Что свидетельствует о патронаже со стороны начальника. Но потом Захарченко начнет делать вид, что плохо относится к Сокурова и был против его трудоустройства.

Сам же Захарченко поехал «проставляется» коллегам за получение полковничьего звания в ресторане «Ваниль» на Остоженке. Это элитный ресторан, но Захар говорит, что у него «там скидка». На самом деле его банкет оплатил столичный предприниматель, партнером которого кстати является однофамилец сбежавшего друга Захарченко – полковника ФСБ Дмитрия Сенина.

But after a complaint to the Prosecutor General's Office, it turns out that red tape has been committed in the case. Then Levchenko and her boss were introduced to the elimination of violations and, after 7 months, the telephone terrorist was put on the federal wanted list. The final chord in the corruption chain of the region was played by the local prosecutor, who from the presented parts 1 and 2 of Art. 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation leaves only the first part, and this is despite the fact that there were social facilities on the territory of the enterprise, which were also subjected to false domination.

After Zagrebelny was put on the wanted list, his raider business did not stop. Shorokhov continues to receive threatening text messages. In one of the messages, the attacker said that he was paying a share to the leadership of the Yuzhnoye Tushino Department of Internal Affairs: to the chief of police Pavel Chebakov and the head of the precinct policemen Denis Galyautdinov, as well as to the employees of the Tushinsky Investigative Committee and the prosecutor's office. Chebakov and Galyautdinov excuse the old "client" Zagrebelny, despite the fact that he exposes them with his attacks, showing off the cop's roof and threatening Shorokhov with reprisals. The black realtor does not skimp on gratitude for the head of the Yuzhnoye Tushino police station, Vitaly Shevchenko.



At first, when Zagrebelny was only detained, Shevchenko did not succumb to the illegal demands of the Tushino prosecutor's office to release the wanted person. But a few days later, he shelved a statement about extortion of an apartment and money by Zagrebelny. Еще в октябре 2020 года отдел полиции «Каменский» Ростовской области возбудил дело по факту заведомо ложного сообщения о теракте (ст. 207 УК РФ) в отношении Сергея Загребельного. Этот человек, сын бывшего высокопоставленного сотрудника Генпрокуратуры СССР и просто «черный риэлтор» с криминальными связями, угрожал взорвать стратегическое оборонное предприятие Ростовской области, генеральным директором которого является отец жены Шорохова, если он не отдаст ему квартиру. После возбуждения дела в Ростовской области начинается череда интересных событий. Взяв в производство в октябре 2020 (!) дело, следователь Левченко К.А. начинает имитировать следственные действия, не имеющие отношения к делу. Например, она зачем-то планирует арест имущества Загребельного, заведомо зная о небольшом формальном ущербе. А в феврале 2021 Левченко вообще пропадает со связи. В мае 2021 происходит разговор между представителем Шорохова и замначальника следствия местной полиции, которая уверяет, что все идет по плану и во взаимодействии с другими структурами, вплоть до ФСБ. Но после жалобы в Генпрокуратуру выясняется, что по делу допущена волокита. Тогда Левченко и ее начальнику внесли представление об устранении нарушений и, спустя 7 месяцев, телефонного террориста объявили в федеральный розыск. Финальный аккорд в коррупционной цепочке региона сыграл местный прокурор, который из предъявленных ч 1 и ч. 2 ст. 207 УК РФ оставляет только первую часть, и это несмотря на то, что на территории предприятия находились соцобъекты, которые также подверглись лжеминированию.

