Later we read in the medical documents that dad allegedly had a heart attack. He was in the 36th hospital. There were no places in the wards, our father was located right in the corridor. We literally prayed: we asked the doctor to examine my dad, to prescribe medicines for a possible cold. Most importantly, it was necessary to transfer a person close to us to the ward. And so, in the corridor, as if abandoned by everyone. No reaction. We made our way to the head of the department. He declared from the threshold that for him all patients are equal, the same, he was talking nonsense.

Forced to quarrel with the medical staff. It was not without the help of influential people, but what was left? After a call from a friend of our family, my father was transferred to the ward. No, no one from the Spartak society, the office of the football club helped then. And help in that critical period was needed more than ever.

Dad asked to be buried next to his eldest daughter, my own sister. No one else asked for anything. At the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery. Our mother has a long way to go there. But we will always deliver it by car to bow to our beloved husband.

Mother sometimes jokes that she and her father have been too late in this world. Here dad is gone. Like, all close friends survived, no one remained alive. "Black humor" no, no, but breaks through her.

With dad, we are family. Here, he was definitely loved and loved, they never betrayed him in anything. Always unobtrusively supported, especially in difficult periods. Длань Старостина могла широко простираться. Недооценивать не стоит. Роль влиятельной личности в мире большого спорта, футбола, в том числе, очень велика, по-моему. До сих пор.

Чинить препятствия, «вставлять палки в колеса» вполне реально. Особенно чем-то не угодившему тебе человеку. Предположения? Веские, однако, очень похожие на правду. Если судить по развитию событий в тот период, их фактической стороне.

По завершении карьеры игрока, папа одно время тренером в родном клубе работал. Затем выступал за команду ветеранов. И уже на этом уровне отец услышал «откровения» футболистов разных команд на предмет «сдачи» матчей в чемпионате 1976 года. Они в глаза папе говорили, что, да, специально «слили» те встречи соперникам. Чтобы от души «насолить» спартаковцам, добиться их вылета, благо ситуация подходящая сложилась.

И никто из властей предержащих, отвечавших за проведение соревнований, не попытался расследовать очевидные факты «сговора» за кромкой поля. Ни федерация футбола, ни сотрудники правопорядка. Даже порицания «заговорщики» не удостоились, не говоря уже о серьезных наказаниях, санкциях. Хотя за подобные вещи в сильнейших европейских чемпионатах, и не только там, сажают в тюрьму.

Папе тот откровенный «сговор» представителей разных команд многого стоил. Увольнения из клуба, которому отдал много прекрасных лет. Нервов, здоровья, отчасти доброго имени. Всяких несправедливых наветов, и много чего еще. Фактически судьбу близкому человеку сломали. Да, те самые негодяи, преступники от футбола. Да еще остались безнаказанными за свои мерзкие «игрища».

Иногда родители вспоминали подробности того злополучного матча, по итогам которого «Спартак» вылетел в первую лигу. Отец очень неохотно говорил о тех событиях. Но когда речь заходила, никого из подопечных не обвинял. В том числе, и Николая Осянина, чье падение на поле в одном из эпизодов стало роковым для спартаковцев. По сути, оно невольно спровоцировало вылет из высшей лиги союзного первенства.

Со слов папы, Осянин не вредил ему, и не мог вредить. Как и любой другой игрок команды. Мама утверждала, что Крутиков и Осянин многие годы затем поддерживали теплые отношения. Это о многом говорит. Спартаковцы того поколения не «сплавляли» тренеров, команду. Такое не могло произойти априори.

Да, судьбу изрядно подпортил одним, ставшим во многом роковым, матчем. А мог бы добиться успехов на поприще тренера. У папы светлая голова, как дочь вам говорю.

С этим неподъемным «камнем» на сердце жил, мне кажется, все оставшиеся годы. Еще от природы неуступчивый, упертый характер несколько подводил, на мой взгляд. Куда-то пойти, у кого-то работу просить, - мука мученическая для него. Проблематично было устроиться.

Совокупность негативных факторов не позволила отцу раскрыть богатый потенциал по окончании карьеры игрока. На тренерском поприще, в том числе. Жаль, очень жаль. До слез, когда вспоминаю многие перипетии с поисками отцом работы. Бог мой, как несправедливо!

«ПОХОРОНИТЕ РЯДОМ С ДОЧКОЙ»

Незадолго до кончины папа просил маму: «Люся, похорони меня на деньги, что у нас есть. Ничего ни у кого не проси». Такой вот характер. Прощались с отцом не в спартаковском манеже, как принято в последние годы. И это, считаю, хорошо.

Мы с ним успели обговорить процедуру. Отцу провожать партнеров по «Спартаку» тяжело было психологически, физически. По его мнению, слишком гнетущая атмосфера. Череда смертей захлестнула тогда. Хусаинов, Севидов, Логофет, Ивакин, один за другим замечательные люди и футболисты уходили из жизни. Прежде всего, папа очень не любил публичности, особенно в подобных случаях. И не хотел, чтобы с ним также прощались. Говорил, что не надо помпезности, «шикарных» похорон, и прочего, когда придет его очередь.

У отца инсульт случился в 2012-м. Полтора месяца лежал в клинике на реабилитации. Потом после курса разных процедур забрали его домой. Слава богу, разговаривать стал сносно.

Помню, пострадавшие рука и нога заработали уже на третий день госпитализации. Врачи приятно удивлялись. Возраст пациента весьма преклонный, а воля к жизни потрясающая! Проявилась ярче некуда.

Мозг, однако, при инсульте сильно пострадал. Врачи констатировали: чтобы Анатолий Федорович ни принимал, какие бы сильные препараты ни использовал, ничто уже не поможет. Пострадавшие клетки просто умерли, их не восстановить.

