистрали» в 2014–2015, средняя заработная плата Санько В.М. составляла согласно справке 2НДФЛ 200 000 руб. в месяц.

Основным занятием Санько В.М. в период с 2008 по сентябрь 2016 было руководство бизнесом принадлежащего ему холдинга, в состав которого входил и АО «Промэнергобанк».

По словам источника, акции АО «Промэнергобанк», принадлежащие Санько В.М., были оформлены на его ближайших родственников и партнеров - Кузьминского Александра Николаевича, Тарлинского Олега Вадимовича, дочь Костеренко Ксению Валентиновну и вторую жену (гражданскую) Павлову Юлию Владимировну.

По 10 % акций Банка были оформлены на друзей Санько В.М. – Летникова Николая Гавриловича (в прошлом руководитель аппарата Чубайса А.Б. в РАО «ЕЭС», член правления РАО «ЕЭС») и Санникова Алексея Валерьевича (бывший заместитель генерального директора ОАО «Холдинг МРСК», уволен по коррупционным основаниям).

Санько В.М с 2008 по 2016 никаких доходов от принадлежащих ему предприятий не имел в связи с тем, что их деятельность генерировала исключительно убытки. Сам Санько В.М. и члены двух его семей безбедно жили и приобретали многочисленные объекты недвижимости на похищенные Санько В.М. у вкладчиков АО «Промэнергобанк» денежные средства, периодически выводимые Санько В.М. за периметр Банка в пользу принадлежащих ему предприятий ООО «Сити Авто», ООО «Треспан», ОАО «ВВСЭС», ОАО «Вологодская МК-19» и других под видом выдачи кредитов и заключения договоров уступки права требования.

Санько В.М. имел одновременно две семьи, требующих больших затрат на их содержание, одну официальную семью: жена - Санько Антонина Викторовна, дочь - Костеренко Ксения Валентиновна, сын - Санько Михаил Валентинович и вторую неофициальную: гражданская жена Павлова Юлия Владимировна, дочь – Павлова Анна Валентиновна., сын – Павлов Кирилл Валентинович, сын – Павлов Владимир Валентинович. Никто из членов двух семей Санько В.М. никогда не работал, все денежные средства на их содержание всегда выделал и выделяет в настоящее время Санько В.М., что обходится предприятиям, где он трудится в круглую сумму.



В результате постоянного вывода Санько В.М. денежных средств из АО «Промэнергобанк» на свои личные нужды в астрономическом размерах, Банк полностью потерял собственный капитал и престал исполнять обязательств перед кредиторами.

Приказом ЦБ РФ от 05.08.2016 № ОД-2524 у АО «Промэнергобанк» была отозвана лицензия на осуществление банковских операций, решением Арбитражного суда Вологодской области от 19.10.2016 по делу N

В настоящее время размер неудовлетворенных требований кредиторов Банка составляет сумму более миллиарда рублей.

В декабре 2021 г. ГК «АСВ» провела проверку обстоятельств банкротства АО «Промэнергобанк» и подготовила «Заключение по итогам дополнительной проверки обстоятельств банкротства от 23.12.2021».

По результатам проведенной проверки, 11 февраля 2022 г. ГК «АСВ» направила в УМВД России по Вологодской области заявление о возбуждении уголовного дела в отношении бенефициара Банка Санько В.М., Литниковы Н.Г., Тарлинского О.В. и других руководителей по признакам ч. 4 ст. 160 УК (хищение) ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (мошенничество).

По мнению ГК «АСВ», указанные лица причинили ущерб Банку на сумму 1 266 854 058 руб. путем совершения ряда сделок по уступке права требования рыночных активов со значительным дисконтом, принятия в качестве отступного недвижимого имущества по завышенной стоимости, завышения расходов по договорам подряда (абзац 3, стр.47 Заключения ГК «АСВ» по итогам дополнительной проверки).

Денежные средства Банка выводились Санько В.М., Летниковым Н.Г., Тарлинским О.В. совместно с другими руководителями Банка также под видом выдачи кредитов, принадлежащим им предприятиям, легализованы и аккумулированы на ООО «Сити Авто» и ООО «Треспан», находящихся под контролем Санько В.М.

ООО «Сити Авто» являлось техническим предприятием, созданным для легализации денежных средств, и реальной предпринимательской деятельности не вело. Выручка предприятия в 2015 г. составляла всего лишь 2 000 000 руб.

Генеральным директором ООО «Сити Авто» являлась его подруга Санько В.М.-Кругленя Марина Николаевна, а собственником 100% долей ООО «Сити Авто» являлся его давний партнер Сорокин Валерий Анатольевич.

Согласно заключению ГК «АСВ» основной ущерб Банку причинили именно сделки уступки права требования с ООО «Сити Авто».

Кроме того, Санько В.М., проявив недюжинный криминальный талант, за месяц до банкротства принадлежащего ему Банка, сумел продать АО «Промэнергобанк» за 170 000 000 руб. двум покупателям - физическим лицам Голубевой Л.И. и Горохову В.А., обманув последних относительно его финансового состояния.

