(Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Leningrad Region) and his group, as well as all-Russian corruption schemes, also existing in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region: illegal alienation of land owned by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (the state), embezzlement of budgetary funds allocated for construction, repair and equipment of a spare command post (in case of wartime) and equipment in it, alienation of departmental apartments into the ownership of third parties, alienation of civil defense protective structures for bribes to third parties, embezzlement on bonuses and material assistance, withdrawal of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds through affiliated organizations and others criminal schemes.

It is noteworthy and important that at the beginning of December 2019 Larichev A.Yu. reported in a conversation to the immediate superior of Nikolaev - Krasotkin A.G. about all the actions of Nikolaev A.I., but Krasotkin A.G. was inactive.

According to Rucriminal.info, in March-April 2020, sources told Larichev A.Yu. about the fact that, by order of the corrupt official Deineka E.G. they remove that with the GUSB of the EMERCOM of Russia and with the local FSB for the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the issue was resolved at Deineka, but as a result, they began to remove it in parallel: through the GUSB of the EMERCOM of Russia - to “reduce” the position of the police officer in only one region of the Russian Federation - the Leningrad Region (there was no need to fight corruption there!), through the FSB of the Russian Federation - to prepare a criminal case, since Larichev A.Yu. voluntarily-compulsorily refused to transfer, and then to reduce. In general, everything is not new: an uncorrupt fighter against corruption is to be reduced and fired, a criminal case is fabricated, calling him a corrupt official! Outcome: revealed corruption in previously controlled Larichev A.Yu. in the units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region continues to flourish due to unrealized information from his reports, Larichev A.Yu. no longer interferes, but runs around the courts himself, fights for his honest name, such is the reality, although it is absurd.

In April 2020 Larichev A.Yu. informed by reports that he was receiving threats from A.I. Major FSB Nikolaev A.I. 04/23/2020 initiated the excitation of Larichev A.Yu. criminal case under Art. 159 h. 3, and then under Art. 327 part 2 and "pocket" investigator Tonkopryadchenko N.D. with pleasure without checking the information from Nikolaev A.I. and formally approaching his work, he initiated the ordered case and on the evening of 04/23/2020 arrived at Larichev A.Yu. in the dwelling and in the office with illegal searches.

The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg, where this criminal case was dragged (as well as the Prosecutor’s Office), did not find large-scale violations of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation in the criminal case against Larichev A.Yu., saying “everything is legal and justified” , not noticing that even the very initiation of a case is illegal and criminal, and that there is not even the very event of a crime, turning a blind eye to the results of official examinations, without giving them an assessment, part of the audio records of court hearings disappeared somewhere, for some reason the court (as before the investigator of the Investigative Committee Tonkopryadchenko N.D.), having rejected the petition of the defense side, refused to interrogate the witness of the defense side V.V. Mikhalchuk, the preliminary hearing lasted about 7 months instead of 1 month, and on 03.03. under Art. 159 part 1. The Court of Appeal also did not notice any violations and on 11/18/2022 left the fake conviction in "legal" force. It is noteworthy that the testimony against Larichev A.Yu. were given by the persons involved (interested) in the investigations of the officially appointed anti-corruption official Laricheva A.Yu. - the so-called "witnesses of the crimes of Larichev A.Yu. for 115,795 thousand rubles ”(members of the OPS Eliseeva A.N. - Chebotaeva M.V. and Shilov D.V., as well as their“ roof ”- Nikolaev A.I.), a classic of the genre!

Outcome: Laricheva A.Yu. dismissed due to the entry into force of an unlawful conviction dated 03.03.2022 in a fabricated criminal case ordered by Deineka E.G. and initiated by the investigator of the SO for the Nevsky District of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg, Lieutenant Tonkopryadchenko N.D. The “pocket” judge inserted false information into the verdict, and also, in the absence of common sense, is based, judging by the text, on assumptions that, in addition to other large-scale violations, it was reflected in the Appeal complaint against the judgment dated 03.03.2022.