Позднее мы прочитали в медицинских документах, что у папы, якобы, инфаркт. Он лежал в 36-й больнице. Мест в палатах не было, располагался наш отец прямо в коридоре. Сквозняк страшный гулял, по ночам зачем-то открывали окна. Еще и простудился. Кашлял сильно. Март 2019 года.

Мы буквально взмолились: просили, чтобы доктор папу осмотрел, лекарства от возможной простуды прописал. Главное, в палату требовалось перевести близкого нам человека. А так, в коридоре, будто брошен всеми. Никакой реакции. Пробились на прием к заведующему отделением. Заявил с порога, для него все пациенты равны, одинаковы, молол всякую чушь.

Вынудили скандалить с медицинским персоналом. Не обошлось без помощи влиятельных людей, а что оставалось? Отца после звонка друга нашей семьи перевели все же в палату. Нет, из общества «Спартак», офиса футбольного клуба никто тогда не помог. А помощь в тот острый период как никогда требовалась.

Папа очень просил похоронить его рядом со старшей дочерью, моей родной сестрой. Больше никого ни о чем не просил. На Николо-Архангельском кладбище. Маме нашей туда далеко добираться. Но мы ее всегда доставим на машине, чтобы любимому мужу поклониться.

Матушка иногда шутит, что она с отцом слишком задержалась на этом свете. Вот папы не стало. Мол, всех близких друзей пережили, никого не осталось здравствующими. «Черный юмор» нет-нет, да прорывается у нее.

Товарищей, с которыми Крутиков играл в «Спартаке», друзей юности действительно нет. Ну, буквально все умерли. От сознания подобных утрат папе еще горше становилось на душе. Рок какой-то, фантасмагория. Молодежь типа Валерия Рейнгольда уходила. Федор Черенков, о котором отец высочайшего мнения, вообще рано скончался. Анатолий Федорович мрачнее тучи был, сильно переживал. В тот момент опасались подходить к нему, лишний раз беспокоить не хотели.

Настоящие, истинные друзья, как у многих из нас, были у папы в детстве, юности. Им ничего не требовалось от отца, никакой меркантильности близко не ощущалось. Искренние, приятельские отношения. Они запоминаются на всю оставшуюся жизнь. Вот они ушли, давно и безвозвратно, как я уже сказала. Тяжело смириться.

У папы мы – семья. Здесь точно его любили и любят, никогда и ни в чем не предавали. Всегда ненавязчиво поддерживали, особенно в сложные периоды. Хочется верить, что и болельщики со стажем помнят его замечательную, вдохновенную игру за «Спартак» и сборную СССР. По большому счету, всех перечислила. Иных уж нет…

С отцом в церкви простились, кто хотел. Некоторые в морг приезжали, цветочки у изголовья положить. Ловчев пришел, теплые слова сказал. Симонян с Мирзояном были, Варламов, Осянин, Гаврилов простились с папой.

Юрий Васильевич Гаврилов вообще на редкость душевный человек. Неравнодушный. Он и других спартаковцев разных поколений в последний путь провожал. Видимо, не может не приехать в такие моменты. Мы ему и другим спартаковцам очень благодарны за внимание, поддержку…

The shadow sources of earnings of Galina Timofeevna are curious. Firstly, the sale of "fat" notarial offices for considerable bribes has been put on stream. But this is not the only criminal scheme to which the Chernov clan is most directly related. Other scams appear to be producing even more tangible returns. And now, due to the fact that this scheme became known, and the investigative committee took over the resonant crime, the family is making every effort to divert Galina Chernova and her entourage from more than well-deserved criminal responsibility.

Briefly about the scheme. A couple of years ago, without exception, all central TV channels began to promote a sensational topic. In the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Adygea, numerous cases of seemingly completely legally registered transitions of the housing of lonely old people into the property of citizens began to come to light, which the grandfathers, as it immediately turned out, had never seen. Journalists talked a lot about the abomination of "black" realtors and their banders - Galina Zhestovskaya, the owner of a considerable amount of real estate in the Krasnodar Territory (and this is more than 50 apartments and houses).

But somehow, in the course of discussions about the insidiousness of Zhestovskaya and her accomplices, an obvious fact remained on the sidelines: without exception, all the transactions of “black realtors” were made with the active participation of “black notaries”. Indeed, in order to re-register real estate from unsuspecting old people to crooks, real, with output numbers, notarized powers of attorney for the right to dispose of property were needed. We needed such leftist “tseduli”, where it was indicated that grandfathers who had houses or apartments trusted to dispose of their property (and, in addition, all their savings) ... to such and such a citizen. There was a wave of their appeals to the police, to the prosecutor's office, to the central press. The cases that were conducted by various departments of the Krasnodar police were taken by the investigator and combined into one. The investigation did not even look for an answer to the question: “And where were the two dozen powers of attorney revealed by the investigation?” Everything was so obvious. Let's say 4.5 million rubles were put down for a house, which in reality cost up to 40 million. Not a bad “rise” of half a million dollars! So it is clear why at the initial stage of the scam a trusted notary office was needed. And the services provided by the notary office Chernova did not cause any complaints from crooks.




After the media nevertheless brought this crime to the all-Russian orbit, the progress of the case seemed to accelerate. But... Of the whole gang, the only thing to detain was the leader of the OPS - Galina Zhestovskaya. Others, somehow suspiciously in time, unscrewed from the sword of justice. They were searched and searched, even declared on the All-Russian wanted list, but they were not found. And it cannot be said that the gang wandered into the fog with the camp that turned up. When ordinary citizens - residents of Kuban and Adygea - had information about the defendants in the case, it was immediately reported to the investigation. It happened that some overexcited swindler would suddenly call the editorial office with an unexpected story due to the purity of his name and demands for refutation. The phone was lit up ... The number was reported to law enforcement officers. But the investigators had no time to trace the owner of the phone. Then, a couple of months later, after a number of defendants were declared on the All-Russian wanted list, information came that none of the disappeared swindlers was hiding. They live quietly for themselves at that time in the village of Kuzhorskaya near Maikop ... If only one outfit left to check this information ...

