There are also very young, unmarried girls in custody who did not even understand anything, silently following the instructions. The situation is similar for postal employees, where ordinary postmen, at the behest of the investigation, suddenly became members of a criminal community.

As for Seinaroev himself, as Kalimatov’s assistant, he, being on the international wanted list, leads a luxurious lifestyle in Dubai and provides his relatives in the Republic of Ingushetia with stolen money.

The head of the Republican Post Office, Batyzhev, also profited from the theft of budget money for many years, buying numerous real estate properties through relatives, as well as building entire streets of mansions for himself and his relatives.

And the funny thing is that despite the fact that in the case there is numerous evidence of Magomed-Bashir Kalimatov’s participation in the criminal community, the latter never received the status of even a suspect. He successfully continues to “supervise” the social and construction sectors of his high-ranking brother, building entire streets for his many relatives. The head had previously covered up for his brother, who, even under the old leader, Yevkurov, did not hesitate to participate in the theft of children's benefits.

Kalimatov gave the social block to his cousin Alikhanov to oversee, thereby gaining the opportunity to steal from the pockets of frail and disabled people with impunity.

As for the position of head of the Pension Fund itself, he sold the “chair” of the head for 100 million rubles. Alikhanov himself used to serve Yevkurov, and after his departure he found a favorable position as a member of parliament, sheltering people like him under his wing.

При покровительстве главы Ингушетии Магомед-Башир Калиматов похитил 5 млрд рублей

Суд в Москве арестовал по делу об особо крупном мошенничестве Магомед-Башира Калиматова – брата действующего главы Ингушетии Махмуд-Али Калиматова и экс-руководителя республиканского отделения «Почты России». Его обвиняют в хищениях около 2 млрд рублей в составе организованного преступного сообщества. Произошло это сразу после публикации телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ о том, что расследование старается обходить Магомед-Башира Калиматова благодаря связям его высокопоставленного брата. Стало очень жарко для Махмуд-Али Калиматова, он вчера встретился с Путиным. Источники говорят, что после встречи Калиматов был мрачнее тучи. Уже понятно в Ингушетии будет новый руководитель. В конце февраля 2023 года ФСБ РФ сообщила, что пресечена деятельность ОПГ, похитившей более 2 млрд руб. средств Пенсионного фонда России (ПФР). Было сообщено, что в рамках дела о хищениях задержаны 34 человека в Москве, Ингушетии и Северной Осетии. В распоряжении Rucriminal.info оказались материалы, на основании которых и было начато расследование. В материалах изначально организатором ОПГ, занимавшийся хищениями пенсионных денег назван Магомед-Башир Калиматов- старший брат главы республики Махмуд-Али Калиматова. Источники говорят, что реальная сумма хищений по оценкам федерального казначейства больше 5 млрд рублей. Будет ли следствие предъявлять фигурантам всю эту сумму или уменьшит ее – пока не решено.

Кстати, у старшего брат главы республики Калимата кличка «Почтовик». Он возглавлял почту до 2019 года, при покровительстве брата похищал гигантские суммы, а потом пытался уйти от ответственности.

С февраля 2023 года ничего не делалось по громкому делу в направлении Магомед-Башир Калиматова, пока не вышел пост ВЧК-ОГПУ. В нем говорилось, что на первоначальном этапе в материалах говорилось о непосредственном участии и руководстве преступного сообщества главы Республики Махмуд-Али Калиматова и его родного брата- Магомед-Башира Калиматова.

Однако, спустя год расследования сумма похищенных денег была снижена в 4 раза, а под стражей до настоящего времени находятся только простые исполнители, которые получали за выполнение поручений начальника Управления Пенсионного фонда Сейнароева гроши, тогда как сам руководитель, согласно материалам, ежемесячно похищал десятки миллионов рублей, которыми щедро делился с Магомед-Баширом Калиматовым, который должен был решать вопросы с правоохранительными органами в случае нештатных ситуаций.

Под стражей также находятся совсем молодые, незамужние девушки, которые даже не понимали ничего, молча исполняя указания. Аналогичная ситуация и по сотрудникам почты, где рядовые почтальоны, по велению следствия, вдруг стали участниками преступного сообщества.

Что касается самого Сейнароева, как подручного Калиматова, то он, находясь в международном розыске, ведет шикарный образ жизни в Дубае и обеспечивает похищенными деньгами своих родственников в РИ.

Руководитель республиканского почтамта Батыжев, также много лет наживался на хищениях бюджетных денег, скупая через родственников многочисленные объекты недвижимости, а также строя себе и своим родственникам особняки целыми улицами.

А самое забавное то, что несмотря на тот факт, что в деле имеются многочисленные доказательства участия в преступном сообществе Магомед-Башира Калиматова, последний, так и не получил статус даже подозреваемого. Он успешно продолжает «курировать» социальный и строительные отрасли своего высокопоставленного брата, строить целые улицы для своих многочисленных родственников. Глава и раньше прикрывал своего брата, который еще при старом руководителе-Евкурове не стесняясь участвовал в хищении детских пособий.

Социальный блок Калиматов отдал курировать двоюродному брату- Алисханову, тем самым получив возможность безнаказанно воровать из кармана немощных людей инвалидов.

Что касается непосредственно должности руководителя Пенсионного фонда, то «кресло» руководителя он продал за 100 миллионов рублей. Сам Алисханов раньше прислуживал Евкурову, а после его ухода благоприятно пристроился депутатом парламента, приютив под своим крылом таких же как он.
