Тещей Щерьова является Любовь Ельцова бывшая сотрудница Норникеля и позднее заместитель Министра Труда РФ, а так же верная подруга вице-премьера Ольги Голодец.

В этой истории еще много интересных связей.

Например, Любовь Ельцова и Алексей Теклер работали в 2008 год в одном филиале Норникеля и сидели в соседних кабинетах. Алексей Текслер был назначен отвественным за ввод в эксплуатацию ГИС ТЭК. Деньги шли через Тихонова и губернатор свое тоже откусил.

Публикации Rucriminal.info и ВК-ОГПУ заставили задуматься суд, над формулировками в приговоре и об условном сроке за взятки в сумме более 100 млн. руб. и ущербе РФ на сумму порядка 1 млрд. руб.

Советник Тихонова А.В. Рыжков Р.В. отрастил бороду и ударился в буддизм, сказав спасибо вселенной за время проведенное в СИЗО и будучи уверенным, что он выйдет на свободу. Тихонов А.В. так же заранее поблагодарил судью за приговор, который пока для всех, кроме Тихонова А.В. и спасателей тайна.

Ранее судья Каракешишива уже подарила свободу заместителям Тихонова А.В. по ВЭБу Балло и Валитову за хищения 10 млрд руб. Похищенные деньги так и не нашли, хотя безусловно часть из них осела на счетах семьи Тихонова А.В. и на них были куплено дома в Швейцарии и Монако. Тихонову А.В. принадлежит особняк в поселке Николина Гора на Рублевском шоссе в Одинцово. Кроме того, апартаменты в «Москва-Сити», оформленные на родственников г Тихонова, загородный дом в Финляндии на озере с собственным пляжем, оформленный на мать Анатолия Тихонова, принадлежащие Валерии Коваленко квартиру в Монако и коктейль-бар Martini LoungeCafe в швейцарском городе Лугано. Hearings on the case will take place in the Odintsovo court at the end of April. If the defendants lose their lands, then in their place the Barvikha sanatorium will develop a park area. The estimated damage caused to Country-Pro is 66 billion rubles. However, for some reason, investigators are in no hurry to initiate criminal cases against the owners of the company, liquidated in 2009. They were Oleg Yushkin and Verll LLC, liquidated in 2013.

This structure was owned by Ekaterina Bakleneva, the head was Irina Kalgina. The first currently holds the position of vice-president of the Odintsovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OTCI), the second from 2013 to 2020 was the head of Mayendorf LLC, from 2014 to 2024 its founder, currently a co-owner Mayendorf Gardens LLC, the second co-founder is Marina Lebedeva. Samiev was a co-founder of Sunland LLC from 2014 to 2020, and from 2015 to 2021, a co-owner of Tradecon JSC together with Senator Arsen Kanokov. In 2020, his share was received by Madina Arsenovna Kanokova.

Since 2018, Sunland LLC has been managed by Murat Makoev’s Generalgroup company. It also manages real estate in the Voronezh region, Stavropol and Krasnodar territories, and the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, owned by Madina Kanokova. She is the owner of more than three dozen structures and a business cover for Arsen Kanokov, who by law is prohibited from doing business.

Kanokov has been in the Federation Council since 2013; before that, he was the head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic since 2005 and has repeatedly appeared in various scandals reported by the Russian media.

The co-ownership of Ildar Samiev and Arsen Kanokov in the Sunland LLC company, co-founded by Oleg Yushkin, co-owner of Country-Pro LLC, suggests that all three were involved in a scam with the lands of the Barvikha sanatorium. According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the owners of the plots purchased them in 2013-2022, at which time Ildar Samiev worked closely with Arsen Kanokov.

Kozhin is no less a scandalous person than Samiev and Kanokov. In 2018, he appeared in several cases conducted by FSB investigators and, probably, that is why he became a senator from Moscow. Its mayor Sergei Sobyanin in 2005-2008. headed the Presidential Administration (PA), closely cooperating with the UDP.

