To commit the murder, the members of the organized group planned to purchase firearms and ammunition for them - an SVD sniper rifle and at least 10 cartridges for it.

In order to ensure the mobility of the members of the organized group when preparing and committing the murder, its members decided to use the car in the use of the member of the organized group and the Gazel car purchased using forged documents.

-Gazzaev was supposed to transport another person No. 1 at the time of preparation and commission of a crime and follow all the instructions of the latter aimed at achieving the final criminal result, together with Simonia, personally participate in the transportation of weapons and ammunition sought for murder, together with an accomplice the crime to travel to the places of possible appearance of Ivankov in order to covertly monitor the latter and determine the place of his murder, subsequently transmitting the necessary information to the members of the organized group, and when a murder is committed - to be in close proximity to the scene of the incident, to monitor the adjacent territory and report on what is happening at the scene of Simony. After committing the murder, he was supposed to assist the members of the organized group in a safe escape from the crime scene; ...

When an organized group commits a crime, each of its members, acting in accordance with the general criminal plan and the role assigned to it, coordinated their actions with other accomplices, realizing that they are performing part of a single criminal encroachment carried out in connection with their belonging to this group, and performing certain obligations arising from the goals of her activities - the commission of the murder of Ivankov

To implement a single criminal intent aimed at the murder of Gazzayev, in the period from April 04, 2009 to July 28, 2009, unidentified persons searched for a factory-made Dragunov sniper rifle (SVD) No. 96506 of 1990, which is a combat rifled firearm , suitable for firing shots, and at least 10 suitable for firing standard 7.62 mm rifle cartridges of the 1908 model of the year for it, and in an unidentified place handed them over to the members of the organized group and other unidentified persons who personally transported, carried and stored them, according to previously reached agreements in the home, as well as in other unidentified places.

Further, no later than April 13, 2009, Simonia and Gazzayev searched in an unidentified place for a copy of a passport stolen on May 18, 2008, with the details of a non-existent person entered into it, where by an unidentified method they placed a photo of their acquaintance, who was not aware of the criminal intentions of the accomplices, and 13 On April 2009, we acquired a Gazel car by proxy, which they planned to use in the murder of Ivankov, equipping a place in the far left corner of the body for firing shots using a sniper rifle.



In the course of further preparations for the murder of Ivankov in the period up to July 28, 2009, other persons Simonia, Gazzayev, Shadania, Dzhanashia, Papava, Butba and unidentified persons, in order to establish the victim's lifestyle, places of residence and frequent stay, as well as to determine the places of the attack carried out covert surveillance of Ivankov, having found out from the results of these measures that Ivankov periodically visits the Thai Elephant restaurant.

Further, the accomplices, taking into account the specific tactical situation at the place of the planned murder, chose a section of the terrain near house No. 66 for shooting at Ivankov, where no later than July 28, 2009 they transported a Gazel car, from the back of which it was planned to shoot at Ivankov, as well as the above Dragunov sniper rifle (SVD) No. 96506 produced in 1990 and at least 10 standard 7.62 mm rifle cartridges suitable for shooting, model 1908.

For the implementation of a single criminal intent aimed at the murder of Ivankov, on July 28, 2009 at about 2.30 pm, other persons No. 2, 3, 4, 5, he and other unidentified accomplices arrived at house No. 66 with the aim of conducting covert surveillance of Ivankov and the possible commission of his subsequent murder, occupying places previously agreed by the accomplices to observe the place of the alleged murder. The actions of the accomplices at the scene were coordinated with the use of the above-mentioned mobile phones by the leader of the organized group - Simonia, who was at the scene and watched the secrecy of their actions through him using phones with subscriber numbers ....

At about 19.50 hours on July 28, 2009, Butba, being in the back of a Gazelle car parked near house No. 66, acting jointly and in coordination with other members of the organized group and realizing a criminal intent with other persons and other unidentified persons aimed at the murder of Ivankov, acting in accordance with a plan developed in advance by an organized group and the distribution of roles between its participants, realizing the social danger of their actions, anticipating the inevitability of the onset of socially dangerous consequences in the form of the violent death of the victim and wanting it to occur, through a cut-out prepared in advance with his folding knife rectangular in the left far wall of the awning of the body of the specified car, deliberately fired 1 shot from a Dragunov sniper rifle (SVD) No. 96506, produced in 1990, into the vital organs of Ivankov, leaving the building of the Thai Elephant restaurant.

Как сообщал телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ, в материалах дела организатором убийства назван «вор в законе» Илья Симония (Махо), а мотивом этого преступления указано обещанное неустановленными лицами возвращение Симонии статуса «вора в законе». Неустановленные лица для оперативников секретом не являются. По данным источников, это «законники» Мераб Джангвеладзе (Мераб Сухумский) и Тариел Ониани (Таро), которые в 2009 году вели войну с Япончиком и его приятелем «законником» Асланом Усояном (Дед Хасан). В 2009 году у Симонии не было финансовых возможностей организовать нападения на Япончика. Зато они были у Джангвеладзе. Преступление тщательно планировалось и подготавливалось участниками организованной преступной группы. Предварительно устанавливались образ жизни Иванькова, места его проживания и частого пребывания. За потерпевшим осуществлялось скрытое наблюдение, выбирались способ и место нападения, подбирались соответствующие оружие, транспорт, средства связи, заранее определялись способы и маршруты отхода с места преступления.

Для совершения убийства участники организованной группы планировали приобрести огнестрельное оружие и боеприпасы к нему – снайперскую винтовку «СВД» и не менее 10 патронов к ней.