ФСБ «наводнило» МЧС

Как чекисты «отмазали» коррумпированного генерала и посадили разоблачителя



Как стало известно телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, в МЧС России разгорается очередной нешуточный скандал.

После выявленных фактов тотальной коррупции и масштабных пожаров в 2019 году Зиничева Е.Н. был назначен Министром МЧС России для наведения порядка во вверенном ему ведомстве. Зиничев Е.Н. первым делом организовал Главное управление собственной безопасности МЧС России, создав в нескольких региональных главках отделы по вопросам противодействия коррупции во избежание давления на гусбшников на «земле», курирующих территории – регионы РФ. Начальником ГУСБ МЧС России Зиничев Е.Н. назначил прикомандированного сотрудника ФСБ – Цеханова С.В., а его Первым заместителем – Шамрая А.П. По нашим сведениям, Цеханова С.В. и Шамрая А.П. отстранили в конце 2022 года от их должностей в МЧС России и оправили обратно в ФСБ РФ.



Наши источники сообщают: в конце 2018 года на должность главного специалиста (по вопросам противодействия коррупции на территории Ленинградской области, Ленинградская область, п. Мурино) отдела по вопросам противодействия коррупции управления оперативного реагирования МЧС России по Приволжскому ФО ГУ МЧС России по Нижегородской области назначают майора внутренней службы Ларичева А.Ю. (в настоящий момент - подполковника), прошедшего спецпроверки и согласованного в ФСБ РФ на указанную должность. С конца декабря 2018 по сентябрь 2019 годов ГУСБ МЧС России ставит Ларичеву А.Ю. задачу – курировать вопросы противодействия коррупции на территории Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области и организовывать совместные мероприятия с правоохранительными органами, направленные на пресечение коррупции в МЧС России. На этом направлении Ларичев А.Ю. будучи порядочным и исполнительным человеком выполнял свои должностные обязанности, сообщая рапортами Цеханову С.В., лично и в нескольких десятках рапортов и Справок Шамраю А.П., Губанову Р.В., Успенскому А.А., Бабушкину И.П. о масштабных коррупционных схемах, организованных преимущественно Дейнекой Е.Г. (начальник Главного управления МЧС России по Ленинградской области) и его группой, так и всероссийских коррупционных схемах, так же имеющихся в СПб и Ленинградской области: незаконное отчуждение земель, принадлежавших МЧС России (государству), разворовывание бюджетных средств, выделенных на строительство, ремонт и оборудование запасного пункта управления (на случай военного времени) и оборудования в нём, отчуждение ведомственных квартир в собственность третьим лицам, отчуждение защитных сооружений гражданской обороны за взятки третьим лицам, хищения на премиях и материальных помощах, вывод бюджетных и внебюджетных средств через аффилированные организации и прочие преступные схемы.

По словам источника Rucriminal.info, Шамрай А.П. и Губанов Р.В. ставили Ларичеву А.Ю. до декабря 2019 года амбициозные задачи – рапортовать о ставших известными ему коррупционных схемах, однако в конце 2019 года они испугавшись осведомлённости Ларичева А.Ю. резко поменяли риторику, получив множество рапортов по сути с сообщениями о преступлениях, стали сами угрожать Ларичеву А.Ю. либо увольнением, либо сокращением в будущем, предлагая перевод в Тверскую область с требованием немедленного сворачивания оперативных мероприятий и умалчивания о коррупционных действия Дейнеки Е.Г. а также «лечь» под майора ФСБ - Николаева А.И. Но ранее в 2019 году, а потом уже в 2020 Ларичев А.Ю. докладывал, что Николаев А.И. «крышует» (осуществляет общее покровительство) местные группы Елисеева А.Н. (Врио начальника Главного управления МЧС России по Республике Карелияи) и Дейнеки Е.Г., Николаев А.И. умалчивает ме коррупционные факты. От Ларичева А.Ю. руководство ГУСБ МЧС России стало требовать бездействовать с декабря 2019 года. и перевод в Тверскую область был предложен Ларичеву А.Ю. на сборах в феврале 2020 лично Губановым Р.В. и Бабушкиным И.П., кстати они до сих пор служат в ГУСБ МЧС России.

