Самого богатого депутата Санкт-Петербурга Далматова связывают с Андреем Молчановым и группой ЛСР, застроившей высокоэтажными гетто и Ленинградскую область и намывные территории Васильевского острова. Отсутствие на заседаниях в ЗАКСе депутаты кулуарно связывают с тем, что Далматов в выборе между бизнесом и политикой поставил на бизнес и деньги, и сейчас активно выводит свои капиталы из страны. Причем, делать это под пристальным взором Бастрыкина довольно сложно.

Только официально Далматов задекларировал в 2021 году согласно отчета на сайте Законодательного собрания - заработок в 32 миллиона рублей. Также в собственности парламентария — четыре квартиры, доли в 12 нежилых помещениях, земля площадью 2100 квадратных метров. Вместе с супругой он владеет домом в Испании на 565 «квадратов» и жилплощадью в Португалии. Также в собственности у Далматова и его супруги два премиальных BMW и автомобиль Range Rover Evogue.

Для бизнесменов города не секрет, что «Объединение строителей СПб» находится под контролем «ЛСР», равно как и то, что у этой строительной группы большие проблемы, в том числе и финансового плана.

Сам же Белоусов также возглавляет экспертный совет «Национального объединения строителей» (НОСТРОЙ)

Все строительные саморегулируемые организации обязаны состоять в НОСТРОЙ. Исключение СРО из реестра данной структуры лишает ее полномочий, а члены СРО вынуждены тратить время и солидные деньги на вступление в новую организацию в ущерб своей деятельности.

ВЧК-ОГПУ уже много рассказывал, как развивается конфликт между Следственным комитетом РФ под руководством Александра Бастрыкина и мощной корпорацией «ЛСР» мультимиллиардера Андрея Молчанова. К нам попал фрагмент телефонного разговора известного «кидалы» предпринимателей, основного бенефициара автодилера «Аксель Групп» Алексея Безобразова, который везде представляется «другом» Молчанова. Вот только несколько фраз из разговора с очень интересными именами, который стоит внимательно послушать в приложенной к посту записи:

«…его территория в Дюнах, где он сейчас живет. Там Бортников живет, сын Бортникова, Седов, Патрушев, Королев… Начальник собственной безопасности ФСБ. Сергей Борисович. Я его очень хорошо знаю. Ну что ты хочешь?...

…ну вот ему, Молчанову, если, условно говоря, с Валентиной Ивановной надо вопрос решить, сажает ее в свой самолет, когда она в Питер летит на выходные и по дороге все решает. Он молодец, конечно, выстроил такую империю аху…»

Марш Пригожина, безусловно, как весьма эффективный химреактив, проявил реальные российские расклады. Он стер блескучий патриотический налет со многих олигархов, силовиков и пропагандистов. Олигархи в «тревожный для Родины момент» разобрали бизнес-джеты и разлетелись с любимой России в различный зарубеж. Понятное дело, «по делам», или поправить одновременно «пошатнувшееся здоровье».

По данным Rucriminal.info, до 40 процентов ростовских (и не только) силовиков как по команде не исполнили приказ о срочной явке к местам несения службы. Зато после того как Вагнер из Ростова свалил, вечерком с огонечками и сиренками обозначали, что они готовы наводить порядок. Уходящему Вагнеру от ростовчан достались благодарности и пирожки (как бы к этому не относиться, но ведь было) . К примеру, в Краснодарском крае, административная команда пиарщиков сообразила, что надо от имени губера хоть что-то сказать, ближе у полудню. Когда стало ясно, что Вагнер, который готовился к броску как раз под Краснодаром, не на столицу славной Кубани из пос. Молькино попрет, а в сторону Москвы. От имени Кондратьева было сказано, что он вместе с президентом. Молчавший до этого засадный полк из глав городов и районов, тут же репостнул заявление шефа в своих телеграмм-дацзыбао. До этого их твердая гражданская позиция ясна не была абсолютно.

