17 years have passed since the murder of Krasnoyarsk businessman Andrey Nekolov on January 18, 2022. During this time, a new generation of Russians managed to grow up, who only saw videos about criminal Russia on Tik-Tok and programs with Kanevsky, and heard about the fact that people were killed in the “90s” only in a song by the singer Monetochka. But contract killings without a statute of limitations continue to resurface in the memory of eyewitnesses and active participants in the events of those years, turning into specific accusations against the same person - an authoritative businessman and a wolf in the philanthropic shoes of Anatoly Bykov. Last time, we told you the plot of the story about how Bykov painted targets on the heads of two people at once in the fall of 2004, ordering two murders from the Struganov group Alexander Zhivitsa, nicknamed Bul, two murders: his yesterday's close associate Andrei Grabovsky and objectionable businessman Andrei Nekolov. Both in their own way did not give Bykov peace, each for his own separate reason.

Naming by concepts, interesting interior solutions and the atmosphere of the establishments have won success with a fairly serious audience of visitors.

But what really aggravated the conflict was that another area of ​​Nekolov's business activity was directly related to Petrovich's sphere of interests, namely, the processing of aluminum production waste. Bykov could not bear that with his status as the "aluminum king" someone dares to attempt to feed himself and make good money on the adjacent field. Even more irritated the authority that the same Moscow businessman Pestov helped Nekolov documented and legally bypass his henchmen in this business. The same one, for meeting with people from whose environment Grabovsky fell into fierce disfavor.

Zhivitsa killed Nekolov on the morning of January 18, 2005, the day after the noisy celebration of Bykov's 45th birthday. Whether it was a birthday gift - history is silent. According to Rucriminal.info, Zhivitsa monitored the victim in advance and already knew that this morning he would head to the garage as usual between 9 and 10 o'clock. Arriving at the scene of the murder in an inconspicuous Zhiguli, which did not at all fall under the category of cars that the Krasnoyarsk bandits flaunted, the killer ambushed Nekolov near the transformer box. After waiting for the victim, he fired at least four bullets at the businessman from a TT pistol. Nekolov had no chance to survive. So from a lively and enterprising person, he became another brick in a huge pyramid of corpses, which has been growing with the efforts of Bykov and his team since the 90s. In the foundation and walls of which many yesterday's comrades of authority have already laid down.

Zhivitsa, who did not miss this time, however, was disappointed in the form of a five-fold devaluation of the promised fee. The fact is that because of the first unsuccessful assassination attempt on Grabovsky, Bykov's confidence in the killer was seriously shaken. Instead of the promised 50 thousand dollars, Zhivitsa taught only 10.

All these events that once shocked Krasnoyarsk have now been reduced to dry paragraphs on the pages of testimony and indictments. But those who witnessed them, who conducted an honest and impartial journalistic chronicle of those years, who suffered personal losses from Bykov's lawlessness, who struggled to solve these cases, experience a delayed, but no less desirable sense of satisfaction from the fact that the court will put a point in the bloody stories of the past. And Andrei Nekolov's relatives today got a chance under the law to receive compensation for non-pecuniary damage. In their favor, back in July last year, the court seized Bykov's property, worth more than 50 million rubles, including his three-story cottage in Udachny and the Zaglyadene recreation center with its own stable and guest houses. He, who for a long time completely subjugated the Central Market of Krasnoyarsk and previously held Aktay and Struganov there by his protégés, charged Grabovsky, who had never before been convicted, to control not only this commercial site, but, in principle, all issues of the so-called “street” in Krasnoyarsk. In the regional center, those people passed through Grabowski, those situations and those problems that the newly-minted politician Bykov was no longer able to personally solve according to his status.

Grabovsky drove to the Bykovsky house on Ovinka, at the suggestion of a reputable businessman, he became vice-president of the Boxing Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Then, collection of donations from businessmen for various sports tournaments was added to its functionality.

But friendly relations, student memories and the status of "right hand" in Bykov's entourage could not save anyone from a sudden change in the mood of authority. To Grabowski Bykov cooled sharply. Bykov, from whose inner circle for the period of the 90s only a few remained alive at that time, he himself was completing the schemes of possible betrayal in his mind.

