Chairman of the Samara Regional Court Vadim Kudinov and his connection with the organized crime group.
The love of the chairman of the Samara Regional Court for money has already become the talk of the town. Making certain decisions in favor of some people, of course not for free, and interpreting the law as convenient for the customer, Vadim Kudinov shovels away corrupt banknotes, registering property in the name of his ex-wife’s relatives.
And it seems like the STOP sign should work someday, but it’s not enough for him, so much so that, on his order, they tried to deprive the judges of the Samara region of the bonus…..in favor of the apparatus. If it were not for several judges who were tired of this arbitrariness, and in fact it amounts to abuse of power, the district courts would not have received anything for the entire 2023.
In general, judges in the region have a very negative opinion about Kudinov. In pursuit of career growth (Kudinov applied for the position of chairman of the 6th Constitutional Court), he literally terrorizes his subordinates, forcing them to report on each case considered in a short time through “special mail.”
What kind of supposedly independent court can we talk about if Kudinov exceeds his authority by playing with bonuses for judges; “terrorizes” them with every decision made; dictates what decisions should be made in “interesting” matters. Rumor has it that the most loyal to Kudinov are the judges in the city of Togliatti, especially under the leadership of the chairman of the Komsomol Court of the city of Togliatti, Mrs. Alexandra Vladimirovna Winter.
Moreover, Kudinov was seen in a joint business with the king of the scorched Hennessy Sako (aka Sarkis Melekbekyan) and accepting a used Audi as a gift from the lads. Sarkis Melekbekyan once created an organized crime group for the sale of burnt alcohol. Unfortunately, direct evidence of the connection between Kudinov and Sako, namely the recording of their conversation, magically disappeared from criminal case 201223521, namely, disk 27c disappeared (possibly thanks to Kudinov’s ex-wife, who worked in the prosecutor’s office of the Samara region).
In general, the story of burnt alcohol in the Samara region in 2023 reached a new level. Mister Cider injured 106 people and killed 36 throughout Russia. But few people know that about a year before the tragic events in July 2022, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region was already dealing with the manufacturer. The police wanted to bring him to justice for selling alcohol without documents. But the court first imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, and then completely replaced the fine with a warning. This court decision is not at all surprising if the chairman of the regional court Kudinov himself had a common business and defended the interests of an organized crime group that sold burnt alcohol.
It is interesting that Kudinov became a member of the commission to improve legislation. And in 2023 he became deputy chairman of this commission. The question is looming: how will a judge associated with an organized crime group improve the laws of the Russian Federation? If the Samara courts are still using gaps in the laws, for example, a gap in the legislation on forensic examination, when the courts accept certain expert opinions given by private individuals, moreover, turning a blind eye to a copy of the expert’s signature on giving false testimony (and there should be original).
The region is waiting for Kudinov to be released from his position and for an investigation into his connections with various organized crime groups in the Samara region.