В целях обеспечения мобильности членов организованной группы при подготовке и совершении убийства ее участниками было решено использовать находящийся в пользовании участника организованной группы автомобиль и приобретённый с использованием подложных документов автомобиль «Газель».

Для осуществления связи между членами организованной группы, как при подготовке, так и при совершении убийства, ее участниками были приобретены и использовались конспиративные мобильные телефоны с номерами…..

В целях конспирации при подготовке и после совершения преступления участники организованной группы меняли абонентские номера мобильных телефонов.

В соответствии с совместно разработанным и согласованным планом преступления, а также распределёнными ролями:

-Симония, помимо организации совершения преступления в интересах неустановленных лиц за неустановленное вознаграждение, финансировало деятельность организованной группы, должно было принять меры к приисканию оружия и боеприпасов для совершения преступления и его хранению, принять меры к приисканию лиц, готовых совершить убийство, обеспечить членов организованной группы жилищем для временного проживания, для обеспечения мобильности членов организованной группы и непосредственного совершения преступления совместно с ним (Газзаевым К.А.) приискать автотранспорт и средства связи, совместно с другими соучастниками осуществлять выезды к местам возможного появления Иванькова с целью скрытого наблюдения за последним и определения места совершения его убийства, организовать транспортировку оружия и боеприпасов к месту планируемого убийства, а при совершении преступления – лично координировать действия членов организованной группы на месте совершения преступления, наблюдать за окружающей обстановкой, и в случае необходимости оказывать им помощь в безопасном отходе с места преступления;

-Газзаев должен был осуществлять транспортировку другого лица № 1 в момент подготовки и совершения преступления и выполнять все указания последнего, направленные на достижение конечного преступного результата, совместно с Симония лично участвовать в перевозке приисканного для совершения убийства оружия и боеприпасов, совместно с соучастниками преступления выезжать к местам возможного появления Иванькова с целью скрытого наблюдения за последним и определения места совершения его убийства, передавая в последующем участникам организованной группы необходимые для этого сведения, а при совершении убийства – находиться в непосредственной близости к месту происшествия, осуществлять наблюдение за прилегающей территорией и докладывать о происходящем на месте происшествия Симония. После совершения убийства он должен был оказывать помощь участникам организованной группы в безопасном отходе с места преступления;…

При совершении организованной группой преступления каждый ее участник, действуя в соответствии с общим преступным планом и отведенной ему ролью, согласовывал свои действия с другими соучастниками, осознавая, что выполняет часть единого преступного посягательства, осуществляемого в связи с его принадлежностью к данной группе, и исполняет определенные обязанности, вытекающие из целей ее деятельности – совершения убийства Иванькова

Для реализации единого преступного умысла, направленного на убийство Газзаев, в период времени с 04 апреля 2009 г. по 28 июля 2009 г. неустановленные лица приискали изготовленную заводским способом, снайперскую винтовку Драгунова (СВД) № 96506 1990 года выпуска, являющуюся боевым нарезным огнестрельным оружием, пригодным для производства выстрелов, и не менее 10 пригодных для стрельбы стандартных 7,62 мм винтовочных патронов образца 1908 года к ней, и в неустановленном месте передали их участникам организованной группы и иным неустановленным лицам, которые лично перевозили, переносили их и хранили, согласно ранее достигнутым договорённостям в жилище, а также в иных неустановленных местах.

Далее, не позднее 13 апреля 2009 г. Симония и Газзаев приискали в неустановленном месте копию похищенного 18 мая 2008 г. паспорта, с внесенными в него данными несуществующего лица, куда неустановленным способом поместили фотографию их знакомой, не осведомлённой о преступных намерениях соучастников, и 13 апреля 2009 г. приобрели по доверенности автомобиль «Газель», который планировали использовать при совершении убийства Иванькова оборудовав в левом дальнем углу кузова место для производства выстрелов с использованием снайперской винтовки.

В ходе дальнейшей подготовки к совершению убийства Иванькова в период до 28 июля 2009 г. другие лица Симония, Газзаев, Шадания, Джанашия, Папава, Бутба и неустановленные лица, с целью установления образа жизни потерпевшего, мест его жительства и частого пребывания, а также определения места нападения осуществляли скрытое наблюдение за Иваньковым, выяснив по результатам указанных мероприятий, что Иваньков периодически посещает ресторан «Тайский слон».

Далее соучастники с учётом конкретной тактической обстановки на месте планируемого убийства, выбрали для стрельбы в Иванькова участок местности вблизи дома № 66, куда не позднее 28 июля 2009 г. транспортировали автомобиль «Газель», из кузова которого планировалось совершить выстрел в Иванькова, а также вышеуказанную снайперскую винтовку Драгунова (СВД) № 96506 1990 года выпуска и не менее 10 пригодных для стрельбы стандартных 7,62 мм винтовочных патронов образца 1908 года.

Для реализации единого преступного умысла, направленного на убийство Иванькова, 28 июля 2009 г. около 14 часов 30 минут другие лица № № 2, 3, 4, 5, он и иные неустановленные соучастники прибыли к дому № 66 с целью проведения скрытого наблюдения за Иваньковым и возможного совершения его последующего убийства, заняв заранее оговорённые соучастниками места для наблюдения за местом предполагаемого убийства. Действия соучастников на месте происшествия координировались с использованием вышеуказанных мобильных телефонов руководителем организованной группы – Симония, находившимся на месте происшествия и наблюдавшим за скрытностью их действий, через него с использованием телефонов с абонентскими номерами ….

