The Union of Grain Exporters was created in 2019. That year, the redistribution of the Russian grain market began. Since then they have been considered the “court” companies of the Patrushevs.

The former deputy head of the United Grain Company, then under the control of VTB, Eduard Zernin became the executive director of the Union in May, and in 2020 he took the post of chairman of the organization’s board.

Oksana Lut, before joining Rosselkhozbank, worked for VTB for a long time, and also held the position of head of the non-core assets service of the department of investment projects of the Rostec corporation under Sergei Chemezov. Eduard Zernin in 2006-2007 was the General Director of the Corporate Center of OJSC AvtoVAZ, which was then under the control of Rostec.

In the Samara region, considered the patrimony of Sergei Chemezov, the Bio-Ton agricultural holding was registered in 2004, now owned by Eduard Zernin. The company is a member of the Union of Grain Exporters, but is not even among the top ten suppliers to the world market. In 2023, Bio-Ton received revenue of 11 billion rubles. and profit of 1.6 billion rubles. Zernin owns 99% of the agricultural holding, another 1% belongs to the general director Irina Logacheva, who, most likely, pulls the burden of the enterprise for the owner while he gives instructions to Russian grain exporters.

Eduard Zernin headed the board of directors of Bio-Ton Company LLC in 2011, and became the owner of the company only in 2020. Until that time, it belonged first to Natalya Martynova, and then to Vladimir Kirillov, who may have been associated with Rostec.

Until 2021, Kirillov was the founder of the non-profit organization ANO TsPPBP “Businessstatus”, which from 2016 to 2021 controlled Arena Crystal JSC. Its director Ekaterina Lokhova from 2016 to 2020 led JSC Centraviamed, part of Rostec. This leads to the assumption that Vladimir Kirillov could act in the interests of Chemezov’s corporation, and then transferred the Bio-Ton asset to Eduard Zernin.

After this, the chairman of the board of the Union of Exporters began acquiring new agricultural enterprises - Klyuch-Agro in the Volgograd region, Varyag in the Saratov region. The purchase prices were probably favorable, given the patronage of Sergei Chemezov and his long-time business partner, Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.

Zernin amazingly knows how to find a common language with President Vladimir Putin’s inner circle. Previously, together with Sergei Sudarikov, he was a co-founder of the Region Investment Company, acting in the interests of the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, collected 0.5 hectares of land for Sergei Chemezov, and is now dancing to the tune of Oksana Lut, representing the interests of the Patrushev family. How Zernin manages to be nice to everyone is beyond comprehension.

The leaders in grain exports at the beginning of this year were Green Gates, RIF, Aston, MZK-Export and the state-owned United Grain Company. Perhaps Eduard Zernin and Oksana Lut are acting in the interests of Grain Greats, which was created only in July 2022. Its success in such a short time is surprising. In 2023, the company received revenue of 242 billion rubles. and profit of 945 million rubles.

The founder of Grain Greats LLC is Valiansia JSC with 1 employee. From August 2022 to May 2023, it controlled Demetra-Holding LLC, one of the largest grain traders. In July last year, VTB sold its stake in Demetra Holding. Her former manager Ilya Aliyev heads Grain Gray LLC yts" since June 2022 and owns a 2% stake in the company. Behind it may be VTB, which is under sanctions and therefore does not want to shine. Demetra-Holding, like Grain Greats, is a member of the Union of Grain Exporters. Its head, Eduard Zernin, having high patrons, tells exporters who to trade with and at what prices. Quotas for grain exports are distributed by the Ministry of Agriculture. Already in February 2023, Grain Greats, created in August 2022, with 3.2 million tons, was in second place after the RIF Trade House as the largest exporter. Based on the results of the first half of the season (July-December 2023), Aliyev’s company shipped 6.1 million tons and took first place.

С тех ор они считаются «придворными» компаниями Патрушевых.

Бывший заместитель главы «Объединенной зерновой компании», находящейся тогда под контролем ВТБ, Эдуард Зернин стал исполнительным директором Союза в мае, а в 2020 г. занял пост председателя правления организации.

Оксана Лут до прихода в Россельхозбанк долгое время работала в ВТБ, а также отметилась на должности начальника службы непрофильных активов департамента инвестиционных проектов корпорации «Ростех» Сергея Чемезова. Эдуард Зернин в 2006-2007 гг. был генеральным директором Корпоративного центра ОАО «АвтоВАЗ», находящегося тогда под контролем «Ростех».

В Самарской области, считающейся вотчиной Сергея Чемезова, в 2004 г. был зарегистрирован агрохолдинг «Био-Тон», владельцем которого сейчас является Эдуард Зернин. Предприятие - член Союза экспортеров зерна, но не входит даже в десятку поставщиков на мировой рынок. В 2023 г. «Био-Тон» получило выручку 11 млрд руб. и прибыль 1.6 млрд руб. Зернину принадлежит 99% агрохолдинга, еще 1% у гендиректора Ирина Логачевой, которая, скорее всего, и тянет лямку предприятия за владельца пока тот дает указания российским экспортерам зерна.