На всём протяжении 2019 года Николаев А.И., курирующий по линии ФСБ подразделения МЧС России в СПб и Ленинградской области, провёл работу по Ларичеву А.Ю. : от убеждений бездействовать по противодействию коррупции, не направлять рапорты по ним в ГУСБ МЧС России, сливать Дейнеке Е.Г. информацию, поступающую по нему и его людям из ГУСБ МЧС России, до прямых угроз создания проблем на службе и в жизни, угроз увольнением, провокаций, фабрикацией на Ларичева уголовного дела и физической расправой («проломят голову»), рукоприкладства (после вызова в начале декабря 2019 года на неудавшуюся вербовку в здании ФСБ по г. СПб и Ленинградской области около входной двери на пр. Литейном д.4). Николаев А.И. требовал не заниматься Дейнекой Е.Г. и его людьми, сообщив ему, что якобы «никто от тебя не хочет никакой работы и нам всё известно».

В феврале 2020 года от Ларичева А.Ю. руководство ГУСБ МЧС России стало требовать перевод в Тверскую область на сборах в феврале 2020 лично Губановым Р.В. и Бабушкиным И.П., Ларичев А.Ю. отказался, на что Губанов Р.В. сообщил, что тогда они с ним по-другому поступят и начали готовить операцию сокращение неугодного гусбшника, а в параллели Николаев А.И. готовил по заказу Дейнеки Е.Г. к возбуждению фабрикуемое уголовное дело и ждал отмашки Шамрая А.П., чтобы в один день Ларичев А.Ю. получил Уведомление о сокращении (без приказа о сокращении Министра МЧС России) и получил второй удар – возбуждённое сфабрикованное дело, чтобы наверняка Ларичев А.Ю. никогда не смог вернуться на должность и чтобы не мешал воровать бюджет и внебюджет, а также не мешал функционировать их масштабным коррупционным схемам. Примечателен и важен тот факт, что в начале декабря 2019 года Ларичев А.Ю. сообщил в беседе непосредственному начальнику Николаева – Красоткину А.Г. обо всех действиях Николаева А.И., но Красоткин А.Г. бездействовал.

По сведениям Rucriminal.info, в марте-апреле 2020 года источники сообщили Ларичеву А.Ю. о то, что его по заказу коррупционера Дейнеки Е.Г. убирают, что с ГУСБ МЧС России и с местным ФСБ по г. СПб и Ленинградской области у Дейнеки вопрос решен, а в итоге убирать стали в параллели: по линии ГУСБ МЧС России – «сокращать» должность гусбшника только в одном регионе РФ – Ленинградской области (там стала не нужна борьба с коррупцией!), по линии ФСБ РФ – готовить уголовное дело, так как Ларичев А.Ю. добровольно-принудительно отказывался от перевода, а затем от сокращения. В общем, всё не ново: некоррумпированного борца с коррупцией – сократить и уволить, сфабриковать уголовное дело, назвав его самого коррупционером! Итог: выявленная коррупция на подконтрольных ранее Ларичеву А.Ю. в подразделениях МЧС России на территории СПб и Ленинградской области продолжает процветать ввиду нереализованной информации из его рапортов, ей Ларичев А.Ю. уже не мешает, а бегает сам по судам, бьётся за свое честное имя, такова реальность, хоть это и абсурдно.