Примерно в 19 час 50 минут 28 июля 2009 г. Бутба, находясь в кузове припаркованного вблизи дома № 66 автомобиля «Газель», действуя совместно и согласованно с другими членами организованной группы и реализуя единый с другими лицами и иными неустановленными лицами преступный умысел, направленный на убийство Иванькова, действуя в соответствии с заранее разработанным организованной группой планом и распределением ролей между её участниками, осознавая общественную опасность своих действий, предвидя неизбежность наступления общественно опасных последствий в виде насильственной смерти потерпевшего и желая её наступления, через заранее подготовленный имеющимся при нем складным ножом вырез прямоугольной формы в левой дальней стенке тента кузова указанного автомобиля, умышленно произвёл из снайперской винтовки Драгунова (СВД) № 96506 1990 года выпуска 1 выстрел в жизненно важные органы Иванькова, выходящего из здания ресторана «Тайский слон»».

But only the names of Shvagirev are not in the links. He's probably so classified? Or was it easier to come to an agreement with him on "left-wing" cooperation schemes? In general, Vice-Governor Alekseenko's fuss with this pro was considerable, including the search for strictly classified left-wing finances to pay for the price set by a freelance Muscovite (or he worked for free: “for an idea?”). And all this with zero result, in the end. No, well, of course, there were suspicious employees. But who and how leaked the "Strategy" polygraph examiner Shvagirev did not find it.

This story with the polygraph had an unexpected consequence. If before the polygraph tests, bloggers had only a photocopy of the "Election Strategy" in their hands. В команде Вениамина Кондратьева искали «стукачей и идеологических диверсантов»



Ручейки поступающий в Rucriminal.info информации о деятельности бывшего первого вице-губернатора Краснодарского края, а ныне мэра кубанской столицы Андрея Алексеенко, превращаются в полноводный поток. Порой, кстати, весьма нестандартный. Как выясняется, с подачи Андрея Анатольевича в 2019-м все без исключения сотрудники краевой администрации были усажены за полиграф. Проверяли чиновников не на предмет возможной коррупции, а на предмет беззаветной преданности губернатору Кондратьеву.

2020-й год для Краснодарского края знаковый – год выборов губернатора. И именно накануне выборов краевых чиновников массово проверяли на предмет… выявления «врагов». Или, если уж совсем проще, краевому руководству очень хотелось знать, кто в администрации является «двойными агентами», сливающими на сторону информацию о деятельности ближайшего окружения губернатора по «заботе о народе и решению важнейших социально-экономических проблем». Ну или проще: нет ли в стройных кубанских чиновничьих рядах стукачей и прочих идеологических диверсантов.

Вообще-то, на первый взгляд сам посыл выглядел странновато. Если основная и единственная работа всей администрации края состоит в том, чтобы заботиться о народном процветании, то какие секреты может содержать этот увлекательный процесс? В чем военная тайна? В чем региональная скрытость и пелена? Зачем маскировка и напускание туману в деле реализации дальновидных планов?

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, нанятому столичному специалисту - полиграфологу была поставлена совершенно иная задача. Просто весной выборного года у краевого руководства случился реальный повод для масштабной паники. В распоряжение интернет-блогеров попал уникальный документ, - «Стратегия организации и проведения предвыборной кампании губернатора Краснодарского края. 2020 год». Где на всех 148 страницах про то, что сия высоконаучная разработка сделана исключительно для одного кандидата - В. И. Кондратьева.

С указанием конкретных фамилий, отвечающих за то или иное направление, с подробнейшим перечнем мероприятий, призванных переориентировать мозги кубанских избирателей на всеобъемлющую любовь к одному кандидату, прописанному на титульном листе. То есть, к Кондратьеву В.И. Из документа следовало, что, во-первых, к работе по неизбежному избранию Кондратьева будут привлечены десятки сотрудников краевой администрации, весь руководящий состав администраций муниципальных, региональное руководство «Единой России», депутаты ЗСК и даже… члены крайизбиркома. Что позднее, во время самой избирательной кампании, с успехом и было проделано.

В общем, этот документ, если рассматривать его с позиции российских законов, «тянет» на немалое количество статей административного и уголовного кодексов РФ. И понятно, что обнародование блогерами всего-то пары пунктов «Стратегии» вызвал такую панику на Красной, 35, что аж полиграф из Москвы приперли, чтобы выяснить: кто же информацию «слил», и заодно проверить: сколько еще десятков членов «сплоченной губернаторской команды» готовы проделать нечто некондратьевское. Чтобы в дальнейшем можно было избежать скандалов. По предварительным прикидкам, все запланированное в «Стратегии» тянуло миллиардов на 5-7. То есть, по сути, речь идет о мошенничестве в сильно особо крупных размерах. И понятно, что такие дела делаются на Кубани в тайне. Посвященных единицы – особо доверенные. И тут такой слив!

Вообще-то, когда тайное становиться явным, зачем палить миллионы на сокрытие уже открытой тайны. Но сама это лже-детекторная процедура, была более похожа на шоу, организованное с единственной целью: понравиться начальнику. Мол, смотрите, Вениамин Иванович, как беспокоимся, как делаем все возможное, что бы никогда впредь! То есть, если уж, по-простому то речь должна вестись об обычных хотя и очень дорогих, чиновничьих понтах. И вот тут вопрос: а кто в администрации края был чемпионом по понтам? Кто любил, надувать щеки, и вечно изображать, что уж он-то знает куда больше других? Кто является на Кубани мастером образности? И главное, кто более других влиял на губернатора и пользовался его бесконечным доверием? Тогдашний первый-вице – Андрей Алексеенко, ныне краснодарский мэр.