Эдуард Зернин возглавил совет директоров ООО «Компания «Био-Тон» в 2011 г., а владельцем компании стал только в 2020 г. До этого времени она принадлежала сначала Наталье Мартыновой, а потом Владимиру Кириллову, который мог быть связан с «Ростех».

Кириллов до 2021 г. был учредителем некоммерческой организации АНО ЦППБП «Бизнесстатус», которое с 2016 г. по 2021 г. контролировало АО «Арена Кристалл». Его директор Екатерина Лохова с 2016 г. о 2020 г. руководила АО «Центравиамед», входящим в «Ростех». «Деметра-холдинг» как и «Грейн Грейтс» - член Союза экспортеров зерна. Его глава Эдуард Зернин, имея высоких покровителей, указывает экспортерам кому и по каким ценам торговать. Квоты на экспорт зерна распределяет Минсельхоз. Уже в феврале 2023 г. созданная в августе 2022 г. «Грейн Грейтс» с 3.2 млн т попала на второе место после ТД «РИФ» как крупнейший экспортер. По итогам первой половины сезона (июль-декабрь 2023 г.) компания Алиева отгрузила 6.1 млн т. и заняла первое место.

Карьера Эдуарда Зернина является примером, что можно служить даже не двум господам, а трем или четырем, учитывая ВТБ. Пока у Зернина это получается.

The channel published a “fresh” photo of Andrei Ageikin, who, together with his brother Alexander, ambushed Listyev at the entrance of his house on Novokuznetskaya on March 1, 1995 and shot him. Afterwards they were sent to sit out in Israel. Alexander Ageikin was the “weakest link” in the group of killers. In addition to the fact that he was on drugs, he began to be tormented by remorse. He told his friends that he repented of Listyev’s murder, he felt sorry for this man. He obviously would not remain silent during interrogations. As a result, he was found dead in a hotel in Israel. The official cause of death was overdose. Unofficial – eliminating the “weak link”. It was believed that the other perpetrator of Listyev’s murder, Andrei Ageikin, had disappeared and had also been dead for a long time. But, as the Cheka-OGPU found out, this is not so. Andrei Ageikin successfully invested the fee for Listyev's elimination - in 1995, he bought a luxurious apartment on Taganka, registering it not in his name. Andrei Ageikin is still registered on Orekhovoy Boulevard, but lives in that same apartment on Taganka with his wife (the property is registered in her name) and son Alexander (named after his brother-accomplice in eliminating Listyev).

According to leaks, Andrei ordered delivery to this apartment from his phone number. Ageikin's phone number is recorded by some users as “Andrey Security”. Whose security is Ageikin organizing? The channel also showed what Igor Dashdamirov (Dushman), the organizer of the murder of Vladislav Listyev, looks like. It was he who sent the killers to the TV journalist. The investigator found out that the “customer” of the murder, Sergei Lisovsky, and the organizer, the “authority” of the Solntsevo organized crime group, Igor Dashdamirov (Dushman), were introduced by the leader of this group, Sergei Mikhailov (Mikhas). Lisovsky and Dashdamirov themselves denied acquaintance and even simple communication with each other during interrogations. However, during one of the searches, Lisovsky’s notebook was seized, which contained Dushman’s phone number. There were witnesses who saw them together. Under the weight of evidence, Lisovsky and Dashdamirov admitted the fact of acquaintance. It was established that before Listyev’s murder they met several times. It was also established that during the same period, Dushman met with the foremen of Solntsevskaya, for whom the killers brothers Alexander and Andrei Ageikin worked. Namely, they were the perpetrators of the murder. Dashdamirov left the Russian Federation after the murder and was detained in Georgia in 1996. However, there was a political decision not to bring the “Listyev case” to the end, therefore, after extradition to the Russian Federation for the murder of Listyev, Dashdamirov was charged only with rape, he received 3.5 years in prison and was released in 1999.

In recent years, Dushman has gone deep to the bottom. Judging by various leaks, Gosha (as he is written by many users) is still in Moscow and lives with registration in Solntsevo. He got rid of numbers with the letters MR, which, as is commonly believed, indicate belonging to the security forces. Otherwise, this man lives almost without leaving a trace. After his business related to the ritual sphere collapsed after the massacre at the Khovanskoye cemetery (all legal entities in which Dashdamirov appeared were liquidated), no new marks in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities with his name have appeared until now.

To begin with, based on the materials of the case, we will tell you what the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation managed to establish (it was she who led the investigation). From the testimony of witnesses and operational materials, this picture of what happened emerged.

By 1995, First Button was leading a rather poor existence, despite the abundance of advertising. The thing is that advertising on the main channel of the country went through intermediary companies completely controlled by two businessmen - Sergei Lisovsky and Boris Zosimov. It was they who received the lion's share of the proceeds. The first was also a member of the Kremlin; in 1996, he became a member of the headquarters of Boris Yeltsin’s presidential election campaign and the organizer of the national election campaign “Vote or Lose.”