And the oddities didn't end there. For some reason, only 7 episodes of fraud were reflected in the case file. Affected pensioners A.M. Chests, D.A. Veprikov, V.G. Mozalevsky, Yu.V. Zakharov, E.T. Zenkova, A.A. Bondaenko, I.V. Kovalev were mentioned. From this list, in some magical way, another ... 13 victims disappeared.

What about the cases of Fomina, Kiseleva Nadyarina, Seregina, Breus is not known to this day. And in general, there is not a word in the protocols about the numerous episodes that Zhestovskaya and Co. managed to crank out before the start of the scandal. Where did the leader of the OPS get 50 apartments? After all, their total commercial value amounts to hundreds of millions of rubles.

At first glance, it seems like complete fantasy that the key figure in these scams, the notary's assistant Chernova, Tamara Tsikunib, was "taken away" from Part 4, Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - Fraud on an especially large scale, but transferred to a very light 1st part of the 202nd. “Abuse of powers by private notaries and auditors. In the Krasnodar regional division of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the son-in-law of judge Khakhaleva Vadim Badalov, recognized in 2019 as the best employee, works as an investigator. The Tsikunib case was separated into a separate proceeding. Zhestovskaya will most likely be convicted. Her criminal accomplices will be looked for, but they are unlikely to be found. And Tamara Tsikunib? There is a feeling that her high-profile case will eventually end with some kind of ridiculous verdict. Because a harsh sentence will clearly stimulate Chernova's assistant to be more frank about the peculiarities of organizing the work of her boss. Does the Chernivtsi clan need it?

The quite expected choice of the judge, who is now considering the case of Tamara Tsikunib, speaks in favor of this assumption. This is the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar, Eduard Lameikin, the brother of the State Duma deputy from United Russia, Dmitry Lameikin. The judge's wife is a notary Ekaterina Lameikina. That is, in fact, she depends on Chernova in her service. Seems like a conflict of interest. But who cares.

Anna Lameikona had no chance of failing the exam.

Тогда кадровая комиссия администрации президента РФ не одобрила его кандидатуру (Чернов претендовал на пост председателя Четвертого кассационного суда). На первый взгляд, кажется странным, что на «достижения» черновских никак не обратят внимания кубанские или федеральные силовики. А ведь есть на что посмотреть. Без внимания органов, призванных бороться с коррупцией остаются бесконечные поездки Чернова в Германию, где у него, по сведениям телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ из его окружения, неплохая, так до сих пор не найденная бундесами под изъятие, собственность. Кстати, последний визит Александра Дмитриевича во «вражий германский стан» был в конце февраля,- вернулся на родину буквально за день до начала СВО.

Не привлекает внимание проводимые семьей в открытую через Авито распродажи излишней элитной недвижимости, в частности, двухуровневого пентхауса в 700 квадратных метров с кухней в 50 квадратов, хамамом и бассейном на улице Кубанская набережная в Краснодаре за 150 миллионов рублей (а это 2,5 миллиона долларов по нынешнему курсу). Откуда у судьи такое недвижимое счастье? За счет каких зарплат все это хамамное великолепие, далеко не последнее в списке семейных недвижимостей? Пока, кстати, хоромы не проданы. По нынешнему времени, когда опасны не только такие продажи, но и такие приобретения. Кто ж нынче вывалит $2,5млн без того, чтобы не привлечь к себе внимания служб.

То, что ранее никаких коррупционных вопросов к семье не возникало, объяснялось высоким судейским статусом самого Чернова. Нынешнее отсутствие уголовных вопросов тоже легко объяснимо. Достаточно посмотреть на структуру клана. Выстроен он на манер коза ностры. Свои люди есть в различных правоохранительных структурах, есть и представители в региональной власти. Это обеспечивают прикрытие и «решение вопросов». Часть клана отвечает за «общак», пополняя его различными далеко не всегда законными способами. Как сейчас выясняется, есть даже «киллеры». Нет, людей они в прямом смысле этого слова не мочат. Есть другие способы…




Кто же в клане отвечает за прикрытие?



По данным телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ, внучка Чернова – Анастасия - замужем за сыном знатной «золотой» судьи Елены Хахалевой - Кириллом (Любопытен вопрос: кем же была Хахалева предупреждена за считанные часы до намечающегося задержания о надвигающихся кандалах? Кто из родичей-сватов-друзей ей поведал об уголовной грусти). Кирилл Хахалев – был депутатом кубанского ЗСК, предыдущего созыва, членом комитета по вопросам законности, правопорядка и правовой защиты граждан… Молодой человек, обладает хорошими связями в среде правоохранителей.






В нынешнем сентябре в Краснодарском крае должны состоятся выборы нового состава краевого парламента. Кирилла Хахалева клан попытался в мае, накануне праймериз, вновь согласовать на кандидата от «Единой России». И кубанские единороссы, конечно же, еще раз пошли бы навстречу, если бы не уже полнейшая токсичность фамилии. «Вы же понимаете», - сказали клану. «Понимаем», - сказал клан и предложил… нового кандидата от семьи, - Виталия Александровича Новикова, юного таланта, 1997 года рождения, ныне депутата городской Думы Краснодара. В чем заслуга Виталия Александровича? Да в том, что Александр Дмитриевич Чернов как-то вечерком в 1996-м, так увлекся процессом с одной из своих любовниц, что в итоге и получился Виталий Александрович. Отдадим должное: своего незаконнорожденного сына Чернов, ведет по жизни уверенно. Чего стоит только избрание вообще ничего из себя не представляющего пацана пару лет назад депутатом гордумы кубанской столицы. Кто-то всерьез готов поверить, что молодому человеку с трудом складывающего слова в предложения народ «оказал честь» представить интересы? Впрочем, при том, до тонкостей отточенном искусстве вбросов, с помощью которых на Кубани выборы, удивляться «убедительной победе» пустышки не стоит. Данная молодая депутатская бестолочь, как и ожидалось, вообще никак не проявила себя в краснодарской городской Думе. И вот теперь этот «политик» будет с той же «эффективностью» законотворить в краевом ЗСК? Его запускают по спискам от территориальной группы № 33. Это Новороссийск. Он там вообще хоть был? Чем он таким эпохальным произвел за пару часов неизгладимое впечатление на новороссийских избирателей в мае 2022-го во время праймериз? За счет чего, кроме подтасовок результатов могла случиться его победа на праймериз? Если новороссийцам данный «победитель» в принципе не знаком.