Ildar Samiev, declared bankrupt in 2021, was one of the sellers of the disputed plots. According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the buyer was one of the defendants, Alexey Bogachev. The ex-deputy himself is not involved in the case, but third parties are Rosa and Rafik Samiev and businessman Sergei Govyadin.

The latter, together with Ildar Samiev, participated in a high-profile raider takeover of the business of developer Albert Khudoyan, who in November 2021 was sentenced to 6 years for stealing an asset from his business partner. In August 2022, Khudoyan was given another 2 years.

The “Khudoyan case” led to the resignation of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Alexander Romanov, criminal cases were opened against his deputies Alexander Krakovsky and Alexander Biryukov, as well as investigator Alexander Bryantsev, who led the investigation. This indicated that Samiev and Govyadin had high patrons at the very top of Russian power.

Vadim Kozhin sits in the Northern Fleet side by side with Arsen Kanokov. По версии надзорного ведомства, в 2001 г. санаторий «Барвиха» лишился 99 га земли, которые получила компания «Кантри-Про» взамен на реконструкцию усадьбы Мейендорфа XIX века. Впоследствии она стала резиденцией президента РФ. На части переданной территории появились коттеджные поселки «Сады Майендорф» и «Жуковка-3».

Иск Генпрокуратуры касается 13 участков, находящихся в составе 99 га переданной «Кантри-Про» земли. Под раздачу попали Надежда Адвокатова, супруга ресторатора Аркадия Новикова, Алексей Богачев, председатель наблюдательного совета банка «Система», Валерий Гордышев, бывший владелец компании «Стройком», Зоя Струнина, мать сооснователя группы Mercury Леонида Струнина, Екатерина Джанашии, супруга оружейного барона Михаила Хубутии, международная компания «Кенсуэй Лимитед».

Слушания по делу состоятся в Одинцовском суде в конце апреля. Если ответчики потеряют свои земли, то на их месте санаторий «Барвиха» обустроит парковую зону. Суд уже запретил какие-либо операции Росреестру со спорными землями, а также строительство и реконструкцию на них.

Предполагаемый ущерб, нанесенный «Кантри-Про», - 66 млрд руб. Однако пока следователи почему-то не спешат возбуждать уголовные дела против владельцев компании, ликвидированной в 2009 г. Ими являлись Олег Юшкин и ООО «Верлл», ликвидированная в 2013 г.

Этой структурой владела Екатерина Бакленева, руководителем была Ирина Калгина. Первая в настоящее время занимает должность вице-президента Одинцовской торгово-промышленной палаты (ОТПП), вторая с 2013 г. по 2020 г. была руководителем ООО «Майендорф», с 2014 г. о 2024 г. его учредителем, в настоящее время - совладелец ООО «Сады Майендорф», второй соучредитель – Марина Лебедева. Ей принадлежит еще несколько компаний, работающих в сфере недвижимости.

Олег Юшкин, бывший владелец ООО «Кантри-Про», с 2014 г. по 2020 г. был соучредителем ООО «Санлэнд», занимающимся покупкой и продажей земельных участков, зарегистрированном в г. Одинцово в 2003 г. Сейчас руководитель и владелец компании – Светлана Романова. До 2020 г. учредителями ООО «Санлэнд» были Олег Юшкин и скандальный экс-депутат Госдумы Ильдар Самиев, о «подвигах» которого неоднократно писали российские СМИ, в том числе Rucriminal.info.

Самиев был соучредителем ООО «Санлэнд» с 2014 г. по 2020 г., а с 2015 г. по 2021 г. – совладельцем АО «Трейдкон» вместе с сенатором Арсеном Каноковым. В 2020 г. его долю получила Мадина Арсеновна Канокова.

