Gritsenko, despite the revealed connections with criminals, and the criminal past of his family, still expects to get the seat of a senator, or at least retain the position of deputy chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly, for which he needs to have at least 5 deputies in the regional parliament.

As revenge for the reputational costs, Gritsenko decided to aggravate the situation around the primaries, instructing unapproved candidates to take part in the United Russia preliminary vote. Gritsenko’s candidates did not pass the primaries, but he claims that at the upcoming regional conference on July 5, he is ready to “pig” the governor’s team and, with the support of the CEC and the embassy, ​​nominate financially secure candidates who lost the primaries.

According to a Rucriminal.info source, Gritsenko, who believes that he is playing a successful gambit, has actually driven himself into a corner, exacerbating intra-elite conflicts in the region, which are especially wary in the VPB AP, understanding who provokes them.

Sources say that in the districts where Gritsenko and "his" candidates are nominated, total control by the federal center should be expected to ensure the legitimacy of the election process and demonstrate real (low) support for Gritsenko and his team. The youngest son of Gritsenko, who died as a result of a head injury, is Leonid Nikolayevich, born in 1973. was convicted under Art. 144 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for theft of another's property, art. 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for the theft of vehicles, art. 145 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for robbery and Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession, manufacture of narcotic substances).

It is possible that Gritsenko, who was aiming for the seat of senator in the late 90s, was associated with criminal authorities and groups that accounted for racketeering, robberies and murders, but he managed to erase unpleasant circumstances from his biography.

Another reason for Gritsenko's refusal to agree to the position of senator is his close and business relationship with his colleague in the ZSK Alexei Rudnev, suspected of commercial bribery and other fraudulent transactions using Gazprom structures. Спасенный от увольнения руководством ЦИК ЕР, Гриценко решил доказать свою влиятельность через фальсификацию результатов праймериз. Буквально весь социальный блок Краснодарского края, под угрозой увольнения, вынужден был поменять на госуслугах адрес регистрации, для того, чтобы быть прописанными в Тихорецком районе и проголосовать за Гриценко. Планку в 31 тысячу голосов показал Гриценко своим покровителям, для сохранения власти. Подобных величин не смог достичь ни один из кандидатов, несмотря на узнаваемость и финансовые возможности.

Гораздо интересней выглядит гамбит Гриценко с попыткой повлиять на назначение на ключевые должности в крае.

После серии компроментирующих публикаций, Гриценко объявил фактически войну департаменту внутренней политики края, записав вице-губернатора Чагаева в личные враги. Чагаев должен был занять должность федерального инспектора в Краснодарском крае еще в конце мая, начале июня, однако процесс затормозился. Сам Гриценко говорит, что благодаря личным связям с одним из заместителей полпреда президента в ЮФО смог повлиять на то, чтобы затормозить процесс согласования Чагаева на вакантную должность, с последующим возможным полным отказом.

Гриценко, несмотря на вскрытые связи с криминалитетом, и преступное прошлое своей семьи, все еще рассчитывает получить кресло сенатора, или как минимум сохранить должность зампреда регионального ЗакСобрания, для чего ему необходимо завести не менее 5 депутатов в региональный парламент.

В качестве мести за репутационные издержки Гриценко решил обострить ситуацию вокруг праймериз, дав команду не согласованным кандидатам принимать участие в предварительном голосовании ЕР. Праймериз кандидаты Гриценко не прошли, однако он утверждает, что на грядущей 5 июля региональной конференции он готов подложить "свинью" команде губернатора и, заручившись поддержкой ЦИК и полпредства выдвинуть финансово-обеспеченных кандидатов, проигравших праймериз.

По мнению источника Rucriminal.info, Гриценко, считающий, что разыгрывает успешный гамбит, на самом деле загнал себя в угол, обострив внутриэлитные конфликты в регионе, к которым с особой настороженностью относятся в ВПБ АП, понимая кто их провоцирует.

Источники сообщают, что в округах, где выдвигается Гриценко и "его" кандидаты стоит ожидать тотального контроля со стороны федерального центра для обеспечения легитимности выборного процесса и демонстрации реальной (низкой) поддержки Гриценко и его команды. Попытки вбросов и привычного набора административных практик будут жестко пресекаться, а исполнители будут привлекаться к ответственности.

Ранее телеграм ВЧК-ОГПУ рассказал о том, что руководитель Краснодарского краевого отделения Единой России - зампредседателя ЗСК Николай Гриценко начал обивать пороги московских гостиных для получения одобрения на должность сенатора от региона. Гриценко под предлогом наличия серьезного компромата пытается убедить лиц принимающих решение о необходимости смены действующего 72-летнего сенатора Владимира Бекетова.

