В результате начальник Главного уголовно-судебного управления Генпрокуратуры РФ Сергей Бажутов по личному указанию генпрокурора Игоря Краснова готовит шикарный подарок заместителю председателя правительства РФ в виде условного осуждения взяточника, а также его соучастников.

На свободу с чистой совестью к номерным счетам в родной Швейцарии, куда стекались потоки откатов за 25 лет государственной службы в Правительстве Санкт-Петербурга, Правительстве Красноярского Края, ВЭБ России, Минэнерго России. Спасатели Анатолия Тихонова все еще у власти это Александр Новак, Алексей Текслер, Ольга Голодец, Любовь Ельцова, Александр Хлопонин.

Младшим партнером и подельником Тихонова был директор дирекции ФГБУ «РЭА» Минэнерго России Роман Щербов. Его судили за посредничество в передачи взяток Тихонову. Тещей Щерьова является Любовь Ельцова бывшая сотрудница Норникеля и позднее заместитель Министра Труда РФ, а так же верная подруга вице-премьера Ольги Голодец.

В этой истории еще много интересных связей.

Например, Любовь Ельцова и Алексей Теклер работали в 2008 год в одном филиале Норникеля и сидели в соседних кабинетах. Алексей Текслер был назначен отвественным за ввод в эксплуатацию ГИС ТЭК. Деньги шли через Тихонова и губернатор свое тоже откусил.

Публикации Rucriminal.info и ВК-ОГПУ заставили задуматься суд, над формулировками в приговоре и об условном сроке за взятки в сумме более 100 млн. руб. и ущербе РФ на сумму порядка 1 млрд. руб.

Советник Тихонова А.В. Рыжков Р.В. отрастил бороду и ударился в буддизм, сказав спасибо вселенной за время проведенное в СИЗО и будучи уверенным, что он выйдет на свободу. Тихонов А.В. так же заранее поблагодарил судью за приговор, который пока для всех, кроме Тихонова А.В. и спасателей тайна.

Ранее судья Каракешишива уже подарила свободу заместителям Тихонова А.В. по ВЭБу Балло и Валитову за хищения 10 млрд руб. Похищенные деньги так и не нашли, хотя безусловно часть из них осела на счетах семьи Тихонова А.В. и на них были куплено дома в Швейцарии и Монако. Тихонову А.В. принадлежит особняк в поселке Николина Гора на Рублевском шоссе в Одинцово. Кроме того, апартаменты в «Москва-Сити», оформленные на родственников г Тихонова, загородный дом в Финляндии на озере с собственным пляжем, оформленный на мать Анатолия Тихонова, принадлежащие Валерии Коваленко квартиру в Монако и коктейль-бар Martini LoungeCafe в швейцарском городе Лугано. Archuleta SA, зарегистрированной в Монако, бенефициаром которой являлся Анатолий Тихонов. На счетах фирмы было обнаружено 43 млн 646 тысяч евро. На счете Владимира Тихонова сына студента экс-замминистра в Монако нашли 1 млн 69 тысяч евро, вероятно на мелкие расходы лондонского денди..

Отметилась и Генеральная прокуратура РФ, которая сообщила, что считает оскорбительным заявления в свой адрес о сговоре.

Генеральная прокуратура РФ просит суд приговорить Анатолия Тихонова к пяти годам и четырем месяцам лишения свободы со штрафом в 502 млн рублей бывшего замглавы Минэнерго Анатолия Тихонова, обвиняемого в растрате 272 млн рублей бюджетных средств, а также в получении взяток в размере 580 тысяч долларов и 77,2 млн рублей.

В свою очередь Минэнерго России предъявило гражданский иск к А.В. Тихонову в размере растраты, то есть 272 млн. руб.

Такие же условные сроки Генеральная прокуратура РФ попросила для всех обвиняемых в хищении практически 1 млрд. руб. выделенных на создание ГИС ТЭК РФ.

Гражданские иски к АО «ЛАНИТ» или АО «СОФТЛАЙН ТРЕЙД», АО «РЕСУРС-СЕРВИС» Минэнерго России не предъявляло и не предъявит. Роль АО «ЛАНИТ» в растрате вообще не установлена, когда как именно АО «ЛАНИТ» «впарил» не рабочую информационную систему утвердив на ключевые должности своих людей и пообещав баснословные взятки за прием не рабочей информационной системы.

Генеральная прокуратура РФ и СК РФ при расследовании потеряло с десяток эпизодов при создании ГИС ТЭК РФ, так и при капитальном ремонте здания ФГБУ «РЭА» Минэнерго РФ в размере 1 млрд. руб. Подписанты договоров и актов приема работ все тот же Анатолий Тихонов.