Boris Berezovsky also had his eye on ORT. He was not going to "exchange" for access only to advertising money. The oligarch wanted to get the entire TV channel and began to implement his next cunning scheme. At first, Berezovsky convinced Yeltsin to corporatize the main television channel. And then he made an unconventional move - he proposed appointing Vladislav Listyev as head of ORT Steva. Boris Abramovich was absolutely sure that with the darling of all of Russia under his control, the TV channel would soon be in his pocket.



According to rucriminal.info, as usual in such “games,” Berezovsky went into the shadows, relegating himself to the role of puppeteer. He wanted decisions that were extremely unpleasant for Lisovsky to come exclusively from Listyev. So that if something happens you can throw up your hands: “Well, what can I do, it’s all Vlad.” After all, Berezovsky and Lisovsky were connected by many years of close communication and joint very piquant hobbies, which our publication talked about.

As a result, Listyev initiated a procedure for ORT to completely renounce advertising. And after this pause, completely different players should have come for advertising money, and not Lisovsky and Zosimov. For the latter, it was tantamount to a disaster. All their other business projects were designed for advertising money, they were included in the budgets. The collapse of their business empires would begin. The Prosecutor General's Office established that Lisovsky and Zosimov repeatedly met with Listyev, convincing him not to take rash steps. At the same time, Lisovsky was a dangerous person; his “enemies” were sent to the next world more than once. But Listyev was sure that no one would dare touch him, the favorite of the whole country.

Listyev discussed his steps with his inner circle - Konstantin Ernst, Leonid Yakubovich, Alexander Lyubimov. According to rucriminal.info sources, the latter not only convinced Vladislav that he was great and “immortal.” But they also pushed the idea of “dumping” Berezovsky. After the “pause”, take over the entire advertising market, especially since they had their own advertising agency “InterVID”. And then you look and the entire channel will be crushed.

As a result, Listyev openly “sent” Lisovsky and Zosimov. And, most importantly, Berezovsky also lost interest in him, he realized that Listev did not turn out to be a puppet. But Berezovsky was actually Listyev’s “guardian angel”. Bypassing Boris Abramovich, Lisovsky would not risk doing anything against the TV presenter.

The situation was heating up every day. As a result, Lisovsky met with Listyev and they had an extremely unpleasant conversation; in fact, direct threats were already made. Soon after this conversation, Lisovsky went to see Berezovsky (and this is recorded in the file). Berezovsky refused to testify about the essence of this conversation. According to operational data, Lisovsky explained his position in the conflict with Listyev and that he was putting him in a hopeless position. And Boris Abramovich, as they say, “washed his hands of it.” He told Lisovsky: “Do as you please.” And Berezovsky guessed what Lisovsky would do. But in his new plan, the change in the general director of ORT was only beneficial. And the plan worked. Berezovsky eventually managed to take over the TV channel.

Here Vladislav Listyev finally saw the light. He began to realize that, apart from “people’s love,” he no longer had someone significant to back him up and his life was under threat. On February 28, 1995, he met with Berezovsky. (During interrogations, the oligarch initially denied the fact of this meeting, then, under the weight of evidence, he admitted it, but refused to tell its essence). According to operational data, Listyev expressed his concerns to Berezovsky due to the conflict with Lisovsky. The oligarch, apparently, already understood that he was seeing Vlad for the last time. On March 1, early in the morning, Berezovsky flew on a charter plane to London. On the same day, Listyev was shot at the entrance of his own house on Novokuznetskaya Street. Vladislav was “led” from his place of work, when he entered the entrance, two guys came down to meet him. They took out a pistol and a submachine gun. The first bullet hit Listyev in the shoulder. he started running up the stairs. But they immediately caught up with him. The second bullet was in the head, and it turned out to be fatal.

During the investigation, it was possible to quickly identify the perpetrators of the crime. According to rucriminal.info, they were brothers Alexander and Andrey Ageikin. And from them such a “chain” emerged. The brothers were part of a brigade (Solntsevo group), which was headed by gangsters Mikhail Kudin (Kvakin) and Andrei Skrylev (Skryl). Both were subordinate to the “authority” of the Solntsevo group, Igor Dashdamirov (Dushman). And Dashdamirov, as recorded in the case, is an old and good friend of Sergei Lisovsky. Bingo. It would seem that the case is solved. All that remains is to detain the suspects and secure the evidence. That’s what the operatives and employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office did.

Immediately after Listyev’s murder, absolutely all those involved in the case left Russia. In particular, the Ageikins flew to Israel. An operation to detain them began to be prepared, but a leak occurred at the level of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. As a result, the weaker and more talkative Alexander Ageikin was found dead in Tel Aviv. He allegedly died from a drug overdose. Andrey Ageikin from Israel disappeared. Hidden also suffered the same fate as Alexander. He was found dead in Europe; he allegedly also died of an overdose.