В апреле 2020 Ларичев А.Ю. сообщил рапортами, что ему идут угрозы от Николаева А.И. и было пресечено несколько провокаций, поэтому он требует разрешения прибытия в г. Москва на личный приём к начальнику ГУСБ МЧС России, УСБ ФСБ России, при необходимости – к Министру МЧС России и Директору ФСБ России, но руководством ГУСБ МЧС России Ларичеву А.Ю. было отказано в разрешении покинуть гарнизон – СПб и Ленинградскую область и прибыть в Москву, а также так как для Ларичева А.Ю. готовились общими силами операции «сокращение» и «уголовное дело», то Успенский А.А. не дал Ларичеву А.Ю. убыть в запланированный очередной отпуск в апреле 2020 года, чтобы не сорвать их, как оказалось, готовящиеся операции, ему попытались вручить «Уведомление о сокращении» (без приказа о сокращении), на что Ларичев А.Ю. сообщил, что непременно об этом беспределе сообщит Министру Зиничеву Е.Н., чем сильно напугал.

Тем временем «крыша» Дейнеки Е.Г. майор ФСБ Николаев А.И. 23.04.2020 инициировал возбуждение на Ларичева А.Ю. уголовного дела по ст. 159 ч. 3, а затем по ст. 327 ч. 2 и «карманный» следователь Тонкопрядченко Н.Д. с удовольствием не проводя проверки информации от Николаева А.И. и формально подойдя к своей работе возбудил заказанное дело и вечером 23.04.2020 прибыл к Ларичеву А.Ю. в жилище и в служебный кабинет с незаконными обысками.

Куйбышевский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга, куда протащили это уголовное дело (как впрочем и Прокуратура) не обнаружил масштабных нарушений УК РФ, УПК РФ и законодательства РФ в уголовном деле в отношении Ларичева А.Ю., сообщив «всё законно и обоснованно», не заметив, что само даже возбуждение дела незаконно и преступно, и что нет даже самого события преступления, закрыв глаза на результаты официальных экспертиз, не давая им оценки, куда-то изчезла часть аудипротоколов судебных заседаний, почему-то суд (как и ранее следователь СК Тонкопрядченко Н.Д!) отклонив ходатайство стороны защиты отказался допрашивать свидетеля стороны защиты Михальчука В.В., предварительное слушание вместо 1 месяца тянулось около 7 месяцев, а 03.03.2022 осудил Ларичева А.Ю. по ст. 159 ч. 1. Суд Апелляционной инстанции тоже не заметил никаких нарушений и 18.11.2022 года оставил фейковый обвинительный приговор в «законной» силе. Примечателен тот факт, что показания на Ларичева А.Ю. давали сами фигуранты (интересанты) расследований официально назначенного должностного лица по противодействию коррупции Ларичева А.Ю. – так называемые «свидетели преступлений Ларичева А.Ю. на 115795 тысяч рублей» (члены ОПС Елисеева А.Н. – Чеботаева М.В. и Шилов Д.В., а также их «крыша» – Николаев А.И.), классика жанра!

Итог: Ларичева А.Ю. уволили вследствие вступления в законную силу незаконного обвинительного приговора от 03.03.2022 по сфабрикованному уголовному делу, заказанному Дейнекой Е.Г. и возбужденному следователем СО по Невскому району ГСУ СК РФ по Санкт-Петербургу лейтенантом Тонкопрядченко Н.Д. В Приговор «карманный» судья вставила ложные сведения, а также в отсутствие здравого смысла основан, судя по тексту, на предположениях, что помимо прочих масштабных нарушений было отражено в Апелляционной жалобе на Приговор от 03.03.2022.

Соледар: «Сначала им казни показывают на видео, потом видят реальные примеры»



О том, какой ценой дается штурм Соледара и других украинских населенных пунктов можно понять из рассказа источника телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ.

По его словам, сейчас ЧВК Вагнер срочно требуется пополнение в районе 25-30 тыс человек ( в первую очередь штурмовиков) только для восполнения общих потерь. "Если прибавится 50-60 тыс человек, тогда можно по такой же тактике грызть и Бахмут (с условием подвоза боеприпасов),- отмечает источник- В Вагнере в целом не принято обсуждать потери.