Отдельный вопрос: почему против такого вот навязываемого депутата (а уж в сентябре за Новикова сколько нужно для победы на выборах, столько и вбросят тут сомнений нет) не возражал недавно избранный главой города-героя Андрей Кравченко? Да потому, что мэр главного порта страны, простите, в прошлом и сам урка. Вообще непонятно, как человек имеющий непогашенную судимость по 158 ст. УК РФ (кража), мог быть избран главой муниципального образования важнейшей для России территории? Но это же Кубань, тут подобные странности – норма. Чем новороссийский Кравченко лучше нынешнего мэра Краснодара Андрея Алексеенко, имеющего в своей уголовной биографии приговор в виде двух лет лишения свободы? Уголовщина в биографии, похоже, обязательное условие для приема на работу в руководящий кубанский чиновничий состав. Но поскольку у судейских на новороссийского мэра есть такой «уголовный крючок», поэтому и возражений на выдвижение кандидатом в депутаты от ЕР черновского бастарда не последовало.




Из чего складывается клановый общак? Пока оставим в стороне невероятные, с точки зрения официальных доходов, сделки с недвижимостью самого Чернова. «Вопросы» по приговорам умела в этой семейке умела решать не только Хахалева… Не менее любопытны источники зарабатывания денег прочих черновских. Возьмем жену Александра Чернова – Галину Тимофеевну. Она - президент Нотариальной палаты Краснодарского края. Казалось бы, ну какая тут коррупция? Но отчего-то же не собирается клан, выпускать из рук этот вид весьма доходного бизнеса.




Дочь Черновых – Елена Рязанская, вице-президент палаты. И сегодня мама-президентша тянет ее на главный кубанский нотариальный пост, который, по расчетам, Елена должна заполучить после ухода с должности Черновой. Такие теплые места из семьи не должны уходить.

Любопытны теневые источники заработков Галины Тимофеевны. Во-первых, на поток поставлена продажа за немалые взятки «жирных» нотариальных мест. Да, формально, конкурсы на замещение вакантных должностей в нотариальных округах, вроде как, должны непредвзято выявлять лучших. Возможно так и происходит где-то в тухлых, отделенных от цивилизации кубанских окраинных районах. Вот только на «жирных территориях» побеждают и получают места не лучшие, а более платежеспособные. Стоимость такой «победы» для желающих заполучить нотариальное местечко в Краснодаре, Сочи, Новороссийске, Анапе миллионы рублей. Ранее, когда при организации подобных конкурсов была задействована краевая юстиция (руководитель управления юстиции РФ по краю входила в состав конкурсных комиссий), обозначением претендентам сумм мзды и получением денег занимался заместитель начальницы крайюстиции Ирины Ковалевой, а по совместительству ее сердечный друг - Захаров (так же имеющий славное уголовное прошлое бывший сотрудник полиции, уволенный из рядов по утрате доверия). Именно он вычислял наиболее перспективных с коррупционной точки зрения кандидатов и выставлял им «теневой» счет. После оплаты «услуги» соискатели получали места, руководители нотариата и юстиции – Чернова и Ковалева – свои взяточные доли. Сейчас условия проведения конкурсов на замещение вакантных должностей нотариусов изменились. Юстиция не принимает участия в организации конкурсов, не имеет права решающих голосов. К тому же Ковалеву перевели на аналогичный пост в Республику Адыгея. Так что у Черновой ныне тут взяточная монополия.

Но это не единственная криминальная схема, к которой клан Черновых имеет самое прямое отношение. Похоже, другое мошенничество приносит даже более ощутимую отдачу. И сейчас, вследствие того, что об этой схеме стало известно, и резонансное преступление взял «под себя» следственный комитет, семья прилагает максимум усилий, чтобы увести Галину Чернову и ее окружение от более чем заслуженной уголовной ответственности.

Коротко о схеме. Пару лет назад все без исключения центральные телеканалы начали раскручивать сенсационную тему. В Краснодарском крае, республике Адыгея, стали выявляться многочисленные случае, вроде бы, вполне законно оформленных переходов жилья одиноких стариков в собственность граждан, которых деды, как сразу же выяснялось, в глаза не видели. Журналисты много рассуждали о мерзости «черных» риелторов и их бандерши - Галины Жестовской, обладательнице немалого количества недвижимости в Краснодарском крае (а это более 50 квартир и домов).

Но как-то по ходу рассуждений о коварстве Жестовской и ее подельников в стороне оставался очевидный факт: все без исключения сделки «черных риелторов» совершались при активнейшем участии «черных нотариусов». Ведь, чтобы переоформить недвижимость с нечего не подозревающих стариков на жуликов, необходимы были настоящие, с выходными номерами, нотариально заверенные доверенности на право распоряжения имуществом. Нужны были такие вот левые «цедули», где было указано, что обладающие домами или квартирами деды, доверяли распоряжаться своей недвижимостью (а кроме того, всеми своими накоплениями) … такому-то гражданину. Старики, понятно, были ни сном не духом.

