Rucriminal.info returns to the topic of the death of the head of the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Alexander Aksenov. The investigation assessed the incident as a hunting accident. They say that Aksenov was accidentally hit by former policeman Evgeny Piklovsky. However, all the facts and circumstances indicate that a planned murder took place.

On January 9, 2024, in the Trans-Baikal Territory, based on complaints from relatives of the murdered head of the police department, an appeal hearing of the criminal case will take place.

The investigation regarded the incident as an accident; the court agreed with this interpretation in the verdict, which was handed down on September 29, 2023.

Although at first the investigation considered that there was a deliberate shot by Piklovsky. He was arrested. But then everything changed radically.


As a result of Piklovsky’s action, the investigation qualified it as causing death by negligence, despite the absurdity of his version. The court agreed with this interpretation of events - the perpetrator was given a suspended sentence of 1 year and 9 months of restricted freedom, that is, for now a completely symbolic punishment. Another probable accomplice in the murder, named Simonov, escaped punishment altogether. He remained a witness in the case.


The tragedy itself occurred last summer. Aksenov was wounded on the night of August 9-10, 2022, when he went to the hunting grounds with his acquaintances: Evgeny Piklovsky and Alexander Simonov. Aksenov was wounded and taken to a local hospital, where he died from a penetrating gunshot wound to the abdomen, complicated by the development of hemorrhagic shock.


Initially, Piklovsky and Simonov stated in their testimonies that Aksenov himself received a gunshot wound while uncovering his weapon in the car when both of his friends went to get water from the stream. But based on the results of examinations carried out as part of the criminal case, it turned out that Aksenov’s gunshot wound was caused by Piklovsky’s weapon.

Having learned about this, Piklovsky and Simonov completely changed the version of events. They began to claim that Piklovsky accidentally fired a shot at Aksenov.


At first, the investigation did not believe Piklovsky and Simonov. Moreover, they began to change their testimony at the same time, that is, they fully coordinated their actions.

Piklovsky was charged under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code.

But the investigation completely ignored the conclusion of ballistics experts that gunpowder traces of the shot were found on Simonov’s clothes, and not on Piklovsky. And this directly indicated that the shot was fired by Simonov. And this already suggested an objective version of the murder planned by Simonov and Piklovsky.


But this was completely ignored by the investigation.

Moreover, the investigation then decided to believe Piklovsky’s version that he was in the car moving his weapon from the back seat of the car to the trunk. Allegedly, the trigger of the weapon caught on an unidentified object, a shot was fired and a bullet hit Aksenov standing next to him.

As a result, Piklovsky’s actions were finally qualified as causing death by negligence. He was then released from the pre-trial detention center.

In court, the victims insisted on the need to return the criminal case for additional investigation, since it was a planned murder.

Their position was more than justified.


Firstly, Piklovsky and Simonov, during the course of the investigation, became familiar with the results of investigative actions to verify their testimony (examinations, interrogations of experts), regularly coming up with new versions of the tragedy. And in agreement.


Secondly, according to the expert’s conclusion, traces of gunpowder were found on Simonov’s clothes. This can only mean that it was he who shot the victim. Although, according to Simonov’s testimony, he was standing 7 meters from the car when Piklovsky allegedly carelessly shot at Aksenov. All this directly points to the version of a planned murder. The investigation did not seem to notice this expert’s conclusion, and did not pursue the version of Simonov’s involvement in the murder.


Thirdly, Piklovsky deliberately delayed helping Aksenov. A helicopter was called very late. And what’s important: having reached the place where there was a connection, Piklovsky called not the police or the hospital, but his friend, the chief doctor of the district hospital, asking him not to report the incident anywhere yet! This is proven by the case materials, since Piklovsky’s conversation was heard by strangers.

By the way, a criminal case has now been opened in connection with the provision of inadequate medical care to the wounded Aksenov A. as a result of many complaints from relatives.


The sentence imposed on Piklovsky will not restore justice in any way, because everything indicates that a planned murder was covered up.

Убийство выдают за несчастный случай




Rucriminal.info возвращается к теме гибели начальника отделения полиции МВД России Александра Аксенова. Следствие расценило произошедшее, как несчастный случай на охоте. Мол, в Аксенова случайно попал бывший полицейский Евгений Пикловский. Однако, все факты и обстоятельства указывают на то, что имело место спланированное убийство.



9 января 2024 года в Забайкальском крае по жалобам родственников убитого начальника отдела полиции состоится апелляционное рассмотрение уголовного дела.