После подачи Загребельного в розыск его рейдерский бизнес не остановился. Шорохов продолжает получать угрожающие смски. В апреле этого года Андрею пришли смс следующего содержания: «Гнида, если не отдашь мне свою квартиру на Нелидовской бесплатно, я сожгу твою машину, мы знаем где она стоит», «Верни 21 лям, что мне должен и свою квартиру, иначе убью. АУЕ жизнь ворам». Дальше угрозы Шорохову и его семье стали приходить регулярно. В одном из посланий злоумышленник сообщил, что платит долю руководящему составу ОВД Южное Тушино: начальнику полиции Павлу Чебакову и руководителю участковых Денису Галяутдинову, а также, сотрудникам Тушинского СК и прокуратуре. Чебаков и Галяутдинов отмазывают старого "клиента" Загребельного, несмотря на то что он подставляет их своими выпадами, хвастаясь ментовской крышей и угрожая Шорохову расправой. Черный риелтор не скупится и на благодарности для начальника ОВД Южное Тушино Виталия Шевченко.



Сперва, когда Загребельного только задержали, Шевченко не поддался на незаконные требования Тушинской прокуратуры отпустить, находящегося в розыске человека. Но уже спустя несколько дней положил под сукно заявление о вымогательстве Загребельным квартиры и денег. Источник Rucriminal.info в полиции рассказал, что семья Загребельного владеет большим количеством квартир в Северо-Западном административном округе Москвы при минимальных доходах. Силовики рассматривают его угрозы как шутку и «теряют» результаты проверок, не стесняясь об этом писать даже в официальном ответе члену Совета Федерации от Ростовской области. А между тем в прошлом году злоумышленники сожгли BMW Шорохова (никого не нашли) и дачу. При пожаре чуть не погиб его отец. Полиция Звенигорода не возбудила уголовное дело по факту попытки убийства человека путем поджога, и не направила материалы в СК. Такая же ситуация сложилась после избиения Шорохова неизвестными: уголовные дела в ОВД Южное Тушино не возбуждали. В группу лиц, вовлеченных в процесс по отмазыванию "жирных" клиентов СУ по СЗАО, входит замначальника СЧ СУ СЗАО Надежда Фетисова. Эта женщина сперва дала обещание возбудить дело, а потом вдруг отказалась и приобщила новый материал к старому отказному, не ставя в известность своего начальника Кабанова. Такое же отказное решение вынес и следователь СУ УВД по СЗАО Евгений Волков-, изредка появляющийся на работе между больничными и проводящий рабочее время исключительно в разговорах про строящийся дом. В Тушинском СК даже после прямого указания начальства о возбуждении уголовного дела по трекеру, который заложили под машину Шорохова, как-то странно начали себя вести. Следователи Петлер и Матвеев заволокитили дело о трекере сразу после того, как возникла необходимость допроса Загребельного. Пока все это тянулось машину сожгли. Непонятно, что еще должно произойти, чтобы правоохранители начали выполнять свои должностные обязанности.

Alik Tatarkulov, giving explanations on March 1, 2012, confirmed that Dakhir Elkanov had contacted the leader of the gang, Kushcheterov. He "asked to scare the woman, works as a deputy head of the RF FC Department for KCR, since the latter prevents his brother Murat Elkanov from being promoted, who also worked in this department ...".



Murder of Islam Krymshamkhalov. Performers and customers are free. The motive for the crime was that Boris Ebzeev, who was president at that time, was going to appoint Krymshamkhalov as head of his administration (Eldar Salpagarov claimed this position, he took this chair already under Rashid Temrezov). The suspects are members of Kushcheterov's gang Alik Gochiyayev and Murat Bostanov on the run. Three other gang members Magomed Dzhubuev, Alik Tatarkulov, Soltan Dzhankezov were questioned as witnesses.

In the testimony of Dzhubuyev and Dzhankezov, they name the organizers - the former head of the Karachay region Dakhir Elkanov and Eldar Salpagarov - the ex-head of the administration of the head of the KCR Rashid Temrezov.

In his testimony, a member of the gang, Magomet Dzhubuev, says that Murat Bostanov and Alik Gochiyaev were involved in the murder of Krymshamkhalov. "A. Gochiyayev said that he had committed the murder of Krymshamkhalov at the request of the current head of the Karachay region, Dakhir Elkanov."
