А в январе 2022 года произошло ЧП в охотахозяйстве Бокарева и был ранен егерь Вячеслав Сальников. Все участники охоты употребляли спиртные напитки и после поехали охотиться на лося со снегоходов. Сальников был за рулем, сидевший сзади охотник вел огонь, положив ружье на плечо водителя. На кочке снегоход подпрыгнул, и пуля пришлась со спины в лопатку, почти оторвав Сальникову руку. Он был в близких отношениях с вице-президента по переработке ПАО «Роснефть» Александром Романовым, с вице-президентом по безопасности ПАО НК «Роснефть» Уралом Латыповым и большинством видных силовиков Башкирии. После выхода обращения разразился огромный скандал, поскольку вся фактура оказалась правдивой и явно была подготовлена кем-то сотрудников УФСБ.



А в ночь на 7 января 2022 года в Благовещенском районе Башкирии упал вертолет. В момент крушения на борту воздушного судна находились три человека. Один из них погиб, двое других пострадали. Они были госпитализированы с травмами различной степени тяжести.

Вертолет упал в горно-лесной местности, примерно в 4 км от деревни Карагайкуль. Авария произошла в 23:11 по московскому времени.

Старшего офицера публично заподозрили в честности и неподкупности – ведь он не прогнулся и не стал искать среди своих подчиненных и друзей «предателей», как того требовало негласное указание руководства, а раз не нашел – значит отвечай сам! А дальше дело техники – с помощью ручных кукол из кадрового отдела в декларации офицера моментально отыскали пару пустых расчетных счетов и доверие главного чекиста республики Серышева к нашему герою сразу было утрачено. Все! Баста! Уволить по утрате доверия! С позором! Теперь Утяшев официально «коррупционер». Ведь так сказал Юрий Валентинович, а кто будет перечить генералу? Коллеги подполковника, которые раньше звались друзьями, боевыми товарищами и соратниками в общем деле, понуро, но покорно со всем согласились и разбежались по своим норам, лишь бы не стать следующими в списке ведьм. Говорить о том, что теперь в Богом забытом Управлении ФСБ Башкирии среди рядовых сотрудников царит обстановка всеобщего недоверия, страха и неопределенности это просто молчать. А подчиненные новослепленного «коррупционера» уже подумывают о массовом увольнении со службы.

Ровно 7 лет назад – 14 декабря – Костриченко вместе с адвокатом коллегии «Диктатура закона», полковником КГБ в отставке Эдуардом Буданцевым были задержаны в качестве подозреваемых в убийстве. Как только в дело вступили сотрудники ФСБ Буданцев и Костриченко из обвиняемых превратились в свидетелей.

События разворачивались осенью 2019 года, в одном из ресторанов Нижегородской области, на встрече присутствовали высокопоставленные сотрудники УМВД Нижегородской области и доверенное лицо Буданцева Костриченко. Собравшиеся, отмечали удачно выполненную операцию по переоформлению активов завода Оргсинтез ОКА г. Дзерджинск Нижегородской области (рейдерский захват). Сразу отметим, что сотрудники полиции использовались Управлением М ФСБ РФ в интересах группировки Буданцева вслепую, им было преподнесено, что переоформление (рейдерский захват) предприятия необходим для возврата предприятия под крыло государства (Ростех). На встрече присутствовали практически все руководители УМВД Нижегородской области. Решив все технические проблемы по дальнейшему взаимодействию, ведь потерпевший Никулин (бывший владелец предприятия) продолжал жаловаться, как на захват предприятия, так и на незаконное привлечение к уголовной ответственности по сфабрикованному с подачи Буданцева уголовному делу. Собравшиеся, изрядно выпив, стали делится интересными моментами своей служебной деятельности. В какой то момент подвыпивший Костриченко, начал бравировать, что принимал активное участие в легендарной перестрелке на Рочдельской улице, на стороне Буданцева. По словам источников Rucriminal.info, в своем рассказе, Костриченко сообщил о роли сотрудников Управления М ФСБ РФ, которые с самого начала вмешались в ход расследования уголовных дел и с помощью административного воздействия на прокуратуру, суды и тд перевернули ситуацию в пользу Буданцева, дав ему возможность избежать уголовной ответственности за убийство. Упоминал Котриченко и бывшего начальника Управления М, а ныне и.о. начальника СЭБ ФСБ генерала Алпатова, который покровительствует Буданцеву и его группе.

Похвастался Костриченко и покровительством со стороны Патрушева-младшего. Костриченко по событиям на Рочдельской, негативно оценил Следственный комитет РФ и его председатель Александр Бастрыкин, которого, со слов Костриченко, практически снесли с должности из- за Буданцева.





По словам источника Rucriminal.info, присутствовавший на встрече, один из сотрудников полиции, прервав рассказ Костриченко, сообщил присутствующим, что знаком с сотрудниками полиции из истории с перестрелкой на Рочдельской улице и ему известно, что их необоснованно обвинили в якобы бездействии и осудили на основании оговора. После чего сотрудник достал телефон и кому то позвонил. Поставив телефон на режим громкой связи, сообщил собеседнику, что находится рядом с Костриченко. Мужской голос сказал, что Костриченко известен ему, как лицо крайне непорядочное. Костриченко замолчал, а через некоторое время, поправив прическу, вышел из ресторана.