С 2018 г. ООО «Санлэнд» управляет компания «Дженералгрупп» Мурата Макоева. Под ее управлением также находятся объекты недвижимости в Воронежской области, Ставропольском и Краснодарском краях, Кабардино-Балкарской республике, принадлежащие Мадине Каноковой. Она – владелец более трех десятков структур и бизнес-прикрытие для Арсена Канокова, которому по закону нельзя заниматься бизнесом.

Каноков сидит в СФ с 2013 г., до этого с 2005 г. был главой Кабардино-Балкарской республики и ни раз фигурировал в различных скандалах, о которых писали российские СМИ.

Совестное владение Ильдаром Самиевым и Арсеном Каноковым компанией ООО «Санлэнд», соучредителем которой был и совладелец ООО «Кантри-Про» Олег Юшкин, позволяет предположить, что все трое были замешаны в афере с землями санатория «Барвиха». По версии Генпрокуратуры, владельцы участков приобретали их в 2013-2022 гг., в это время Ильдар Самиев плотно сотрудничал с Арсеном Каноковым.

Владелец ФГБУ «Клинический санаторий Барвиха» - Управление делами президента РФ. Без его чиновников передача земли компании ООО «Кантри-Про» не могла бы состояться. С 2000 г. по 2014 г. УДП руководил Владимир Кожин. Именно с его подачи государственные земли санатория могли оказаться в руках неприметной компании «Кантри-Про», за которой, как оказалось, стоят известные российские бизнесмены.

Вадим Кожин долгое время входил в ближний круг Владимира Путина, от которого еще в 1994 г. получил хлебную должность начальника Северо-Западного центра валютно-экспортного контроля, затем - Службы по валютно-экспортному контролю (ВЭК) РФ. Кожин - не менее скандальная личность, чем Самиев и Каноков. В 2018 г. фигурировал сразу в нескольких делах, которые вели следователи ФСБ и, наверное, именно поэтому стал сенатором от Москвы. Ее мэр Сергей Собянин в 2005-2008 гг. возглавлял Администрацию президента (АП), тесно сотрудничающую с УДП.

Ильдар Самиев, признанный банкротом в 2021 г., выступал одним из продавцов спорных участков. По мнению Генпрокуратуры, покупателем стал один из ответчиков Алексей Богачев. Сам экс-депутат по делу не привлечен, но третьими лицами выступают Роза и Рафик Самиевы и бизнесмен Сергей Говядин.

Вадим Кожин сидит в СФ бок о бок с Арсеном Каноковым. После отставки с поста главы УДП Кожин в течение 4 лет был помощником президента РФ по вопросам военно-технического сотрудничества. А когда следователи ФСБ вышли на след чиновника, он спрятался в СФ, на данный момент - заместитель председателя Комитета Совета Федерации по конституционному законодательству и государственному строительству. Его возглавляет Андрей Клишас, являющийся представителем СФ в Верховном суде РФ и Генпрокуратуре.

Дело с изъятием подмосковных земель у российских богатеев обещает стать очень громким. Государство нацелилось не только на активы бизнесменов, к чему уже стали привыкать, но и на их личное имущество. В цепочке тех, кто имел отношение к спорным участкам, Ильдар Самиев – самое слабое звено. Именно он в процессе слушания дела может стать «козлом отпущения».

Vasily Utkin: A call to the next world

“Journalist, brawler, don’t care”

On March 23, a farewell ceremony took place in Moscow for journalist and sports commentator Vasily Utkin. It took place at the morgue of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation in Kuntsevo. Then the coffin with the body of Vasily Utkin was taken to the Nikolsko-Trubetskoye cemetery in Balashikha. Vasily Utkin died on March 19, 2024. He was 52 years old.

I still don’t really believe in the death of Vasily Utkin. It was as if something vital had been torn apart inside. I feel like it won’t grow together. These are the feelings.

I called him literally, as it turned out, days before his death. I wanted to see him, talk, for example, about the topic of relationships with the notorious young lady Tina Kandelaki, the current producer of the MATCH TV channel. In general, let’s talk about television “cuisine”, morals behind the scenes. Is it easy to become an outcast on TV who can be driven away overnight?

