У бизнеса Чернина неоднозначная репутация по части использования «оригинальной» технологии устранения экологических аварий, утилизация отходов на свалке «Черная дыра» в Нижегородской области и очистка озера Байкал. Местные специалисты говорили о том, что для утилизации отходов не нужны некие «космические» технологии, есть более простые и уже опробованные.Чернин пробил свой проект. Заработанные деньги Чернин из фирм обналичивал.

За контракты в Нижегородской области «ГазЭнергоСтрой», у которого не было опыта в этой сфере, получил в 7 миллиардов рублей. Половину из них весной 2018 года выделили из Резервного фонда правительства РФ!

Кроме того, Зленко хорошо была знакома с тогда главой минприроды Кобылкиным, который всячески тормозил РОСПРИРОДНАЗОР который «бил копытом» идя последам Чернина. Еще одна подруга «в форме» Чернина

Чернин постоянно тусил на ведомственных катерах спонсируя провидение закрытых вип тусовок где собиралось много девушек из экологической сферы, после которых все стороны мероприятия были «удовлетворены» отдыхом.