Слив «Стратегии» - оказался шикарным поводом для новых понтов. Похоже, что именно Алексеенко подарок в виде столичного полиграфолога своему шефу подкатил.

Кто же тогда попал под проверку? Ряд департаментов, которые находятся под вице-губернаторами (то есть, все те, кто имел доступ к этому «грифу «Особо секретно»). Проверяли подчиненных вице-губернаторов Андрея Алексеенко, Сергея Пуликовского и Анны Миньковой.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, наемник-полиграфолог подводил трепещущих собеседников под три основных вопроса. 1. Не было ли у вас прямого доступа к «Стратегии»? 2. Не вы ли случайно или нарочно поделились своими тайными знаниями о планах-2020 с врагами? 3. Не знаете ли вы кого-то среди коллег, кто бы мог эту особую секретность на сторону продать?

Заметим, что сама процедура проверки на полиграфе не дешевая и довольно продолжительная.

На человеке (хотя в данном случае не на человеке, а на чиновнике) крепят датчики верхнего и нижнего дыхания, на указательный и безымянный палец - КГР – датчик кожно-гальванических реакций, на предплечье датчик артериального давления, еще на один палец – датчик ФПГ - фотоплитизмограммы, оценивающий светопропускную способность эритроцитов (когда брешешь, она меняется), на голову - датчик психологической составляющей, на шею – микрофон, под, простите, задницу – датчик тремора, ставится и видеокамера. Вначале предтестовое собеседование, ну, а потом… поехали, начинаем чиновничье аутодафе! Аутодафе - это такой миленький средневековый допрос подозреваемых в ереси, перед отправкой подозреваемый на костер.



Что нам не точно удалось выяснить, так это какой полиграф использовали: «Барьер 14», который применяется в МВД? Или «Крисс», который используется в спецподразделениях и ФСБ?

Собеседование с чиновниками, на которых закреплялись датчики, зачастую занимало время куда более часа. И хотя, обычный прайс (если, скажем, тех же полиграфологов нанимают проверить девчонок-продавцов из-какой-то парфюмерной лавки, чтобы узнать, кто тырит пудру) стоит порядка 3 тысяч рублей, то очевидно, что в случае с проверкой в администрации края ценник был иным. Оно и понятно. Надбавка за конфиденциальность.

Вообще-то, как говорят сами специалисты, полиграф дает достоверный результат лишь в 70% случаев. Обмануть детектор могут подготовленные разведчики, профессиональные артисты, запойные алкоголики и люди с особенностями мозга. То есть, простите, дебилы. Есть еще и ряд способов, которые можно натренировать, в том числе, и за достаточно непродолжительное время. Отвлекаться особо не будем, но желающие могут, например, набрать в поисковиках «аптайм» и почитать. За недельку-другую можно насобачиться полиграф чуть путать.



И что же в итоге приглашенный столичный полиграфолог выявил? Да ничего! Только зря чиновничий народ, обвешанный проводками, потел. Но вот какой отсюда напрашивался вывод? Это значит в администрации Краснодарского края все чиновники сплошь разведчики, артисты или случайно избежавшие помещения в специальные лечебницы пациенты?

Было интересно за чей счет банкет? Просмотр бюджета края на 2020-й не выявил упоминания о финансировании работ специалистов-полиграфологов. Обращение к сайту торгов по краевой администрации, дало было надежду. Что-то похожее в самом конце декабря 2019-го: торги по госконтракту № 01000437.195 на оказание услуг по обеспечению безопасности руководителя высшего исполнительного органа государственной власти Краснодарского края. На 7 785 296 рублей. Контракт сам по себе интересный, но слова «Полиграф» не содержащий» «Администрация Краснодарского края, именуемая в дальнейшем «Заказчик», в лице первого заместителя управляющего делами администрации Краснодарского края, действующего на основании распоряжения…» В общем, стандартная бумага. Ни слова об оплате полиграфа.

Если все это «торжество кубанской демократии» было организовано по субподряду, то есть, платили те, кто уже выигрывал торги на какие-то услуги администрации, то полиграф – это явно нецелевое использование бюджетных денег. То есть, ст. 285.1 УК РФ… «Расходование бюджетных средств должностным лицом получателя бюджетных средств на цели, не соответствующие условиям их получения…» В общем, до 2 лет, если очень о крупном размере, а если совершенное группой лиц в особо крупном размере, то до 5 лет лишения свободы.

Впрочем, эта самая группа лиц, - организаторы полиграф-шоу о таких последствиях было осведомлены. Поэтому, возможен был и другой вариант оплаты – с «боковичка». Либо какого-то из дружественных бизнесменов напрягли, либо, учитывая важность выявления внутренних диверсантов, возможно, и сами заказчики- высшие краевые чиновники - полиграфологу заплатили. Но в первом случае это ст. 200.4 того же Уголовного кодекса. «Злоупотребления в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных или муниципальных нужд». Если в группе, да по предварительному сговору тоже до 5 лет лишения свободы. Ну, а если руководители краевой администрации сами оплатили? Даже думать об этом не хочется. Откуда у них миллионы на оплату полиграфолога? Они же за народ денно и нощно. Не жалеют себя за «чистую зарплату»… Но если, все-же кто-то их своего кармана вынул, тут сразу с десяток коррупционных статей может получиться, при ответе на вопрос: «Гроши откуда?»

