Как рассказал наш источник, новый директор, бывшая телезвезда 90-х, экс-ведущий «Музобоза» Иван Демидов, видный единоросс, почувствовал себя небожителем, которому законы не писаны и начал направо и налево лишать работников всех стимулирующих выплат (которые составляют 70% реального среднего заработка). Делает он это с помощью приказов о дисциплинарных взысканиях по надуманным поводам в отношении людей из технических служб первой команды, запускавшей в эксплуатацию парк Зарядье в 2017 году. Дело в том, что у нового директора - новые покровители, у которых новые подрядчики, знакомые и т.д. Например, ООО "РД-Менеджмент сервисез", которое занимается обслуживанием вентсистем и отопления зданий, аффилирована с администрацией. За то, что с нее работники технических служб требовали добросовестного выполнения работ (в РД-Менеджмент" безобразное качество оказания услуг, их люди пьют и спят на рабочих местах, в венткамерах грязь), они подверглись такому давлению, чтобы ушли сами. Люди не захотели. В результате появились судебные дела в Тверском районном суде Москвы 02-1040/2022 (02-5912/2021), 02-5744/2022, 02-0253(02-4977/2022), 02-1180/2022(02-6053/2021, 02-6405/2022); дело 02-0094/2023 (02-0379/2022) в Тимирязевском районном суде Москвы, дела в Мосгорсуде 33-25660/2022, 33-42289/2022.

Как выяснил Rucriminal.info, все эти дела ведет/вела для Зарядья юрист ИП Яковлева по договорам ГПХ, услуги которой обошлись на данный момент этому бюджетному учреждению в 1.425.000 млн рублей согласно официальному сайту госзакупок. Для споров со своими работниками этих денег хватило бы чтобы удовлетворить все их исковые требования добровольно. Яковлева В.О. почти все указанные дела проиграла работникам. Несмотря на это бюджетные деньги на нее спускаются в неимоверном количестве. Чтобы не возникало подозрений, что это услуги одного и того же лица - договоры дробятся, на каждое заседание практически отдельно, все предметы закупок названы по разному, но все эти договоры с ИП ЯКОВЛЕВА и все по трудовым спорам с собственными работниками. Последняя на данный момент закупка на 525 тыс рубл. На трудовой спор. Это что за спор такой и что за звездный юрист, который столько стоит, при этом проигрывает практически все что можно?

В результате ее работы и действий администрации по делу 02-0094 в Тимирязевском суде работнику была выплачена очень серьезная компенсация за незаконное увольнение и вынужденный прогул (даже до увольнений по статье наглость Демидова И.И. дошла). То есть незаконные нарушения трудовых прав работников вкупе с нанятым сторонним юристом Демидов И.И. принес ущерб/затрат бюджету Зарядья на сумму порядка 5 млн руб. Стоит отметить, что в Зарядье собственная юридическая служба 8 или 9 человек реально работающих людей, из которых один начальник отдела, два заместителя, юрисконсульты, плюс к ним заместитель директора по правовым вопросам с окладом около 200.000 тыс и общим средним около 500.000 в мес Е.А.Арефьева.

И несмотря на это покупают услуги стороннего юриста ИП за 1.425 млн руб, которая одна и лично сама вела эти дела. Про такие мелочи как фиктивное трудоустройство работников даже говорить не стоит - Юдинцова Элла Юрьевна, специалист по охране труда по совмещению, оформлена с 2017 года, на работу даже не ходит, зарплату получает, т.к. по основной работе она в Департаменте культуры Москвы (вышестоящая по отношению к Зарядью организация).



Такие организации как ГИТ г. Москвы (Губин С.Ю.), зам Тверского прокурора Чекашкин Н.в. откровенно из кожи вон выворачиваются от принятия мер за нарушения трудовых прав работников и по фактам фиктивного трудоустройства Юдинцовой Э.Ю.

На сайте Генеральной прокуратуры РФ в разделе "Единый реестр проверок" (поиск по ИНН 7702403412) большое количество предостережений в адрес Зарядья (ГИТ отписываются предостережениями, лишь бы не принимать реальных мер к И.И.Демидову).

В распоряжении телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ оказались проектные документы Константина Малофеева о создании и расширении концерна «ДМЗ», которые наглядно демонстрируют истинные устремления идеологов СВО. Малофееев четко указывает, какие украинские предприятия ему необходимы и отвел целую графу под «расширение производственных активов по результатам СВО». Там, например, указано что Малофееву и его «ДМЗ» предпочтительно, чтобы были захвачены Марганецкий ГОК (Днепропетровская область), Никопольский завод ферросплавов (Днепропетровская область), Завод Запорожсталь и т.д.







Но, ход боевых действий не способствует осуществлению этого проекта в интересах Малофеева и его приближенных, среди которых и Александр Бородай, который является ответственным за добровольческие формирования именуемые "БАРСами". Если бы план удался и произошел захват нужных Малофееву украинских предприятий (а соответственно и территорий) , успех бизнес-экспансии Константина Малофеева на Юге Украины должны были обеспечить данные отряды "Союза Добровольцев Донбасса" (СДД).



По данным Rucriminal.info, получаемые Бородаем от государства и от богатых спонсоров деньги до боевых отрядов не доходят, ни один отряд организации СДД не получает реальной помощи, кроме «крестиков» и шевронов. Максимум гуманитарку от отдельных фондов. Деньги оседают в другом месте.