Федеральные кураторы как и региональные власти были не в восторге от идеи сенаторства Гриценко не только из-за его токсичности, но и в связи с темным пятном в его биографии. Гриценко на протяжении нескольких лет тщательно скрывает криминальное прошлое и настоящее своей семьи.

Старший сын Гриценко - Владимир Николаевич 1971 г.р. осужден по ст.145 УК РСФСР за грабеж, ст.157 УК РФ за неуплату алиментов, ст. 324 УК РФ за сбыт официальных документов и гос.наград, ст.222 УК РФ за незаконной хранение оружия и ст. 158 УК РФ (кража).

Погибший в результате травмы головы младший сын Гриценко - Леонид Николаевич 1973 г.р. был осужден по ст. 144 УК РСФСР за хищение чужого имущества, ст. 212.1 УК РСФСР за угон транспортных средств, ст. 145 УК РСФСР за грабеж и ст.228 УК РФ (незаконное хранение, изготовление наркотических веществ).

Не исключается, что метящий в кресло сенатора Гриценко в конце 90-х был связан с криминальными авторитетами и группировками, на счету которых рэкет, грабежи и убийства, однако ему удалось стереть из своей биографии нелицеприятные обстоятельства.

Еще одним доводом для отказа Гриценко в согласовании на должность сенатора являются его близкие и деловые отношения с его коллегой по ЗСК Алексеем Рудневым, подозреваемым в совершении коммерческого подкупа и иных мошеннических операций с использованием структур "Газпром". В настоящее время в деле Руднева могут всплыть и более тяжкие обстоятельства, тянущие на пожизненное о которых знал и умалчивал Николай Гриценко.

И взяв в «советники» ВИТАЛИЯ РОДИОНОВА – “серого кардинала” транспортной системы Петербурга вхожего в близкое окружение вице-губернатора - сразу же и начали “зарабатывать”.

Члены транспортной шайки РОДИОНОВА рассказывают об огромных объемах в сфере недвижимости и организации комфорта рабочих пространств, а также арендой и управлением собственным или арендованным недвижимым имуществом. Так, в показаниях звучат нежилое помещение в комплексе «Город столиц» (башня «Москва», 54 этаж, кад №77:01:0004042:4146, кадастровая стоимость 38 млн. рублей, еще несколько нежилых помещений в Санкт-Петербурге, квартира в Москве, начата постройка и отделка дома в Подмосковье.

В 2021 году, совместно с крупным девелопером Аркадием Буравым организовывают рабочее пространство и ООО «Коворкинг на Казанской» (Санкт-Петербург, ул. Казанская, д.3). Кроме того, владеют и распоряжаются несколькими помещениями по адресам, которые появлялись после ликвидации ООО «Корпорация С». Из показаний членов транспортной шайки РОДИОНОВА следует что компания была детищем партнеров, в том числе -Н. Сергеенко.

Н. Сергеенко же пока они все вместе находились в Москве, ведал делами в СПб. Совместно с Н.Ю. Сергеннко является учредителями ООО «ИКС-КЛИНИКА» (клиника адаптационной медицины в Санкт-Петербурге). Со слов осколков транспортной шайки РОДИОНОВ-ЛЫЗИН -СИЗОв-НОВГОРОДСКИЙ– оборот клиники в 2021 году составил около 500 млн. рублей, что больше в сравнении с 2020 годом на 200 млн. рублей.

Со слов подельника по «распилу» финансовых средств, выделенных на транспортную сферу Санкт-Петербурга все закупки, где участвовали компании крышуемые транспортной шайкой РОДИОНОВА В., имеют связь с ведомствами, организациями, учреждениями транспортной сферы Москвы и ближайших регионов (Тульская область). Все это было сделано с помощью многочисленных контактов которые остались в Москве.

РОДИОНОВ-СИЗОв -НОВГОРОДСКИЙ -ЛЫЗИН и подельники дают показания о связи с В.Макаровым, ранее исполнявшим обязанности председателя Комитета рекламы города Москвы, задержанного по обвинению в мошенничестве в 2020 году в составе организованной преступной группы. По настоящее время Макаров находится под стражей в СИЗО Бутырка, при этом с ним ведётся переписка , в которой обсуждают совместный отдых, бизнес-идеи, общих знакомых и возможности скорейшего выхода Макарова при содействии транспортной шайки СПб.