Но более всего жителей Краснодарского края удивило молчание землячки – славной повелительницы пропаганды на зарубеж – «РашаТудей» - Маргариты Симоньян. Обычно словоохотливая Марго, издающая по нескольку постов на личных интернет-ресурсах в день, тут вдруг занялась молчанием. С вечера тревожной пятницы, в ее телеграмм-канале не случилось ни одного комментария. Последний на тот момент пост, телеграмм –канала «Маргарита Симоньян из дома» был посвящен яркой иронии по поводу Зеленского – это был отрывок из программы где она участвовала.

На ее странице в ВК и телеграмм-канале «Маргарита Симоньян в это же время висело сообщение от 23 июня о другом эпически важном – о приглашении, а затем об отмене приглашения ее в британское посольство на случаю дня рождения короля.

Возвращение в российскую пиар-вселенную у Марго случилось только 26 июня. После трехдневной режима тишины. «Сейчас много обсуждают: вот завели уголовные дела, а потом отпустили, уехал в Белоруссию, это же насмешка над юридическими нормами. Юридические норма – это не заповеди Христовы и не скрижали Моисеевы. Их пишут люди, чтобы они защищали правопорядок и стабильность в стране. И если в каких-то исключительных критических случаях получается так, что они перестают выполнять свою функцию, а выполняют обратную, то они идут лесом».

Если уж сейчас задать кремлевским властедержцам вопросы к землякам-кубанцам, то уж двоим надо бы их задать точно. Во-первых, самой Симоньян. Никому не кажется, что эта дама, как бы не на своем месте? При всей ее искрометной ироничности и светлом уме. В свое время врученная ее президентом RT задумывалась, как главный пропагандистский инструмент по созданию привлекательно образа России за рубежом. И что в итоге? В проект были валены миллиарды. Любые чудачества Марго исполнялись со скоростью о которой волшебные палочки феи могли только мечтать. Находились деньги на съемки идиотских сериалов типа «Актриса», где одна из героинь – слепая однорукая пианистка-проститутка (прости, господи), и где автор сценария как раз Марго. А режиссер – ее муж Т. Кеосаян. По которому еще и принудили к полному содействию телевизионщиков по его убогой «Международной пилораме», где все настолько печально, что сие по рейтингам в «красной зоне» с первого же выпуска. Но кто скажет – это же муж Марго.

То, что Симоньян, все последнее время – одна из основных тусовщиц по российским пропаганд-программам тоже немного удивительно. Не выполнив задачу, поставленную ее ВВП по расцвечиванию российского образа на Западе и примкнувшим к нему (ни у кого же нет сомнений об нынешнем уровне любви к России на этом самом Западе?), Марго сейчас пытается отработать вложенное в нее на российском телезрителе. С чем «прекрасно» и без нее справлялись штатные звезды пиар-экрана.

Кремлевские наверняка в случившиеся тревожные часы, ждали ярких изобличающих образов, патриотической иронии от уполномоченной по этой части Симоньян. А она молчала. Обозначив себя только тогда, когда все так удачно завершилось. Не напоминает тут она храбрых ростовских полицейских, заявившихся с проблесковыми маячками на своих машинках в покинутый вагнеровцами Ростов?

И второй вопрос, обратить бы к самому губернатору Кондратьеву. Он чего в крае контролирует, кроме своей же пресс-службы, которой предписано показывать его величие? Нет, с точки зрения дешевых «отмазок», ему вроде как предъявить есть что. По Вагнеру он же высказался не как Симоньян - постфактум, а вовремя. Ну, почти.

Но, то что губернатор оказался совершенно не в курсе того, что на его территории происходит – это так же очевидный факт. В связи с которым, надо бы оперативно выяснить, еще один злободневный вопрос: кто на территории Кубани есть главный пиндос. Официально это определение вроде как за американцами закреплено. Они уже высказались, к том плане, что они были в курсе планов Пригожина марширнуть на Москву, но не сказали. Но оказалось, что на звание главное российского пиндоса, после случившегося, более чем кто-либо другой претендует как раз губернатор Краснодарского края Вениамин Кондратьев.

