Chesnokov, like Konovalov (Spetstrans-6), Shtykov (OPEC Management Company CJSC), as well as a number of other “owners” and managers, are simply rich and not very rich (director of OPEC Management Company CJSC with billions in turnover - lives in three rubles in Kudrovo ") denominations, one can look with great amusement at how almost all the managers and legal owners of the same Spetstrans-6 turned out to be lovers of Khrushchevkas, cars costing $20,000 and other attributes of worker-peasant life.

К слову будет - все активы Чеснокова, что он нажил - это много для обывателя, но для элиты - смешно, учитывая 10 летний контроль 50% мусорной отрасли СПб и ЛО, а также участие в громадном количестве энергетических проектов. За всё это время человек "накусал" только 20 млн USD? Верится с трудом. И правильно, что не верится. Чесноков, как и Коновалов (Спецтранс-6), Штыков (ЗАО УК ОПЭК), а также целый ряд других "владельцев" и управленцев - это просто богатые и не очень (директор ЗАО УК ОПЭК с миллиардными оборотами - живет в трешке в "Кудрово") номиналы, можно с большим весельем разглядывать, как почти все управленцы и юридические владельцы того же Спецтранс-6 оказались любителями хрущевок, автомобилей ценой в 20000$ и иных атрибутов рабоче-крестьянской жизни.

Совершенно случайно разгадка наступила почти через 4 года расследований против ЭМК-инжиниринг и оттуда, откуда не ждали. Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, одно из международных агентств прислало сведения о бенефициарах ЭМК, где был обнаружен однажды появившийся (как раз в даты крупнейших хищений) персонаж - Бирюков Алексей Павлович (брат собянинского Бирюкова), хотя и исправил всюду свою биографию (убрав оттуда период работы в ЭМК-инжиниринг председателем правления), но на сайте Суворовского училища забыл.

Оказывается, что в конце 2015 года, Бирюков активно гордился тем, что представляет ЭМК-инжиниринг в попечительском совете Московского суворовского училища, о чём нам всем сообщает веб-ресурс этого училища. Но и тут можно было бы подумать, что Бирюковых то в стране масса - однако сдало Бирюкова опять прославленное Суворовское училище, именно там он до сих пор значится в попечительском совете, но уже с новым местом работы - проректор МГУ по капстроительству.

Здесь и кроется главный секрет, почему расследование 6 млрд хищений из Минобороны никуда не движется - не будем забывать, кто партнёр Бирюкова по великой стройке МГУ, ни много, ни мало - это Катерина Тихонова. Теперь становится понятным, почему следователель Фесинец, которая вела это дело, сама себе гранату подложила. In his official biography, Gutenev claims that in 2003 he received the State Prize of the Russian Federation, allegedly for outstanding scientific achievements in the field of the country's defense capability. This already sounds quite strange, considering that he graduated and defended his PhD at, frankly speaking, not the most prestigious Novocherkassk Reclamation Institute. Journalists discovered that Gutenev’s name does not appear on the list of State Prize laureates for 2003, 2004, or even at all!

Gutenev also talks about his unprecedented super-productivity in the State Duma. It's no joke - he is a co-author of over 200 bills. He emphasizes his special status in parliament, claiming that he is one of the most influential deputies. But it’s unlikely that a truly “outstanding” parliamentarian could receive such a public flogging from Volodin. In March 2022, the Speaker of the State Duma publicly reprimanded Gutenev for absenteeism: “If you do not participate in the work of the State Duma, you simply do not exist. This is where committee chairs and those who represent the committee are needed now. Absenteeism!". This is how Volodin commented on Gutenev’s absence at the plenary meeting.

Gutenev is regularly named among the candidates for the post of governor of a particular region. He was wooed to the Orenburg, Omsk, Rostov, and Ulyanovsk regions. But he never became a governor anywhere. Perhaps the reason is that the person who heads the State Duma committee on industry has not actually worked a day in real production. Его имя также связывают с выводом 17 миллиардов рублей из лопнувшего «Газбанка» на швейцарские депозиты.

Гутенев любит позиционировать себя как крупного ученого, доктора наук. Однако, как выяснили эксперты, 66% его диссертации скопированы (читай – «сворованы»!) из других источников!