В Санкт-Петербурге же широко известно о «делах» транспортной ОПГ на суммы, превышающие 2 млрд рублей. Надо сказать, что активную роль сыграл в этом М.Ю. Соколов, взявший к себе в советники РОДИОНОВА у которого присваивать бюджетные средства вошло в привычку. Наиболее выгодные проекты всегда были у людей, входивших в ближайшее окружение транспортной шайки СПб. Деятельность Соколова и на посту министра транспорта и на должности вице-губернатора Санкт-Петербурга теперь подвергается критике со стороны самих же подельников транспортной шайки РОДИОНОВА. Так, например, в период его министерской работы сообщают они , многие из запланированных мероприятий так и не были реализованы:

- система «Платон» не получила льготы в 2015 году;

- высокоскоростная железнодорожная магистраль Москва-Казань (о ее строительстве говорилось в 2013 году) так и не была построена;

Это был поистине выгодное решение для всех членов транспортной шайки РОДИОНОВ-ЛЫЗИН-СИЗОв-НОВГОРОДСКИЙ, эти люди точно знают – как, что и в какой момент нужно сделать, кого «протащить», кого подставить для собственного обогащения. Теперь же они дают показаниями друг на друга в надежде облегчить свою участь и уменьшить сроки.

Как стало известно Rucriminal.info, активного участника ОПГ Владимира Борисова (Прапорщика), непосредственно сына Константина Владимировича Борисова допустили до государственного бюджета, вверив ему в управление МО «Купчино» в Санкт – Петербурге.

ОПГ Прапорщика активно орудует в Питере и области еще с 90-х, когда отставной прапорщик Владимир Борисов сколотил группировку киллеров из бывших кадровых офицеров спецслужб. В разное время в группировку входили: Юрий Бирюченко (Танкист), Герой России Полковников Дмитрий Александрович, Кузьмины Виталий и Дмитрий, юристы Медведев Антон и братья Луконенко и другие криминальные дельцы Северной столицы.

Группировка Прапорщика промышляет всем - начиная от воровства государственных денег при выполнении госзаказов и рейдерских захватов, до заказных убийств. В жертвах ОПГ числятся, и депутат Старовойтова Г. В., и Питерский ресторатор Михаил Долгополов и другие менее известные персоны.

Сын «Прапорщика» Борисов Константин Владимирович у государственной кормушки давно. Более 13 лет он с отцом и семейством Кузьминых Виталием и Дмитрием, пилит бюджеты, выделенные на строительства и ремонт детских больниц и интернатов и продолжают это делать руками Кузьминых Дмитрия и Виталия, так как сам «Прапорщик» сидит в Крестах по обвинению в захвате здания на Автовской 16.

Но так официально, Борисову К.В. доверили управление гос. деньгами впервые.

Нутро уголовника, естественно, взяло верх на Константином Владимировичем и вместо решения проблем муниципалитета, свеженазначенный (с ноября 2021 года) Глава стал рьяно пилить вверенные ему средства.

Как и принято в этом сообществе распил топорный и беззастенчивый, по старой и затертой обнальной схеме, через – турфирму.

Справка : Турфирмы зачастую имеют большой объем наличности от клиентов, но при этом имеют и потребность в безнале для расчетов с партнерами, ну и конечно их владельцы имеют желание немного заработать за продажу налички. Также, эту схему довольно сложно проверить, ведь экскурсии и билеты действительно продаются людям, только они не имеют никакого отношения к тому, за что платит Заказчик налички.

Этим желанием и воспользовался Константин Борисов. За период с февраля 2022 года по июнь 2022 года, МО «Купчино» закупило у ООО «ТРАНЗИТ ТУР ЛАЙН» билетов на сумму 26 628 600,00 рублей при условии, что в МО "Купчино" на 2021 год проживало 50 156 человек, а сумма самого дорогого билета на мероприятия такого характера составляет около 2 000 рублей – Константин Борисович, по легенде, одарил радостью искусства как минимум 13 314 жителей муниципалитета.

Но это не соответствует действительности. По словам источника Rucriminal.info , Борисов К.В. нагло налит бюджетные средства через указанное Турагентство. Интересно наблюдать за динамикой распила:

Сначала Борисов К.В. осторожничал, два месяца с интервалом пара дней он отправлял Турагенту суммы до или равные 600 000 рублей. Это было обусловлено тем, что 600 000 рублей это пограничная сумма для контроля Финмониторинга.

Примерно с апреля, кто-то посоветовал Борисову К.В. отправлять реже, но большими траншами, суммы выросли до нескольких миллионов.