Он-то чего Кремлю о готовящемся не доложил? Был не в курсе? А тогда он вообще в курсе чего?

Краевое интернет издание «Блокнот Краснодара», без особого труда выяснило, что бойцы ЧВК «Вагнер» тренировались перед своим маршем в заброшенном поселке в 35 километрах Краснодара, неподалеку от краевой базы ЧВК в пос. Молькино (рядом с поселком Псекупс – станцией Прицепиловка). Между федеральной трассой М-4 «Дон» и железнодорожной веткой.



- По ночам около двух недель велась стрельба, - рассказал журналистам «Блокнота» охранник, одного из рядом находящихся предприятий, - Вагнеровцы даже забрались на заброшенный элеватор для корректировки огня, там были их наводчики. А сами они жили в недостроенных зданиях. Там же жгли костры. Стреляли на протяжении всей недели, вплоть до субботы



То есть сторожевой сотрудник был в курсе? И это никого из краевого руководства не насторожило? Не было никакого доклада на краевой верх об изменениях в расписании ЧВК от тех, кто за ЧВК поставлен от краевого руководства присматривать? Или были доклады, но в силу того, что Кондратьев с недавних пор сильно с Пригожиным задружил, на свой «верх» - в Кремль – губер доклада не сделал? Помните же эту историю, со скандалом с захоронениями тех погибших вагнеровцев в Горячем Ключе. Сам Пригожин обвинил в дебилизме запрета на захоронения главу города Белопольского. Но бедных глава в имеющейся в нашем распоряжении аудиозаписи, обречено отбрехивался, мол, не он автор запрета на продолжение захоронений – это Кондратьев ему приказал, Пригожину необходимо было пред светлы очи Кондратьева появиться и челобитную нижайше подать, чтобы тот снизошел. Кондратьев почувствовав жаренное, тут же муниципального подчиненного в грехе обвинил, и наставил на истинный путь… В общем с Пригожиным у Вениамина Ивановича вышла полная дружба. И разве гоже закладывать перепугавшего тебя, как говорят на Кубани «до усерачки», друга? Нет, конечно. ДА и к тому же мало ли к чему ЧВК там две недели готовилось? К тому же – это их база Молькино на территории края, а станция Преципиловка и «заброшка», где две недели стреляли – это на границе с Республикой Адыгея, и на ее территории – их ответственность. С них и спрос. Если что.

Сказать, сейчас, что пригожинский марш вообще остался без решительных реакций властей нельзя.

Принято решение о… сносе того самого элеватора. И хотя он расположен на территории Уверены, что склонный к такой вот «решительности», после любого, ЧС или катастрофы, Кондратьев своих республиканских уговорил по части сноса. Элеваторосносительная техника зашла на стратегически опасный объект – заброшенный элеватор 25 июня. Не будет более где располагаться наводчикам Вагнера.

И совсем уж последняя информация – Кремль сообщил, что база в Молькино остается базой ЧВК «Вагнер».

Как олигарх Молчанов скупил питерские ГУ МВД и УФСБ

Как сообщает телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ, ГСУ СК России по г. Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области возбуждено уголовное дело по факту нарушения правил охраны окружающей среды при производстве работ на строительной площадке ЛСР - северный намыв на Васильевском острове г. Санкт-Петербурга.