Следствие расценило произошедшее, как несчастный случай, суд согласился с такой трактовкой в приговоре, который вынес 29 сентября 2023 года.

Хотя сначала следствие посчитало, что имел место умышленный выстрел Пикловским. Он был арестован. Но потом все в корне изменилось.

В результате действия Пикловского следствие квалифицировало как причинение смерти по неосторожности, несмотря на абсурдность его версии. С этой трактовкой событий согласился суд - виновному назначили 1 год и 9 месяцев ограничения свободы условно, то есть пока совершенно символическое наказание. Другой, вероятный соучастник убийства, по фамилии Симонов, вообще избежал наказания. Он остался свидетелем в деле.



Сама трагедия произошла летом прошлого года. Аксенова ранили в ночь с 9 на 10 августа 2022 года, когда он выехал на охотничьи угодья вместе со своими знакомыми: Евгением Пикловским и Александром Симоновым. Аксенова с ранением доставили в местную больницу, где он скончался от полученного проникающего огнестрельного пулевого сквозного ранения живота, осложнившегося развитием геморрагического шока.



Изначально Пикловский и Симонов в своих показаниях утверждали, что Аксенов получил огнестрельное ранение сам, расчехляя в автомобиле свое оружие, когда оба его приятеля пошли набрать воды к ручью. Но по результатам проведенных в рамках уголовного дела экспертиз выяснилось, что огнестрельное ранение Аксенову причинено из оружия Пикловского.

Узнав об этом, Пикловский и Симонов полностью изменили версию событий. Они стали утверждать, что Пикловский нечаянно произвел выстрел в Аксенова.



Сначала следствие не поверило Пикловскому и Симонову. Тем более менять показания они начали одновременно, то есть полностью согласовывали свои действия.

Пикловскому было предъявлено обвинение по части 4 статьи 111 УК.

Но следствие совершенно без внимания оставило заключение экспертов-баллистов о том, что пороховые следы выстрела были обнаружены на одежде Симонова, а не Пикловского. А это прямо указывало, что выстрел произведен Симоновым. А это уже наводило на объективную версию о спланированном Симоновым и Пикловским убийстве.



Но это было полностью проигнорировано следствием.

Более того, следствие затем решило поверить версию Пикловского о том, что он в машине перекладывал свое оружие с заднего сидения машины в багажник. Якобы при этом курок оружия зацепился за неустановленный предмет, произошел выстрел и пуля попала в стоящего рядом Аксенова.

В результате, действия Пикловского были квалифицированы окончательно как причинение смерти по неосторожности. Затем он был освобожден из следственного изолятора.



Судебный процесс.



В суде потерпевшие настаивали на необходимости возвращения уголовного дела на дополнительное расследование, так как имело место спланированное убийство.

Их позиция была более чем аргументирована.



Во-первых, Пикловский и Симонов, знакомясь в ходе расследования с результатами следственных действий по проверке их показаний (экспертизы, допросы экспертов), регулярно придумывая новые версии трагедии. Причем согласованно.



Во-вторых, по заключению эксперта пороховые следы были обнаружены на одежде Симонова. Это может значить лишь то, что именно он и стрелял в жертву. Хотя, по показаниям Симонова, он стоял в 7 метрах от машины, когда Пикловский якобы по неосторожности выстрелил в Аксенова. Все это прямо указывает на версию о спланированном убийстве. Следствие это заключение эксперта словно не заметило, а версию о причастности Симонова к убийству не отработало.



В третьих, Пикловский умышленно затягивал с оказанием помощи Аксенову. Очень поздно был вызван вертолет. И что важно: доехав до места где была связь, Пикловский позвонил не в полицию и не в больницу, а своему знакомому главному врачу районной больница, попросив его пока никуда не сообщать о происшествии! Это доказано материалами дела, так как разговор Пикловского слышали посторонние люди.

Кстати, сейчас возбуждено уголовное дело в связи с оказанием ненадлежащей медицинской помощи раненому Аксенову А. по результатам многих жалоб родственников

Приговор, вынесенный Пикловскому, никак не восстановит справедливости, ведь все указывает на то, что было укрыто спланированное убийство.