Well, let’s also find out more details about what the “star” of sports broadcasting is doing now, and maybe talk about Vasily’s personal life. But I almost heard a rebuke.

- What for? “The topic is not at all interesting to me,” I heard on the phone. – If you really want to, I’ll publish it myself on Internet resources, and everyone will read it.

A few days later, Vasily passed away... I was struck by the death of a still young man because Vasily’s mother, Natalya Igorevna, answered the question about her son’s health quite affirmatively, saying that everything was fine. Only my son now lives not in the Moscow region, but in the capital. Sometimes he comes to visit her, that’s all.



COURT WITH CSKA, “SHOULDER” WITH ROMANTSEV

I am impressed by people who touch on sensitive topics in football, although there are only a few of them. Vasily is one of them. Perhaps there is no one else to name, among television journalists - certainly not. Also, probably, father and son Vinokurov, not a lot, right?

In the 90s, I was heartily glad that a person had appeared who was capable of speaking so poignantly about the behind-the-scenes passions of big-time football, woven from particles of impenetrable dirt. Either Vasily would kick Romantsev for Spartak’s lackluster play, then... He kicked him so much that the opportunist, the then press attache Alexander Lvov, wrote angry letters to Utkin on behalf of the famous club and Romantsev himself: they say, how dare this kid touch the holy of holies, - Dearest Oleg Ivanovich, in his person the red and white team. At some point, the still young Vasily somewhat wavered, became confused by such an onslaught of older, experienced people, and began to apologize straight from the screen. I remember that Utkin was even removed from the air for criticizing the Spartak coach, but that was a temporary retreat. Soon the journalist continued to denounce the hapless managers from the “red-white” camp; no Lviv could stop Utkin...

The story of Utkin’s confrontation with the CSKA football club, if you think about it, is absolutely amazing! Vasily, on the pages of Soviet Sport, openly informed readers, without any hints, about the “negotiated” nature of the army team’s match against Rostov. This happened in 2006.

And he justified why he thinks so. That the Rostov players deliberately left their opponents from CSKA exposed in their own penalty area and even in the goalkeeper's area. They played “giveaway”, allowing the Muscovites to score the goals they “needed” without interference. 2:1 – CSKA won then. If you can call it a win. By the way, this is a championship season for the army team.

CSKA President Evgeny Giner and his inner circle demanded refutations and threatened legal proceedings. Sovsport and Utkin himself were in no hurry to refute anything. Indeed, representatives of CSKA filed a claim in court, demanding satisfaction. And the Moscow Arbitration satisfied the demands of the “offended”, deciding to refute the information about the allegedly “fixed” match. Also, according to the arbitration decision, the editorial board was obliged to pay a state fee in the amount of two thousand rubles, which is ridiculous in today’s times.

It took a lot of nerves and time to repel a serious, massive attack. After all, the reputation of the newspaper and the journalist himself is at stake. Utkin and the editors filed an appeal. In May 2007, the appeal court, by its decision, overturned the arbitration verdict. And he completely refused to the leadership of the army club their demands. CSKA paid a penalty of one thousand rubles to the editors, and the same amount to the author of the sensational publication. Everything went well, even ended well!

Thus, Vasily seemed to make it clear to his colleagues: guys, don’t be afraid of anything, go for it. Purity of football is worth it. But the sluggish, amorphous journalists didn’t even try to be daring following Utkin’s example. Until now, by the way.



KNIFE IN THE BACK. “GRATERS” WITH KANDELAKI

Vasily’s sharp attacks, as we see, could not remain without consequences for the journalist. Even before the story with the publication in Sovsport, in the fall of 2001, Utkin was almost killed. This is necessary, he sat calmly on a bench in the park, didn’t bother anyone, just rested. Some freak crept up from behind and stabbed me in the back several times with a sharpener or a knife. He survived, thank God, no vital organs were hit. But then I had to go to the clinic. I know what this is like from my own experience. True, they cut my face in 1994, seven years later they stabbed Vasily in the back.