Строительные площадки группы компаний "ЛСР", находящиеся в г. Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области не проверяются сотрудниками полиции вообще. Причиной тому является заместитель начальника ГУ МВД России по г. Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области - начальник полиции Баранов Дмитрий Анатольевич, который запретил профильным управлениям ГУ осуществлять проверки и появляться на стройках компании "ЛСР". За это Баранов Д.А., в качестве взятки, получил огромную квартиру стоимостью более 100 миллионов рублей в самом престижном ЖК "Русский Дом", застройщиком которого естественно является компании "ЛСР". Точнее Баранову Д.А. сделали скидку 70% от стоимости. Неслыханная щедрость! И странно, больше никому такие скидки не делали. А на стройках работают сотни и тысячи мигрантов, там же и проживают. И их никто не проверяет и не проверял несколько лет! Жалобы граждан, не раскрытые преступления, совершенные мигрантами вблизи строек, просто валяются и остаются не раскрытыми. Баранов Д.А. лично давал указания начальникам не проверять стройплощадки, не трогать бизнес компании "ЛСР", убирать с участка работы сотрудников полиции, которые по заявлению жителя района, осуществляли проверку строителей-мигрантов на объекте северный намыв на Васильевском острове. А сколько еще строительных площадок "ЛСР", которые ни разу никто не проверял. Зачем делать миграционные патенты, если у тебя крыша - Баранов Д.А. И теперь Баранов Д.А. живет в элитном Ж, не слишком ли для сотрудника ОВД! Из всего этого можно сделать вывод, что скидка на квартиру является взяткой должностному лицу высшего начальственного состава за общее покровительство своей незаконной деятельности: статья 290 часть 6 УК РФ. А теперь еще и по указанию Баранова Д.А. в ГСУ ГУ МВД России по г. Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области было прекращено уголовное дело в отношении Безобразова и возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении его оппонентов, братьев Одудов. Даже прокурор города признала, что это просто беспредел. А все дело в том, что Безобразие работное в интересах руководителя ЛСР Молчанова и Занимается рейдерством в пользу последнего. И здесь Баранов Д.А. пришел на помощь...

Собственником данной компании является Константинов Игорь Владимирович. ЛСР, благодаря сотрудникам ГУ УМВД по СПБ и ФСБ пытаются отобрать у Константинова его бизнес, путем рейдерского захвата и фальсификации уголовных дел.

28 января 2020г. ОД УМВД России по Приморскому району Санкт-Петербурга возбужденно уголовное дело № 12001400011000169 по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.112 УК РФ.

30.01.2020г. действия неустановленного лица по уголовному делу № 12001400011000169 переквалифицированы на п.3 ч.2 ст.112 УК РФ.

11.03.2020 г. в 22 часа 10 минут в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ задерживается Константинов И.В.

13.03.2020 г. ему избрана мера пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий.

20.03.2020г. избранная мера пресечения отменена, далее ему предъявлено обвинение в совершении преступления предусмотренного ст.33 ч.3. ст.112 ч.2 п. з, г УК РФ.

06.05.2020 г. уголовное преследование в отношении Константинова И.В. прекращено на основании п.1 ч.1 ст.27 УПК РФ

15.05.2020 г. постановление о прекращении уголовного преследования отменено заместителем начальника СУ УМВД по Приморскому району г. Санкт-Петербурга Зарочинцевым М.С.

14.08.2020 г. Константинову вновь предъявляется обвинение, в отношении него выделяется уголовное дело № 42001400011002756.

28.08.2020 г. постановлением заместителя прокурора Приморского района г. Санкт-Петербурга постановление о ВУД в отношении Константинова И.В. прекращено как незаконное и необоснованное .

15.10.2020 г. уголовное преследование в отношении Константинова И.В. прекращено на основании ч.1 ст.27 УПК РФ.

15.10.2020 г. из уловного дела дело № 12001400011000169 выделено в отдельное производство уголовное дело№ 42001400011003543 в отношении неустановленного лица.

15.11.2020 г. данное уголовное дело приостановлено в виду не установления лица, подлежащего привлечению к уголовной ответственности.

Органом предварительного расследования было установлено, что Константинов И.В. не имел никакой связи с коммерческим директором АО «Беатон» Кетуничевым С.С., как и не имел причин на нанесение ему телесных повреждений, компания в которой Кетуничев С.С является коммерческим директором не может быть конкурентом бизнесу Константинова в виду того, что холдинг Константинова производит бетон, а холдинг потерпевшего асфальт, а бетон это вторичный вид деятельности. Сам потерпевший вразумительно не смог назвать причин почему он считает Константинова И.В. лицом причастным к данному преступлению. Пытаясь это обосновать тем, что он более лучше ведет продажи, что по своей сути является абсурдом. Сам потерпевший никакой роли в бизнесе АО «Беатон» не играет, как и его присутствие либо его отсутствие. В момент совершения преступления в отношении потерпевшего Константинов являлся генеральным директором небольшого ООО «Монолит- Парнас». С самого начала уголовное дело носило заказной характер, пострадавший ни кому неизвестный коммерческий директор, не принимающий ни каких решений, организатор нападения судимый Шаронов С.А. который оговорил Константинова и пытался заработать на отказе от дачи показаний, соответствующий разговор был приобщен защитниками Константинова И.В. к материалам уголовного дела. Организатор и исполнители были осуждены.

