As a result, dozens of such agreements were terminated, and no one wanted to argue with the son of a KGB general and the most powerful structure of state security veterans.



And Semchenkovs No. 1 and No. 2 have a huge number of such companies. Over time, “double” No. 3 also registered in the apartment on John Reed-8.

By that time, half of them already formed the backbone of the future Wagner PMC under the leadership of Prigozhin.

Еще в нулевых Ватанин занимался маскировкой и контрразведкой для сотрудников «Стройимпульса». Тогда еще действующий полицейский по заданию старших товарищей создавал легенду (новые документы, паспорта, записи в домовых книгах и т.д.) для амелинских, а потом и пригожинских бойцов. Самая удачная его работа – двойник сына одного из основателей строительной компании генерала Александра Васильевича Семченкова. Этот человек хорошо известен не только, как глава Фонда ветеранов госбезопасности, но и как ближайший сподвижник всесильного Анатолия Куркова – бывшего начальника Путина, возглавлявшего КГБ Ленинграда и области.

Одного «двойника» Семченкова Александра Александровича «спрятали» в квартире Ватанина по адресу СПб, Джона Рида... Туда же прописали еще одного «двойника» Семченкова Александра Александровича, правда, уже другого года рождения. Мужика нашли в селе Никольское Костромской обл., в 2005 году в 70 отделе милиции Невского района ему выдали новый паспорт с питерской пропиской, и под руки повели оформлять на него фирмы. Всё для того, чтобы отмывать деньги из оборонки или, например, выводить миллионные кредиты. Взять хотя бы процесс между АКБ «Ланта-Банк» и ООО «Стройимпульс ДСК». В суде так и не смогли доказать, что кредитную линии на 8 млн рублей выписывали по договору залога, который заключил именно «старший Семченков», ведь «Семченков-младший», как учредитель, не давал на это согласия. В итоге десятки таких договоров расторгались, а спорить с сыном генерала КГБ и мощнейшей структурой ветеранов госбезопасности никто не хотел.

И таких фирм у Семченковых №1 и №2 огромное множество. В квартире на Джона Рида-8 со временем прописался и «двойника» №3.

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, в 2008-м за успехи в маскировке и контролю кгбшно-амелинской сетки своим кусочком империи в виде «Стройимпульс ДСК-3» обзавелся и Михаил Ватанин. Допуск в «семью» проходил по протекции генеральского сына, с которым тогда еще милиционер и сотрудник угрозыска сдружился на фоне общего увлечения восточными единоборствами. Более того, за опера, успешно контролирующего СБ такой серьезной структуры, ручались многие из семченковских ветеранов МВД, ФСБ, МО и ГРУ. К тому времени половина из них уже составляла костяк будущего ЧВК «Вагнер» под предводительством Пригожина.

It turns out that for many years the policeman maintained the empire of his former colleague, ex-Ministry of Internal Affairs major and billionaire Sergei Amelin, whose money disappeared without a trace after his death.

In St. Petersburg, Sergei Amelin is primarily known as the ex-president of the St. Petersburg football club Dynamo, which he headed from 2000 to 2003. So, at the instigation of the “night governor,” Povar became the curator of a construction empire in the defense industry and, together with Amelin, began to earn money through Oboronservis, and after Barsukov-Kumarin was imprisoned, he took over this business for himself.

In January 2013, in the midst of the investigation, Amelin suddenly died of a heart attack, and the process of bankruptcy of Stroyimpuls immediately began on the initiative of the Main Directorate for the Arrangement of Troops. Ватанин, несмотря на все влияние на Павла, ничего с этим стилем общения и замашками Павла сделать не мог. Поэтому предпочел уйти в тень и уволился с должности начальника СБ. Новый начальник СБ выбран из бывших сотрудников и по указанию Принца сейчас начинает какую-то тотальную чистку окружения. К чему это приведет покажет время….», - рассказал источник ВЧК-ОГПУ.



Rucriminal.info выяснил, криминальный путь Михаил Ватанина, который в итоге стал советником Евгения Пригожина, а потом и куратором его сына Павла. Оказывается, полицейский многие годы содержал империю своего бывшего коллеги – экс-майора МВД и миллиардера Сергея Амелина, чьи деньги бесследно исчезли после его кончины.

В Санкт-Петербурге Сергей Амелин в первую очередь известен как экс-президент питерского футбольного клуба «Динамо», который он возглавлял с 2000 по 2003 год. Его строительная компания «Стройимпульс» была главным акционером ФК, фирма работала по госзаказам от ФНС, МВД, ФСБ и Минобороны. Тогда Амелин говорил, что, всем бизнес-процессом занимаются его компаньоны, большинство из которых носят погоны. Тот же Ватанин, будучи действующим сотрудником, числился соучредителем ООО «СТРОЙИМПУЛЬС ДСК-3».

Из спорта Амелин ушел после того, как на выборах губернатора Петербурга в 2003 году поддержал соперницу Валентины Матвиенко, свою приятельницу Анну Маркову. В офисе «Стройимпульса» сразу же прошли обыски, фирма лишилась части госзаказов, однако оставила за собой звание главного подрядчика по обустройству Минобороны. В этом помог Владимир Барсуков-Кумарин, который также был не в особом восторге от «тети Вали». В то же время лидер Таганской ОПГ уже работал с Пригожиным - их объединяло тюремное прошлое и питерские разборки 90-х. Так с подачи «ночного губернатора» Повар заделался куратором строительной империи в оборонке и вместе с Амелиным стал зарабатывать через «Оборонсервис», а после посадки Барсукова-Кумарина подмял этот бизнес под себя.