Все оргвопросы решал департамент внутренней политики и их на тот момент шеф Алексеенко. Именно они наняли Сергея Сергеевича Швагирева, лысоватого молодого человека, который на сайте professionali.ru обозначен как полиграфолог-фрилансер. Несколько необычно выглядит сам факт приглашение фрилансера, то есть, человека на вольных хлебах, а не представителя серьезных авторитетных фирм. Ведь достаточно набрать в любом поисковике «лучшие полиграфологи страны» и высыпаются ссылки (хотя их будет и не так много, все же классный полиграфолог – это штучный товар). Но вот только фамилии Швагирев, в ссылках нет. Он, наверное, такой засекреченный? Или с ним проще оказалось договориться на «левые» схемы сотрудничества? В общем, суета вице-губера Алексеенко с этим профи, была немалой, включая, поиски строго засекреченных левых финансов для оплаты выставленного москвичем-фрилансером прайса (или он бесплатно отработал: «за идею?»). И все это с нулевым результатом, в итоге. Нет, ну понятно, подозрительные сотрудники были. Но вот кто и как слил «Стратегию» полиграфолог Швагирев так и не обнаружил.

Вывод, получается нехороший. Это выходит, что вся краевая администрация так научилась врать по любому поводу и по десяткам раз в день, что в этом море лжи конкретную ложь про слив «Стратегии», выявить и шансов не было?

И еще об одном аспекте проведение данной процедуры хотелось бы сказать. О том, что руководство края в шутку называет себя «сбитой, крепкой, административной командой». То есть, шесть лет неустанной заботы о повышение ее сбитости и увеличении ее же крепкости привели к тому, что под подозрение

попали все? Офигительный административный успех! Просто апофеоз эффективности кадровой политики!

Самое любопытное, что после того, как московский полиграфолог отчалил (то ли деньги в этом странном «губернаторском фонде» закончились, то ли поняли, что «враг» затаился так, что машинкой с датчиками на резинках и липучках его не определить) поиски недругов были продолжены на привычном уровне.

По распоряжению Алексеенко на верхнем этаже краевой администрации края расположилась временная «допросная» (хотя, понятно, что так этот хитрый кабинетик не называют), куда для «дружеского собеседования» с целым начальником отдела по защите государственной тайны администрации края Станиславом Воблым вызывали сотрудников, которые хотя бы потенциально могли краем глаза увидеть «Великую стратегию выборов 2020». Но и тут обнаружения врагов не случилось.

…То, что начальство, любит вынимать правду из подчиненных, - это на Руси исстари. Еще во времена Ивана Грозного, сколько бы на допросах подозреваемые не клялись и божились, получить достоверный результат помогали исключительно сыромятный кнут и дыба. «А буде с первых пыток не винятся, и их спустя неделю времени пытают вдругорядь и вътретьие, и жгут огнем, свяжут руки и ноги, и вложат меж рук и меж ног бревно, и подымут на огнь, и иным розжегши железные клещи накрасно, ломают ребра»… Просвещенные европейцы, у которых по части пыток было куда более яркое многообразие, отмечали, что одним лишь кнутом и дыбой русские добиваются таких результатов, что куда более упакованным по части оборудования европейским дознавателям оставалось только завидовать.

О том, что эти славные времена ушли в прошлое, в общем-то, практически никто не жалеет. Из нормальных граждан. Но если ты современный чиновник? Могучий краевой руководитель Алексеенко? Ведь так хочется знать, кто-что из подчиненного чиновничества вредоносного замышляет? И какими способами эффективнее выводить на чистую воду социально-экономическую порчу? Как выяснить, где враги роют ямы и устанавливают капканы на пути регионального прогресса? С кем делятся измышлениями и чем конкретно подпиливают стабильность? Вот скажите, как все это определить? Да кто ж повиниться без дыбы-то?

Но вот чтобы хотелось сказать всем этим любителям видеть страх в глазах сотен подозреваемых чиновников сидящих на полиграфе. В англо-американской правовой системе существует специальная категория privacy, означающая право на тайну и неприкосновенность частной жизни. А тестирование на полиграфе это есть прямое вмешательство. И там, у них, считается, что такое вмешательство оправдано, к примеру, при расследовании тяжких криминальных преступлений: убийств, терактов. Если вас оклеветали, - проверка на детекторе лжи – способ доказать вашу невиновность. Но в остальных случаях принуждение к тестированию определяют, как оскорбление человека. А ну да, там же речь об оскорблении человека. А не чиновника…

У этой истории с полиграфом, оказалось неожидаемое последствие. Если до полиграф-испытаний в руках блогеров была все лишь ксерокопия «Стратегии избрания». То после полиграфа враги передали и оригинальный файл этого любопытнейшего документа. Цветастенько так все было оформлено. Не на один год уголовной отсидки.

С интересом теперь ждем очередных понтов от Алексеенко, уже в качестве мэра Краснодара. Впрочем, тут можно и ошибиться в ожиданиях. Нынешний слив информации о нем, это как слегка усилившиеся журчание ручейка, но не исключено, что случиться выброс компры не такого веселого содержания. Не ручеек, а сель, смерч, цунами.

I will not say that I approve of his choice, but this is his life and no one has the right to stigmatize for it. Alexey said that he met Andrey Kurpatov in December 2019. Alexey was employed as an assistant, but soon found himself drawn into a personal relationship by Kurpatov. His gullibility, openness and naivety played a cruel joke with him. Aleksey drove the purchased car for one year and one month, serviced, insured, repaired, but at the whim of the offended and vengeful Kurpatov, he turned out to be accused in a criminal case. Kurpatov's false testimony and the legality of my son's actions are confirmed, among other things, by correspondence in Vatsapp between my son and Kurpatov, presented in the media and in court. There are a huge number of witnesses who knew about the connection with Kurpatov and saw when and what gifts they made to each other. Alexey was sure of Kurpatov's sincerity. The worst thing in this situation is that my son turned out to be a pawn in the hands of a hardened manipulator.