Теперь после Соледара вопрос больших переговоров Пригожина и Минобороны неизбежен. Соледар и нужен был Пригожину только для того, чтобы переиграть старые расклады в этих отношениях, на кон он поставил все.

С чисто военной точки зрения взятие Соледара по цене в людских потерях полностью невыгодно.

Соледар - это такая абсолютная точка концентрации погибших на квадратный метр.

Однако, Соледар - это военный пролог для переговоров Пригожина и Минобороны. Главный козырь Музыкантов. Учитывая, что военным вернули Лапина, то можно ожидать при неудаче в переговорах прямой конфронтации между Музыкантами и Минобороны. Пригожин показывает, что готов делать "если не по-хорошему, то как положено".

«Первой идет самая матерая группа штурмовиков, с отличной экипировкой, подготовленная. Ее состав - 8 человек, каждый из которых со Шмелем. Что бы ни случилось - группа должна дойти до огневого боя. "Что бы ни случилось" - не оборот речи, а задача, невыполнение которой закончится расстрелом, невзирая на любые факторы.

Как только пошел огневой контакт, группа вкапывается на позициях. Вкапываться учат не менее дотошно, чем ведению боевых действий, поэтому по военным меркам вкапывание происходит почти мгновенно и очень эффективно.

Участок, куда добралась группа, помечается (тряпка на дереве или что-то подобное). Даже если группу снесут в ноль, то следующая уже понимает, куда дошла предыдущая. Главная задача - завязать огневой контакт, окопаться и передать артиллерии данные позиций.

Арта может бить от часа до нескольких часов. И вот здесь первая причина конфликта с армейскими: если не хватает снарядов, то вместо удачной тактики получается беспросветное мясо из штурмовиков.

Далее за первой группой идет вторая, тоже 8 человек, но экипированы сильно легче. Их задача - сразу после окончания работы арты заскакивать на позиции. Иногда идет приказ не ждать конца обстрела - у Музыкантов такая дисциплина, что все равно полезут, потому что так есть хоть какой-то шанс выжить.

Сейчас снарядов мало, из-за этого первые группы почти не выживают - на них идет главный удар, там уже и подготовка не решает всех вопросов. Там и раньше потери в первой группе были неизбежны, но сейчас выживаемость групп в целом обвалилась до критических значений. И заменять их кем попало - это идти на еще большее повышение затрат, а приток людей сейчас обвалился.

Группы по 8 человек идут волнами - обычно под атаку готовят 4 волны. Но в Соледаре были случаи, когда для взятия одного участка требовалось 14 волн. Там, конечно, кто-то выживший оставался, но потери были от ста и больше. Это за один участок.

В группах есть операторы беспилотников, чтобы вести всю группу на позиции, для зачистки мест. При этом легко раненные не филонят и не отлеживаются - за такое тебе могут свои же при отходе прострелить ноги и оставить.

Эта тактика - она вообще единственно возможная для достижения результата по продвижению в таких условиях. В Соледаре линия обороны по уму строилась годами, армейское командование не имеет ни возможности, ни желания там продвинуться. В общем-то, поэтому задачу и передали Вагнеру.

Со стороны может показаться, что это нецелесообразно - сознательно идти на такой высокий процент потерь, но попробуйте посмотреть по-другому: даже 4 волны по 8 человек - это в худшем случае 32 человека погибшими. Бросьте туда хоть полк - они потеряют намного больше, да еще и с задачей не справятся. В процентах они потеряют меньше, но в абсолютнных цифрах - больше. Поэтому потери свыше 50% за атаку - это не плохо, если будет результат.

Людей для штурмовых групп сейчас сильно меньше, снаряды тоже дефицит. А если арту накрывают, то штурмовиков назад никто все равно не отзовет, просто зачищать им придется без прикрытия. Если есть в запасе еще группы - можно дать и 5, и 6, и 7 волн - лишь бы дожать результат. Это не армия, здесь лучше больше инициативы, чем недоработать.

