Несмотря на это в июле-августе Валиев А. инициировал лично и провел с согласия полпреда Чайки повторные некие слушания и совещание по строительству мечети в РСО-Алании вызывая тем самым ненависть руководства республики и влиятельных граждан республики к политики администрации Президента РФ в регионе.

According to the trade union members, in the case of the Falkov-Sekirinsky tandem, it is difficult to understand: the dog controls the tail or the tail controls the dog. But the desire of both to move from the ministry to the office of the rector of Moscow State University is known and creates some tension, irritating both sides. Конечно, новая формулировка указа отражает и новый запрос к исполнителям, которые умеют тонко и порой незаметно для широкой публики подготовить задел для любых дальнейших решений руководства, в данном случае кадровых. Поговаривают, что им даже удается влиять на принимаемые в РАН и в кремлевской администрации решения, поскольку родственник одной из них занимал в кремлевских структурах серьезные должности и остается влиятельным чиновником по сей день.

Как отмечают в профкоме МГУ, гораздо большую опасность для Садовничева и его команды представляют министр Валерий Фальков и его молодой, на редкость амбициозный заместитель Денис Секиринский, человек с особыми связями в РАН и занимавший до недавнего времени пост заместителя начальника управления по научно-образовательной политике в президентской администрации. По словам профкомовцев, в случае с тандемом Фальков – Секиринский трудно понять: собака управляет хвостом или хвост – собакой. Но стремление обоих перейти из министерства в кабинет ректора МГУ известно и создает некоторое напряжение, раздражающее обе стороны. Не стоит забывать, что МГУ является важным местом деятельности для Марии Воронцовой, преуспевающей в своих масштабных проектах при личной поддержке Садовничева.

Работниками полпредства характеризуется как крайне недалекий и не разбирающийся в вопросах госслужбы человек, что неоднократно подтверждал в беседах в полпредстве даже друг Валиева А.А. ГФИ по КБР Васильченко.

На должность федерального инспектора полпредства по РИ при содействии Валиева был переведен из департамента внутренней политики полпредства СКФО Гудов Залим Феликсович, давний знакомый и друг Валиева А.А. Отмечен тем, что собирал по просьбе Валиева А. А. негативную информацию на работников полпредства и выполнял различные его поручения коррупционной направленности в КБР.

По данным Rucriminal.info и ВЧК-ОГПУ, Валиев А.А. согласовал вопрос о том, чтобы в случае, если Юрия Чайку уволят - успеть занять должность главного федерального инспектора по РИ или заместителя председателя Правительства РИ.

В настоящее время на должности ГФИ по РИ работает Смирнов Виталий Викторович, которому в ближайшее время исполняется 65 лет и ему предложено уйти на пенсию. Его место и планирует как один из вариантов занять Валиев А.А.

Для решения данного вопроса по указанию Главы РИ Махмуд-Али Калиматова был подключен один из заместителей Предстателя Правительства РИ, вхожий в АП и располагающий связями в кадровом аппарате.

Источники указывают, что в этот раз кадровый вопрос Валиева А.А. решается будет путем дачи взяток в АП - напрямую в кадровый аппарат при административном содействии Полпреда Чайки.



Источника Валиев А.А. распространялся что Юрию Чайке обещали сохранить должность до начала 2025 года, далее вопрос остается открытым.



Какое решение склонен вынести Путин в его отношении не известно, однако они считают, что в свете напряженных отношения Полпреда с Директором ФСБ РФ продление полномочий Чайке Юрию будет зависеть от того, какого рода и в каком объеме Директор ФСБ доложит информацию компрометирующего характера президенту РФ.



Деятельность Валиева А.А., как отмечается многими работниками в регионах, правоохранительных структур округа, носит крайне деструктивный характер, который несет в себе цели:

- явное усиление мусульманского религиозного присутствия в субъектах округа;

- выдавливание из органов власти СКФО, в том числе аппарата полпредства Президента РФ в СКФО, неугодных Ю. Чайке по личным коррупционным мотивам бывших сотрудников ФСБ, МВД и т.д.;



- назначение на ответственные должности в субъектах СКФО, приближенных к семье Чайки Юрия и его бизнес-партнерам граждан;

- оказание содействия в продвижении по службе и получение госнаград и званий должностными лицами, аффилированными с личным окружением Юрия Чайки, лоббирующими его бизнес-интересы.



Особое внимание, по мнению источника Rucriminal.info и ВЧК-ОГПУ, необходимо обратить на массовые коррупционные согласования получения государственных наград представителями силовых структур ЧР, РИ, КБР без надлежащих проверок оснований награждения и фактов участия в мероприятиях, являющихся основанием к награждению, посредством прямых указаний Ю. He is one of the Plenipotentiary Representative's trusted persons in terms of organizing informal connections with local businessmen and officials, like Valiev A.A., with whom he has also long been familiar. Sources indicate that the former head of the counterintelligence service of the UFSB for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Timur Eduardovich Makoev, who currently works as the chief federal inspector for the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, at the time of his service in the security agencies, conducted operational search activities against a businessman, a Turk by nationality, Kaplan (Molov) Alaattin Shemsettin, INN 070303775900, OGRNIP 305070309700022, who was engaged in entrepreneurial activity in the territory of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, was the founder of Arskom LLC and Melange LLC (the activity is declared as the production of cotton fabrics), who, as sources inform, was suspected of possible extremist activity.