Репутация СДД и Бородая, зарекомендовавших себя отрицательно уже давно, среди основной массы добровольцев настолько низка, что собрать людей в свои отряды они не могут.

Известный комбат Фомич, собирая свои отряды через квоту СДД никогда не обозначал, что он участник или член СДД, потому что понимал, что к нему при таких условиях, добровольцы не придут.

Формирование и существование знаменитого Барс-13 полностью обеспечил Фомич, с помощью неравнодушных к развитию добровольческого движения граждан, позднее создав Барс-14 за свой счёт и за счёт пожертвований от своих друзей и сторонников.

. Как только Фомич поинтересовался у Бородая про финансирование - его сразу сняли с должности командира БАРС-13, под надуманными предлогами.

Раскрученный БАРС-13 Бородай рейдерским захватом забрал у Фомича, воспользовавшись помощью не чистых на руку проходимцев, затесавшихся в ряды добровольцев.

Поставленные на должности Бородаем люди с позывными «Артист» и «Богомаз» были замечены в следующем : мародерство, убийство местного жителя, насилие в отношении добровольцев, поборы с добровольцев отряда, вымогательство, хищение и продажа гуманитарной помощи и имущества батальона - бронежилеты, каски и главное (!) - оружия - по факту чего соответствующими органами ведутся проверки на предмет возбуждения уголовных дел. Ряд эпизодов преступной деятельности уже подтвердились.

Злоумышленники надеются списать похищенное оружие на боевые потери или свалить всё на предыдущее командование батальона.

Бородай их покрывает, хотя уже у него начались из-за этого проблемы.

Глава Крыма Сергей Аксёнов, по некоторым данным, не хочет видеть в Крыму, где предполагается формирование бородаевских подразделений в рамках Русского Добровольческого Корпуса из- за историй с хищением оружия и имущества, так как доверие к Бородаю лично, так же как и к ССД - подорвано.

Новое руководство субъекта продолжает разбираться в многочисленных коррупционных схемах, а авторы этих схем заявляют, что уверенны в своей безнаказанности. Ведь, по их утверждениям, заработанного в области (читай – награбленного) хватило не только на покупку квартир в Сочи, открытие ресторанов и приобретение новой яхты. Ваисильев-Чурин управляли Кировской областью 5 лет. Первый, губернатор, номинально возглавлял регион и обеспечивал общее прикрытие. Перед кировчанами Васильев любил козырять своими знакомствами и связями. Уверял, что является генерал-лейтенантом ФСБ России и находится на особом счету у руководства страны. При этом, на самом деле, Васильев был уволен из органов в звании подполковника. Приходя в правительство владельцем одного завода, после 5 лет работы во власти, Чурин стал бенефециаром крупнейших по освоению бюджетных средств подрядчиков в сфере строительства, дорог, вывоза мусора и тд. Новое руководство региона во главе с губернатором Соколовым старается изменить ситуацию. Уволены со своих постов в правительстве ряд членов старой команды. На прошлой неделе своих постов лидера фракции ЕР и главы бюджетного комитета в Законодательном собрании Кировской области лишился Сергей Чурин - младший брат бывшего премьер. Таким образом, действующая власть дает четкий и понятный сигнал. Все, кто связан с коррупционным периодом Чурина – Васильева, должны уйти. Очевидно, на очереди ряд других чиновников: председатель избиркома Максим Финченко, руководитель Центра управления регионом и одноклассник Чурина Игорь Панкратов, министр экологии Алла Албегова.



Все они так или иначе участвовали в выстраивании схем для премьера Чурина. Финченко, например, занимая должность главы администрации губернатора блокировал любые антикоррупционные проверки. Сейчас он всеми силами цепляется за пост главы областной избирательной комиссии. В преддверии будущих выборов этот пост имеет огромное значение для стабильности в территории. К слову, сам Финченко до своего назначения никакого отношения к системе избирательных комиссий не имел и в избирательном праве не разбирается. Его стремление остаться на посту любыми путями поддерживает Васильев. Бывший губернатор, уверяет что с Эллой Памфиловой его связывают давние дружеские отношения.

Любопытно, все чиновники, связанные с правлением Чурина, после увольнение с госслужбы трудоустраиваются на его предприятиях. Очевидно, так их мотивируют не делиться с правоохранительным органами своими обширными знаниями. Ведь как исполнители схем они были в курсе всего происходящего. Так, на завод «Сельмаш» трудоустроился публично уволенный за разгильдяйство бывший министр строительства Игорь Селезнев. Теперь он на каждом углу рассказывает, что претензии силовиков его шефу Чурину не страшны. Ведь все вопросы давно решены за соответствующее вознаграждение, а на чуринских предприятиях трудоустроены родственники тех, кто должен давать объективную правовую оценку деятельности Васильева-Чурина.

Подтверждением этого может являться то, что местный следственный комитет не предпринимает усилий, чтобы разобраться со скандальным приобретением чуринской компанией принадлежащего Кировской области здания в Москве.

Два строения и земельные участки были безвозмездно переданы Правительством Москвы Кировской области -. Предполагалось, что в них разместится Представительство Кировской области. Но у Васильева и Чурина был другой план. Здание и участки были выставлены на продажу и спешно приобретены компанией «Монолит», входящий в группу компаний «Сельмаш» Александра Чурина.