The first impulse was to visit the unfortunate man in the hospital, talk to him, and support him unobtrusively. I started calling NTV. They answered something incomprehensible: they say that Vasily is in a “closed” hospital, you can’t visit him, etc. Well, okay, communication had to be postponed.

I cannot say for sure who ordered the attack on Vasily and why. There were a lot of people who wanted to get even with him in such an absurd, wild way. He clearly “got” the powers that be, so to speak, from the football environment. Critical mass has reached its apogee.

I remember how the coach of Vladikavkaz “Alania” Valery Gazzaev literally splashed with saliva. In 1996, I talked to him at the hotel literally the day before the “golden” match of the southerners with Moscow Spartak, in St. Petersburg. And Valery Georgievich did not hide his negativity towards the journalist Utkin, whom he “very much disliked”. And why did Vasily annoy the famous specialist so much? Plus add here the previously mentioned semi-criminal figures from the Spartak camp with their odious press attache. Well, other characters also had a grudge against Utkin; it’s impossible to list them all, and it’s not necessary.

Sometimes Vasily, who seemed to have matured for a long time, behaved like a child. I was seriously offended by the remark of a stupid woman named Kandelaki. She, apparently, in a fit of emotion, called the somewhat overweight-looking Utkin “fatbass.” So what?

The directive she voiced to “start building a sports editorial office from scratch” looked a little more serious. Said a lady who knew nothing about the intricacies of sports journalism. Utkin just snorted and left MATCH TV. He did not get lost, however, clearly manifesting himself in different guises, including in the field of a blogger.

This is how I will remember him - somewhat naive, touchy, nevertheless, a pure person, and, nevertheless, an extraordinary journalist. No matter what anyone says about him...

Василий Уткин: Звонок на тот свет

«Журналист, скандалист, пофигист»



В Москве 23 марта состоялась церемония прощания с журналистом и спортивным комментатором Василием Уткиным. Она прошла в морге ЦКБ управления делами президента РФ в Кунцево. Затем гроб с телом Василия Уткина доставили на Никольско-Трубецкое кладбище в Балашихе. Василий Уткин умер 19 марта 2024 года. Ему было 52 года.

В кончину Василия Уткина до сих пор не очень верится. Будто внутри что-то жизненно важное оборвалось. Чувствую, не срастется. Вот такие ощущения.

Звонил-то ему буквально за считанные, как оказалось, до кончины дни. Хотел увидеться с ним, пообщаться, к примеру, на тему взаимоотношений с печально известной барышней Тиной Канделаки, нынешним продюсером канала «МАТЧ ТВ». Вообще поговорить о телевизионной «кухне», нравах за кулисами. Легко ли стать изгоем на ТВ, которого могут в одночасье прогнать?

Ну, еще узнать подробности о том, чем нынче занимается «звезда» спортивного эфира, поговорить, может, о личной жизни Василия. Но услышал почти что отповедь.

- А зачем? Тема мне совсем не интересная, - услышал в трубке. – Если уж так захочется, сам опубликую на Интернет-ресурсах, и все прочитают.

Спустя несколько дней Василия не стало… Поразила смерть молодого еще человека и потому, что мама Василия, Наталья Игоревна, на вопрос о здоровье сына вполне утвердительно ответила, что, мол, все в порядке. Только живет сын нынче не в Подмосковье, а в столице. Иногда приезжает ее проведать, все.



СУД С ЦСКА, «РАЗБОРКИ» С РОМАНЦЕВЫМ

Мне импонируют люди, затрагивающие острые темы в том же футболе, их, правда, единицы. Вот Василий один из них. Пожалуй, больше и назвать некого, среди тележурналистов – точно нет. Еще, наверное, отец и сын Винокуровы, не густо, да?