А пока росли суммы попиленные Борисовым К.В., во дворах МО Купчино продолжали расти ямы на дорогах. Как например, между домами 57 и 59 по Будапештской улице (фото 1), которую жильцы домов ремонтировали своими усилиями.

Но вероятно их труд был награжден парой билетиков на Мюзикл (нет).

Проблема дорог в Купчино стоит остро и давно, еще в 2019 году, только что избранный глава муниципалитета Алексей Пониматкин обещал жителям:

«Депутаты понимают, что дороги плохие. Но 22 миллиона нам надо заплатить долг за дороги прошлого руководства. Почти на 8 миллионов уже есть судебные решения, на 8,6 миллиона мы будем делать экспертизу, потому что считаем, что эти дороги не сделаны. Мы будем работать с резервным фондом, и вылезем»

Не вылезли. Главы меняются, а дырявые дороги остаются и стало только хуже (фото 2).

Более того, Борисов К.В. даже не пытается создать видимость работы – в реестре Госзаказов МО «Купчино» вообще нет других заказов, ни ремонта, ни благоустройства – только искусство.

Как и прежде, ОПГ Борисовых и Кузьминых безнаказанно ворует государственные деньги, плюет на закон и имеет для этого основания.

Группировка находится под давним покровительством ряда сотрудников УБЭПиК и Прокуратуры Питера, о чем мы неоднократно писали ранее и годами избегает наказания, отделываясь «легким испугом».

Sometimes parents recalled the details of that ill-fated match, as a result of which Spartak was relegated to the first league. My father was very reluctant to talk about those events. But when the conversation came, he did not blame any of the wards. Including Nikolai Osyanin, whose fall on the field in one of the episodes was fatal for the Spartacists. In fact, it unwittingly provoked a relegation from the major league of the allied championship.

We discussed the process with him. It was hard psychologically and physically for my father to see off partners in Spartak. In his opinion, too oppressive atmosphere. First of all, dad really did not like publicity, especially in such cases. And he did not want to say goodbye to him either. He said that there was no need for pomposity, "chic" funerals, and other things, when his turn came.

My father had a stroke in 2012. A month and a half lay in the clinic for rehabilitation. Then, after a course of various procedures, they took him home. Thank God, the conversation began tolerably.

I remember that the injured arm and leg began to work already on the third day of hospitalization. The doctors were pleasantly surprised. The age of the patient is very advanced, and the will to live is amazing! It appeared brighter than ever.

The brain, however, was severely damaged by the stroke. Doctors stated: no matter what Anatoly Fedorovich takes, no matter how strong drugs he uses, nothing will help. Affected cells simply died, they cannot be restored.

Later we read in the medical documents that dad allegedly had a heart attack. He was in the 36th hospital. There were no places in the wards, our father was located right in the corridor. There was a terrible draft, and for some reason the windows were opened at night. Also caught a cold. Coughed hard. March 2019.

We literally prayed: we asked the doctor to examine my dad, to prescribe medicines for a possible cold. Most importantly, it was necessary to transfer a person close to us to the ward. And so, in the corridor, as if abandoned by everyone. No reaction. We made our way to the head of the department. He declared from the threshold that for him all patients are equal, the same, he was talking nonsense.

Forced to quarrel with the medical staff. It was not without the help of influential people, but what was left? After a call from a friend of our family, my father was transferred to the ward. No, no one from the Spartak society, the office of the football club helped then. And help in that critical period was needed more than ever.

Dad asked to be buried next to his eldest daughter, my own sister. No one else asked for anything. At the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery. Our mother has a long way to go there. But we will always deliver it by car to bow to our beloved husband.

Mother sometimes jokes that she and her father have been too late in this world. Here dad is gone. Like, all close friends survived, no one remained alive. "Black humor" no, no, but breaks through her.

The comrades with whom Krutikov played in Spartak really do not have friends of youth. Well, literally everyone died. From the consciousness of such losses, dad felt even more bitter in his soul. Anatoly Fedorovich was gloomier than a cloud, he was very worried. At that moment, they were afraid to approach him, they did not want to disturb him once again.

Real, true friends, like many of us, were with dad in childhood, adolescence. They didn’t need anything from their father, they didn’t feel any commercialism. Sincere, friendly relationship. They are remembered for the rest of their lives. Here they are gone, long ago and irrevocably, as I said. It's hard to reconcile.

With dad, we are family. Here, he was definitely loved and loved, they never betrayed him in anything. Always unobtrusively supported, especially in difficult periods. I would like to believe that fans with experience remember his wonderful, inspired game for Spartak and the USSR national team. By and large, all listed. There are no others...
