The VChK-OGPU telegram channel obtained a recording of an informal speech made on February 29 by prosecutor Ekaterina Tikhonova, who was the state prosecutor during the trial against Alexei Navalny in the criminal case of “slander of a veteran,” as well as during the process of changing the preventive measure in the case “ Yves Rocher."
The recording was made on the sidelines of the hearing on the case of the director of the directorate of the FSBI REA of the Ministry of Energy of Russia Roman Shcherbov for mediation in the transfer of bribes to the general director of the FSBI REA of the Ministry of Energy of Russia Anatoly Tikhonov, and subsequently deputy. As we know from criminal case No. 386768 dated December 29, 2015 regarding extortion of a bribe from ISSB LLC, Shcherbov is disingenuous, since he extorted 60 percent of government contracts, deciding that it was necessary equally.

It turns out that Roman Shcherbov is not a bribe-giver, but a real bribe-taker, but the investigation needed evidence against Georgy Gens and Anatoly Tikhonov.
As Shcherbov showed, Anatoly Tikhonov and Georgy Gens calculated that the entire GIS fuel and energy complex project, including decommissioned server equipment, should have cost no more than 240 million rubles. Anatoly Tikhonov and Alexey Teksler “knocked out” about one billion rubles from the Government of the Russian Federation, and decided to simply divide the rest, taking into account Anatoly Tikhonov’s “tariff” of 30 percent. Roman Shcherbov assigned the role to the obscure Igor Udintsev, as the person who alone calculated the cost of the project and was also Georgy Gens’ man.

The court declared the inaction of the investigation illegal, but in 2018 the red tape continues.