But In the summer of 1996, Igor Dashdamirov was detained in Georgia. Officially he was put on the wanted list for rape, but after his extradition to Moscow they began to interrogate him about the circumstances of Listyev’s murder. At the same time, Lisovsky was being interrogated. Both denied knowing each other. Then they were pinned down by evidence. During the search, Lisovsky was found to have a notebook containing Dashdamirov’s phone number. There were witnesses who confirmed meetings between Lisovsky and Dashdamirov on the eve of Listyev’s murder. The question arose about arresting Lisovsky and bringing charges against him.

And then the following happened. Remember, rucriminal.info mentioned that Lisovsky was part of Yeltsin’s election headquarters? So, the president’s daughter Tatyana Dyachenko (Yumasheva) considered that the planned arrest of Lisovsky was an “undermining” of her father. After all, Lisovsky was in the electoral stamp and financed Yeltsin’s election campaign. This is exactly how she “put everything” into Yeltsin’s ears. And he imposed a categorical ban on Lisovsky’s arrest and further investigation against him. As a result, a paradoxical situation has arisen: there is a fully solved case of the most notorious murder of the 90s, but there are no accused in it.

As for Boris Berezovsky, his role was also determined in the case. He knew that Listyev was going to be killed, but did nothing. However, he himself was not the customer or organizer of the crime. The same role in the case was assigned to Boris Zosimov. However, there is a certain understatement with him. Probably, nevertheless, he not only knew about the impending reprisal, since it was also about his money.

The version of the Prosecutor General's Office was fully confirmed in the Interpol report, which conducted an investigation into the Solntsevo group.

As for Sergei Lisovsky, he did not go to prison. He even became a senator. However, according to rucriminal.info, an indelible “stigma” fell on this person. Which he has been trying to get rid of for almost a quarter of a century.

At first, at the instigation of Lisovsky, they tried to set the investigation on the wrong trail, reducing the murder to an everyday version. Listyev had an affair with a girl who was at the same time dating a very evil “authority”, who was responsible for many human lives. They say that the “authority” gave his fighters the command to eliminate Vladislav.

Then, during a special operation, employees of the 10th department of the Moscow RUBOP and SOBR detained a group of professional killers in Central Asia, led by Andrei Chelyshev. Канал опубликовал «свежее» фото Андрея Агейкина, который вместе со своим братом Александром 1 марта 1995 года подкараулили Листьева в подъезде его дома на Новокузнецкой и расстреляли. После их отправили отсиживаться в Израиль. Александр Агейкин был самым «слабым звеном» в группе киллеров. Помимо того, что он сидел на наркотиках, его начали мучить угрызения совести. Он говорил своим знакомым, что раскаивается в убийстве Листьева, ему жалко этого человека. На допросах он явно бы молчать не стал. В результате его нашли мертвым в одном из отелей Израиля. Официальная причина смерти – передозировка. Неофициальная – устранение «слабого звена». Считалось, что другой исполнитель убийства Листьева Андрей Агейкин исчез и его тоже давно нет в живых. Но, как выяснил ВЧК-ОГПУ, это не так. Отсидевшись, он тихонько вернулся в Россию.

Андрей Агейкин успешно вложил гонорар за устранение Листьева – в 1995 году он купил шикарную квартиру на Таганке, оформив ее не на себя. Андрей Агейкин по сей день зарегистрирован на Ореховом бульваре, но живет в той самой квартире на Таганке вместе с женой (на нее оформлена недвижимость) и сыном Александром (назван так в честь брата-подельника по устранению Листьева).

Согласно утечкам, со своего номера телефона Андрей заказывал в эту квартиру доставку. Телефонный номер Агейкина записан у некоторых пользователей, как «Андрей Безопасность». Чью безопасность организует Агейкин? ВЧК-ОГПУ выяснил это. По нашим данным, с давних времен Агейкин является телохранителем и безопасником авторитета ассирийской ОПГ и близкого родственника покойного «вора в законе» Япончика (о нем мы расскажем позже).

Также канал показал, как выглядит Игорь Дашдамиров (Душман)- организатор убийства Владислава Листьева. Именно он отправил киллеров к тележурналисту. Следователь выяснил, что «заказчика» убийства -Сергей Лисовского- и организатора – «авторитета» солнцевской ОПГ Игоря Дашдамирова (Душман) - познакомил лидер этой группировки Сергей Михайлов (Михась). Сами Лисовский и Дашдамиров знакомство и даже просто общение дуг с другом на допросах отрицали. Однако, во врем одного из обысков была изъята записная книжка Лисовского, в котором оказался телефон Душмана. Нашлись свидетели, которые видели их вместе. Под гнетом улик, Лисовский и Дашдамиров признали факт знакомства. Было установлено, что перед убийством Листьева они встречались несколько раз. Также было установлено, что в этот же период Душман встречался с бригадирами солнцевской, на которых работали киллеры братья Александр и Андрей Агейкины. А именно они и были исполнителями убийства. Дашдамиров после убийства покинул РФ и в 1996 года был задержан в Грузии. Однако, было политическое решение не доводить «дело Листьева» до конца, поэтому после экстрадиции в РФ к убийству Листьева Дашдамирову предъявили обвинение только в изнасиловании, он получил 3,5 года тюрьмы и уже в 1999 году вышел на свободу.