У Музыкантов подготовка своя - бешенная интенсивность, если ты без опыта - обучают очень узкому спектру задач. И новичков с зон очень обкатали на дисциплину: сначала им казни показывают на видео, потом уже очень скоро они сталкиваются с первыми реальными примерами, а потом они привыкают к такой дисциплине полностью.

Из этого еще один плюс - в Вагнере не практикуется переброска тех же артиллеристов в штурмовики, если только не как наказание. Хорошие артиллеристы - тоже на вес золота.

Армия заменить Вагнер не сможет на горячих направлениях, это даже не рассматривается. В современной войне количество солдат вообще не показатель. Но, опять же, открытым остается вопрос - что делать с дефицитом снарядов (120 и 80 мм)? Есть понятие "эффективность относительно ситуации", так вот эта эффективность может быть высокой, но если ситуация тупиковая, то главный вопрос все равно не решается.

Размен людей на территорию выгоден, когда территория небольшая, а людей в запасе с достатком. Если же рубиться приходится за каждый метр, а люди стали в дефиците, то начинаются проблемы. В итоге потери растут, апродвижение замедляется. Набор сидельцев вначале давал полноводную реку людей, сейчас их нет. В начале войны говорили про сирийских наемников, кто-то даже приехал. Но они для этой войны не годятся.

Среди Музыкантов вслух говорят о том, что "вот-вот дожмем и возьмем здесь все". Но между собой все ждут, что от штурма ряда направлений нас снимут. И даже если большая мобилизация начнется прямо завтра - отказников в нужных количествах наберут не сразу, а их еще надо обкатать, довести до нужной кондиции, потому что иначе даже эффективно потратить их не получится. Нужно время, нужно много снарядов. А ни того, ни другого нет».

On October 20, 2021, we dealt a crushing blow to the Chief of the Metropolitan Police, in fact, exposing a whole gang of criminals in general and colonel uniforms. Naturally, no one was going to forgive us such a blow to the reputation of both the Moscow police and its individual ranks.

For 9 months they puzzled over what to do with us and how. And they did not come up with anything better than to accuse us of the fact that it was like we ourselves falsified the evidence in the criminal case against Vorontsov, and not they themselves. Mdaaa ... Megaminds!

But some of them, from their gang, apparently, someone from the GSU, understood that not a single court would arrest us for such nonsense, not a single prosecutor's office would coordinate the initiation of a criminal case. And then these fools came up with something.

They thought of declaring the three of us a "new opposition", which is raising the radical masses against the current authorities in the Russian Federation. And I'm not joking now, it is precisely such wordings that are indicated in the reports of entire colonels of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Exactly the same words, only with a bunch of spelling errors.

And since the investigation (reprisal against us) was planned to be entrusted to the Main Investigative Directorate, all sanctions, including our detention, had to be done through the Tverskoy District Court. This is a court that serves the very center of Moscow with all state institutions. Naturally, this court is not under the control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, another federal service rules there (we will not say it out loud). And the generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to "bow" to this very service, they say, we have terrible oppositionists here, they should be thrown into a pre-trial detention center.



What to do here? Not boys from the street came, but whole generals from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Of course, they agreed on everything, but under guarantees to provide evidence of opposition activity. Weeks, months passed, but no such evidence was found. Yes, because they don't exist! We are not opposition! We have always been on guard of state interests. We even told the court everything at first, and only then made the film public. September, October, November - we have no evidence. None at all: neither in opposition, nor in a criminal case. Well, here the guys from the federal service shrugged their shoulders, they say, the guys from the Ministry of Internal Affairs deceived us, what kind of support is now? And at the very beginning of December, the court even began to consider my complaints, which it did not do for 4 months. Everything, the turning point has come in our favor. But this simply cannot be allowed - this is the second terrible blow to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Well, here the head of the Glavka Baranov himself personally went to the "bow" to the prosecutor's office and the Moscow City Court. And so, through humiliation, he was able to “push through” so that we would be convicted. So watch and enjoy the massacre ... "