На похищенные из АО «Промэнергобанк» денежные средства вкладчиков и похищенные денежные средства покупателей акций Банка – банкрота денежные в размере 1 200 000 000 рублей Санько В.М. и его, не работавшие нигде и не дня родственники, приобрели:

- три виллы в Хорватии (Liznjan, Rovinj и Peroj) рыночной стоимостью 3 000 000 долларов США. Виллы оформлены на фирму Letniko D.O.O (Хорватия). Учредителем Letniko D.O.O. является гражданская жена Санько В.М. - Павлова Ю.В., директором личный юрист Санько В.М. – Объедков И.К.

- яхту стоимостью 911 986,92 евро (находится в Хорватии). Яхта оформлена также на Letniko D.O.O.





- три офисных центра для сдачи в аренду в г. Москва рыночной стоимостью 525 000 000 руб., а именно: здание, общей площадью 2 917,9 кв.м., расположенное по адресу: г. Москва, ул. Мытная, д.21.; здание общей площадью 2 768,3 кв.м., расположенное по адресу: г. Москва, ул. пр. 2-й Верхний Михайловский, д.9, стр.5; здание, общей площадью 2 058,6 кв.м., расположенное по адресу: г. Москва, ул. Новорогожская, д.32, стр.1.

Офисные центры, принадлежащие Санько В.М., оформлены на ООО «Треспан» ИНН 7725538261, находящееся полностью под его контролем. Управляющим ООО «Треспан» является юрист Санько В.М. – Объедков Иван Константинович, а собственником 100 % долей основного учредителя ООО «Треспан» - Ларроу Лимитед (Кипр) – помощник Санько В.М. в ОАО «РЖД», он же номинальный акционер Банка Кузьминский Александр Николаевич.

- квартиру площадью 236 кв.м. и два машиноместа по адресу: г. Москва, пер 1-й Неопалимовский, д. 8, кв.27, 236 кв.м., кадастровый номер квартиры 77:01:0005002:2647, кадастровые номера машиномест 77:01:0005002:4769, 77:01:0005002:4783 рыночной стоимостью 300 000 000 руб. Квартира оформлена на Санько В.М. лично.

- загородный жилой дом площадью 1 100 000 кв.м. на Новой Риге на арендованном ООО "Спектр « ИНН 7731541801 земельном участке лесного фонда с кадастровым номером 50:08:0050137:4 квартал 5—Д выдел 7-9 рыночной стоимостью 150 000 000 руб. Доля уставного капитала в ООО "Спектр Максимум» оформлена на Санько В.М. лично.

- загородный жилой дом площадью 800 кв.м. по адресу: Московская обл., г. Москва, Десеновское поселение, д. Черепово, д.15. рыночной стоимостью 100 000 000 руб. Кадастровый номер земельного участка 50:21:0140218:429. Дом официально, с целью экономии на налогах на имущество, в ЕГРН не зарегистрирован. Земельный участок оформлен на Санько В.М.

- жилой дом площадью 572 кв.м. по адресу: г. Москва, Ленинский район, пос. Заречный, д.32 рыночной стоимостью 70 000 000 руб. Оформлен на Санько В.М.

- охотничью базу в Вологодской области по адресу: Вологодская область, р-н Череповецкий, д. Романово, рыночной стоимостью 50 000 000 руб. Недвижимое имущество и земельные участки базы оформлены на дочь Санько В.М. – Костеренко К.В.:

- торговый центр «Звезда» общей площадью 1 740 кв.м. по адресу: г. Вологда, ул. Мира, д.76 рыночной стоимостью 70 000 000 руб.

- завод ЖБИ по адресу: г. Вологда, ул. Некрасова, д.60, а рыночной стоимостью 100 000 000 руб.



Торговый центр «Звезда» и завод ЖБИ оформлены на ООО «Северэнергоснаб» ИНН 3525112704, собственником 100% уставного капитала которого до 22.05.2024 была дочь Санько В.М. – Костеренко К.В., с 22.05.2024 собственником 100% уставного капитала является официальная жена Санько В.М. – Санько А.В.

- 40 % доли от уставного капитала ООО «Студио» (ОГРН 5147746436910) и ООО «Группа Локал плюс» (ОГРН 5147746442663) (ресторанный бизнес) рыночной стоимостью 20 000 000 руб. Была оформлена на дочь Санько В.М. – Костеренко К.В.

- офисное здание по адресу: Вологодская область, город Вологда, ул. Некрасова, д. 60а рыночной стоимостью 40 000 000 руб. Здание оформлено на ООО "Центр 911" ИНН 3510007390, собственником 100% уставного капитала которого является дочь Санько В.М. – Костеренко К.В.