Последние годы Душман ушел глубоко «на дно». Судя по различным утечкам, Гоша (так он записан у многих пользователей) по-прежнему в Москве и живет по прописке в Солнцево. Он избавился от номеров с буквами МР, которые, как принято считать, указывают на принадлежность к силовым структурам. В остальном этот человек живет почти не оставляя следов. После того, как его бизнес, связанный с ритуальной сферой, после побоища на Хованском кладбище рухнул (все юрлица, где фигурировал Дашдамиров были ликвидированы), каких-либо новых отметок в ЕГРЮЛ с его именем не появлялось до сих пор.

Rucriminal.info с момента создания рассказывает об убийцах Листьева. Сегодня еще раз напомним кто и за что убил самого известного журналиста.

Для начала, опираясь на материалы дела, расскажем, что удалось установить Генпрокуратуре РФ (именно она веда расследование). Из показаний свидетелей и оперативных материалов складывалась такая картина случившегося.

К 1995 году «Первая кнопка» вела довольно бедное существование, несмотря на обилие рекламы. Все дело в том, что реклама на главный канал страны шла через фирмы-посредники полностью контролируемые двумя бизнесменами - Сергеем Лисовским и Борисом Зосимовым. Именно у них оседала львиная доля выручки. Первый был также вхож в Кремль, в 1996 году он стал членом штаба предвыборной президентской кампании Бориса Ельцина и организатором общенациональной предвыборной кампании «Голосуй или проиграешь».

«Глаз» на ОРТ положил и Борис Березовский. Он не собирался «размениваться» на получение доступа только к рекламным деньгам. Олигарх хотел заполучить весь телеканал и начал осуществлять очередную свою хитрую схему. Вначале Березовский убедил Ельцина акционировать главный телеканал. А потом предпринял нестандартный ход- предложил назначить главой ОРТ Владислава Листьева. Борис Абрамович был абсолютно уверен, что с подконтрольным любимцем всей России вскоре телеканал окажется в его кармане.



Сергей Лисовский




По данным rucriminal.info, как обычно в таких «играх», Березовский ушел в тень, отведя себе роль кукловода. Он хотел, чтобы крайне неприятные для Лисовского решения исходили исключительно от Листьева. Чтобы в случае чего можно было развести руками: «Ну, что я могу сделать, это все Влад». Ведь Березовского и Лисовского связывали многие годы тесного общения и совместные весьма пикантные увлечения, о который рассказывало наше издание.

В результате Листьев инициировал процедуру полного отказа ОРТ от рекламы. А после этой паузы на рекламные деньги должны были прийти уже совсем другие игроки, а не Лисовский и Зосимов. Для последних это было равносильно катастрофе. Все их другие бизнес-проекты были заточены под рекламные деньги, они были заложены в бюджеты. Начался бы крах их бизнес-империй. Генпрокуратура установила, что Лисовский и Зосимов неоднократно встречались с Листьевым, убеждая его не делать необдуманных шагов. При этом Лисовский был опасным человеком, его «враги» не раз отправлялись на тот свет. Но Листьев был уверен- его, любимца всей страны, никто тронуть не посмеет.

Свои шаги Листьев обсуждал с ближним окружением- Константином Эрнстом, Леонидом Якубовичем, Александром Любимовым. По мнению источников rucriminal.info, последние не только убеждали Владислава в том, что он велик и «бессмертен». Но и проталкивали идею, «кинуть» Березовского. После «паузы» взять весь рекламный рынок под себя, тем более у них было свое рекламное агентство «ИнтерВИД». А там глядишь и весь канал «подмять» удастся.

В результате Листьев откровенно «посылал» Лисовского и Зосимова. А, главное, к нему охладел и Березовский, он понял, что из Листева марионетка не получилась. Но Березовский был фактически «ангелом-хранителем» Листьева. В обход Бориса Абрамовича Лисовский не рискнул бы что-либо предпринять в отношении телеведущего.

Ситуация накалялась с каждым днем. В результате Лисовский встретился с Листьевым и у них состоялся крайне неприятный разговор, фактически уже звучали прямые угрозы. Это зафиксировано в деле. По данным rucriminal.info, о неприятной встрече с Лисовским Листьев рассказал близкому другу.

Вскоре после этого разговора Лисовский отправился к Березовскому (и это зафиксировано в деле). Березовский давать показания о сути данной беседы отказался. По оперативным данным, Лисовский объяснил свою позицию в конфликте с Листьевым и что тот ставит его в безвыходное положение. И Борис Абрамович, что называется, «умыл руки». Сказал Лисовскому: «Поступай, как знаешь». А как поступит Лисовский Березовский догадывался. Но в его новом плане смена гендиректора ОРТ была только на пользу. И план сработал. Березовскому со временем удалось захватить телеканал.