There was only one problem - the killer could not cope alone. One shoots, the other steers - he established such a distribution of duties, calling on his sidekick in the Struganov group, Alexander Yatsenko, nicknamed Dupre.

Having prepared a Niva car for contract murder and armed with a Kalashnikov assault rifle, Boulle and Dupre on November 1, 2004, in the vicinity of Ovinka, began to guard Grabowski's BMW. And everything, it would seem, should have worked out in favor of Zhivitsa, but luck smiled at the victim. Killer He fired at least 7 shots at the BMW, but the bullets flew from Grabowski past, as if from a conspiracy. The "Boomer's" had bullet holes pierced through the windshield, hood, front panel, but not a single bullet hit either Grabovsky or his guard. After that, the driver and passenger disappeared from the car and began to go even lower to the houses, leaving the killers with nothing. Grabowski then, immediately after the assassination attempt, desperately sought a meeting with Bykov, but the authoritative deputy refused yesterday's "right hand" the right to visit, thereby only confirming that the order was entirely his creature. Excommunicated from the Bykovsky court, the Coffin hastily hid in Moscow, where he eked out an inconspicuous and even miserable existence for yesterday's market tycoon. True, before leaving, he managed to prove that the work for Bykov did not pass without a trace for him and clearly influenced the way of thinking. In the same November 2004, he himself ordered the killer Koval to murder the former deputy head of the murder department of the regional police department, Sergei Nazarov. The difference between the attempt on the life of Grabowski himself and the crime he planned, which was crowned with success, is three weeks. The evidence base in order to close the Coffin for this major atrocity was collected by law enforcement officers only 14 years later, when he himself was in the dock in this case. Only Bykov himself can know about the rest of Grabovsky's sins, but he is silent for now.

By the way, Grabowski never gained a criminal authority - he went to the colony for this business as a “first move”. Today, when Bul, Tatarenkov and Struganov and other Bykov's fighters testify and are not afraid to tell the truth, law enforcement officers can form a solid evidence base for all of Anatoly Bykov's activities. How Philip was killed: a truck instead of a bullet

Filippov's relatives, as an injured party, filed a claim in a new criminal case for a colossal amount of 100 million rubles. By a court decision, Bykov's property with a total value of about 81 million has already been seized. The physical manifestation of a part of these riches is the recreation center "Zaglyadienie" owned by Bykov near the village of Glyaden in the Yemelyanovsky district, 100 meters from the picturesque bank of the Buzim river. The entertainment and leisure complex, ready to receive guests and couples all year round, includes 10 hotel buildings, several wooden bungalows, a restaurant, a Russian bathhouse and even a horse farm. The contract murder of Philip is a new bloody bead on the string of criminal cases dragging on Bykov. Another criminal case has been opened against Anatoly Bykov, sentenced to 13 years for contract murders. The former head of the board of directors of the Krasnoyarsk aluminum plant and the ex-deputy of the regional legislative assembly is suspected of inciting the murder in 1998 of a major crime boss Vladimir Filippov.

The events described in the case took place in the summer of 1998 in Krasnoyarsk. Then, according to the investigation, allegedly at the direction of Anatoly Bykov, gangsters from the gang under his command shot the criminal leader Vladimir Filippov (Philip). In March 1996, a thief in law named Kosyak (Stanislav Kuleshov) was released from prison. Lebed, a group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation under the leadership of Deputy Minister V.I.Kolesnikov arrives in Krasnoyarsk. However, the idyllic relationship did not last long. Bykov had fears that Grabovsky was communicating with criminal structures in Moscow, merging him and playing for two teams at once - his own and his competitors. Whether these suspicions were imaginary or not, now you cannot determine. The mania of suspicion has always been a hallmark of Bykov, so suspicion alone turned out to be sufficient for a verdict.

According to a Rucriminal.info source, in October 2004, Alexander Zhivitsa, a full-time killer of the criminal community, was summoned to the residence on Lesnaya Bykov Street. At that time, the killer already had an order to liquidate businessman Andrei Nekolov.