Как глава ГУ МВД Москвы Баранов сажал команду «Омбудсмена полиции»



Накануне новогодних праздников Тверской суд Москвы ограничил срок ознакомления Евгения Моисеева (защитник Омбудсмена полиции) с материалами уголовного дела. Причиной стало затягивание процесса ознакомления. Примечательно, что сам следователь был у Моисеева в СИЗО всего 2 рабочих дня (по 8 часов) за 1,5 месяца, но суд посчитал, что это обвиняемый затягивает процесс. Ходатайства Моисеева о предоставлении ему времени на подготовку своей позиции и о предоставлении адвоката были отклонены судом без объяснения причин. Сам Евгений Моисеев так прокомментировал этот процесс: "Сейчас вы наблюдаете торжество беззакония и несправедливости над заведомо невиновными людьми. Запаситесь поп-корном, это будет увлекательная публичная расправа, и никто ничего не сможет изменить. Так что, просто откиньтесь в кресле и наслаждайтесь зрелищем".



Участник проекта Омбудсмен полиции Евгений Моисеев подготовил новое обращение ко всем, кто поддерживает команду Омбудсмена полиции, преследуемую за правду. Обращение было передано Rucriminal.info и телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ, которое мы публикуем:

«Здравствуйте, товарищи! Сегодня 29 декабря 2022 года. Три дня назад я узнал, что нам всем уже вынесли приговор. Да-да, он уже есть. Вердикт такой: признать виновными в заведомо ложном доносе на Воронцова и в фальсификации доказательств по его делу. Даже срок наказания назначили: фактически отсиженное в СИЗО на момент приговора + 1 год «сверху». Учитывая, что приговор будет ближе к весне 2023 года, а срок у нас идет 1 год за 1,5 года, то нам всем троим назначат срок в коридоре 2-3 года лишения свободы в колонии общего режима. Срок будет реальным. То есть еще не направлено дело в суд и нам еще не вручили обвинительное заключение, а приговор уже вынесен. Осталось дело за малым – провести показательный суд, напечатать этот самый приговор на бумажке и официально его огласить. Вот какие у нас теперь «закон и порядок». Точнее сказать – беззаконие и беспорядок. Как такое возможно? Сейчас расскажу.

20 октября 2021 года мы нанесли сокрушительный удар по Главку столичной полиции, фактически разоблачив целую банду преступников в генеральских и полковничьих погонах. Такого удара по репутации как московской полиции, так и отдельных ее чинов нам, естественно, никто прощать не собирался.

9 месяцев они ломали голову, что и как с нами сделать. И они не придумали ничего лучше, как обвинить нас в том, что это типа мы сами сфальсифицировали доказательства по уголовному делу против Воронцова, а не они сами. Мдааа… Мегамозги!

Но некоторые из них, из их шайки, по-видимому, кто-то из ГСУ, понимали, что ни один суд нас не арестует, за такой бред, ни одна прокуратура не согласует возбуждение уголовного дела. И тут эти олухи кое-что придумали.

Они додумались объявить нас троих «новой оппозицией», которая поднимает радикальные массы против действующей в РФ власти. И я сейчас не шучу, именно такие формулировки указаны в рапортах целых полковников МВД. Ровно этими же словами, только с кучей орфографических ошибок.

А так как расследование (расправу над нами) планировалось поручить ГСУ, то все санкции, в том числе, и заключение нас под стражу, надо было делать через Тверской районный суд. Это суд, который обслуживает, самый центр Москвы со всеми госучреждениями. Естественно, МВД этот суд не подконтролен, там рулит другая федеральная служба (не будем говорить вслух). И генералы МВД пошли на «поклон» в эту самую службу, мол, у нас тут жуткие оппозиционеры, их надо кинуть в СИЗО.