Тут уже, наконец, прозрел Владислав Листьев. Он начал понимать, что кроме «народной любви» у него больше нет кого-то весомого прикрытия и его жизнь под угрозой. 28 февраля 1995 года он встретился с Березовским. (Олигарх на допросах вначале отрицал факт этой встречи, потом, под гнетом улик, признал, но ее суть рассказывать отказался). По оперативным данным, Листьев высказал Березовскому свои опасения из-за конфликта с Лисовским. Олигарх, судя по всему, уже понимал, что видит Влада в последний раз. 1 марта рано утром Березовский улетел на чартерном самолете в Лондон. В этот же день Листьева застрелили в подъезде собственного дома на Новокузнецкой улице. Владислава «вели» от места работы, когда он вошел в подъезд, на встречу ему спускались два парня. Они достали пистолет и пистолет-пулемет. Первая пуля попала Листьеву в плечо. он бросился бежать вверх по лестнице. Но его сразу нагнали. Вторая пуля была в голову, она оказалась смертельной.

В ходе расследования довольно быстро удалось установить исполнителей преступления. По данным rucriminal.info, ими были братья Александр и Андрей Агейкины. А от них вырисовалась такая «цепочка». Братья входили в бригаду (солнцевской группировки), которую возглавляли гангстеры Михаил Кудин (Квакин) и Андрей Скрылев (Скрыл). Оба подчинялись «авторитету» солнцевской группировки Игорю Дашдамирову (Душман). А Дашдамиров, как было зафиксировано в деле, является давним и хорошим приятелем Сергея Лисовского. Бинго. Казалось бы дело раскрыто. Осталось только задержать подозреваемых и закрепить доказательства. Чем и занялись оперативники и сотрудники Генпрокуратуры.

Сразу после убийства Листьева, абсолютно все фигуранты дела покинули Россию. В частности, Агейкины улетели в Израиль. Началась готовится операция по их задержанию, но на уровне МВД РФ произошла утечка. В результате более слабого и болтливого Александра Агейкина нашли мертвым в Тель-Авиве. Якобы он скончался от передозировки наркотиков. Андрей Агейкин из Израился скрылся. Участь Александра постигла и Скрыла. Его нашли мертвым в Европе- якобы тоже умер от передозировки.

Зато летом 1996 года в Грузии удалось задержать Игоря Дашдамирова. Официально его объявили в розыск за изнасилование, но после экстрадиции в Москву начали допрашивать об обстоятельствах убийства Листьева. Одновременно шли допросы и Лисовского. Оба знакомство друг с другом отрицали. Тогда их прижали уликами. При обыске у Лисовского нашли записную книжку, в который был телефон Дашдамирова. Нашлись свидетели, которые подтвердили встречи Лисовского и Дашдамирова накануне убийства Листьева. По данным rucriminal.info, было собрано еще множество улик, показывающих, что Генпрокуратуре удалось установить всех участников преступления - от исполнителей до заказчика. Встал вопрос об аресте Лисовского и предъявление ему обвинений.

А дальше произошло следующее. Помните, rucriminal.info упомянул, что Лисовский входил в предвыборной штаб Ельцина? Так вот, дочка президента Татьяна Дьяченко (Юмашева) сочла, что намечаемый арест Лисовского это «подкоп» под ее отца. Ведь Лисовский был в избирательном штампе и финансировал выборную кампанию Ельцина. Именно так она все и «вложила» в уши Ельцина. А тот наложил категорический запрет на арест Лисовского и дальнейшее расследование в отношении него. В результате, сложилась парадоксальная ситуация: есть полностью раскрытое дело о самом громком убийстве 90-х годов, а обвиняемых в нем нет.

Что касается Бориса Березовского, то его роль тоже была определена в деле. Он знал, что Листьева собираются убить, но ничего не предпринял. Однако, сам заказчиком или организатором преступления не являлся. Такая же роль в деле была отведена и Борису Зосимову. Впрочем, с ним есть определенная недосказанность. Вероятно, все же он не только знал о готовившейся расправе, поскольку речь шла и о его деньгах.

Версия Генпрокуратуры нашла полное подтверждение и в докладе Интерпола, который вел расследование в отношение солнцевской группировки.

Что касается Сергея Лисовского, то в тюрьму он не сел. Даже стал сенатором. Однако, по мнению rucriminal.info, на этого человека легло несмываемое «клеймо». От которого он пытается избавиться уже почти четверть века.

Вначале, с подачи Лисовского, следствие пытались пустить по ложному следу, сведя убийство к бытовой версии. У Листьева был роман с девушкой, которая одновременно встречалась с весьма злобным «авторитетом», на счету которого немало человеческих жизней. Мол, «авторитет» и дал своим бойцам команду на устранение Владислава.