В 2019-м расчет мерзавцев строился еще и на странной пропаганде того времени. Тогда начиналась пандемия и с телека выливались рассуждения, что, мол, коронавирус молодых щадит, а стариков гарантированно косит. Дедам тогда ограничили перемещение. «рекомендовали» вообще не покидать дома. Волонтеры таскали им еду, воду и лекарства под двери. Для мошенников информация оказалась более чем ценной. По их расчетам, возрастные пенсионеры должны были двинуть кони от злобного вируса, так и не узнав, что их облапошили. Либо, если все же они узнавали и хотели предпринять действия в свою защиту, то возможности эти для них были существенно в тот момент урезаны. Но деды не то что пережили вирус (хотя на сегодня некоторых из числа тех от чьего имени, оформлялись левые доверенности в нотариальной конторе Черновой уже нет в живых), а пошли в контрнаступление. Случился вал их обращений в полицию, в прокуратуру, в центральную прессу. Об этом криминале написала «Российская газета», сюжеты были показаны по всем центральным телеканалам.

Дела, которые вели различные отделы полиции Краснодара, следком забрал себе, объединив в одно. Следствие на вопрос: «И где же были оформлены два десятка выявленных следствием доверенностей?», ответа даже не искало. Все и так было очевидно. Все 20 попавших в дело доверенностей были оформлены в нотариальной конторе… Черновой Галины Тимофеевны, жены Александра Дмитриевича Чернова, что расположена в Краснодаре на ул. Леваневского. 174. Подписывался весь этот левак, помощником нотариуса Черновой Г.Т – Тамарой Цикуниб. И все эти бумаги были заверены личной печатью Черновой Г.Т. То, что в нотариальной конторе Черновой прекрасно знали о том, что способствуют жуликам в реализации их мошеннических схем, сомнений быть просто не могло. Ведь члены ОПС оформляли все доверенности как бы от стариков, проживающих в различных районах Краснодара, в Сочи, в Майкопе. Рядом с этими адресами были расположены множество других нотариальных контор. Ближе и удобнее. Но везли «левак, порой за сотни километров именно в контору Черновой. В криминальной нотариальной конторе вопрос: «А где, собственно те старики, от имени которых вы оформляем доверенности?» не возник ни разу.

Потом эти доверенности предъявлялись «своим» в МФЦ. Где тоже ни разу не засомневались отчего это в короткий промежуток времени к ним приходят одни и те же люди, предъявляющие нотариальные доверенности на право распоряжение их имуществом, которая находилась в разных местах Краснодара, края, и даже в соседней республики. После того, как дома-квартиры переоформлялись на мошенников. начиналась «карусель продаж» украденной недвижимости. Где указанные цены на «как бы проданные» квартиры были какие-то уж вовсе смешные. Скажем проставлялось 4,5 миллиона рублей за дом, который в реальности стоил до 40 миллионов. Неплохой «подъем» в полмиллиона доилларов! Так что понятно, отчего на первоначальном этапе афер необходима было доверенная нотариальная контора. И услуги, предоставляемые нотариальной конторой Черновой, у жуликов нареканий не вызывали.




После того, как СМИ все же вывели этот криминал на всероссийскую орбиту, продвижение дела, вроде бы ускорилось. Но… Из всей банды ось задержать только вожака ОПС – Галину Жестовскую. Прочие, как-то подозрительно вовремя от меча правосудия свинтили. Их искали-искали, даже во всероссийский розыск объявляли, но не нашли. И нельзя сказать, что банда укочевала в туман с подвернувшимся табором. Когда у обычных граждан - жителей Кубани и Адыгеи - появлялась информация о фигурантах дела, ее тут же сообщали следствию. Случалось, вдруг звонил в редакцию, какой-то перевозбудившийся жулик с неожиданным рассказом по непорочности своего имени и требованиями опровержений. Телефон высвечивался… Номер сообщали правоохранителям. Но отследить владельца телефона следствию было недосуг. То, пару месяцев спустя, после объявления ряда фигурантов во всероссийский розыск, приходила информация, что особо никто из исчезнувших жуликов и не скрывается. Живут себе спокойненько на тот момент в станице Кужорской под Майкопом… Хоть бы один наряд на проверку этих сведений выехал…

И на этом странности не закончились. Почему-то, в материалах дела оказались отражены всего 7 эпизодов мошенничества. Были упомянуты пострадавшие пенсионеры Сундуков А.М., Веприков Д.А., Мозалевский В.Г., Захаров Ю.В, Зенкова Е.Т., Бондаенко А.А, Ковалев И.В. Из данного списка каким-то волшебным образом исчезли еще… 13 потерпевших.

Что по делам Фоминой, Киселевой Надьяриной, Серегиной, Бреус не известно и по сей день. И вообще, ни слова в протоколах нет о тех многочисленных эпизодах, которые Жестовской и Ко, удалось провернуть до начала скандала. Откуда у лидера ОПС 50 квартир? Ведь их суммарная коммерческая стоимость исчисляется сотнями миллионов рублей.

На первый взгляд кажется полной фантастикой тот факт, что ключевую фигуру данных афер – помощника нотариуса Черновой - Тамару Цикуниб, «увели» от ч. 4, ст. 159 УК РФ – Мошенничество в особо крупном размере, а перевели на весьма лайтовую 1-ю часть 202-й. «Злоупотребление полномочиями частными нотариусами и аудиторами. По ней можно не вполне заслуженную десятилетнюю отсидку получить, а штрафец в размере всего-то в 100 тысяч рублей. А если глянуть на нынешнее прохождение дела по судебной инстанции, то с бесконечными откладываниями и переносами заседаний, становиться очевидным совсем уж нечеловеческий факт: все ведется к тому, что дело будет закрыто по срокам давности. Что в теневой истории кубанского черновского нотариата уже случалось.