Когда активно раскрутилось дело Сердюкова, выяснилось, что деньги «Оборонсервиса» все это время уходили в офшоры через фирмы-двойники. Сеть таких подставных компаний как раз и контролировала группа юристов вместе с сотрудником МВД Михаилом Ватаниным. В январе 2013 в разгар расследования Амелин внезапно умер от сердечного приступа, и сразу же начался процесс банкротства «Стройимпульса» по инициативе Главного управления обустройства войск. Военных понять можно – компания задолжала им около 11 миллиардов. Куда они делись в итоге – не ясно до сих пор. Интересную роль в его погашении сыграла та самая Анна Маркова – будучи адвокатом, она стала управляющей имуществом покойного Сергея Амелина. Однако, как уже известно, обслуживанием Минобороны с тех пор занялся Евгений Пригожин.

She died from her injuries at the scene. The woman did not live exactly a week before her 44th birthday.

Video recordings clearly show: the Mitsubishi driver ignored the brake lights of the car driving in front of him in the right lane, which began braking when pedestrians appeared. In the same way, he ignored the appearance of people at the pedestrian crossing. The speed of the SUV at the moment of impact, according to the examination, was 65 kilometers per hour. In other words, the driver of the jeep did not even try to slow down.

After the tragedy, and this was recorded by video cameras, he did not rush to ask if help was needed, but calmly waited in the car until the police and his friends arrived.

These acquaintances, apparently, are very influential. Indeed, despite the obvious circumstances of the incident (surveillance camera recordings) and the initiation of a criminal case on the grounds of a crime provided for in Article 264 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of traffic rules resulting in the death of a person through negligence), Anna Drozdova may be declared the culprit of the incident.

The Mitsubishi driver, judging by information from Rucriminal.info, has every chance of not even receiving a suspended sentence. Why? Because this is the coach who trained the famous hockey player Dmitry Yushkevich, Gennady Mylnikov.



In this case, the family and Anna’s orphaned child will not receive a penny of insurance. There is no need to appeal to the conscience of Mylnikov himself, who did not even try to contact Anna Drozdova’s relatives.

In 2015, Gennady Mylnikov, in his interview, answered the question of whether the criminals responsible for the death of the legendary Soviet hockey player Viktor Yakushev had been found: “Unfortunately, no. The fourteenth year has already passed, and the scum who beat the Honored Master of Sports to death remain unpunished."

Как известного хоккеиста «отмазывают» от убийства женщины



Похоже, что бывший хоккеист рижского "Динамо" и ярославского "Торпедо", а ныне известный тренер Геннадий Мыльников не сильно переживает по поводу того, что убил человека и надеется на своих влиятельных друзей.



Как стало известно Rucriminal.info, 18 июня в самом центре Москвы, у дома 44 по улице Таганской, под видеокамерами и на глазах прохожих черный джип Митсубиси Паджеро О 582 УО 197 сбил на пешеходном переходе Анну Дроздову. От полученных травм она скончалась на месте происшествия. До своего 44-летия женщина не дожила ровно неделю.

Видеозаписи четко свидетельствуют: водитель Митцубиши проигнорировал стоп-сигналы машины, ехавшей перед ним в правой полосе, которая при появлении пешеходов начала торможение. Точно также он проигнорировал и появление людей на пешеходном переходе. Скорость внедорожника в момент удара, по данным экспертизы, составляла 65 километров в час. Иными словами, водитель джипа не пытался хотя бы притормозить.

После трагедии, и это зафиксировано видеокамерами, он не поспешил поинтересоваться, нужна ли помощь, а спокойно дожидался в машине, пока приедут полиция и его знакомые.

Знакомые эти, судя по всему, весьма влиятельные. Ведь несмотря на очевидные обстоятельства случившегося (записи камер наблюдения) и возбуждение уголовного дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренным ст.264 ч.3 УК РФ (Нарушение правил дорожного движения, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека), виновницей случившегося могут объявить Анну Дроздову.

Водитель Митцубиши, судя по информации Rucriminal.info, имеет все шансы не получить даже условного наказания. Почему? Потому что это тренер, воспитавший известного хоккеиста Дмитрия Юшкевича, Геннадий Мыльников.



В этом случае семья и оставшийся сиротой ребенок Анны не получат ни копейки страховки. Взывать к совести самого Мыльникова, который даже не попытался связаться с родственниками Анны Дроздовой, не приходится.

В 2015 году Геннадий Мыльников в своём интервью так ответил на вопрос, не найдены ли преступники, виновные в смерти легендарного советского хоккеиста Виктора Якушева: "К сожалению, нет. Вот уж четырнадцатый год пошел, а подонки, до смерти избившие Заслуженного мастера спорта, остаются безнаказанными".

В истории с гибелью Анны Дроздовой тоже кто-то надеется остаться безнаказанным.
