Gulnara Kocharova’s husband, Vakhtang Ernstovich Kocharov, was a co-founder of Server LLC until September 2021. Как выяснил «Собеседник», Гульноз Кочарова, племянница российского миллиардера Алишера Усманова до начала июня была совладельцем ООО «Сервер», занимающегося деятельностью по складированию и хранению. Второй совладелец - Елена Лихач, формально бывшая супруга депутата Госдумы Андрея Скоча, которого не раз связывали с Солнцевской ОПГ и международным преступником Семеном Могилевичем.



По данным Rucriminal.info, ООО «Сервер» было создано в 2010 г., с 2013 г. гендиректором компании является Елена Шилова. В 2023 г. компания получила выручку 217 млн руб. и прибыль 86 млн руб. Еще больше заработала ее единственная «дочка» ООО «Карго Фер-Транс», занимающаяся вспомогательной деятельностью, связанной с железнодорожным транспортом, чья выручка в 2023 г. составила 8.3 млрд руб., а прибыль – 2.3 млрд руб. Эта компания создана в 2021 г., ее возглавляет Сергей Кулаков, который отрицает аффилированность с Алишером Усмановым, несмотря на то, что ООО «Карго Фер-Транс» зарегистрирована по одному адресу со структурами российского миллиардера - ООО «Юэсэм Голд», ООО «Юэсэм Цемент». До 2022 г. по этому же адресу до июня 2022 г. располагалось ООО «Юэсэм Урбан Майнинг».

Муж Гульнары Кочаровой Вахтанг Эрнстович Кочаров до сентября 2021 г. был соучредителем ООО «Сервер». До 2023 г. Кочаров являлся председателем Совета директоров компании Metalloinvest Trading AG, которая занимается экспортными поставками продукции российского «Металлоинвеста» Алишера Усманова. Еще в 2019 г. Вахтанг Кочаров стал заместителем председателя Совета директоров и исполнительным директора всего «Металлоинвеста». С 2023 г. бизнесмен ушел со всех должностей и живет в Швейцарии, спасаясь от санкций.

В 2019 г. с подачи Вахтанга Кочарова «Металлоинвест» пожертвовал 250 млн руб. благотворительному фонду «Воскресение», отвечавшего за строительство главного храма ВС РФ, возводимого в подмосковном парке «Патриот». Он находился в ведении арестованного в конце апреля экс-зам. министра обороны Тимура Иванова. О хищениях при строительстве объекта ранее писал телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ. ФГАУ «ЦВВПКиО ВС РФ «Патриот» не указывает своих подрядчиков с 2018 г., хотя имеет контракты с поставщиками на сумму 4.5 млрд руб. Эти деньги могли уйти компаниям, прикормленным Ивановым.

После Вахтанга Кочарова учредителями ООО «Сервер» до Гульноз Кочаровой и Елены Лихач были Константин Селемизиди и Карен Гаспарян. Оба сейчас владеют компаниями, работающими в сфере недвижимости. Соучредителем Карена Гаспаряна в ООО «Рестарт» является Артуш Гаспарян, владеющий ООО «Ферметорг», оно занимается оптовой торговлей металлами и металлическими рудами. Компания с 2 сотрудниками в штате может использоваться для слива денег из «Металлоинвеста».

В I пол. 2022 г. ООО «Карго Фер-Транс» стало крупнейшим покупателем новых полувагонов - 2000 штук, опередив другие крупные компании. По информации «Собеседника», в полувагонах может перевозиться руда для Магнитогорского металлургического комбината (ММК), из которой изготавливают броневые листы для российской военной техники.

ФНС не просто так засекретила контракты ООО «Сервер» и ее «дочки» ООО «Карго Фер-Транс». Связь этих компаний через живущего в Швейцарии Вахтанга Кочарова с «Металлоинвестом», миллиардером Алишером Усмановым и депутатом Госдумы Андреем Скочем очевидна. А этим персонам близкая связь с Минобороны точно не нужна.

Ikizli not only occupied the territory of the hospital for his ritual company, but also turned it into a real death factory. Relatives of the deceased are forced to pay huge sums for funerals, and Zagorodnikova and Ikizli share the profits.

Patients with mild diagnoses are forced to pay “gratitude” to the staff, while seriously ill patients are more profitable in the form of corpses, since Ikizli ritualists pay Zagorodnikova a fixed amount in cash for each body.

Zagorodnikova and Ikizli are just the tip of the iceberg. This criminal network also involves other influential figures.

Sergey Mikhailov, known as “Broiler,” has long been one of the main players in the funeral services market in the Vsevolozhsk region. His methods included bribery, blackmail and death threats.

However, local authorities, together with law enforcement agencies, were able to oust him and take control of the ritual sphere. But this victory was short-lived - Oleg Shutov entered the stage.