И уж совсем не понятно, почему и близко речи нет об ответственности самой Черновой. Галина Тимофеевна, как только скандал начал разворачиваться, первым делом не уволила криминальную помощницу (что еще как-то могло свидетельствовать о том, что она была не в курсе, а пресса ей раскрыла глаза), а кинулась на защиту поруганной чести и своего большого достоинства. Битва Черновой за Цикуниб ведется и сейчас. Когда дело уже передано в суд. Так что, можем предположить, что Чернова не просто была в курсе. По закону, именно нотариус несет полную материальную и дисциплинарную ответственность за последствия работы своих подчиненных. Отметим, что даже в постановлении о возбуждении уголовного дела по Тамаре Цикуниб, фамилия Черновой упоминается 37 раз! И даже если у следователя, ведущего это дело, не было возможности или желания докопаться до значимости Черновой в этом деле, то уж по крайней мере направить представление в Федеральную нотариальную палату по вопросу соответствии Черновой и Цикуниб занимаемой должности можно было сделать. Можно было бы пролистать на досуге кодекс профессиональной этики нотариусов, ознакомиться с разделом об ответственности. Ничего подобного сделано не было.




В чем же был интерес Черновой в этих аферах? Просто так, за копеечную госпошлину, позволять своему помощнику, оформлять для жуликов доверенности? И при этом знать, что за все по закону отвечаешь именно ты – Чернова Галина Тимофеевна? Это что за криминальная филантропия?

То, что Цикуниб перевели на «ласковую» статью УК, то, что Чернову даже и не пытались привлечь к уголовной, или хотя бы дисциплинарной ответственности, только на первый взгляд как-то странно. В чем тут фокус?

Как известно, фокус загадочен и непонятен, только в том случае, если ты не знаешь его секрета. Этот следственно-судебный фарс, похоже, также объясняется до примитивности просто. В краснодарском краевом подразделении следственного комитета РФ, трудиться следователем зять судьи Хахалевой Вадим Бадалов, признанный в 2019-м лучшим сотрудником. Именно его свадьба с хахалевской дочкой Софьей, Меладзе и Басковым, с подарками в виде «Бентли» и особняка, и стала в 2017-м причиной «золотого скандала». Бадалов, по семейной табели о рангах – свояк Черновых. И спрашивается, к чему тогда кубанскому СК, коллегам лучшего Бадалова так землю рыть, подставляя родичей лучшего сотрудника? К тому же, поговаривают, что по ряду выпавших из поля зрения следствия эпизодах, задействованы в качестве «ничего не подозревающих покупателей» которым жулики перепродавали недвижимость, не последние в крае люди. Так что вполне возможно поставлена еще одна задача – их не беспокоить.




Дело по Цикуниб было выделено в отдельное производство. Жестовскую, вероятнее всего, осудят. Ее криминальных подельников будут искать, но найдут вряд ли. А Тамара Цикуниб? Есть такое ощущение, что ее громкое дело, в итоге, завершиться каким-то смешным приговором. Потому как суровый приговор, явно простимулирует помощницу Черновой на большую откровенность по особенностям организации работы своей начальницы. Оно черновскому клану надо?

В пользу этого предположения говорит и вполне ожидаемый выбор судьи, который сейчас рассматривает дело Тамары Цикуниб. Это судья Первомайского райсуда Краснодара Эдуард Ламейкин - брат депутата Государственной Думы от «Единой России» Дмитрия Ламейкина. Жена судьи нотариус Екатерина Ламейкина. То есть по факту, она по службе от Черновой зависит. Вроде как конфликт интересов. Но кого это волнует.






Чтобы суд не пошел ненароком в ненужную сторону, Чернова дополнительно подстраховалась, - помогла дочери судьи – Анне Эдуардовне Ламейкиной сдать квалификационный экзамен. Случилось это в самый разгар скандала с «черными нотариусом» Цикуниб – 19 октября 2021-го. Чернова возглавляла комиссию, проводившую экзамены. У Анны Ламейконой шанса не было на экзамене провалиться.

Сам судья Э. Ламейкин прилагает сейчас максимум усилий, для того, чтобы дело рассматривалось «по-тихому». Помощники судьи обращаются к старикам с просьбами на заседаниях… не бывать. Как под копирку понуждают дедов писать следующие челобитные. Где деды как бы обязуются полагаться на решение суда.












И что уж совсем кажется нелогичным: при том, что дело рассматривается в отсутствии пострадавших стариков, написавших такие вот одинаковые, до запятой заявления, суд все откладывается и откладывается. Похоже, что дело и вовсе будет прикрыто по достижению срока давности по ответственности за данное преступление. В общем, клан Черновых прилагает максимум усилий, чтобы ликвидировать свой последний коррупционный «прокол». Сбой в этой схеме, конечно не предусматривался. Старики же должны же были умереть от короны. Столько раз телек про это обещал… И вот теперь приходиться разгребать, просчеты этих врачей-паникеров. Сейчас все должно быт решено по-тихому. Коррупция любит тишину.

But after they kicked Chernov and demonstratively crucified Khakhalev, those who disagreed with the current state of affairs got the opportunity to reveal, hidden for years, the facts of corruption unprecedented even for Krasnodar. We are talking about billions in embezzlement, in which key people in the region participated.



A noose began to tighten around Makarevich's neck, into which he dragged all the high-ranking patrons who remained with him in the share. Great attention was drawn to Yakov Volkov, who until that time remained in the shadows, working behind the scenes through Chernov and Khakhaleva. Now, especially after a huge amount of compromising evidence was dumped on them, a large number of questions arose for him - both in terms of all the criminal cases terminated by his efforts against Makarevich, and in terms of his personal connections from the time he worked as deputy chairman in the North Caucasus Arbitration Court.



Bayrak's order looked like an elementary task - we throw him into the furnace and, against the backdrop of high-profile judicial scandals of the past 2 years, everyone will write off his resignation as a continuation of the corruption purge in the region. Even the time was chosen perfectly - everyone was cleaned one after another. However, like a chemical catalyst that set off a chain reaction, the landing of the Chairman of the District Court with destructive force hit all the links of Makarevich's empire.