In 2020, Kurpatov wrote a will about the company LLC "AVK", registered in the Seychelles, with assets in the amount of $ 4,000,000. Не просто Вова, а Филиппов Владимир Эдуардовича. Именно он являлся в 2008 -2012 годах — начальником Управления Департамента семейной и молодежной политики города Москвы. С 17 апреля 2013 года назначен и.о. Департамента семейной и молодежной политики города Москвы. С 2013-го по 2018 год — заместитель руководителя Департамента культуры города Москвы. С 23 октября 2018 года назначен заместителем руководителя Департамента труда и социальной защиты населения города Москвы. Вот такая молодежная и семейная политика России от голубого Лобби.

Алексей Иевский с отцом




За что посадили Иевского? Об этом он сам подробно рассказал на суде, когда его отправляли под арест по сфабрикованному делу. Rucriminal.info публикует выдержки из его рассказа:

"Сначала я был помощником Андрея Курпатова. После у нас начались уже с ним любовные отношения. Я занимался теми вопросами, которые поступали от ближайшего окружения Андрея…”. Сейчас 25-летнему Алексею Иевскому вменяют крупное мошенничество с деньгами и активами именитого доктора Андрея Курпатова. 6 октября 2021 года Иевскому предъявлено обвинение в том, что с 03.09.2020 по 28.09.2021, действуя из корыстных побуждений, путем обмана, под предлогом приобретения в собственность Курпатову автомобиля "Porsche Cayenne Coupe", заведомо осознавая, что ТС в собственность Курпатову оформлено не будет, похитил со счета потерпевшего 9 342 000 рублей.

Иевский вину не признает. Все эти веди Курпатов подарил любовнику, когда они были в отношениях. Потом Иевский бросил Курпатова из-за измен, тот пытался его вернуть, это не получилось и доктор обозлился. Он потребовал подарки назад, а следом решил отправить Иевского в тюрьму. Правоохранительный «стол заказов» отказать доктор не смог.

В судебном заседании сторона защиты просила избрать домашний арест. Иевский порекомендовал потерпевшему прочитать его же (потерпевшего) книгу "Как пережить развод", сообщив, что зла не держит, но бороться за правду будет. Судом был допрошен свидетель, пояснивший, что Алексей очень хороший человек, всегда готов помочь, занимается спортом, следит за здоровьем, находится в прекрасной физической форме, что по нему видно. Любит театр. «Это его самое яркое пристрастие», - сказал свидетель. "А в декабре Иевский хотел пойти в театр, купил билет, то есть скрываться не планировал. Мы видим Алексея, этот человек не может никому навредить", - дополнил адвокат. В ходе судебного заседания мы узнали, что помимо игры на рояле, Иевский любит путешествовать. Его любимая страна - Греция, за 2021 год он там был 7-8 раз. Учится Иевский в двух ВУЗах. Была представлена зачетная книжка. "Почти отличник", - прокомментировал суд. Суд оставил постановление районного суда без изменений. Иевский останется в СИЗО по 28.11.2021. После задержания Иевский попросил следователя разрешить ему сыграть на рояле. «Меня зовут Константин Иевский. Мое имя вся страна узнала в связи с тем, что Андрей Курпатов совершил заведомо ложный донос, обвинив моего сына, Алексея Иевского, в совершении преступления, которого не было, и которого мой сын не совершал. Мой сын уже два месяца находится в СИЗО-1 по г. Санкт-Петербургу, за предъявленное обвинение моему сыну может грозить до 10 лет лишения свободы - цифра соизмеримая со сроком за жестокое убийство. Я хочу обратиться к СМИ, журналистам, блогерам, к генеральному прокурору России Игорю Викторовичу Краснову, председателю Следственного комитета Российской Федерации Александру Ивановичу Бастрыкину, с просьбой спасти моего сына от того беспредела, который организовал влиятельный и богатый Курпатов. Сейчас на мою сторону встали обычные граждане, которые сами или их дети могут оказаться заложником человека с властью и связями, обладающего неограниченными финансовыми ресурсами, обличенного властью и связями. Я, моя семья, мой сын Алексей, оказались заложниками системы и Андрея Курпатова, который из мести оговорил моего сына, продолжает давить ложными показаниями и «ресурсами» на следствие, в результате чего Алексей находится в следственном изоляторе до настоящего времени. Да, я не хотел озвучивать сведения о нетрадиционной ориентации сына, не пропагандирую гомосексуализм и никого не призываю ни к чему, но данный аспект является ключевым в деле, которое сфабриковано против моего сына, мне не оставили выбора. Только так, сказав правду, ничего не утаивая, я надеюсь донести до тех, кто расследует дело, до тех, кто судит, ложь Курпатова, оговор, учиненный им же из мести, и доказать невиновность моего сына. Про отношения сына я узнал, когда Алексей оказался в СИЗО, и мне позвонил его адвокат. Мне, как отцу, важнее, что мой ребенок - не вор, и незаконно удерживается в сизо, чем его предпочтения. Не скажу, что одобряю его выбор, но это его жизнь и клеймить за это никто не имеет права. Алексей рассказал, что познакомился с Андреем Курпатовым в декабре 2019 года. Алексей был трудоустроен помощником, но вскоре оказался втянут Курпатовым в личные отношения. Его доверчивость, открытость и наивность сыграли с ним злую шутку. Полтора года спустя Андрей Курпатов, на тот момент деловой партнёр и сожитель Алексея (исходя из переписки, заверенной нотариусом), намеренно оклеветал моего сына, обратившись в правоохранительные органы с ложной информацией о якобы совершенном хищении денег при покупке автомобиля. Тот факт, что за приобретаемый автомобиль, Алексей произвел оплату со своей личной карты, следствие не интересует, да и вообще их мало что интересует. Алексей стал узником системы, перед ним встал выбор: либо по ложному доносу и под давлением следователей подписать ложные показания о совершении преступления, которого не было, согласившись с обвинением в полном объеме (в этом случае ему грозит до 10 лет лишения свободы), либо озвучить реальную историю его взаимоотношений с Андреем Курпатовым и его ориентацию.