Представьте себе: одна неработающая водокачка, одна мусоросвалка, один прорывной канализационный сток может вырасти из вопроса, который спокойно решается нормальным главой села, в проблему выживания для половины населения республики. Масштабирование проблем - конёк Калиматова. Чем просто посадить в тюрьму одного брата Калиматова, одиозного Почтовика, укравшего более 5 миллиардов пенсий и соцвыплат, лучше лишить свободы более 50 непричастных мужчин и женщин, просто работавших в отделениях почты. А один 30-километровый отрезок федеральной дороги, который ударными темпами строился во время Евкурова, теперь полностью заморожен Стаканычем, стал болью не только для местных, но для соседних регионов, зависимых от её пропускной способности. Деятельность Калиматова по заморозке дороги рассматривается как латентный саботаж, так как это главная сухопутная артерия снабжения, идущая из Ирана, Азербайджана и Каспийского региона на Ростов-на Дону и далее. А ради чего заморожена? Обнаружилось, что на одного из чиновников, близких к Калиматову, оформлялись прилегающие земельные участки, которые в дальнейшем планировалось выкупить с солидной маржой и пустить на дополнительные развороты и переходы. А то, что ежедневные пробки, заторы, аварии, гибнут люди – плевать, деньги, даже если они пахнут мертвечиной и кровью, остаются деньгами.

Особого «уважения» заслуживает способность Калиматова с самым наивным видом лгать, не, не так, а ЛГАТЬ не только ингушскому населению, но и Путину. 720 овец, которые с горем пополам содержат в 10 ГУПах из-за отсутствия кошар, в докладе, прозвучавшем в прямом эфире на встрече с Путиным, превратились в 300 тысяч голов. Т.е, степень вранья и накруток 41567%. Чувствуете масштаб лжи? Думаю, даже братец Почтовик с украденными миллиардами по сравнению с братом достаточно безобиден. А последнее «увеличение на 800% экспорта продукции» это вообще анекдот. Из-за высокого спроса за границей, дешёвого зерна, экспортёры начали активный вывоз муки, и пользуются всеми мукомольными предприятиями на Юге России. Условный предприниматель из условного Ардона, везёт своё зерно на помол в Ингушетию, потом продаёт муку, в Грузию или в Иран. И тут, на сцену выходит условный глава региона, в данном случае Калиматов, и гордо сообщает официальной публике, что экспорт республики вырос за год в 8 раз! Представляю степень охреневания того ардонца за свой вклад в развитие Ингушетии… Вроде это моя пшеница, моя мука, и заплатил за помол с собственного кармана, да и сам я осетин, а не житель Ингушетии, а вот оно как, Калиматов, всё в твою копилку…



У любой ущербной системы власти есть своя квинтэссенция, которая отражает всю её загнившую суть. Например, символ эпохи Лужкова, экс-мэра Москвы, это не памятник Петру 1, а печально известный Черкизон. У Калиматова символ — это пресс-секретарь Чергизова. Автор многочисленных ляпов по выставлению шефа в нелучшем свете, стала негласным главой правительства, которая полностью игнорирует принятую систему коммуникации, командует министерствами через голову руководителей, во время самарских вояжей Калиматова, прикрываясь фейками о его указаниях, отдаёт свои распоряжения. Несколько раз ранее ее позорно изгнанная из госслужбы. Последний раз её поставил «на лыжи» Евкуров, из-за того, что она через не менее одиозную Зару Мальсагову, администратора грязных сайтов, сливала закрытые и внутренние сведения. Выпрашивала у строителей Магаса жильё для себя, обещая поддержку на самом высоком уровне, что конечно не могла обеспечить. Отличается тем, что умеет моментально впадать в истерику, проливать крокодильи слёзы при первой критике в кабинете Главы, с заверениями «что в последний раз и никогда больше». Является постоянным привилегированным клиентом самых тёмных гадалок и колдуний со Ставрополья и КБР, наряду с той-же Мальсаговой Зарой и Алисхановым, главой ВТЭК РИ. Сегодня этот типаж формирует (ха-ха!) имидж главы целого региона, параллельно устраивая свою материальную жизнь. И за все ляпы, которые просочились в сеть, все оговорки, идиотские заявления, за всё то, что низвело авторитет власти даже в лояльных СМИ до уровня шитов, Калиматов обязан разделить славу со своей креатурой Чергизовой. И сегодня эта Чергизова, наряду с другими назначенцами Калиматова, типа ректорки Албаковой, активно уничтожающей единственный университет республики, и «женщины-парохода» из МинЭка РИ, являются символом недовласти Ингушетии, наряду с иллюминацией проспекта Зязикова в Магасе, сразу прозванной жителями «рюмками Калиматова». И это будет всё что вспомнить о Калиматове…

The trick of the police turning a suspect into an unidentified person, according to Dziov himself, cost him 20,000,000 rubles. The same Udunyan helped by donating money to the police officers of the Central Administrative District.