Потом сотрудники 10-го отдела РУБОП Москвы и СОБР в ходе спецоперации задержали в Средней Азии группировку профессиональных убийц, возглавляемую Андреем Челышевым. Они исполнили множество резонансных преступлений, в том числе ликвидировали вице-мэра Санкт-Петербурга Михаила Маневича. Об этом rucriminal.info подробно рассказывал. Для их транспортировки в Москву использовался специально арендованный самолет. И тут на допросах Андрей Челышев неожиданно сознался в устранение Листьева и дал подробные показания. Генпрокуратура начала их проверять, на это ушло прилично времени. Потом стало понятно, что Челышев врет и уводит следствие по ложному следу. Но зачем он это сделал? Вскоре это выяснилось. Оказалось, что начальник 10-го отдела РУБОП Виталий Сердюков учился вместе с Сергеем Лисовским и она давние приятели. Именно Лисовский оплатил самолет для транспортировки группировки Челышева. А заодно последнего убедили «взять» на себя и Листьева и тем самым увести Генпрокуратуру от реальных исполнителей убийства и «заказчиков».

Iran shocked by Russian builders of Bushehr nuclear power plant

After identifying such employees, Tashmukhamedov puts moral and psychological pressure on them so that these employees do not linger on the project, but make room for Mr. Tashmukhamedov’s friends and relatives; by the way, they have been working unsuccessfully on the project, despite the past layoffs, for three a person from Tashmukhamedov’s closest relatives. The worst thing is that after squeezing out people he dislikes, Tashmukhamedov does not stop there, but uses threats that he will definitely identify a new place of employment for his opponent and find opportunities to interfere with the beginning of the labor activity of the resigned employee. In the spring of 2021, one of the project employees, due to identified low competence, had to be fired at the end of the employment contract. However, this employee was called by Tashmukhamedov for a private conversation, during which Tashmukhamedov invited this employee to engage in informing for his own benefit, namely, to report who and what he thinks specifically about Tashmukhamedov’s personality, as well as to assist in collecting incriminating evidence on colleagues disliked by Tashmukhamedov. In exchange, Tashmukhamedov was offered assistance in extending his employment relationship and further support in maintaining his job. Of course, this employee agreed. Apparently, Tashmukhamedov, perhaps due to some mental deviations, has an extremely poor and erroneous understanding of the range of his true responsibilities, since with the exception of direct participation in intrigues, moral, psychological, and sometimes even physical pressure on employees, often in much more junior positions, S.D. Tashmukhamedov does not do anything to ensure the safety of employees. So, in 2019, in the place of residence of specialists, a series of thefts of funds took place, and only after a month did Tashmukhamedov take any action, and even then he grabbed and interrogated everyone, using his favorite methods: pressure and threats.



The next character is not so bright, but also worth attention. Deputy Director for Logistics and Logistics Yuri Malashkevich. According to the interlocutor, very competent subordinates greatly irritate Mr. Malashkevich.

Malashkevich actively uses the “divide and conquer” policy, pitting undesirable subordinates against each other, then squeezing out and exterminating such people one by one, so that none of those recruited based on their resume can claim either his place in the future or the places of those whom Malashkevich plans to import from the number of their Belarusian relatives and friends. Apparently, bringing all your relatives and acquaintances, as well as all the relatives of acquaintances, for employment to the project is a common habit of the management of Iranian construction. Actually, Malashkevich does not understand his work at all, surviving on the project only as a result of behind-the-scenes games, including in his department, fawning over his superiors, and transferring work to other departments.

The icing on the cake of this story is a character named Kolesnikov Kirill Eduardovich, who is also directly related to the criminal scheme described in the previous article. At the moment, Kolesnikov, alas, is the permanent, or rather irremovable, head of the ASE JSC Directorate in Tehran, having been unsuccessfully working in his post for more than three years. No knowledge, skills, competencies or intellectual potential to work for such a serious foreign project and in such a position, this person does not have, failing all the work assigned to him over the past three years. No complaints or indignations from employees, including managers, about Kolesnikov’s failure to fulfill his duties will yield results. The reason for this, as well as the reason for his being in such a position, is simple - cronyism. It would not be very surprising if one day it turns out that the mentioned persons extort money from their junior colleagues, threatening not only with dismissal and blacklisting with the subsequent impossibility of finding a job anywhere at all, but also threatening physical harm both to those directly in disgrace and to their families located in the Russian Federation.

The security service does not take any action against such persons, and those who complain are immediately fired, and are added to the federal list of undesirable candidates for employment.

Итак, первый наш герой – заместитель директора по безопасности Ташмухамедов Сухроб Джангович. Трудовая деятельность этого персонажа на проекте строительства АЭС Бушер началась со следующей истории. Как рассказал источник, Ташмухамедов, до своего прибытия в Иран, был знаком с начинателем криминальной схемы хищения средств, описанной в прошлой статье, Анваром Хасановым.