В декабре 2021 года к Константинову И.В. обратился его знакомый Шишков Роман Анатольевич, в настоящее время содержащийся в ФКУ СИЗО №5 по Санкт- Петербургу и Ленинградской области, сообщив, что в отношении него осуществляется уголовное преследование органами следствия при оперативном сопровождении сотрудниками ОСБ УФСБ по г. Санкт- Петербургу. Так же Шишков пояснил, что для того что бы урегулировать вопрос, выше указанные сотрудники требуют у него оговорить Константинова И.В. и передать им денежную сумму в размере 25 000 000 рублей, так как данный вопрос касался непосредственно Константинова, последний должен был поспособствовать Шишкову Р.А. материально, далее Шишков Р.А. до момента его задержания сотрудниками правоохранительных органов в июле 2022 года, неоднократно проговаривал Константинову данные разговоры, а так же после его задержания неоднократно передавал Константинову , что на него по данному поводу оказывают давление и единственным условием его прекращения должны быть показания на Константинова И.В. В июне 2022 года Шишков Р.А. обращается в 9 службу ФСБ России с заявлением, о том, что он передал под принуждением 15 000 000 рублей сотрудникам ФСБ через гражданских лиц, после проведения проверки в 2023 году в отношении Шишкова Р.А. который в силу закона должен быть потерпевшим становится обвиняемым в даче взятки. В мае 2022 года адвокат Константинова И.В. являющаяся не только его защитником но и единственным доверенным лицом начинает получать угрозы и требования уговорить его передать долю в бизнесе. Угрозы поступают от Анохина А.В. широко известного в криминальных кругах как Аноха, угрозы выражаются в том, что если защитник не уговорит Константинова И.В. пойти на его условия адвокат и Константинов будут привлечены к уголовной ответственности, Константинов за якобы организацию избиения Кетуничева С.С. а адвокат за незаконный оборот оружия.

17 июля 2022 года ГСУ СК РФ по Ленинградской области задерживается Шишков Р.А. который через адвокатов не однократно передает Константинову И.В., что сотрудники ОСБ ФСБ по Санкт- Петербургу и ЛО требуют у него оговорить адвоката и Константинова И.В., а в замен обещают освободить его от уголовной ответственности, так со слов Шишкова Р.А. стало известно, что на него в условия СИЗО №5 оказывается давление, по данному поводу, последний подобный разговор между ним и сотрудниками ОСБ ФСБ произошел в ФКУ СИЗО № 5 12 мая 2023 года в 15 часов, при его посещении последними, которые еще раз предложили Шишкову Р.А. оговорить Константинова И.В. и защитника, в замен оказать ему содействие о прекращении уголовного дела в отношении него.

Кроме того в сентябре 2022 г. по уголовному делу о даче взятки по месту жительства, а так же регистрации и в офисе принадлежащего Константинову И.В. холдингу были произведены обыска, к которому он отношения не имел, но был допрошен в качестве свидетеля по делу, содержащегося под стражей Шишкова Р.А.(который в 2020 г. был допрошен свидетелем по уголовному делу в отношении Константинова И.В.). Адвокат так же была допрошена в качестве свидетеля ( без получения согласия Константинова И.В. и отвода меня от уголовного дела, так как в момент обыска мной был выписан ордер на его защиту), у нее были получены генетические образцы на предмет ее причастности к незаконному обороту оружия. Таким образом подтвердилась реальность угроз Анохина А.В.