The remnants of patrons from the security forces and officials began to scatter from him in scattering. The Kuban oligarch gave everyone a promise to deal with the problems on their own and get everyone out of harm's way. However, plugging a gap in one place, he immediately gets 15 new ones nearby. From a source close to the judge’s family, we received information that a huge number of procedural violations were committed in the case, such as lawyers’ failure to familiarize themselves with the case materials, falsification of evidence, frank flaws in the investigation due to banal haste and fear of the customers of the criminal case. All this turned the stage of the preliminary investigation into the judge's case into an outright profanity, and the work of individual representatives of the central apparatus of the RF Investigative Committee into a real circus. If the investigator turns a blind eye to the editing of the main video recordings in the case, this already says a lot...



Such zeal investigator Novozhilov S.A. to bring the case to court faster, is explained by his desire to “close” the received order, fulfill his role and relieve himself of responsibility for what is happening. He does not understand one thing - as soon as the case goes to court, the violations he committed, which he hid from the leadership, convincing everyone that there is the necessary evidence in the case, will immediately become public. But the desire to quickly receive the fee promised to him by the Krasnodar mafia is apparently stronger than the hypothetical risks in the future.

Кубанский олигарх решил потянуть с собой на дно всех. По мнению источника Rucriminal.info, больше всего боится отправиться туда зампредседателя 4-го кассационного суда Яков Волков. Про преступные схемы Макаревича, подкупы силовиков и судей мы писали ранее. Каждый раз поражал масштаб творящегося в крае беспредела. У Олега Александровича, судя по всему, пропало ощущение реальности от окутывающей его атмосферы тотальной безнаказанности и вседозволенности.



Дать взятку одному, устранить другого, с этими поделиться — вот основные принципы построения успешной бизнес-империи Макаревича. Однако, всё немного вышло из под контроля, когда кубанский олигарх решил оформить по своей привычной схеме заказ на Краснодарского судью — Председателя Октябрьского райсуда Байрака Г.Ф. В любой схеме с большим количеством неизвестных рано или поздно наступает тот самый эпизод, после которого все начинает сыпаться подобно цепной реакции взрыва ядерной бомбы.



Всё было под относительным контролем, пока все основные элементы преступной схемы сидели на своих местах. Но после того, как пнули Чернова и показательно распяли Хахалеву, несогласные с действующим положением дел получили возможность обнародовать, скрываемые годами, факты беспрецедентной даже для Краснодара коррупции. Речь идет о миллиардных хищениях, в которых участвовали ключевые лица региона.



На шее Макаревича стала затягиваться петля, в которую он потащил за собой всех оставшихся с ним в доле высокопоставленных покровителей. Огромное внимание привлек к себе Яков Волков, который вплоть до этого времени оставался в тени, работая кулуарно через Чернова и Хахалеву. Теперь же, особенно после слива на них огромного количества компромата, к нему появилось большое количество вопросов — и в части всех прекращенных его стараниями в отношении Макаревича уголовных дел, и в части его личных связей со времен работы зампредседателем в Северо-Кавказском арбитражном суде.



Заказ Байрака выглядел элементарной задачей — кидаем его в топку и, на фоне громких судейских скандалов прошлых 2х лет, все спишут его отставку на продолжение коррупционной чистки в регионе. Даже время было выбрано идеально — всех убрали друг за другом. Однако, как химический катализатор, запустивший в ход цепную реакцию, посадка Председателя райсуда с разрушительной силой ударила по всем звеньям империи Макаревича.

Остатки покровителей из силовиков и чиновников, стали разбегаться от него в рассыпную. Кубанский олигарх дал всем обещание самостоятельно разобраться с проблемами и вывести всех из под удара. Однако затыкая брешь в одном месте, он тут же получает 15 новых рядом. Основные силы теневого губернатора Краснодара сейчас сконцентрированы на 2х направлениях: работа через своих людей в СК РФ (про которых мы писали ранее) с фигурантами сфабрикованных им дел и зачистка информационного поля (не без помощи все тех же силовых структур). Из сети удаляются статьи и расследования про преступный бизнес Макаревича, блокируются целые интернет-ресурсы, в общем проводится полномасштабная акция выбеления Олега Александровича и его окружения.



Огромную угрозу для реализации этого плана представляет ситуация, разворачивающаяся вокруг посадки Байрака. Ангажированный Макаревичем следователь никак не может протолкнуть дело в суд. От источника близкого к семье судьи мы получили информацию, что в деле допущено огромное количество процессуальных нарушений, таких как неознакомление адвокатов с материалами дела, фальсификация доказательств, откровенные недоработки следствия из-за банальной спешки и страха перед заказчиками уголовного дела. Все это превратило стадию предварительного следствия по делу судьи в откровенную профанацию, а работу отдельных представителей центрального аппарата СК РФ в настоящий цирк. Если следователь закрывает глаза на монтаж основных видеозаписей в деле, это уже говорит о многом...



Такое рвение следователя Новожилова С.А. быстрее передать дело в суд, объясняется его желанием «закрыть» полученный заказ, выполнить свою роль и снять с себя ответственность за происходящее. Он не понимает одного — как только дело уйдет в суд, допущенные им нарушения, которые он скрыл от руководства, убедив всех, что в деле имеются необходимые доказательства, сразу станут достоянием общественности. Но желание быстрее получить гонорар, обещанный ему Краснодарской мафией, видимо сильнее гипотетических рисков в будущем.

In May of this year, the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow sentenced the former chairman of the board of directors of CJSC CB Natsprombank and the general director of OAO NPP Temp named after. F. Korotkov ”Andrey Trubkin to 8 years in prison for embezzling more than 102 million rubles from a defense enterprise.

Witness's testimonies

During the investigation, witnesses testified, from which it became clear that the plant had been used for money laundering for a long time by the leaders of the United Engine Corporation (UEC), which is part of Rostec.