Хасанов, имея сведения, что должность заместителя директора по безопасности вакантна и, параллельно, нуждаясь в прикрытии своего криминального бизнеса, предложил на данную позицию своего давнего знакомого Ташмухамедова. Таким образом, «по блату» господин Ташмухамедов начал свою трудовую деятельность в Иране. Однако, конечно же, на прикрытии Ташмухадовым деятельности Хасанова, первый не остановился. Одним из любимых занятий г-на Ташмухамедова, в несвободное от исполнения прямых рабочих обязанностей время, является выявление сотрудников, попавших на проект не как он, через близкие знакомства, а трудоустроившихся, пройдя прозрачную процедуру конкурсного отбора, через отправку резюме и прохождение собеседований. После выявления таких сотрудников, Ташмухамедов оказывает на них морально-психологическое давление, чтоб данные сотрудники не задерживались на проекте, а освобождали места для знакомых и родственников г-на Ташмухамедова, к слову сказать, на проекте безуспешно трудятся, невзирая на прошедшие сокращения, уже три человека из ближайших родственников Ташмухамедова. Самое ужасное, что после выдавливания неугодных себе лиц, Ташмухамедов не останавливается на достигнутом, а использует угрозы того, что обязательно выявит новое место трудоустройства оппонента и найдет возможности помешать начавшейся трудовой деятельности уволившегося сотрудника. Чтобы характеристика личности Ташмухамедова была более детальной, Rucriminal.info приведет следующую историю.

Весной 2021 г., один из сотрудников проекта, по причине выявленной низкой компетенции, по завершению срока трудового контракта, должен был быть уволен. Однако, этот сотрудник был вызван Ташмухамедовым на приватный разговор, в ходе которого, Ташмухамедов предложил данному сотруднику заниматься стукачеством в пользу себя, а именно, сообщать кто и что думает конкретно о личности Ташмухамедова, а также содействовать в сборе компромата на неугодных Ташмухамедову коллег. В обмен Ташмухамедовым была предложена помощь в продлении трудовых отношений и дальнейшая поддержка в части сохранения рабочего места. Разумеется, данный сотрудник согласился. Видимо, Ташмухамедов, возможно по причине некоторых ментальных отклонений, крайне плохо и ошибочно понимает круг своих истинных обязанностей, так как за исключением прямого участия в интригах, морально-психологического, а порой даже физического давления на сотрудников, зачастую находящихся на гораздо более младших позициях, С.Д. Ташмухамедовым не выполняется ничего в части обеспечения безопасности сотрудников. Так, в 2019 г., в месте проживания специалистов прошла серия краж денежных средств, и только по истечению месяца Ташмухамедовым были предприняты какие-то действия, да и то он хватал и допрашивал всех подряд, используя свои излюбленные методы: давление и угрозы.







Следующий персонаж не столь ярок, но тоже стоит внимания. Заместитель директора по МТО Юрий Малашкевич. По мнению собеседника, весьма компетентные подчиненные очень раздражают господина Малашкевича.

Малашкевич активно использует политику «разделяй и властвуй», стравливая неугодных подчиненных между собой, далее выдавливая и вытравливая таких людей поодиночке, дабы никто из набранных по резюме не смог претендовать ни на его место в будущем, ни на места тех, кого Малашкевич планирует завозить из числа своих белорусских родственников и друзей. Видимо завозить для трудоустройства на проект всех своих родственников и знакомых, а также всех родственников знакомых – это общая привычка руководства иранской стройки. Собственно, в своей работе Малашкевич не разбирается абсолютно, выживая на проекте лишь в результате подковерных игр, в том числе в своем подразделении, подхалимажа вышестоящему начальству и перекидывания работы на другие подразделения.

Вишенкой на торте этого рассказа является персонаж по имени Колесников Кирилл Эдуардович, также имеющий прямое отношение к описанной в прошлой статье преступной схеме. На текущий момент Колесников, увы, является бессменным, а точнее несменяемым, руководителем Управления АО АСЭ в г. Тегеран, безуспешно работая на своём посту уже более трех лет. Никаких знаний, умений, компетенций и интеллектуального потенциала для работы на столь серьезном зарубежном проекте и в такой должности, данное лицо не имеет, проваливая всю, возложенную на него работу в течение последних трех лет. Никакие жалобы и возмущения от сотрудников, в том числе руководящих, на неисполнение Колесниковым своих обязанностей - не дают результата. Причина в этом, как и причина нахождения его на такой должности простая – блат. По словам источника Rucriminal.info, Колесников имеет некие родственные связи с заместителем президента проекта строительства АЭС Шевыревым, при помощи последнего Колесников также разогнал весь неугодный себе персонал Управления. Более того, личность Колесникова обсуждается и в кулуарах иранского заказчика, где глубоко возмущены нахождением этого кадра на проекте, искренне не понимая, неужели в такой великой и большой стране не может найтись достойного кандидата на эту должность.