За последние два месяца наша семья подверглась тяжелейшим испытаниям, мой сын незаконно задержан. В квартиру, где Алексей временно проживал, ворвались сотрудники полиции, срезав дверь болгаркой. С участием Николая Плохова - действующего в органах МВД на основании нотариальной доверенности от имени Курпатова, начальника его службы безопасности, проведен незаконный обыск, изъяты личные вещи Алексея и техника. После того, как моего сына увезли в следственное управление, началось давление со стороны начальника следственного отделения Оконова С.А., в том числе, в период конвоирования моего сына из СИЗО-1 в Следственное управление Центрального района 16 ноября 2021 года. В качестве альтернативы содержания под стражей, моему сыну предлагалось протокольно обещать подарить Курпатову имущество по списку, который составил Курпатов, в противном случае нам сообщили, что будут возбуждаться новые уголовные дела, вновь и вновь допрашивая Курпатова. Именно этот вариант и приводит в исполнение следствие Центрального района.

Дальше были судебные заседания, заключение под стражу, продление срока стражи, на основании ложных показаний Курпатова. До настоящего времени Алексей под стражей, ключевой фактор - ложь, связи и деньги Курпатова. Алексей обвиняется в совершении хищение денежных средств Курпатова А. с его расчетного счета на покупку автомобиля Porshe, следствие не желает слышать и видеть то, что машину мой сын оплатил со своей личной именной карты, с его личной банковской карты списаны денежные средства в размере всей стоимости автомобиля, карта никогда не принадлежала Курпатову. Курпатов против покупки автомобиля для Алексея не возражал, наоборот, соглашался и поддерживал его. Алексей управлял купленным автомобилем один год и один месяц, обслуживал, страховал, ремонтировал, но по прихоти обиженного и мстительного Курпатова, оказался обвиняемым по уголовному делу. Ложные показания Курпатова и законность действий моего сына подтверждаются, в том числе, перепиской в Ватсапп между моим сыном и Курпатовым, представленной в СМИ и в суд. Есть огромное количество свидетелей, которые знали о связи с Курпатовым и видели, когда и какие подарки они делали друг другу. Алексей был уверен в искренности Курпатова. Самое страшное в этой ситуации, что мой сын оказался пешкой в руках прожженного манипулятора.

В 2020 году Курпатов написал завещание о фирме LLC "AVK", зарегистрированной на Сейшелах, с активами на сумму 4000000 долларов США. В случае смерти Курпатова, Алексей должен был стать бенефициаром этой фирмы. Алексей ему говорил в переписках, что не имеет права претендовать на то, что было заработано до начала их совместной жизни. Сейчас, я думаю, Курпатовым это завещание аннулировано. Но не аннулировано завещание моего сына в пользу Курпатова Андрея! В декабре 2020 года Курпатов вынудил Алексея подписать завещание, в котором указано, что в случае смерти моего сына, которому 25 лет, все его движимое, недвижимое и иное имущество переходит Курпатову. Теперь я знаю, что предшествовало подписанию завещания. Курпатов и некий врач Геннадий Аверьянов пичкали моего сына антидепрессантами, убеждая его в том, что ему это жизненно необходимо, под действием этих препаратов и манипуляций Алексей составил свое завещание! В нем есть страшная формулировка "В случае моей, Иевского Алексея, смерти все движимое и недвижимое имущество отходит А.В. Курпатову".

Я боюсь за своего сына, в нынешней ситуации, когда его смерть становится выгодной на законных основаниях для «наследника» по завещанию. Курпатов, думаю, способен не только оговорить неугодного, но и физически расправиться с ним. Глядя на то, как ситуация разворачивается сейчас, я точно могу сказать, что доверие и репутация не стоят ничего, не ценится и жизнь человека, если преследуются цели власть имущих и платежеспособных. Но, чтобы не произошло, я буду бороться за своего ребенка, я не позволю сомнительному лекарю испортить судьбу моего сына! Я воспитывал сына с раннего детства сам. Я ходил с Алексеем по больницам, водил его в школу, на кружки и секции, я не спал ночами и работал, чтобы мой ребенок не нуждался ни в чем. Он вырос человеком разносторонним - знает три языка, играет на фортепиано, прекрасно образован и начитан. Я вложил в него все, что мог. И сегодня для меня, как бы это ни было досадно - его ориентация не имеет значения. Более того, она не имеет никакого отношения и к той вендетте, которая разыгрывается сейчас при помощи связей и денег Андрея Курпатова. В телефонном разговоре 20 ноября 2021 года, Курпатов сказал, что "для Леши все станет только хуже, если ситуация будет предана огласке", но хуже не может быть, если тебя делают вором, обвиняют в том чего не совершал и ставят под угрозу жизнь и свободу.