Во время допросов присутствовали сотрудники ОСБ УФСБ по СПб и ЛО И Адвокат и Константинов И.В. пояснили, что им ничего не известно о противоправной деятельности Шишкова Р.А.,(который находясь в СИЗО, неоднократно говорил последним ,что сотрудники ОСБ УФСБ склоняют его к оговору, о чем имеются аудио записи разговоров). Когда сотрудники ОСБ УФСБ поняли, что он не идет на их условия, они начали вынуждать Константинова И.В. оговорить Шишкова Р.А. ( сотрудник ОСБ УФСБ прямо заявил Константинову И.В., что если он не даст нужные показания, то его компания в Федеральном округе работать не будет). После получения отказа в нарушение норм закона сотрудники ФСБ сделали все возможное при помощи полицейского следствия, чтобы необоснованно привлечь Константинова И.В. к уголовной ответственности и содействовать Анохину А.В. завладеть его бизнесом. В марте 2020 года ГСУ ГУ МВД по СПБ и ЛО обращается в Куйбышевский районный суд Санкт- Петербурга с ходатайством об отмене постановления от 15.10.2020 года о прекращении уголовного преследования Константинова И.В. Далее следствие делает все возможное , что бы Константинов И.В. не знал о данном процессе. При помощи сотрудников ОСБ УФСБ следователь ГСУ УМВД по СПб и ЛО в обоснование ходатайства прикладывает устаревшие данные базы ОСК с целью скрытия реального места регистрации Константинова для того, чтобы суд не мог его уведомить по месту его регистрации. При ознакомлении с материалами поданными в суд нам стало известно, о том, что оперативный сотрудник ОСБ УФСБ. принимает непосредственное участие в сопровождении расследования выше указанного уголовного дела по ч.2 ст. 112 УК РФ, не смотря на то, что данное преступление было совершенно гражданскими лицами без участия сотрудников ФСБ в какой либо форме.

22.03.2023 года Куйбышевский районный суд Санкт- Петербурга удовлетворяет ходатайство органа предварительного расследования. Следователь Григорьева К.А. не дожидаясь отпечатанного постановления а так же вступления его в законную силу без направления уведомления о предъявлении обвинения ни Константинову ни его защитнику как того требует закон и УПК РФ 23.03.2023 года предъявляет обвинение Константинову без его участия, без участия защитника. 24.03.2023 года объявляет его в федеральный розыск. 27.04.2023 года далее выносит постановление об объявлении Константинова И.В. в международный розыск. При этом все действия производятся с грубейшим нарушением норм УПК РФ, руководство ГУ МВД по СПБ и ЛО покрывает действия следствия.

20.06.2023 года решение Куйбышевского районного суда в отношении Константинова И.В. признается незаконным и необоснованным.

Указанные действия сотрудников правоохранительных органов, а так же органов федеральной службы безопасности направленны не на установление истины по делу, а на завладение бизнесом, так как нахождение в федеральном розыске и сам факт необоснованного привлечения его к уголовной ответственности ведут к отзыву кредитных линий, выданных его компании, и расторжению крупных договоров с поставщиками и заказчиками.

Прокуратура Санкт- Петербурга, несмотря на все видимые нарушения закона со стороны следствия и сотрудников ОСБ ФСБ, закрывает на все глаза, (предоставление суду устаревшей справки ОСК, протоколы допросов лиц, привлеченных к уголовной ответственности и др.), даже не смотря на наличие превышения своих должностных полномочий сотрудниками ОСБ УФСБ, которые по непонятным причинам занимаются оперативным сопровождением уголовного дела по совершению преступления средней тяжести.

