In the same case, the owner of ArtStroy, Ratibor Revin, who has been under house arrest in a fraud case since October last year, is also present. His connection with other defendants is evidenced by the fact that in 2018, his company, through the mediation of Minkin, began laying tiles in Komsomoltsev Square even before the competitive procedures were held.
And now in Ryazan, and on behalf of ZhBK LLC, controlled by ArtStroy, the company is engaged in forgery and the provision of deliberately false information about the products offered for delivery. Currently, materials on these facts are under consideration by the FAS Office for the Ryazan region. At the same time, ZhBK, with a revenue of 529 million rubles. paid taxes in the amount of 1.5 million rubles, which is less than 0.3%. An analysis of the financial activities of ArtStroy Group of Companies indicates that it is the center of "profit concentration". To do this, back in 2014, the company changed its registration from Oryol to Voronezh, having neither assets nor activities in this region. 3 more trading companies are registered at the new address, 2 of which have already been forcibly liquidated by the tax authorities. Such "partners", if they participate in the improvement of the Ryazan region, not only bear reputational risks for federal projects, but also threaten with real theft and failure to meet deadlines.