Я боюсь даже писать эту строчку, но моему сыну грозит смертельная опасность. В данный момент следователь Оконов С.А. не разрешает моему сыну свиданий со мной, не дает ему разрешений на телефонные звонки, он полностью изолирован, на просьбы предоставить право на встречу с нотариусом, Оконов отвечает отказом. Я прошу прекратить беззаконие, и тот водевиль который устраивает обиженный и брошенный Курпатов из мести моему сыну. Под удар поставлена жизнь моего сына и всей семьи. О репутации я молчу, с ней мы попрощались с первых дней конфликта. Алексей совершил ошибку, доверившись Курпатову, но я надеюсь, что судебная система окажется непредвзятой, не будет прислушиваться ко лжи известного и богатого психолога. ….

Я прошу председателя Следственного комитета Российской Федерации - Александра Ивановича Бастрыкина и генерального прокурора России - Игоря Викторовича Краснова, взять на личный контроль расследование уголовного дела №12101400013002912 в СУ УМВД России по Центральному району города Санкт-Петербурга, так как все доказательства, начиная с заявления Курпатова, ложные и созданы по указке Курпатова. Я не верю и не хочу верить, что наши правоохранительные органы настолько беспринципны, чтобы действовать по указке шоумена-психолога. В ситуации, где мы оказались заложниками связей и денежного превосходства, я имею право на любые аргументы и огласку любых фактов, соответствующих действительности, от этого зависит жизнь моего сына и его свобода. Раз уж моя семья оказалась пешкой в игре властных структур, обращаю внимание на абсурдность нашей действительности: уголовное дело о "мошенничестве с хищением денежных средств", которого не было, создано руками людей, далеких от принципов. Курпатов, то ли шоумен, то ли гуру, то ли антинаучный пропагандист, оказывается мелочным манипулятором, монетизирует доверчивость граждан в своих книгах, лекциях и курсах.

Доктор без докторской степени 20 лет учит всю страну жить и решать проблемы, при этом единственным решением видит силу, давление на моих родных и злоупотребление законами России. Страшно, что человека такого морального облика и склонностей поставили на постамент. Рядом с Курпатовым огромное количество неокрепших умов, молодежь приходит работать и учиться, и кто знает, кого выберет следующей жертвой известный "психолог". Парадокс в том, что любой бездарный, но имеющий связи, может под личиной интеллигентного человека, большого умницы и популяризатора психологии, плотно сидеть на игле манипуляций общественным сознанием и проедать бюджетные деньги. Я не хочу верить, что в моей стране суды действуют по указке не Фемиды, а денег. Под удар поставлена не только судьба моего сына, но и любого человека, заключившего договор купли-продажи, оплатившего покупку со своей личной именной карты и приобретшего автомобиль.

Не пресекая возбуждение таких «заказных» дел, существует угроза появления судебной практики, а затем привлечения любого неугодного, на которого найдется свой «Курпатов» со словами: «Автомобиль впоследствии должен был быть переоформлен на меня», не отрицая законности покупки автомобиля Алексеем Иевским, именно так говорил Курпатов, обращаясь в Невский районный суд за месяц до того, как обратился с заявлением в правоохранительные органы. Я прошу помочь моему сыну всех неравнодушных, я прошу законности и справедливости, честности со стороны тех, кто имеет отношение к этому уголовному делу. Выражаю благодарность тем, кто меня поддерживает, мне поступают многочисленные звонками со словами поддержки, мне пишут незнакомые люди, которые не смогли остаться равнодушными, у которых тоже дети и они верят в справедливость. Отдельно я хочу сказать, что я не супергерой и не супер отец, как стали называть меня в интернете. Я человек, который оказался в чудовищной ситуации, где с одной стороны жизнь и свобода сына, а с другой стороны коррупция и связи Курпатова. Как говорил Бодров: "В чем сила брат? В правде!" Я надеюсь, что именно так и будет.

The scheme of land theft is as follows.

In 2017-2019, Moskovia-Yug LLC, Camelot LLC, Sergey Andreevich Orlov, Sergey Vladimirovich Zubrin, Stanislav Alexandrovich Donskoy, Vyacheslav Viktorovich Krasnonos, Sergei Nikolaevich Bushev, Konstantin Sergeevich Volkov, Viktor Vasilievich Volodin, Valentina Nikolaevna Artamonova (hereinafter - Buyers) conclude preliminary agreements with shareholders of no longer existing collective farms (hereinafter referred to as the Sellers) on the sale of land shares to them. After the conclusion of preliminary contracts, the Purchasers conclude contracts with cadastral engineers (including from LLC "BION" INN 5003101408) for carrying out a land survey. At the same time, Orlov S.A. is a cadastral engineer and at the same time the founder of LLC "BION", and is also one of the Acquirers and the founder of one of the Acquirers - LLC "Moskovia-Yug".

Cadastral engineers, by order of the Purchasers, carry out land surveying on lands of undifferentiated state ownership, measuring about 2-2.5 hectares for each share of a land plot and preparing conclusions for each of the plots. The overwhelming majority of these sites are located outside the boundaries of the territory of the former collective farms. Upon the expiration of the terms of the preliminary agreements, the Acquirers send to the Vidnovsky City Court of the Moscow Region statements of claim for the recognition of their ownership rights to land plots, the description of the boundaries of which is contained in the conclusions of cadastral engineers.

Representatives of the LGO Administration (an interested person) do not appear at the court session, they do not submit written responses or objections. Cases are considered without the participation of a prosecutor. Rosleskhoz, Rosimushchestvo are not involved in the affairs as interested parties.

In all cases, the court makes the same decision - to satisfy the claims of the Purchasers in full. Municipal land becomes the property of the participants in the scheme.