- квартиру, кадастровый номер 77:07:0013003:27775, по адресу: г. Москва, пр-кт Мичуринский, д. 56, кв. 1226, площадью 83,9 кв.м. рыночной стоимостью 25 000 000 руб. Оформлена на дочь Санько В.М. – Костеренко К.В.

- квартиру, кадастровый номер 77:07:0013003:27776, расположена по адресу: г. Москва, пр-кт Мичуринский, д. 56, кв. 1227 площадью 76,9 кв.м. рыночной стоимостью 25 000 000 руб. Оформлена на дочь Санько В.М. – Костеренко К.В.

- квартиру по адресу: г. Москва, ул. Улофа Пальме, д.1, кв. 245 рыночной стоимостью 25 000 000 руб. Оформлена на официальную жену Санько В.М. – Санько А.В.

Весной 2016 Санько В.М., потеряв источник финансирования в виде денежных средств АО «Промэнергобанк», с помощью денег и влиятельных знакомых устроился на высокооплачиваемую работу на должность директора по энергетическому комплексу РЖД и продолжил свою деятельность по выводу активов уже из ОАО «РЖД».

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, внутри ОАО «РЖД», действуя уже по отработанной им схеме, Санько В.М. создал преступную группу, состоящую из тех же лиц, обанкротивших предварительно АО «Промэнергобанк»: Сорокин В.А., Кругленя М.Н., Кузьминский А.Н., Тарлинский О.В., и Объедков И.К.

Сорокина В.А., Кругленю М.Н. и Кузьминского А.Н., он устроил на работу в ОАО «РЖД» на разные должности: Сорокина В.А. своим первым заместителем, Кругленю М.Н. личным секретарем в приемную, Кузьминского А.Н. в Трансэнерго.

100% уставного капитала ООО «Гарантстрой» ИНН 7735185985, находящегося под контролем Санько В.М., оформлены на его старого подельника Тарлинского О.В.

ООО «Гарантстрой» зарегистрировано 15.11.2019, средняя списочная численность 12 человек.

Сразу же после регистрации, ОАО «РЖД» через свою 100% дочку ООО «Энергопромсбыт» ИНН 7706284445, по указанию Санько В.М., заключило с находящимся под его контролем ООО «Гарантстрой» договоры подряда по завышенной цене.

ООО «Энергопромсбыт» была процветающей компанией, чистая прибыль за 2019 г. составила 1 074 739 000 руб., но после заключения договоров подряда с ООО «Гарантстрой» чистая прибыль резко упала и составила за три года (2020-2023) всего 16 997 000 руб.

Чистая же прибыль ООО «Гарантстрой» от выполнения договоров подряда с ООО «Энергопромсбыт» за этот же период (2020 – 2023) наоборот резко выросла и составила согласно бухгалтерской отчетности сумму в 2 495 590 000 руб.

Центр получения прибыли, в результате незаконных действий Санько В.М., переместился с дочки ОАО «РЖД» - ООО «Энергопромсбыт» в сторону предприятия Санько В.М. – ООО «Гарантстрой», в результате чего государству был причинен ущерб в размере 2 495 590 000 руб. в виде неполученных ОАО «РЖД» дивидендов от принадлежащего ему ООО «Энергопромсбыт». Ну а Санько В.М. стал богаче на два с половиной миллиарда рублей.

Вторым предприятием, принадлежащим Санько В.М. и использующимся им для вывода активов из ОАО «РЖД», является ООО «Тверьэнергокабель» ИНН 6950267324, представляющий из себя завод по производству кабельной продукции. ООО «Тверьэнергокабель» также поставляет ОАО «РЖД» кабельную продукцию по завышенной цене.

В период до 22.01.2024, 100 % уставного капитала ООО «Тверьэнергокабель» принадлежало офшору "Ничиро Лимитед", находящемуся под контролем Санько В.М.

Единственным собственником "Ничиро Лимитед" являлся личный юрист Санько В.М. – Объедков И.К., также активно участвовавший в банкротстве и продаже акций АО «Промэнергобанк».

В настоящее время, собственником 32.67 % доли уставного капитала ООО ««Тверьэнергокабель» является также находящееся под контролем Санько В.М. – ООО «Треспан».

Управляющим ООО «Треспан» является юрист Санько В.М. – Объедков И.К., а собственником 100 % долей основного учредителя ООО «Треспан» - Ларроу Лимитед (Кипр) – помощник Санько В.М. в Трансэнерго ОАО «РЖД», он же номинальный акционер АО «Промэнергобанк» Кузьминский А.Н.

В настоящее время вся изложенная выше информация известна УМВД России по Вологодской области, которое проводит доследственную проверку по заявлениям ГК «АСВ» и обманутых Санько В.М. покупателей акций АО «Промэнергобанк» о возбуждении уголовных дел в отношении Санько В.М., а также департаменту безопасности ОАО «РЖД».

Санько В.М. пытается этот вопрос решить с помощью денег и влиятельных знакомых в МВД РФ и своих покровителей в ОАО «РЖД».