So, for example, it became known that the former general director of the UEC-Ufa Motor-Building Production Association Alexander Artyukhov (the current head of the UEC) transferred about 200 million rubles from the settlement account of JSC UEC-UMPO in 2011. to the settlement account of JSC UEC-Saturn. Then, more than 84 million rubles of this money were transferred to the account of OAO NPP Temp named after V.I. F. Korotkov" under contract No. 610-1 dated March 15, 2011 and cashed out through one-day firms. Thus, Artyukhov laundered funds for the purchase of real estate in one of the Baltic countries.

In the Savelovsky court, during the hearing of the Trubkin case, it was said that the money was brought to the regime enterprise of JSC UEC-Saturn in trunks. There they were handed over to trusted persons in the administration building. At the trial, it was said that Trubkin, who came to Rybinsk together with lawyer Sergei Egorov from the company Panteleev, Egorov and Partners, solved the issues of cashing out through JSC UEC-Saturn directly.

Another valuable witness is Svetlana Shashkina: the former deputy director of the Temp defense enterprise. The woman said that she tried to convince her leadership - Masalov, Artyukhov and Trubkin - that the cashing scheme was unprofitable. According to her, the Salyut and UEC-UMPO plants earned much more on kickbacks from suppliers of components and assemblies.

The first criminal case against Andrei Trubkin appeared in 2013. The source of Rucriminal.info, close to the leadership of the UEC, believes that it has become part of a plan to seize the assets of the Trubkin family. At that time, he and his wife owned 80% of the shares of CJSC CB National Prombank and about 30% of the shares of Tempa.

When the case was opened, Sergei Lesnichiy appeared in this story - a former employee of the banking department of the Directorate K of the FSB, who was dismissed from the bodies due to negativity. He undertook to solve problems with a criminal. The forester, together with lawyers from the Panteleev, Egorov and Partners bureau and with the management of JSC UEC, under the pretext of delaying and closing the investigation, persuaded Trubkin not to appear for interrogations. In 2015, he was put on the wanted list, and in 2017 the case was closed due to the statute of limitations. In July 2017, another investigation appeared into the theft from OAO NPP Temp named after M. F. Korotkov” 83.8 million rubles. in the interests of UEC JSC. It was then that Andrei Trubkin realized that his friends were playing a double game and decided to come to the investigator with a confession. But the Lesnychiy's team got ahead of him and gave the investigators the place of residence and routes of movement, depriving him of the opportunity to repent. In 2019, Trubkin was detained in the Moscow region and sent under arrest.



Sources familiar with the criminal showdown in the UEC claim that the murder of Deputy Commercial Director of UEC-UMPO JSC Yuri Yashin, which occurred in 2018, is also connected with the division of assets. In their opinion, it was after this murder that Trubkin refused to testify against his "friends."

And at the same time, Andrei Trubkin has something to share with the investigation. For example, he must remember how in the early 2000s, the Russian Federation, which was the owner of almost 100% of the shares of CJSC CB Natsprombank with a participation share of 27 million rubles, transferred the entire block of shares to FSUE MMPP Salyut on the right of economic management . The Federal State Unitary Enterprise was in dire need of its "bank" to launder multibillion-dollar proceeds from the supply of aircraft engines to China.

According to a Rucriminal.info source, the funds laundered through the bank, which amounted to many tens of millions of US dollars, were transferred to personal accounts and accounts of affiliates in banks of the Russian Federation and foreign banks, and partially spent on the purchase of controlling stakes in enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Russia - PJSC "Agregat", OJSC "Agat", OJSC "MPO im. Rumyantsev, OAO NPP Temp named after F. Korotkov, foreign JSC JV Plant Topaz, Tractor Plant in Chisinau, factories in Tiraspol, Bendery, Orhei in Moldova and others.

Such large-scale embezzlement and money laundering could not go unnoticed and the patronage of the curators from the Directorate "K" of the SEB of the FSB of Russia Dmitry Frolov, Andrey Vasilyev, Kirill Cherkalin, Sergey Lesnichiy, the first deputy head of the DIA Vladimir Miroshnikov, the management of JSC "UEC" and others.

Then business partners Andrey Trubkin and Sergey Lesnichiy carried out an operation to “dock capitalization” of CJSC “KB “Natsprombank” up to 300 million rubles at the expense of funds issued to shell companies against their own bills, then the funds were transferred to nominal shareholders who deposited them in the bank to increase the authorized capital. The “paper” increase in the bank's capital led to the bank receiving promissory notes of shell companies instead of money into the authorized capital and depriving the Russian Federation of control over the bank. With a contribution to the authorized capital of 27 million rubles, the Russian Federation began to own only 9% of the bank's shares, and Trubkin and his wife received a controlling stake in the amount of about 80% of the bank's shares through front legal entities.

Until mid-2011, the bank's management, with the support of curators from the FSB of the Russian Federation and bribes, representatives of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation managed to avoid responsibility for the withdrawal and cashing out of funds, until the situation became critical. In 2011, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation suspended the activities of the bank, followed by the revocation of the license and the filing of an application for bankruptcy of the bank. By the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court dated January 16, 2012, CJSC CB Natsprombank was declared bankrupt, and the DIA was appointed bankruptcy trustee. In 2019, the bank was liquidated, as they say "all ends in the water", however, if desired, it will not be difficult for the investigating authorities to establish the amount of funds of FSUE MMPP Salyut, OJSC UMPO, OJSC MPO im. Rumyantsev, OAO NPP Temp named after F. Korotkov” and others withdrawn and cashed out through CJSC “CB “Natsprombank”.

Dismissed in 2011 from the FSB of Russia on negative grounds, Lesnichiy, who was actively involved in embezzlement of funds from enterprises of the military-industrial complex through a bank in order to hide his role and the role of Trubkin and other persons associated with them, initiated a criminal case in order to redistribute the assets purchased with the withdrawn funds from the bank, including shares of defense enterprises OAO Agregat, OAO NPP Temp im. F. Korotkov” and laying the blame for all criminal acts on the former chairmen of the board of the bank, Shvaiko and Kurbatov.