В своей официальной биографии Гутенев утверждает, что в 2003-м году получил Госпремию РФ якобы за выдающиеся научные достижения в сфере обороноспособности страны. Это уже звучит довольно странно, учитывая, что он окончил и защищал кандидатскую в , прямо скажем, не самом престижном Новочеркасском мелиоративном институте. Журналисты же раскопали что в списке лауреатов Госпремии ни за 2003-й, ни за 2004-й год, ни вообще фамилия Гутенева не значится!

Рассказывает Гутенев и о своей небывалой сверхпродуктивности в Государственной Думе. Шутка ли – он является соавтором свыше 200 законопроектов. Подчеркивает свой особый статус в парламенте, утверждая, что является одним из самых влиятельных депутатов. Только вот вряд ли действительно «выдающийся» парламентарий мог получить такую публичную порку от Володина. В марте 2022-го года Спикер Госдумы публично отчитал Гутенева за прогулы: «Если вы не участвуете в работе Госдумы, вас просто нет. Вот сейчас именно здесь нужны председатели комитетов и те, кто представляет комитет. Прогул!». Так прокомментировал Володин отсутствие Гутенева на пленарном заседании.

Гутенев регулярно называется в числе кандидатов на пост губернатора того или иного региона. Его сватали в Оренбургскую, Омскую, Ростовскую, Ульяновскую области. Но губернатором он так нигде и не стал. Возможно, причина в том, что человек, возглавляющий в Госдуме комитет по промышленности, собственно, на реальном производстве не проработал ни дня. Или, что еще более вероятно, все слухи распускает сам Гутенев для придания себе дополнительного статуса и важности!

Кстати, многие обращают внимание и на слишком «слащавый» имидж Владимира Гутенева. И говорят, что его брак лишь прикрытие для настоящих интересов в личной жизни.

In Germany, since the mid-90s, they have been closely involved in the creation of a regional jet aircraft, even the first copies of the Dornier 728 were created, they are like two peas in a pod with a Superjet, a chain of suppliers of components for the future regional jet was developed within the countries of the European Union and the United States, but due to financial and due to design problems, the aircraft never went into production. But it came in very handy in Russia, where enterprising officials were able to make over $5 billion from its “development” alone and continue to earn billions of euros and dollars by purchasing components for the construction of Superjets from the European Union. After all, the entire chain of Dornier 728 manufacturers was inherited by the Sukhoi Superjet. Постоянные поломки, низкое качество сборки, серьезные конструктивные недочеты, полная зависимость от зарубежных комплектующих и, как следствие, острая нехватка запчастей, необоснованная дороговизна. В 2003 году предприимчивый симбиоз из гендиректора ОКБ «Сухого» Михаила Погосяна, тогдашнего вице-премьера Бориса Алешина и руководителя Российского космического агентства Юрия Коптева смогли протащить через конкурс Росавиакосмоса, которым и руководил Коптев, эскизный проект «нового» регионального самолета - Сухой Суперджет 100. Уже после конкурса выяснилось, что победу одержала не «отечественная разработка», а каким то образом полученный, не доведенный до ума немецкий проект регионального реактивного самолета Dornier 728 (Дорнье), который и был представлен, как творение ОКБ «Сухого».



В Германии с середины 90 годов плотно занимались созданием регионального реактивного самолета, даже были созданы первые экземпляры Dornier 728, они похожи, как две капли воды с Суперджетом, разработана цепочка поставщиков комплектующих будущего регионала в рамках стран Евросоюза и СЩА, но из-за финансовых и конструктивных проблем, самолет в серию так и не пошел. Зато весьма кстати пришелся в России, где предприимчивые чиновники смогли наварить только на его «разработке» свыше 5 млрд долларов и продолжают зарабатывать миллиарды евро и долларов на покупке комплектующих для постройки Суперджетов из стран Евросоюза. Ведь вся цепочка производителей Дорнье 728 по наследству досталось Сухому Суперджету. Немцы к слову на разработку регионала потратили чуть больше 1,5 миллиардов долларов.

В итоге в России самолет только собирают , а все остальное делается за рубежом, включая авионику, двигатели полностью собираются на заводе в Рыбинске из французских комплектующих. По словам источника Rucriminal.info, с ними как раз в первую очередь острая проблема, сами по себе старые технологически французские движки не были рассчитаны на тот вес, который на выходе получился у Суперджета. Унаследовали и еще ряд очень серьезных конструктивных ошибок, среди которых поломка шасси при нештатных посадках лайнера и выкате его за пределы ВПП.