В 90-х от души радовался, что появился человек, способный столь остро вещать о кулуарных страстях большого футбола, сотканного из частиц непроходимой грязи. То Романцева Василий пнет за невзрачную игру «Спартака», то… Да так пинал, что конъюнктурщик, тогдашний пресс-атташе Александр Львов строчил на Уткина гневные письма от имени знаменитого клуба и самого Романцева: дескать, как смеет этот малец трогать святое святых, - дражайшего Олега Ивановича, в его лице красно-белую команду. В какой-то период времени еще юный Василий отчасти дрогнул, растерялся от такого натиска поживших, опытных людей, полез извиняться прямо с экрана. Помнится, Уткина даже отстранили от эфира за критику тренера спартаковцев, но, то было временное отступление. Вскоре журналист продолжил обличать незадачливых управленцев из стана «красно-белых», никакие львовы не могли остановить Уткина…

История противостояния Уткина с футбольным клубом ЦСКА, если вдуматься, вообще потрясающая! Василий на страницах «Советского спорта» открыто сообщил читателям, без всяких там намеков, на «договорный» характер матча армейцев против «Ростова». В 2006-м это было.

И обосновал, почему так считает. Что игроки «Ростова» вполне себе намеренно оставляли неприкрытыми соперников из ЦСКА в собственной штрафной и даже во вратарской площади. В «поддавки» играли, позволив москвичам без помех забить «нужные» им мячи. 2:1 – ЦСКА выиграл тогда. Если это можно назвать выигрышем. Кстати, чемпионский сезон для армейцев.

Президент ЦСКА Евгений Гинер, его ближайшее окружение требовали опровержений, грозили судебным разбирательством. «Совспорт», сам Уткин не спешили ничего опровергать. Действительно, представители ЦСКА подали исковое заявление в суд, требуя сатисфакции. И Арбитраж Москвы удовлетворил требования «обиженных», постановив опровергнуть информацию о, якобы, «договорном» матче. Также по решению арбитража редакция обязана была заплатить госпошлину в размере смешных по нынешним временам двух тысяч рублей.

Нервов и времени для отражения нешуточной, массированной атаки потребовалось немало. Ведь на кону – репутация газеты и самого журналиста. Уткин и редакция подали апелляцию. В мае 2007 года уже апелляционный суд своим решением отменил вердикт арбитража. И в полном объеме отказал руководству армейского клуба в их требованиях. Одну тысячу рублей неустойки ЦСКА заплатил редакции, столько же автору нашумевшей публикации. Все благополучно, даже классно завершилось!

Тем самым, Василий как бы дал понять коллегам: ребят, не бойтесь ничего, дерзайте. Чистота футбола стоит того. Но, вялые, аморфные журналюги даже близко не попытались дерзнуть по примеру Уткина. До сих пор, кстати.



НОЖ В СПИНУ. «ТЕРКИ» С КАНДЕЛАКИ

Острые выпады Василия не могли, как видим, остаться без последствий для журналиста. Еще до истории с публикацией в «Совспорте», осенью 2001 года Уткина едва не убили. Это ж надо, спокойно сидел на лавочке в парке, никого не трогал, просто отдыхал. Какой-то урод подкрался сзади, нанес несколько ударов в спину заточкой, или ножом. Жить остался, слава богу, не задели жизненно важные органы. Но пришлось тогда прилечь в клинику. Знаю, что это такое на собственном опыте. Правда, мне резали физиономию в 94-м, Василию спустя семь лет вонзили нож в спину.

Первый порыв был – навестить горемыку в больнице, поговорить с ним, поддержать ненавязчиво. Стал звонить на НТВ. Там ответили что-то невразумительное: мол, Василий лежит в «закрытом» стационаре, к нему нельзя, и т.д. Ну, ладно, общение пришлось отложить.