Что тут делать? Не мальчики с улицы пришли, а целые генералы от МВД. Само-собой им всё согласовали, но под гарантии представить доказательства оппозиционной деятельности. Шли недели, месяцы, но таких доказательств не обнаруживалось. Да потому что их нет! Никакие мы не оппозиционеры! Мы всегда были на страже государственных интересов. Мы даже всё сначала сообщили суду, а только потом обнародовали фильм. Сентябрь, октябрь, ноябрь – доказательств по нам нет. Вообще никаких: ни по оппозиции, ни по уголовному делу. Ну тут ребята из федеральной службы развели руками, мол, обманули нас ребята из МВД, какая теперь поддержка? И в самом начале декабря суд даже начал рассматривать мои жалобы, чего он не делал аж 4 месяца. Всё, наступил переломный момент в нашу пользу. Но такое допустить просто нельзя – это второй страшный удар по МВД. Ну и тут сам лично начальник Главка Баранов пошел на «поклон» в прокуратуру и Мосгорсуд. И вот так через унижение он смог «продавить», чтобы нам вынесли обвинительный приговор. Так что смотрите и наслаждайтесь расправой...»

Such an idea came to them after Ivan Voronichev, the former driver of the president of the mini-football club Dynamo-Samara, Igor Karpov, who, being offended by his employer, decided to “pour out his soul” to Karpov’s sworn enemy-Surkov.

In February 2021, a meeting was held at Surkov’s house, which in the future will become a landmark in the war of security forces not only in the Samara region, but also at the federal level. The meeting was attended by Ivan Voronichev, Sergei Sergeevich Surkov and a FSB officer. At this meeting, all three actively discussed illegal oil taps in the Bogatovsky field and all the people involved, namely Ermakov Vasily, Karpov Igor and Zubov Denis (the son of Deputy Interior Minister Igor Zubov), who was in partnership and friendly relations with Karpov and Ermakov. The unfortunate conquerors discussed a method that could provoke V. Ermakov and I. Karpov to a bribe, and, on occasion, Denis Zubov himself. It was decided that all three would be carefully courted by FSB officers in order to win over. Development began immediately.

Months passed, all contacts transmitted by Voronichev I. were carefully tapped and studied. Development was in full swing. The provocation of a bribe was prepared in several stages. The employee himself several times, at the opportunity, showed attention to Karpov (given pens, notebooks and other things with the symbols of the FSB), and soon Karpov introduced the Chekist to his friend Denis Zubov.

The security officers already clearly understood that without the arrest of the minister's son, the whole scheme does not matter, because only after the arrest of Zubov Jr., the entire region can be taken under control, and money from illegal oil production will flow like a river.



Everything seemed to be going according to plan. And in February 2022, the security officers carry out their provocation to give a bribe, and detain all three (Ermakov, Karpov, Zubov), red-handed.

The whole trinity is arrested by a court order and placed in a pre-trial detention center. But something went wrong... All three go into denial and plead not guilty. They insist that a provocation was carried out, and thereby frustrate the plans of the Chekists.

No more than a month passes, as Igor Zubov intervenes in the current situation (unofficially, of course), and demands an honest trial in the case of his son and his friends.

And so it happens - the case is taken by the CA of the RF IC, and all three are transported to Moscow for further investigation, and here the most interesting begins. As Rucriminal.info found out, shadowing begins for the UFSB employees themselves. Surkov is being monitored for illegal banking activities. Soon, one by one, the FSB officers begin to fall for the crimes of bygone years. Four out of six Chekists are detained for various reasons. Two security officers manage to escape from the country, and the main villain (Surkov S.S.) also flees from the country to the UAE.

Absolutely every FSB officer who came across gave out some episode of the crime. At the moment, the federal security forces are increasingly interested in two individuals from this community - these are Mikhail Fomin and Sergey Surkov. It is these two who must put together the final puzzle in the case of a planned provocation against Denis Zubov. According to reports, Surkov will be charged along the way with 18 episodes of cashing out money.