Так, в мае 2019 года при аварии в Шереметьево, поломка шасси во время жесткой посадки привела к пробивке топливных баков самолета и его дальнейшее возгорание, что послужило причиной гибели 40 человек, проблему еще усугубило отсутствие аварийных выходов на крыле самолета, немцы не учли , а россияне не подумали. Тогда, в 2019 все списали на ошибку пилотов, но подобные эпизоды с Суперджетом были до трагедии в Шереметьево и после и данную конструктивную болезнь решить уже невозможно. Сейчас основным страдальцами от эксплуатации Суперджета являются «Согаз» и «Ингосстрах» именно эти две страховые компании несут глобальные финансовые убытки от постоянных поломок и простоев SSJ 100, компенсируя авиакомпаниям убытки «удачного» отечественного регионального самолета.

Зовут этого человека Владимир Вячеславович Громов. Из немногих упоминаний о нем в СМИ можно узнать, что родился он в 1959 году в Киеве, окончил военное училище, а затем более 30 лет проработал на одном из крупнейших оборонных предприятий страны, а именно Заводе имени В.А.Дегтярева, Образование и ум позволили ему дорасти до должности генерального конструктора предприятия, получить звание «Заслуженный конструктор Российской Федерации».

Однако лишь немногим известно о тайной жизни Владимира Вячеславовича. Некоторыми подробностями этой жизни с нами на условиях строжайшей конфиденциальности поделился весьма информированный источник.

Те, кто лично знает Владимира Громова, могут сказать, что это невысокий, интеллигентный человек, с тихим спокойным голосом. Одевается подчеркнуто скромно, предпочитая неброские оттенки серого. «Не верьте глазам своим. Это Корейко.» – заверил нас наш информатор. За скромной внешностью скрывается долларовый мультимиллионер, чей острый ум, авантюрный характер, а также способность пойти на дерзкие поступки выделяют его среди серой массы обычных ученых. «Больше всего в мире он любит деньги. Ничто его не остановит на пути к своей цели».

Еще в середине нулевых Владимир Громов начал регулярно выезжать за границу, где, по словам нашего источника, незамедлительно обзавелся связями среди профессиональных торговцев оружием, в основном, выходцев из стран бывшего соцлагеря. Среди близких контактов Громова источник выделил болгарина Антона Дончева, связанного с небезызвестным Эмилианом Гебревым. Еще один приятель Громова некий гражданин Чехии по имени Мартин (хотя имена у этих людей, как правило, вымышленные). Вскоре и сам Громов стал «оружейным бароном».

По предложению иностранных партнеров Громов стал проворачивать гигантские схемы с оружием, выпускаемым его заводом. Наш информатор рассказал, что речь также шла о махинациях с изделиями б/у, в частности их продаже в страны третьего мира. Например, источнику известно о крупных сделках с авиационными пушками ГШ-23 и ракетами «Игла».

Заработав первые деньги, Владимир Громов вошел во вкус. Большую часть он разместил на счетах в зарубежных банках. Размышлял о приобретении зарубежной недвижимости, где можно было бы провести безбедную старость. В России же он не изменил своему подчеркнуто скромному образу жизни, не удержавшись лишь от покупки новенького BMW X5 в топовой комплектации. Да и эта роскошная машина большую часть времени проводила в гараже.

Спустя некоторое время, в ходе одной из официальных поездок в ОАЭ (на традиционную выставку вооружения) зарубежные партнеры представили Громова неким весьма серьезным людям. Их имена неизвестны, но источник предположил, что речь шла о кураторах незаконных поставок оружия, которые непременно плотно опекают баронов, подобных Громову.

Сразу после этого (два года назад , незадолго до начала СВО) Владимир Громов внезапно покинул завод, которому отдал 30 лет, и переехал в Москву, где возглавил научное направление в принадлежащем корпорации «Ростех» Концерне «Калашников». Наш источник истолковал это однозначно – от кураторов было получено задание расширить свои возможности.

Стоит отметить пока роль наблюдателя во всей этой истории службы безопасности «Ростеха», ну а мы продолжим сбор информацию о нашем «герое».