При этом сотрудники ОСБ УФСБ по Санкт- Петербургу и Ленинградской области принимают в данном уголовном деле активное участие, не смотря на то, что в выше указанном уголовном нет действующих сотрудников федеральной службы безопасности, что подтверждает их личную заинтересованность, а так же связь с Анохиным А.В. Именно при активном и незаконном содействии данных должностных лиц возобновлено уголовное дело в отношении Константинова И.В. Так же непосредственно на данную службу ссылался и ссылается Шишков Р.А., кроме того о ее участии и ситуации с изъятым оружием в июле 2022 года говорил Анохин А.В., так как сам Анохин А.В. привлеченный к уголовной ответственности за вымогательство (уголовное дело находится в ГСУ ГУ МВД РФ по СПБ И ЛО и странным образом приостановленное ) не мог знать о данных обстоятельствах, и уж тем более за три месяца до проведения проверки и обысков назвать фамилии которые заинтересованы в привлечении Константинова И.В, к уголовной ответственности. При этом известно, что между Шишковым Р.А. и Анохиным А.В. нет ни каких отношений, а напротив Шишков проходил свидетелем стороны обвинения по уголовному делу в отношении Анохина А.В. расследуемом ГСУ ГУ МВД по СПБ и ЛО.

Таким образом при активном содействии ГСУ ГУ МВД по СПБ и ЛО при помощи сотрудников ОСБ ФСБ, которые оказывают содействие Молчанову и ЛСР в попытке незаконно завладеть крупным бизнесом.

Earlier, we talked in detail about an active member of the gang - Mikhail Sadovsky. The latter is very close to the TFR and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and therefore, in the presence of iron evidence of Sadovsky's involvement in the murder of a native of Chechnya in 1995, the latter remains a witness in all cases of the gang.

Now the investigator of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia D.V. Linkov. and the “lawyers” appointed by him do not even promise an objective investigation, but simply keep silent. So, on June 2, in the temporary detention facility in Lyubertsy, during a confrontation between Andrei Drozdov (an active member of the Ne Budi gang) and Andrei Gumnikov (an active member of the Ne Budi gang), the latter filed a petition to refuse the services of “lawyer” Bobkov V.I. (Register No. 50/308). Investigator Linkov D.V. even refused to accept this petition (obliged by law!). An important detail, now Gumnikov is not given any protocols of investigative actions (carried out with his participation), so that, God forbid, he would not write in them the details of a “thorough” investigation. He signs all the protocols in the hands of the investigator! Everything happens with the participation of the "lawyer" Bobkov V.I. Which, accordingly, is silent and does not find any comments on the protocols. Lawyer Chuguryan Tatevik Sarkisovna defending A. Drozdov, not paying attention to the violations of the investigator and colleagues, was very worried about the knowledge of the Cheka-OGPU in this case. Does she have anything to worry about?

Taking into account the reinforced concrete evidence of Sadovsky's involvement in a whole series of crimes and instructions from the top leadership of the Russian Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General's Office not to involve Sadovsky as an accused, a special concept was developed to save him. Investigator Linkov D.V. stopped criminal cases of robbery, due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. True, Linkov D.V. did it. to put it mildly, not entirely legal. It is important to understand that the salvation of the “witness” Sadovsky is imperative even before the decision of the Constitutional Court.

Thanks to a series of publications by the Cheka-OGPU, the investigation was not able to lose the materials of the criminal case on the murder of a native of Chechnya committed by a "witness" Sadovsky in 1995. However, the Investigative Committee of Russia and the Prosecutor General's Office, after conferring on the sidelines, decided to reclassify the murder of a resident of Chechnya from Art. 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (murder under aggravating circumstances) at Art. 103 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (murder without aggravating circumstances). The purpose of such a “retraining” is the possibility to terminate this criminal case on the basis of the above-mentioned decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. What is the investigator Linkov D.V. without hiding shares, while smiling maliciously. Well, the TFR and the Prosecutor General's Office cannot expose their friend in crimes. Especially in especially serious ones!

However, even such meanness to the "investigation" turned out to be few. For more than two months, Gumnikov has not been given letters containing materials unequivocally indicating the bias of the investigation. After a month of keeping the correspondence, Kurbanov, an operative of SIZO-6 in Kolomna, informed Gumnikov that the letters had been sent to investigator D.V. Linkov. For checking. Linkov D.V. in the presence of operative Kurbanov, he said that he did not censor Gumnikov's correspondence and did not receive anything at all.
