Не желая мириться с поражением, заправщик отправил к владельцу кафе своего посыльного, а по совместительству 1-го заместителя мэра Махачкалы Наримана Темуркаева, предложив через него десятки миллионов рублей, лишь бы тот отдал заведение, но снова получил отказ.