Не берусь утверждать наверняка, кто и зачем заказал нападение на Василия. Желающих поквитаться с ним столь нелепым, диким способом набиралось немало. Он явно «достал» сильных мира сего, сказал бы так, из околофутбольной среды. Критическая масса достигла апогея.

Помню, как буквально брызгал слюной наставник владикавказской «Алании» Валерий Газзаев. В 96-м я общался с ним в отеле буквально за день до «золотого» матча южан с московским «Спартаком», в Питере. И Валерий Георгиевич не скрывал негатива по отношению к «очень нелюбимому» им журналисту Уткину. И чем уж так досадил Василий известному специалисту? Плюс добавьте сюда упомянутых ранее полукриминальных деятелей из стана «Спартака» с их одиозным пресс-атташе. Ну, и другие персонажи имели «зуб» на Уткина, всех не перечислить, да и не требуется.

Иногда Василий вроде уже давно повзрослевший человек, вел себя подобно ребенку. Всерьез обиделся на реплику неумной тетеньки по фамилии Канделаки. Та, видимо, в порыве чувств назвала несколько грузного с виду Уткина «жиробасом». Ну, и что?

Чуть серьезнее выглядела озвученная ею установка «начать строить спортредакцию с нуля». Заявляла дама, ничего не смыслящая в тонкостях спортивной журналистики. Уткин только фыркнул, и ушел с «МАТЧ ТВ». Не затерялся, однако, ярко проявляя себя в разных ипостасях, в том числе, и на поприще блогера.

Мне он таким и запомнится – в чем-то наивным, обидчивым, тем не менее, чистым человеком, и, все-таки, незаурядным журналистом. Кто бы и что о нем ни говорил…

Bloody Crocus

Chronicle of a terrorist attack in a concert hall

A concert of the group “Picnic” was supposed to take place in Crocus on this day; over 6 thousand tickets were sold. When people arrived at the hall, according to the video recorder, a Renault with a black roof stopped at the entrance (the car was sold by the owner a month before the terrorist attack), from which armed people began to jump out. They immediately opened fire on those who were at the entrance, at the detector frames, and at the access barriers. Then they burst inside and began shooting spectators in the hall.







Next we proceeded to the performance hall. Judging by the footage, one of the attackers may have had a flamethrower. The terrorists set fire to the hall in several places and then disappeared. Later, as the VCHK-OGPU reported, burnt camouflage was discovered under the stairs on the second floor. In the underground parking lot they found machine guns, bulletproof vests, and caps of the attackers. That is, they completely changed clothes and threw away all their weapons. According to the records, which turned out to be the VCHK-OGPU, after the terrorist attack the militants left at high speed.





However, until the very end, the special services suspected militants inside, so they forbade firefighters to start extinguishing the fire. Only when Crocus was almost completely engulfed in fire did three special forces groups enter the room one after another. Having not found the militants, the go-ahead was given to extinguish the fire.





Several eyewitnesses to the attack immediately stated to the VCHK-OGPU that the terrorists were “Asians and Caucasians” and spoke “not Russian.”

A source about the situation among Moscow and Moscow region police shortly after the terrorist attack: “There is a general gathering everywhere. Siren and Fortress, all departments are in full force. A lot of work is being done on the cameras along the Stream.”





The VCHK-OGPU published footage of how on the afternoon of March 22, shortly before the terrorist attack, special forces detained a large group of men near Crocus Expo. Rucriminal.info became aware of the details of the incident, which led to the mass detention of men near Crocus by special forces.

According to the source, the day before, at the boxing club of Grigory Drozd, a conflict occurred between Slavic athletes and athletes from the Caucasus (including from Dagestan and Ingushetia). The conflict escalated into a fight. The parties "scored" the arrow towards Crocus. The Slavs arrived there in full force, and instead of the Caucasians, a large number of special forces arrived, who put the athletes on the ground and detained them. On the same day they were given five days of arrest. What kind of Caucasians they were, that special forces came to the Crocus spit instead of them is unknown.