Shutov, also known as “Penguin,” the owner of several large cemeteries in St. Petersburg, decided to take control of the ritual sphere of the Vsevolozhsk region.

Using his connections and influence, he began an election campaign for the local council of deputies and gradually increased his influence. His goal is complete dominance in the ritual sphere of the region, despite the opposition of the local authorities, which he successfully crushed under himself or, to quote Shutov, “dismissed.”

But we should not forget about the work of another important segment of this industry - morgues. There are two of them in the Vsevolozhsk region.

They are located at the Vsevolozhsk and Toksovo hospitals and are under the responsibility of the State Government Healthcare Institution of the Leningrad Region (GKUZ LO BSME). These morgues are covered with almost epic fame as territories where practically no laws of the Russian Federation apply.

Igor Shcheglov, one of the owners of Lotos LLC, during his checkered life even acquired two “authoritative” names - “Shunya” and “Kashchei”. He is also connected by a long-term friendship with Sergei Mikhailov-Miskarev, “Broiler”, Oleg Shutov’s predecessor in pressing cemeteries in this area of ​​the Leningrad region.

Not the last violin in this orchestra is another colorful figure - Natalya Pozhidaeva, known as “Blotter”. She, being the deputy head of the State Budgetary Institution of Leningrad Region BSME, previously represented the interests of Lotos LLC in various organizations, and now, thanks to the patronage of high-ranking officials of the Government of the Leningrad Region, she actually manages the morgues.

But the most striking character among this panopticon is Arslan Elsaliev, known as “Asya the Drum”.



Having started his activities under the flag of the individual entrepreneur “Elsaliev Arslan Vakhmuratovich”, he gradually infiltrated the morgue at the Toksovskaya interdistrict hospital and took deep roots there.

His idiosyncratic business strategy involves using law enforcement to eliminate competitors. As soon as he has tension with someone from his environment, he turns to the authorities with a proposal to assist in carrying out operational measures against the person interfering with him. In fact, this is where the nickname “drum” comes from.

So he got rid of the director of the Funeral Services enterprise Andrei Chernyshev and took part in the process of falsifying a criminal case against the deputy of the city of Vsevolozhsk Valery Polovinkin.

Elsaliev is confident that his activities as an applicant provide him with indulgence from law enforcement agencies and the right to commit illegal actions. Any detention in this situation becomes a death sentence for him.

His faithful combat friend Elena Elsalieva is no less impressive. At first, he attracted her to his activities as a ritual makeup artist. Her passion for thanatopractice successfully coincided with her profession.



Today she heads “Funeral Home No. 1” and is engaged in “educating” the management of boarding houses for the elderly in the Vsevolozhsk region.

Arslan’s brother, Ruslan, who is engaged in the sale of ritual products on the territory of the Toksovo hospital, is also involved in the business. Dmitry Akimov, their friend, is responsible for “specific issues,” including death threats.

This criminal syndicate thrives under the cover of local authorities and law enforcement agencies. Не последней скрипкой в этом оркестре выступает ещё одна колоритная фигура — Наталья Пожидаева, известная как «Промокашка». Она, будучи заместителем начальника ГКУЗ ЛО БСМЭ, ранее представляла интересы ООО «Лотос» в различных организациях, а теперь, благодаря покровительству высокопоставленных чиновников Правительства Ленинградской области, фактически руководит моргами.

Но самым ярким персонажем среди этого паноптикума является Арслан Эльсалиев, известный как «Ася-барабан».

Начав свою деятельность под флагом ИП «Эльсалиев Арслан Вахмуратович», он постепенно внедрился в морг при Токсовской межрайонной больнице и пустил там глубокие корни.

Его своеобразная бизнес-стратегия включает использование правоохранительных органов для устранения конкурентов. Как только у него возникает напряжение с кем-либо из его окружения, он обращается в органы с предложением оказать содействие в проведении оперативных мероприятий в отношении мешающего ему человека. Собственно, отсюда и прозвище «барабан».

Так он избавился от директора МП «Ритуальные услуги» Андрея Чернышева и поучаствовал в процессе фальсификации уголовного дела против депутата города Всеволожска Валерия Половинкина.

Эльсалиев уверен, что его деятельность в качестве заявителя предоставляет ему индульгенцию правоохранительных органов и право на совершение незаконных действий. Любое задержание в данной ситуации становится для него смертным приговором.

Не менее впечатляет и его верная боевая подруга Елена Эльсалиева. Вначале он привлёк её к своей деятельности в качестве ритуального визажиста. Её увлечение танатопрактикой удачно совпало с профессией.

К бизнесу также привлечён брат Арслана, Руслан, который занимается реализацией ритуальной продукции на территории Токсовской больницы. Дмитрий Акимов, их друг, отвечает за «конкретные вопросы», включая угрозы расправ.