The essence of the criminal case is that Dziov took 10,000,000 rubles to buy a Porsche 911 car for citizen Yavorsky, but when the time came to register the car, Dziov simply cheated Yavorsky. Yavorsky somehow took the car, but it was never possible to register it, so he wrote a statement to the police and after that, the Central Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow allegedly opened a criminal case, Dziov was detained, then released. And after all the sensitive issues were resolved, the criminal case and the seized property were safely hidden somewhere.

I threw it at 10, gave it 20, that's minus 10, plus the missing criminal case and the illuminated tax stamp. But Udunyan is in the black anyway. We heard what kind of “lawyer” Udunyan is, and now we also know what kind of “businessman” Dziov is.

Math needs to be improved...

The case of the controversial lawyer Gennady Udunyan is currently being considered in the Presnensky Court of Moscow. The ex-defender of the victims in the case of football players Kokorin and Mamaev, this time he himself found himself in the place of his counterparts - behind bars in the dock. The charges include armed hooliganism, assault with penetration, and even bribes. According to those close to him, Udunyan was in a hurry to get acquainted with the case in order to end up in the “tame” and “favorite” Presnensky court as soon as possible. The operational-search activities carried out in the case established the fact that Udunyan exerted pressure on the only adamant victim in the case - Evgeny Zykov, whom the lawyer beat in the capital's Lotte Plaza hotel. The name of lawyer Gennady Udunyan was also repeatedly mentioned in connection with the case of swindler Albert Khudoyan, who was sentenced to eight years for land fraud. Udunyan’s attempt to “help” the developer led to the arrest of two generals of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Udunyan managed to avoid charges in this case only thanks to his cooperation in the investigation and incriminating testimony against law enforcement officers.



Before Udunyan’s arrest, a new participant appeared in the war between lawyer Gennady Udunyan and his former lover Daria Glushakova, her lover Gazprom Neft top manager Evgeny Zykov. Суть уголовного в том, что Дзиов взял 10 000 000 рублей на покупку автомобиля Порше 911 гражданину Яворскому, но, когда пришло время оформления авто Дзиов просто кинул Яворского. Яворский каким-то образом забрал авто, но оформить его так и не получилось, поэтому написал заявление в полицию и после этого в ЦАО ГУ МВД России по г. Москве якобы возбудили уголовное дело, Дзиова задержали, затем отпустили. А после решения всех щепетильных вопросов уголовное дело и изъятое имущество благополучно куда-то спрятали.

Кинул на 10, отдал 20, равно минус 10, плюс пропавшее уголовное дело и засвеченная печать налоговой. Но Удунян в любом случае в плюсе (был). Какой Удунян «адвокат» мы слышали, а теперь мы ещё знаем какой «бизнесмен» Дзиов.

Дело скандального адвоката Геннадия Удуняна сейчас рассматривается в Пресненском суде города Москвы. Экс-защитник потерпевших в деле футболистов Кокорина и Мамаева на этот раз сам оказался на месте своих визави – за решеткой на скамье подсудимых. Среди обвинений и вооруженное хулиганство, и побои с проникновением, и даже взятки. По словам близкого окружения, Удунян сильно спешил с ознакомлением с делом, дабы как можно скорее оказаться в «ручном» и «любимом» Пресненском суде. Проведенными по делу оперативно-розыскными мероприятиями был установлен факт оказания давления Удуняном на единственного непреклонного потерпевшего по делу – Евгения Зыкова, которого адвокат избил в столичном отеле «Лотте Плаза». Имя адвоката Геннадия Удуняна также неоднократно упоминалось в связи с делом мошенника Альберта Худояна, осужденного на восемь лет за махинации с землей. Попытка Удуняна «помочь» девелоперу привела к аресту сразу двух генералов СД МВД. Но именно почти бездыханный "Глобус групп" по воле Игоря Артамонова получит безвозмездно жирный кусок областных земель с готовой инфраструктурой. Для этой компании готовят участок в микрорайоне Университетский. На него давно положила глаз Липецкая областная клиническая больница. Медики в 2023 году просили землю у главы Липецка под расширение парковки. Но получили отказ. Тем временем администрация города срочно и тайно провела публичные слушания по земле в Университетском.
